A genuinely brilliant hotel, extremely friendly and helpful staff, fantastic price for location. The rooms are small but fully functional, clean and very comfortable. You'll take your chances with the car park, it's a squeeze with anything more than four cars in, but there's a public car park just a minute's walk around the corner. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

Staff is super welcoming and very helpful, they make you feel like family. Recently renovated / still under renovation. Rooms are on the smaller side, but with a nice comfy large bed, small desk, coffee machine and closet. 45min to central by tube, with the nearest station a 3min walk. Lovely stay!

Amazing hotel and Super helpful staff and very friendly!! Everything was perfect, location was fab as the underground was literally 2 minutes walk to get into central of London. Definitely will be coming back.

Absolutely loved the place!
The place was absolutely stunning! Khalid himself was very welcoming and gave us excellent hospitality the staff were also very helpful. The location is brilliant would definitely recommend it and will be going back!

Great Hôtel!! Wonderful staff! I thought the room was a good size, everything was clean. At one point the hot water went out in our room and I went to the front desk and ask for some help. I got a clear explanation as to what was happening (they are currently renovating) and offered immediate upgrade if the problem could not be solved within 30 mins. Very helpful, respectful and friendly staff.

Monika was very warm and welcoming upon arrival, very approachable at all times especially when me and my fiancé needed something. Thank you for the team for helping with the surprise engagement which was never expected. The hours spent on the room for decoration I could never thank enough. They helped us for it to be a weekend to never be forgotten. Special thank you for Bouchra for going out of her way to decorate the room and to help get the engagement proposal all on camera. Everyone has went out of there way to make sure the proposal went accordingly to the plan. It has been a special weekend. Want to thank Khaled for ensuring everything was the way my fiancé wanted. I was surprised with the proposal giving credit to the team. The team will always be a part of our memory. Definitely going back again for another special occasion.
Thank you to all the team.

Amazing service from Bouchar on the reception! It’s my birthday and she brought up a really sweet free tray of fruit and sweets and a bottle of rose wine 🍷and a cute card to top it off! Definitely would recommend!
M. M.
A really pleasant stay, great location, the staff (Bushra and Khalid) very welcoming and attentive. Room was nice and cosy, just a bit small for my liking, it would of been nice to get a bigger room. They went above and beyond for me and my wife, with decorating the room. I'll definitely look to stay here again.

I appreciate all the hard work the team has done for us, they were amazing at hosting us and making us feel welcomed .The excellent service provided from them was phenomenal couldn’t have asked for more. I recommend you guys all to stay at Hotel 55 . Once again Thank you guys all for you’re hard work. Look forward to staying here again !

Lovely hotel which is kept in immaculate condition. Incredibly high standard of customer service - staff of whom went the extra mile to make a birthday very special indeed - with a personalised touch of singing and bubbles!
L. W.
Friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Great location for exploring London with a few underground stations (on different lines) nearby. It will find itself within the clean air zone soon. Limited parking. Recommended.
J. S.
Extremely friendly from arrival. It was my partners birthday and they brought up a free bottle of wine and some other little treats. Definitely recommend
C. L.
If I could give it a 6th star I would, the room was amazing, the hospitality of the receptionists and managers was immaculate and the overall vibe and comfort-ability of the hotel was outstanding. A special mention to Khaled who in whatever situation he was dealt with he responded in the most warmest and professional way he could. Our only regret was that we didn’t stay for longer :)
c. s.
Very kind staff, rooms are good sizes with big smart TV. Air con and heating work perfectly. And he quirkily service. I’m a regular due to the excellent service !!!! Musa N

Good service but very small and not very clean rooms

Mostly great. No restaurant, but they're working on it.

We enjoyed a comfortable and affordable stay at Hotel 55. The front desk concierge was very helpful with giving us guidelines and tips on how to navigate our way through London. The proximity to the train station and the hotel is uncanny, being that it was a short 1 min walk residing right behind the hotel. Breakfast was delicious, and the room was impeccably clean! Definitely will be returning...

Small but well-appointed rooms with good complimentary tea/coffee facilities, with Nespresso machine including a couple of pods. Very quiet and comfortable environment, heat pump, very clean and good bathroom with great water pressure. An excellent continental breakfast! Small but high quality selection including FRESH pastries. All staff were extremely helpful and professional. Definitely recommended.
K. L.
The booking was made last minute, but the hotel was very nice and it's on my list for next visit. It was clean, nice decorated, with comfort rooms and very nice yard, which was very appreciated, since we've been there during a huge british heat wave. The Japanese restaurant downstairs has very good food and it's a good option for dinner. The train station is minutes away and the bus station right outside the hotel. Also, I have to mark that the staff was very kind and helpful. My only note is about the showers, they are on the wall and if you are not used to it, could be kinda tricky. Overall, I will visit the place again!!

