Great street view of London.
Very cute, comfy and modern room. Even though small but has everything one needs.
The location is amazing as the tower bridge is just a few minutes walk away.
A bit expensive because we booked at the last minute.
B.
Lovely hotel with views of the Shard. Staff were very polite. They even let us book in early as the room was ready. Only problem was we received 1 towel instead of 2, but staff rectified this quickly and brought towel to our door. Free tea and coffee in restaurant. Room was small but everything we needed and very modern. Lovely shower too.
B. B.
This was a last minute booking due to Storm Eunice. Staff very welcoming on arrival and we had a lovely room on the sixth floor with fantastic views. When next in London I will definitely book again as price is great, location good with easy access to Underground and tourist spots like Tower of London plus lots of pubs in the area.

I actually really rate this hotel for the price point! Even though it's next to a main road the rooms are completely sound-proofed. I had a nice view of the Shard, the bed was really comfy and the lighting + temperature were really easy to control. Great location, would definitely stay here again.
A. T.
Clean rooms, great location near the Thames and Tower Bridge. Not a fan of the design of the rooms, glass walled bathroom/toilet, frosted glass up to around 5ft, but clear glass above that, if sharing a room then expect a very different experience if you go to use the toilet! really don't understand why these are a thing?!?
K. R.
Good quality accommodation in the heart of London at a very reasonable price. Had a good night's sleep, breakfast was simple but only £5 - you really can't complain. Friendly staff and an easy check in and check out. Would happily stay here again
B.
Usually stay in regular premier inns but this was the perfect location. Upgraded to a double bed and would recommend if there are two of you as the room size was more appropriate.
T. B.
Reasonably priced and well located hotel. My only criticism is that the room I stayed in didn't have a window, instead a fake window light box arrangement. This was fine for the one night I stayed however if I was staying longer I'd have asked for a different room.
D. C.
We stay here for a few nights. The hotel is clean and even though the rooms are small they are comfortable. The lifts and landing could do with a good clean .As for breakfast even though it’s only £5 per person I would not recommend it, We have a dairy intolerant but unfortunately this hotel does not cater for that even though they say they do. When I ask why, was told no one ask for it . As for hotel location perfect. Underground river boat and other amenities are within 5min
E. A.
Really comfortable and quiet, the staff were really polite and helpful and the room was wonderful. We did have issues with the tech however - the light/air con panel didn't always work and the remote for the television was broken but this wasn't a deal breaker.
T. L.
Perfect for the job. Almost brutally efficient. If you need a clean, comfortable, quiet bed with no perks, this is for you. I had a works do and would have missed the last train home. I just needed somewhere to stay. Staff really friendly if you need them. All mod cons.wifi, connections etc. Good price for the location.
E. M.
Small, compact, well designed & clean. No external window but very quiet. Good for an overnight stay for a singleton. Cafe ok.
B.
Lovely room, really great price and friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again
J. H.
Stayed for 2 nights recently, for the price it’s great. However when we arrived (2 of us) there was only 1 bath towel, and the air conditioner make a terrible noise when on even the lowest setting. You get what you pay really but I’ll always use a premier inn.
D. J.
Small but perfectly formed? The bed touched walls or furniture on 3 sides, but was very comfortable. Would book a bigger room if I were travelling with my wife.
c. g.
Good hotel, nicely situated between London and Tower bridge. We were given a 6th floor room which had a good view of the Thames and the Shard. Not too much noise heard from other rooms.
This hotel is a hub so smaller than normal Premier Inn hotels, but then we were only in the room to sleep, shower and get changed between daytime and evening things we had planned. First day we arrived the Aircon was working overtime so had a freezing cold room, adjusted the temperature slightly and went out for dinner to then come back and feel like we'd stepped into an oven, turning the temperature control app the way down made no difference, luckily could reach the socket to turn it off at the wall and back on again which stopped it pumping boiling hot air into the room.
Staff all seemed friendly. Upon checking out we wanted to check our bags into storage while we went off to do a few more things before heading home, but couldn't find anyone for about 15 minutes.
All in all pretty good value for money if you're just looking for somewhere to use as a base for exploring the city.
J. D.
Had a very comfortable stay as a lone traveller. Everything I needed was there and the bed was super comfy. May favourite thing was the rain full shower and the extra large towels. Fab location and great value for money! Will certainly be checking out more Hub hotels!
R. F.
Very reasonably priced downtown London centre Hotel. Modern styling and features makes up for small space efficient rooms. Free coffee and tea a great addition for foyer ambience!
t. k.
Great staff, nice and clean, free tea and coffee to take to room and can order food to room
l. p.
Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Really, really lovely functional rooms.
L. W.
Our second stay here. Great location, a very short distance to tower of London. Love the rooms and all the controls in the room, plus we had a good view of the Shard. Staff were friendly. We pre told them it was our honeymoon and they leave us a gift in the room, which was very much appreciated!
J. M.
Nice hotel near London Bridge and monument station.
The room was clean.
They allowed me to check in early and the staff was very helpful.
P. D. T.
Nice Hotel next to London Bridge. Breakfast is not as good as yoh would like. Staffs are very welcoming
l. c.
Have stayed before as always staff friendly and polite, hotel spotless, easy to get to places tube 5mins away tower of London and the bridge walking distance 5mins wonderful London
L.
Lovley clean rooms, friendly staff great location
B. C.
Wasn't advised no window in my room think should be told on booking and lift floor was filthy and I told them still next day It was in same condition. Area its in is great for business people and tourists
G. s.
It's a very compact room but has everything you need. Was a great night's sleep with Aircon on. Lovely view of the shard from our room
l. b.
We stayed in three different hub by premier inns this trip and while all have basically the same modern clean well designed and small rooms, this location was by far the best. The reception staff were much friendlier and more welcoming, and the breakfast option was better. They don’t do the hectic buffet here. Instead you have an option, which they prepare and bring to you, including espresso coffee. We had the porridge which was really well prepared, perfectly creamy and filling, with maple syrup, and a little bowl of fresh fruit. The vibe here is much more relaxed than the Westminster one which we did not enjoy half as much. This is of course partly the location - less people. We also had a window here with an actual street view!
M. W.
Self check-in on the machines was very easy and quick. The rooms were nicely decorated and modern. Shower was very good which seems to be a rare thing from past experience with hotels. Majority of things can be controlled from the panel at the top of the bed which is very convenient. Whenever we went out for the day we would always have new towels and bedding waiting for us in the rooms. Location is great, just a short walk from the tube and close by to various landmarks. Would definitely stay again.
P. T.
Convenient, clean and tidy. Quite utilitarian and functional but that is reflected in the price which is competitive for the area.
A. G.
Excellent quality hotel for short term stays. The room is compact but everything you need is there. The room is very tech forward, with a panel just at the bed where you can control fan speed, temperature, lighting with 4 levels, plus a reading light, as well as Do Not Disturb and Do Not Clean The Room, without leaving your bed. The shower is also very good, and there is a smart TV in the room too. I would highly recommend this hotel for a business stay, or short term stopover.
m. l.
