FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE ✨
Me & my son & family attended my sister graduation party on Friday.
The staff was so amazingly friendly, the service & the food were 5star quality!!
Everything was so delicious
Starters... Main.... the dessert was delicious my favourite cheesecake.
The place was immaculate & warm, we all felt very comfortable.
The group of 22 had a fantastic experience they are still speaking about it now!!!
I would highly recommend.
Thank you for helping us have such a beautiful evening.
Kind regards
Ashley & Shae

We had a 3 nights in the emperor suite. Absolutely fantastic. The staff in the Rafayel are the best in any hotel in London. They are the most genuinely friendly and just really nice. I must give a special mention to all of the team who looked after us so well. Just a point on safety, all Covid safe measures were in place and we didn't feel under any danger during our stay. This was our second visit and it wont be our last.

Fully upgraded charming modern Hotel with super friendly and highly professional staff.
Every staff member we encountered was professional, friendly and competent.
Rooms are super nice with the most current upgrades and maintained very well.
Food and cocktails are great,as well as the Spa and Gym facilities.
Location is very accessible to key local attractions and kings road shopping district.

It was our third time staying at the Rafayel. Staff are very welcoming and attentive. We got upgraded to a suite on arrival, with a complimentary bottle of champagne in the room. We stayed for two nights.
We made use of the spa on two occasions, which is one of the best in London. I had a salt scrub, full body massage and facial. All of which were very relaxing and left me glowing.
The room itself was very spacious with dining table , mini bar, and good sized bathroom. Bar and restaurant (Banyan on the Thames are a must visit too with amazing cocktails and great variety of food on offer. DZRT corner is an incredible on site facility if you have a sweet tooth like me. Overall a great place to stay in London.

We have been coming here for four years. My first date and today we are engaged. I stay here and never been disappointed. Great views, good value for money. And consistent staff ; face don’t change here.

We stayed for a night away as a local Londoner to make the most of a trip to the theatre. From the second we walked in we had a 5 star experience.
Check In - We were welcomed as we entered the reception and check in was very smooth.
The room - was very comfy and decorated beautifully with beautiful views of the thames. The bathroom was very roomy and with gorgeous colours. The design highlights a great attention to detail.
Food and drink - we ate and drank in the Bar and Banyan on the thames once in the afternoon and then again in the evening. It is a very relaxing space and both times the drinks (including cocktails) and food were of high quality. We also had the breakfast and again no complaints with great service.
Location - a quiet oasis a couple of minutes walk away from chelsea so great for shopping, restaurants etc.
Summary - if you are looking for class, great service, something unique and a great location - Then this is the place.

Fantastic weekend @ The Hotel Rafayel for Miss England & Miss Ireland event.
Lovely hotel room to stay , spacious and comfortable and perfect place beside the Thames to hold our event.
Thankyou to all the staff for their kind hospitality , went above and beyond to help our event go well. The hotel restaurant so colourful and inviting . Great place to hold a photoshoot indoors & especially out on the Terrace and tasty breakfast 😋
Would definitely recommend ...

Highly recommend this wonderful hotel. The hotel is very well appointed, excellent customer service and we felt very welcomed. The customer service was exceptional from check in, to the fantastic hospitality of the Bar Manager, who I believe has been there for years. The recent refurbishment has had no expense spared, the quality of the rooms are of an extremely high standard. The spa, the gym are excellent onsite facilities, Happy Staff indeed ready to offer any help we needed ! Lovely rooms, superb views of the thames and the London skyline. Banyan on the thames is well worth a visit too. Breakfast and dinner are definitely one of the best we've had. Location means you're just a short can walk/ ride from anywhere you need to be. Can't wait to return, well done and thank you for a lovely time Rafayel London .We stayed an extra night our experience was so delightful!

Great rooms - great food and beautiful scene. River Thames location Strongly recommended . All around a hidden gem. Open places were my favourite and good value for money.

Enjoyed my stay at the hotel Rafayel. Amazing service and excellent 👏 food 👌. My family had a great time. Would definitely recommend staying here and will come back when visiting London.

Excellent hotel next to the river Thames. Nice spa facilities . Good restaurant . Very near to the kings road . I walk to kings road in 15 minutes. Nice connection to Victoria with 170 bus. Rooms are airy sunny and much better than what is expected to be a London hotel room. I love the place and eat in the restaurant as well as use the spa facilities.

Was staying for 3 nights there. Typical stay, nice rooms, but staff is very typical and in some cases very aggresive (I used spa after operating hour, without any sign about operation hours, and two guys come very unpolite to me, but the worst fact was not their behaviour: they were not wearing mask at all, in a very close place and space (while "omicron" was dramatically appears in UK). Plus the fact that I used twice fitness center and there was no wet hankies or any other disinfectant liquid to use there.

The last time I visited here was over 10 years ago. I was really pleased at how well kept it was and the staff were really friendly and helpful. So happy to see them running strong despite the difficulty in the lockdown. A gem in the area.

We stayed at The Rafayel on the left bank Hotel for a family lunch in Chelsea and would recommend this hotel wholeheartedly. The staff were excellent, welcoming and efficient, room was comfortable, quiet and equipped to the highest standard.
An excellent location for walking to Chelsea, the museums in Knightsbridge, Belgravia and the West End with Hyde park in easy reach. Breathtaking views of the thames and an excellent variety of food and beverages on offer at very reasonable prices.
J. S.
Not the best hotel I've stayed in. Fridge didn't work, so kept having too run down to the bar. Some of the lights in the room didn't work and also holes and cracks in the toilet area. But the view from our room was really good at night.

This unexpected trip to a spa, turned out to be amazing, clean and relaxing spa, fabulous art collection, food on point and staff, great. We decided to stay the night. Rooms and room service excellent. We are looking forward to our next visit. 👌🏾

We celebrated a 70th birthday party in the restaurant a group of 24. The food was prompt, delicious and big portions. The service was great. Manager checked on us to ensure that all was going well and threw in a complimentary bottle of champagne which was a nice touch. Lovely view overlooking the Thames.
O.
The rooms with a view are good for the view , the bed is comfy and the bathroom is a good standard , unfortunately the finish on everything is poor decor carpets etc , it once was 5* maybe but it's been run down , also the spais ok but not good quality
A. D.
Great ambiance and location. The hotel is well maintained, rooms are clean, very comfortable, and the staff is just amazing.
T.
A nice little gem. Situated by the river Thames, it has nice rooms, excellent restaurant and good strong cocktails. An issue with noise was dealt with and we were pleased with the outcome. We enjoyed time in the jacuzzi and sauna.

I only discovered this gem of a hotel recently. It's right next to the Thames which is perfect for walks and meals with a view- not to mention the beautiful sunsets. The staff is attentive and everyone at the hotel prides themselves on making sure your stay is comfortable. The foot at the restaurant is the best I've had in a long time and the spa facilities were just perfect. All in all, it felt like I was in another country! I highly recommend this place- the rooms were also huge! I'm just looking forward to staying there again. Thanks for a lovely time :-D
k. f.
Great hotel and great owner who is hands on.
Appreciate the service and they have an amazing dessert place in the lobby which opens after 5 and stays open till late!!!
Thank you everyone at Rafayel especially Mr Latif for the hospitality and service
Will be back soon!!
M. A. C.
Nice hotel, but the room where we had a function in was very cold, I think it caused the food temperature to drop too, unfortunately had to leave after a few hours.. 🥶🥶
z. m.
A lovely hotel with a fantastic welcome from the night Porter Sam. The hotel isn't in the best location London wise, but if you need to be in the area its a good bet. The rooms are modern, reasonably sized and well equipped.
E. Y.
Staff are not welcoming - 2 out of 3 were dismissive, not give eye contact and would slap my debit card back on the table in front of me as opposed to handing it to me (the way I gave it to them) or gently placing it down. My room card didn't work and I had to come down to reception 3 times to have it looked at. The receptionist (who wasn't alone) didn't even bother to apologise or come up to assist me. Instead he just kept repeating "this one should work" and walked off.
Cleaning
Room didn't get clean because of lack of communication with the cleaners. I was called to ask if I'd like it cleaned and said yes. They gave me a 30min warning for when they would arrive. They then didn't turn up for 2.5 hours. They then arrived at the door and said OK we'll come back. I didn't understand the issue and tried to invite them in but they declined. 20mins later the receptionist called and was short with me. He asked if I would likethe room cleaned and I reiterated what had happened. He then said that they couldn't clean with me in the room. This wasn't communicated prior. I've stayed in three hotels this month, plus travel all the time - im not sure what the big deal was. The room is huge and I could easily have stood at the far end. I came to the hotel for a peaceful relaxing stay and had no plans to leave the room. I was then asked to sit in the hallway in my pyjamas. When I declined, the room was left unclean.
The room was also tired with messy paint work.
Bottled water wasn't provided but rather a random jug, with what I presume to be water from the bathroom. Gross.
Random tacky bright flower stickers on the shower floor.
Deliveries
One day the delivery driver was allowed to come up to my room and the following day he wasn't. I was once again asked to come to the reception in my pyjamas. Ridiculous.
Swim pool staff member was really friendly. It's a shame that he works alone as it meant that I had to wait almost 30mins to get a locker key, whilst he was on lunch. Several times I had to call reception from the pool, to ask them to get through to him.
Jacuzzi area is nice but the pool itself is ridiculously cold.
Restaurant
Evening food and staff were nice.
The displayed breakfast look quite tired & unappealing. Stodgy sausages and baked beans that had started to 'glue together', but the fresh items ordered directly to the chef was lovely.
It definitely felt more like a 3 star hotel.
n. y.
Excellent stay. Very good breakfast. Had dinner in the hotel restaurant which was outstanding. Food was excellent.
A. R.
This place is tired and needs renovation. Didn't stay here, attended a party but having walked around I found it poor. It's a bit of a mish mash with stairs and lifts that don't cover all floors.
c. x.
The service was really great the staff was lovely and food was absolutely delicious and very well presented. Wide variety of foods and drinks and the atmosphere was great. It is also very clean and lovely seating area outside. Can’t wait to go for a meal again.

