We chose to book the larger room. Great choice as turned out, very nice room, great design clean and more than a step above the normal premier inn rooms.
Love this hotel, staff friendly and helpful. The bar area is really nice and open until 12 unlike its big brother up the food.
Bar prices cheaper and you can get a full breakfast for £7.
Recommend this hotel to anyone. Great value, lovely hotel!

I love Premier Inn's hubs. They are smart, well designed and very comfortable for a short stay. This one is no exception. One of the key advantages is that they are all the same. You know exactly what you will be getting. Breakfast is a reasonable choice but well cooked and tasty. Having said all this, room 5022 had a serious issue with the overhead shower leaking and spraying water over the top of the screen all over the room. Everything was soaked. I did report it so if you get allocated this room make sure you ask them if they have sorted out before you accept the room!

Great location, easy and simple check in process (can check in through a self serve kiosk if you're there later in the day or don't like talking to humans much). We had to get our access card reset a few times but it was no bother and got sorted pretty instantly.
Rooms are small but small enough. I wish all the big cities had hotels like this. I literally want a shower room, bed and maybe a TV. This was more than enough. If you're staying for a longer amount of time maybe a traditional size hotel room, but for a short weekend trip it was great. Good view from the windows (But they don't open due to safety and wind). Room had AC/heating/humidifier which blended into the background.
The hotel has a lounge that's open till midnight, had a lovely drink which wasn't too expensive for London, and sofas were very comfy where my other half fell asleep on them!
Only niggle is that when we wanted a shower the water pressure absolutely went and left us with a trickling tap. Fortunately for us it was our last day and we didn't need it urgently. Mentioned it to the staff and had quite a blunt response - but I guess she's had almost every customer tell her their water isn't working so I get it.
Otherwise we will be coming again!

Super affordable hotel close to the best of Kings Cross. Rooms are small with comfortable beds and everything you need for an overnight stay. I especially like the downstairs lounge area with endless free coffee and tea, and the proximity to Caravan for the BEST breakfasts!

Didn't manage to get a photo of the hotel but it exceeded our expectation. It was at a convenient location near St Pancras, about 5 to 8 min walk away. The room was small but clean, bright, modular with all the controls near the headboard. The room light automatically turns on when you walk in. Usually the hairdryer in most hotels are on the small side and takes a long time to dry, they have a very decent hairdryer. I love the easy self check in check out, really fast and fussfree. The staffs were kind, easygoing and helpful. We hang out in the lounge while waiting for our next hotel check in. The lounge was comfortable and well-lit, was going to buy coffee while waiting and was told that it is complementary. Great place to stay in if you are in London (and wants a place near train station!)

I accidentally booked the wrong date to stay at this hotel and the staff were very accommodating at changing my dates very short notice and providing a room.
Perfect location and clean facilities at affordable prices. I’ll be back!

Small, cosy, funky room. Big comfortable bed, good shower.
Handy for the station and the delights of Kings Cross!
All the staff were nice too.
Would stay here again.
J.
Good value hotel located next to the station. Room was tiny but comfortable. Started to get stuffy so had to leave the aircon on all the time. Pretty good breakfast selection too.
J. B.
I love this place! Clean, friendly and the rooms are great for a couple of nights.
The staff are excellent and are always on hand to solve any issues (not that I’ve had many!)
J. W.
No complaint from me. I have stayed here and at Brick Lane, both stays were great. No pretentions and smarmy insincerity like 'proper' hotels, just friendly staff. Nice fresh ground coffee on demand from a machine on the ground floor, nice cooked breakfast and small but very clean excellently presented rooms. All at affordable cost., My go to if staying in London
P. D.
Ideal location next to King’s Cross Station. The standard rooms are comfortable but small, perfect for a single person. No kettle in the room but there is free tea and coffee in the lounge area. The entertainment system has been playing up (randomly turning off) but that is probably a random issue with this room.
J. M.
Really convenient location, not far from euston or King's Cross. The breakfast was worth the additional cost, with a good selection of hot and cold items. Night and day staff were helpful and nice to talk to.

This is a good value hotel in central London. It is a couple of minutes walk from King's Cross St Pancras and has good links to other areas of central London.
The hotel room is clean, modern and compact. It is relatively small but has all the facilities you need if you are spending most of your day out in London. The hotel offers a luggage service before you check in/after you check out.
There is a TV, desk and hair dryer. There are no tea/coffee facilities but I believe you can access these in the restaurant in the ground floor.
I have stayed at a hub by Premier Inn previously on Goodge Street. We opted for the Kings Cross location this time as it was a bit cheaper. Overall, the hotels are great value in terms of its location and I'd highly recommend them.

The room was OK but a couple of things I didn't like. The bathroom door was glass, I've been married 15 years but still don't want to know what my husband is doing. There was no toilet brush and the lights were controlled by a push button panel behind the pillows. If you woke in the night you either had to go in the dark or risk putting the light on everywhere, no ideal. Breakfast is chaotic, they run out of food quickly and don't notice until you request something, even then it can take a long time to come. However the bed was extremely comfortable, the room was warm and quiet. We would use this hotel again but we would be prepared this time.
N. M.
Great little hotel, walking distance to the station and tube lines, rooms are perfect for those wanting mod cons but simplicity and nothing too fancy. The staff are very amenable, the bar/lounge is a relaxed place to hang out, and the food is decent quality when all you want is an early night.
A. M.
Really good hotel this - bedrooms are small, however very cleverly designed with underbed storage, sliding desks etc. Bed is very comfortable. Cleanliness was top-notch. Really liked the controls at the top of the bed where you can adjust all the lights and set do not disturb. Staff throughout the hotel were pleasant and helpful. Great location, just 5 minutes walk from Kings Cross station. Would happily recommend for anyone staying for a few nights in London.
S.
A few minutes walk from the train stations, the hotel has small, modern rooms.
The rooms don't have tea and coffee but there is a free tea and coffee station downstairs available 24hrs.
The breakfast is buffet style, offering bacon, sausage and scrambled egg as well as a range of pastries, bread and fruit etc. Choices are limited if you have special dietary requirements.

Staff at hotel on 7 and 8th December could not have been more helpful, friendly and cheerful. Hats off to breakfast staff who we saw dealt with some grumpy , rude middle aged male customers well. Also staff who helped us get in and out of our meeting rooms .and secure them. Finally, check staff who were busy but good humoured. We are all quick to moan when things go wrong , but this team were great.

Great value! For £60 I stayed in a double room which was fantastic! The room has a futuristic vibe, which ties into the whole check in/out process.
The bed was comfy, the shower spacious. The TV had an assortment of preloaded movies as well as an extended array of channels.
The location itself is convenient, located right next to the Eurostar / St Pancras International and I would certainly stay here again.

Fantastic location near St Pancrass train and underground station in London. Rooms are small with a little window, but have modern design. Lights control are crazy... some options don't work... by night you can't turn on just the light of the bathroom but all the lights in the room. They clean the room only every 5 nights.

Very compact room but fine for 1 night. Would happily stay again.

Does what it says on the tin. Very clean, not sure the price difference between this and the normal Premier Inn is really worth the saving. A double room is a bit tight for 2 people but great for 1. Speedy check in wasn't working resulting in long queues to check in - not quite enough staff on to manage this properly. One of the lifts was not functioning correctly (the ground floor button wasn't working - this was a bit problematic for anyone with heavy/lots of luggage, and no doubt for wheelchair users this would have been extremely difficult because whilst the other lifts were fine, you could wait a good while for one of the working ones to turn up). Good shower, usual Premier Inn comfortable bed. V handy for KX station which is why I booked it.

Great location, comfortable rooms and AMAZING staff.
Will definitely visit again.

Brilliant Hotel and even more brilliant staff helpful friendly and very very polite all a credit to the Hotel ,rooms small but immaculate and quiet, sixth time we have stopped here, wouldn't stay anywhere else in London now

Adequate. Room was goid. Bed was a bit soft. Bathroom door had a gap all around it when closed. Shower door wouldn't stay closed. Water pressure makes the shower periodically pour even when off. Air con buzzes even when off. TV remote batteries were mostly dead and wasn't able to turn it off until bashed.
Not terrific.

Not for the claustrophobic, but I loved it! Really modern, clean and smart rooms (technology wise - all touch screen). TV has internet which is nice. Rooms are a bit smaller than standard, but you can get a room in Kings Cross for like £70 so I'll take that any day. Very comfy nights sleep, and staff were great.
H. H.
Superb ! Clean, modern, functional, quiet and with a window that opens. Had an an amazing night's sleep. Good quality linen, blackout blinds and no corridor noise. Will definitely stay again

A friend and I stayed one night here and were so impressed by the room, the bar/restaurant, and the amazing staff. Everyone was so helpful and friendly, making us feel at home immediately. The check-in process was quick and easy and the room was fantastic - compact but very clean and well-presented, with everything you could need for a weekend trip. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom and shower were lovely, and the black-out blinds were very appreciated in the morning! The modern aesthetic and minimalist style of the room exceeded our expectations, and the bar/restaurant area is so tastefully decorated. We had a great breakfast for only 7 pounds and as it was my friend's birthday, a couple of the staff members wrote her a card, sand Happy Birthday, and got her a balloon and a box of chocolates which was so thoughtful - it's these small touches that really make such a difference! We'll definitely be staying again on future trips to London and would highly recommend!
A Special shout-out to Patricio who helped us to feel welcome, chatted to us, and provided an all-round excellent service! Thank you Hub King's Cross!

Very convenient location for King's Cross and well priced. Stayed for one night and the room was comfortable, very clean, modern and simple. I prefer having a kettle in the room but unlimited tea and coffee was on offer at the bar. Comfy bed but the duvet seemed almost slightly too short for the bed, and I'm not particularly tall - only a small thing but it did impact on the comfort. Good air con and wifi.

Absolutely gorgeous budget hotel. Massive bed with air conditioning which is a massive plus for me. Solid walls so lovely and quiet which helped me sleep right through which I rarely do in hotels. Highly recommend.

Superb facilities, staff very helpful especially "Rita" who is THE most cheerful, helpful & pleasant member of staff we have ever met.
Only downside, no draught lager, particularly Coors my favourite, in short supply no doubt.
Overall, a great place to stay, we'll be back.👍
M. A.
Decent breakfast, clean and tidy room if a little worn in places. Bit of warren inside, room direction signage could be better! Somehow my basement room had an external window, which was nice!
P. A.
Stayed here because there was building work going on where I live, and I was on a set of night shifts.
The staff member at reception (Kaycia) was really kind and checked me in early so that I could sleep for longer before my shift - really appreciated that! Other than that, it was quiet and clean, and the WiFi was good. Everything worked (shower, heating etc) so no problems. I'd stay here again, a big thanks for your help in checking in early - it really helped me out.
H. D.
Absolutely loved this stay (probably more than is warranted). The lighting features are great and i got to have pitch black in the night which is rare in any hotel. Couldnt hear anyone during the night in other rooms. Room was clean and bed was enviably comfy.
D. B.
Nice and easy from King's Cross/St Pancras. We got the bigger room, basic but adequate to stay a night ot couple of nights. No tea/coffee making facilities..but bed, bathroom and TV. WiFi too.
I. m.
Superb location, fantastically friendly reception for the 3 days I was there. Bar area has a decent selection.

Really nice hotel, it's modern and have a cool vibe, the staff are always smiling, the room is compact, but it's got a large bed, really comfortable, and the shower and toilet great, lots of usb sockets, the hotel it's less than 5mins walk from kingscross train station so very idea, will def go back again.
C. F.
Decent place, but bedroom would be tight for two people. Biggest problems for me…
Took too long to check in…they have 5 self service check ins but not working. One staff member on and didn’t call for anyone else.
Went for brekkie in the morning and was told the had no eggs and beans, so the cooked breakfast was sausage, bacon and a roll / toast. The waitress told me…chef says we’ll have a delivery in a few days (not relevant to me!).
Why not just go buy some eggs and beans??
S. M.
Have stayed here before and enjoyed it so much I came back again, and certainly will again. 5 mins walk from King's Cross Station, bars, restaurants, shops all located around you. Staff are friendly, helpful and the beds are so amazingly comfortable I slept better there than I did in my own bed.
A. E.
Another friendly welcome from excellent staff. Room was very comfortable and clean, the bed 🛏 in the larger rooms are extremely comfortable and we both slept well. I highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely be back. Thank you 😊
R. P.
Really lovely room. Small but just what we needed. Staff extremely helpful and attentive. Would recommend staying here.
H. H.
Easy Check in and by no means a budget option . Comfy bed and great for solo women travellers. Felt safe and great nights rest. Fab bar downstairs also.
P. S.
A superb little gem of a hotel. The only place I stay when travelling to London for business. Super clean modern rooms and great friendly and helpful staff. Great prices too.

