Great location, not to busy on the street. I stayed with my family 4 kids and myself. Staff in kitchen was OK, could do with a bit more customer service. Peter receptionist was fantastic. He made my stay very comforting, but he forgot to mention hotel 73 is downstairs and I had a pram. Wasn't to bad, but could of done with the warning. At night the place gets a bit damp and cold which you can smell. Bathroom was small but great shower. Breakfast was OK, the toast was so nice. Bus stop right outside which is great. Overall would stay again.

Decent place to store your stuff and kip while your out exploring and doing stuff. Staff are nice and unobtrusive, coffees decent and it's warm. One of the light fixtures is loose it's a bit dusty in places like the lamp but overall not bad

For the price you pay its not thay bad at all! The rooms are clean and tidy. The furniture is very tatty looking in the room we stayed in but the bed was comfortable, double shower and most importantly VERY CLEAN. Friendly reception staff.. My only moan is there was only one pillow and when asked for nore, at reception there wasn't any.😊 Bus stop right outside which goes directly to Westfield Shopping centre for parking.

Basing on my experience with other budget London hotels, this one seems to be the best I've been to. It's clean! Room was small, but not tiny. The bathroom was clean and usable (unlike other places I visited), the staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast (included) was more than OK for the price. In general, excellent budget hotel.

I stayed here for two nights while exhibiting at the Olympia; very close to the venue and easy to find. For the price I paid for two nights in central London, I cannot complain about anything. The room was pleasant, breakfast was fast but good value and the amenities were plenty. The room was in a building a few doors down from the reception (and breakfast), and up 4 flights of stairs. One flight was hidden away down a corridor and unsigned, however easy enough to find if you’re looking. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel and would look to stay again should I require something in the area.

A good place to stay in. The room was cosy and comfortable. The only reason I did not put 5 stars was the breakfast; as I don't usually eat in the morning I didn't have the choice but to pay for a breakfast anyway. I went there one of the morning of my stay and the only thing that was offered to me was only one cup of coffee besides the glass of fruit juice that I didn't asked for and the basket of bread and pastries that I didn't asked for... A self service buffet would work best in my opinion or the possibility not to pay for the breakfast (: but lovely staff and great location !

Reception and breakfast staff were friendly. We stayed in the 'New Century Inn' portion of the hotels buildings and it was lovely! Very clean room, decent size with a petit bathroom, which again was lovely and clean and newly refurbished. Absolutely no complaints. Breakfast was simple of cheese and breads. We were served with plenty of coffee and altogether had a great stay. Would happily book here again. Great staff, great rooms, great location for a very small amount.

Really glad I stayed here - I will be back for sure. Room size was fine, I even had a nice view of the street. Cleanliness was ok, I just needed a place to sleep. Breakfast was great! The service overall was the best. Everyone serving breakfast or who was at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Location is good, about ten minute walk to the train or the bus stop is right outside the hotel. Honestly this place deserves 10 stars.

We stayed for 2 nights the room was clean and I liked the way the beds were made the traditional way. The breakfast was nice and orange juice, coffee or tea. We went to the comic con and the hotel was in walking distance also shops and resturants. We will defiantly stay again.

I will be honest, from the heart. The room they gave me was right at the top. I didn't mind because when I got up there, the room was spacious and felt like a Loft. The TV was a decent size from where the bed was. Instead of Air con, I had a big window but there was no air coming threw but heat from the weather. I really liked the bathroom, tiles and the 2 in 1 bath and shower. The breakfast was ok Toast, Muffin, Tea, Coffee, Cereal and Orange juice. The Wi-Fi was decent and HDMI was working, just great. It had so much space, that it had a wardrobe and comfy chair in it. 🌟🌟🌟🌟 From me, as it is the only Hotel on Shepherds Road that has so much rooms to fit an entire school in! 😊🥐🍎☕

We Loved the neighborhood it’s populaire but safety. There is a lot of restaurant very cheap and very good. there is even a playground for chlidren. The Rooms was confortable the bathroom was small but clean The breakfast is good but the staff was too stressful they do not wait until we finish and get the table up every 10 seconds. they are too many we feel oppressed

Stayed here for the weekend when London film and comic con was on, really good location, shops, pub and restaurants all within a 5 minute walk. Great staff who are really helpful, Good bedrooms, only reason we didnt give 5 star is due to there not being any fans or air conditioning in the bedrooms when it's 30+ degrees outside. Would stay again though!

