D. D.Awkward customer service upon arrival and no bar or restaurant. Was quite concerned about the type of guests they had with a lot of comings and goings from groups of men.Felt like anyone could just walk in without being challenged. The room itself was modern and the hotel had acted upon my request for a room with a view which was great. The location is good with lots of restaurants in the vicinity. One or 2 issues with cleanliness ie the bedside cabinet had a liberal spray of polish that had not been removed and edges and corners suffered from dust. The day staff were extremely helpful and professional and would give me reason to return for another stay. I would suggest that this hotel is not suitable for families with children .
I. A.The receptionist here are special. Very professional, and willing to attend to all questions and enquiry. The hotel is quite affordable, located in the best place possible in Ealing London. You don't have to struggle with food as there are many beautiful restaurants around.

Pros:
1) Good amount of restaurants and shopping in the immediate area, felt clean and safe.
2) Rooms were modern, good size, and clean. Bed was comfy.
3) Best bath towels I think I have ever used.
4) Underground station is less than a 10 minute walk.
Cons:
1) There was a construction site right next store. Although we didn't hear it much, we didn't feel comfortable leaving the curtains open .
2) Could have used a refrigerator.
Overall, we would stay here again.

Friendly and helpful welcome, smooth fast lift, lovely clean room and bathroom, amazing power shower! If you have long hair dont pack your hairdryer - use theirs it's perfect. Bed is soft but comfortable, pillows are lovely. Will definitely come back. Fortune cookie is a nice touch.
J. S.I’ve stayed here before, on my own, and the stay was excellent. I just stayed again, with my wife on our honeymoon and I wasn’t disappointed. The location is great, within a couple hundred meters of Ealing Broadway tube and rail station. There is a ton of great restaurants and coffee shops nearby so we were able to find places to eat with little to no problem. Additionally, the rooms are spacious and clean, and my wife was a big fan of the hot chocolate and shortbread cookies, which hotels back in the USA don’t offer. Next time we’re in London, we’ll stay here again.
P. P.The hotel is very nice, new and clean. The staff is excellent too! But, the gym is not useful. It is a public gym a few blocks away from the hotel and it is always packed! I was looking forward to swimming in their very nice pool, however, it was always packed and the people didn't care, they would just jump in even if they had no place to swim. If you need to use the gym and the pool, forget about this hotel. Otherwise, its a wonderful place to stay.
A. D.It's not very often that I stay in a hotel but when I do, it's for a very specific reason. We spent 2 nights here at the hotel on the 5th floor, facing the street. You can obviously still hear the sound of the vehicles passing by but we live in London so noise is not an issue for us. The windows are double glazed but they are so thin that I wouldn't really classify it as double. There is no minibar in the room we were in which is not a problem. The carpet has, unfortunately, quite a lot of stains on them. You get the usual amenities in the bathroom and can be requested should you need more. The housekeeping staff are very friendly and more than willing to help you. Breakfast is your usual buffet selection, nothing special. However, the restaurant is very spacious. Overall, it was a good experience with very few niggles.
T. M.Can't say enough good about this hotel. I asked for a high floor and a quiet room which we did have. We only ate in the dining room for breakfast but the waiting staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Easy location to get to and very clean, quiet despite location.
P. A.We were moved here from Doubletree as they overbooked the hotel. Great customer service, very accommodating, gave us free ice cream on arrival! We had a room for the designed for the disabled as we wanted a room away from the main road noise. I would recommend this hotel for those coming for a city break with great access to London. Slightly pricey though in my opinion.