Good budget hotel. Clean rooms, compact but comfortable. Good breakfast choice. Ideal for a one-night stay.
a. w.
Stay at this recently, food was good, breakfast was just right for me. Room was excellent, good to have a walk-in shower not having to climb over a bath
A. W.
Small rooms but cheap as chips. All basic but nice. Fantastic value breakfast and good.
k. w.
Excellent experience. Warm welcome, room immaculate and well laid out, unbelievable value for money, good breakfast and a bar
p. t.
Stayed here again and the service was once again really good. Dropped our luggage off prior to check in. Check in was painless. The room are nice and modern.
Guest have access to tea and coffee in the lobby/bar which is a nice touch.
Breakfast is at an added cost but I think it's good value at £8.
All in all a really good stay once again
C. C.
We love The Hub by Premier Inn for so many reasons! Location is the first, being minutes away from Kings Cross, St Pancras and Coal Drops Yard. Then there are the clean, comfortable rooms with lovely UX touches. The bar serves decent food and various drinks in a comfortable space. The staff who are on duty, are really helpful and supportive, although usually understaffed which can cause issues. That said, so long as you have a little patience, any jams are quickly dispersed. This is our third stay in the last 2 years and will be followed by many more in the near future.
V. “.
Great convenient location right next to kings Cross tidy very modern rooms all integrated smart lighting and bathrooms small rooms but for a sleep after a night out or day exploring a comfy bed and a great shower is all you need.
D. B.
Stayed twice now and on both occasions staff so friendly and welcoming, Rita fantastic. Rooms spotless and location great
A.
It's OK clean etc. But if your going to have no opening windows may i suggest you refill the vrf loop the aircon system cooling is noisy as hell.
P. S.
Nice hotel in terms of room - clean and modern / Nice bar with friendly staff - reason for a 3 was we had an issue with 7 if us checking on for a group booking - it was the booking company's fault not the hotel but the guy from the hotel dealing with it got really rude not just with us but with the booking company too- there was really no need - he was more than happy to see us all sleeping on the street!
H. N.
Comfy beds, high-tech rooms and a view of the trains if you’re lucky. Staff were fantastic and the room was spotlessly clean. Excellent value and a very good choice - will be returning in the future.
B. G.
Great 2nd stay here, location excellent so close to kings cross and love the clever design of the compact bedrooms, spotlessly clean as well
L. S.
Compact but clean rooms. A comfortable stay in a good, central location. Would stay here again.
J. P.
Great Staff, modern super clean room, small but fully functioning and very reasonably priced. Did exactly what we wanted it to
N. &. J. B.
Very compact room but fine for 1 night. Would happily stay again.
A. D.
Great location, comfortable rooms and AMAZING staff.
Will definitely visit again.
D. B.
Nice rooms. Breakfast was decent enough. Staff polite and helpful. Good location.
J. P.
Small but if you're only staying for a night or two it's perfect. There is a bar downstairs if you don't feel like going out
G. L.
Good value, excellent breakfast, licensed bar, all good.
D. G.
Fantastic location , rooms have everything you need, and the rooms on the lower floors are so quiet!
C. S.
Really love this place , very cosy rooms , great location and very reasonable, clean and friendly love it , rooms are beautifully small and modern
D. K.
Clean, modern looking rooms. Friendly staff with a nice bar area to socialise or work.
C. K.
I stayed here for two nights earlier in the month and left my work phone in my room.
On the way back to Edinburgh the hotel called to say I had left it behind and arranged to get it back to me. Instead of having to come back to the hotel Cornelia suggested I pay for a postage label and she would post it for me.
Cornelia carefully packaged my phone, printed the label and made sure it got collected by Royal Mail. Cornelia is an absolute credit to the team and has proven she will go over and above for her guests!
J. L.
Very good location, simple & clean room and nice lounge area. Recommend if you are visiting the city and jut need a place to sleep after spending time outside.
S. D.
Brilliant for a 1 or 2 night crash in London. Breakfast was great value for money even if the cereal and cooked selection was a bit limited. Will definitely use the Hub again
K.
Love this chain of the Premier Inn hotels! Bright and modern facilties. Only downside is not having a kettle in the room, else it's great and would definitely stay here again 😊
R. Y.
Small, cozy and well-designed room suitable for short stay.
N. H.
Better than expected, not woken by traffic normally encountered in the centre of London. Easy access to everywhere.
A. C.
I have been to this hotel 3 times and although i will happily return, this purpose fitted state of the art Hotel has serious comfort gremlins to overcome.
The wi-fi seams to be extremely slow throughout the building and certainly has been my last 2 visits.
This next issue may be entirely down to the wifi, but it's a serious problem for the hotel as a perk of your stay. The hotel offers a range of films via smart TV free to enjoy, this system has been so poor during my last 2 visits breaking up every 5 minuites or so the first time then failing to play an entire line of dialogue clearly without breaking up and then going blank at least every 5 minutes.
The TV's also offer screen share casting so i played some downloaded netflix films with no lag issues (although if left on for a while the TV could freeze in connected mode and require turning off and reloading).
There were also issues with room keys and automatic door locks although not in my personal case.
A final note is the lack of attempt to keep guests booking at the same time on the same floor, my party was split even though it was booked together on the same booking.
A few simple improvements and this would have been a 5 star review
p. n.
By far the nicest cheap hotel I've ever stayed in! Super clean and super modern
T. P.
Good clean hotel, rocket fast free WiFi (68MB+ upload speed) for those solo working travellers. Up to you if you’ll miss kettle in room (as per Premier Inn), good simple breakfast, quiet night, great location, bikes nearby, safe area. Franco Manca next door. If you need to make calls ask to be in upper floors as EE had no reception in basement rooms.
S. H.
Excellent if you want a clean, practical space in good location, quiet, friendly service at unreal price
M.
Ideal little hotel. Reasonable price for london. Great base for sightseeing. Close to canal for walking up to Camden.will be back.
S. B.
The ladies at reception have incredible customer service skills! The evening bar staff have incredible customer service skills! Like I was blown away! The rooms are lovely and so modern. Definitely will be staying at more Hubs and will definitely stay here again. Literally could not fault anything. Thank you for such a pleasant stay 💚
P. C.
Absolutely loved it. If you're looking for somewhere to sleep on a night or two in London and not wanting to pay a fortune this place is perfect. Rooms and modern and tidy but don't be expecting masses of space they are what they say, hubs. The rooms have very little room but are designed in such a clever way for your storage needs for short stay holidays. The shower was nice and powerful and the room itself was very clean. The staff were all pleasant, helpful and friendly. There is a large bar area with free tea and coffee facilities which you can take to your room (no kettles in your room). For such a bargain price so close to Kings Cross I would highly recommend.
S. M.
Compact rooms, but very clean and contain everything you need at a reasonable price. Staff were friendly and helpful. Situated ideally for the train station.
J. C.
Fabulous hotel for the price. Great location in zone 1 which means really easy transport links day & night. The rooms are compact, but extremely functional with great drawer/storage under the bed. There is limited hanging space, but there are ironing rooms on each floor. The equipment in the room is excellent with the ability to mirror your phone to the TV. The TV also has some free movies too which was a bonus. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room, but access to a free tea/coffee machine in the lobby which was ideal. The staff here were extremely helpful and friendly - I will definitely be using this hotel again for my next trip to London
D. S.
Great little rooms with everything you need for a business stop over!
Awesome connectivity as well!
A. W.
Nice no frills. Small rooms but good value
J. M.
Room size not bad, hotel clean and staff friendly.
E. H.
The room I got was tiny but well laid out and didn't feel cramped. The window was small, but the room was perfect. The lighting and air conditioning was easily controlled by the wall button panel. The staff were super friendly, and the breakfast basic but tasty. Comfortable bed and great bathroom. It’s in a great location for the station and central London.
S. B.
Lovely hotel. This was our first time in a Hub by Premier Inn, and it didn't disappoint! The rooms were small but cozy with plenty of storage and everything you need. The lounge bar is well set out, and the breakfast is delicious. The evening snack menu is limited, but we had the ploughman's board and the ham and cheese toasted sandwich, and they were fabulous and very good value for money.
As is normal for premier inns, the staff were really nice, and we will return here again. I would highly recommend this hotel!
B. S.
This place had a great vibe. It was clean and bright and had good music in the lounge. People were happy. The people working at the hotel were genuinely hospitable, beyond the job friendly. Lias helped us call a private car for 5:30 a.m. and made sure the private car service was a reasonable price. We looked forward to the breakfast that offered a lot for five pounds. They had 24-hour tea and coffee service. The bigger rooms had a bed about king size, and the room was very comfortable.
R. P.
Simple. Comfy. Convenient. Clean. Great location. Stay here most times I’m in London
R. F.
Very convenient for the station. Almost no external noise, despite the location. Good staff.
d. n.
Fantastic hotel not far from kings cross station. Lovely friendly staff at reception who took our bags until it was time to check in. Room very clean and modern. Not massive but enough space for my wife and me. Hotel bar has a happy hour for 2-1 cocktails and it always seemed busy. Not sure I would bother paying for breakfast as you have so much choice nearby. Would definitely stay here again and certainly would choose a hub hotel else where!!!
M. J.
Good price and good location. Breakfast a little busy but expected for time of year .
T. K. B.
Fantastic and upbeat hotel! The room we had for one night was up to modern standards and all though it was small in size it was filled with smart storage solutions and tech to make a stay easy and practical. 2-4-1 cocktails happy hour made the first day of holiday kickoff nicely. Absolutely recommend it to anyone for a nice and relatively reasonable priced stay in the middle of London. And just to add - the staff was very helpful and accommodating.
C. O.
Perfect for an overnight stay. Very clean and well appointed rooms although some people may find them a bit on the small side. I didn't make use of the integrated hub phone app but liked the numerous plug sockets including for overseas visitors. The room was well insulated and the bed was of the usual Premier Inn high standard. Breakfast seemed reasonable for £5 although I did not make use of it. Complementary tea and coffee in the lounge area is a nice touch.
C. E.
Very comfortable and good value. No kettle in room makes breakfast tricky
M. Z.
Small but nice, that provide everything which is needed for tourist in London. Definitely base on my first experience, when I will go to the London next time, this hotel will be probably booked again.
There is a lot of details inside your room, also for technicians :), you will appreciate.
Typical reception is not there, but they provide staff to assist you during check-in. But also without this kind assistance, it is so great designed that it is self-explanatory.
One of the best things are breakfast. Why? Because you did not booked them, and when you morning change you plans and want to eat at hotel, you van for the same price! Great.
J. H.
Fantastic hotel for a short stay. Stopped here for 2 nights over the weekend to see a show, and we couldn't have been happier. The rooms are compact, but plenty of space for two people to stay comfortably. The rooms are very high tech and modern, cleverly designed so you have plenty of storage space and incredibly comfortable. To top it off, the staff were brilliant, so friendly and helpful. Free tea and coffee in the bar, and a facility to store your bags after you heck out of you have a few hours before your train. For the price, this is an incredible place to stay in central London, will absolutely be staying here again.
R. N.
We really couldn't fault our stay here. The service was great, the bed enormous and it was very quiet considering we were at Kings Cross opposite the station.
We would definitely stay here again.
M. H.
Very good concept, room had everything we needed, you do have to go downstairs to get your drinks as there’s not kettle in the room but they are free of charge so this isn’t an issue. The room was much cheaper than any other hotel in the area, I guess due to the size but don’t let this put you off. The rooms are so well designed that you are comfortable and get a great nights sleep. Our room was overlooking King’s Cross and the road around but we couldn’t hear anything as the insulation was great. Room includes air conditioning which is something you would have in another budget hotel, which means you end up with the window open and noise pollution pouring in.
Hopefully Premier Inn will keep there prices low after testing the concept and begin opening lots more Hub hotels.
Great stay and a great nights sleep (I would say the bed was more comfy than my own!)
K. C.
Even located next to King’s Cross station, it still a little bit far from station’s entrance, which take around 10 minutes walking. The staff are nice. Check in and check out was easy. “Bigger” room type is good for two people, bed is quite big and comfortable with room space for luggage. Heat/AC/light system can be controlled from headboard. Wifi quality is very good. Bathroom is good, and soap/shampoo is provided. In case traveler need additional amenities, it can be bought at hotel’s vending machine, even adapter plug. Simple breakfast is available for your choice, taste good in very decent price (GBP 6 per person). The common area and the bar on ground floor is good.
a. m.
Friendly staff on reception and also at breakfast. Healthy breakfast options nice to see.
R. C.
Such lovely staff, go out your way to help and are all very polite and professional. Small rooms but they're funky with all the new tech and extremely clean. Hotel is in a good location with bars and restaurants around and only a short walk from the train station and underground. Cocktails are delightful too! Would 100% recommend and I'll be returning in the future! ☺️

Really great spot if you're looking for a short weekend away, under 5 minute walk from Kings Cross station. The room was immaculate and the place had some of the most friendly and helpful staff I've encountered (they even upgraded our room for free). The lounge/bar area is stylish and comfortable, you get free tea and coffee. The room is quite small but not enough to matter. You can control the lights and the temperature by your bed. Overall a great experience and would stay here again.

Great hotel in a superb location, a short walk from kings cross which has excellent connections. The rooms are clean with modern decor. The shower is amazing, with a rain style shower head in addition to a standard shower head. A handy panel on the headboard allows easy control of the lighting and temperature. The staff were friendly and we're happy to help when asked to store luggage after checking out. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

This is by far the best budget hotel I've ever been to. The small rooms are so nice and the way they are setup you don't feel crammed. The mattress and duvet are top quality. A simple breakfast - but excellent value for money £5 - includes very nice products. Last but not least the staff is incredibly friendly. So close to several subway lines you can get downtown in a few minutes. I've been to London more than 20 times and never filled a hotel review - already too expensive or very bad... This is by far the best value for money I've seen in London!

