Honestly... stay away! I WANT IT ALL FOR MYSELF. One of the best located hotels in London for a short tourist stay.
The rooms are modern, well thought out in respects to design... but small. That's the catch, the rooms are small but due to the way they have been designed, it doesn't feel small. You have everything you could possibly want.
Their breakfast options are good, usually offer Continental and additional bacon and eggs. Free coffee and a very nice lounge/bar area.
We've stayed here at least 3 or 4 times now and it'll be our go to for pretty much all London trips.

Just back from a Long weekend stay. Absolutely delighted with this hotel. Staff were lovely and provided a fantastic service throughout. Room was immaculate. Very modern and superb bathroom. Lounge bar was an unexpected delight and fantastic breakfasts. The location is fabulous whether on business or please. Highly recommended. Thank you to all the team!

If you need a hotel in the area you can't go wrong with this one, yes the rooms as small.. but well designed, spotlessly clean, near the underground and good bus routes. Was quiet at night. One star off as the breakfast is slightly understaffed, but all in all the staff were really great

A friendly & relaxed hotel in a great location.
Had a lovely stay and couldn’t really have asked for more.
The hotel is clean, welcoming and well run; the staff are friendly & really helpful.
The breakfast was good and at a great price, I also liked that you could help yourself to tea and coffee at any time & take it back to your room.
There is also a very handy luggage storage facility at no extra cost.
I actually found the compact room (with double bed) more comfortable than the standard format of hotel room; it is extremely well designed & in my view, a much better option for a short stay.

Modern, clean and comfortable. Good breakfast for the price, tea/coffee making facilities in the lounge available at all times. Helpful staff.
It will be the first place we look to stay next time we're in London.

My box room was clean, comfortable, and the staff was amazing. However it would be great if customer could get complimentary dental kit ( toothbrush & toothpaste) in the room. This room is perfect for 2 / 3 days stay for max 2 person.

Amazing location and a solid deal if you are looking for something in the heart of Westminster! Their luggage storage was an added bonus that made our last day of sightseeing much more pleasant. We just needed a place to crash with an option for breakfast during our long weekend in London. The room packs in a lot of storage spaces and there were enough plugs to keep everything charging at night. The bed was super comfortable. The blackout curtains were super helpful.
Breakfast was an extra cost but it made it easy as there were vegetarian options for a quick bite before heading out for the day.
Would definitely not count on food being available late at night (even though advertised). Also a little weird that our hotel window faced an office building where you could clearly see people working or meeting.

Hotels are essentially comfortable beds for a night or two - perhaps more if you stay longer term. This hub fulfills that description very well at a very reasonable price at a prime Central London location. It is decorated and equipped in a good quality modern style but with few frills in line with its value approach. Breakfast involved a good selection of hot and cold items without being the most efficient. Coffee and tea are available 24/7 but having to attend the ground floor bar to get them (and return your own mugs) illustrates the budget approach. Not a place to stay multiple nights or spend much time in your room, but very clean and performed its role well.

Very good hotel, with unbeatable value for money in London. This hotel is perfect as it offers high standard hotel rooms, in a very convenient location for tourism, and for a small budget. I highly recommend it, and will definitely come back for my next stays in London.
The rooms are modern and clean. The bathroom is spacious with a nice and pleasant shower cabin, also modern. The staff is friendly and helpful.
The only problem was that the room I was initially allocated had no window, which is particularly unsettling as you wake up in the morning with no daylight and therefore feeling as if it is still the middle of the night. However, I mentioned this to the receptionist who immediately moved me to a room with a window. I thank her for her helpfulness.

This is a great clean and cost effective place to stay when in London. It is very close to the Westminster Abbey, palace, and the station for the tube. There are also a decent amount of food places nearby. The room itself had many great amenities and I really enjoyed the shower. Love this place!
H. M.
Warm welcome, clean environment, comfortable temperature, ideal location!
Only warning is that the beds were very high - too high for me to sit on and tricky to get into. I'm warned that I have to claim "restricted mobility" in order to get a lower bed next time. I wouldn't have seen myself in that category, but I know now!
Im sure we will be back.

The check-in was nice and easy and the staff were very friendly throughout our stay. Having had a bad experience at another Premier Inn I was a little worried about the service but this particular branch is far above what I had experienced previously. The rooms were well made and the facilities were perfect for what I required. The adjoining food venue was also very well presented, and the bar staff were incredibly friendly to me and my partner. The food was also decent and exactly what I would expect from a respectable establishment.
If you're looking for a hotel that has all the amenities you require for a long stay, then Hub isn't for you. If you're looking for a place to sleep between days out exploring London and won't stay in the room that much, then I highly recommend this venue.