Amazing place exquisite views . Great rooms great food great service my nephew came before and invited me to come here and this place is really stunning

It was absolutely amazing and the staff were attentive and very friendly 😀, will be coming back with the Miss England crew

Went to a event in one of there venue rooms. Nice room staff were very nice and friendly and helpful. The only down side fir me wirh so many people being there, there was onky 1 toilet for at least 35 ladies
L. B.
Not so great didn't have a microwave I could use I was in emperor suite jacuzzi was clean the glass was dirty saw hand prints on it not attractive
tv stopped working for half hour when it was fixed staff was rude speaking on phone in different language unacceptable... no sugar to make tea in the morning it was a joke
C. M.
I had a great time I felt like breakfast should have been included but lovely view and relaxed environment Maria massage lady gave one hour massage is recommended 100 percent brilliant healthy massage
M. P.
Had a wonderful night in the restaurant and their desert bar. Fantastic service from very friendly and accommodating staff. Food was enjoyed by all; portion size, flavour, temperature and cooking all good. Good variety on the menu. Drinks were good and strong too. The only point was it is so busy that food took a little while, but it was well worth the wait. Would definitely go again.
D. M. V.
Excellent hotel with great amenities. Front desk staff are extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful.
A. S.
Room itself was great but paying £600 for a view of the carpark is poor especially when there us views of the river as advertised in pics.
S. W.
A superb hotel with an excellent restaurant, attentive and friendly service, excellent food. Lovely views of the river. An absolute must.
M. D. L. C.
The reason I chose this hotel cause of the river views and cafe, dinner was not as spected a part from desert, breakfast was not included and about 12pm they didn't have the out door chairs ready on the cafe by the river side I sat on a banbu chair without cousions for an hour....

Stayed over with my husband and 4 children. The hospitality, accommodation and service were fantastic. Due to covid we've been wary of going anywhere.
The people at reception were very welcoming.
I was given a tour of the place and I was impressed with the hygiene and cleanliness. A bit gutted the spa was not open for me and my girls. However we had such a pleasant time there that we're looking to go back when the facility reopens. My boys loved splashing in the pool and jacuzzi and us girls enjoyed the steam room. They have a fantastic gym area with all the equipment.
Kids loved watching the helicopter take off from the helipad after breakfast. The bar staff were very friendly and welcoming.
We enjoyed spending a little time in the library. Kids enjoyed their reading time. We managed to pack in so many activities during our short stay.
The best part was the sugar the children received at the end of the night. DZRT offers waffles crepes ice creams and cakes. They had something for each member of our family. Not one of us was left without having fed our sweet tooth. The perfect touch to comfort at the end of an enjoyable day.
The room was clean and and very spacious. The rooms ambience was very relaxing that my kids fell asleep very quick. They're not usually comfortable in staying in strange surroundings so I was relieved when they slept throughout the night.
Extra beds were provided for the little one. My youngest forgot his comforter and was crying so much when the beds were being set up. Concierge was fantastic at providing him with one (without needing to be asked) that was soft and clean with a cute Teddy design. Thank you Adam for being my saviour.
Thoroughly enjoyed our time especially since its so hard to go anywhere with this pandemic.
Thank you to all at Hotel Rafael. Look forward to booking again.

Emperor Suites are fantastic, great quality, space and luxurious. Views over the Thames are impressive. The cocktail bar by the river is a great place to relax. I have become a regular. Hotel Rafayel is my go to in South West London.
P. P.
Great meal. Pleasant atmosphere in a modern hotel right by the Thames.

Nice stay over last few days. Room was very spacious and well equiped. Good colation on river bank.
S. B.
Great place with great people, this is one of the best hotels that i have stayed at.
D. L.
I didn't stay at the hotel, i used the restaurant and spa for the day. To begin with the Front desk Receptionist was lovely and greeted me warmly. She took my payment for the Spa and when i asked if i could grab a bite to eat she pointed me in the direction of the Restaurant. The owner Iqbal Latif was very accommodating and asked if i would like to sit outside (within glass conservatory) nice view and the waiter was very nice. For brunch I had scrambled eggs and salmon which was lovely and fresh. They also had oat milk for my tea which was a plus. I would highly recommend using the Restaurant and the Spa. Celebrating a new job offer alone was exactly what i needed, i also had the Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room all to myself, Bonus!!!
I was there on Saturday 3rd July 2021.
Many thanks again, i will surely return soon!

Great hotel! Clean, spacious and super comfortable.
A personal shout out to the night manager (Sam) and The Security -- honestly was so well looked after and treated with the up most respect .. I'll be booking again ❤

Had a yummy afternoon tea here - nice variety of food and most importantly, nice scones!

Had an afternoon tea with a twist. Lovely food and bubbly, great service and good value. Would recommend and will go back

Absolutely loved staying here. The room was really lovely and the bathroom was so beautiful. My friend and I met Rafayel at brunch and he was nice and polite. I would without a doubt recommend staying here.

Good size and comfortable. Nice views of the river. Best polite understanding staff. Must visit place. Great location. You are few minutes away from the kings road but you feel u are in the country side. My favourite 🤩
R. M. L.
Lovely food and amazing shisha, even the new dessert parlour is better than the usuals in the area. The shisha man is a lovely guy but because I am young I feel like the main waiter looks down on me as I have come here a few times and his attitude is not amazing. Everything, else including the hotel rooms are good quality bearing in mind I usually book the Junior or Emperor Suite. Overall a very classy place with great shisha and food. The one waiter is just the only bad thing and the reason why I always question if I should come here. All the other waiters/waitresses are very nice and provide quality service.
C. S.
The hotel is really lovely and clean, we had a choice of 3 rooms (all spacious, clean and comfortable).
We chose room 220, it was absolutely perfect for our needs and the bed was very comfortable.
The service we received from out first phone call was so personable and friendly. We dealt with Sania, met the owner and various other staff members throughout our stay, each and everyone of them were super polite, smiled and really professional and friendly.
Sania offers a service that is truly second to none! She anticipates your needs, accommodates urgent and unusual requests, and she truly is the most hospitable and welcoming guest relationship expert I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with.
We are at the beautiful riverside restaurant, stunning location, perfect efficient and friendly service, amazing food with generous portions, large glass of Prosecco and again just incredibly welcoming and personable service from Sania who showed us around the restaurant before finishing her shift!
I could not recommend this place strongly enough! It ticked all the boxes, and the superior service makes me want to come back as soon as possible.
Thank you so very much, a lot of hotels could learn an awful lot from you about providing an exceptional guest experience!
Perfect stay!

Love, love... LOVE this place!
I first encountered the Rafayel on the left Bank in 2015 when I first stayed in the scrumptious Nile suite with my partner for an urban getaway to recharge my batteries and a bit of me time. From entering the room I was taken back by the size of the suite; the separate living room area alone was mind blowing as well as the great view from the ceiling to floor windows. I'll admit my favourite space had to be the bathroom with the jacuzzi tub where I spent many hours sipping wine and taking in a movie.
The location of the hotel is ok, very close to Clapham Junction station - a brisk walk or a free shuttle service away, though the spectacular views from the hotel and restaurant (not to mention the mojitos) make the visit more than worth it.
Since my initial visit I've made it a point to make Rafayel on the left Bank my new home away from home. The staff are amazing, very helpful and pleasant. I have since stayed in a few other rooms and I would opt for the Nile Suite with jacuzzi tub every time.

Amazing stay at the hotel
Really enjoyed my stay at the emperor suite and the views were amazing!
Food at the Banyan was delicious and service was quick.
The owner Mr Iqbal was very friendly and helpful at all times.
Definitely recommend to book here

This is an amazing place to stay. The quality of the room and the facilities available are amazing. Unfortunately, as we stayed during the pandemic we were unable to visit the spa although I’ve been told the spa is just amazing as the rest of the hotel.
There are added extras in the room. The tea and coffee making facilities are I believe the best in the area. Small things like the smart TV and automatic lights in the wardrobe make you feel as though you’re staying in central London! I understand that I only stayed in one of their basic rooms so I can’t wait to see what the more expensive rooms have in store!
The restaurant has something for everyone. I had the garlic prawns as a starter which were absolutely amazing. I even had to ask for more bread to soak up all of the sauce because it tasted so good! My partner had the duck spring rolls which were amazing. I then had the biryani as a main course and my partner had the pasta. The biryani is honestly one the best biryani I’ve ever had.
Overall, it was great to be able to eat different cuisines in one place and have each cuisine executed so well.
The cocktails were strong and sweet - made very well.
The owner of both the hotel and the restaurant is a very welcoming and lovely man. The waiters In the restaurant were very welcoming and accommodating as where the reception staff within the hotel.
I will 100% be staying at this facility and also eating in the restaurant again!
L. F. (.
The restaurant was really well arranged laid out and with a great waterside view of the river. We had a long table for our group. Helicopters arriving and leaving near by. The meal was excellent, tasty and just the right portion sizes was in agreement by most people. The arrangements of outside terrace tables was very useful and we could move in and out at will. Can't fault the place. Will have a meal here again.

We had a fantastic time at hotel Rafayel. The special outdoor space was amazing and the ambience was perfect. Dinner was just sublime and the service top class! Definitely will be going back again. One of our favourites.
Iqbal latif a great host !
definitely recommend this place !