Less conveniently placed than it’s neighbouring Premier Inn but still fantastic location and great self service
G. B.
Fantastic hotel. Yes it's basic but so modern and new you don't care. The little control panel above the bed was brilliant. Just what you need for an overnight in Kings Cross. Breakfast (continental) was excellent and great value. Staff are super friendly and helpful too.

Nice hotel! Rooms were small and compact, but had everything you would need. Clean, neat and modern. Great shower, with rainfall or directional options. Not too loud at night, air con worked really well to keep the room a comfortable temperature.
Breakfast is continental only, and food in the bar downstairs was a little underwhelming, but otherwise very happy. Friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend.

I have been staying here for five days on a business trip and I love the hotel. It is quite new, modern and fun down to all the details. The rooms are a bit on the small side, but that's normal in London mostly.
They are well-equipped however with a large TV that has movies on demand and that you can cast to. The lounge is also a lot of fun and has happy hour from 5-7 and guests also get a free platter of cheese.
The staff are very friendly and helpful when you need their help, otherwise you don't have to interact too much with them.
I will definitely be staying here again in the future!!

Excellent little hotel. Staff were fantastic from the start, I arrived in London 5 hours before check in, they offered to hold my luggage so I could attend a meeting then went a step further and checked me in early. Little extras like pillows and towels were no hassle at all. Free coffee and tea in the bar area was great. Rooms were clean and good amount of storage despite their small size.
L. W.
I absolutely adore these hotels! I think some people that give bad reviews don't grasp their purpose. They are 100% aimed at single travelers doing 1-2 night stints in the city where their room is just somewhere to get clean, catch some sleep and charge their gadgets before heading back out for the next adventures. The rooms are small with little more than a bed and shower making up the full footprint of the room but there's good AC, flawless soundproofing (seriously o had a room overlooking one of the busiest train stations in the UK and didn't hear a single train!), A big TV, plenty of usb ports and free coffee. If your your doing a short stay in London and are happy with the size constraints for half the cost then this is the place for you!
D. P.
Clever design so room was compact but very comfy! Good lighting. Spotlessly clean. Free Film channel. Great value breakfast including seriously tasty oats porridge. Very friendly staff. Will stay again 👍
A. D.
Rooms are very bijou but very clean. Staff excellent. However lacks the complimentary tea and coffee in the room. There is a complimentary bottle of water but when you arrive after a journey and get to your room what you want us a cup of tea. Both theses refreshments are free to residents but you have to go down to the bar area to get it. Other than that it was fine and right next door to a brilliant pizza place.
J. L.
I loved staying here. Small rooms by design and it is all the space you need. Super comfortable and feels roomy. The lobby hosts a great breakfast for only £5, coffee is available let all day, and cocktails in the evening are great. The bar area is designed so you can have some time alone or socializing.
C. M.
The room is perfect for two people coming for the weekend with weekend size bags. All fixtures and fittings are high quality. It's quiet and a great location. Staff are friendly and there's free tea and coffee for guests. I would stay here again. Great location for Eurostar
P. S.
Guys this place is awesome! Excellent rooms! Nutritious breakfast! As much coffee as u like at any time! Safe and the bar downstairs adds that special little touch when after meetings you just want to have a drink and go to bed! Very well priced and the staff are excellent. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel to take you into center. It was clear with power showers! Enough toiletries. Excellent!

This was our second stay at this gem of a hotel. Stand out this time was the fact that we arrived at 10am expecting to be told we would have to leave luggage and return around 3pm. No, front desk just said, 'if any rooms are ready, you can have one'. How refreshing to hear that. The rooms are really modern and comfortable as it keeps that almost 'just built' feel. We will return
E. H.
This is the second time u have stayed at the hub in kings cross.. It is close to everything. Me and my friends are down for NFL London Games
L. K.
Very modern hotel right next to King's Cross Station and London St. Pancras International Railway Station. Rooms are relatively small but are stylish and cleverly designed so that you still have a good experience. There is the option to book breakfast as well for 5 GBP extra, but you'll always have a coffee and tea free of charge in the lounge and can bring the cups to your room. Decent film selection in the entertainment system; however, it could change more often.
J. A.
Nice hotel..friendly staff ..christina and kaycee were great and do a super job there..lookig forward to staying again next time.
E. M.
A great hotel. Simple. Felt welcomed by staff on arrival and check out. Everything was clean, easy to use and find. The room was superb, good bathroom with a brilliant shower!
But smaller than an average hotel, however it was expected to be. But that didn't detract at all! The Lounge bar was a nice place to relax after stamping around London, what was offered and service was excellent. Will definitely be returning to Hub Hotels again!
S. P.
Very clean. Free coffee and tea 24/7. The rooms are a bit small, but it suited 2 people just fine (I was even able to do a little yoga). Affordable and great location with friendly staff. The happy hour drink special was nice as well (buy one get one free).
A. W.
Lovely layout and ideal for an overnight stay. We however booked to stay for 3 nights and a few niggles become apparent quite quickly. The shower cubicle is too small for the shower supplied and because the screen does not seal anywhere the floor (even with the bathmat in place) was saturated within 5 minutes. The lavatory paper requires elasticated arms to reach and tear from the lavatory seat and the super duper hub app did not work. The complimentary tea and coffee is a great idea but unless you wish to go to reception in your PJ's please don't expect a morning cuppa before you shower and dress as the rooms are too small for tea and coffee making facilities.
On a positive note there is a great TV system with movies to stream. The free WiFi is a nice bonus and the control panel on the bed for the lights, do not disturb sign, and air con is very well thought out.
For an overnight stay and for the price paid this is a perfectly average chain hotel in truth I have not been swayed from staying at travel lodge in future. Great to look at but not so fab to live with. Definitely an interior designers hotel this one. All style but lacking substance.
B. D.
Bijou resting place in centre of London - modern, neat & just ideal.
L. C.
Great location, and the hotel bar 8s really great too. Will visit again

I'll keep this short and to points. 1. Price: Good, much the same as other affordabke hotel rooms in London. 2. Location: Great, a really short walk to Kings Cross. 3. Staff: Great, very friendly and helpful and felt very warm in their company. 4. Room: Good, the room is very small, but the space is used efficiently. If you aren't planning on spending much time in your room it's perfect. It's clean, well equipped, the shower is good and you couldn't want a lot more. The bed is comfortable and their were several outlets that could be reached from the bed. There is air con / heating that can be adjusted to your desire. It's very, very good if you just want to sleep well and shower well in your room. I really recommend.
J.
Room was lovely, compact (in a good way), space used efficiently. Smart TV was nice, really nice shower. Excellent room for the price! Breakfast was not really worth a fiver, just toast, croissants, and fruit as far as I could see. But still enjoyed my stay! :)
J. C.
Fabulous place to stay. Felt really comfortable and welcoming yet modern too. Loved the place. Room was completely quiet despite being adjacent to Kings Cross station and a busy street. Bed was dreamily comfortable, wish my one at home was this good. Don't usually rate hotel breakfasts but this one was fab and only £5 each. Highly recommended
L. H.
What a great place to stay; perfectly located for Kings X St Pancras, giving great access the the buzz of the city. This room is the standard but the size is ample, anything bigger would have been a waste. The bed is comfy and I had a great nights sleep. Even though I was right opposite the train station, I heard very little. There is good storage for cases and bags; a place to hang your clothes, a pull out work station for the laptop, large shower in the bathroom and the room controls were simple to use. I had my doubts before I arrived but in the end I was really impressed. I would stay here again.

My hubby and I spent a night there after a concert in London. Our room was small but nicely modern decorated with a good shower. The hotel is in a great location, close to the public transport and bar/restaurants. There was breakfast which looked very nice but we had others plans. I will definitely stay there again when out in London next time.
O. B.
Fantastic Hotel. Recommend by my manager at work. Modern, clean, finished well and great staff.
When checking in staff were welcoming and very helpful.
Room was modern, can tap the light settings and hearing from the panel on the wall next to the bed. Shower was great which is a huge thumbs up.
Next time I visit London I will be checking here as one of my first stops

Absolutely loved it. If you're looking for somewhere to sleep on a night or two in London and not wanting to pay a fortune this place is perfect. Rooms and modern and tidy but don't be expecting masses of space they are what they say, hubs. …

Room was nice n compact
Enjoyed the stay

Fabulous hotel for the price. Great location in zone 1 which means really easy transport links day & night. The rooms are compact, but extremely functional with great drawer/storage under the bed. There is limited hanging space, but there …

Small but nice, that provide everything which is needed for tourist in London. Definitely base on my first experience, when I will go to the London next time, this hotel will be probably booked again. …