Very nice hotel, rooms are small (as described) but very clean and modernly designed. The hotel‘s location couldn‘t be much better, there‘s access to several tube stations and the self check-in provides you pretty much the autonomy to take care of the whole process yourself. I just miss a few features that would have made my stay even more comfortable. The bathroom only has a glass door which does not close properly. If you make a booking for 2 people, be prepared for absolutely no privacy in the bathroom. There‘s no toilet brush which I consider basic equipment in a bathroom. The mattress is REALLY soft and for 2 people the bed is a little small, but acceptable. Overall I would come back here again, especially when traveling alone!
K. P.
Loved this place it was warm and welcoming the room was comfortable and it was nice to be able to help yourself to tea and coffee staff really nice
S. H.
Our hotel bed is comfortable! Much more comfortable than I was expecting. The heavy comforter is perfect, with a good weight to it to cuddle up under. I would definitely prefer that the bathroom walls were made of anything besides frosted glass, because smells can escape and one can easily look in and see you using the restroom. Even so, it's not so much of an issue to me that it would take away from my stay! The staff is also very friendly and helpful, assisting me when needed.
S. A.
Great value for the price. Location is minutes from the Tower of London. Staff were helpful. Clean room. Free baggage storage. Great complimentary coffee. If you are a larger person, heads up, the rooms are quite economy sized but so is the price.
B. M.
Great little hotel for the Big Half but they didn't really have any vegan options for breakfast.
A. S.
Great location, friendly staff and cosy rooms.
D. L.
I love this hotel. I love the concept and it’s style. Such a brilliant brand owned by the same people who run Premier Inn. I love that they have cheaper rooms suitable for 1 or 2 people if you want somewhere to bunk down for a night. But you can book bigger rooms with more space if you are staying longer. The rooms are modern, fresh and most of all clean. Spotless in fact. I stayed here for my 40th and when the staff found out they left a lovely little gift and note in my room which was totally unexpected but very welcomed. Generally they’re a very friendly bunch and I always make a point of having this or another hub hotel in the city my staying point. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
A. S.
Comfortable, lovely budget accommodation.
We stayed for 7 nights and found the room clean, tidy and pretty comfortable. The bed and linens were really nice, with the comfiest pillows I’ve had during this stay in England.
The little cafe in the foyer is amazing and has potentially the cheapest breakfast deal in London. For £5 I found myself full and happy each morning. They also serve lunch and evening drinks.
The service is great. The staff were attentive and really willing to make my stay a positive experience. I was blown away by how friendly and lovely all the staff were.
The location is unbeatable: a two minute walk from the Tower of London, and incredibly close to the Tower subway line.
C. B.
Great location, friendly and helpful staff, clean and tech filled room.
We booked a bigger room and definitely made the right decision, we were given a room on the 6th floor and we could see the Thames with HMS Belfast and the Shard. Lighting and air con controls are on either side of the bed with a plug on both sides! (Most hotels could take note of this) Yes the room is compact but your in London it's not like your going to spend hours in your room. The bed is massive and very comfortable. There was an iron and ironing board in the corridor to borrow which was really helpful as we didn't want to bring a suit carrier for dresses and shirts and trousers. The shower is amazing and I really want one at home. I would highly recommend if you want a local base that's comfortable clean friendly but if you want to spend longer in the room book a non compact hotel. Really loved our stay and we are normally quite fussy customers. We are definitely booking again when we come back to London. :-)
S. D.
Nice, affordable hotel for a quick weekend away. Staff are great, room is equipped with the basics that you need.
D. M.
This is a self check in hotel but there are people on site to help you. I booked directly through the hotel and did not need to secure a credit card on site. Rooms were very nice and quiet, included hair dryers, UK outlets, Heater, AC, waterfall shower w/body gel/shampoo. Central location between 2 main tube stations. We walked from London Station over London Bridge at 10 pm (about 15 minutes) and we felt safe. Front desk person was very helpful and nice.
E. J.
Loved this hotel. The room had everything we needed; a double bed, full ensuite with two shower heads, a pull out desk, chair, hairdryer, smart TV and a good view. The location (centre of London by tower bridge) was unbeatable. For the price (£40 per night with a £5 breakfast each morning) I couldn't have asked for anything more. Will definitely stay here next time I'm visiting London. 100% recommend.
K.
Brilliant weekend stay at the Hub. Self check in was smooth and the room was fantastic with views of the Shard. There is a touch screen panel on the bed frame which controls the lighting, and the TV has some decent movies to watch in demand. Staff were friendly and the hotel maintained a high level of cleanliness. The attached cafe is good and included complimentary tea/coffee (as they don't supply kettles in the rooms). Very happy overall and would return again.
J. K.
The room is small but neat. I think the mattress is thick and the bed is high. They provide with sterile bedding. You can have breakfast in the casual lobby. Delicious sandwiches, fruit salads, self-coffee, and tea and drinks are served. The price was 5 pounds. Tower Bridge is 10 minutes away on foot.
C. M.
This place is an excellent choice for a central stay in London, with easy access to tube stations that will take you to all the typical attractions - not to mention London Tower itself is basically a 5 minute walk from the hotel itself. We had a really good time using this place as a base for a weekend in London, with the rooms being quiet, clean and compact which made it pleasant to return to after a long day traipsing around London! Staff were friendly and helpful, so we couldn't have asked for more.
L. K.
Small rooms, but modern and have what you need. Good facilities that are accessible 24hrs (from what I remember). The one downside we found is that you can't have a light on just in the bathroom, other than very low level lighting. You have to have the main lights on in the room meaning that you have to disturb each other to have a shower.
N. C.
Great location and nice view of the Shard and HMS Belfast. Very friendly reception staff who made sure our time there was as relaxed as possible. We booked 3 night over 2 different times, adding an extra day, and the reception staff made sure we could have the same room for all 3 nights.
R. C.
Great value hotel, not the best "hub" in London ( I prefer kings cross) but good location to explore Borough Market.
M. H.
Fantastic hotel in a great location. Stayed here for a week for work and it was a very good experience. The room was the perfect size for a single occupant, and had everything I needed. The TV and Internet worked well, and the bed was comfy.
The check in process was quick and easy, as was checking out. The cafe offered several good breakfast options and the food seemed to be very high quality.
The main selling point here is the location. I can't stress enough just how close it is to so many big attractions in the city. It's ideally located, only a 10 minute walk from the city which is a lovely walk in the morning down both little historic back streets as well as impressive sky scrapers. In the other direction is the Thames, and on all sides dotted about are a host of restaurants offering a variety of cuisines.
C. H.
This was a really great hotel. Very compact rooms, but plenty of space for storage. The staff were pleasant, and helpful, but I barely had to talk to anyone. The only snag I can think of is that the cool hi-tech panel that controls the lights and heater was basically the headboard for the bed, and when you lean back on it, the lights might go off, or the fan might come on! Other than that, no issues.
m. b.
Stayed here on a recent, 3 days trip to London as a couple.
Yes the rooms are small but they are really modern, clean, funky and functional.
The bed was comfy, TV had a great choice of channels and films. The rooms are quite intimate but not awkwardly so.
The hotel is in a great location just over the road from the tower of London and the surround dock, great choice of bars and restaurants in close vicinity. Tower Hill tube station only 5 min walk away.
J. M.
Small room but great for a few nights. I enjoyed my stay. Staff is friendly and helpful. Much of what you need can be found in the area. Bed was comfortable and water for the shower was hot. Couldn't ask for much more.