Currently staying at Hotel Rafayel and the staff are lovely and attentive. My room is clean and accommodating . The terrace is an amazing spot with lovely views on the river and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend here for an overnight stay or enjoying there facilities
J. C.
Amazing service, Farhan (bartender) and ambiance is always top notch. First stop of the night, always.
a. k.
The hotel is very close to the river Thames.
The check in was quick. The receptionist was very helpful and always smiling. Our room was facing the courtyard as we booked the Amazon deluxe but it was very spacious and clean.
The house keeping staff were very generous. We lost our watch in the room. We realised after the check out. We rang the hotel they handed to reception and we collected later.
The shuttle service to Victoria station is good.
We didn't had time to use the Spa. We will definitely use on our next visit.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, lovely hotel.

My favorite hotel facing Thames . I enjoy sunsets and the restaurant here. And the spa is nice. I thoroughly enjoy the place. A hidden gem in London.

My father stayed here this weekend and couldn’t recommend it enough. He was upgraded to a luxury suite with a spacious living space and huge bathroom without asking. He said the staff were really friendly and the food was great - lots of choice. Great for couples, families or business trips! Exceptional service.

Good place to stay in London. We booked through the hotel website which is cheaper than the other third party websites. The staff were polite and always smiling. The rooms are spacious and clean with lovely river view. The restaurant Banyan on Thames is overlooking the river. The food is delicious and the service is excellent. I'm really impressed.
A. M.
The place was excellent, amazing rooms! A lot better than pictures showed. The staff were poor and accommodating. They seemed quite passive aggressive especially in the spa and reception and struggled to be helpful towards customers. Everything else was spot on, food, bed, showers amazing!
M. A.
Lovely hotel. The staff are professional. The room was clean and very spacious. We had a room with river view and Jacuzzi. Bed was comfortable. The internet was quite fast. The room comes with the ceiling speakers.
The Spa was clean and the gym is well equipped.
We had dinner in the Banyan restaurant. We had a table booked next to the window as the restaurant is near the Thames river. Lovely views as we saw the helicopters landing next to the hotel.
We will be returning soon.

The staff on the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The check-in was smooth. We stayed in a Thames room which had a great view of Thames river. The Spa is excellent. The Banyan restaurant is just in front of the river Thames. The food is excellent. I like the Indian thali. The staff in the restaurant are very friendly. Breakfast is excellent. The hotel provides free shuttle service which is a good touch. The car parking is just £15.
We had a chat with the owner of the hotel. He is such a lovely person.
We will be back soon. I highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed at Hotel Rafayel for a couple of nights while working in London. The staff were exceptionally friendly and the rooms were very spacious & clean. I booked a Deluxe room and there were lots of little surprises which I just loved! A TV in the bathtub, amazing monsoon shower, complimentary robe, mood lighting and refreshment unit, it even had a box of tissues which I thought was a lovely touch! Definitely felt very welcome! I would say it's unlike any other hotel in London!. I had a meal in the hotel restaurant and the food was just beautiful. The gentleman serving me recommended I try the freshly baked Naan Bread and I honestly can say it was the best I ever tasted! Breakfast was fresh & beautiful too, looking out on the River Thames was a treat and nothing was too much bother to the staff, they were so nice! Would highly recommend to everyone!

Hotel Rafayel was recommended by my friend who stayed there before. We booked the standard room and we were upgraded free of charge to the deluxe room. The deluxe room is massive in size. We had a king size bed and the bed was really comfortable and we had a good night sleep.
The room also had a bath tub and the separate walk in shower.
The staff were very helpful. They allowed us to use the Spa facilities after our check out. We used the gym, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and the hydrotherapy pool.
S. S.
This is a five star hotel. The rooms are massive with Gym and Spa. The staff were polite. The WiFi is complimentary and the speed is fast too. The TV in the bathroom is a good touch. The car parking costs £15 only and is underground.
We used the free shuttle service to the nearest tube station. The shutter driver is always helpful.
S. H.
Loved this quirky hotel. Room was airy and large, unusual for any London hotel and exceptionally clean. Front desk staff was very friendly. Invited friends at their restaurant called Banyan on the Thames - great food and quite a variety! All in all, it was a wonderful stay. Special thanks to the night staff who were very helpful. Will surely visit again!

This boutique hotel has been done very tastefully . During my stay I didn't come across anything that raised any alarm. The location is perfect , close to all the major attractions and still in a very calm part of London . The room was of a very comfortable size with a very good bed and I usually am a fussy sleeper but I slept there like a baby . The restaurant had some amazing food , the front desk was very cooperative. In all a very good experience. The only thing that I didnt like about the hotel was leaving it . Looking forward to many future stays in the near future

Amazing hotel. Came here for my honeymoon as we fell in love with the place a few years back. Service was great as expected and the rooms were lovely (a little pricey though). Last time we had a river view room which was spectacular and this time we had a ground floor room with an urban view. The urban room was very spacious and again had everything we needed already there. Only a short walk away from Chelsea you are never far from a great resteraunt. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely be coming back

Excellent scenery for family and meeting up with friends. Their food is spot one with their price lists. I highly recommend guys. I come here at least twice a week.

Stayed at this hotel 17-19th September amazing!!! In every aspect junior suite out of this world food spectacular and all the staff kind generous and nothing was to much trouble very attentive staff would definitely 💯 stay again food cocktails terrific and a very comforting Sleep and stay thank you again for a wonderful two night break the first week this year off before lockdown for a very exhausted NHS worker 🥰🥰🥰

A fantastic institution of the city of London. The Amazon rooms are the best quality you can get in London for a 5 star caliber hotel. The hotel has a view of the Thames that’s perfectly set for watching the sunset. The center of London is easily accessible by tube, and the atmosphere is luxurious and relaxing (complete with a spa!!) and the staff are great. From the folks I’ve met at the hotel bar, it seems really popular for folks ranging from honeymoons to business trips. The service quality is high and the owner is one of the most interesting people I’ve met.
I also highly recommend the restaurant. The Indian Thali is REALLY good, and my friend adored the steak. The Indian delight is also excellent, though you really can’t go wrong with the menu! I ate here a lot 🤣

Really enjoyed my stay at rafayel hotel. Very good customer service with high quality delicious food. A very relaxed stay will definitely be visiting again.

My cousin had her birthday dinner here. The food was freshly prepared. I had the Fish and Chips which was tasty also the Beef curry was good. Overall we were all satisfied with our meal from start to finish. Service was good staff were accommodating to our needs. I will definitely be going back.

This is our second visit and I like this hotel a lot. Upon arrival a gentleman helped me with parking and he helped us with luggage.
The check in was smooth. The reception staff were great. We booked a deluxe room and the room was spacious. The bed was comfortable. The room had a bath tub and had a TV woww. The over head rain shower was superb.
The Spa is on the third floor. The gym is well equipped. We didn't use the steam room and sauna.
The restaurant is just next to the river Thames. We had a steak which was very good. The restaurant and the bar staff are friendly.
The hotel offers free Wi-Fi.
Thank you Rafayel for the excellent stay. We will back next year.

I've been here previously and really enjoyed it. The terrace overlooking the Thames is great on a summer's day, however back then it may have been 5 stars but I don't think that's the case now. The service was poor- for the 4 hours or so we were there, the waiter didn't refill our drinks we had to keep going to the bar and as s result they lost out as we really couldn't be bothered. On a nice hot day no cocktails were available because the person who makes them wasn't there.

A great place to stay in London. The staff was very polite and friendly and the rooms were specious and clean. The room service was quick and the food was very delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel. I really enjoyed my stay there.

Spa afternoon, bought by my partner as an anniversary present, overall 4/5.
Spa 3/5: facilities were good but small, wasn't a problem for us as there weren't many other people but on a busy day would definitely have been an issue. Someone was coming around mopping and cleaning and the facilities and changing room were clean.
Massage 5/5: massage therapist was extremely accommodating and friendly, asked if it was my first massage and asked if I wanted a glass of water at the end. Massage was great, lasting 45 mins, very relaxing.
Afternoon tea 4/5: Good with a selection of treats, although I'm not 100% sure what all the sandwich fillings were.
Overall a great afternoon lasting ~3h, but not much longer due to the limited spa facilities, but had a very relaxing time.

The room saved it for me as it was stylish, however the ground floor rooms constantly have people walking by. The staff were friendly. Spa is a joke, tiny cold broken swimming pool, a broken sauna and a tiny jacuzzi. None of which are available to use due to their small size and other guests using them. As a marketing graduate I feel like this hotel is border line false advertising. Although its on the river its location is around some rough suburbs. Paid for a 5 star and was disappointed.

Hotel Rafael was absolutely fantastic for us. Fabulous friendly service with all the amenities you need. Situated on the bank of the river with beautiful views and spacious rooms, at the less busy section of the river. There are boat services to the famous landmarks, a shuttle service provided to the stations nearby and if you really fancy living it up you have a helipad next door providing tours of London. My three year old was absolutely amazed watching the boats, helicopters and planes.
Warm and friendly service from the the restaurant staff who are always prepared to go the extra mile and a special "Thank you" to Roy the general manager who went above and beyond to help us and make our stay super comfortable. I will definitely be visiting again with my young family.

My partner and I stayed for three nights, and received a good consistent service throughout. The room was sizeable and clean, but it really didn't feel like we got value for money: we were expecting a lot more, especially in the decor and design of the room and hotel. Not that it was *bad*, but just overpriced for what you got, even for London.

Great stay, comfy room. Didn't eat there so can't comment on that. The shower was the best if ever experienced, and the room and very quiet and peaceful, and a remarkable generous size too.
Only thing as the staff at reception could have paid me a bit more attention, they were efficient, I didn't get a Hi, or a 'how was your stay' when I checked out. I'd still stay again despite those though.

Very friendly staff. Shuttle service is so convenient - very pleasant drivers such as Michael and Ian, thanks guys. Lovely room with views. Comfy bed. Shower and lights were bit tricky but overall we had a lovely time. Will definitely recommend.