Love a hub. Even when the room lottery lands you in the basement, the room is still oddly fun and welcoming, and always severely clean. If you're up on the top floors, a shower overlooking kings cross at dusk.. brilliant. It's a very functional place, but stylishly functional and the staff are lovely.
It would be nice if the video on demand changed more than once a year: one should only watch Daddy's Home 1 and 2, once or less in a lifetime.
R. C.
Such lovely staff, go out your way to help and are all very polite and professional. Small rooms but they're funky with all the new tech and extremely clean. Hotel is in a good location with bars and restaurants around and only a short walk …
K. L. B.
Nice compact room with everything you need for a short stay. Friendly staff and free tea and coffee 24/7.
T. C.
Clean, modern, design.
Very helpful polite staff.
Rooms are compact, even the larger rooms, but there's everything you need.
Breakfast in the hotel for £5 is great value and good quality.
R. N.
Stayed here for business. Extremely functional hotel with an excellent location (about 5 minutes from Kings Cross). Reasonably priced for the location as well. The drawbacks were the lack of closet space, only space to hang about 5 things, and a tiny shelf for other items. Room had been designed to save space, so bed is against wall and desk is a shelf built into the wall. Bathroom is quite big (probably unnecessarily big) - and a wet room style. Although it was well designed that it didn't get too wet and humid in there. A/C unit was very loud and would often make strange noises, had this off during my stay. Nice to be able to control A/C and all lights from my bed. App did not work. Quite a standard continental breakfast, probably on the lacking side with pastries, fruit and yoghurt.
N. M.
Room very clean, staff very helpful, no free water in the room. Breakfast not a great selection ate elsewhere.
S. l.
First visit to a Hub but was converted straightaway, spotlessly clean, fast check in, great enthusiastic staff, small but very well thought out room, everything you need is in the room, toiletries, hairdryer, space for the cases, plenty of charging points. £5 for breakfast which was amazing value, tea, coffee, fresh fruit salad, porridge, pastries, toast, jam, butter etc, orange juice, muesli, dried fruits. Coffee and tea is available for free throughout the day. There is also a bar on site. Room was so quiet it was surreal watching traffic go by but with no noise. They will also store bags if you arrive early or stay after checkout the next day
R. M.
Stayed for 3 nights as part of a weekend city break. Lovey modern and clean hotel as it's only been open a few weeks. Staff were friendly and the bar and social area was nice. Overall a lovely place to stay. Breakfast is fine, slight niggle was a broken boiler leading to no hot water one morning, but otherwise all was good. Technology for using your room was nice too. Happily stay again in the future.
C. S.
This is a lovely Hub by Premier Inn. We were warmly welcomed and able to check in slightly early, which was appreciated. We used the bar in the evening - fab cocktails on 2 for 1 and free cheese and biscuits because we were staying at the hotel. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment on what's on offer, but we liked the fact we could grab a free coffee whenever we were passing the bar area. The whole hotel was clean and felt very safe and friendly. Will definitely consider in the future if we are looking to stay close to Kings Cross.
D. S.
Everything from room to staff was excellent .
Stayed in a lot of Premier Inn’s all over UK and was looking to book again for a weekend visit with my husband . By chance Kings Cross hub became available and booked without thinking because of the price . Was expecting very tiny room but didn’t care as we only wanted to sleep in it ( and I love a premier bed) When we arrived we were pleasantly shocked . Although it’s smaller than most Premier rooms , it was still bigger than most compact rooms . Very well designed for storage ,, space at bottom of bed and under shelf for luggage . Well hidden area for hanging clothes , not enough for a whole casefull but enough for jackets and shirts . The whole weekend experience for us was lovely . Staff were the nicest staff I’ve came across in a Premier Inn , couldn’t do enough for you but without being overbearing. And the smell as you walked through the hotel was divine . Corridors reminded me of a cruise ship 😊
P. G.
access to kings cross station within a couple of minutes walk. excellent breakfast. comfortable rooms we stayed in a bigger room which had ample room for two adults. The staff very welcoming and helpful. nothing is too much trouble. highly recommend
A. A.
Very modern, clean and efficent hotel with fantastic staff in a great location... and being Premier Inn you know you will have a comfy bed.
I travel to London often and have been sufficiently impressed with the hotel that I have booked stays every week for the next 3 months.
Really recommend you try it.
P. D.
Hotel was booked by work for me for a one night stay. Room was clean, warm and compact. Had everything I could have wanted. Staff were very helpful.
4 stars as I couldn't fill up my water bottle, had to go downstairs to the bar and ask the staff setting up breakfast in the middle of the night to fill it for me.
Also on that note- no other cold drink options after the bar is closed for night.
With no shops nearby, could do with a facility such as a vending machine.
M. W.
Friendly staff, who seem to happy to deal with any query put there way. Lovely bijou room, with all you need laid out so well and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. The bar downstairs was nicely done, not the usual characterless hotel bar. Would definitely stay again.
J. W.
It's functional, the staff are always very helpful and friendly if you need anything. At least you know what you are getting.
E. F.
Very friendly staff, who treated us brilliantly for a special day. The rooms are certainly small but well designed and smartly make use of the space. The bar downstairs is comfortable for a group to socialise in and makes up for the otherwise unsocial room layout.
Very good for those who have unusual check in / out times, or only need to stop and will be spending most of their time out and about London.
P. M.
Comfortable but very cosy! Small space ideally suited to single guest or couple for short stay. Liked the tech panel behind bed for operating lighting, heating/ aircon.
Nice bar area. Represents good value for overnight stay.
D. C.
Good location for me, rooms are small, but clean, functional and a little bit sci-fi....small rooms, but personally I like the bar area, gives you somewhere to go and enjoy a drink, personally it's where I enjoy a beer and reading a book. Staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. I stay there on a regular basis, alone for work, and I do like the place.
H. K.
I loved to stay here. Very clean, proper, neat, quiet, good vibe at the restaurant, friendly staff,.. I cannot enumerate more. I certainly will come back soon. Comfortable bed with nice TV. Location is also very good.
D. R.
I stayed for a single night while visiting Google for work, so the location is excellent. Check-in was incredibly quick and easy on the touchscreen displays. I like that your room number is texted to you. The hotel is contemporary and nicely lit. My room was extremely clean and the bed seemed huge and very comfortable. The room was well insulated from noise so I had an industry night in that respect. The only frustrating thing was that the room was too hot to go without the aircon at night, which whirred and gurgled. Nothing much different from lots much more expensive places I've stayed in though. The bar looked inviting although I didn't have time to find out just how welcoming it was. I only needed to speak to staff when I arrived and left but they were friendly and engaged. I would definitely go back and recommend it as a great value stay (for central London).
J. R.
First visit at the weekend. Very friendly, helpful staff. Cleverly designed compact room, very clean and comfortable. Delicious continental breakfast. Very suitable accomodation for a single traveller like me. Convenient for Kings Cross station, and transport links. Would recommend!!
P. B.
Good value when all you need is a bed and shower. A little cramped if you're used to the average size hotel room but this did me fine. Can also screen share to the tv. Great as you don't need to watch whatever rubbish hotels normally broadcast. Bar is good for drinks and light snack, you even get a free cheese plate. Sounds good but really it's only 2 pieces of cheese and a cracker or two. You can buy a bigger one which I did. Hard to find cheese plates where I normally go so it's thumbs up from me.
One issue I had with the room though was the toilet and shower could be seen by the building behind via the reflection in the mirror so it meant we had to keep the blinds shut. Maybe relocating the mirror woukd be a good idea.
R. M.
The hotel is central, spotless and staff members are great. From the bar, reception to breakfast every team member was professional, smiley and helpful. Very relaxed bar and reasonably priced drinks. Would definitely return and recommend.
A. R.
Very friendly welcome. Small clean rooms but perfect for a night. Comfy bed, powerful shower. There are two floors below ground and so no windows but the rooms are the same as those at more 'conventional' floors. Ideal for Kings Cross or a short Underground link to more central London.
A. N.
It's a no frills hotel, but has modern well equipped (small) rooms which are clean and well maintained. The staff were really pleasant and helpful, It's possible to check-in via a kiosk, so no long waits at reception. The bar was busy (always a good sign) and prices reasonable. The location is great for King's Cross St. Pancras (Eurostar)and accessing all of central London. This is now my go-to hotel for London
I. S.
Clean, great staff, really accommodating, lovely breakfast. Can’t fault it at all
J. B.
This place was absolutely perfect for our first night in London. It's small, but modern, and had everything we needed. It's also very close to lots of restaurants and bars, and Kings Cross/St. Pancras. It's super affordable and the breakfast was totally worth the extra £5 per person. I would absolutely stay again.
C. B.
We stayed at the Hub Kings Cross for 4 nights during a trip to London. The rooms are good for 2 people. They are meant to be smaller than usual premier inn rooms. The rooms were clean and the bar downstairs was great. Easy check in and everything was simple.
T. N.
Good location, excellent customer service but lack of essentials like basic dental kit in rooms. Extra essentials are provided in a machine which you have to pay for but even then most of the things were out of stock. Breakfast was very disorganized in the morning and to be honest isn't worth the £5. Would stay again for the location.
G. H.
Great hotel for a short weekend stay. Rooms are compact but have space for everything needed. Staff are laid back and really helpful. No stuffy rules to spoil your break and the hotel bar is a great place to socialise. Will definitely be visiting again.
I. P.
The rooms are tiny but have everything you will need and are very ergonomic and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The design of everything was nice and the bar downstairs was a good night cap. Easy to get to by walking from the train station and plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby.
M. N.
Reasonably priced hotel for central London. The rooms are very modern and still pretty much new. It is small but there is just about enough room. The service was very friendly and we were able to store our bags for free for the entire day on the day of our departure.
H. G.
Lovely hotel, and staff. (All bar one moody lady on breakfast service who took our room number but didn’t explain the ropes as a host would normally) But despite that, great value for money, great location for what we needed. Clean, tidy and staff very accommodating apart from the one breakfast incident.
J. J.
Rooms are small but perfectly formed although best suited to one person. If travelling as a couple one person will have to clamber over the other to get in and out of bed, very comfy bed tho. . No kettle in the room but free tea and coffee in the bar/lounge. Very nice bar and lounge area to sit and relax or have a drink. Bar was open until 12.30am. Good well priced option for a few nights, not suited to people travelling with lots of luggage. Hubs are really aimed at people who want somewhere clean and we'll located for a night or two. The Premier Inn (same chain) located meters away was £157.50 v the £67.50 we paid for the night.
T. S.
First time I have stayed in a hub and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms are obviously compact but it's all well thought out and a great little space. The whole experience was really good from check-in to check out. Such a great location as well, easy to get to and a great base for exploring the area.
M. C.
This is firstly, central, not too far from the railway station and has disabled access. It is modern, bright and clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast had a large variety of different foods and was fresh and tasty. The room cost less than we paid for the last place we stayed at, which was frankly disgusting.
R. H.
Spotless, comfortable, super location and excellent value. Room has the space needed to dress, shower and sleep and no more. Our room was air-conditioned but had no window whatsoever and was below street level. Perfect for us but probably not for someone who needs space to relax.
B. A.
Really well located, the rooms are compact but full of tech and clean and comfy. Also had helpful check in staff on my visit. Bonus points for being located above/next to excellent pizza from Franco Manca and being a stones throw from the underrated Granary Square and the newly opened Coal Drops Yard packed full of great pubs and restaurants and a lovely place to sit and people watch in the summer.
T. P.
OK for a single person for a night or two, but rooms are small with the bed against a wall which isn't good if you need to get up in the night. Very disappointing that there are no tea or coffee making facilities in the room or even a plastic cup for water. Having said that, the rooms are very well designed with plenty of storage, and the bed is comfortable. An instruction manual for the lighting and air con would be useful.
D. H.
Rooms are small, but very cool! Does a job! Reasonably priced (very reasonably considering the location) and staff are top class! Only stayed for a very short period but would definitely be staying again next time Im in London. Sadly didnt get to make use of the bar/breakfast but on the room alone it is excellent value for the money! WILL BE BACK!
M. T.
Awesome concept. You get s comfy bed a small room with a shower and enough space to survive for a weekend. It makes staying in London reasonable. The bar is good and breakfast fantastic for what you are paying.
T. L.
Excellent, literally 5-10 minute walk from Kings Cross and St Pancras international station. We opted for the slightly larger room as the last hub we stayed in was just the normal room, but the other half didn't really enjoy me clambering over him for my 3am wee! 😆
The bigger hub is better if you are slightly older couple and want to get round both sides of the bed. The bed was lovely and comfortable and there was a TV hairdryer and shower room. All coffee and tea was free but you needed to go down to reception to get them.
Staff in reception were extremely helpful and nothing was to much trouble. There are 2-4-1 cocktails everyday in the bar from 5-7pm, if you show your room card you can also get a small plate of cheese, crackers and shot of prosecco for free.
M. P.
Excellent experience. The hotel is new and in pristine condition. The rooms have nice perks and utilise in full their small dimensions. Staff was friendly and helpful. I cannot even comment on the location. Overall, one of our best choices for London.
K. T.
Small clean modern rooms. Good location for main line station, nice bar/lounge on ground floor. Visit only marred by a slightly noisy air con. This one is within easy walking distance of several breakfast places, but the optional one you can get isn't bad. Check in experience is quick. Just scan your booking QR code, program your room keycards and you're done. Not a place to come if you like lots of service, but if you prefer quick efficient self-service then its ideal.
A. R.
Rooms are modern but small...a bed, wall mounted TV, air con and a shower room. If sharing a room with someone else, you'll have be very comfortable in their company as the shower/toilet is separated only by frosted glass from the bed area. Privacy is very minimal! Very clean and tidy rooms and a nice bar. Breakfast costs a fiver and is continental.
A. B.

Really nice staff, modern rooms, clean, brilliant. For what we paid to stay here, why would you consider staying anywhere else?! Definitely stay again here (and elsewhere where these exist) and certainly would recommend to others. Only thing to consider is that the rooms are small so if you like having a lounge etc. just be aware of this.
D. W.
We have stayed at the Hub at Kings cross a few times we stayed for 2 nights Friday and sat and paid £85 you cant get better value the hotel is a short walk to the tube and train station they will store your bags for you on arrival and departure which we did take advantage of. The rooms are great small and compact and have been well thought out the staff are all very helpful we needed to borrow a pen for the evening and they found us one. This is the first time we have had breakfast it was £5 all you can eat continental the food was great and very much needed. There is a pret across the road a pizza place nandos and macdonalds very close by so plenty of choice.

First the bad because there's not much and it's relatively quite minor.
My partner's in an electric wheelchair and our room, 4044, was quite a way from the lifts/stairs through a number of fire doors, none of which had assistive opening. For a new hotel it would've been better if all the accessible rooms were right next to the lifts. I think at least the room door should've had assistive opening. If I hadn't have been there my partner would've struggled to get through all the doors.
The lights in the room and bathroom were on one switch which meant all lights had to come on even if you just wanted the bathroom lights on. We always wear eyemasks so this got around that issue.
The cool and futuristic room controls were fun but a bit ambiguous. It was hard to know if either the 'do not disturb' or 'do not make up room' were on or off. We had to keep checking the display outside the room to confirm what we had selected. Also the controls assumed you had no disabilities in your arms or fingers.
The arrangement of the beds in relation to plug/USB sockets was odd. One bed, by the wall, was directly below two of each socket. The other bed was next to none. From previous experience we always bring extra long charging leads and even a two-socket extension cable. We needed all of these.
The bar area is very nice but is benighted, like most bars and pubs, by music that's just a bit too loud. Also on one evening we had a drink before going to bed and the bar staff on duty appeared to have been in competition with each other to see who could slam dunk empties into the bin as violently and noisily as possible. Spoiled the vibe somewhat.
That's the bad. Regardless of those points we both thought the hotel was excellent. The size of room 4044 was perfect. Rooms 4043 and 4044 were both accessible rooms and were accessed via an anti-room. This small area was the perfect place to stow and charge my partner's electric wheelchair as it had a plug socket.
The room's wetroom was perfectly equipped for a disabled person. Although a light-weight but strong chair would've been useful for my partner to sit on while shaving etc. Luckily the room chair was light enough to move around.
Despite the issues mentioned regarding the futuristic room controls they were immense fun to use and I really had the feeling I was in London in 2019 as I imaged it would be like when I was a kid. I didn't find out though until the last day we were there that you could download an app so you control the room from your device. We received no information about this and I only found this out while reading a review of the hotel in The Telegraph.
There was complimentary tea and, very nice, ground coffee available 24/7 from the bar area. A great touch.
Free, strong, WiFi too.
The staff were excellent too. Very friendly and helpful. Cool to see them in jeans.
The decor of the hotel was wonderful. Playfull with a great sense of location. It was also pretty luxurious but not cloyingly so.
The location was perfect for us. Just a 10 minute walk from St Pancras/Kings Cross.
In summary this was probably the best hotel we've stayed at in London and we've stayed in many – at all stars. It's fantastic value for money – £100 a night for a room in central London? That'll do nicely.
S. D.
Great place to stay. Rooms small but everything you need. Good value for money.
Buffet breakfast was good for the money, saves walking around looking for somewhere to eat. Will stay again next time in London. About 5 minutes walk from station.