Okay Hotel „near“ the city center. It‘s not the most modern or pretty hotel but it does it‘s job. It‘s very loud and you can hear every word the neighbous say. So if you don’t want anyone to hear your bathroom noises you might want to have split rooms with who you’re traveling with. Some rooms didn’t have electricity or ts in reach. The breakfast is tiny but good. The personel ist partly friendly and partly seems annoyed. The hotel is near two train stations and one bus station. It takes about 20 min to the city center

Fantastic place, great location, nice staff, spacy and recently refurbished room. Nothing more I could expect for accommodation in central London. It's in between Hammersmith and Shepherd's Bush metro station both available in 10 - 15 walking distance. The room was newly decorated, fresh bathroom, daily cleaned and even a small fridge was there! They offer simple breakfast in room price what is not a standard in other hotels. My number one for next trip to London!

Friendly staff, everything was working, prices was 'ok'. But IT is really hard to cram 2+1 bead in a max 25 m2. The drain was Smelling, probably because There were No room for a waterlock. TV was very small. Next time I Will rather stay further away from city, and have a bigger room.

I have stayed in hotels all over London; some budget and some luxury. This is definitely budget! That's not neccersarily a bad thing but if you're booking here you need to be aware of that. Location : We were staying there for a gig at the Hammersmith Apollo and for that it was perfect! A five minute walk away which was fantastic. It is within walking distance of three tube stations and also of Westfield mall. There are plenty of shops and food places around and the area from what we saw was fairly nice. Rooms : We had a triple room and unfortunately we were at the front of the building so the sound of street traffic was able to be heard inside the room. The room had a lot of electricity outlets which we were pleased with and a small television. The room on the whole was clean but there was a left over french fry in the bathroom. The rooms are old with paint peeling but as I wasn't living there this didn't bother me. Staff : I only encountered one staff member while there and he was nice enough. Benefits : They do have free wifi! You have to ask for the password but our room had a fairly strong signal. We had breakfast included in our rate and we were a little too tender to go down for it but it smelt nice at least! For the price I would say this place is pretty good. I would stay here again and recommend it to my friends

Nice clean rooms with clean bathrooms bathroom. Not super luxurious, but everything works as intended and the staff is super helpfull. Busstop is right in front off the hotel and 2 stops down the road(southwards) it connects to the hammersmith and city, district and picadilly line. Go to the north and you'll get to westfields and w12 shopping centres, the centre line and overgroynd services. At most 15-20 minutes from central london.

Firstly i want to say thank you too the reception staff who were very helpful and friendly. The hotel itself serves its purpose as the location is excellent. Yes it is basic and old but the value for money aspect regarding location etc is good.