I love this place. Full of wonderful Art, Beautiful rooms, great food and well appointed amenities. The staff are super helpful and friendly. My room had great views over the River Thames. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Rafayel.
We rang the hotel for a pickup from Clapham
junction station. We arrived at the hotel earlier than the check in time. The staff at the front desk informed that the room is ready. We booked an emperor suite. The room had a river view with Jacuzzi. We spend most of the time in Jacuzzi.
We went to Spa to book the treatments but they were fully booked. We used the spa facilities. We used the Gym, Steam room, sauna.
We went to the restaurant for dinner. The food was delicious. The staff were always smiling.
After check out we left our luggage in the store room. Later came back and collected the bags then used the free shuttle for a drop off to clapham junction.
B. L.
Great location, decent food and nice ambience for sure. Variety of fusion food with company of colorful personality of Mr Iqbal Latif(owner) that added further to the fun.

Hotel Rafayel is one of the nicest hotels in London. The staff were friendly and attentive. We used the free shuttle service from clapham junction. We booked a room with a river view. We can see the helicopters landing from our room. This hotel is highly recommend.

Really lovely suite, attentive staff.

Beautiful room with JACUZZI BATH TUB which was lovely. We have had a great stay here and got to meet the owner of the hotel. The hotel its self is very tranquil and peaceful with a cute spa and friendly staff who make you feel as though nothing is too much to ask. I was so grateful to my partner for bringing me here, the breakfast in the restaurant was delicious with great views of the river and the helipad. I would 100% recomend this hotel and look forward to coming here again!!

Absolutely top class hotel based in Battersea. Friendly staff, scenic views, amazing atmosphere. Almost everything you can ask for. Highly recommended!
J. H.
Absolutely amazing! Quite possibly one of the best hotels in london! The suites are to die for! The interior is so beautiful!
If I could put it in Lehman's terms I'd say you'd be foolish to not go! Expensive but worth every penny!

I have often walked past this hotel, and finally tried the restaurant that overlooks the Thames last night. The views are impressive, as they combine the tall London buildings and modern developments with the pleasant and quaint nature of West London.
The food was magnificent. With London being full of Indian and Pakistani restaurants, finding something that feels authentic and has true, great quality ingredients is a wonderful experience. We confirmed all dishes are prepared individually, which is great news for those with food allergies and intolerances.
Highly recommend it
A. H.
Rooms clean although some fixtures seemed a little tired. Shower excellent with body sprays and nice toiletries. Breakfast standard buffet spread. Restaurant overlooks the Thames. It is located a little out of the way but has excellent parking (£15) so suited me as I had use of a car. Possibly stay again.

Me my wife & Teenage daughter travelled to London this September. While talking to the the hotel staff they advised us to book a 1 bedroom suite as that will be economical as well as more comfortable for the three of us. We were initially planning to book 2 separate rooms which would have cost us close to $400 per night. We were quiet impressed at the size of the suite. It was more like a well appointed 1 bedroom apartment with a view of the Thames. (Anyone coming from NYC, will understand what I mean when I say try getting a Luxury 1 bedroom apartment overlooking the Hudson for around $300/Night.) Service was excellent & a very courteous & Friendly staff. The Hotel operates a Shuttle service to Clapham Junction which was quiet handy. The restaurant on the banks of the river was amazing, food quality was excellent and the staff at the restaurant were very accommodating. This was my 3rd visit to this hotel and given my upcoming travel schedule, I will be coming here more often.

Great place to stay in London. Facility is very clean, staff is very courteous, friendly and very helpful, easy internet availability. Extremely reasonable price for every thing they offer. I loved the food. They offer great choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Highly recommended.

Fantastic new hotel with original character and a change from the normal corporate chains. The hotel room was incredible. The restaurant offers a good breakfast and a nice fusion dining menu of Anglo/Indian fair. I think its no surprise …
a.
I really like this hotel, but we always seem to have a few issues. With either the bathrooms not be cleaned properly or hair being left on the sheets. Apart from that the views are beautiful and depending on if you get a suite or not. The rooms are lovely and I would definitely recommend one of the suites with the hot tube.
A. H.
We started off on high with a fabulous massage, 10/10 and then followed it with checking in only to find out that our room had been upgraded to a suite. The staff were extremely friendly and amazing, the room had a Jacuzzi a wonderful view wich was amazing, we were having such a fab time we decided to extend our check out time only to find out that our extended time was on the house, could it have been better? Absolutely not, we got way more then expected and could not have had a better weekend break for me and my wife a well deserved break away from the kids. All in all PERFECT!
M. A.
This is a beautifully located hotel, just on the river Thames.
I booked a river facing room and they put an effort into preparing the room with a few nice touches here and there. The heating didn't work and they tried to fix it but eventually upgraded me to their best room, the Emperor Suite!
This was really kind of them and yes the Emperor room is beautiful with an amazing jacuzzi yet I felt something was lacking. It's still not up to the standards of say a Hilton executive suite.
M. M.
Came here for a meal with my partner (a groupon deal). Service was reasonable, and the food and atmosphere were average. The menu is quite varied - from curry, to fish and chips, to jerk chicken. I’m not sure what their speciality is from reading though.
The restaurant wasn’t very busy, but then it was a Wednesday evening.
S. M.
Very good hotel loved it room was spacious very clean apart from a random cork that I found next to the coach, Mini bar was nice the prices were good the view was lovely the food was absolutely lovely!!! Me and my partner got in room service we got a starter main and dessert it was all worth the price and the prices was reasonable. We then ordered a pizza at 12am and omg it was the best pizza I’ve ever had!!! I would 100% go back here. The hot tub was very nice in the bathroom, the bath room
Was big and it was nice that you could see from the hot tub in to the living room and the view. The speakers weren’t working and some things were broken like ports for USB but other than that it was lovely ❤️

One of my favourite hotels in the world! After recently having undergone open heart surgery and a lengthy stay in hospital - I had a dream that I would stay again at Hotel Rafayel when I recovered. The thought of this would cheer me up no end, due to having many a great memory of times at the hotel from past stays.
The staff are all so friendly, warm and welcoming. Rooms are very large, fully equipped and most have spectacular views of the river. The free shuttle service is excellent for getting around London & the restaurant serves wonderful food. Just perfect!
J. A. T.
My girlfriend and i had a great stay, they were very nice, polite and efficient. The room looked great and was very comforting. Music system in rooms was great with speakers even in the bathroom. The restaurants food and service was pleasing and attending to our every need. the hotel looked absolutely visually amazing and and the spa/sauna was fun. Ive never had so much fun in a hotel, it was great. I will be back
R. K.
Hard to give this a top review as my room to start off with was very small and didn't have a view. Signal here to make calls was very poor, I had to go into the lobby and then outside! WiFi should have been very fast knowing full well their signal is poor but even that was intermittent. Parking is £15 for the night which is reasonable, overall service was acceptable but it didn't give me the feel that I was staying at a 5star hotel. Not sure I would return.
A. S.
I have been coming for 5 years, very pleased by hotel FOH staff welcome.
It doesn't matter where you come from or how wealthy you are - all paying customers should be treated with the same respect and courtesy.
Spa facilities and staff were great. Stunning location for afternoon tea.
Gorgeous restaurant with breathtaking view, ticks all the boxes. Ambient and beautiful, the service and decor is equal to the food presentation - absolutely magnificent. The menu is particularly inventive and it's well-executed Perfect for a special meal for two.
M. A. K.
Rafayel hotel is an eco-friendly hotel. The rooms are luxury and comfortable. We walked from Clapham junction station. Upon arrival our first impression was very good. Check in was quick by the staff. We were helped by the staff to show our room. The room had a wow factor. The wifi was super fast. We can control the heating and the lights from the TV which I felt advanced. The food was lovely. Didn't get time to use the Spa. We are planning to come back soon and hopefully use the Spa facilities next time.
M. O.
This was a tough decision. The staff were great, helpful and couldnt do enough. However the room didnt feel clean ... I mean I dropped somthing under the bed and found a few dated rose petals and a load of past visitors bits of rubbish. Room felt modernish but definatly well worn. Didnt east or use the spa whyle here. Location was a long distance to the city centre, great transport links though and the staff will go out of there way to help.
I guess the main faults that only let off for 3 stars is the worn and dirty ish feel to the room and hotel in general.
A. A.
Chose This hotel specifically because of its location and the spa, since we had stayed there in the past and enjoyed it. Much to our dismay the spa was very dysfunctional - two out of four facilities we’re not working, the pool and the steam room. Nobody informed us about this when we specifically inquired about the spa... and there was no notification about spa closure on the site.
Our room did not have a safe but after we complained about this, somebody came to put a safe in the room the next morning. The room also had a strange smell coming through the air conditioning. This hotel had a lot of potential when it first opened and it feels like it has started to become a little bit run down.
Rooms however are very very clean and spacious, and the breakfast location and food quality is great.
N. M.
Staff was very nice and friendly and this was the best part of our stay. The rooms were very spacious and elegant** kinda. The bar was top notch, drinks were perfectly made, the food from the restaurant was also well prepared and very good.
The biggest issue I have is that the maintenance of this hotel is lacking a lot. We arrived to room lights not working, remote controls broken, showers going from set temperature to very cold and then scalding hot (actually burned my daughter, however nothing was done other than an apology), showers/tub not draining properly and finally on our last day they had to shut the water off to the entire property for over 8 hours (we checked out after about 3hrs of it not working and I am not sure when it came back but it was posted that it would be off for 8-10hrs). Other than my specific room issues you could tell there were maintenance issues all over the property that needed to be addressed. It is definitely not a 5 star hotel, it may have been once but it isn’t now. That being said it isn’t a bad place to stay especially given that there were amenities you wouldn’t get from a Holiday Inn, just make sure you aren’t paying any more than a Holiday Inn.
My last issue, which happened with several guests, 3 different Uber drivers and a cab driver, was the entrance/driveway was not clearly marked and you really had no idea where the entrance to the property was from the road. Once in the driveway you pull between two buildings, one which is the restaurant and the other which is the entrance to the lobby, which is not even marked at all. They have no signage for the lobby, parking instructions, drop off/pickup and valet. Once between the buildings you aren’t really sure where you are or what to do. This is just ridiculous, lazy, cheap or all of the above.
The property has the makings to be restored to a former glory and the staff definitely seem willing to make you feel like you are in a 5 Star hotel but either the management or the ownership are too cheap to maintain the property.
T. M.
Absolutely beautiful hotel, will definitely be back the next time i'm in London. I do however love the look of the hotel and the views are amazings. We were then greeted by friendly staff who made us feel very welcome and our luggage was offered to be taken to our room.
E. B.
Had a couples spa package. Lovely treatment of massage and body wrap. Treatment rooms were warm and relaxing. Small but cozy place. Staff were very accommodating. It was quiet when we arrived which was good as all facilities were fairly small. And I guess staff watch the ratio as I can imagine that if it got too busy you would feel overcrowded and have to wait for facilities. We really enjoyed ourselves and would recomend this spa. I added photos as I could not see many on google images that didn't look pro and think it is good to see from public perspective.