Khalid who took our reservation was excellent, very helpful and attentive
A. O. (.
Absolutely wonderful. The staff was very accommodating despite a mix-up with the booking, and were wonderfully pleasant and polite throughout our stay.
The rooms were small, but quiet and with very good air-conditioning. The beds were very comfortable, neither too sort nor too hard. The complimentary bottles of water were much appreciated in the heat.
Breakfast is not free, but included tea or coffee, fresh bread, fruit, pastries, and cereals which were all quite delicious.
Location is great - it's right next to a tube station so it is very easy to get around, and there are a number of shops nearby should you have any minor needs to fulfill.
Overall, this is one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had, and if I find myself in London again they will be on the top of my list.
J. F.
A fun Japanese themed hotel. Very small but well appointed rooms with big TVs and fast internet. The breakfast was very good and the restaurant looked like a good place to spend an evening, unless you happened to be so close to central London. The staff reminded me more of hostel staff rather than professional hotel staff, but this meant they were super friendly and very flexible. I would recommend a stay here.
T. M.
Very easy to get to when coming off the motorway, in a lovely neighbourhood and 1 min walk from a tube station which makes it really convenient to get to town from. Also close to the shops and restaurants in Ealing.
Very friendly customer service.
Rooms are nice and modern, complimentary water, good selection of teas and a stylish coffee pod coffee maker, and a small fridge. Shower is really powerful and nice, and the little toiletries are quality. Large TV in room was also nice.
Our room was ground floor facing the street so got a little noisy but it was still comfy.
Very limited parking in front of the hotel but possible in the street overnight or for 24hr in the tube station car park for £4.
Did not have breakfast or dine in their Japanese restaurant but the atmosphere seemed nice. There's also a garden in the back.
Would stay again and recommend.
H. B.
Stayed two nights, excellent staff, nice room maybe a little small but it had everything you needed. Excellent breakfast in the morning. We highly recommend this hotel and we will stay there on our next visit to London.
A. S.
My wife and I had a wonderful time at this hotel. The manager, Michael, really made a point of making us feel very welcome.
Michael and his team looked after us throughout our two night stay and nothing was too much for them! The breakfast was lovely and plentiful and cooked fresh each time. The room was very clean, warm and tidy.
Being a 2 minute walk from the underground station, is a massive bonus.
Overall, we had a great time so thank you very very much to Michael and his team. I only hope that the same team are there when we visit again!
This hotel comes very highly rated in our opinion.
Thank you very much indeed!