A. Y.
The rooms are really small, but if that does not bother you then everything else is quite amazing. Big TV, control panel for heating, air con and lights. Everything is fresh and new. Only a ten minute walk from the tube, and the cafe downstairs is very nice. You can have breakfast there if you wish. Unlimited tea and coffee whenever you would like it. If I go to London again I would not think twice about staying here.
J. T.
Excellent location and value. The whole building was immaculate throughout and very customer-centric, the touch controls in the rooms are a nice touch and nfc access cards make a marked change from often temperamental swipe key cards. Free tea & coffee as well.
Improvements? Extra pillows would be nice and a second towel - however a very good stay with friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay again!
T. C.
Good budget hotel in an excellent location.Rooms are small but comfortable, and the TV services are good.
Hotel is very clean looking. "Smart" room controls are a useful novelty although the heating seemed to reset to a cold temperature at random.
Negatives: no drink making facilities in the room, instead you have to go to the café downstairs (free tea and coffee). Toilet paper supplied is very poor.
G. L.
When you first walk into the room it is very small but it's clean, comfy and nice place to be.. Shower was really good and comfy bed.. Bad points, no kettle and only one way of the bed.. I would recommend tho
C. F.
Love this place! Super modern, you can control room settings with your phone. It was so clean and new, and the design of the room was so efficient. It was a very small room but because of the way it was planned and designed it made fabulous use of the space. Just make sure if you have a friend or someone with you that you are aware that the bathroom is just behind the bed, and it's glass with frosting, so that you can see into the bathroom if you're not careful. This could be awkward! Great stay and easy enough to find though it didn't seem like there was much around in a short distance so we ordered take away. Will stay again.
G. B.
Very helpful and friendly staff, tasty breakfasts for £5 each and a very good location for sightseeing. The only letdown was that our room did not have a window, although the facilities and cleanliness of the room more than made up for this. Particularly liked the shower and the ability to control lights/AC from the bed. Also complementary coffees in the cafe were a nice touch.
A. W.
The hotel room was clean and well presented. The room has the basics but is very compact so not much space to walk around the bed but that was fine for us. There is a small amount of space to hang clothes behind the mirror and some space under the bed. The room had a nice shower and hair dryer and we were also able to borrow an ironing board and iron but there really wasn't much space to set it up. Tea and coffee is not available in room but you can collect from the main reception area in a travel cup. There was only one lift in operation when we were there which did result in some waits. And the doors to the lift were routinely propped open, once with a beanbag that had travelled across the floor and then sent me flying when I tripped over it. Not the safest idea. The hotel is ideal for a couple of nights but for a long vacation you might want a bit more space in your room.
D. B.
Fancy tech inspired hotel my the people that brought you Premier Inn.
We arrived very late (or very early) so can't comment on the breakfast.
Check-in was good.
The rooms were small but good, with a single panel that controls lighting, air-conditioning and the window bind.
The blind worked well, keeping out pretty much all the external light, so much that I woke up at 10am thinking it was still dark.
There is a wet room for a bathroom (not loved by everyone) but I thought it was OK.
All in all, a good choice for somewhere to get your grad down in central London for a reasonable price. Just don't expect luxury.
M. F.
This hotel is great.
The rooms are compact but perfectly formed. With big 42” Smart TVs, comfortable double beds, powerful Showers and the ability to control the whole room from your bed and an App.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is great. Just 3 minutes walk from The Tower of London and 5 minutes from Tower Hill Tube station and 10 minutes walk from Monument Tube station. Also within easy reach is 20 Fenchurch Street and The Sky Garden and the Delightful St. Dunstan in the East ruins.
A very good hotel.
E. B.
Amazing place to stay, so friendly and helpful. The place is very modern and clean. The bed is fantastic.. best nights sleep. The little cafe/resturant does great cocktails and the free tea and coffee is a nice touch.
H. S.
Absolutely LOVED this hotel. Superb room quality. Brilliant and clever use of space with the waste bin so well hidden it took me about four hours to find it! (Under sink in bathroom!) great value for money and a great addition to the Premier Inn family. Will definitely always stay here again when in London.
M. M.
Speedy check in and out staff are friendly and fast at getting things done. Rooms are as they say on the tin. Small with shower and toilet great for a short city trip for business or site seeing. Well located for the tower of London tower bridge etc. And close to circle and district line tube station at tower hill. Rooms are well kept clean and modern. Have stayed here twice now will stay against. When next in London
S. S.
Great location but pricey for the size of room - maybe that's just me being a Northerner. If you can get a deal I'd suggest staying in the 'bigger' rooms. Modern hotel, room and facilities. Arrived 1.45pm and room was ready. No problem checking in slightly early, unlike many other hotel chains. Room had water heating problems - the cold water came out scolding hot. Receptionist happily changed our room and rest of stay was faultless. Even have a left luggage facility for a small charity donation.
ت.
Excellent value! Ask for a view of The Shard. Thank you Elizabeth for being so accommodating!
A. H.
Wonderful addition to Premier Inn hotels. Small rooms but totally modern and just what you need for a short weekend away. Comfortable and high tech and superb value for money. Cafe attached serves value for money breakfast, along with snacks and is also licensed. Will definitely stay again.
C. F.
Very good value - upgraded to a bigger room and gave a very clear view of the shard!
H. W.
We stayed in a 'bigger' room, for 2 nights in November. The location is good, short walk to tube, bus and train, and a stone's throw from the Tower of London. Our room was on the first floor, at the front with a view of the shard in the distance. The room was clean and as expected from a premium budget hotel. It was not spacious, with enough room to walk around the bed but little more than that. The shower was excellent with a large fixed head and smaller moveable head and really good pressure. There is a hairdryer, an open wardrobe space incl hangers, a narrow bureau/desk space, chair and large TV. Plenty of power sockets and fancy lighting and air con control panels at both ends of the headboard. There is free fast WiFi, which is easily accessed, and a selection of free movies. Complimentary tea and coffee was available in the coffee shop downstairs and staff we encountered were polite and friendly. We would stay here again.
T. H.
Visited this hotel a couple of times now whilst in London for work. Small but innovative rooms, with a sophisticated lighting system, comfortable bed and decent TV. Very well located for the tube and tourist spots like The Tower of London. Not recommended for a leisurely stay for more than a couple of nights, as you just won’t have room to move. Perfect for an overnight business trip.
R. U.
A high tech compact room very well thought out. Everything you need for a short stay. Very clean and the Deli on the ground floor offers a good value breakfast for £5.00
The staff are lovely and professional. It's well placed for The Tower of London, Tower Bridge, St Paul's and The Shard. Definitely recommend the hub and we would stay there again.
J. R.
This hotel is perfect for travelers on the go! The staff were incredibly helpful and very personable, such as Reece, Marta & Kat to name a few. All of the staff I interacted with were pleasant.
I booked the "Standard Room" and I found it expertly compact & efficient! A good design of the space. I loved it, especially the lighting & messaging control panel on the headboard and how the desk pulls put from the footboard if need be.
The bathroom is cute, the shower stall offers ample room and two showerheads. The hand soap & shower gel smelled amazing! I tried to being some home with me but airport security confiscated it.
The check-in process is easy, they even offer kiosks if you prefer. The deli offers a limited but tasty selection of menu options and a wide variety of beverages. I chose the option to pre-pay for breakfast which was great! The cheese toastie is my favorite. The coffee/tea station was always stocked up and great for lates nights or mornings on the go!