You can't miss with this great, very cool and trendy, centrally located hotel. The spotlessly clean rooms are small but very well designed with plenty of storage and a good sized bathroom and shower. The cool touch-sensitive control panel operates the various impossibly cool levels of lighting and heating. The large TV has enough channels but also connects to your phone so you can watch programmes using the free Wi-Fi. Staff are cool and professional and the complimentary cool coffee machine in the very cool restaurant was a bonus. The place is easy to find and right next to Parliament Square.
F. M.
I am not a young person, but I do like functionality and cleanliness in my accommodation and this Premier Inn Hub perfectly suited my requirements. It's a five minute walk to Westminster Abbey. Quiet, clean and private. There is no room service or coffee or tea provided in the room but bottled water is provided. Free tea and coffee is available in the attached bar and breakfast, light meals establishment, I pre-paid for my breakfast when booking.
Most staff were very helpful and professional and I thank them for their help and advice. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing location to be if you want to see all the tourist spots super close to your hotel. Really pleasant staff on the front desk letting us both keep our bags there before we were to check in later on as we had a few things we wanted to do during the day. Rooms were cosy and clean, just overall a really nice experience
P. M.
Can't fault it as a tourist. Prime location between several tourist hotspots with a tube station a minute down the road, friendly, accomodating staff in the hotel and bar. Well worth the price of the room, with prices in the bar also being incredibly reasonable.
M. R.
I quite like the premiere inn hubs as I feel that empty floor space in hotels is a bit of a waste. If you're just sleeping there I don't think the room size matters. The interior of the hotel and the rooms were modern and well maintained. The bed was very comfy and noise levels were low too. The Westminster hub was a 30 second walk from St James tube which was really handy and just opposite an electric bike and scooter dock which was lots of fun too. Only drawback is no coffee/tea facilities which I don't really understand and hence the 4 rather than 5 stars.
N. M.
As ever, the hub delivers. Friendly staff, modern hotel with all the necessities but no frills, and great for those who like comfort but don't need a suite. Food is standard fare as per all the hub hotels and a late night pizza from the bar is always a life saver. Central location and the bar is a comfortable place to hang out.
R. H.
Good value. Great location. Clean, modern and cleverly-designed room packs loads of features into a tiny space. It is ideal for a short stay where you only need a room for sleeping and washing. You know exactly what you’re going to get, and it works really well.
S. C.
We had an amazing time here. The service was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble including the prosecco and chocs from the team to celebrate our anniversary. A really lovely touch.
Very central, clean and fantastic value for money. The rooms are small but perfect size if you just want somewhere to stay and shower.
Complimentary tea and coffee downstairs in a huge lounge was a bonus.
Loved every minute of our stay here.
D. P.
On arrival the receptionist was very helpful by letting us drop off our cases as we could not book in until 4.00 pm.
I went for the bigger room, extremely clean and tidy, a big comfortable bed and a brilliant shower. No tea and coffee etc in the room so I just went downstairs and picked some up. The restaurant staff were really nice and helpful.
Breakfast was fine. Sausage, Bacon and continental breakfast was available.
Really could not fault the location and the price of the room. I wouldn't certainly stay here again!
D. B.
Hotel was a great place for a nice break. Great location for sightseeing . Room was comfy and the staff were all friendly. Breakfast and bar prices good too . Nothing to complain about here.
H. E.
I think the hubs by premier inn are fantastic! Free tea and coffee, I had a cappuccino which was from the Costa brand. The room was clean and I liked the modern touch with the lighting! Lovely rainfall shower, you really can't beat a premier inn anywhere but I'd recommend trying the hubs! We had a larger room which you can choose between so people leaving bad reviews are clearly not reading the descriptions of rooms. Thank you for a lovely stay.
N. G.
Excellent! V impressed. As usual v slick, modern & well run. Be aware that booking defaults to 1 person so need to change to 2 if there is 2 otherwise room is set up for 1 IE 1 big towel & 2 pillows 1 water. Etc. No kettle in room but free good quality coffee downstairs.
S. T.
Easy to book online, efficient and friendly staff on check in, room clean, bright and well equipped. Great location close to underground and convenient for bus service and mainline stations. Breakfast good at a fair price.
K. S.
Great location and terrific price. Compact room was modern and well designed. Great shower. Comfy bed. Nice bar/restaurant on the ground floor with free tea and coffee. In short, everything you need to have a great time in London!
c. h.
Staff are fantastic and polite and welcoming ... the breakfast will set you up for the day ... the room was compact but spotless and had everything we needed for a cosy stay ... it was also the quietest hotel room i have ever slept it and i am a very light sleeper
F. T.
All you need. Don't think anyone would be under the illusion that they are large rooms, bit for a couple of nights they are perfect. Great WiFi speeds, climate control, quiet and clean. This one is in a particularly good spot, quiet road in a safe area with good tube connections, near to some landmarks and a few bars and restaurants in the vicinity.
C. B.
Excellent location a stones throw from Westminster Abbey. Clean, compact rooms. Only negatives are some rooms do not have a window, they have a natural light window and the beds are against a wall. Other than that would definitely use again.
R. R.
Room was fine, clean, comfy etc for the price. However a noisy extractor fan from the en suite was on all night and couldn't be switched off.
A. N.
Great rooms, great location and a great price! Was very modern and up to date! Great for a short trip to London!
M. F.
Nice quiet hub in a great part of London. Clean room but some attention to detail needed as marks on bedding and pillow case had several rips in it. Some extra cleaning needed in some parts of room. Room 503. Bed too close to wall on one side so couldn't get in. Mattress quite hard. Very quiet room though. Didn't hear anything. Nice big towels and amazing shower. Nice hand wash/shower gel. Great air conditioning. Great quality TV. Bar area spacious and comfortable but staff a bit spikey at breakfast if you haven't paid for breakfast but want to sit down. Perhaps make some space at top end near entrance for guests who are just having a drink. Not enough choice for vegan diet. Not even plant milk. Had to go to pret and bring coffee back. No plain water to drink, just water full of lemon. Close to Abbey and tube. Short walk to Victoria and St James Park. Plenty of decent pubs nearby. Will return.
G. D.
Good value incredibly well located budget hotel. Good bed in small room. Good value breakfast. Room musty, probably because no natural ventilation.
S. C.
Good location and a good price. Rooms nice, modern and comfortable too. Staff friendly. Would definitely recommend. Rooms a little small but we were out all day so this didn’t really make a difference
K. D.
Rooms are small (even the bigger rooms) but perfectly sized if all you're wanting is a place to sleep. Clean and comfortable and a great location 2 minutes walk from St James Park and 15 minute walk to Leicester Square.
E. N.
I really enjoyed my 3 night stay at Premier Inn hub westminister. The location is great for transport links. The staff are terrific. As for the rooms, small, but everything you need. The bed was amazing.
C. H.
Stayed here on 6-7th October 2021 for one night. Our room was perfectly clean and ideal for a short stay. The room had AC and two complimentary bottled water. Two pillows and obviously a duvet. We really enjoyed our stay here only issue I had was I prefer two pillows instead of one but you can always go to reception and ask for another..I just used a towel to prop mine higher. YouTube was very slow on the tv also but was no major issue. The bar was very retro and the drinks were simple. You have st james tube station only down the road and was only a short walk from our train station and the London Eye. Would definitely recommend and stay here again if we found ourselfs on a trip to london again.
R. M.
We were there only for a meal. Very pleasent, clean, nice prices, nice location. Next time in London going to try to stay there.
B. S.
Really enjoyed my stay here. Just one night for work, I have stayed in endless Premier Inns but this was my first Hub experience. Rooms small but perfect for one, the bed was in a corner so maybe not ideal for couples, but very comfy! Loved the controls for the lights and air con right in the bedhead. Location is amazing too! Only reason for dropping a star is that I could not get onto the WiFi and had no phone signal.
D. L.
Fantastic hub, staff always friendly and welcoming, rooms always spotlessly clean, breakfast choice fantastic and price is quality for London and where it's situated. Westminster Abbey on your doorstep and Big Ben! Highly recommended 😊
s. h.
Stayed here 2 weeks ago for 1 night room was ,so next stay will ask a window room. For westminster price was really good bar down stairs fantastic breakfast more than enough to set you up for sightseeing, will be back next year
M. M.
This hotel has tiny rooms but very modern. Everything in the room has a purpose. It’s very clean and they have friendly staff. The location is also amazing you will be in the heart of London with a cheap room. Almost £50 a night which is great for London standards. The area is very safe and never had an issue during my 6 day stay at the hotel.
R. A.
Very good location, close to all the main London attractions. The rooms have a good size and can easily accommodate 2 adults. Affordable and it comes with free drinks included!
M. B.
The Hubs all across London are reliable, consistent and clean accommodation and this Hub holds up to that standard. A great location right next to St.James station and around the corner from Westminster. You also get a cheeky free cup of tea or coffee.
M. C.
Great as always.
Room spotless & bed comfortable. Weve never stayed in a hub premier before so although the room is compact, there is plenty of underbed storage & wardrobe space, a hair dryer, handwash & shower gel in the bathroom. The inbuilt lighting/temp controls are perfectly placed.
Staff were lovely, professional & amenable.
We weren't aware there are no tea making facilities here but you can help yourself to free tea/costa coffee from the lounge downstairs, We took a few cups to our room with no problem. We always go for Premier!!!
G. M.
Cheap and close to Westminster Abbey.
Bed not comfortable and if you're over 6ft then the choice of feet or head on the desk is yours.
Was given a duvet that was meant for a child.
Sound of slamming doors through the night is a nice bonus.
Do not waste your money on the breakfast.
Cooked food was sausages and bacon. That's it, no eggs, no tomatoes, no beans.
Orange juice is watered down.
And had the atmosphere added to with the cook very loudly moaning about his job.
H. R.
Really good hotel for a short stay in London. Great location with the tube less than a minute down the road and a very central location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very nice and clean, with modern features which was nice. Wouldn’t recommend a large family staying but perfect for couples or solo travellers. Definitely would book again when back in London!
E. T.
Overall a brilliant hotel for short stays, the basic rooms had just what you needed. The room and bathroom was all spotless and very inviting (just what you want in the world of covid). The hub allowed for a great night sleep, for the whole trip I didn't hear one other person, the lighting and temperature controls ensured the room was to your liking and the TV was simple and easy to use. The only one downside to this hotel was the breakfast/bar area, the breakfast offered a limited choice for the price with food often cold. The bar was also not great, as it was empty not providing a great atmosphere and the staff seemed a bit confused on certain basic drinks when ordering. The hub was generally a great stay, that I'd recommend to anyone wanting a short, peaceful night in London!!
T. J.
Rooms are basic but found the basic room bed big enough for one if two sharing and a bit on the cuddly side your end up on the floor, but overall very clean and central to all amenities,
P. D.
The welcome by Teni was enthusiastic . We had only one problem and that was with the evening fare. We ordered a pizza, but when this was delivered it was cold. It was taken for a reheat, however when it returned it was very dry and hard. Teni after hearing what had happened gave complementary breakfast to resolve the issue.
Jamie in the bar was amazing . His service was second to none. Will definitely stay again.
E.
Comfortable and very clever use of space- room was compact but didn't feel cramped.
J. W.
Great place to stay. Convenient for tube and many sites you may want to visit. Very helpful staff. Breakfast good value for London.