Personally, I love it. It's clean, modern, fresh, comfortable, reasonably priced for where it is and in an excellent location for Kings Cross and St Pancras. The staff are young, friendly and very helpful and for a chain hotel the bar is actually an OK place to hang out.
Some find the standard rooms a little small (larger rooms are also available) but if your main intention is to sleep there (come on folks - it's London - there's no time to be hanging round you'd hotel) then it is more than good enough.
J. G.
The hub hotel is exactly what I expected of it, it was comfortable, clean and very well presented. The room was spacious with plenty of storage for all of our shopping, the room has many excellent features including built in apple TV & Google Chromecast for the TV. The room boasted many automated features which we could control from our room, from changing the channel to adjusting the heat settings! Fantastic value for money & only a 5 minute walk to kings cross station!
S. R.
Rooms are surprisingly comfortable and accommodating for the size. It was clean and well maintained throughout our stay. The best part was the friendly staff who were extremely helpful in promptly meeting every request we had.
I. T.
Bitesized room but more than enough. Shower was amazing and love the use of space, my only slight bug bear was there was only one towel and bottle of water so my partner and I had to share. But the service ethic of the hotel staff was great, this is the second time I've stayed at a Hub and would definitely recommend.
D. S.
This was my first time visiting a hub hotel, but I had stayed at Premier Inn's before and also another similar hotel (Bloc Hotel, Birmingham). I was staying with my partner for a few nights so decided to spend a little extra on the bigger room, glad I did!
The "bigger room" is by no means big. It's still pretty small. On arrival, I got the feeling the staff were a little untrained / under pressure / under staffed. We'd left our bags shortly before and on giving them the receipt, they had some system in place to find the bags in one of their three luggage rooms depending on colour. Turns out, ours weren't placed in the same room it should have been.
After that, we went up to our room, and on first impressions, I was pretty impressed. Nice sized bed, nice bathroom. We did have to request some more pillows and towels (1 pillow per person & only 1 full sized towel in the room on arrival), however they brought some straight up.
The room was great, however I don't think the technology was. The room has built in controls for the lights and air con in the headboard unit, which was a bit gimmicky. The TV has apps on it, yet kept crashing and even turning it to standby didn't help, we had to carefully get to the plug socket behind the wall mounted TV and switch it off and on again.
The lighting was nice, however I do have some suggestions. Firstly, the controls aren't very good, and offer 4 different modes (off / little / medium / full) lighting. In the morning, I wake up earlier, and without trying to disturb my partner, try to get a shower. The only setting which turns the bathroom lights on without the bedroom is the "little" light setting. However not the main lights in the bathroom, so it felt like I was taking a shower in a very dim room to let my partner sleep in. Separate light controls for the bathroom would have been lovely. We also kept the window blinds shut, as if they were open, we could see into at least two other rooms directly opposite, so I didn't feel comfortable with other people being able to see into our room either.
The air con simply didn't work. We kept the air con on the cool setting, high speed at 18 degrees. Yet for the first two nights, it was difficult to sleep, with the temperature going up to 24 degrees during the night. After speaking to another customer who had no issues with the air con, on the third night, got in touch with reception who told us after checking that the room controls weren't "connected" right to the air con and was just blowing out room temperature air. The third night, we slept a LOT better!
On the plus side, the staff were quick to help, and the bed was very comfy. If you are staying for more than one night with someone else... I'd suggest a bigger room. I would imagine the smaller room would be fine for a single person for a few nights.
I would certainly stay in this hotel again, the price and location were great, and after getting the air con fixed, the majority of the issues faced were minor. If I was staying for more than a few nights though (e.g a week), I'd suggest the premier inn down the road, as you'll appreciate the amount of space you get.
A. L.
Brilliant hotel, bedroom, bathroom and plenty of storage, blackout blinds, aircon/heating, hairdryer and big tv (not that we needed it) fab location, very quiet, very comfortable and clean... would definitely reccommend and will absolutely be staying again on our next visit!! Premier Inn Hub was reccommended by a family member and cannot fault it. Staff could not do enough for you, very helpful and polite, hotel itself was lovely, clean, comfortable and had luggage hold room too. 5 stars from us...
G. B.
Really nice hotel in a really convenient place. Friendly staff, modern (small though!) rooms with air con and decent food for breakfast. Staff even lovely enough to leave me a birthday present!
I. C.
We loved it. Bigger room was great for two people. Let us check is 2 hours early Erich felt so luxurious. Loved the option of no cleaning the room just by pressing a button. Temperature was great. Everything was spotless. Very helpful staff around at all hours. Highly recommend.
S. H.
Spot on for quality, price and friendliness. Well done to the Hub staff again for a great stay.
B. A.
Location is quite good - only a 5 minute walk to the train station / underground. Rooms are EXTREMELY small and minimalistic - two people with one suitcase each is a tight fit. No refrigerator, no in-room safe, and no phone (need to download app to ring the front desk)... Staff is helpful and pretty quick to respond to issues.
S. D.
Comfortable little rooms that have been well thought out with lots of sliding features for flexibility. Great for a short stay. Excellent location. Very easy check-in. Aircon was quite loud but that was my only complaint!
F. B.
Fantastic hotel - great location since it's only a few minutes walk from King's X station, and it's very convenient offering value for money rooms. Check in couldn't be easier - it's self service with friendly staff on hand to assist. The rooms are small but very functional - the bed is very comfy and the bathroom was clean and a comfortable size. There was also a large tv and free WiFi.
T. J.
Great hub room! All the comforts you need and want, quiet and great security, just one star short - for the extra-econo loo roll and the slow bar service in the lounge (slow as in not quite knowing what's going on!) Otherwise these hubs are absolutely perfectly designed for having everything be as comfy as possible in one teeny room! And service by check-in desk staff was excellent.
K. E.
Sleek, shiny, comfortable and surprisingly well-appointed rooms, which are small but perfectly formed. Plus some of the friendliest and most helpful staff I've ever encountered in a budget (or mid-range for that matter) hotel. Wholeheartedly recommend this place for a short stay in the Kings Cross area.
A. A.
Nice well located place. Great service. Close to underground and in good looking area.
D. K.
Fantastic hotel and bar. Great price!
S. D.
We wanted to do some hands-free sightseeing so we left our luggage here via Stasher. Very easy online booking within a few minutes. I used the "Near by me"-function --> be sure to turn on your GPS location on your phone. Very good price - 6 Pounds per piece for 24h. The staff was very friendly. First time I used Stasher - will definitely use this service again.
K. H.
Conveniently placed hotel. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Rooms are always clean and well presented. One lift seems to be permanently out of order, hasn't caused much of an issue. The Brewers Fayre next door is ok, basic. There are vending machines in the lobby for snacks. The free WiFi is horrendous but that's why it's free.
J. W.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms not too big but worth the money for somewhere to lay your head down at night. Continental breakfast not bad for the money either as you can help yourself as often as you like.
N. L.
Hotel and staff fantastic and hotel bar really good value unfortunately breakfast was not good would definitely stay again but personally avoid breakfast
D. D.
Excellent location, very comfy beds. Room design has been thought through really well, with access to all the necessary options (light, arcon, DND) from the bed! Very friendly staff and nice cocktails available. Could expand the range of bar food and drinks available but everything else was perfect!
B. M.
Amazing location, really slick service and great rooms. Pitch black when you switch the light off, air con, great shower and TV with a surprising amount of films on. Would've got five stars if had proper breakfast. Only continental which is nothing on the normal premium Inn breakfast.
D. M.
Very space age. It's very comfortable and the smart TV is a nice touch. It's just what you need. Nice and relaxing and cheap. It's not worth spending loads on a hotel you just sleep in. But I found myself wanting to go back. The bed is nice and big
A. B.
Great hotel for a short stay. Very clean, super helpful friendly staff. Didn't pay for breakfast but what I saw looked good and fresh. Not far from Kings Cross Station and St Pancras. Room is very small, but very clean and modern. Comfortable bed. If you need a base for a night or two, this is the place. No parking available. Wasn't a problem as we used YourParkingSpace App and found a space about 10mins walk away. Ideal.
R. B.
Fine for overnight stays. Rooms are tiny with no tea/coffee making, but there's free tea and coffee for guests in the bar. There are loads of irons and ironing boards on each floor.
Bed is comfortable & shower rooms, and there's free movies on a large flat screen in each room.
No restaurant to speak of, just snacks. Breakfast is limited. But there are plenty of bars and restaurants a short walk away.
Aimed at business travellers. Check in is slick (unless your corporate booking uses billback scheme).
Hotel is very conveniently located near kings cross.
S. T.
Great concept but needs a few tweaks to work. Bed and linen quality are brilliant and I had the best night's sleep I've had in a hotel in years. The bathroom is very decent and nicely finished - rainfall shower is a big bonus. The smart TV, free WiFi and clever controls for the room are great additions and actually useful rather than a fad. The concept has clearly been adapted from Qubic and it has worked in most cases, however a few things could be improved: 1. Automated check in was a bit chaotic with guests not understanding how to use it. 2. My bin hadn't been emptied from the previous guest's stay which was isn't great (see photo). 3. A few things seemed a bit unfinished such as some gaps in tiling in the bathroom and some building materials left behind a loose panel under my desk (see photo).
H. S.
Great location 5/10 minutes walk from St Pancras and Kings Cross, which also makes it a great base to get around by tube. Very keen prices - I paid less than £45 for a night just before Christmas. Rooms are bijou shall we say but comfortable beds and the en-suite is excellent. Brand new hotel so everything is shiny and new. Staff friendly and welcoming. £5 for breakfast but it is buffet so can 'fill up' with the admittedly limited choices. Overall great experience.
T. S.
Everything great, rather futuristic even, especially with all the controls at the head of your bed. Check-in is also a doddle if you have your email confirmation to hand on your smartphone. Only downside is you *may* be lumped into a basement room like I was, so no windows and absolutely zero phone signal, so just be aware of this and prepare accordingly.
L. H.
I was very close to giving this place 5 stars. It's clean, it's comfortable, it's cool and it's quiet. I was on floor -1 so no window, but I had a great night's sleep. The bed was comfortable, the free bottle of water is a nice touch and being able to control your lights, aircon and everything from the tech panel next to the bed is a nice touch.
Also I noticed that as well as plenty of power sockets there is also one European socket so perfect if you don't have an adapter.
The room is quite small and misted glass on the door to the bathroom so if you're a couple and you want to take a night off and watch tv in your room it might be a bit cosy. But for one person or if you're a couple just staying a couple of nights and not planning to spend too much time in the room it's perfect.
D. S.
Honest, efficient, clean. I've spent a couple of nights here on two occasions. Loved the quick check in and check out and the straightforward mood. Rooms are compact but well designed, bed is as comfy as you'd expect from any Premier Inn. Definitely recommend.
G. B.
Great location, clean rooms, and excellent service by Patricio and Christiana during our stay here. Definitely recommend, especially at this price point :)
D. S.
Hub by Premier Inn is a quaint little place with compact rooms that have everything. When arriving at the room was immaculate and even had free water. The bed was comfortable, the TV in the room allows you to stream YouTube and also offered a range of free UK Channels which I found really good my only complaint really with the TV itself was that it was supposedly a smart TV and you could connect your phone up to it however both mine and my friends phones would not connect to the TV however it was still a pleasant stay. As well the location of the hotel is really good you're not too far from King's Cross station itself and also there are a range of takeaways shops and restaurants nearby if you want something that's near the Tube and that's near pretty much everything in London then this is the place to stay.
M. W.
Really conveniently placed for kings cross station at a very affordable price. The rooms are quite small but contain everything you need. Check in through a touchscreen display which assigns your room to a card is a breeze to use and there was ample help nearby if you needed it. There is a bar attached to the main lobby where you can find a help yourself hot drinks bar (no kettle in room)
The rooms are fully automated from your bed via touch screen controls. These control your heating and lights and are quite convenient albeit slightly confusing as to which light is which.
One extra bonus is the option to store your bag on site with only a small charitable donation encouraged. We checked out and returned for our bags before we got the train home which allowed us easy travel around london, without the luggage. I would recommend this hotel
R. T.
Stayed by myself in a beautiful room that had a touch screen right beside the bed which is extremely helpful for when you cant be bothered to get out of bed, also so central that you can just walk everywhere. Gotta say that the staff weren't very friendly and the check in is very confusing, but would definitely stay there again.
P. L.
Yes, the rooms are small. But also perfectly presented - brilliant design job to create/squeeze stylish feel out of very few square feet/metres. Lighting (4-settings) and touch-control panel in headboard v. clever touches. Have to give a shout out to the excellent staff on Reception - Andrew (who introduced himself) and the others were excellent and worked around the tech teething issues.
N. U.
Great value and an excellent location, 5 minutes walk from King's Cross station; 10 minutes walk from St Pancras. The rooms here are certainly small but also very competitively priced and really well designed so that there's enough space for your bags without tripping over them. You can even watch the TV through the glass screen from the shower! Really liked the bed, very comfortable, and with lots of options to dim light etc. It would probably get claustrophobic for a longer stay but perfect for a one or two night stopover. Check in is automated but there are staff to help and all staff, as is usually the case at Premier Inn, are very friendly and helpful. Lovely bar area to hang out in on ground floor. There are lots of places to eat near the hotel and The Rotunda at King's Place, just next door, is a great place for a drink and some food with wonderful views over the canal basin. My only gripe is that I couldn't get the wifi to work anywhere in the hotel.