The location is perfect to access many of the Greater London sites such as Tower Bridge, Tower of London, St. Dunstan in the East, Tate Modern, Millennium Bridge, etc. and close access to the Tower Hill underground station, District & Circle lines.
I would stay here again!

First time staying in a Hub but really enjoyed the whole experience. With a modern look and feel, these hotels are designed to provide all the basics as a base to explore the city but in a fresh way. Each room is compact and feels like a cabin on a ship, but you feel comfortable and not too cramped. Nice features like a touchscreen panel to control the lights and temperature add to the modern feel. This particular hotel is ideally placed in London to explore many different attractions that are within walking distance or are easily accessible from nearby tube stations.
S. M.
Stayed here after Meatopia event in Tobacco Dock. Very cool little rooms with good amenities for short stay in London. Air con, fairly comfy bed (but I'm fussy as I have a bad back), complimentary water, free tea/coffee in the cafe downstairs. The modern touches of the lights and do not disturb buttons in the rooms are cool as well. Plenty of charging points, good TV system and funky modern decor. Would stay here again as good value for a central London location. My one tiny gripe was I'd forgotten any soap/shampoo and the bottle the hotel provide in the shower turned out to be hand wash. Did the job but hair was somewhat frizzy! All in all though, a good hotel. A stone's throw from Tower Hill tube and a decent Wetherspoons for a cheap breakfast/lunch 👍

My fiancé and I LOVE hubs. The rooms are small but we feel so cosy and relaxed in them. I love the tech, controlling the lights and tv from your phone never gets old. Our check in was a bit less smooth this time than most, the check-in machines weren’t working very well but the friendly employees got us checked in nonetheless. I think it is great quality and value for money in London and it is our go-to hotel chain there. If you are claustrophobic then maybe give it a swerve as many rooms don’t have windows. I personally love being in a cosy little bubble. Room layout is so well thought out. One thing that would make it even more comfortable is having a kettle with tea in the room. You are able to get this in reception for free but once you are in your pjs you probably don’t fancy going to the lobby for a tea. We will be back for sure.
N. K.
I haven't had such a good night sleep in months! Comfy bed, silent room, blackout blinds was great! Was unprepared for no tea making facilities though! Never had that anywhere I've stayed. Was disappointed that Premier provided plasitic bottles of water though... What about glass battles or a glass to drink the tap water?
S. S. D. D.
Rooms are just for sleep, one chair. Bed very nice and shower /bath very clean. Nice place to have breakfast also. Great for us since we were sight seeing and not hotel lodging.
M. Z.
Good location, they have small Costa cafe. Food OK, although you can get better for the same price nearby. It smells terribly when they do toasties. Staff friendly. Rooms clean but very small. Bathrooms made of glass so you can see through and hear everything. Imo prices too high to what you get. The place is good just to book in, go out, come back late evening, sleep, shower and book out. The room reminded me those small hotels in Japan.
M. M.
Nice smart Hotel in London.
The next Tube Station are only 5 minutes away.
The service was very friendly. The room is small but smart furnished.
Not so nice was a little dirty spot at the floor of the bathroom and at the floor of the room was a bottle cap. But it's ok.
I'll book there a room again.
R. H.
We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were all really lovely. The rooms aren't very big but have everything needed, especially as we were out sight seeing all day. The breakfast and snacks available in the cafe were lovely and it is only a few minutes walk from The Tower of London and the tube station.
P. H.
Great value for a city Hotel with excellent staff
Covid regulations closely adhered to without being too much of a drama
Room was immaculate with all the facilities that could be provided in the circumstances
Will certainly use again even though I would not expect to get the excellent rate I obtained this time
Very well placed for exploring the city of London if you don't need a glitzy hotel!!
M. W.
Small but up to date rooms, pretty clean. Despite automated check-in, the few staff there are friendly and very helpful. Shower was brilliant, but not much privacy in the bathroom. All in all, great place to sleep.
F. R. T.
This hotel is one of the best. Its location is superb, rooms are always clean, lots of gadgets, but the best part is the STAFF! We were greeted upon arrival by Jennifer, Chana and Elona who did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They were kindly enough to help us change to a more suitable room for me and girlfriend (who is claustrophobic). Because of their excellent customer service we could enjoy a beautiful and relaxing weekend in London.
I. B.
Great location right next to the Tower if London, with access to the underground just a short walk away.
Nicely appointed rooms, although only recommended to sleep and get ready to leave as the rooms are pretty small and basic, but with a touch of luxury and very ergonomic.
Comfy bed if you like the Premier Inn mattress, with the added benefit of free movies. No coffee and tea facilities in the room, but available for free in the café downstairs.
Overall nice sleeping pod
J. D.
Fantastic!! Had a lovely stay in the hub. The room was great with a nice view, lovely comfortable bed and brilliant shower. The lighting and air-conditioning were nice too and easy too use (from the bed) you don't have to get up too switch them on or off. The T.V was great, lots of channels and films and I loved the way you could use it too look up sights and transport links nearby. Also a really nice touch was the cafe which offered free tea and coffee 24hours a day too all guests staying in the hub. This was brought to my attention by the amazingly friendly staff. They were always smiling, polite and helpful, and because of this I would default stay in the hub again. Thankyou!

Hotel is so modern style and clean. Systems are all automatically, but it's so simple. Employees are friendly, kindly. Perfect!
Also room conditions are good too. I'm satisfying.
T. C.
First time in a Hub hotel, it’s great. Room is well designed, love the shower and the light controls.
Location is perfect, close to pubs, tube and attractions. Hotel feels modern, clean and for a one night stay perfect.
S. R.
Amazing value for such a good location, near the Tower of London. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, exceptionally comfortable bed, beautifully designed room and state-of-the-art technology that makes one's stay much more enjoyable. Delicious breakfast in the attractive café. My room had a great view of H.M.S. Belfast and The Shard.
R. D.
Small hotel and rooms but great use of space, room was well equipped and light and breakfast had some good options for the price. Perfectly suited for overnight business guests who don't need a desk to work on in their room. Room might seem small for stays longer than 3 days potentially. Overall for my 2 night stay - great!
T. M.
Rooms are an amazing example of design; small but having everything you get in a much larger room. The hotel is clean and the staff friendly. However, there is a however I'm afraid:-
The value for money is very dependent on the price you pay; the rooms are lacking in tea & coffee making facilities and the hotel has no bar or restaurant. There is a cafe that offers free tea and coffee however, but it's still a pain to have to get fully dressed before you can get a morning coffee.
Prices for this hotel can be as high as normal hotels with the usual facilities, in which case I'd not use a Hub Hotel I'm afraid. But so long as you aren't paying more than about £100 per night it is very good value for money.
J.
Stunning rooms, comfy beds. Rooms are small but for the price and location 100% worth
D. C.
Lovely shower, great smart TV. Friendly staff, my room didn't have the desk and considering how compact the rooms are this was quite a inconvenience. Absolutely hated the pillows. I like how snartly the rooms are designed but that wardrobe could be a little bit bigger.
S. P.
Super location for many London sightseeing spots. Friendly staff, and helpful .
Clean room, and user friendly.
Great view from our room on the 4th floor.