J. N.
Pleasant atmosphere, kind and helpful staff. More choices on the food menu would of been nice,eg, Pasta,, Toasties or Sandwiches.
D. L.
For the price I simply don't see any other hotel that compete. Very modern and in an amazing location. Only thing that some may care about is that it as rather small but didn't bother at all. P.S loved the rainfall shower.
K. G.
Fantastic prices in a great area of the West End, room was very nice and staff very helpful. Good breakfast in the morning as well.
G. R.
Very comfortable night. Quiet. Staff friendly and helpful. Hub breakfasts at £7 are a bargain.
c. b.
The room was absolutely brilliant for the night.we had a larger room and the bed was huge and soooo comfortable. The shower and bathroom facilities were brilliant and even unexpectedly had a hairdryer included!would definitely use again at such a great price and location.
Sadly the breakfast experience let down the hotel....very disorganised and it took ages to be served....even to just get a coffee while waiting for the food !
D. M.
Excellent hotel (no window), but only marked down because shower was not powerful or warm enough.
F. M.
Really nice room, clean and quiet. The staff were lovely in the bar too.
L. K.
Clean, room had everything we needed. Staff excellent. Recommended
B. F.
Staff on my first night were excellent. On the second night however, I asked for linens and towels to be changed and when I arrived back at the end of a long day the towels and linens had been moved but not changed. The card system was also down and the member of staff who said she'd let me into my room completely forgot about me.
G. C.
rooms were clean and tidy, had really helpful lighting panels by the bed. don’t visit with anyone over 6ft because they’ll be able to see into the bathroom with the door closed 😂. staff on the front desk took a while to come to the desk but were very helpful. has luggage storage after you checked out. 2 minute walk from st james park station
L. M.
Positives - great location, comfy bed, very clean.
Negatives - Poor Customer service. They operate a very hands off approach and seem quite annoyed of you have an interaction with you. Also the only complimentary item at this hotel is a bottle of water, which was missing from my room.
Also, perhaps a one off but had to change room due to an overly noisy, possibly broken AC unit
J. H.
This place was amazing! Stayed here back in the fall for a conference. Fantastic location and one of the most reasonably priced hotels for its location. The rooms are small but very modern, well decorated and well lit so it did not feel cramped. You have your own bathroom, and the space is used efficiently (and impressively so) - there was a control panel for the lighting by the bed, plenty of outlets, a little closet space to hang up clothes, a pull out drawer under the bed to store your suitcase, and a pull out desk. I loved it and was so happy I chose to stay here!
l. g.
Clean room, lovely staff, ideal location.
Would definitely stay again!
L. W.
Great hotel, perfect location. Has everything you need for a short stay.
D.
Great place. Spotlessly clean. Helpful staff. And the price is right
M. H.
Excellent service, rooms are great, vsry comfy snd clean
N. L.
EXCELLENT HOTEL - I RECOMMEND YOU STAY HERE.
If you get a decent deal with these guys, this is one of the best hotels in London. Seriously, if you want somewhere clean & quiet, but near to attractions (you can see Westminster Abbey and St James Tube Station is down the street) - this is one of the best hotels in London..
The staff are always friendly and the rooms are always clean, modern and up to date (though small, I wouldn't recommend this for families). This is my defacto go-to hotel when I'm visiting London and I highly recommend that you stay here if the prices are good. You won't regret it!
S. E.
Great place in a great location. The staff was wonderful, breakfast was great, happy hour was great for spending time with friends from London. Rooms are small, but that's kind of the point. At the end of my week there one of the staff saw me with a suitcase in the hall and had noticed that I was there for a while and said good bye.
It's honestly the best location in London, clean, kind, and wonderful. Can't recommend it enough!
T.
To be honest a bit of a disapointment, the location was great and the room/shower was spotless, however the ventilation was terrible. The AirCon in the room didnt work properly so I had to get reception to do it. Even though I had it turned to 18 Degrees room wasnt that chilled, bin in the toilet hadnt been emptied. The view out of the window was the back of an office building. The resturant was also a dissapointment with a very limited menu. The cooked breakfast consisted of just sausage or Canadia bacon and the main menue had about 4 main courses. there was no phone signal in my room, had to turn on WiFi calling, however it wass a nightmere connecting to teh free WiFi as it kept saying that it couldnt find the router.
J. M.
Could not fault this place great helpful staff relaxed stylish bar restaurant definitely stay here again ,great location
B.
Pretty much exactly what you want. Rooms are pretty small but the beds are big.
Shame that I can see into the toilet form the bed as the walls are glass?
R. F.
Looking forward to staying here, their Edinburgh Royal Mile establishment is superb especially for the solo traveller.
B.
We stayed here for 4 nights and had nothing bad to say about it. The location is PERFECT and the rooms were very small but nicely kitted out with modern features and a great shower. Each room has a TV with movies included too. The bar downstairs offers free tea/coffee to guests and does a very reasonably priced breakfast buffet and 2-4-1 cocktails at night.
I only wish the rooms included a small fridge.
F. F.
Super good and polite personal, the hotel is really clean and everything in perfect conditions. Super recommended
H. D.
This is an excellent hotel, and that's not even considering the price for such a location.
C. T.
Great location. Room was very clean had everything you needed. .
t. m.
Great location, 2 mins walk from Westminster Cathedral or St James' park. Friendly staff and nice bar to hangout.
C. J.
I'm a true fan of Premier Inn, so I thought I should try their new low cost brand. The location just off Parliament Square is superb, but I was not so satisfied about the rest. Rooms are really small: the bed is locked in by walls on three sides with a narrow strip of floor space on the fourth side. My room had no window. The bathroom was fine: modern and sufficiently spacious. But water pressure was really low, especially from the handheld shower but also from the rain shower. Breakfast was good and certainly worth the 6 pounds. The breakfast rooms serves as a bar/restaurant in the late evening, which was surprisingly nice. All in all a mixed bag. Not sure if I will return.
B. C.
This was an incredibly convenient and modern hotel with good facilities. You don't get tea and coffee in the room but it is available from the adjacent cafe lounge where you can also purchase a great breakfast with hot and cold options. The rooms are compact but have everything you need. I assume the majority of people using the hotel are there for business but we were visiting for theatre trips and found ourselves placed nicely in the middle of everywhere with a 20 minute walk at post - generally through the beautiful at James park which was only 5 minutes away. The staff were friendly, helpful and competent.
M. K.
First of all, the staff were so lovely and friendly upon greeting us, they were efficient and knew what they were doing which made everything easy.
The room was the smallest double room but it was so handy! We found it an ideal size as you’re only sleeping there but there is so many space saving hacks that made it comfortable to live in!
We found it great value for money and a great location considering most of the stuff is included in the booking price!
Very impressed would definitely go back:)
H. M.
We had a wonderful stay here. Excellent location, service, happy hour, breakfast, drinks, rooms, etc. Rooms were high-tech and spotless, for an excellent price. Every staff member was wonderful, but we especially appreciated who we believe to be a manger (average height, brown, shoulder-length curly hair). She was amazing and so friendly every time we saw her. From what we saw and experienced, she truly went above and beyond to make sure every guest had an excellent stay. Could not recommend more.
M. M.
Rooms are small but brilliantly laid out. Possibly not a recommendation for a romantic escape but for a business visit this was spot on. Lighting controls in the bed head are clever and simple to use and the smart storage around the room ensures no space is wasted. The smart TV was easier to use than many and connectivity was excellent. No tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms but they are free on the bar area. Breakfast was simple but again hit the spot, highly recommended and will use again.
O. K.
I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. The price was a steal for such a central area. My room was clean, the light/temp controls were easy to use, and the storage spaces fit my needs perfectly. I didn't have any issues with noise from the street or bar up on the fifth floor. The staff are lovely, and will hold onto your luggage if you arrive or check out early. There is no safe in the room, but you can leave items with reception for safekeeping. Be aware that the Hub hotels don't offer laundry service.
S. T.
My partner and I have had two amazing nights here. The room is well equipped, surprisingly spacious because it's well thought out, the bed is so comfortable. The staff are very friendly and approachable and the whole place has a vibrant buzz. For £6 the breakfast is good. Not lots of choice but nicely cooked and you can go back and refill as many times as you like. All in all for the price in central London I am extremely impressed and will be coming back.
N. E.
One of the best stays I've ever had at a hotel! Perfect location and incredible price. Small rooms but worked fine and clever design meant lots of storage. Perfectly clean.
The Apple TV in the room had issues, staff members were very quick to respond and came up to the room to investigate. They said someone would have a look, not sure if anyone did but it was still broke by the end of the trip. Not a huge issue at all though.
K. T.
This is our 4th visit and always comfortable, clean and great location. Will definitely be visiting again
S. A.
Nice rooms for a Premier, plus there's unlimited tea and coffee downstairs with milk/teabags etc provided. Helpful staff
H. W.
We have been so a few Hubs and always liked them yes the rooms can be small but if you are going as a couple it is perfect.
Modern and rooms always nice and clean.
Good location with a very nice lounge and bar they serve up some good cocktails, very pleasant staff nice and friendly.
We are coming back this September again.
R. C.
Can only agree with all the positive reviews on here already. From moment one reception staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are compact, but well designed. Importantly they are fresh and clean, and well maintained. Ideal as a couple due to the floor space in the room. Some may prefer a more private toilet and bathroom experience as partially obscured glazing is your only privacy.
At this particular branch breakfast is a buffet and well worth £6 per person.
Location is ideal with quick access to nearby tube stations.
If you can get your head around the non traditional rooms I think you will enjoy your stay.
D. K.
Comfortable, clean and quiet with a good choice of breakfast and a good bar.
-. -.
High quality, high security premises. Great staff, and the bar is vibrant, happy hour is busy and bustling. Breakfast is good, drinks are reasonably priced. You can walk in to pay for breakfast from the street. Very modern styling, high technology systems throughout, security is a main and noticeable theme for guests. Rooms have touch controls in the bed headboards. Bathroom is spotless as is the shower.

Rooms are spotless, but tiny, windowless, and expensive. Given the price and location, that's to be expected. The check-in time is firm, but the staff are helpful and willing to stow luggage.
Would absolutely stay here again, but get a more expensive room next time.
N. J.
Very friendly staff, nice hotel, great location!
K. T.
My family and I had a wonderful stay here. Although the rooms are small but it’s enough room for two per room. The difference between the regular room and bigger room isn’t much difference... the breakfast for 6£ isn’t bad especially it’s a buffet style but it does get boring if you stay for more than 3 nights, it’s the same food every morning... (there’s a Pret nearby too)
Location is great, quiet area and walkable to Big Ben, Tower of London, National Gallery, Leicester Square.
One thing they can improve on is to add conditioner.. they have shampoo and body wash as one but no conditioner.

We got an amazing deal on this hotel, and didn't have high expectations considering the price and the location. WOW!! It was so clean, the staff was so helpful and friendly. The daily breakfasts were filling and the food was delicious. The lounge had a great atmosphere for a night cap. The rooms were small but you don't spend much time in them. The bed was comfy, and the shower was clean and had great pressure. Already planning our return trip

Cute rooms, very clean, nice lobby, great bar, wireless charging stations -- wonderful experience. Also a very friendly staff there. Right in the theater district and close to main London attractions. I loved the map on the wall and the digital light and air controls. The lighting is actually really nice. Not the best if you're looking for a view of the city but you're right downtown you can go to the eye in minutes by foot if you really want to see the view. I really loved it here and have lifelong memories I took with me.

I love staying at the Hub’s when in London. This one is brilliantly located about a 4 minute walk from Westminster Abbey and 3 minutes from the tube station. The rooms are compact but well designed and clean. The bar area is really busy but the Happy Hour offers etc make it really reasonably priced. Breakfast has a cooked option but beware if your vegetarian as there is not much for you with the cooked option. The staff are always helpful but they could do with some extra at busy times. Will def return.

Great hotel couldn't ask for a better location. Tube two minutes away Westminster and Buckingham Palace within walked distance.