S. M.
Well located and handy for railway stations. The hotel itself was clean, functional and modern. Beds are comfortable and en suite bathroom with flood shower. Breakfast was a buffet and exceptional value for money. I will use this hotel again.
R. S.
Premier inn light, very small rooms but great bed, WiFi and TV. Great size shower/toilet. Ideal if you just want to sleep there. Not a massive selection for breakfast for £5, but dissappointed by that.
I.
I used this hotel to stay for 1 night before travelling to Paris via the Eurostar. The room was really clean, very modern and super stylish!
The customer service was outstanding and although I didn't have dinner or breakfast, I'm sure that would have been lovely too. Would highly reccomend!
J. G.
I visited friends who stayed here overnight. The place seemed clean and friendly, and is very convenient for King's Cross Station. The room I saw was extremely compact but high quality and underground, so very quiet. Not somewhere I'd want to stay for long, but good for an overnight stay.
J. E.
Budget rooms are fine for a two or three day stay; everything seems ultramodern with touch screens controlling room lighting and electronic check-in; breakfast is good value and cheaper than popping out to the nearest cafe; staff is young and very effecient. Very handy for Kings Cross and St Pancras stations. Will definitely book again. No tea or coffee making facilities in the bedrooms but you can get however many free cups of either from downstairs and take them up to your room.
R. B.
As I was staying 5 nights I was pretty unsure at first given it was cheaper than most around, in the larger that normal room as found a great rate.
I am a nervous person and a light sleeper and haven't had the best luck in hotels...
I am thrilled with this concept of hotels, it is fully tech enabled. Free fast (but partly over firewalled) WiFi, plugs and USB charging points in the room. Air con that works beautifully without being mega loud of drying the air too much, big TV with USB slots and wireless casting enabled for both pc, android and ios.
Bed was supportive, comfy and welcoming. Yes the room is not huge but for me it was perfect, now for the beautiful part... The sound proofing was immense! I walked up to my room and one neighbour was playing music and the other chatting / shouting on what I suspect was a call... It was muffled beautifully once I let the hotel room door close behind me... ❤️
Breakfast - cheap enough, with a selection of sourdough breads, pastries and spreads. Fruit and porridge are available and orange juice. Was perfect for me as I still had a choice given I am lactose intolerant.
Lunch / dinner was a little disappointing with only olives or charcuterie board board being the only milk free option...I can only hope they put a vegan / milk free option on in the future! On a plus side it did force me to explore London for food options!
Staff were all fantastic, friendly and happy. Always welcoming and never awkward, and I felt able to chat to them which is rare for me!
S. A.
Five mins walk to King’s Cross station and St Pancras station. Handy if taking the Eurostar or train to Cambridge/Norwich/Birmingham.
Thoughtful and helpful staff: helped my elderly mother check in and settle in when she was on her own. Two complimentary small bottles of wine in the room to celebrate my graduation. A lovely card and box of chocolate to celebrate my recent wedding. This is a kind gesture that I might not even get at five-star hotels. The staff also helped us bring our suitcases to the taxi. She didn’t have to, but she did. We are so impressed!
Very accommodating towards travellers who arrived too early or are leaving much later: it is possible to keep suitcases there.
This was our second time staying there. First stay in March 2018 (2 rooms) and second stay in July 2019 (3 rooms). And will stay there again when in London. Clearly, I’d recommend this hotel to anyone!
G. L.
The hotel is modern and very neat. It is a breath of fresh air in a world where other hotels appear stale, stagnant and predictable. It is a brand of premier Inn, ironically, and in my opinion they all should be converted to the "hub" style. The bathroom has 2 options when showering (waterfall style or standard) the latter of which is my personal favourite and is amazingly powerful and relaxing. The beds are really comfortable and have a touch sensitive panel built into the upper part of the headboard to allow for light, temperature and a variety of other room function controls. This will catch you out a few times as you fondle the bathroom walls either in the middle of the night or first thing in the morning for the traditional light switch. As I said earlier this is the future of hotels in my opinion, and as such, I strongly look forward to these hubs increasing in commonalty across the UK.
r.
Was a bit hesitant at the Hub description but don't be put off, the smaller floor space is far outweighed by the state of the art decor and amenities, with possibly the best shower I've ever had. Staff very friendly and helpful to guide you to your room, lovely lounge and breakfast easily worth the £5
A. B.
Room was lovely and Clean. I slept well however difficult to control room temperature. I was dehydrated in morning air very dry. No signal on phone and no tea making facilities in room. Staff pleasant however not a lot of info from them on hotel facilities.
T. M.
This hotel is located close to the Eurostar London train station (St Pancras International) and accessible to London metro transport. We cycled around the London sights and the hotel was not far from central London. From the moment we arrived the staff were very welcoming. The room was very comfortable and clean (note that the hotel is fairly new) and we appreciated the downstairs lounge area and the great breakfast every morning. A special mention (and a big thank you) to the staff, who were attentive, always warm and helpful.
P. P.
Good value for money, however you have to accept the fact there isn't an iron available in the room nor tea making facilities. Room is very small, it's just the bed really. Biggest problem is that breakfast is very poor, so if you'd like to eat something else than porridge, toast or croissant you have to go out.
p. 9.
Amazing hotel. Room was great. Everything is so modern. The room was really clean and fresh. Would also definitely recommend getting the breakfast option as well.
J. S.
Great location, really quiet hotel even in rooms at the front. The room was just like the other hubs we’ve stayed in.
The staff were brilliant and efficient. The food looked ok, can’t comment further as we didn’t eat here.
Good hotels with excellent locations, love booking these.
J. L.
Great place for someone travelling alone. Rooms are really small so cramped for a couple. The beds are tucked up against a wall so if travelling as a couple you would have to climb over the other person in bed.
Other than that i was travelling alone so have to give it 5 stars as it had everything i needed.
No cooked breakfast so a swift walk to a Wetherspoons for breakfast.
A. S.
Thought this hotel was great. Modern and stylish but simple too. Great value for money.
N. D.
First time staying there and was very ipressed - would definitely be happy to use again. Only gripe was that AC in room 93 didnt seem to be up to the job. Breakfast is probably the best value breakfast in London. And someone has done/is doing a fantastic job of recruiting and retaining great staff. There are lots of them there and they were ALL, ALWAYS positive, friendly and welcoming. They all looked happy to be working there and serving customers; far from the norm in lots of hotels these days - and any wonder given how 'challenging' customers can be. The standard of customer service was (on this occasion at any rate) genuinely exceptional. Not sure about the shoes though :-)
R. C.
New,smart rooms, perfect for an overnight stay. Comfortably slept two people in there ! Very clever room as you can control everything by an app or on the control panel. Perfect night's sleep, soundproofed as well which is great given its proximity to Kings Cross station. Worth a go if you need a bed for the night !!
W. G.
Great location, rooms were very modern with everything you could need. Bathroom is basically a glass room which is obscured from 5ft 7in down which can be off putting for some people. Very comfortable double bed with a huge smart tv at the foot of it. Wi-Fi worked well
G. T.
They've created a great vibe and experience. Chilled, easy, accessible, slick. Checkin is a doddle scanning a qr code. The room - lovely quality finish, great bathrom and shower, pull out desk, lots of usb charge points, 40inch screen that you can cast your device to or watch catchup tv or FREE movies. Bed was one of the best ive ever slept in. Internal room temp was very nice and controllable. As a result i stayed a lot in my room, it was si comfortable and i could work then enjoy the movies. I didnt use the bar down stairs until the morningas they serve continental breakfast buffet for £5. The bar was nicely furnished with lots of plug/usb chargers for easy working with laptops etc. There was even a nice selection of games. Breakfast was simple and nice. Overall i really loved my stay. It was so relaxing with none of the annoyances so often associated with stayingin London hotels on business.
P. E.
Stayed for two nights and had a great experience. The hotel is a 5-10 minute walk from St Pancras or Kings Cross main line or tube stations along fairly smooth pavements, good for wheeled cases.
It was nearly full when we booked so we were allocated an accessible room which is bigger than usual, although the compact rooms are fine. The big king bed was really comfortable and we had a window (which is unusual in the hub hotels) looking over the road and Kings Cross station, despite this it was quiet and we were not disturbed by external noise or from anything in the hotel.
Check in was smooth using self serve terminals although help is always on hand. Your key card gives access to the secure lift area and there are 3 lifts to 6 floors and 2 basement levels, about 300 rooms I think. We never had to wait too long.
Rooms are well signed and clean, as are the public areas. In the room you get good wifi and a big tv, along with a touch control panel for lighting and air conditioning. The bathroom area could do with being a little more private, it's all glass panels with 3/4 height frosting. The sliding door in our room jumped off its runner and jammed - this was not fixed during our stay, the only fail of the weekend. The minimum lighting is still a little too bright if you are sharing a room and need to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night.
The bar area is really well decorated and comfy, with a relaxed hip continental atmosphere. Lots of sofas and chairs as well as high tables and bar stools. Some tables are fitted with charging points covering Qi wireless charging along with cables for micro-USB, USB-C and Lightning. There's a cocktails happy hour every evening and complimentary cheese and biscuits with your drinks early evening. Free tea and coffee at all times.
Breakfast is available for a reasonable price and includes 'help yourself' hot porridge, fruit, yoghurt, pastries, toast and tea and coffee.
The staff were always on hand and ready to help, always with a smile. Hope they keep up their enthusiasm.
Checkout was easy and they will look after your bags if you have more sightseeing to do before moving on. It's free but it's nice to make an optional donation to Great Ormond Street Hospital charity.
It was a great stay and we will definitely stay here again. 5 stars.
M. R.
Efficient, comfortable bed, great tv and bathroom. Everything immaculate. What a great drop in place to stay.
A.
Great stay, 2 min walk from Kings cross station. Walk out of the station, look left you will see the McDonald's, walk down the street past Nando's and 1 min later you are there. Breakfast is lovely, great price. Reception are brilliant, 24hr Tesco a short walk away. Feels safe at 3am when walking outside. Check about beds.... not for everyone, free water in room, bar have free iced water for you.
J. M.
My room was very small but it was just what I needed because I was out exploring the city all day and only used the room for sleeping at night. The hotel is modern and has a cafe/bar on the ground floor. It is walking distance from Kings Cross Underground and train station which was convenient. Pros: price, location near Kings Cross station. Cons: no window or coffee in room
J. H.
Great service, very close to the station and very well priced. Controlling features like the tv, aircon and lighting in the room with my phone was easy and fun. The morning breakfast was great and had everything I wanted. The check in and check out service was fast and easy. Will definitely return here on my next visit.
D. C.
Rooms are extremely small but if you're only staying a few nights and are a light packer it's actually everything you need. Nobody's coming to London to hang out in their hotel room right? Rooms have very handy lighting, A/C control, and buttons to activate the do not disturb light on the door all from the head of your bed which is nice. However the only breakfast option available is a continental breakfast that costs extra. However the Pret A Manger across the street is a great and affordable alternative. Also located right next to Kings Cross which makes getting around the city very easy and fast.
c. e.
Good location, not far from Kings Cross tube. The rooms are small but perfectly formed, ideal base for sightseeing. It's also above a Franco Manca pizza restaurant and opposite a Pret, so you don't have to wander too far for decent food.
S. F.
Very surprised with the hotel.
Great location, very polite staff. Rooms basic but that's clear when booking.
Lots of free films on TV, free tea and coffee from the lobby.
F. G.
New modern hotel right beside King's Cross train station. It has a very nice cafe beside reception, amazing "in room" facilities with the latest technology to control the lighting and climate inside the room, a massive flat screen TV with plenty of channels and even a good selection of films to watch, fast and free WiFi and comfortable beds. Space inside the rooms is limited, but very well organised to have a pleasant stay and the staff is always nice and helpful. There's also a Pret A Manger right across the road and a pizza restaurant next door. Camden canal is very accessible by walk as its only a few yards away. Overall, a great, very modern hotel, with excellent value for money if you are on a budget.
N.
Stayed here two nights, excellent place to stay most comfortable bed and pillow I've slept on in a hotel. Have never encountered such helpful staff before so a big thanks to you all. Already booked another hub in Edinburgh.
n. m.
Great location, great room, excellent friendly staff who can't do enough to help you.
J. B.
Great for a cheap night. V compact room. Modern, clean, stylish, (did I mention compact?!) Perfect for a bed for the night but surprisingly well laid out room. Good Aircon, mood lighting, big fat screen TV, free bottle of water, powerful hot shower... Just v compact. Perfect for one, cosy for two!
A. T.
The hotel is within walking distance of the train station. The are a few bars in the area as well as shops and restaurants. The hotel is clean and has enough space for a couple with a good control system for light and heat. Would highly recommend for a weekend stay in London
J. J.
Staff are lovely anfd helpful. Rooms are basic but extremely comfy and clean with all the essentials, perfect for a quick weekend if you aren't spending a lot of time in the room, good access to public transport.
S.