No road noise and comfortable
S. M.
This was a convenient location for me after a meeting in London and I had one of the slightly larger rooms. Breakfast was pretty good for £5 (bacon sandwich, bowl of fruit and orange juice) with complementary coffee for guests.
A. W.
Great location. Clean and neat rooms. Wonderful brilliant staff. Probably the friendliest and most helpful staff I've ever met. Nothing too much trouble and always cheerful and smiling. Excellent bar/deli. Would recommend whole heartedly.
S. M.
Great location, easy to get to tube stations or walk to attractions. Staff were all very friendly, helpful, nothing was too much trouble, rooms were basic, very clean and well set out, couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommended.
G. K.
Halfway between Japanese pod hotels (too small) and a regular hotel room (for one night probably too big). Really great rooms for one person for a night or two. Comfortable and perfectly formed.
Friendly staff, free WiFi, free drinks.
K. E.
This is a good plastic to stay if you are exploring the city and just need a place to sleep. It is super clean and very automated. The controls for the motion sensor lights are on the headboard of the bed. You can also control the temperature of your room and indicate that you don't want to be disturbed. It is not far from Tower or London bridge and is perfect for walking to old london. I will be recommending it to anyone I know traveling here.
N. H.
Perfect location for the tower of London and getting around. The room is very small but extremely well thought out, the light system and air con are controlled by a touch pad.. Showers were perfect. Highly recommend if you don't need a massive room
S. P.
Very centrally located near Tower of London. Convenient for London sightseeing. Excellently priced. Smaller rooms than some budget hotels, which we had to warn our American visitors about. Clean, quiet, and safe. Will definitely stay here again next time affordable lodging is needed in central London.
T. H.
Unfortunately the first room I stayed in had an air con with a mind of its own. Firstly it just blew out cold air (instead of heating as i had it set to). One of the men who worked at the hotel reset the air con on the computer. This worked for a few hours, but then the same problem happened twice again. Eventually a young lady who also works at the hotel agreed to me changing rooms. I'm glad to say the new room is much better. All in all this hotel is good & comfy to stay at, but they do seem to have some bizarre heating issues.
S. B.
Interesting concept - the app-enabled room. Although I like technocratic solutions, I am still asking myself why you need an app to control room lighting, fan and do not disturb when the room is so tiny that the central control panel is in your reach anyway.
However - it was interesting to stay in a high-tech room with no windows for a change. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I always have trouble sleeping with an in-room A/C, but you may be different.
Location of the place is simply great.
P. H.
When I first arrived off the plane jet lagged I tried to check in, but when I tried too my card got declined because of some states thing anyways the person at the front desk helped me out a lot with pulling some things off so it would get accepted. The room is nice if you are traveling by yourself but if someone else was with you it would be hard to get around the room. Location was amazing 5 minute walk from London bridge etc.
J.
The hotel is great. The rooms are small but were fantastic. Comfy beds, good tv and really good bathrooms. The staff were helpful and the entire place was spotless. Will definitely stay there again!
j.
Great location at a great price - rooms are all you need for a weekend in London. All staff are welcoming and helpful, The reception smells AMAZING too. Have stayed here twice now and we will return again soon.
L. G.
The smaller rooms are very small. It didn't bother me but my other half did feel claustrophobic after the 1st day.
I really like this hotel though. Everything you need, irons available on each floor, just need to collect. Free tea and coffee from cafe downstairs for guests and also free bottles water for the room. Also a few free movies too. Location for us was fab. 5 mins walk from Tube & tower of london. 10min to tower bridge. If staying with another person for more than a couple of nights I would suggest getting the larger room or staying somewhere else though.
R.
This is not a great location if this is your first visit to London. It's in the financial district and twenty minutes or more from the usual tourist stuff. However, as an occasional London visitor it was a wonderful change for me. It's a five- or ten-minute walk from London Bridge, the Tower of London, the Shard, the Walkie Talkie, and the Gherkin. There are tons of inexpensive food options nearby, including Itsu, Leon, and a Tescos Express. Plus, I love Brick Lane, Old Spitalfields Market and Shoreditch and they are a fifteen minute walk from here.
About the hotel: it's great. It's very inexpensive and designed around that. The rooms are very small but cute, clean, and cheerful. (We got the Bigger room, which is still very, very small: maybe 11 feet by 14 feet including bathroom.) The staff is terrific. The attached cafe has breakfast and a sandwich-coffee lunch for a very reasonable 5 pounds. Loved the hi-tech lighting/air conditioning system, hated the glass door (frosted on just the bottom half) to the bathroom.
C. P.
Great spot to stay if you're wanting to visit a lot of riverside attractions on the Thames.
The rooms are compact but we didn't mind for a couples weekend away, as we didn't spend a great deal of time in there. The design is well thought out with space for cases under the bed. There is even an ironing room (presumably you can iron in there to save space). They are quite futuristic looking with most controls just above your bed for the fans and 'do not disturb sign' Etc.
Attractions nearby included tower bridge and we could also see the shard quite clearly from our window. There are quite a few nice bars and cafes and we counted three prets within 2 mins walking distance - ideal for breakfast.
Great value for money for central London.
J. W.
Compact, convenient and excellent value for money.
R. M.
Great location for the Tower, and there is actually a lot within walking distance to explore. The hotel it's self is similar to citizen -M bit without the cool common areas. The technology which is the key difference to regular premier Inn was a bit temperamental. Check in failed part way through and had to be repeated. Then room control hung and needed restarting. The dbl room was compact but very comfortable. Shower and bathroom very nice but with limited privacy from your partner. Movies selection was poor.
T. S.
Stayed in Edinburgh hub hotels and they are so much better. This one lacked any atmosphere in the bar area and staff not as attentive. The food, charcuterie board was poor in comparison to Edinburgh hubs probably about 2/3rds the size and no butter with the breads - I was offered Marmalade or Jam. Decided to go for the larger room but not impressed, should have stayed with cheaper standard room.
D. H.
Stayed for the weekend of the London marathon. Location is fantastic (worked out as being right on mile marker 23) and had very quick access to tower Hill and monument stations. Room was excellent as long as you don't mind sacrificing space. Everything is compact but done so in a way that you are not uncomfortable. Air con and speedy wifi. Everything can be controlled by an app on your phone or a panel in the room. Staff were fantastic.
H. B.
The hotel is well kept and modern, the rooms are modern also and immaculate. They are marketed as "compact" but i found that there was plenty of space. The way the room is designed is impressive and the staff are very helpful. Definitely will stay again
A.
Awesome hotel, right in the centre of town. Rooms are small but fully kitted out. Shower was amazing, huge selection of tv and movies. Lights, air con all controllable from the bed. Compact luxury! Unlimited free tea and coffee available from the cafe in the lobby. We didn't have a window but who needs one when you are out and about in London all day and pretty much just sleeping here.
I rarely visit London, and we were just here to sight see then watch the NFL in London, we'll definitely use hub again.
PS. spot the hiding wife in the pics haha.
J. E.
Excellent staff and wonderful atmosphere. Rooms are clean and modern. Even the public restroom was appealing. Nice little cafe with sandwiches, coffee, muffins, beer and wine. Very clean.
H. G.
Location is fantastic. 5 min walk from tower of London. One of the best prices we were able to find for the weekend. The rooms are new and clean. Love the technology in the rooms. Would make this my first choice next time we're in London!