Love these hotels - so well designed and clean! Great place if you just need somewhere clean and modern to shower and sleep, basically. This one is of course (due to location - so close to Westminster abbey) really big and crowded, so breakfast was less relaxed than at other less touristy locations. The staff do the best they can to keep things running smoothly with so many people. The four stars rather than five is due to one problem (which also happened at the Edinburgh hotel, so we believe it’s a systematic issue): our room keys suddenly stopped working when we were coming back from breakfast to pick up our cases to check out. Check out time is 12, and we got back at 11.40 - 11.45, and found suddenly neither of our keys could open the room. My partner had to run downstairs and line up behind people getting their luggage, to get his key re-activated while I stressed out, hopping from one foot to the other outside the room (desperate for the bathroom). It was a good thing we had plenty of time before our flight. My partner (who works in IT) thinks some glitch in the timer for the key system, since same thing happened in Edinburgh. It certainly made the end of our stay a little less relaxing than it could have been!
L. K.
Very friendly staff, but housekeeping was a little below standard (had to ask to empty a trash bin). Room itself was as expected and promoted - small, tidy and technological. Shower was very powerful and warm. Free WiFi fast and reliable. Would give to hotel itself 5 star rating. On the other side, breakfast and lounge was very poor. Area is too small for big number of guests, had to wait for a table. Not enough room between tables, and near buffet. Constant lack of crockery (had to ask for clean cups and glasses). Lounge menu is extremely poor and had nearly no food in it (some sandwiches); bartender forgot about our cocktails and I had to remind him.
R. P.
Very clean and tidy, well worth the money, room more spacious than first thought. Food prices in the bar were great. 2-4-1 between 5 - 7 pm. Cocktails only 6.50 so very good.
Location 3 minute walk from the at James tube station with easy access around the city on the circle line.
Breakfast was a good buffet service, well worth £6.
J. C.
For the price, it was a really good experience. The rooms are small, and I should note there are no windows (well not in our room anyway) so waking up is a little unnatural without any sunlight in the room. But the rooms are laid out really well and really modern, nice showers and really nice TV. Help yourself to free tea and coffee in the lounge and sometimes there's free snacks too. Drinks in the bar are cheap for a hotel bar too which is Good.
Location is really central and short walking distance to most places, and for those a bit further a way the tube is not far
H. F.
Great, affordable night stay. Small but modern room, which essentially was all we needed after a trip to the Theatre.
Breakfast was ok, but light on Full English options. Lucky I also like Continental breakfast too, but some don't.
Location was it's defining attribute. As you come out of the door & turn right, guess what you see?
WESTMINSTER ABBEY!!! Only 50-75 yards away perhaps? Awesome!!!
R. M.
Fabulously clean, very pleasant receptionist.
N. T.
Very efficient but friendly. Busy but staff coped well with the demand. Rooms exactly as advertised. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast is excellent value. The only negative is that the bathroom doors shut noisily so you can hear other rooms. A soft closing door would be beneficial.
A. H.
The location is amazing! They were also able to let us check in very early which was greatly appreciated. There are a few things that would make me think twice about staying again: beds are far too small for a taller person (my husband is 6' 1") and the rooms can be a bit loud. We were in an interior room with no window, for the price not so bad but we could hear noise everywhere. The beds are also built into the wall so we felt vibrations when people were moving about.
S. M.
Very nice stay. Great service.
J. C.
Great little hotel in a great location. Walking distance to hop on hop off buses, or walking distance to the Coca-Cola Eye, Parliament, Westminster Abbey, a bunch of stuff. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was decent for the price in the lounge next door and they are open throughout the day as well.
L. G.
Had a lovely stay at this hotel. When we arrived at the location (which was a great base), we were very impressed with the quality of the spaces and the materials. We opted for the standard room and being a junior architect, I was fascinated by how every little detail was thought of. For four nights we found our room to be more the comfortable. Additionally, we loved having free tea and coffee from the bar when we returned back home from a day in the cold. Would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family and return back myself!
P.S. - The bar offers delicious cocktails and a great ambience.
R. B.
I stayed one night, and it was a great night in such a busy area. Close to Westminster and to vital locations - you will feel alone in your room, but not for the claustrophobic out there!
Rooms are clean and well presented, not much of a view but it didn't matter to me. Air conditioning was perfect as usual in these chain hotels, either to warm or cool you. Drains could be cleaned a bit better as they didn't smell great but it didn't bother me either, I felt safe here which is one major factor as a lone traveller. There are towels provided, shampoo, shower gel and hair dryer. Only thing is no kettle but that's a set standard as there is free hot water for either tea or coffee in the bar.
Breakfast was a sedate affair, cooked meats and eggs and toast and fruit for offer. I've noticed they don't really cater for non meat / dairy eaters which is a shame but I could have something at least.
I will be back soon to one of these 'hubs' as I enjoy the experience of being able to wind down in one of the busy areas of the UK!
C. O.
Clean tidy and friendly staff. Touch screen controls for light and heat in the rooms make this accommodation really easy to adjust for each individuals' needs. Ideal room for short stay and Westminster Abbey just at the end of the road. Couple of bars and eating places just nearby and its own bar has good selection of drinks and nibbles, although, staff were struggling there on a busy Wednesday night, presumably contending with the 'buy one get one free' after work crowds.

