W. j. R.Fantastic location near pubs and football ground. Safe on front parking, clean rooms, very helpful, tea facilities in room, hair dryer, compact but great for overnight stay. Few doors away from a lovely pub.
C. N.Rooms were old and rough like the area it is in. The bed was too soft I had a sore back and the shower just dribbled. I opened the drawer next me and there was an open condom. However I didn't complain we spent 4 nights there over new years and just used the room for sleeping which was fine. It was a decent 20 min walk to metro in cold. Was a okay base for sightseeing.

Nice big rooms, modern bathroom, nice bed etc.
For the price (roughly £60) it was excellent, even more so for London and it's prices!
It's walking distance to Shepherds Bush and food and drink outlets, so what more could you want?!

L. W.Stayed in a double room. The room was nice only downsides where the room was cold during the night, there was no thermostat on the radiator to higher the tempreture up and the shower took a while to heat up. Other than that it was clean and quiet. The hotel is within walking distance of takeaways and shops.
K. Y.Picked this hotel because located close to son's uni accommodation and it was one of few in immediate are to offer parking. It doesn't offer breakfast, but so many options close by it didn't matter. I was pleased with my room, (at rear of hotel) it was clean & overlooked a garden where I enjoyed watching the wildlife, so many birds (including parakeets), squirrels, and foxes playing chase along the roofs. The shower took a little while to warm up but once it did there was plenty of hot water and temperature easily contollable and consistent. Basic tea/coffee making facilities, although like many hotels it seems the teaspoons have been pilfered. I'll never understand why people feel the need to borrow them! Reception staff were friendly, helpful and not at all intrusive. I was able to come and go as I pleased. All in all I felt I had excellent value for money. It's worth making sure you have photo-ID for check in. I didn't, but a returnable £10 cash deposit for the key covered that off. I was given a ticket which on handing in at check out meant deposit was returned. Car was parked immediately outside of the hotel and was fine for the 36 hours I left it there. This is charged as extra £15 per night and needs booking in advance(NB street parking £1.10 for every 30 mins and capped at 8 hours). All in all a no nonsense, clean affordable hotel within easy striking distance of key London areas. I will be staying again.
L. S.Easy location, cheap compared to other london prices. Rooms are small but have all the things you need. Cleanliness is 5 out of 10. Since it is on a main road you should expect some high noise levels.
J. L.Not the best, floor hadn't been vacuumed, had to ask for toilet roll, bathroom window was open with the handle broken and couldn't close it, shower wasn't clean, lovely comfortable beds though and late checkout.
J. E. M.Good, simple, no thrill no fuss, affordable place to stay. Well deserved by buses taking you in 10 minutes to Hammersmith station. From there you are 4 stations away from the heart of London. Recommended

The man at the front desk was awesome on the lookout for all our needs, very patient and always present.
But the last day he was away and when I asked for a towel that was not given to me in the morning. A woman told me uncomfortably on the intercom that he did not change towels every day but only every 3 days😱

L'homme de l'accueil était génial aux aguets de tous nos besoins, très patient et toujours présent.
Mais le dernier jour il était absent et quand j'ai demandé une serviette qu'on ne m'avait pas distribué le matin. Une femme m'a répondu désagréablement à l'interphone qu'il ne changeait pas les serviettes tous les jours mais seulement tous les 3jours😱