I decided to try it myself first hand before I recommends it to any of my friends, family and our company upcoming events and Credit where credit is due. Well impressed with their hub. It isnt as small as I thought it would be after reading from other reviews.
Have had a good night sleep. The room is the size of (imaging) “1 double bed and a single bed next to each other”.
Good size bathroom.
Cant really complain, you get what you paid, I booked well in advance to get the promotional room rate that I have paid. Therefore, I would say its value for money.
I have stayed a night at Travelodge ( my only second time in my whole entire life staying with them). All I can say is they lost it out on their free limited wifi.
I paid both hotels same rates.
Pros & cons
Premium Inn Hub
Modern technology, comfy bed, free wifi and no tea/coffee facility, but you do get just a bottle of water in the room (not sure if they will give 2 bottles if there are 2 in a room). Aircon works, TV power is on but it does not work (maybe I dont know how to use it but this is minor)
Not sure why I have hand wash gel in the shower room rather than shower gel. Its either a mistake or they actually expected the guest to improvised.
Breakfast continental style : bread, croissants, yoghurt, fruit, tea & coffee.
btw, you can takw your tea or coffee to the room should you wish to. But dont like the idea of going up & down to get refill
Travelodge
Good size room, comfy bed, tea/coffee in the room. aircon doesnt work, it was like sleeping inside the sauna room even at the lowest maximum setting of 18degree. You only get 30mins free wifi each day
B. P.
Had a great stay, all staff very friendly, small but perfectly formed room .
F.
We mainly picked this hotel because of the modern trend the hub is creating. Just excellent.
We had a few down points and the staff were more then happy to receive this feedback openly.
M. G.
The location and price are good. Only the technology in the room was very, very bad!. The aircon couldn't go lower than 18 degrees and it happened often that the setting changed during our stay up to 22!!!!! degrees. No window you could open for fresh air. We had to leave the door open, because the hallway was much cooler than inside the room.
We complained about this, but it still happend that during the night or day that the setting changed by itself. Later I see on the internet that we were not alone in this
Breakfast was fine, but the range of items to put on your bread was very poor... No eggs, no cheese, english breakfast etc....
It is however very clean, good bed (soft)…. Very small,. But that was to be expected.
J. E.
It's a very clean and comfortable place. The hotel is relaxing and very conveniently located. All lights and controls within the room are on a touch panel by the bed. I would definitely stay here again.
D. F.
It is clean, staff friendly and the rooms pretty much gave what you need. All at the touch of a finger.
Sometimes a little confusion when checking in regarding names and rooms but quickly resolved overall I'd use again.
O. M.
I love this hotel, it's just perfect and reasonably priced. Not a big room yet very perfect and comfortable. Mmmm love the technology in the rooms. Ok, with all my love for it, there was no egg at breakfast😢....,that would've been so nice, there were however fruits💚
C. O.
The location was great, short walk from the train station, and some nearby restaurants. The rooms are great, the bed was very comfortable. The staff were lovely and nothing was too much for them to do.
G.
Great room for the price, everything was new and clean. I'm not sure how easy it would be for someone getting in and out of the bed if they were sleeping next to the wall. No cooked breakfast, which was a disappointment.
J. S.
Clean perfectly usable room. All the accessories i could want with a slick modern interface. Wonderful staff. Breakfast was popular so expect limited seating during peak hours.
G. H.
Hotel is in an excellent location - not too far from King's Cross St Pancras and is within walking distance of a few bars and restaurants. The hub looks to be brand new and this is reflected in the quality of the rooms. They are all completed to a high standard and have touch screen controls for lighting/do not disturb etc. The Internet is of a reasonable speed and the Samsung televisions allow easy mirroring from your Android/iOS devices which allows acceptable viewing of Amazon Prime/Netflix etc. The staff were helpful and friendly and the bar offered a free cheese board with drinks bought in a specified window (which was a nice added bonus!) We booked in advance too so the prices were very reasonable. I will definitely consider staying here in the future and would advise others to do the same, provided they're happy with a slightly smaller room than usual and no added extras (such as free tea/coffee and bathroom cosmetics).
A. A.
Great location with clean rooms. If you don't mind a compact room it's a good deal. Bed and bedding quality is excellent. Even has movies on the TV!
P. M.
Really useful location if you're coming to either Euston or Kings Cross stations, clean, compact, modern rooms. Yes they're small, but the price is fantastic for the location and as a base to explore London from you can't go far wrong with this place.
D. M.
Lovely hotel, compact room with everything needed for an overnight stay. The hotel is in very close proximity to Kings Cross station and St Pancras. Breakfast was continental but not worth the £5. Wifi was quick, and free tea and coffee in the lobby which was nice.
C. B.
Clean, space optimised rooms. Friendly staff, easy checkins and checkouts. Perfect for a short stay or business trip. Only (small) disappointment: couldn't find savory options for breakfast. Might have needed to ask but was in a hurry so didn't.
H. G.
Nice clean cheap place to stay in Central London. Rooms are small but they're supposed to be- everything designed to save space. The bed was really comfy.
J.
The room is modern and has a touch pad to control all the lights. Their booking system is confusing and really needs an upgrade. It doesn't allow you to book more than 9 nights in one reservation. You have to pay the hotel cost upfront for your entire reservation before checking-in.
C. H.
Wow, fantastic very friendly staff from the minute you arrive, rooms have everything bed bathroom table towels super clean so quiet. Tea and coffee downstairs and lovely super modern bar... Will be back in March...
J. B.
The best staff I've ever met in a hotel.
Made very welcome every day and nice comfortable rooms and beds.
I've stayed all over the world at hotels and never met nicer people than the kings Cross premier hub staff
C. D.
Very enjoyable alternative to Hong Kong and Singapore thanks to T Cook! Staff were exceptional and especially Christina who looked after our party so well in The Meeting Room for my birthday. Fantastic and would recommend for Kings Cross train and underground convenience. A big thank you to all who took time to help us with everything.
I. B.
Great service and location, less than 5 minutes from King's Cross station. As all hub hotels, the rooms are compact but pretty well appointed with all the basics and a bit more. This particular hotel lacks from a proper restaurant or café, it has a bar that serves some food, but there are enough options available nearby. All in all, perfect for a short stay.
J. C.
Excellent hotel. Good value.
D. M.
A clean, modern, and easy hotel. I would probably stay here again. The only downsides were a very basic breakfast with a disappointing fruit salad selection and no gym or exercise room.
R. 1.
Affordable, comfortable and centrally located. Would recommend to anyone staying in London who prefers convenience and efficiency over luxury. Nothing but good things to say about this hotel.
W. P.
Great Hotel, only complaint was aircon was not effective. Room was warm at night and hard to get a good night sleep, despite the fact that it was cool outside. Other than that, perfect stay.
L. W.
Lovely place to stay for a single person. Suited us as was a reasonable price and suited our needs this weekend. Bed very comfortable and very clean. Would recommend.
P. d. W.
Stayed a couple of nights here. Very small room, but didn't feel cramped as there was plenty of storage space, and the ensuite was great. Air conditioning worked a treat (it was 31° in London), although the communal areas were roasting. Located 4 mins walk from King's Cross, can't fault it.
P. C.
Handy "no frills" accommodation within walking distance of Kings Cross Station. The rooms are small, but functional. Breakfast is more of a continental type of affair, consisting of cereal, toast, fruit and croissants etc. so don't be expecting the usual Premier Inn cooked breakfast to be available. There is a McDonalds up near Kings Cross, so if you need/want something cooked, and you are easily pleased, like me, you can get a more substantial breakfast there.
There are probably a few nearby places where you could get a nice breakfast nearby, but I just basically used the Hub as somewhere to sleep prior to catching a train home in the morning, for which it is ideal.
T. S.
Great value for money. Breakfast is a must. Clean rooms. They are small but have everything you need. Would stay again without hesitation
L. T.
The best of the budget hotels, great clean and quiet rooms but now pushing prices towards 4* rates. Breakfast at £5 is great value and can't be beaten.
D. T.
First time user and very impressed . Superb rooms , clean and well equipped . Just two small grumbles in that only granola is served as a cereal and a bigger selection would be nice and the Hub needs better signage off the main road as it is easily missed . Recommended !
M. J.
Excellent. The place has a relaxed ambience and friendly staff. Bettina was great and customer oriented. Rooms cosy, clean and creative. Great central location and value for money if you book well in advance.
D. B.
Brilliant location, great room, comfortable bar / breakfast lounge with free tea / coffee throughout the day. Really friendly and helpful staff. I hope to stay here again.
B. T.
Accommodation, cleanness, staff, location all excelente, except my room was underground and being a bit claustrophobic, It wasn't in my plans staying underground and they didn't inform me of that, but otherwise I was impressed with Hotel! However I've been trying to contact Hotel since I left because I forgot something there and no answer from their side. Can you please give me the correct number? This is the only reason i am giving a 4 stars.
G. T.
My room was very good. It is compact but does the job if you are going to stay for a few days. My only complaint is the breakfast which doesn't really have a lot of options.
R. W.
Very modern hotel.Exellent location for kings cross. We booked well in advance and got a great deal. Rooms small but ok for a base as we used it for. Staff were exellent throughout our stay. Didn't eat here so cannot comment but bar was reasonably priced and staff again great. Overall a very easy and pleasant stay will definitely use it again
J. F.
Great location, friendly staff, good value for money
J. S.
Have just returned from a stay at The Hub, King's Cross. It was one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. The staff are extraordinary and nothing is too much trouble. As an older guest they helped me when they saw me looking a bit puzzled with all the technology. It is so clean and there is everthing you need for a Londond break. Reka, the receptionist was very efficent, along with the manager and the rest of this superb staff.
I. B.
Really good value for money and nicely designed rooms. Fresh and modern, good for travelling on a budget and solo travellers too. Comfy bed and 40" smart tv too.
J. D.
Lovely hotel, great location, great service, friendly staff. Bed was comfortable. Lights in room are stupid though can't have the bathroom light on without all the other lights.
C. W.
Very nice new hotel. I was very impressed by how much they squeezed into such a small space. Very comfy bed and great to see new technology used in the headboard to control AC and lighting!
L. A.
Fab base a 5 minute walk from King's Cross. Continental breakfast worth the fiver. Served 7 til 11. Happy hour daily between 5 and 7. Bar menu ok for snacks. Pizza place next door is fab. Only a small menu, but really tasty and decent service.
S. W.
Super facilities, clean, modern and very helpful staff. Had some teething problems with the technology... we had to change room because we couldn't turn the air conditioning off. "Small rooms" really are small!
R. V. C.
Situated in a very good location, accessible by bus, train and tube; the hotel offers very private and cosy rooms. Everything was very clean and the connected concept comes across as very modern and refreshing. I would go there again.
C. W.
It’s a Premier Inn with trendier, high-tech decor that reminded me of the citizenM hotel at Bankside. My room was underground and I slept very badly 2 out of 3 nights. The air conditioning dried out my mouth and made me very thirsty. I also missed the fresh air and daylight! I seriously recommend asking for a room above ground. It’s in a great location, though.
S. W.
Great, modern rooms, good breakfast and friendly staff
S. R.
Comfy bed, Central location, modern technology, free movies for the room and really great staff. Also a bargain at £75 for two people with breakfast. Will be my first choice for my next visit.
I. W.
Friendly staff and very close to King's Cross Station. I am amazed by the efficiently compact yet spacious layout of my room. I only rate three stars because my sheets have some minor stains.
L. W.
Hub by Premier Inn is a good place to stay, it has all the modern amenities anyone would need during thier stay. Its compact, efficient and offers a very fast check in service. That said we did have a few issues with our room. Upon entry the floor was covered in white bits which indicated it wasn't hoovered well and the skirting board wasn't painted very well, it was very patchy and had what seemed to be black mould on it. The headboard also had a light in it which made a loud buzzing noise when left on. After complaining we were told it was not mould and just something else that was left on... and that the buzzing was not present on thier visit, which indicated they didn't really give our query a lot of time. In all it was a nice stay that had a lot of potential but fell very short on attention to detail which really let it down.
A. R.
Hotel is in a nice and convenient location. Very expensive for what it is in my opinion. It's somewhere you stay for a night on business or if you're just in London for a short time. The rooms are very small.
J. G.
Great rooms at a great price. OK, so it's functional, but it's clean, comfortable and the location is fantastic. Friendly and helpful staff too!
P. S.
The Hub was a fantastic place to stay, neat, tidy pod room that had everything you need for own or two nights in Zone 1 London. My only gripe was the touch panel in the room was a little dodgy and I didn't have access to the app due to this being booked on my behalf. However staff at reception acknowledged this and would look into it, so I can only assume the problem was resolved!
A. W.
Big enough just for two, only thing missing (or missed) was a kettle but helpful staff, decent location, quiet room, comfy bed, decent shower. Oh, only one bath towel for the two of us but would use again if price kept decent!
B. S.
Really good stay. A short walk from Kings Cross Station, and close to some nice bars and restaurants. Nice compact rooms. Breakfast really nice and a bargain at £5. Definitely worth considering if staying in the area.
A. T.
Great rooms and a good price. Close to kings cross station and underground which is a perfect location. Clean and tidy rooms with good shower, comfortable bed and water left in room which is a nice touch.
L.
Bedrooms are tiny...which I get and would be ok but I got a room without a window on floor -1! Made me feel mega claustrophobic and worried what I’d do in an emergency!<br/>Friendly staff and nice bar. Wouldn’t rush back
R. R.
Really enjoyed our stay there, room was larger than I expected, the smart hotel bits were cool and there was a good selection of free movies on the TV, only downside was that there was only a pillow each between my wife and I although we didn't ask for any additional so no problems really