This place was absolutely great. I should start by saying that my husband and I don’t need a lot of bells and whistles when traveling, just a comfortable, clean space to come back to after a day about and this place was 100% that for us. Truthfully I don’t really want to stay at another kind of hotel again 😂 the check-in process was easy and seamless for us, the bed was super comfortable, the space was just enough, and let me tell you this place was SO CLEAN. I am very weird about germs and bathrooms and easily grossed out but our room was absolutely pristine when we were there, which is really important to me.
Further, the location of this hotel is great. It is 1 block from the St. James Park subway stop (you can see it from the front door of the hotel) and about a 5 minute walk from Westminster Abbey, the Houses of Parliament/Big Ben, and the River! Also, it was a really pretty 10-15 minute walk from Buckingham Palace!
If I had to name something to improve, I would say that the shower could use a little more pressure and the AC took kind of awhile to cool down. But other than those 2 minimal things, our stay was great. We will definitely be staying here again! Cheers!
K. C.
Stayed overnight and it was good value for money, considering its location.
Bed was comfy and the shower was superb.
The Hub idea is great but if you want a spacious room then look elsewhere. If you want great value, clean room and convenient location then it's perfect.
Only down side is that the fire alarm went off around 6:30 in the morning, woke me up with a start.
S.
Clean, modern and fresh. Rooms were very small. For two people with 2 large luggage bags it made it quite hard to maneuver. Also, two people staying in a room and only one towel was provided?
Other than that, friendly staff and good breakfast options.
C. P.
Very nice hotel. When booking here, we knew that the room is smaller than the norm. Room was clean with interesting storage (like the sliding rack under the bed). Easy enough to find from the street and so far, no noise issues. Restaurant seems nice but we haven't gone.
H. C.
Excellent Hotel, very modern, super location and friendly staff
a.
my favorite hotel I’ve ever stayed in. clean, comfortable, modern rooms. great location. amazing £6 breakfast buffet. access to free tea and an espresso machine for your entire stay. i would live in this hotel if I could!
D. W.
Amazing location, helpful staff, good price and decent room! The room was as expected, small (that's the point!) But we'll equipped for all our needs. The only issue we had was our room was part of the area downstairs so it was a bit of a hotbox since the AC units were on the fritz! This did take a day to fix which was not ideal but the front desk staff were very helpful to not only inform us of the issue but come check every hour or so whilst they try to fix it to see if it had improved! An unfortunate event but the care shown by staff definitely made it less frustrating. Overall 4/5 would stay again
C. H.
Rooms are small but perfectly formed. Very tidy and logically laid out. Free tee and coffee making facilities available but would have been nice if facilities to make these in your room. Breakfast ok but limited selection. Staff polite.
R. K.
Good attentive staff. Standard rooms are small but very modern and neat. Sleep and shower. Very good breakfast. Has a 2 hour happy hour at reasonable rates. Only platter finger food in the evening but plenty of pubs around for a substantial meal. Great location
J. W.
Perfect for a business trip to London. Rooms are fine for 1 person and location was fab for me, and also so close to St James tube station. Breakfast was good each morning and excellent value. Nice touch that there is also free tea and coffee throughout the day, though the coffee could have been warmer.
G. F.
Perfect small room that you're not going to spend much time in in London. The rooms are small with a focus on efficiency, lights and ac are controlled from the headboard. Shower was also an excellent quality. Highly recommend, better quality for cheaper than your average London hotel.
J. S.
Stayed for 2 nights and was pleased with this hotel, it was accessible to many of the places we were planning to visit so was a great choice.
It is compact but that's the premise of a hub, it has great features in the room such as monsoon shower and controls for the lights that are behind the bed. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room but 24/7 access to these in the bar downstairs.
The deli/bar is very trendy and serves a limited choice of food but we were eating in the city so not needed, the breakfast is well worth paying for, it has a good choice One minus, breakfast items did run out but not something to complain massively about.
Finally the staff, they were very helpful and cheerful, this hotel was only opened in Sept 17 so will take time to establish itself.
F. T.
The location is more than perfect, rooms were ultra clean and full of high-tech stuff, and the staff was beyond amazing with us. Kind and funny, and always greeting us with a smile.
The bar offers as well excellent choices being for breakfast or just for a snack, and the hotel location makes it even better if you want something than just hotel food.
The rooms however, aren't on the bigger side. We first had a basic room, which we asked to change as despite having a window it was facing an air conditioning unit outside, and we feared that the noise wouldn't let us sleep at night. The staff immediately upgraded us to a bigger room free of charge, which was definitively better.
I would recommend the hub and premier inn to have the option of selecting a quiet room, or a room with a window in advance. We actually called the customer's service number in advance where we were told that we could indeed book a room according to our specifications, but once doing the checkin we noticed that no information had been saved. That was a bummer and made me feel a bit uncomfortable with their booking procedures.
Aside of that I would stay again, but possibly considering a bigger room.
D. A.
One of the best locations to stay in London if you want to be central to everything.
This hotel is very compact and straight forward which is why it is able to represent good value. You wouldn't want this as an option if you like a four star spacious hotel but I found friendly happy staff, clean rooms, a decent breakfast and a good bar that stays open late. I would go here again whenever I need to be in London for a couple of days. I would also highly recommend this to others for the same reason. Everything about this hotel is quick and simple.
D. R.
Rooms were immaculate and perfectly suited for a few day trip, along with super helpful staff and a wonderful location. A tad small for those used to large hotel suites, but you absolutely cannot beat the value of the price. Quite literally a few blocks from Westminster Abbey (and thus not far from many other tourist attractions) as well as being next to the St. James' Park station, a tube station which ultimately connects to many others in London. The lobby has great deals on pretty nice drinks, and is an easy place to walk down to if you're not sure where to head for the night.
B. C.
After the initial shock of booking a "pod" for the night we really enjoyed the experience. Room was compact, spotlessly clean, practical and functional. It was pitch black, deathly quiet and air conditioned. We didn't hear any road noise or other room noise or doors being slammed. Best night's sleep for years. I wouldn't hesitate to go back because the location was perfect, the staff were friendly and there aren't many places to stay in the centre of London for £77.
J. D.
This place was perfect as I was only in London for 2 days. Only time I was at my suite was to shower and sleep. Great use of space and it was very pleasing to see once I checked in. I like how there's a panel to control the fan and the intensity for the lights. I had the single occupancy room which perfectly suited what I needed. The room was small with no windows but then again, 90% of my time was spent exploring the sights. Would definitely come back again.
A. L.
Hotel was very nice upon check in we was greeted by friendly staff who showed us how to check in. Room was lovely do not let the compact look put you off. The size is perfect for 2 people. The TV is huge compared to other hotels. There's no kettle in your room but you can help yourself to complimentary tea and Coffee 24.7 even a Costa I believe. The bar area was also great. The bar staff very friendly. Would 100% recommend to anyone plus a minute walk from Westminster Abbey 😊
y. b.
Modern and clean, comfy and cosy, everything you need to start a great day.
Rooms might be a bit small for two but for a solo traveler it is great.
Check-in is quick and easy, location was okay for my use.
Fair price.
Oh the lifts were broken, and I got stuck in one. I wasn't on my own so it was okay and the staff were pretty efficient and fast, at least faster than the firemen. Hope they fixed this.
A. B.
Stayed at 2 locations while in London both lovely and similar in layout. This is an accessible room which was extremely clean with cold air condition and wonderful shower. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Also the breakfast and bar was excellent! Highly recommend any hub by Premier!
A. K.
Very nice and clean. As soon as I walked in, it reminded me of a Citizen M type format. However, the lobby is very simple. Whereas my experience with Citizen M was almost a club type lobby. I enjoyed the simplicity of the lobby and the friendly staff. The room is about as small as you could possibly imagine, and even then, it might be a bit smaller than that. My preference is small rooms. This has everything I need. If you need a large closet or desk, you may need something bigger. But this was perfect for me. The bathroom has a lock on the door. But the top end of it is see through. So you might not get as much privacy as you may need. But if that's not a problem, it's a comfy bathroom. Very nice shower heads that got me very clean after a long flight. We asked for an extra towel in the lobby, they handed it to us immediately. They didn't have any pillows. But they were relatively quick in bringing up an extra pillow. The service so far has been great. Just remember, this is almost a minimalistic lodging experience. Overall, I'm really happy with my experience so far. I'd definitely stay here again.
S. C.
Excellent hotel - extremely clean and perfect location. I had booked two rooms - the room I booked 6 months in advance was an excellent price (sign up to the Premier Inn newsletter to get special offers) but the second room I booked 3 weeks in advance was almost £300 for 2 nights - which was a little more expensive than I would have liked, but all in all it was a great stay. My second stay at this hotel, and I doubt it will be the last! Staff are extremely friendly and the breakfast excellent too! Can't recommend highly enough!
S. G.
This was a nice hotel room pretty well situated in town. It was right next to the metro which was great for getting around and a short walk to Westminster Abbey. I loved the technology aspect of it; you could push a button to set the do not disturb or clean the room. It was a little pricey, but the room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was excellent! Very helpful and nice. This was a great place to stay while we were in London.
R. N.
The hotel is conveniently close to the St. James underground station. The check-in process was fast because you can use their kiosk. The rooms are very clean and the pillows and blankets were perfect for me and my wife...which were not too soft or firm. They are the best blankets and pillows that we have ever used at a hotel. You can adjust the room temp, lights, do not disturb, do not clean room, and television with your smart phone. The room has a smart tv to allow you to cast your smart device. They give you a bottle of free water. There is no in-room safe, no ice machines, no coffee or tea in the room but they provide free coffee and tea in the lounge. The room is small, but was comfortable for me and my SO and had a bathroom which not all hotels have. I would stay here again.
M. F.
Pretty good place to stay while in London. The location is excellent and the rooms are small but high tech. Four stars because the fire alarm went off at 4am due to, apparently, someone taking a hot shower.
P. R.
Stayed for six days while on our honeymoon. Location is great, happy hour is two drinks for the price of one, and breakfast is good for 6 pounds. Rooms are tiny, but fine for 1 to 2 people if you're very comfortable with the other person. Water in the shower was hot and had good water pressure.
Downside is on the weekend it's cheap enough that you get a lot of younger people in, so if you don't set your do-not-disturb sign on, they'll ring your doorbell at 3AM. Went down to the front desk to bring it up, but the guy was just playing cards on a screen in the corner of the room. Ended up exhausted the next day because of it and nothing was actually done about the situation.
C. H.
Amazing price for central London. Bed extremely comfy, as with all the Premier Inn hotels I've stayed in. Only the essentials in the hub versions but all I needed for a conference night accommodation. Fresh and modern, clean and bright. Friendly, helpful staff. Plenty of choice at a very reasonable price for breakfast in the morning. Ability to control room settings via app and with easy to use panel. Would definitely recommend.
S. A.
Hub is the latest and in my view winning offering from Premier Inn. It’s a blend of compact accommodation, reasonable prices, technology and self service (don’t be put off by the technology part, you don’t need to use it). We stayed a couple of nights For £60 per night (room only) which is very reasonable for its perfect position close to St James Park Underground station.
Booking is easy, via the Premier Inn site then print off your confirmation and the ever present and helpful staff will take you through it (or do it for you) instead. The door to the accommodation area is accessed via your room key, for security.
Our room was brightly decorated and compact but ample for a couple of nights stay. The Double bed is very comfortable, with the equally comfortable double duvet perched on top ready for you to make your bed (your next self service element). Under the bed is ample space for your suitcases and a deep drawer (the only one). Now the compact aspect comes at a price, in that the bed is quite high off the ground (so the top of the mattress came to the middle of my thigh when I was standing on the floor) and you can only get out one side of the bed. The windows blind is also on the far side of the bed, so you need to be reasonably agile to get on/off the bed, pull the blind by climbing on the bed or climbing over your partner to go to the toilet in the night.
Lighting is brilliant and dimmable, there is a heating/air conditioning unit and apart from the remote control for the TV, all this is controlled by the touch sensitive panel at the head of the bed. The do not disturb sign is also controlled here. You can additionally control all this and the TV from the app. I’d also like to see a “low light in bathroom only” option for night time bathroom visits, as the room is pitch black with the blind down. An open sided wardrobe is provided with 5 hangars, its only about 9 inches deep but with a couple of coat hooks on the wall, that’s enough to hang a couple of days clothes. There is a pull out at the bottom of the bed that serves as a modest desk and a single chair to use. The room is equipped with plenty of conveniently located power sockets and a hair dryer but no tea & coffee making facilities (complimentary tea and coffee are available in the lounge area on the ground floor). Complimentary high speed WiFi was available throughout the building (it was a good speed but I didn’t try streaming any shows or the like). Complimentary bottled water was provided on the first day only (fail to see the logic in that as I paid the price to stay so why not provide water each day).
The bathroom is a glass walled area (discreetly but only partially frosted) with a rain head (monsoon) shower, which also has a hand held shower fitment. The shower had a good pressure/ flow and there is a complimentary hair and body wash dispenser on the wall. I’m not a great fan of combination hair/body washes but this one was quite good. There was a high level of cleanliness throughout the building, it was spotless in fact..
Similar to our experience of Premier Inn staff, we found the staff helpful and friendly.
We added breakfast (available in the Lounge) to our stay, which was reasonable by London terms, at £6 for a self serve buffet. There was a modest selection of cereals, breads, pastries, yoghurt, fruit salad and a hot choice limited to porridge, scrambled eggs, sausages and bacon (sadly the latter is the somewhat fatty streaky style and with such a limited selection its a shame that decent back bacon isn’t served). Juice, Tea and Costa Coffee are available. All in all, there was enough for us to have a hearty breakfast prior to heading out to explore London and we were largely satisfied, but this would get tedious for more than a couple of days.
On balance this is an excellent concept and I’m sure the odd niggles will be ironed out pretty quickly. Its already excellent value for a short stay in the city and we have no qualms about using Hub again.