(Translated) I was staying for 3 days, Peter from reception attended us upon our arrival, we arrived after hours and even so, he kindly gave us the best attention. He is simply wonderful. The simple but comfortable room (for trips in which you use the hotel for rest and toilet is perfect) the very small bathroom, it would be the only downside but it is all that can be expected in relation to the price. The location is good, well connected and a quiet neighborhood, simple but correct breakfast. I will return without hesitation. (Translated) Hotel essential, suitable for young people or at least for those who make a short trip and in the hotel only goes there to sleep. There was no elevator in ours. Staff are also available late at night and early in the morning. Breakfast is served in a small room sometimes even too crowded (they could make someone else sit at the table with you for lack of space), it includes tea or coffee (American), milk, four slices of toast, butter / jam / Nutella and maybe a snack. The rooms are very small (at least our No. 16) and smell of fresh paint (January 2018), the beds are high but very comfortable, the bathrooms are new but lacking in shelves and hangers, the "wardrobe" is a chest of wood with hangers, without doors. There is a chest of drawers, a TV, two small shelves between the two beds, a kettle, glasses, cups and everything you need to make tea or instant coffee. The sockets are English so you need an adapter. There is a hair dryer and towels are changed (it seems) every day. If the room is cold just turn the radiator knob. Check in is after 3pm, check out before 11am. I found myself well because the hotel I saw very little and what interested me (the bed) was really top. It could improve the breakfast, but for the price it has you can't even expect too much. Just outside the hotel door Dell is the Dell Bus stop which is a great thing. (Original) Hotel essenziale, adatto a giovani o comunque a chi fa un viaggio breve e in hotel ci va solo per dormire. Nel nostro non c'era l'ascensore. Il personale è disponibile anche a tarda notte e la mattina presto. La colazione è servita in una piccola sala a volte anche troppo affollata (potrebbero far sedere al tavolo assieme a voi anche qualcun'altro per mancanza di spazio), prevede the o caffè (americano), latte, quattro fette di pane tostato, del burro/marmellata/Nutella e forse una merendina. Le camere sono molto piccole (almeno la nostra n°16) e odorano di vernice fresca (gennaio 2018),i letti sono alti ma comodissimi, i bagni sono nuovi ma carenti di mensole e appendiabiti, l' "armadio" è una cassa di legno con appendini, senza ante. C'è una cassettiera, una tv, due mensoline tra i due letti, un bollitore, dei bicchieri, delle tazze e il necessario per prepararsi del the o del caffè solubile. Le prese sono inglesi quindi serve un adattatore. C'è il phon e gli asciugamani vengono cambiati (sembra) ogni giorno. Se la stanza è fredda basta girare la manopola del radiatore. Il check in è dopo le 15, il check out prima delle 11. Io mi sono trovata bene anche perché l hotel l ho visto poco e quello che mi interessava (il letto) era veramente top. Potrebbe migliorare la colazione, ma per il prezzo che ha non si può neanche pretendere troppo. Appena fuori dalla porta Dell hotel c'è la fermata Dell autobus che è una grandissima cosa.

(Translated) In itself a well-located hotel, as from here the station Hammersmith can be reached quickly on foot or by bus. The bus stop is right outside the door. However, you quickly realize that the furniture was all rolled into the room according to the booking and so the sockets are not there where you need them. Typically, even the walls are very thin, so quickly penetrate sounds from the next room. The tea and coffee making facilities are very accommodating, but the kettle was quite calcified. The beds were also rather uncomfortable and felt felt from a spring frame. The very small bathroom is quite adequate, the shower is large and warm quickly. At breakfast, the atmosphere was rather modest, and I personally felt less respected than others, often catching stricter views of the staff. The hotel was visited in my case as part of a study trip, which is why the volume was accordingly high and the doorman often admonitions distributed. However, for a few nights this hotel is recommended, but personally I would prefer another hotel next time, hoping for more professional facilities. (Original) An sich ein gut gelegenes Hotel, da von hier die Station Hammersmith schnell zu Fuß oder per Bus erreicht werden kann. Die Bushaltestelle liegt hier direkt vor der Türe. Allerdings merkt man schnell, dass die Möbel alle der Buchung entsprechend in das Zimmer gerollt wurden und so die Steckdosen nicht dort sind, wo man sie braucht. Typischerweise sind auch die Wände sehr dünn, sodass schnell Geräusche aus dem Nebenzimmer durchdringen. Das gestellte Tee- und Kaffeezubehör ist sehr zuvorkommend, jedoch war der Wasserkocher ziemlich verkalkt. Die Betten waren ebenfalls eher unbequem und bestanden gefühlt aus einem Federgestell. Das sehr kleine Badezimmer ist völlig ausreichend, die Dusche ist groß und schnell warm. Beim Frühstück war die Atmosphäre eher bescheiden, ich persönlich hatte das Gefühl, weniger respektiert zu werden als andere und habe des Öfteren strengere Blicke der angestellten eingefangen. Das Hotel wurde im meinem Fall im Rahmen einer Studienfahrt besucht, weshalb auch die Lautstärke dementsprechend hoch war und der Portier öfter Ermahnungen verteilt hat. Wie auch immer, für wenige Nächte ist dieses Hotel zu empfehlen, aber ich persönlich würde das nächste Mal ein anderes Hotel bevorzugen, mit der Hoffnung auf professionellere Ausstattung.