Me and my husband stayed at Hotel Rafayel for two weeks when visiting London. Our stay was very comfortable and fun. The room was spacious with large windows and good views of the city. The bar/restaurant overlooks the river and is ideal to dine on sunny days or at night time. The bar has good selection of wines and cocktails. The staff is very friendly and attentive to guest's need. The area is also very nice with Battersea Park just 10 minutes walk away. There are interesting eateries in the area as well, Sloane Square and Chelsea is also close by. We found it easy to get connections to Central. The bus from Victoria drops you right in front of the hotel. Also Clapham Junction is just 10 minutes walk. We will definitely be staying here in future!

This hotel is in a nice location in regards to a view from your room. However, specific "view of the thames" rooms will need to be requested. The customer service is superb, staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I have visited on many occasions and I am yet to be given a reason to complain. The car park is rather pricey, at £15 per day but being a 5 star hotel this is expected. I am unable to comment on the food as i had never eaten there.. multiple drinks yes, champagne yes but unfortunately no food. All of my trips have been over night stays and I often opt to go to the local Wetherspoons on checking out.
For what it's worth, it is a decent hotel.

Location location location over looking the Thames the perfect place to be on any summers day. Along with the great views is the mouth watering food every mouthful was sensational. The hotel rooms are spacious and inviting, the Hotel Rafayel offers the whole package for the perfect romantic getaway.

Great hotel with great views and lovely staff.

I Always stay here whenever I am traveling from NY to London. Very conveniently located and Booked directly from their website and got a good price Spacious room for a London hotel. Check In was smooth and staff was extremely helpful. They went the extra mile. Invited colleagues over for dinner at the restaurant Banyan. Ambience, food & location can’t go wrong. This time I flew into Gatwick and the train ride to the hotel was only 20 minutes. They have a shuttle that picks you up although it’s under a 10 minute walk from Clapham junction to the hotel.
T. M.
The reception has an exotic feel to it, and I immediately thought that this sets a great mood for a girly weekend/couples stay. The ground floor rooms are very overlooked, and I'd recommend making sure you call ahead for an upstairs room. Very clean and brilliant value for London.
P. P.
Lovely hotel and restaurant, staff are really accommodating. Restaurant service was so fast. Nice night views. Absolutely amazing. Definitely recommend.
S. K.
Hotel Rafayel is an amazing gem on the left bank of the Thames. A five star establishment from top to bottom. The breakfast is absolutely tops and you cannot beat the service. Aga made out visit particularly special with her warm, friendly nature and pleasant disposition. The food was also very good and the staff made our visit the best it could be The view of the river from our room was always pleasant...ducks, geese, swans, pleasure boats, crew and cruise ships as well as amazing sunsets. Traveling to London City was a breeze as bus stops are located a few steps from the lobby and cars and taxis are readily available as well.
R. M.
I cannot say I could recommend this place if you are staying for work and need to rely on their shuttle service to get to the station. If it turns up (and assuming they have remembered to take your booking) it is usually late. This may be ok if you are staying for leisure rather than work, but not when you have meetings to get to. The rooms are well appointed, clean and spacious, and it is nice and quiet, which is partly because the location much like the hotel seems a bit ghost-town-like. The bar and restaurant lack any atmosphere, partly because they lack any people.
S. S.
Lovely place. Was able to take my 2 cats with me which was great. Staff were very accommodating. Got stuck in the elevator briefly and the car park but overall was a great place to stay and would go back
D. T.
Fantastic spa treatment and a lovely pool. I and my sister decided to have a spa weekend just the two of us to catch up. We choose Hotel Rafayel due to a friend recommendation. I have to admit the hotel was great – very nice rooms, delicious food in the restaurant and very respectful attitude from everybody. And the focal point – the Spa. They have great facilities and offer almost every treatment you can think of. Both me and my sis had a full body massage and I also had a stone therapy and I am very pleased with everything.
S. M.
Great value accommodation. Very spacious, lots of mod cons. Clean, but not immaculate. Reception often unmanned, so no answer, which is frustrating. Overall it's very good for the price. You can pay more and get much less, so for a family, you'd struggle to find better value. Pretty happy overall.
k. d.
I was initially reluctant to book on the south side of the river .. but my initiative paid off well . I could for three days park my car and also get to the Kensington in 15 minutes because the hotel shuttle service is excellent. Very convenient, the hotel offers a nice gym and a very good restaurant.

5 Star hotel and Spa; within a short distance from Clapham Junction. Book in advance and you get an exceptional deal!! There’s a sauna, jacuzzi, massages, all the treatments you’d expect, rooms are very comfortable and It’s right on the bank of the Thames.
Quite literally next door to the London Heliport (which doesn’t operate all night so no worries if noise) it’s a step into another world if your normally used to the rural environment.
We’re here for the #O2arena and it’s a fair way! Quite deliberate on our part as we don’t get to London and wanted to experience the water taxis. Download the app is the easiest way and you can literally book, pay and board when you want to travel. The taxi pier is literally two mins along the embankment from the hotel and it runs morning and evenings.
Hope this helps you guys; for us, we loved it. Note: we ate out and didn’t use the hotel restaurant apart from a few gins every time we past it’s door!! Lol. But - it looked really good, it smelt gorgeous; the staff are exceptional, we booked the river restaurants - wow....
M. L.
This is definitely one of the top hotels in the country. The front desk staff is very polite and helpful if you have any questions; the food in the restaurant is amazing and so is the wine list; the rooms are bright and modern and the spa is the best part. First I decided to use only the pool but looking how happy people walked after the massages and sauna I decided I have to try it. I will say only that it was totally worth.

This hotel and the quality of service and the amenities caused us to choose Comfort Suites hotels for the rest of our trip. The staff were friendly and the food at the breakfast was terrific.
Really awesome 👍

I took the bus ***y times, and of course there is a lot of traffic in London all day so be patient when going from and to the hotel and waiting for the bus. We didn't have time to use the spa facilities or restaurant but with several offers …
T.
Excellent service the food was amazing! I had the steak and chips it was cooled to perfection. Amazing cocktails and the music was great. I would definitely be going back here recommend to anyone
T. M.
Would definitely recommend staying here. After dinner we was informed that there is a balcony upstairs were we can celebrate our day with a selection of cigars and cocktails brought to us. The hotel has easy access to Uber and buses into central London. We were given a free upgrade.
M. A.
Beautiful hotel, clean and tidy with excellent service. They have secure parking and the rooms are large. My room had a walk in shower with and a power shower jet spray. I couldn't get enough. I cannot understand the people who wrote negative reviews. The location is great
K. G.
Wonderful place for relax and business session. Great and friendly staff. Thank You for a great evening time. @hairlifeprofessional
C. R.
Absolutely lovely hotel, comfy beds and pillows, the shower in the bathroom was amazing could of stayed in there for hours. Only thing is it's a good 20min walk to closest underground/train station but the hotel does offer a shuttle bus to station but you have got to walk back to hotel from the station. Would stay again 4 stars from me.
A. B.
We went for spa day and afternoon tea. Food was nice.
Pool & jacuzzi were very small. Hydro therapy pool wasn't working properly. The hydro effect could only be felt from a small hole in the corner and rest was completely ineffective. It was just like a normal small pool.
R. H.
Great location. Information on parking could have been clearer as was difficult to find, and then find a space that was not reserved for residents. The rooms are nice and big, though the beds a little hard. Friendly staff.
T. M.
We stayed at this hotel for mini break for our 2nd wedding anniversary and from the moment we arrived we just knew it would be a fantastic stay. Didn't quite expect such spacious rooms in a london hotel. The room was incredibly clean. The staff are absolutely fantastic no request too big.
L. J.
I have been to this hotel on many occasions and I can not fault it at all, the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The food in the hotel restaurant is amazing worth every penny (even though I dont find it expensive) some will, but I think you can go to an average restaurant and pay a little and not come close to the standards in this restaurant. I wont stop coming I love it here such a relaxing atmosphere.
U. M.
What a room. Me and my wife got upgraded to a suite since it was out wedding night. The tub was just AMAZING! With half a dozen different features. The staff spread petals on our bed without any prompt (they surprised us with the upgrade) and the entertainment packages on offer were fantastic.
R. F.
I have never seen the owner of a hotel Mopping the floors whilst his staff take a break! Excellent customer service and beautiful and very well maintained rooms with a nice view! Staff are great and always smiling and looking to help .
Defenetly reccomend!