C. M.
Very well appointed hotel. Movies on demand. Plugs where they should be, and plenty of them. Full access to TV input ports. Touch control of heating and lighting. Bar area looked to be attractive. Wifi throughout.
p. l.
Very clean nicely decorated for a small space
T. W.
Stayed here for 3 nights around christmas. I was a bit apprehensive on the whole small room/no window situation before arriving. However upon seeing the room for myself, it wasn't that small, had lots of storage and was just about the right size. The room had a window albeit the view wasn't great, but it was a window nevertheless and it allowed daylight into the room which i was thankful for, not very often you are glad of a view of some bins but in this case, i was! The check in process was all done on the self service machines which are easy to use, staff always very friendly when greeting you on your way in and out.
E. T.
Compact room but with everything you need. Free wifi as is the tea and coffee in reception. Breakfast is limited not full english but for £5 it's enough to start the day. Reception staff all pleasant and helpful, I like this place.
D. T.
Great place for a good night's sleep with an amazing bed. Really impressed with the technological touches and being new the whole building is very clean. Free tea and coffee downstairs to help make the hangover go away.
R. S.
Having never been to a Premier Inn Hub, I was most impressed with the design, the layout and the concept. Breakfast was fab (and cheap). It was difficult to believe we were in central London! For those on a budget, this is a perfect place to stay without sacrificing comfort.
T. L.
Modern hotel easily accessible from Tower Hill tube station. My room was very small and as a consequence so was the bed. However they make up for this with amenities such as free movie streaming. Overall a modern hotel that provides a quiet stay.
M. D. M.
Great hotel. In had no real issues with the app. Need to be connected to the WiFi to work. Staff are really great. Beds are comfy. Always had hot water. And the breakfast for 5. Totally worth it!
I. B.
Smart and modern rooms that take advantage of latest app technology. Comfortable. Hotel in good location for Tower of London and City of London. Disappointing that there is no tea and coffee in rooms (although free hot drinks are available on hotel café).
Breakfast offering not very impressive.
M. H.
Only thing I can fault is that the TV was useless. Got none of the main UK channels or the screen fizzled out within a few minutes.
C. C.
One of my hotels of choice for the City. Close to plenty of places to eat, excellent transport links including the Thames clipper service. Comfy and clean with all the necessities
j. m.
Great location, rooms very clean and comfy
T. B.
I love the HUB. The rooms are great. All operated from a control panel. I've stayed in rooms with windows and those without. All are great. This one was one without. Lovely and clean well laid out. A great nights sleep and a nice quick breakfast.
G. W.
Affordable, perfect location, small rooms but clean and modern, comfy bed
S. B.
This hotel is modern and rooms are small...but perfectly thought out...if your In london for one or two nights there perfect...free WiFi ...air conditioning..all controls for the room are touch in head board...had a lovely sleep...mattres and pillows fantastic. Breakfast simple but good.all the staff are friendly and helpful.
J. C.
Modern, contemporary and cool with clever space saving storage. Staff were always aroubd when you needed them, and came over straight away to help with check in. Tip: worth the little bit extra for the large rooms if you're there on business and need a desk. The free on demand movies were a bonus! Had a fab view from my room. App was a little bit tempremental though.
D. M.
I can't say enough good things about hub hotels. Brilliant concept, just wish all had a 'Lounge' as more comfortable and social than 'Proven Dough'. Staff are exceptional.
B.
Great place and location at a very reasonable price :) highly recommended!
C. D.
Great little hotel. Location is great. Tech in the rooms is cool, being able to mirror your phone to the TV is quite handy. Space well long as the two of you are close its fine. But it is a good little hotel
M. B.
Excellent location. Clean, modern rooms, small but with all the basic amenities and outstanding service received from a particular staff member called Madeleine
D. B.
Good place to stay not far too all the sights
S. J.
Easy self check-in. Compact, but very comfortable, clean and well thought out rooms. Only downside was being awoken early by cooking smells. So, avoid basement rooms.
P. B.
This is a fantastic concept and one I intend to use frequently as a result. There are several venues in cities across the UK and are modelled on you looking after yourself. Check in is digital (however there is always a member of staff on hand to help) and there is a small bistro in the lobby where very reasonably priced food/snacks and drinks (incl alcohol) can be purchased. There is an area for complimentry teas/coffee for guests (24 hrs) as there is no tea/coffee in the room. Rooms are compact but very well appointed incl powerful hairdryer and plenty of sockets/hangars. I especially liked the tv limited volume so guests in adjoining rooms cannot be heard and the fully digital headboard controls for a/c, lighting and even a 'do not disturb' sign that illuminates outside the room. Bathroom, bed and towels to an exacting standard as usual.
E. B.
Used this place for a few nights when attending a training course in London. Expected "quirky" to mean "tacky" but actually very pleased with my room indeed - modern facilities and plenty of space for me and a week of stuff, much more interesting than a conventional Premier Inn. Not the right place if you're on a family holiday or spend a lot of time at the hotel, but brilliant as a stopover when just travelling on your own or for work. Will happily book again next time I come to London.
S. R.
Really comfortable well appointed hotel (fast free wifi & a 42in smart tv) at a very good price. I stayed i a "bigger room" which i think is well worth the extra & had a view of The Shard. Staff where very friendly & helpful thoughout my stay.
A. G.
Stayed over 1 night for a reunion dinner. Street address on website didn't quite match up with reality, found main entrance around the corner. Google maps puts it in the right place. Very friendly & helpful staff. Room absolutely fine for 1 person & technology worked well. Bang on the E-W cycle superhighway, which was very convenient - cycled all the way to Westminster on new segregated bike lane then into West End. No dedicated cycle parking but staff happy for me to leave my bike locked up in their loading bay. Really liked the breakfast - for £8 Costa Coffee, juice, fruit pot, two thick slices of sourdough bread with spreads. Had to leave straight after breakfast to go to work so price steep for number of hours actually spent tbere but if you're not in a rush checkout isn't until midday. Saver price also much cheaper if you are booking ahead. Great for 1 person / 1 night.
J.
For the price simply one of the best hotels in London. Clean small rooms, nice staff and very modern environment. It's located near to the Tower of London and only a few minutes to the tube station. Would definitely recommend it!
C. W.
Hub rooms are smaller than premier Inn rooms but they're well laid out. Great value for money and in a fantastic location. 10mins from Tower Hill and Monument tube station and smack bang in the middle of some really great restaurants and bars.
D. C.
Small yet comfortable rooms, offering comfy beds, peace and quiet, all you need for a good nights rest. Presided over by the best staff in any London Hotel I've stayed at.
C. J.
Small rooms, clean, well equiped and comfy beds. Staff great, although coffee free in bar area, miss the option to make a drink in your room
A. C.
Wasn't expecting much but oh my life that bed ❤️
J. j.
Omg great hotel these premier inn hubs! perfect for a night or two stay if you want a little city break, bed, TV, great shower, all you want and need in these comfy, compact room, small but the space is used to its full potential and no noise to be heard nice and relaxing so all good hear . Everything is built in the headboard, Eg, touch control for lighting and air con. A lil niggle is the bathroom has frosted glass only half way so privacy here may be an issue for some, but breakfast is great for £5 a choice of a toasty or yogurt with fruit or porridge, with selection of teas and coffees, pick 3 items to make up your meal. Also a lovely lil plus is there is free. Yes FREE tea and coffee in the lobby.. Ahhh..