Simply the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in!
Air con that worked properly, decent lighting, lovely shower and a super comfy bed. Deathly quiet rooms!
Great location.
M. D.
Pros:
-Excellent location, truly convenient and beautiful neighbourhood all around.
-Very clean,
-Very quiet room (the TV volume doesn't go above "15", either!),
-Excellent service, and
-Very comfortable bed.
Cons:
-Savoury breakfast options were *only*: very dry scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage, so quite a poor selection.
-There is no secure network so I couldn't use my work laptop
-I would expect some toiletries such as a single-use toothbrush or Qtips at that price (£190 a night including breakfast)
All in all a pleasant experience. I would book again
J. P. (.
Efficiently laid out rooms, great for one guest but not ideal for 2 as can only access one side of the bed and light from bathroom shines through glazed walls. Good entertainment system with free movies. Very clean and well maintained. Lacking in quiet communal spaces as the bar area is quite noisy.
I.
Okay it's only a two star and the rooms are small, but they have the underneath storage and an area behind the door for suitcases. We stayed for 6 night and find the rooms very comfortable, the beds were nice so we got good sleeps and the shower was hot, strong and plentiful. The breakfast was a good start to the day and the location is fantastic, 5 mins walk to Westminster, 5 to St James Park, 10 mins to Buckingham palace and two minutes from the tubes station or taxi rank
C.
Service:
Very good hotel, most of the employers were very nice and helpfull. My friend was sick so I asked if I could bring her breakfast to the room instead of eating downstairs, they said it was no problem and helped me a lot. We felt really at home and comfortable at all times.
Room:
We chose for the bigger room, it was very clean and looked brand new. We enjoyed the large bed and smart tv. What is also a bonus is that the tv already has movies on it!
Breakfast:
The breakfast was good, simple but good. Fresh juice, different kinds of bread, egg, bacon and that kind of stuff. The lounge for breakfast was very nice also!
Location:
It is located pretty good, next to a gorgeous park. It is 15 minutes walking to Buckingham palace (but through the park so it is a nice walk) and arount 20 minutes to picadilly circus.
D. G.
Extremely clean. Rooms with digital panel for lights, air conditioning and door signs. Electronic key. Nice shower with good pressure. Super comfortable bed. Breakfast very varied and tasty. Cozy place to eat. Friendly and cheerful staff. The location is excellent. It's steps from the metro and the bus stop. It's also steps away from the main attractions. For our next visit we will definitely stay there.
C. W.
Clean and great location 5/5 across the board. My wife and I stayed in the smaller room and the bed was plenty big about the size of our old queen. Breakfast is 6 pounds but well worth it serving bacon, scrambled eggs, sausage, and tons of bread and pastries. Unlimited tea and OJ. The location is centered around all the tourist attractions and great shopping walking distance away. If you need to go anywhere else st James underground station is 500 feet away. If I am back in London will stay agian for sure. Thanks Hub!
L. D.
fresh, clean, simple and the bar near reception beautiful
m. w.
Fab location. Good breakfast. Clean rooms. Close to underground. Bar very loud in the evening, 2 for 1 cocktails help crank up the volume. All in all a satisfactory place to use as a base to explore London.
l. l.
Had larger room which was brilliant. Great value, great location and great staff.
R. W.
I adore this place. The setup is just amazing for me and my partner. Compact but all you really need. Bathroom is gorgeous and shower was very impressive. Double bed in room with smart tv. Decent amount of storage with hangers provided. Hairdryer also available and numbours plugs as well as one European socket. I will definitely be coming back to stay and location is amazing for sight seeing. Love this hotel
L. T.
Great place in the city. Lovely little rooms excellent location. St James station is just 2 minutes walk. Staff were very friendly and we managed to check-in at 10am. Breakfast was super cheap and good quality definitely recommend. Will be returning if I ever go back to London
I. P.
Stayed at this hotel twice now and will be returning again. Very clean and comfortable. Modern rooms with touch panel to control lighting and heating. Variety of entertainment with television. The showers are very good. Service is brilliant with friendly and helpful staff. Great location and very good price.
T. S.
2nd time staying at this hub and opted for the larger room as hubby and I were staying for 2 nights, we wanted more space. Downside was only 1 pillow each, we both like 2 and when room was cleaned they only left 1 towel. Other than that, a great experience and location for getting out and about, lounge has good ambience bar prices. Would stay again. Does what it says on the tin for a great price.
M. N.
This is how I want hotels to be as a single travelers. I just need a place to sleep and shower. I like how this place is modern, clean, and comfortable for a single person, at most two people. Location was good. Close to several sights. Subway from Heathrow after one transfer drops you off a block away. I dropped off my bag before my checkin. Prepaid breakfast was worth it. Eggs, sausage, bacon and various other things. Lounge next door for drinks. Overall, stay was pleasant and I recommend staying here.
J. P.
Basic but has everything you need. Excellent comfy bed, clean linen and good shower. Lovely breakfast, ample supply of tea and coffee. Very good customer service. Very close to St James Park underground station. Yards away from Westminster Abbey, Houses of Parliament and Big Ben.
M. B.
Fantastic hotel, right in the center of London. We were in room 503 a king size bed room which is slightly bigger than the double. Be aware the rooms are smaller than average but have everything you need. The hotel had fantastic customer service everyone was so nice and friendly and could not do enough for you. I loved the breakfast for £6, a small selection but again plentiful and was of excellent quality the bacon and sausages were lovley. I also loved the fact you could go down. 24hrs a day and get a coffee or a tea all included in your stay. The location was awesome literally 5 min walk to Westminster abbey and the houses of parliament. London Eye a further 5 min. All in all I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. When travelling to London both for business and leisure.
M. H.
I personally found this a good hotel, right down the road from Westminster Abbey.
The rooms are, as advertised, small and compact - the bed is against the wall, there's a small shower/toilet, a small pull out desk and some underbed storage - that's about it. The room is small (the width of the bed plus half as much again wide, by about 2 bed lengths long), but for 1 or 2 nights it's fine - we didn't spend much time in it anyway.
Rooms are modern - lights and air con, as well as the 'Do not disturb' sign, are controlled from a touch panel above the bed. Check in is self service, you scan the barcode you were emailed on booking and encode your own keycard (although a member of staff jumped in to do things for us). Didn't hear much noise, although we could hear a bit more from other rooms than at some hotels.
We only used the restaurant for breakfast - and it was a decent one. Smaller selection than other premier inn hotels, but it does the job and is all you can eat.
The only downside is the lack of tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms - there is free tea and coffee available, but you have go down stairs to get it from a machine. Bit of a downside as it means a bit of a trek, especially when you wake up first thing.
Overall, for a 1 or 2 night stay on a city break, I would recommend

Brand new hotel just opened mid 2017. Everything is very modern, new and clean inside. Rooms are small but have everything you need. Waterfall showers, big beds and TV. Heaps of cool technology in the rooms. Plenty of storage spaces for your suitcase. Check in yourself in, no receptionist needed!
N. B.
Excellent room, staff, location & overall experience. I will stay here again.

Perfect. Very friendly staff, spotlessly clean rooms and ideally located for our visit.
S. M.
A lovely hotel, ideally situated near The Houses of Parliament and Westminster Abbey. A great base to explore from.
I had a room below street level, so no window. However, it was bright and comfortable. Great shower, WiFi and TV options. A really good night's sleep was easy to have. No coffee or tea in the room, but this is available near reception.
I'd definitely return.