I stayed here with my girlfriend and it was an excellent stay. A weekend stay which we combined with the Ideal Home Exhibition. Small Grass area just outside the hotel for the dogs and nice walks up the Thames path to Battersea Park and Chelsea. The breakfast was cooked to perfection would recommend the full English.
J. J.
Good first impression. Very delicious food in the restaurant. Rooms are realy well disgned. The gym is ok. Free Shuttle from the hotel to the tube station clapham junction and clapham common. It was reachable by foot and bus as well.
What was bad is that the water temperature in the shower was varying again and again by it self. Although I complained several times during my 7 nights stay, they could not fix it and just told me every time that it would be good now. The light in the rooms were very dimmed, so that the morning routine infront of the mirror was hardly makable.
Overall it was quit nice for the price and I recommend it as long as you do not stay daylong in the hotel and do not have very high demands.
E. B.
Not as five star as hoped. More like three to four. Room was lovely and big, though a little shabby in places. Staff ok. Great thing about the place though was a free shuttle bus into Camden. Breakfast was delicious too. Evening meal was scrumptious.
S. A. A.
Exquisite service, perfect luxurious room, location, I left my heart in there. Couldn't have been better. The room, bar, restaraunt (amazing menu especially stakes) and Service was simply impeccable. Moreover best Spa & Chauffer service in London so far. The elegance of the hotel from the lobby to the rooms is breathtaking.
Five Stars definitely.

Beautiful hotel...I have stayed at the Rafayel on several occasions, and have always enjoyed my stay. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The spa facilities are great and the treatments are wonderful. The Banyan Restaurant and bar are also fantastic. The food and service have always been great and the bar and it's manager are exceptional. Thank you guys.

I stayed there for almost a week and it was very peaceful, clean and all facilities worked !!. The restaurant had very good food. Located on the river side it is a very nice place to relax and unwind after a full day of business meetings. A great management and very friendly staff.

Lovely Hotel. Male staff at the reception was very friendly. Had a 3 course meal there. Lovrly tasty food.
A few polite staff. Lovely view of the River Thames. Will definitely go Again just for the food.

I have stayed at the Raphael for business on several occasions. It
is more than just an elegant hotel, it is a symbol of style and hospitality.
If you're looking for the perfect location to experience a modern lifestyle with exquisite cuisine, trendy cocktails, helpful staff and nice people around this is the highest recommendation I can give without hesitation.
T. M.
I stayed in this hotel September 2012 and would recommend it highly. The restaurant had an amazing view over the river and it was amazing to watch helicopters land on the Helipad outside the hotel. I especially love the suite that has the bedroom and glass wall into the bathroom that has a view.
S. M.
The SPA area is quite nice, well equipped gym and quirky style for communal areas. Staff is professional and welcoming. There is a beautiful library space, ideal for people who have paper work to do or simply like to read. The restaurant serves tasty food as well.

Straight from Gatwick Airport to Clapham, away from the hustle and bustle of the city buses and smoke, Hotel Rafayel offers a sunny and bright, modern full amenities sanctuary. Polite and gentle staff, to a warm and welcoming safe environment. Early morning breakfast to a superb choices of food at the restaurant. Easy access to Wifi for business and a relaxing day at the spa, made the journey a breeze. Strongly recommend for business, pleasure for family and friends all year round.

Location was good for restaurants. Offered free shuttle service to and from Clapham Junction. First room we were given smelled like there was damp so the manager moved us, with no fuss. Very friendly staff on site but less attentive on calls we made to query some info.

I booked this hotel for my partners 30th birthday, i work for a hotel chain myself but wanted to book something a bit more nicer to really enjoy our weekend away. The quality of the equipment seemed good. Free of charge. We then walked …

Whenever I read or think of the famous saying "A Room with a View". It always reminds me of Hotel Rafayel in good old London. I am an avid and extensive traveler for business and leisure. Stayed in many Five-Six star hotels all over the world in different countries and cities from UAE to Egypt, Jordan to Bangladesh, Thailand to Pakistan, Turkey to USA etc from Grand Hyatt to Intercontinental, From Fairmont to Marriott, you name it! :)
I found Hotel Rafayel distinctively and pleasantly different in a number of areas. It has got one of the best view of London and River Thames from the spacious rooms. One of the best Skyline of London from its Rooftop. Utterly enchanting! It’s also fun to see Helicopters landing and take-off while sipping freshly brewed cup of coffee in late afternoons at the terrace, as Hotel Rafayel is located adjacent to London Heliport.
Rooms and Toilet/Bath rooms are surprisingly spacious in comparison to the standard London hotel rooms (yeah you got it, all the jokes about London hotel bathrooms shrinking size like plane toilets! :), Hotel Rafayel is a clear distinction and will give an upside surprise on that. Fitness center, Spa and Pool really helps in relieving all day meetings and work stress with its calming and soothing decor.
Eating Lunch and Dinner at 'Banyan on the Thames' Restaurant facing River Thames was a memorable experience with all the exotic and continental foods freshly made. A culinary delight and variety prepared by expert chefs at Rafayel Hotel. Reception staff and room service was smiley, friendly, cooperative and efficient (Check-In and Check Out). The biggest surprise was to meet the owner of the Hotel Mr. Iqbal Latif who was also eating his dinner at the hotel Restaurant and personally greeting guests! Very humble and down to earth guy, an accomplished Civil Engineer who had done many mega projects in his lifelong brilliant career, he told the interesting story behind Rafayel hotel and how his passion for hospitality industry led him to construct one of the World's first environmentally-conscious hotel with cutting edge green technologies that minimizes its environmental impact without compromising quality. Really great and interesting session with him!
Mr. Iqbal Latif told me that his Hotel Rafayel is one of the most advanced luxury green hotel in the world and it proves that hotels can dramatically reduce their carbon emission output without compromising on five-star luxury, quality or comfort. He made that dream true by incorporating the latest advances in LED lighting, air conditioning and rainwater harvesting, and it promises to reduce the whooping 70 kg carbon footprint of the average London hotel guest by an impressive 20 per cent.
Being an art collector and a passionate lover of aesthetics, design and style, the owner of the hotel Iqbal Latif personally focused on having art installations, paintings, crafts in rooms, Spa, Lobby, Restaurants and all over the hotel. Some really mesmerizing artistic views! which at times feels that you are in some top notch art gallery, studio or museum! :)
Pricing is also very reasonable considering free shuttle service, free WiFi, Fresh & Healthy Breakfast and other services. Hotel is conveniently located few minutes’ walk away from nearest tube station and is 10-15 minutes’ drive from Central London.
For me it’s Best value for Money and highly recommended!
I feel Hotel Rafayel is a hidden gem in the Hospitality industry of London and very underrated!
Whenever I will be in good old London for the rest of my Life Hotel Rafayel would be my only best choice. :)

We had two Groupon ... We had 4 glasses with Prosecco included in the deal, but was never asked where or when we wanted it.
The room (224) was big, the view not so good. The Hotel is some out of center London, but they offer some free Transport.

Wonderful 5 star hotel with a delightful staff located in a quiet residential but convenient neighborhood.
The 170 bus runs every 8 minutes with the stop 100 feet from the hotel door. 15 minutes and you're
at Victoria station.
The rooms are about 400 SF designed to be luxury studio 1BR condos. Tasteful modern design with a great kingsize bed and a huge 6 piece bathroom. The sound insulated walls and glass where just amazing.

Perfect location excellent hospitality very nice atmosphere. Food choices were awesome. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my business and family frends. Looking forward to stay at the same hotel on my next trip.

Hotel is fine nice and have clean rooms, partly with view to the river themse.
Hotel is a bid outsied from the City for a buisiness stay perfect. The Bar and Restaurant have a very nice view to the river. After a long buisiness day we have enjoy the sundowner. Drings are fine, dinner is standard, desser creme bruley not to recomend.
M. R.
It's been wonderful staying at the hotel. Great service .could do with staff who could understand a bit of English. Ladies at the reception great . Rooms great . A bit of TLC will make this hotel a 7 star .
Will surely be back .

Nice hotel, nice location, parking available for £15 a night (which is a very good option). This is the Junior Suite and it was a very nice size, very clean and well maintained. Staffs were very helpful every time we needed something.
S. K.
Stayed here for a weekend break. It was a really nice experience with a relaxing atmosphere, the rooms are spacious, well lit with amazing views of the river. The staff were helpful at all times and the restaurant was amazing. Would highly recommend
S. S.
Had a great night stay. Room was gorgeous. Hotel it self was clean and immaculate. Food very nice. However found staff abit unfriendly. Spa area was nice, massage was good again staff seemed abit unfriendly.
T. M.
We were collected at Clapham Junction railway station having travelled over from Ireland via Gatwick. Nothing could of prepared us for the room whatsoever it was bigger than my house. Pleasant staff at check in and informative. I will certainly not be staying at this hotel again nor will I be recommending it to anyone.
T. M.
The bed was extremely comfortable and the iPod docking system was a good addition. The tv was perfect and I could lie in bed and adjust the lighting and climate control from the tv remote. I'd had a fantastic shower and was all wrapped up in lovely supplied waffle dressing gown and slippers and came to dry my hair.
M.
Faultless service. Brilliantly efficient barmen with a good sense of humour. Superb food .Spa facilities and staff were great. Love the place because of its river view rooms. Cannot find a better place to relax after a busy day in London.
S. A.
Nice room but the hotel wasn’t what I expected from outsid we got a voucher for the presseco which I though u would receive when u get there and you had to go somewhere else to get it out of the hotel which was to long I wouldn’t charge the price they do for the rooms they need re decorating. I was so cold in the night time from the air con being left on. The car parking was expensive £15 per night and the car park is under ground and looks old. Was a bit disappointed with the spa facilities only being open until 8.30pm considering I come a long way after work they should be at least a bit later and the £50 deposit per night is ridiculous they only give me £30 back as they said I upgraded to a better room which I was suprised with as I never new I wouldn’t like to see what the standard room is than and the mini bar in the room is so expensive didn’t touch it also the shower is very confusing how to work and no bags in the bins but over all it was a ok stay but to pricey for what it is.
F. H.
It was great. The spa wasnt fully accomodating because the jacuzzi wasn't working. The room I stayed in was great... i would have preferred it if they put the aux cable and port for the music which was put by a desk, near the bed so one can control the music on a mobile device from the bed
P. Z.
Amazing hotel. Very nice rooms exactly as advertised. Very accommodating staff. Asked for a room with bathtub and had it changed complimentary. Nice location too. Had breakfast at the restaurant and was also very good. Has the full English. But the continental selection is also generous.

