M. R.As a first experience for me in England, it was a very pleasant one.
Staff was very welcoming, breakfast was good. My room was clean and there was plenty of space, and from my window I could see St.John's Church.
When I'll come back to London, I will probably book at the ibis again, I really enjoyed my stay there.

The room did smell like it was cleaned once walked in, the beds aren't the comfiest but it could do for a night or 2. Bathrooms are quite small and shower space is a bit small but it can work. If you are not a person that likes to wake up early and leave I'd recommend getting a late checkout and it's only for £10 which I would is is a bargain as most hotels charge £10 per hr when this Ibis charges £10 until 5 pm check out. Worth it

K. G.Was told early checking would not be a problem as a gesture of goodwill, then got told on the day it wasn’t possible unless we paid £10, we also got told breakfast was until 12pm which we found odd but it wasn’t the new staff member messed up and it ended 10am… luckily we got up at 9..
The beds are very close together may as well got a double! As the twins really don’t feel like twins.. the mattress isn’t thick but it’s nice, comfy overall stay but definitely feels more for students not a nice weekend away type romantic hotel, more like going out all night coming back drunk to sleep kinda hotel?. It is a cheap alternative, the breakfast for what you get was incredible and staff were friendly most of the time. There were some that looked very bored which doesn’t always feel great but helpful. They kept our bags and were very attentive, did say thank you and hello a few times no answer back or any contact. Lady at reception was nice when we arrived and the decorations were lovely! Near shops too which is great, London prices for drinks… at the hotel but 24h service so very handy
R.Friendly welcome, efficient check in and friendly, helpful staff. Clean, comfortable room but main road noisy at night. Decent choice for breakfast and tables were cleared and cleaned promptly. No hand sanitisers were working!

Y.Nice hotel, staff is polite and helpful, rooms are big enough for a short stay, breakfast has a good value for money. Nevertheless, night was a bit noisy, not from the hotel but more from the outside, even with the windows completely closed. It was not a big deal for me, but it could be disturbing and inconvenient for someone with a light sleep. (Bring earplugs). Overall cost for the stay has also a good value. Thank you for this stay !

J.For starters the hotel is pretty far from main central London. The tube is about a 13 min walk and takes 20 mins to get to central London so in total 33 mins far out.
They gave us a filthy room when we arrived it smelt like urine from the bathroom and had stains on the wall. We contacted front desk and they respectfully gave us a new room that was Much Cleaner than the first and offered us a complimentary breakfast. The breakfast was good with decent options. The hallways and carpets were really dirty and they seriously need to be shampooed. They also reaked a bit so the hotel has a stench.
This hotel has A TON of potential, which should be standard but unfortunately it just wasn’t as clean as our liking. I wouldn’t recommend.
3. U.I had a concert at the o2 and this was the best hotel I could stay at. It’s a walking distance to Stratford station which is 8 minutes away from North Greenwich. The staff were amazing too, went far and above to make sure my stay was pleasant. Would definitely recommend

The noise proofing is awful though, the windows seem quite old and you can hear everything outside including screaming drunks at 2am.
I would stay here again as for the price it's decent, however I would bring ear plugs.
a. j.People say, stay in chain hotel you pay cheap for cheap stay. WRONG. This Ibis in Stratford it’s a perfect exemple of a “cheap” price hotel with a very good stay. I couldn’t fault this hotel in any point. Very clean, friendly, professional and helpful staff, room very cozy and comfy. I would definitely be back.

The room is okay, no issues with comfort or cleanliness, and the staff are very friendly and helpful, but this has to be the noisiest hotel I've ever stayed in and I don't just mean the noise from outside. Slamming doors and thuds and bumps ALL.THE.TIME!
This is not a quiet hotel by any stretch of the imagination and, if you are not the deepest of sleepers, you WILL most definitely need ear plugs.

J. P.When I go to an ibis, given the price and cleanliness of the room, and the facilities, I always say "can't argue with an ibis".
The only thing letting this place down is the receptionist Rebeca who is moody towards customers. Her colleagues are very nice though, and gave me two beers on the house as I worked on my laptop in the bar area.

D. S.Hotel was easy to find and in a good safe location. It was only about ten-15 minutes from Stratford train station and has a good location of shops close by. It even has a nandos next door. When we arrived we did get there early before check inn but luckily we got to check in early. Room was ok but it could of been cleaned better as there were some marks left over from other customers. Bed sheets had stains on them. We had breakfast and it was ok but no where good as the selection you would of got at holiday or premier inn. Sausages were hard.. Bacon was american so hard aswell.. Scrambled eggs were very salty.. Hashbrowns were cold. Oh also rooms were lovely and warm.. too warm for me so luckily we could open the window. You couldnt hear much noise coming from other rooms it was more road noise.. all you would occassionally hear in the early hours are doors slamming from other customers.

C. K.Can't really fault the place for the price. A little walk away from the station through the truly horrendous old shopping centre, but the hotel itself is a very welcoming place. Nice reception/bar area, room was surprisingly spacious and I liked the bathroom setup. Breakfast was superb value. Noon checkout was very handy and there was no fuss at all when checking out. Would definitely recommend for a 2-3 night stay.
P. P. W.One of the best hotel in East London. Worth for the corporate employees to stay with a complimentary breakfast, the receptionist are very knowledgeable. Specially my interaction/problem solving experience with Anay Mehta and Aida was excellent. Coming to cleanliness - Rooms are cleaned everyday, bed sheets and towels are changed based on your intimation. Commuting : just 8 mins walk from Stratford station and a min walk from bus stop.