Staff work hard keeping everything clean, tidy & topped up. Bar /restaurant staff are so lovely & friendly. Rooms small but have everything u need if u out all day. if u want to relax of an evening just pop to bar & have as many brews u want for free. Breakfast menu is limited & it wouldn't take much to improve: maybe include cereals, hot bake beans/ tinned tomatoes, & vary the fruit to go with yoghurts? Only other gripe is design of bed backrest which houses the controls for air con..lights etc. Its very uncomfortable to lean on and can accidently switch things off/on
J. B.
Great for a stay where you just need a place to sleep. Premier Inn standard and great value all you can eat breakfast for London at £6.
Phone signal bad in some rooms and not all rooms have windows but aircon and lots of lighting with touch controls on both side of your bed.
Staff are lovely, polite, friendly and helpful.
Well sited in Westminster, very close to all the sites.
Recommended!
R. S.
The hotel room was modern, clean, and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Very good location for sightseeing in London. Only downside was that free parking was advertised, but none was available when we checked in. Overall, I would recommend the location!
M.
Well what can I say this was an inexpensive hotel in downtown London near a lot of sites but no wash clothes. No shampoo and the breakfast was 7.5 lb but it was tasty very crowded and popular with the younger set. Since we're the older set it wasn't all that
E. K.
Nice hotel, good location, was absolutely busy during breakfast. Very limited and basic cocktail and snack menu, slow bar service. Reception staff were great, polite and helpful.
D. R.
We had a very pleasant stay at the Hub on Westminster. The staff is friendly, rooms well kept and we didn't hear any noises from outside our bedroom. The convience of the restaurant for breakfast can't be beaten to get your day started.
K. C.
Decent budget hotel close to St. James’ Park. Located very close to another hub hotel, St. James’ Park one. The staff are very nice. Check in and check out is quite easy. The rood is in good condition, clean and comfortable. Wifi is not the good to me, as my room located too far from Wifi spot, while mobile signal is not good in the building as usual. Breakfast can be added to your stay for GBP6, which is nice and decent.
M. B.
Great location, lovely people and good breakfasts but be warned that some of the rooms have no windows. I didn't realize that would be the case. I knew they would be small but no natural light was too much. Room 519 but I assume from the design many more. Very well priced though.
D. D.
Stayed one week ago. Lovely hotel, central to all sights. Rooms clean and comfy, good breakfast and good price. Staff lovely, very helpful and approachable. Bar area very cosy and welcoming would be nice to have a bar menu instead of the snacks. Will definitely be staying there again.
H. A.
The room is quite small and the one we had has no window. Although, the bed is comfortable with king size. The hallway are narrow and a bit like maze. It has nice restaurant to the right of the entrance that serve breakfast (which is not included on the rates). This is better for a short trip or just a transit in London.
s. m.
Excellent hotel in every way. Yes its not 5 star luxury and facilities are limited but for a short stay in the heart of the city its just what is needed. The rooms are small and some like ours internal but the bed was exceptionally comfy and there are free films and WiFi. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was scrumptious and a very reasonable £6. There were also free bar snacks and two for one cocktail's during our stay All this for £50 a night and a stones throw from Westminster Abbey.
r. p.
Excellent hotel and great concept. It is a budget price for central London. It's just round the corner from Westminster Abbey. Small, well appointed rooms. Everything is well thought out and good quality and the staff are excellent. Definitely going again!
M. Y.
Excellent value for the price and location. Walking distance to several tourist attractions and down the street from to the tube. Quick check-in, modern decor, probably the cleanest boutique hotel I've ever stayed in, and a large 36" tv for this price range was a welcome surprise. However not much space in the hotel room for my luggage, but that was a minor inconvenience. It would have been nice to have in-room fridge and safe though, so for this reason is why it didn't get 5 stars.
N. E.
Amazing hotel and experience and for the price and location there is no better! The Apple TV for using Airplay was broken and we were told it would be fixed but wasn’t. That was only a small issue and the one negative thing we could find. Lovely free tea and coffee which was appreciated and a lively LOUNGE bar on the ground floor. Very clean, helpful staff, and fantastic tech room!
P. v. D.
Really great hotel at one of the best spots in London. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend paying the five pounds per night for breakfast as it is surprisingly good. It's a shame though that having dinner - apart from some platters - is not possible. However, its central location provides more than enough dinner options.
S. S.
My fiancee and I loved this hotel. We stayed 4 nights in a bigger room. There's plenty of storage space for luggage and gear in the spaces provided. Bed was super comfy, digital control panel above the bed was easy to use. Nice lighting in the room too, and the unique map of London above the bed is a nice touch. As a tall person, I appreciated the rain-style shower, so I didn't have to lean forward to rinse.
Getting to and from the hotel is convenient with St. James's Park tube station nearby. Westminster Abbey, Parliament Square, the river, and St. James's Park are a short walk away.
Breakfast was nice with plenty of options. Staff was welcoming- huge thanks to the young man (didn't catch his name) who checked us in and switched us to a room with a window. Definitely would stay again.
J. S.
This place is amazing for couples or solo travellers. The technology is fantastic, everything is so simple and convenient. The TV is great, with free movies, and for those who have it the ability to share your phone screen. It's within spitting distance of Westminster Abbey, and about 200 metres from St James Park tube station. Easy to walk into town and the Big Bus tour stops outside. Despite all this it's deathly quiet in the rooms, apart from the occasional guest outside the room we heard nothing from outside. Good black out blinds as well. Id stay here again in a heartbeat, and I'm even looking for them in other parts of the country for future travel. Also it's so so cheap, if you don't mind a small room go for this, can't recommend it enough.
G. S.
We booked a room for the night when we were in London to see Barbara Streisand in Hyde Park and it was a lovely stay with a small but fundamentally functional room. Augmenting that was the professional accommodation front of house staff. I have no complaints about our stay here was very good and a credit to the team involved in running it.
D. L.
Excellent hotel, comfortable modern rooms. Friendly staff and an excellent breakfast. In a great position close to St James Park tube station and minutes up the road from Westminster Abbey. Will stay again on my next visit.
D. O.
This place was great. It has everything you need and nothing you don't. It's extremely clean and modern.
The rooms are small but cozy and comfortable. The staff is a pleasure to deal with. Every single one of them is pleasant and helpful. The AC works well. The bed linens are soft and comfy. You'll have to ask for an extra pillow though. They only set the bed with one . They will cheerfully provide extra pillows and towels. The body wash they provide can be used on your hair as well. It smells nice, but a bit masculine. There is no tub but the shower is great.
The bathroom walls are frosted glass which is pretty, but doesn't provide much sound insulation. To put it bluntly, your roommate can hear you pooping. I just ran the water and my roommate was using headphones anyway. There is no phone in the room but everything can be controlled through the dashboard by the bed.. There is a button for do not disturb and the TV can be set to wake you with an alarm.. Security is very good because you can't get to the elevators without a key card and each floor has another locked door after you get off the elevator. Your key card only works on your floor. On the ground floor, the door to the elevators is right next to the desk. No strangers can sneak by without being seen. The lounge is very nice with lots of table space and comfy chairs and couches. Daily breakfast is excellent and plentiful. Bacon, eggs, sausage, beans, cereal, breads, fruit, spreads, coffee, tea and juice are all on offer. Breakfast is 6 eu. There is a wonderful coffee machine that does
lattes, espresso, americanos and more from fresh ground beans. It's a shame that the machine gets put away at 11am when breakfast is over. In fact, if I we're to complain about anything at all, it would be that. There is coffee and tea available around the clock and I wish the latte machine was always available instead of regular coffee only. You can stay here for $100 a night and be short walking distance to Buckingham Palace and Westminster Abbey, all the while knowing the other hotels around you are over $200 a night. Be a savvy traveler. It feels so good.
P. E.
The concept is great, small rooms which are often quirky in layout to fit but all offer the same quality and facilities as usual premier inns. Once you get used to all the fancy touch buttons by the side of your bed, you are sorted. Food was OK for breakfast but limited. Not sure if it's a continental thing that has crept into the smoke, but sweet bread with streaky bacon? Leave it out, it needs to be a crusty roll with middle bacon.
S. T.
It's modern and clean. Standard rooms are small but perfect for 1. You won't have a kettle in your room but there're hot drinks available downstairs. My room was 505
K. H.
Stayed over the marathon weekend and enjoyed. The rooms are "compact" but well designed, with smart tv and easy controls for lighting and heating and good use of storage opportunities. The staff are all friendly, polite and helpful. Only 2 things stopped the full 5 stars - my wife is strictly gluten free and there was nothing she could have for breakfast (although this is the case with all premier inns I think) and no tea/coffee facilities in the room (there was tea and coffee available down in the bar area, but it meant going down from the 6th floor and back!) Other than that a great location and would use again for a short break.
R. M.
Fantastic use of space. Very comfortable. High spec.. but NO KETTLE! I know tea & coffee avail be freely in bar downstairs but at 2.30am I wasn't willing to get dressed to go down 5 floors to get one.. Manager- please provide kettle or dressing gowns in the rooms
A. H.
Good location in central London, a stone's throw from the Houses of Parliament and Westminster Abbey. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice minimalist style. All staff were extremely helpful and friendly, both in the hotel and the bar/restaurant (which was good quality and good value). The only downside is this is sold as a "smart hotel" with an emphasis on technology, but the app they give you to control the room doesn't work! Neither on my android or my partners iPhone could we get it to respond correctly, and it in fact kept making the TV turn off on it's own! Even the touch sensitive controls on the headboard would sometimes be unresponsive. In short a nice hotel for those on a budget, with a good idea as to being very tech focused, let down by incredibly poor execution on the tech front! Would still visit again though.
D. W.
Small rooms but top notch facilities: TV, comfy bed, powerful shower, bright bathroom, powerful hairdryer. No tea or coffee making facilities in room but unlimited free Twinnings tea and Costa coffee in bar area. Plentiful and tasty breakfast for a very low cost of £6. Highly recommend and I'll be back again.
D. P.
A compact layout compared to a standard Premier Inn but still featuring the usual comfortable bed. Features included light and AC control on touch controls build into the head board, a low lighting option for the bathroom only, sliding section on the end of the bed which can form a small makeshift desk.
A word of warning - the bathroom is partitioned only by a glass screen and door which is frosted to about 1.6m and clear above this. As such, these rooms are definitely aimed at couples and individuals only - there are no bathroom secrets here! Probably inadvisable for a first hotel break away with a new partner for this reason - you should be very comfortable around each other before booking this room!
With that said, if you are a couple and just want somewhere to rest your head between days out in London these rooms are ideal - and practically on top of Westminster abbey! Highly recommended for couples.
C. S.
Enjoyable stay friendly staff. Room was lovely clean and comfortable
S. C.
The rooms are small - lack things like a comfortable chair.
The biggest disappointment was the shower - the water pressure is non existent.
However the bed is very comfortable and large the pillows comfy. Very clean and neat and modern. Great value.
The Lounge downstairs is a great place with great crew - thankyou Bernie you were the absolute best in helping us out with sights to visit and great information.
The buffet breakfast is fabulous with great variety of hot and cold and pastries. They have a great happy hour 5 to 7pm with 2 for 1 cocktails and beers. Really great value for London. There is 24 he free coffee/tea facilities for guests here.
Fabulously located - only a 3 min walk to Westminister Abbey. 5 min walk to House of Parliament / Big Ben and the river and Buckingham Palace is about 15 min walk. Amazingly located. 1 block only from St James Park subway - a short walk away.
Would definitely stay again.
W. W.