I used to stay at this boutique hotel a lot when I was a regular visitor to London. I recently visited again and found that it's just as good as it ever was, if not better. It has recently had a makeover although it didn't really need it. Rooms are small, like all London hotels but adequate size and nicely decorated in contemporary style. The staff are always friendly and welcoming and the same faces were behind the desk as from a couple of years ago. I've not had dinner in Momo, their Japanese restaurant but breakfasts are good with plenty of choice.
J. S.
Cute boutique hotel. Helpful staff. Breakfast in bed if you want it! Trying to be luxurious but rooms could do with a deep clean and a bit of a spruce up. Excellent Japanese restaurant.
R. C.
Super little boutique hotel with the most delightful staff. Really good Japanese restaurant was a pleasant surprise. Big garden in back. Be sure to ask for the garden suite - lots of space with a kitchenette and beautiful modern decor.
M. M.
Love this place. Front desk Mike was wonderful. Hotel rooms are not big but location is great. Very reasonable price and breakfast is fabulous. Shower water pressure is crazy good. Wish I was staying longer than 2 nights. Love love love...
A. R.
Absolutely brilliant stay. Staff were awesome hotel location was on point not too far from the local tube stops and the main route in/out of London. Ample parking available if you get there early. Room was great clean and tidy with no qualms. Definitely staying there again business or pleasure.
R. W.
Enjoyed a recent stay at Hotel 55 - hotel is clean and nicely decorated, rooms are on the small side but fine for one or two nights. Hotel is ideal location for visiting central London, parking is free which is nice, and the tube station is a couple of minutes away, on the Picadilly line.
Staff very friendly, and helpful. Continental buffet breakfast was as you'd expect, but hot English style cooked to order if you pay a bit more.
Worth paying a few extra pounds for a garden room as the hotel is on a busy main road, so if you prefer quiet don't be cheap!
Would definitely stay again.
J. H.
Great hotel right by North Ealing station. Very modern and high class hotel, would definitely recommend for the great service and that it is very clean. Food is good, breakfast was free through online booking, happy to meet my special requests (almond milk in my tea etc.) lots of different tea and coffee machine in room, iron/hairdryer, good toiletries etc. Only downside in my experience is if you book a "cozy" room it really is "cozy" - very small. I would stay again and pay extra for a normal sized room.
R. C.
The location was ideal as it was situated very close to the local underground station, which mean you could be in the centre of London within 25 minutes. Rooms were small but this wasn't an issue as price was very reasonable. Air conditioning in the room was a bonus as it was very hot during our stay. Staff brilliant and friendly. Also, free parking!
L. E.
Comfortable, homely, friendly , quiet, fabulous!! ! Can't recommend this hotel enough. It really feels like a home away from home and the staff offer the best service I've ever experienced. 10 out of 10!
M. C.
Hotel 55 is a lovely place to stay in London. For a very reasonable price, you get a great hotel, fab amenities in the room and a very comfy bed! For the price you pay, it is very reasonable. The location is great. About 10 minutes off the M1 if you're driving, it's simple to find. The car park however is tiny, suitable for only four cars. However... The closest tube is about a four minutes walk, which has a very well priced car park with over 100 spaces. We parked there on Saturday through to Sunday and had no trouble parking for £3.60 for the weekend. It takes 20 minutes on the tube to get you into the city centre. It's on the Picadilly line too, which gets you to all the major attractions of London. The room comes with everything you would expect, as well as an iron, ironing board, coffee maker, tea, water and fancy toiletries. The bed is also super comfy, we had a great nights sleep! The only drawback of the room, was that it was very cramped. The bed took up most of the room, we had to shimmy against the wall to get to the bathroom, and we're fairly slim Jim's! If you need any extras, there are a couple of local cornershop markets a minutes walk away with more than enough for anyone. We didn't have much need for service, but when we did speak to staff they were nice and helpful. Overall, I would absolutely recommend Hotel 55. It's in a great location, fab rooms and reasonably priced. The only drawbacks are that the room is really small, as is the car park, but these really don't hamper a great stay in London.
G. P.
A tale of two visits. In June, and I suspect with the regular staff, efficient and clean. Now, in summer, no aircon for the length of the stay, poor cleaning everyday with full bottles of water forgotten and empty ones left on tables. Futon bed not made up, wifi dead and no explanation, towels not even tidied but left on the shower rail. Based on this eight night a definite two to three star experience. Only the breakfast did it for us. I doubt we will trust a return. All the above made clear to reception but, as I say, it looked like poor holiday substitutes. Mike on reception does his best and is deffo the one with the knowledge. Get him to lend you his ear and things will be fine.