C. S. O.
Nice modern rooms. Friendly staff. Room are small but fine for 2 people. Could have more hooks to hang towels and jackets.
K. S.
Good location behind Kings Cross station and around 15 minute walk from Euston. Great value for Central London. Bar was good, great cocktails, 2for1 Happy Hour at 5-7, all made to order and not pre-mixed as I was expecting. Continental breakfast good value at a fiver, no need to pre-book either. Close to underground at Kings Cross, pubs and shops nearby. Not on a busy street so street noise and traffic was quiet for city centre. Recommended.
S. S.
The room was indeed a bit small, however it's perfect for a couple of nights. The staff is amazing and incredibly helpful and the breakfast was also great. Will come back in the future!
C. S.
The hotel is very well localized and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are very tiny (ok for a couple, but not for a family), but they are very cozy and incredibly well decorate!!! I really like my stay and would love to return!!!!
O. W.
The Hub by Premier Inn London Kings Cross is a compact, professional and comfortable hotel which would be suitable for work or leisure visits. We visited as a party of two in a standard room - the hospitality and washing facilities, along with cleanliness and customer service we're all exceedingly good. Great location with easy access to the Northern and Picadilly Lines - highly recommend. t
R. S.
The room was cool as it had a nifty control panel to turn the lights on/of etc. The checking in was strange, but still worked. The room was simple, stylish and had all the substance necessary - I would enjoy staying here again.
R. G.
I was very impressed by the new hub by Premier Inn hotel at King's Cross. High quality room, great service and nice use of technology in booking, check-in and in-room. Worth a look if you're travelling to London (or Edinburgh). Hopefully there will be more rolling out in other cities soon.
T. P.
Really good value. Room was nice and the location is perfect if you're traveling by rail. Touch screen room controls are a bit of a gimmick but it gets the job done.
D.
Great welcome. Super comfortable bed. Always the first choice in London for us every time we are visiting. Definitely staying in a Hub again.
J. A.
Very modern. Single rooms quite small and claustrophobic. Bring your own shampoo bathroom items as what they provide is cheap nasty smelling.
L. T.
Would definitely recommend for a night or two. Longer if solo traveller. The rooms are so cleverly and creatively designed, ideal location for kings cross, very friendly staff. Will likely return.
D. H.
I love a PI Hub. Handy location, clean, clean, modern, cosy. You're not on holiday, you're using it as a crash pad for an early Eurostar or as a pre planned coma after the Christmas party. They are exactly what you need. Not cheap mind, but miles better than fancy hotels or nasty, nasty travel lodges.
Breakfast ain't great. Could've done with an egg this morning.
A. R.
Stayed at the hub at Kings Cross for one night to celebrate my birthday. Short walk from St Pancras and Kings Cross railway stations. Easy check in helped by a nice member of staff. Room is small but adequate. Modern decor, nice clean bathroom with good shower. Two bottles of water provided. Would have liked tea and coffee making facilities. Had a drink in the bar at night. Nice atmosphere. My wife had a gin and tonic and I asked for a Bacardi and coke. Too my surprise the barman said they didn't stock Bacardi. The barman was also surprised that they did not stock Bacardi. We had a bit of a laugh and he was really apologetic. What a really nice person he was. Not only that .later we had a knock at our hotel room door. When I opened the door I found a 50cl bottle of bacardi and a lovely letter from the helpful member of staff. Sofiane Bouakel. What a lovely gesture. Would recomended this hotel for 1 or a couple of days.
A. B.
All their rooms are exactly the same which ever one you visit. Large, clean and super modern. Breakfast is brilliant with loads of choice and variety. Great stay
D. O.
Fabulous and comfortable high tech rooms. Great continental style breakfasts in relaxed surroundings. Some of the most helpful staff anywhere I've stayed!
L. B.
Love the Premier Inn Hubs. Always clean, safe and great service and bar and food prices are really good - particularly for London. Really well located and the left luggage service is a huge bonus.
G. G.
Clean, staff really friendly. Beds super comfortable
H. _.
Super-friendly staff, room pristine, exactly what I expected. Budget witg quality - lovr it:)
D. W.
This is the 2nd hub hotel we have stayed in the other was near brick Lane and was great this was one was just as good but much closer to the local amenities. We stayed for 2 night check in was quick the hotel has a bar and restaurant which was great there is a pizza place next door and a pret a mange across the road the tube station is 5-10 min walk and there are several restaurants and fast food places along the way that are open late there was also a food market so plenty of places to get food the tube was 4 stops from Covent Garden so we were in Central London with in 20 mins
The hotel its self was great the room was clean the beds comfy the staff very helpful we needed some tickets printing and they couldn't do more for us really liked this hotel great for a stay in London we have already booked to stay again
D. T.
If you can live with a rather small room then this is a good cheap option for a stay in the capital. The staff are attentive and helpful the bar on the ground floor is a pleasant place to be. It's also close to the train station.
D.
Really love the concept of premier inn hubs, very modern and always clean and well looked after. However, the self checkin card readers never work, and there is often a queue at the normal check in. The checkin staff who checked me in were quite rude and made me feel as those checking me was a hassle for them. Even then they couldn’t get their own card reader to work. I also really don’t understand why the hide the bin away, especially after I would take it out ever time, they would just put it back!
A. R.
Fantastic hotel! It was my 1st stay at a hub and I was pleasantly surprised! Stylish decor. Nice rooms. Great location.
P. B.
Great place, good value, clean and simple. Would have loved tissues in the bathroom and maybe a coffee machine in the room. Will most definitely be booking again!
S. T.
Fantastic rooms. Compact, but very cleverly designed. Super clean, touchpad room controls and free movies on the TV. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
J. D.
Does what it says in the tin... Cute little, well-appointed modern rooms. Not a place to spend time in, but as a bed for the night after a busy day touristing it is perfect
I. P.
Great little room and hotel! Perfectly located. Only downside is the tech in the room. Touchpads a little unresponsive and in room movies only worked when internet speeds were good. But apart from that great as u said. Hope to come back soon!
A. S.
Breakfast ok. On a bit of a dodgy road. Room ok just odd as underground!
K. J.
Great little room, great staff.
A. B.
Great place for short stays. Small rooms but that's the point! Conveniently close to Longs Cross / St Pancras. Didn't eat here so can't comment on food etc.
M. B.
Excellent concept, but with some big problems. No tea/coffee facilities in room any more; no separate bathroom light if needing to get up in the night; can't run air conditioning overnight, so an incredibly hot room!
n. f.
I stayed monday to Wednesday this week. What a lovley place. So clean and friendly. Lovley area of London. Close to buses and lovley local cafes ect. I will most defo be staying again. I would give higher rate if I could. Wonderful. Thank you. My friend and I came to London to see the edvard munch exhibition at the British museum. Well worth the visit. And I will tecomend this place to all my friends wanting to stay in London.x
J. M.
Super nice service, clean rooms that were just right in size and layout and a great location to head out and explore the city. King's Cross St. Pancaras is just a 5 minutes walk away and offers an amazing connection to the underground (such as the Picadilly Line which runs all the way to Heathrow Airport) as well as national railservices. We also really enjoyed the free tea and coffee and the super fast internet as well as the great selection of movies on the smart tv. The only thing that bothered us was the fact that privacy was limited in the bathroom hence to the glass doors which are tinted yet let all the noice produced in the bathroom seep into the room. So make sure you are comfortable with that!
J. W. (.
The hub rooms are great if you're one person and you're OK with small cosy rooms. Modern, cosy, big TV. Friendly staff. Being underground (especially on the lowest level) has it advantages, it was silent all night.
I. S.
Spotlessly clean contemporary accommodation at a ridiculously low price. The rooms are tiny but we didn’t want to waste time and money on square feet and a fridge.
d. w.
It is what it is....somewhere to sleep...residents bar stayed open for us till about 3am which was good. **Go somewhere else for a cooked breakfast**
K. K.
Location is good and all the staff are very kind and friendly. The room size is small, but it has really everything in it in order. The bed in a small room: wide 136cm.
E. B.
Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Rooms are incredibly modern and make great use of space. Only downside is there is no bin in the room which is a tad weird!
C. S.
The hotel was excellent. Very clean with good sevices available. It is a smaller room than you might expect from a Premier Inn but was ideal as I was only staying for the evening.
S. H. R.
I love this place have stayed here a few times. Clean and modern. Breakfast is contemporary. Location is great a few minutes walk from kings cross amd eutostar. Wifi can be intermittent. Staff are really helpful and polite.
M. S.
Staff were friendly & helpful.
Room was clean, food was good to
D. P.
Very nice hotel, clean and modern.
Room was quite small, but it was perfect for what we needed.
Friendly staff and good bar.
N. E.
Very modern and clean hotel in a convenient location for St Pancras and Kings Cross stations. Rooms are small but have everything you need and at a reasonable price (especially for London)
R. N.
Quiet, cosy room. Bathroom like an aquarium in the room - not very much privacy. Nice staff. Very good location for train passengers.
R. A.
Great stay. Really nice hotel. Small but comfy rooms. Bed was really comfy, is a little small. Easy check in and great Bar downstairs.
M. v. H.
Small room but very convenient. Excellent WiFi, great shower and a very good bed. £5 breakfast is recommended.
B. C.
Great new modern hotel , compact rooms with everything you need . Nice bar and lounge area with relaxed environment. Friendly staff who are always happy to help.
Z. L.
Lovely hotel very close to King's cross. Couldn't have wished for anything more. Made my birthday night very special. Lovely and attentive staff , would definitely stay there again.
D. S.
Modern comfy rooms. Great facilities. All staff were super friendly and helpful. Will definitely book again.
S. P.
Brilliant concept hotel. Compact rooms which are so well designed and at a superb price for central London. Great bar and breakfast too. Perfect.
D. B.
Very convenient location for central london attractions, staff very attentive, small rooms but fine just for sleeping, some minor technical problems with the room controls, free tea & coffee a bonus although you do have to leave your room, overall very good for short stays
D. B.
Great spot, handy for Coal Drops Yard and the station. Very clean with a friendly and helpful team.
B. T.
This place is spotless. Modern. Comfortable and very close to kings x. Theroo.s are small and compact and if your on the inside of the bed u have to climb over someone. There is a 42 inch tv at the end of the bed and ish plug in points. There is also touch screen controls for lights, aircon and do not disturb functions
D. R.
Amazing Service The staff really knows how to treat their customers. This is my second stay at the hub premiere in and I'm not disappointed at all. Super Fast service and beautiful smiling faces everyday. Also Subscribe to My You Tube Channel “Daleys Reviews”
b. l.
Helpful friendly check in staff and a comfortable quiet room. Rain shower was refreshing. Only thing which I would change would have preferred 2 pillows in room
A. C.
Room is a 'capsule' but everything you need. Very modern. Staff very pleasant. Cocktail hour great. Sitting by open floor level windows brilliant
S. H.
Stay at a premier inn hub every time I visit London. Great compact rooms, ideal for 1-3 days
Love the bar / food area
Good atmosphere
C. H.
A few teething problems with the tech, but the staff were great. Stayed a few weeks later and everything worked! Beautifully decorated and a great price for Central London. Will definitely be back.
N. C.
Room was more than roomy enough for the saving over equivalent hotels. Love the tech with the fancy lights and TV, and a nice shower. Would very happily stay at another hub.
K. M.
Second visit and not disappointing. The place still smells new, the staff are always friendly and the service in the bar is good. Love the rooms and the bathroom products. All for a great price in Central London
M. H.
Newly constructed hotel with comfortable, well sound-proofed rooms. Nice bar/lounge area. Close to Kings Cross Station and plenty of options for dining out close by. Friendly, helpful staff.
T. W.
This particular Hub at Kings Cross was conveniently located just around the corner from King's Cross station. It is also only a 10 minute from London Euston station. It's close to and underground station which has direct lines to most of the popular destinations. The hotel itself is very stylish and modern. Friendly staff are there to greet you and sort any problems you may have. The rooms are cosy, the room we stayed in was one with a window which featured a view onto King's Cross station so we could see the trains coming and going, but luckily not hear them thanks to the double window system. Getting the room to a suitable temperature can be tricky even with the fancy button panel. In the tower bridge Hub the room had a media panel with HDMI and USB ports that connected to the TV, but unfortunately the room we were in didn't have one which meant a laptop couldn't be connected to the big screen TV. Everything else couldn't be faulted though. Looking forward to try more Hubs around London.
S.
Perfectly sized rooms, friendly staff and well located in London. Can be pricey but no more than any other hotel in the city.
L. E.
I just love Premier Inn Hubs. As a solo female traveller I feel so safe in them. So cosy. Admittedly I much prefer it when you get a room with a window but apart from that I think they are wonderful.
L. E.
Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are quite modern but also very utilitarian. Not much space behind a bed, a bathroom and a chair.
a. s.
Convenient, fast check in, funny little room not with everything you need for a short stay.
Comfortable mattress. Quiet and well located...
What else do you need?
K. S.
Well maintained hotel, excellent staff, quick check in. What more? it's within walking distance to Kings cross tube station!
But watch out for that stone cold free coffee.
E. M.
Friendly efficient staff, high tech rooms with amazingly comfortable beds, nice bar with reasonable selection of food and drink. Great accessible location. Would certainly stay there again!
S. O.
Excellent location. Rooms clean and just enough for our stay. Lovely staff. Tech problems with keycard on second night nut resolved quickly.
J. R.
A lovely place with welcoming staff, nice breakfast, and the rooms are so lovely, cozy, and compact. The bed was so comfy, I'll definitely return.
H. C.
If you have stayed in a Premier Inn before, the Hug is a different experience. I love the location and although it is in a busy area the room is very quiet. Highly recommend this hotel.