First of all, I would like to clarify that I am writing from the perspective of somebody who has taken to this establishment because of its 5 star status. Due to life circumstances, I have been a resident for a long time and this feedback is based on a much longer than average stay.
The establishment is well located, with spacious rooms. I personally found the decor in the common areas a bit over the top, but that is just my observation. The rooms have been well decorated, comfortable beds and good quality linen. The bathroom towels and bathrobes are also to high standards as well as the toletries, which are Neal's Yard. The front of house staff are friendly and always very polite and eager to help. The spa facilities are fully equipped, pristinely maintained, very well designed to maximise the space and decorated and illuminated in a way that invites its visitors to relax and unwind.
This hotel, however, presents several issues which are unforgiveable for an establishment with a 5-star rating. Starting with housekeeping. The amount of times my room has not been done or has been done to a poor standard have been far too many to count. And Housekeeping finishes at 3p.m. so, if you have been away all day and come back and your room has not been done, it's up to the Front of House staff to fix it up for you. Which is not their job, and they can only do it to a limited standard, so most of the times I felt uncomfortable bothering them.
If your room is facing the inner courtyard, you have other issues. The acoustics are FANTASTIC. Be prepared to be woken up at 5-ish in the morning on any given weekday by moving rubbish containers and laundry carts, and the animated morning conversations of contractors and external staff alike. If you are staying on a weekend, sometimes the restaurant or hotel host events... and events involve drunk people. Loud drunk people. You'll very likely be woken up if you're staying the guest rooms located on the 1st and 2nd floors of the building and facing the courtyard, so I would reccomend being informed of these events taking place in advance, so the front of house staff can make sure you have a comfortable and pleasant stay.
Also, there is no mobile phone reception inside a large portion of the building, the hotel features free wifi to compensate for this. However, of you have to make a call you either have to go outside or pay to make it from your room. All calls are chargeable, including Local. There are also other petty charges, like coffee capsules, which have a negative impact on the image of the establishment.
I have not experienced the suites by myself, so I cannot rate them. I have stayed in standard and 1st tier upgraded rooms, and I must conclude that my experience is that of a 4-star.
N. M.
During my stay @ Hotel Rafayel, I've completely enjoyed myself. The stay was really nice and so were the staff. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable in every way. Overall it was a nice stay. Great experience.
C. C.
The hotel is very nice but is plagued with a number of annoyances like poor in room lighting, poor wi-fi, an out of place breakfast and being charged for coffee in the room.
It is a shame because it is otherwise very nice and most importantly has very comfy beds offering a good night's sleep if you turn off the AC which seems to have the cold air blowing at your head while in bed

We had three course meal and some of them were very good and some were just ok. The starter of crab was great but prawn one wasn’t very good unexpectedly. Lamb curry was not a great option to choose but the fish was delicious with honey glazed flavour. Forgot the name of the dessert but both were great. The dessert with the vanilla ice cream were the best one, comes with lots of layers of different flavours(highly recommended to try). However, on all of them they used a mango sauce to decorate and put flavour, which was smelling very bad so please tell them before hand not to use on yours so that you have the best experience. Enjoy 😉!!!
T. M.
The food was excellent and the shisha was perfect. The owner was very nice as well and we felt very happy with the service
P. S.
It's the hidden gem of the Thames! A great hotel, luxurious and affordable, sitting right on the Thames with fantastic views and despite being a little walk from a nearby station, the hotel runs a bookable shuttle service which is fantastic. Our room was perfect, thank you :)
A. H.
Lovely hotel and stunning room. Right on the banks of the Thames. Great place to take a pew and watch the world go by. Bar and restaurant overlook the Thames. Parking is underground and a bit of a squeeze. Lovely hotel.
M. C.
In my eyes this is a outstanding 5 star hotel and I highly recommend. The staff are always friendly, very helpful and have a very high level of customer service. The rooms and food 10/10. Sanya has helped me with all of my bookings and I would like to say a very big thank you.
A. L.
They have a lovely Terrace however it was not furnished nicely and a bit neglected. Couldn't have breakfast on the terrace even if we could hear wasn't really nice the view was lovely and also Terrace wasn't accessible during the night. The rooms are lovely clean and modern staff are friendly.
J. K.
Lovely views.
Room nice and big and spotless.
Resturant food was nice.
Staff very friendly and so helpful.
2nd time of being here. Will be going back again.
b. m.
Great place. Nice spacious rooms and polite staff. Only one issue for me are the lights in the rooms are not very bright. Would help if they used higher wattage/lumens bulbs. On site parking was definitely a plus point.
K. H.
This is a review for the bar at the top of the hotel rather than a stay at the hotel itself. We had rented the rooftop venue for a party (on an unfortunately rainy day).
The bad weather did influence the night - what was going to be a rooftop BBQ turned into an indoor event. This is obviously no fault of Rafayel's though. The food was okay but it would have been nicer to have some rice to go with the chicken tikka pieces.
The service was professional and the venue was clean and well maintained. The price of drinks was high generally but in line with prices found in most London rooftop bars. Overall it is a good venue but not one of my personal favourites.
T. M.
My partner and I had the hotel booked as my birthday present and were looking forward to staying with you as the hotel looked stunning. In fact it's really easy to use the bus and catch the tube from Victoria etc. I could not fault anything about the hotel and staff.
A. S.
This is an outstanding hotel. The rooms are very spacious. The service is polite and accommodating. The food was delicious and well presented. Great for solo or couples.
S. S.
Great service and staff! Lovely hotel to stay amazing view and great restaurant by the water
P. T.
Nice enough rooms although looking little tired.
Great location
Service in the bar was somewhat slow and it wasn't busy.
Breakfast in the morning was very tasty although they mixed up the orders completely
L. B.
Really nice hotel, good value for money. Reasonable priced car parking. Very clean and tidy, enormous room, enormous bed, enormous bathroom with jacuzzi bath and separate shower. Properly lovely and relaxing.
K. S.

We stayed in a double on the 2nd floor, it had Aircon, very clean, great service, food in the restaurant was fantastic, great view, free shuttle.
We would highly recommend this due to location and the above mentioned (wonderful thames walk to Battersea park, Kensington and many more).
Stayed 23.2.19.

Also the best steak in TOWN!!!!!!!!!!!!

I came to a private function at this venue and was very pleasantly surprised. Wandsworth riverside is not an area in would expect a 5-star hotel but the food at our event was of a very high standard and the staff were attentive. So if it's convenient for you, have a look.
N.
Visited here on a deal booked for my birthday. It included the nites stay, afternoon tea, access to spa and 2 treatments. Took abit of time to check in but everything else made up for that. Had a lovely conversation with one of the spa staff during my hot stone massage and she was absolutely lovely. Had a fab time and would definately visit again
A. R.
It’s a great place to stay , enjoyed my stay . I will recommend it to my family and friends to come and enjoy staying at this beautiful hotel.I met the owner of hotel Rafayel Mr latif and what a gem of a person. He joined me during my dinner in restaurant of hotel and I enjoyed wonderful dinner experience .
L. R.
Enjoyed my stay here. The staff were very helpful, friendly and the rooms were very spacious & clean. Great customer service.
F. R.
I really liked the calm at Rafayel, near the city centre but far from all the noises. Modern and clean.
Rafayel was perfect for our business meeting and the Restaurant was classy. Prolly the cheapest 5 star Hotel in London too !
R. R.
Rafayel is an awesome place .. Great views, great spa and very healthy food. As a British Cruiser weight champion this was my training place. I needed healthy food and water spa. It helped me a lot.
m. a.
The hotel is very comfortable and the staff is very nice and the place is quiet and enjoyable. And the owner of the hotel is characterized by his humanity and his wife is sophisticated and organized and supervised effectively and quietly. We loved the hotel and everyone who works in it. My husband and I stayed here on a small vacation to London. My heart sank as we arrived in our taxi, all I could see was what I later realised were private apartments and it just looked so messy. I truly am devastated over this trip and feel hard done by the hotel and its staff.
M. B.
Very nice hotel, with a spa treatment and guy facilities. The customer service is great and especially the food. The only problem I had, is with the showers, extremely hard to get the right temperature. And poor phone signal/Wi-Fi.