E. m.This is a lovely Hotel. The prices vary everyday. They serve breakfast from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. everyday and 6 a.m. to 12 p.m. on weekends. It's located near train station and is easy to get around. It's also adjacent to nando's which is an option if you don't want to eat at the restaurant. The rooms are cosy with our TV and air conditioning, and it is very fast to check in and check out.

K. H.The Stratford Ibis is so much value for money. It’s not pretending to be flash, but does deliver so much and does it well. Location is in the Stratford CBD, so access to great Westfield Mall, local pubs and the transport hub including Underground with Central Line with London only 10 min away, and the above-ground train to beyond London. My room and facilities were clean, warm, more than adequate, and quiet despite adjacent roads. Breakfast smorgasbord was superb. Highly recommend. You can grab a beer or wine at the end of the day too. Service very helpful and friendly. I would happily come back and highly commend for budget-conscious travellers.

S. A.Stayed here several times. Good breakfast. Rooms are.. well.. ibis rooms. Staff here are the best! I faced a big problem getting back into my room during my last stay (door stuck). Hotel staff Chiara, Ali and an Italian gentleman came upstairs with tools and worked hard to resolve the problem with a smile. They went the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. It is the people here that will make me come back to stay here.

The staff were amazing when I was locked out they were more than welcome to aid me and also when my phone ran out they were more than happy to provide me with a charger and FREE refreshments while I waited. Breakfast was lovely and healthy I highly recommend this place it's just lovely.

A. M.Awesome place with a good price. You can find there a generous and traditional breakfast at an accesible price. It is situated close to a train station that has connection to the main and direct lines, basically you can reach any point of interest from there just be switching a couple of trains and subways.
K. K.Stayed for 2 nights, during the World Para Athletics Championships. Hotel was within 15 mins walk of the Stadium. On arrival the Staff were friendly and helpful checking us in. The room was clean and adequate for our visit. Tea coffee and bottled water was all provided, although it was a little light on replenishment for the second day and no further bottled water. Breakfast was a mixture of hot and continental, certainly plenty availability. Overall ideal for a short term stop where you don't plan on spending too much time in your room.

Surprising how all necessary items fit in this small room. A wardrobe with shelves and doors would certainly be an improvement.
I forgot my personal steam iron in the room. Reception staff (IBIS Stratford) said they checked the lost and found list and sent housekeeping to the room but their effort appeared to be a mere formality. Given their response time and attitude, I do not believe they checked the room. Very disappointed with how the staff handled the situation. Will not be returning to IBIS Stratford or IBIS.

The chair were too hard and not comfortable to be relaxing enough so we moved to the sofa next the reception / free guest computer available / entrance which was great. Allowing us to relax and stay overtime and consumming more drinks. The sofa would not have been there we would have just drink 1 glass.
Employees were bored.
Drinks were ok and price as standard.
We didn't visit rooms or stay overnight so cannot described the check-in/out process; rooms aspect and breakfast.

N.I really liked the service provided by lonel at the reception the staff were friendly and nice but the only thing that put me off was when I ordered food online there was this one girl at the reception who left my food on the floor which was not acceptable she could leave it on the table but it was on the floor when I came down to pick it other than all the room was good ❤️

S. L.We arrived quite late and just wanted to get to the room and sleep. The receptionist made this very easy and we had our room within 2 minutes! The beds were comfy and warm, And best of all with a kettle in the room you cabwake up to a nice cup of coffee or tea depending on your tastes.

C. G.I've stayed in a couple of other hotels in the vicinity and while they offered very similar facilities, both were cheaper and cleaner. IBIS offered tea and coffee making facilities but that didn't justify the extra cost. I was really put off by one particular thing. The TV remote control was very grubby. It had dried on splatter marks on it which looked revolting. Definitely needed to wash my hands after using it! EEEUGH! I'm unlikely to stay there again because of one easily avoided problem
J. R.Ibis Stratford is a good hotel. The rooms are clean and staff is friendly. I would recommend not to book the extra breakfast, since you can get lots of great food facilities around the hotel, especially around Stratford station. The hotel has a great location, close to the shopping centres and within walking distance to Tube and train stations. Do take the bus to or from the station at night, since the neighbourhood turns a little less friendly at night.

My wife and our two kids loved the rooms and th price since we booked earlier was reasonable.

G.Customer service could be a bit better, because when i called I was told early check-in is available. When I arrived, they said it isn't (but gave me a room after like 15 minutes, so no big deal). Hallways are a bit rubbish. it smells and ventilation is poor but the rooms.. rooms are sweet and cosy. If you're planning a stay here for a night or two, it's perfect.

The standard of the rooms are generally very good & very clean with good power showers. Polite staff who answer all your questions in the correct mannaer who smile, so thats always a plus!

S. A. F.A good budget hotel located on top of Nandos, means easy to get halal food. Its also near to Stratford station and Westfield Stratford. Curious if its common for UK budget hotels not providing basic amenities such as toothbrush etc.
J. M.In terms of ibis hotels this is just average. Lobby as usual is very clean and modern. However, room was not as updated or clean as other ibis experiences. Customer service was great.
Location is easy walk to the shopping mall and Olympic park.

W. G.The location is perfect given that I am working next door. Rooms are spacious clean and fittings are to a reasonable standard. Service is very good, staff are helpful and polite.