Si visitas Londres por pocos dias y buscas un lugar simplemente donde dormir tras horas y horas de recorrer la ciudad puede ser una buena alternativa, cuenta con dos estaciones de metro relativamente cercanas (7/8 min andando), parada de bus urbano frente a la puerta y es una zona relativamente tranquila de la ciudad (aunque pasan con bastante frecuencia ambulancias con la sirena a todo trapo). El hotel en si son varios edificios anexos de baja altura y diseño clásico. Nosotros nos alojamos en el num 67 que esta pegado al 65 donde está la recepción. El personal es amable sin estridencias (esto choca un poco a los españoles acostumbrados al servicio mas "atento") no hablan español asi que si no eres muy habil con el ingles seria bueno que te llevases preparadas una serie de frases basicas para el check-in. El acceso a la habitacion es a partir de las 15h (aunq nosotros entramos a las 14:40 sin problema), si llegas antes te guardan las maletas en el comedor y te puedes ir a dar una vuelta para hacer tiempo. El check-out es a las 11 AM como muy tarde y el servicio de desayuno es 7 a 9 AM, como se supone que estas de turisteo te interesara madrugar para aprovechar el dia, no? El desayuno es sencillo: Cafe o Té, tostadas con mantequilla, mermelada o miel, croissants y cereales. Tb te ponen un vasito de zumo de naranja y te preguntan si deseas mas tostadas (por defecto ponen 4 para dos personas). Nada que objetar, no es un buffet como en un 5 stars pero para mi mas que suficiente para empezar el dia con energia. La habitacion es sencilla, mas parecida a la de un hostal de 2 estrellas en España, pero tiene detalles interesantes como un servicio de Té completo para que te prepares tu té gratis (muy ingles), tv pequeña que seguramente no usarás y en mi caso 3 camas individuales (aunq pedimos una doble), pasan todos los dias a recoger la habitacion y cambiar toallas y amenities aunq no aspiran hasta que te vas. Nuestra habitacion daba a la calle y contaba con un bonito ventanal bastante mal aislado (se escucha demasiado el ruido y justo delante habia una parada de bus). Lo peor de este hotel es quiza su ubicación en una zona ciertamente muy apartada al Oeste de la ciudad con lo cual tendras que hacer bastantes minutos de metro y/o bus hasta el centro. Lo mejor es que tires de google maps que siempre te recomienda la ruta mas rapida e incluso te informa de los horarios de bus y metro con la hora aproximada de llegada a tu parada, fundamental para moverte con comodidad por una metropoli tan grande. En resumen: un hotel de calidad aceptable para descansar y sin pretensiones, si lo encuentras a buen precio como fue mi caso no es una mala opcion si no te importa la distancia al centro

Es handelt sich um ein Familienunternehmen, alle sind bemüht und freundlich. Frühstück war in Ordnung. Zimmer sauber, Bad modern mit ebenerdiger Dusche! Ein kleiner Kühlschrank ist vorhanden. Betten wurden täglich frisch bezogen. WLAN vorhanden! Kurzum: wer günstig in London übernachten will und nur einen Schlafplatz mit Frühstück sucht ist hier wohl richtig. Lage: Von Heathrow ganz einfach bis Hammersmith fahren und dann ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg (gemütlich 15 Minuten). Bis zum Tower bin ich etwa 20 Minuten gefahren. Lage okay, liegt an einer gut befahrenen Straße. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten von Discounter bis Einkaufszentrum (Westfield) lagen in der Nähe. Post sowie Fish & Chips gleich auf der anderen Straßenseite.