People at this hotel are professional, to there level of 5 star hotel. Check in was easy, early check-in was allowed. Its small room but stylish and well organized. We had Nesspreso in room and 55" tv Samsung smart tv. With 2 minutes to underground station, you have access to all London. There is a couple of service shops around the corner, in a safe zone. Free Wi-fi all areas. They have bar, restraint and Apple Mac for internet surfing in the lobby. I am glad i lived in this small Stylish hotel, well be back.
S. S.
Booked this hotel online - the location itself is about 12 mins drive from Harrods, national history museum ect. The hotel itself is very stylish and great for couples. Rooms are a bit on the smallish side, but very clean and has everything you could want. One thing that I think is very underated is the interior deco. Its amazing and the restaurant Momo is worth visiting! I have never had Japanese food before but it was pleasantly surprising. Worth mentioning food is a bit on the pricey side and portions are small - but was an enjoyable meal/ experience.
L. T.
I highly recommend this place. Great location - very close to Ealing North station and restaurants/shops. Short walk to Earling Common for more options.
Staff are very friendly and helpful. We had trouble booking online and they were very understanding and held a room for us.
There are no lifts/elevators but staff will help you with your bags if you require it. Our room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was wonderfully presented with great choices - the chia yoghurt and fruit salad was so good! Thanks for a fabulous stay!
M. W.
Nice location. Boutique style was perfect and the suite was great. Only let downs we're, breakfast was limited and one of the TVs in suite weren't working, but to rectify hotel staff refunded me some money due to this fault. I will go back.
C. L.
The service was great. You have 2 minutes walking to the underground. The room was very clean and confortable. They did not have lot of variety in the breakfast but it was so good.
B. N.
Stayed here for 2 nights, hotel it's self is very clean, It says free parking however that's only for 5 cars and chances of getting a space are very slim, however the tube is a 3 min walk round the corner and I parked there for 3 and half days for £14 so was no big issue.
A. P. S.
Momo is now situated in Hotel 55 on Hanger Lane. Anyone who has lived in the area for over thirty years will know that Momo has been in the neighbourhood for at least that long. Initially found on North Ealing Parade back in the day with less impressive decor, it was always packed early evening with Japanese businessmen en route home from their daily commute.
And so now in its not so new home (its been there for at least ten years ) it has been given an upgrade. Slate grey walls lead onto a terrace in a zen like garden.
Momo for me is definitely the best Japanese restaurant in the area. Pricey yes but then you get what you pay for. The freshest of ingredients, professional warm service and a lovely dining room.
At lunchtime they have a choice of bento boxes which present exceptional value for money.
I love Momos!
K. K.
Exactly what I expected - nice and quiet location, small rooms in the economy range, and close enough for my purposes to LHR. Decent restaurants around, and the brandy glass they provided me with was just great; really! Been here a couple times, and so far no disappointments.
P. E.
LOVE this hotel an absolute find. Great cosy rooms with very comfy beds great shower, air con that works and parking on site (limited) will be using as a base moving forward.
D. W.
Excellent decor, excellent service, excellent room and an excellent attention to detail. The only fault I could pick would be that the car park (free) only has 4 spaces. Would definitely recommend and will definitely stay there again.
A. B.
Nice hotel with convenient parking facility just on the nearby station.
Room was clean and facilities were good.
I would recommend anyone to book this hotel.
D. M.
Very nice place to stay and convenient to central London via the tube.
We had a booking mixup (my fault) and the staff went above and beyond what I would expect to help us resolve it.
Highly recommended!
D. H.
Amazing hotel! Great reception, good food, highly recommend even the budget room! Will stay again soon.
O. F.
Very close to north Ealing Station (2min walk). There is also an option of west Acton which is about 10min away but it saves the change of line in central London. Wonderful and friendly staff, clean and nicely decorated rooms with complimentary nespresso! The is also a Japanese restaurant on the ground floor but it is quite costly.
M. O.
Clean, reasonably priced, good base for exploring London. Quiet, near late opening shops. Near various restaurants. Stones throw from an underground station. All good!
J. A.
Had dinner at Momo, the restaurant at Hotel 55. Dinner was delicious, very authentic Japanese food. There are a few other Japanese restaurants in Ealing/Acton area but I don't think many match Momo's quality. Price is very reasonable; dinner set for two and drinks will be ~£70.00. Staff were very friendly. Would highly recommend.
S. N.
Great place to stay, very nice hotel. Try the pub around the corner and the Italian place. The food at the hotel is also great as well. The staff is very helpful and nice.
S. B.
Very classy hotel. Tasteful decor and friendly staff. Well appointed. Didn't eat at hotel but reviews are good.
R. M.
Really friendly and approachable staff. The room was immaculate throughout and maintained to a high standard. I was very impressed and will be using again when the needs suit.
C.
Super nice boutique hotel with a fantastic Japanese restaurant to boot. Have a wonderful meal, chill out with some drinks in the garden and when its time, have a wonderful rest. What more could you ask for..
A. A.
Just thought i'd take the time and say how amazing Hotel 55 was. I came in for the weekend to London and found this place to be a little gem. Great prices with great service. I do wish you all the best hotel 55 and see you next year again when i come back for the week.
K. S.
Nice, clean hotel with great service and incredible stuff. Thank you for helping me to have a nice city break in London :) of course less than 5 minutes to the nearest Tube station is also a plus.
S. S.
Was a nice stay however there was maintenance works going on during the day which were very disturbing! Otherwise the place is nice and cosey close to a tube station around 10min Walk with many shops around
i.
want to appreciate support and excellent customer service of the gentlemen from reception/front desk ( unfortunately do not know his name but he is Hungarian )
he helped me with Uber connection in day when tube Piccadilly line was stuck..
great help, understanding and bottle of water UNFORGETTABLE. due to his help i reached Heathrow in time and catch up my flight to UAE
thank you dear Hungarian EGY BARATOM :)
R. R.
Beautiful decor and great staff, I've only given it 4 stars as the room was stupidly hot and the air con was too noisy to leave on all night, went to bed with sleek hair, woke up with an afro 🙄
M. A. M. Y.
Great customer service from staff. Amazing breakfast. Rooms small but comfortable. Parking free but very limited.
R. Q.
Best 5 star hotel in London , super modern and super friendly staff we were upgraded to a studio which made it even more amazing, very clean, can't wait to book my next stay with them, can't recommend it enough, and the location is great , just at the front there is a bus stop and in less than 5 minutes walk there is underground station, so easy to get to central London.
M. L.
This place looks great its a nice plays if Ur staying a few days and the breakfast is brilliant.
D. L.
Great hotel and staff with very easy access to the under ground (north Ealing) you are in the tourist areas within 15 minutes.
C. A.
Great hotel and nice bar/ resteraunt. The deco was really nice and we enjoyed a meal at momo which was expensive but okay for a one off.
T.
only devils go to this place. I would recommend some good pre drinking before hand because you need to survive the crazy heat, dancing and drinks. three stars because the crowds are hit and miss.
C. B.
Decent hotel with a tube station nearby in a pleasant neighbourhood. There's also nice cafes in the area if you care to walk to Ealing.
S. S.
Average hotel with some nice rooms but nothing there except a tube station