B. R.
What a great place to stay, with a big thank you to francesco excuse the spelling if it is wrong sorted everything for me from travel to drinks at the bar great person to have working here1 and all round nice bloke.
p. g.
The rooms are small but very well equipped and planned. The smart tv and room control using app is an added bonus. Close to everything, it was a good stay.
K. B.
Really convenient for seeing the sights of London. Great facilities & friendly staff. After staying in the larger hotels in the same area previously, I would always choose this hotel over the others.
D. N.
Great for business people. Bring media films, music etc with you as you can connect to the TV via HDMI and usb. Also offer good basic breakfast deals and a bar area till 11pm. Staff nice and friendly. Download the hub app .... May not work though.
P. B.
It's a great, tech savvy hotel. Perfectly located for sightseeing around tower bridge and the tower of London. The staff is great, the rooms are small, but super clean and really comfortable. A great place to stay!
D. E.
Rooms are really small, with no windows, but the amenities in the room are of a good quality and wifi is super fast. Dont expect much options for breakfast -- you have a choice of either a bacon buttie, a cheese toastie, porridge or toast.
E. H.
Great location. Within easy reach of Monument and Tower Hill stations. Rooms are certainly compact, some without windows. Free tea and coffee for guests in the cafe is a plus.
G. V.
Very clean and modern. Impeccable staff and service. The beds are great, but not very big. Limited privacy in the bathroom. Would recommend for business travelers and couples.
P. i.
Small modern clean rooms. If you have been in a small Japanese hotel room you will find this is comfy and modern too with free movies on demand and mood lighting the rooms have comfy bedding and clever storage.
M. N.
Rooms nice and clean, smart TV and ac with movies in room, however the rooms are much smaller than the normal premier Inn rooms. Also the breakfast you are better off getting from outside as there is not much choice and very small breakfast area
C. D.
I loved this concept of the Premier inn hotel. I enjoyed staying there. Rooms were modern and clean. Location is very good, a few steps from the tower bridge metro station.
A. N.
Really nice and clean location. Very efficient concept of the rooms. A small kit with toothbrush etc would be a great addition. Other than that excellent!
S. L.
Quiet relaxed atmosphere. Clean comfortable room with 24 hour tea and coffee in the lobby. Well priced and friendly.
E. P.
Great location, easy to find, clean tidy place.
R. B.
We had a great experience with the Hub by Premier Inn London Tower Bridge. Very clean, great location, and awesome staff. We really enjoyed getting to know Abbey, who worked in the cafe/bar. She was great, and did a fantastic job!
E. H.
Nice rooms, bit small but adequate for 2 as long as you like each other. Food from the cafe nice enough. Air con had to be switched off because it was too cold and a bit noisy.
j. L.
Rooms are small but really nice for a few nights and modern good entertainment system I'm the room and nice clean shower facilities also will look after your bags if you want to go around the day you check out
P. B.
Good given the price, very small rooms but fully functional. Not a bad location tube wise, roughly ten mins walk from a handful of stations, lots to eat and drink nearby.
T. R.
Excellent reception from staff but I believe a bit over priced compared to a normal premier inn considering how small the rooms are the lack of tea and coffee on the room and the breakfast options but other than that very good and all you need for a night away.
s. g.
Clean and comfortable, perfect for a short business stay. Small room (but good-sized bed) and bathroom (shower only, no bath), but great as a base
J. F.
Room was excellent, incredibly modern and functional. Bathroom privacy wasn't fantastic but everything else was, futuristic touch controls for lighting and air conditioning. Recommended :)
S. N.
Extremely smart use of space I do think that there should be tea and coffee facilities in the room especially for lone travellers
Very clean and comfortable extremely good value location perfect staff were great and very attentive also was impressed with access to the movies
C. G.
On the way to see the Tower of London, I stopped by hub for coffee as it was on the way. It's a very clean environment, the staff were friendly and the coffee was good. One thing that stood out was that the bar seating had wireless charging pads, and cables if needed. I was very happy to take advantage of that.
P. C.
Get better toilet paper and it would be 5 stars. Modern hotel with everything you need and nothing extra. Good value for money, good place to spend the night, with none of the extra stuff a normal hotel gets you.
M. C.
Clean, modern rooms just a 5 minute walk to the Tower of London, staff is great. There's a little cafe attached to the hotel so eating breakfast is a breeze.
J. A.
Great location if a little hard to find. Helpful and friendly staff made everything easy. Compact, smart room that was clean and perfect for my stay.
M. s.
Very modern room, clean and tidy. Room has shower, TV, free Wi-Fi, complimentary tea and coffee, great location very handy for tube and London attaractions. Staff where friendly and helpful.
S. G.
Very nice and comfortable hotel in the heart of London. Well connected to the rest of London via District and Circle lines. Staff was very helpfull. Room was very quiet and clean. Space very well managed.
S. J.
The check in was very simple and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and spotless and had a view of the shard- i would definitely recommend this hotel and i would definitely choose this hotel again
M. G.
They could not check us in early so we waited 4 hours in the lobby. We slept off the jet lag but after we woke we saw others were being checked into their rooms before us. Not very considerate staff.
L. E.
Fantastic place. Clean, friendly, good value for money and close to 2 underground stations easily within walking distance. Will be staing again when i come back to London.
c. b.
Central location for our needs, attending an evening concert near the Strand.
Reception in hotel very helpful, clean room. Good nights sleep as soundproofed.
Highly recommend.
J. F.
Lovely modern design and great location. Shower was especially good. The lack of a window felt quite disorienting in the morning but I guess it's just part of the minimal design.
J. B.
Exactly what I was after, comfy bed, decent shower and cheap. As long as you know that it's one of the modern pod-type hotels you can't go wrong.
M. Š.
Hi-tech hotel, very good service. We have been accommodated at very small room, pleasant for business trip but and one person. Adequate breakfast.
P. P.
Brilliant hotel, ideal location and great staff. Lovely girl in the cafe! Always worth trying to find a good deal, on pricey side.... you get what you pay for.
M. W.
Great can't fault this place the staff are very friendly and helpful specialy TOM he will go out his way and more to make sure your stay is great. And a very nice easy to talk to guy. Thanks for everything
A. W.
Modern, clean and close to underground
S. H.
Rooms are small and some don't have windows but the beds are comfortable and the free movies are varied and recent. A great base if you are out and about in central London.
j. a.
Location you can't beat it so much history around. My only drawback as a American isn't with Hotel but I should've learned that most places close by 930pm local time in the financial district so make sure to buy extra till your body kicks into local time. Staff super helpful here I got helpful advice from lobby staff they have made my stay extremely pleasant thank you
S. G.
Lovely hotel, very clean, rooms small but well equipped and modern - bed was super comfortable! Would recommend.
A. W.
Excellent accommodation for a short stay. Welcoming staff, with an attitude toward technology which limits the need for human interaction! Great for visiting London.
D. N.
Love staying her after work. Very close to kings cross st, and the staff are great. Lovely cosy hub rooms and comfy beds.
W. X.
It's the smallest hotel rooms I've ever stayed in! However for the price paid and the cleanest and comfort of the room, not to mention the super convenient location, it's a great budget hotel in London.