Cat friendly. Room was nice but very expensive mini bar. Got stuck in the elevator briefly. Staff were great. Would definitely go back
N. R.
Great hotel with good views. Nice staff and spa included in stay
A. S. E.
Well Situated hotel, free shuttle from the station, arrived quickly, room was great, clean and comfy bed. Great staff and service.
Restaurant was overpriced for the quality of food received, and spa was lacking a swimming pool. Cant fault anything else, great message treatment received.
T. M.
I'm afraid it's not no offer of concierge no offer of showing you to your room and then when u get to your room after travelling there isn't complimentary water for u. There were so ***y basic things missing and what was there was just …
c.
Spacious well appointed rooms and bathrooms . Ask for a room with a view of the Thames. Has a bar and restaurant opening on to the river. Watch helicopters take off and land at nearby helipad. A delightful place to stay.
m. L.
Absolutely amazing hotel and staff I have stayed several times for work and will continue to do so, excellent location immaculate and I have never slept so well beds are amazing. Love this hotel
S. (.
Excellent hotel and the shuttle from Clapham tube station is awsome. Met Tariq Latif the owner of the hotel in the bar and one of the nicest person I have met. Went out of his way to speak to us and bought myself and partner a drink. Will be back again..
n. h.
A pleasant experience, above average breakfast, clean and tidy rooms, courteous staff. Location is q bit far from central London. Overall a nice package.
J. S.
What a hotel very large contemporary rooms full of gadgets. Huge curved windows with great views depending on room location. Downside is you can hear the helicopters landing near the Thames. Strange food pricing in the restaurant, everything was expensive but 50% off, £54 for fish n chips pay £27 lol I mean fish n chips is £3.50 What planet
S. B.
UPDATE: Was moved to another suite, was smaller but climate control worked from the touchpad. I was frightened of the touchpad, fearful of the climate control breaking. I didn't even try to use the TV control and don't think the climate control masters at reception were manipulating the temperature. Did get a discount on the first night, didn't argue with the 20 % amount but felt as though I would have been better served with a larger discount. I was truly affected by this odd experience.
Crazy people control the climate from reception. Supposed to work from touch pad in the room, but DOESN'T!!!! Second day here and am going to try another junior suite. TV climate control DOESN'T work either. TV says it is 13 degrees Celsius and 98 degrees Fahrenheit. They provided a fan that says AIRCONDITION taped on it. They said it was a fan themselves but perhaps that is their idea of Air conditioning (lol). Food and drink and breakfast all good, bur without room control of the temperature, it feels like a truly controlled Situation and I am very scared and frustrated. They said that they would give me a discount for my trouble after I video taped a conversation where I asked him to demonstrate the ability to control the climate from within the room and he wouldn't because it isn't possible to do. I have two nights left with this booking.
E. A.
The hotel is great, I enjoyed the spa and their afternoon tea was lovely. I nearly slept off soaking myself in Jaquissi. What a nice way to relax after a long week.
S. L.
Absolutely lovely rooms with the latest technology, TV in the bath, speakers in in ceilings in the room. Brilliant ambiance. Excellent food in the restaurant. The staff always seemed confused though.
A. C.
Really lovely champagne tea. Had an excellent time...professional service,
good food..great view of the Thames and helecoptor landings. Will definately come again
S. T.
Friendly team of folks who are always there to make sure you have a good stay. The level of service is really good and one does get a lot of quiet time here. My favourite place here is their restaurant and the spa.
m. s.
What a great hotels this is located near the river Thames. It has some stunning views from the bedroom windows the staff is very helpful and well mannered and the hotel is very clean the food is also very tasty personally I really liked and enjoyed my experience in this hotel diffentely recommend it for others too!
T. M.
I have stayed at this hotel twice now and each time I have been impressed by the service that I have received. I was given a room on the Ground floor which when I entered was possibly the 2nd best Hotel room I have ever stayed in behind those offered by the Lowry in ***chester. I couldn’t recommend this place enough.
L. N.
Good location, nice walks around, luxurious reception area.
Haven't seen rooms as I just had been there for viewing to rent a flat 😊 fist impression very good!
V. L. S.
Had a great evening at the Hotel Rafayel, delicious food and great service thank you to the staff.
S. L.
Very nice room, lots of luxuries. Front desk let me check in few hours early. The layout almost didn't look like a hotel was a bit strange.
J. M.

Had a great time here at Hotel Rafayel.
Made my girlfriend's 29th a blast with the Jacuzzi.
Many thanks to Ben who set up the decorations in the room for her.
6* if possible.
E. S.
Met a colleague that was staying at the hotel for breakfast. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Great location as we left and caught the riverboat into the city. All in all a very pleasant experience
P. C.
Lovely hotel with a magnificent view, however our room of 121 sounded like it had the hot water boiler in it so whenever anyone used their shower on the floor it sounded like a waterfall in our room, not exactly what we wanted for our holiday break waterfalls from 6am till 9 :(
V. S.
Visited the hotel restaurant (Banyan on the Thames) for afternoon tea. Food and drink was fantastic as was the service I experienced. Lovely location next to Battersea heliport. Perfect place to watch the world go by and enjoy lovely food.
f. m.
My first priority is always location, and due to its location on River Bank I enjoyed a lot, specially thier clean atmosphere and best quality linen and overall food quality was good, I would recommend to my friends and family to stay in Hotel RAFAYEL ON THE LEFT BANK. LONDON.
K. P.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Had gluten free options to help me out as I'm allergic! Room was lovely, food was lovely, shower was lovely! Had a great stay :)
H. A.
Nice Hotel. If you try the emperor suites the view is particularly good. Chic hotel. Right in the middle of Battersea. Not convenient by public transport. Really good spa. Good for birthdays and anniversaries etc.
H. B.
I have been to Rafayel in 2014 and then now. I came back from Kuwait to revive my memories. I am amazed to see the consistency of the hotel in tow areas the rooms and the food.
a. e.
Is excellent place with amazing view and the food is great. I enjoyed my time
V. H.
Had a delicious vegetarian Indian dinner in the restaurant. Very healthy but tasty, superb Paneer and dhal and nans from tandoor. Topped off by a unique honey Kulfi which I've never had before. Highly recommended
E. K.
I attend work conferences at Rafayel regularly. This time, I lost my bag with my phones, cards, keys and money in. I couldn't find it for over an hour. The whole team were incredibly helpful by using their cctv etc. I was even offered a glass of prosecco to celebrate and calm my nerves when they'd found it for me..thank you.
R. W.
Fantastic hotel and really really good restaurant.
Rooms large and modern.
A little hard to get to by rail but buses ok.
L. D.
Lovely Hotel, only stayed one night. Good value, river view from room. Highly recommended. Lovely for a romantic weekend. On site spa.

R. M.
Best place to live and only 15 mins away from Harrods. Very good rooms and service. Restaurant food is very good. Very helpful and friendly staff. Would definitely use them again.highly recommended.

Rooms were ok but the room arrangements can be better all the time was looking at a pillar in the middle of room and TV bracket wasnt correct had to view from sideways.
No clean bedsheets the next day.....
L. O.
Great experience. Myself and my wife enjoy very much the spa facilities. Many thanks for the great massage. SPA was very clean. Very friendly staff

Been here to eat several times always tasty food and wonderful atmosphere.. right by the river and helicopter pad. So chance you could experience a very close up helicopter vision and watch river boats whilst eating..
Highly recommended

I have offices in Midlands and London so when i travel down from the midland i need stress free comfortable surroundings have to say i have been staying in this hotel now for 5 years and would not consider going to another hotel this has all the trappings of a 5 star hotel and easy access to city and central London with fantastic staff whether its business or pleasure this hotel is a must.

1st room smelled of damp. Lots of windows meant anyone could see in the room, and we had to complain. 2nd room was much better, and was more to what we expected for the price we paid.
R. S.
Only used the Spa facilities which where okay, the staff members were helpful although the place in general did not seem very organised. The restaurant was overpriced and the food is okay, nothing special.
B.
Fabulous! Lovely food, drinks were nice and kind staff!
T. P.
It is 5 minutes from my home but I feel on holiday- we could be in Portugal now. Luxury
C. R.
Very friendly staff, great location. Stayed here for 2 nights. Woke up to beautiful views of London. Would recommend.
F. N.
Myself & My Family love having drinks here. Beautiful sitting by the river lovely last night relaxing here cooling off, after a very hot weather, yesterday Saturday evening peaceful
M. D.
Very luxurious but WiFi didn't work and room service took nearly an hour also they tried to charge me over £28 for a £14 bill. I'm sure it was just an individual's mistake but still not good enough.
L. R.
Very nice hotel the best I've stayed in. Great location and the resturant food is absolutely amazing. Been twice to this hotel and restaurant and both times where perfect
D. W.
This is a fantastic hotel. Great location, great facilities parking is reasonable and the rooms are fantastic. What more could you ask for?
A. G.
Hotel and apartments, room and bathroom are big, really good food at the restaurant, nice gym and spa areas included in the price to stay.
R. S.
Really beautiful hotel, 4 stars instead of 5 due to our room overlooking a construction site which also woke us up promptly before 9am
J. 7.
Really good value - the room was awesome - spectacular view of the Thames - the dinner was spectacular!
S. S.
We come to this hotel regularly on a business trip and find it very useful and cheerful...prices are good, location is very close to most zone 1 (from clapham junction)...rooms are tidy and very clean...of-course like every hotel you got this and that as small issues but management is there to help and assist...overally extremely satisfied as a business user... as a fun place this isvob weekend full of revellers - younger people love the spa and food.
G. T.
Nearly one of my favourite hotels. Love the emperor suites. No need to head to the spa when everything Is in your room
N. P.
One of the best hotels where I ever been. Friendly staff. Our room was on river site. I love it
A. M.
Comfortable bed. Great service. Amazing shower. Even products smell and feel amazing on your skin. Owner is a lovely man.
K. D.
Good hotel but I feel is a bit overrated. Think if you wanna spend that kind of money here but if you explore you’ll find a lot of better options.
Y. S.
Service -- not as expected: Rooms okay Location very very nice ... Reception -- amm ... not welcoming... ( may be due to short of staff)... # Enjoy ur stay# Good Luck..
n. m.
Ok hotel in that it's clean and comfortable. Breakfast nothing to write home about and service a bit slow. Overpriced but then that's London for you.
A. F.
Excellent hotel. Really good location and great views. The staff are really friendly and always willing to help.Would definately recommend.

The food and the service were very good, but the location wasn't great at all. The space felt unfinished somehow. Wasn't unhappy that I went, but probably wouldn't go back in a hurry.