(Translated) A small hotel in the suburbs, clean, tastefully decorated and fashionable. It's a 3-minute walk from the station, but there isn't much traffic from the station at night, so women may be scared. There were only a few minutes' walk to a private store and a mini supermarket, and the environment was not enough to make me want to take a walk.

(Translated) Great base for a city trip to London. Metro station around the corner. Various restaurants and shops in the immediate area. Small hotel. Neat reception and service. We had room on 2nd floor. Rooms are not really spacious but acceptable. Ditto for shower. Furthermore, fine. Clean towels daily if desired. Hygiene also in order. Air conditioning was defective. That can be a problem on hot days because the room was hot. Furthermore, calm. You hardly noticed the other guests.
In the morning an extensive continental breakfast with several types of bread, savory and sweet fillings, fruit, milk / cottage cheese, corn flakes and the like, sweet rolls. For English breakfast must be paid extra.
(Original)
Prima uitvalsbasis voor een stedentrip Londen. Metro station om de hoek. Diverse restaurants en winkels in directe omgeving. Klein hotel. Keurige ontvangst en service. We hadden kamer op 2e verdieping. Kamers zijn niet echt ruim maar acceptabel. Idem voor douche. Verder prima. Dagelijks schone handdoeken indien gewenst. Hygiëne verder ook op orde. Airco was defect. Dat kan op warme dagen probleem zijn omdat kamer warm was. Verder rustig. De andere gasten merkte je nauwelijks op.
's Morgens uitgebreid continental ontbijt met meerdere broodsoorten, hartig en zoet beleg, fruit, melk/kwark, corn flakes e.d., zoete broodjes. Voor Engels ontbijt moet bijbetaald worden.

(Translated) Room was completely ok for this price. Big enough for 2 people. Bed was on request to 2 single beds. Bathroom was big enough and everything was clean. The hotel has good transport links and is located directly on the Piccadilly Line. Point deduction is because it is a bit noisy and you hear all the noise in the building well.
(Original)

(Translated) Despite the scare I had upon arriving in front of the hotel that most looked like a house or Hostel ... inside it is very neat and clean. The bathrooms in the rooms are good, clean, and well equipped, shampoo, conditioner and loccitane soap. Large and comfortable bed. My room the bed was huge, my wife not so much. Coffee is to be paid separately unless you book directly on the hotel's website.

The hotel is recently renovated and the rooms are modern and comfortable. The cleaning service is good and they replenish tea and water daily. You also have a nexpreso and a kettle in each room. Recommended!

(Translated) Upon arrival the service is very friendly and speaks to you even in Spanish, the reception makes a very good impression. And the rooms are very nice and clean, this newly refurbished everything. Next to the plug on the wall there are 2 USB !!! To plug in the phone. This is great, a little small room but that is the least.

Al lado del enchufe en la pared hay 2 USB!!! Para enchufar el movil. Esta genial, un poco pequeña la habitación pero eso es lo de menos.

(Translated) Very good hotel located in the suburbs of London. Secure parking for the car.
North Ealing Tube Station is right next door, providing quick access to London's most touristic spots. Top staff. Knowing that we were going to Oxford, the hotelier advised us on the places to see there: Library, restaurant etc ... (The Turf Tavern was perfect :))
We had a room facing the street, admittedly a bit noisy but that did not prevent us from having a very good nights. Quality bedding. Cleanliness, no complaints.
Access ramp and automatic door at the entrance.

The Turf Tavern was perfect :))
Nous avions une chambre donnant sur la rue, certes un peu bruyante mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer des très bonnes nuits. Literie de qualité. Propreté, rien à redire.
Rampe d'accès et porte automatique à l'entrée.

(Translated) The sound outside the room is somewhat of an excuse, but it was a little bothersome to the middle of the night. After that, the TV is not connected to the network and I can not see the program guide. It is very convenient that there is a USB socket in the room.