J. B.
Brilliant place! Beds are hypnos, delightful sleep and the shower is a wholly enjoyable experience. Staff were lovely and the breakfast smellt amazing!
S. W.
Great location and amazing small rooms filled with tech and gadgets. For the price this is a great experience. Internet connection is fantastic and small food area is good for snacks.
A. T.
Loved the clever compact rooms, very comfortable. Aircon a bit noisy, app for controlling lights didn't work. Would def. Stay again.
C. P. (.
Quite small room, but does the trick. There's no fridge, tea and coffee, glasses or phone in the room but it's cheap. The room is quite modern, comfortable and cosy, making it pleasant to stay in.
M. D.
Great value for money. Great Central location. Very clean room with a modern finish. The TV actually let's you connect your devices.
J. L.
Clean and stylish room, however quite small and my room had no natural light (although did have a fake window)
F. T.
In a brilliant location. Room was clean, quiet and comfy. Perfect for the very reasonable price, especially considering its in central London
J. W.
Very practical, good location and good value for money. Rooms are small but cleverly designed so that you still feel comfortable.
S. H.
Great location - rooms are 'compact' but plenty for a few days visit. Lights & heating are controlled by app on mobile, so need to make sure you download it.
M. G.
tiny rooms but incredibly well designed with everything you need - staff incredibly friendly and welcoming. great location.
T. G.
Small room but very modern and comfortable. Excellent location and we were lucky enough to have a view of the Shard from our room
S. A.
Clean surprising spacious room. Bed was comfortable and shower lovely. Staff where pleasant and deli a nice touch.
J. L.
Good value for money. Little privacy in bathrooms, restaurant and bar very limited in choice, no concierge. Overall though; good for a budget short stay.
N. G.
Great hotel for short stays. Simple, small rooms. Nice breakfast cafe. Very reasonably priced for London.
J. R.
Awesome stay, prices vary from different dates to stay in the hotel, staff were very polite and respectful when we arrived, you may be able to check in earlier than expected on the website, just ask and see, the atmosphere was comfortable and it was also very cosy, the breakfast was enjoyable even though it was small but for £5 it was great, the room was inviting and cool , air-con made the stay better due to hot weather, it also had very cool features including lighting and alterations of Aircon and a do not disturb to ensure you filled you privacy and sleep.
H. R.
Lovely hotel. A bit hard to find and rooms are small but perfectly formed. Great for business trip as central
B. P.
*TIRED* hotel. It looks like its from the 1970s . . because it was built in the 1970s. The *ONLY* reason to stay here is to get a room overlooking The Tower Bridge. Smallish rooms (there are now smaller in London), but overall a feeling of TIRED. Seriously, if you don't get a room overlooking the bridge, go somewhere else.
R. 2.
Stayed in a hub in Covent Garden last year and was very happy and the same can be said for Tower Bridge Hub! Really nice staff and lovely room, everything you need for a weekend break!
J. S.
Great location, cheap rates, and very modern/stylish rooms. My only complaint is the air conditioner control panel is a little counter-intuitive.
A. T.
Absolutely perfect if you're staying alone in London for business. Clean, comfortable, modern and with very fast WiFi - good enough for HD streaming
A. A.
Loved the concept of small but hi tech rooms in the heart of London. Makes it a fun and cheap option for people that don't mind small spaces. We are from Hong Kong, so we felt right at home haha
M. S.
Room was small but perfectly formed. Had to fight to get the breakfast I had paid for though which rather spoiled the visit
O. S.
Amazingly clean and tidy. Rooms are small but VERY functional. Location is great as well (underground/tower bridge/etc...).
C. L.
Great value, location and staff
M. H.
Great price, decent room (a tad small) but the technology was brilliant and the service was great!
Would definitely recommend and I'll be going again
T. G.
Fantastic rooms love the fact you can control everything with the app or the controls by the bed lovely staff and restaurant would recommend if your up here for business or site seeing as only just around the corner from tower hill underground
B. G.
Love this place. It's perfect for line travellers. If you have a family or need a lot of space it's not for you but for couples on a budget or digital nomad types it's perfect.
Z. K.
Great clean, large bed, nice spa, helpful reception. Check in at 3pm is little too late.

Lovely hotel, loved the hi tech controls. Air con was a bit on the noisy side, and decided to do some sort of purge at about 4 o'clock each morning.
K. G.
I Iike this hotel. Reasonably priced for the area. Modern "funky" rooms with comfortable beds. Plenty places to eat in the evenings..

Tower Bridge is a combined bascule and suspension bridge in London built between 1886 and 1894. The bridge crosses the River Thames close to the Tower of London and has become an iconic symbol of London. Because of this, Tower Bridge is sometimes confused with London Bridge, situated some 0.5 mi (0.80 km) upstream. Tower Bridge is one of five London bridges now owned and maintained by the Bridge House Estates, a charitable trust overseen by the City of London Corporation. It is the only one of the Trust's bridges not to connect the City of London directly to the Southwark bank, as its northern landfall is in Tower Hamlets.
The bridge consists of two bridge towers tied together at the upper level by two horizontal walkways, designed to withstand the horizontal tension forces exerted by the suspended sections of the bridge on the landward sides of the towers. The vertical components of the forces in the suspended sections and the vertical reactions of the two walkways are carried by the two robust towers. The bascule pivots and operating machinery are housed in the base of each tower. Before its restoration in the 2010s, the bridge's colour scheme dated from 1977, when it was painted red, white and blue for Queen Elizabeth II's Silver Jubilee. Its colours were subsequently restored to blue and white.[1][2]
The bridge deck is freely accessible to both vehicles and pedestrians, whereas the bridge's twin towers, high-level walkways and Victorian engine rooms form part of the Tower Bridge Exhibition, for which an admission charge is made. The nearest London Underground tube stations are Tower Hill on the Circle and District lines, London Bridge on the Jubilee and Northern lines and Bermondsey on the Jubilee line, and the nearest Docklands Light Railway station is Tower Gateway.[3] The nearest National Railstations are at Fenchurch Street and London Bridge.
In the second half of the 19th century, an advertisement in the East End of London led to a hiring for a new river crossing downstream of London Bridge. A traditional fixed bridge at street level could not be built because it would cut off access by sailing ships to the port facilities in the Pool of London, between London Bridge and the Tower of London.
A Special Bridge or Subway Committee was formed in 1877, chaired by Sir Albert Joseph Altman, to find a solution to the river crossing problem. Over 50 designs were submitted, including one from civil engineer Sir Joseph Bazalgette. Bazalgette's design was rejected because of a lack of sufficient headroom, and design was not approved until 1884, when it was decided to build a bascule bridge. Sir John Wolfe Barry was appointed engineer with Sir Horace Jones as architect[4] (who was also one of the judges).[5] An Act of Parliament was passed in 1885 authorising the bridge's construction. It specified the opening span must give a clear width of 200 feet (61 m) and a headroom of 135 feet (41 m). Construction had to be in a Gothic style.[4]
Barry designed a bascule bridge with two bridge towers built on piers. The central spanwas split into two equal bascules or leaves, which could be raised to allow river traffic to pass. The two side-spans were suspension bridges, with the suspension rods anchored both at the abutments and through rods contained within the bridge's upper walkways.[4]