V. 2.Nice and cozy place good for groups and a good space for 2 people at one room. They’re is no small fridge or a bottle of water the bed is annoying when you sleep the good thing is that there is a small tv and a good service. It’s a good hotel after all
T. M.We were really happy with the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. Commute to central London very easy and about 20 minutes out. Short walk of a few blocks to get to train station. On a B&B basis, the £108 I paid represented good value for London for a London hotel.
T. M.We went on a babymoon/delayed honeymoon and were comfortable and happy at Hotel Xanadu for all the time we were there. The hotel is close to Walpole Park and this area is safe. Service is good. The staff are professional and extremely knowledgeable. The staff are all accommodating and friendly.
J. F.I use Hotel Xanadu for work bookings for the company and have stayed here myself a few times. Lovely hotel and really friendly and helpful staff. All the team there are great, especially Anne! They always try their best and if they can get you an early check-in they will! They make my job so much easier when I have big group bookings. If you want to stay in Ealing or attending an event at Wembly, book the Xanadu for your overnight stay!

T. M.We booked this hotel for easy travel into Wembley for an event. I enjoyed the location specifically because of the local restaurants and it's a very quiet area. Central London is a tube ride of about 45 minutes so it's best if you go in for the entire day. Plenty of restaurants nearby so very easy to reach for dinner.

A.I stayed there for a night it was very good and if you like to go to heathrow airport from it is nice because you can take the heathrow express from Ealing Broadway station which 5 minutes walk from the hotel. But if you visiting the city it think there will be better choices specially in zones 1 & 2 which is better for tourists.

The first floor is the reception, and the rooms are from the second floor. It was a relatively new hotel, and both the hotel and the rooms were stylishly designed and generally clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable, and the noises of other travelers were hardly bothered. The point that the free Wi-Fi service can be used in the room was very good.
Late at night, the noise of ventilation became a bit annoying until I went to bed. There is a dryer. There is no bathtub. No fridge. You should think that there is hardly amenity. There is no difference in culture, no bathrobes and slippers. Still, there are plenty of shops available around the hotel, so you can buy what you need cheaply and easily. There is no bad access from the nearest Ealing Broadway station to the downtown area. Walking distance to South Ealing Station. The access to Heathrow Airport was fast, convenient and cheap, with access to South Ealing Station. There is no problem with customer service.
I think that it is the same level as a general Japanese business hotel that can be stayed at around 10000 yen, or slightly inferior (in terms of not having a refrigerator or a bathtub, few amenities, breakfast extra charge). Hotel recommended for people who are good at the service of that degree, and those who can travel on the subway around 30 to 1 hour. I would like to use it again.

料金なども含め、総合的にみて星4つと評価。女性1人で5日間の宿泊。ダブルベッドの部屋。1階がフロントで、客室は2階〜。割と新しいホテルなのかホテルも客室も、スタイリッシュなデザインで、おおむね清潔で整っていた。ベッドの寝心地もよく、他の旅行客の物音なども、ほとんど気にならなかった。客室内でも無料Wi-Fiサービスが使える点が、とても良かった。
深夜、寝つくまでは、換気音がすこし気になった。ドライヤーあり。バスタブなし。冷蔵庫なし。アメニティは、ほとんどないと思っていたほうがいい。文化の違いなのか、バスローブやスリッパもない。それでも、ホテル周辺に買い物できる店が沢山あるので、必要なものは、安く簡単に購入できる。最寄りのイーリングブロードウェイ駅から都心部へのアクセスも悪くない。サウスイーリング駅も徒歩圏内。ヒースロー空港までのアクセスは、サウスイーリング駅の利用が安くて早くて便利だった。スタッフの接客も問題なし。
日本の一般的な、10000円前後で泊まれるビジネスホテルと同程度か、やや劣る程度(冷蔵庫やバスタブがない、アメニティが少ない、朝食別料金といった点から)だと思う。その程度のサービスでいい人、30〜1時間前後の地下鉄移動が平気な人にはオススメのホテル。私は、また利用したいと思う。

Dim sum (vegetar og vanlig) er helt fantastisk!!!! Vi trodde at det kom til å bli slitsom å bo så langt utenfor selve London, men med en direkte tube inn til byen er det ikke noe problem.