Surprised at size of rooms but very comfortable and after initial shock have enjoyed our stay. Clean and tidy and staff very accommodating and friendly. Free coffee to residents a bonus and location is great for site seeing.
R. C.
Stayed for 2 days and loved it, only given 4 stars as app only worked on 1st day to control lights, heating etc.
Room was a good size, breakfast is extra so I didn't get it. Had a hand towel and 2 bath towels provided as well as 2 bottles of water.
Tea and coffee facilities are downstairs somewhere but I didn't look for them as not a tea or coffee drinker.
I love how easy it is to control the heating as well as the lighting for the room.
W. H.
Just great everything is there and personnel is very friendly. In the lounge nice comfortable seats to have your breakfast but also for a nice drink in the evening.
There was a fire alarm because someone thought it is funny to push it, everybody evacuated and the surprised crew handled it very professional.
D. T.
Probably one of them nicest hotels I've stayed in. The pictures online don't do it justice. Very modern and luxury feel to it. Loved the beds and the shower. The bar downstairs was really great a long with the happy hour and free cheese tray with a purchase of a drink
J. S.
Very efficient rooms. All that you need in a tiny room.
Decent price for a more than decent room.
Our room had a very modern and clever interior. Smart light, temperature and power.
I absolutely recommend this room if you are doing a (long) weekend in London.
C. L.
Staff friendly helpful and welcoming. Upon arrival we tried to use the self check in kiosk but apparently the room wasn't ready yet so the lady had to do it manually so don't know how easy these machines are to use. Rooms small but not cramped, clean and tidy, we had one of the smaller rooms for 2 people for 3 night and that was fine for our stay. Bed was comfy only downfall with the room was the headboard what controlled room features (air con, lighting, fan speed ect. Was too close to the pillows so we accidentally turned it on a few times in the evening. We had a room that's was on the ground floor and faced in to the centre so the was no view but this didn't bother us as the window was small anyway. Bathroom was big enough and shower was hot without any problems Complimentary tea including fruit teas and coffee in the bar area with the option to take to your room of you wish. Food basic such as sandwiches and toasties but reasonably priced and again able to take back to the room if you wish. Didn't have breakfast so wouldn't know what it was like but it wasn't expensive. One other thing that didn't work was the app. It didn't control the room and menus on there to download for the bar didn't download as in a invalid format. This is something that needs looking at as it was pointless. Location was also excellent just a few steps down the road from St James Park tube. Overall would definitely recommend and stop again especially if prices stop as low as they are.
M. S.
Location is great
Clean & nice decorated rooms
Staffs at the reception & the bar are friendly
Free coffee in the restaurant
Small rooms with no windows
No safe box
1 towel for 2 persons
No tea, Nescafe or cups in the room
Just 1 water bottle provided in the room during our 10 days staying.
Breakfast was just ok.
Recommended in general
E. M.
Wanna give it a 2.5 in reality. Smallest possible room, small bed, bathroom is literally inside the room within a glass booth. Technically pretty advanced, which was good. The service was atrocious which is one of the prime reasons for me to give a low rating. Rude and obnoxious characters working at the front desk all except one girl whose name I didn't catch, she was wonderful, her co worker was ok too. Those girls checked us in, aside from them the entire rest of the staff was unhelpful and rude, you're in the hospitality industry guys get it together. Bar was good, cheap drinks. Location was great and was the main reason for me to book the hotel. Will not stay there again personally, to each his own though
K. S.
Great stay and great value for money for central London
H. M.
A very clean and modern Premier Inn, with great facilities and lovely atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and I didn't have any issues whilst staying. Good access to underground and you forget that you are in the heart of London. Note, I wasn't paying so I cannot comment on value, but it is certainly a place I would recommend to stay in London.
K. T.
Newly opened but what a great experience. Fantastic location just couple of minutes away from St James Station. Modern facilities with on demand movies. Bed is comfortable and shower was powerful. Free coffee downstairs are wonderful. Staff is friendly and always helpful. Had a wonderful stay.
J. D.
Quirky little pods for rooms but just what you need if you are visiting London, you're not going to be spending long in the pod after all. Nicely finished, very modern and clean, comfy bed and good shower
J. H.
Really great compact rooms, everything you need without the wasted space. Who really sits at the desk in a conventional hotel room anyway? Free movies on the TV, a rain down shower head and a comfy double bed. All at a great price for central London.
A. S.
A great idea. User friendly use of technology and a clever use of space. The rooms are small, but don't feel it because of the innovative design. Very quiet too. Biggest drawback is having to disturb your partner in the night if you want to go to the loo - you won't manage it otherwise. This particular Hub is in a great area for bars and restaurants.
P. R.
Smart trendy place that had good service and high cleanliness standards throughout. I had the room with accessible bathroom for wheelchair lots of space. Very quiet room with perfect access to the Park and central London near Parliament.
M. W.
Nice place, decent price for how close you are to everything. They can store your luggage if you want, call taxis for you, bring pillows to your room etc. Plus the free coffee in the little lounge is a nice touch.
A. H.
Fantastic location. I had an accessible room, which was a typically sized room for a hotel. Friendly staff. Very clean. Good breakfast and only £6
S. C.
Really enjoyed the hotel. Need to pay for Breakfast but is only £6 and is high quality food. All you can eat bacon, sausages, and real scrambled eggs. Pastries, nice bread and free costa coffee. Not your usual cheap nasty hotel breakfast. Would rather pay for this quality than get a crappy almost inedible breakfast for free. Free latest movies in the room too. Which is a nice touch. No kettle in room, but free speciality tea bags and coffee in hotel lounge bar, no issues with taking it up to room. Lounge bar is modern comfortable and relaxing. Staff are lovely and helpful. Rooms a bit compact, but not an issue. Fancy touch screen controls on bed for lights heating etc. Would highly recommend hotel. Also if book far enough in advance get rooms really cheap.
C. W.
Excellent location. Very nice lounge cafe open till 2am which serves a very cheap (for London) and simple breakfast. Very modern room so the electronic controls won't be for everyone and there is no kettle but Costa coffee free and on tap downstairs
G. B.
It's a cheap and convenient option, very central. Get a bigger room, which is similar in size to what you get for much more money in London. However you get what you pay for: bathroom does not have a proper ventilation system which makes the room very humid, staff is ok at best, and they might lock you out of your room before checkout.
b. b.
Wonderful hotel. Decent sized rooms and good sleep gauranteed - and it's for sure :) loved the stay. There is a great restaurant at the ground floor. We need to either pre book for the breakfast or pay as you go. The best part is that the rooms were just very clean! The lighting in the rooms and the controls is another highlight! Well done Premier Inn. Will definitely recommend! ST James Square park station is just a couple of minutes walk. Amazing location too.
M. M.
I would definately recommend this place to anyone travelling to London to visit. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable. If you're in London to sightsee then who cares if the space is smaller than a regular hotel. You really only need a place to rest your head and shower
S. S.
Rooms are small but well thought out and represent excellent value for money. Really good service too: accommodated early check in and slightly late check out without any qualms at all. Would definitely stay here again.
M. M.
Great place to crash for a few nights right in the heart of town (The location is superb!). Capsule (small) rooms are well equipped for short stays will all mod cons and then some. Plug wall sockets with usbs built in and touch sensitive headboard room comfort controls are great touches. Touch screen widescreen smart tv is also a nice edition. Shower was excellent. Room was quiet, slept really well. Price was fair for location and quality of hotel. Recommended.
M. R.
An amazing place to stay in a super location. Darren provided the most amazing check in service. Kind, friendly and even delivered an extra bottle of water to my room for the guest. I would highly recommend the location with Westminster Abbey on your doorstep. You'll get a good sleep here too.
S. D.
Clean
Friendly staff
Good breakfast
Would stay again
s.
Very nice hotel and quite cheap for the city centre. Good transport connection in walking distance. Breakfast very cheap only 6 pounds but the range of food is not very wide. Helpful and friendly staff. No tea and coffee in the room but is available at the bar. For some people it may be a problem. A bit more tidy up in the rooms, everything is new and I think they miss attention to details. This is the reason I give 4 star.
S. P.
Ideal place to stay close to lots of London's attractions. Rooms maybe small but clean and everything you need. Nice place to have breakfast or evening drinks there as well.
S. R.
Excellent hotel. Friendly staff, free super fast WiFi. Rooms are modern with all amenities. Nice stand in showers. Stayed here twice now and would again. Beds were comfortable also.
M. J. S.
Great clean rooms and love the fact that you can change the lighting levels in the room from a little panel by the bed.
Only negative would be the unfortunate angle of the mirrors in every room meaning that once in the bed you can see directly into the bathroom. Also the TV doesn't pair to your laptop even after changing rooms this was still an issue (please fix It!)
Otherwise well worth it :)
J. D.
Had a fantastic 2 night stay here. Staff were great and the room was small but effective (it is a hub after all). My only bugbearer is that free coffee throughout the day is advertised, however this consists of barely warm muck from a thermos jug, whereas at breakfast they have the usual coffee machine available. Not sure why this is the case as the Dacre Street hub has the machine available all day.
But, reasonably priced, great location, great "lounge" :)
B. D.
Absolutely love this hotel. Convenient location, friendly staff, good price. The rooms are extremely comfortable and easy to use with a control panel (or app) to control the lights and heating. Would definitely recommend staying here and will be considering it again for future trips.
T. S.
Staff are great and nice. They allow me to check-in at 10am.
Room is compact and clean with a daily room make up. Lighting and aircon system is good.
Breakfast price is reasonable with the selections they provide.
R. W.
Located in the centre of many attractions. A great atmosphere in the hotel and the room was spotless with a great big bed. Breakfast was first class and freshly cooked. The staff were very smiley and friendly. Cannot speak too highly of this place.
S. R.
Friendly staff,great location good prices.
H. B.
Excellent venue and location for central London. Great value for money. Rooms have everything you need and very modern. Breakfast again excellent on both quality and value for money. Would definitely use a Hub again!!
M. M. (. M.
Great hotel. Small room, but it didn't matter as we only stayed for two nights also who ever spends time in the actual room if it's not for showering and sleeping.
Best location as it is near all the need be's in London!
Will book again!
S. I.
Fantastic customer service. The rooms are space efficient and cosy. Love the addition of water bottles and the friendly messaging on the extras such as bottles and cupboards. Great transport links (underground is a 2min walk away) and there’s a Pret a Manger just next door. This is my second time staying here and I’d thoroughly recommend it to anyone. Breakfast is top notch, too!
G. H.
5 star service, 5 star feel, 5 star tech, 2 star price. Couldn't be more happy with our little pod room, very comfortable, larger than other pod rooms I've stayed in, no compromise on comfort or on shower facilities and the breakfast was incredibly good value for money, and most importantly tasty. The atmosphere of the hotel was lovely, and the staff were great. Please open more Hubs premier Inn!!!
J. W.
We stayed in a standard room for 4 nights.
Even tough the space is limited, I think it’s completely adequate for a city trip.
We are a young couple and only used the room for sleeping, showering and changing clothes.
Never the less there are one or two negative points.
The modern room and the managing of the light and the air conditioner is great, sadly I couldn’t manage it trough the phone app.
The bathroom is really okay for 2 persons. The only thing was, that there hasn’t been a glass or something for our toothbrushes. In the room are many many plugs, even for a usual usb cable. But if you have foreign plugs, you have to bring your own adapter.
The breakfast was really good for 6£. Not what we are used to in Germany, but for that price, really good.
We were able to check in at night, which was also awesome.
But the best point of that hub is the great location. 1min away from the next underground, 2mins to the next bus station and 2 mins away from Westminster abbey.
The rooms were quiet and clean. Thanks!
P. D.
Actually quite comfortable, and very conveniently located. The service is great, and their breakfast is quite decent. The staff are very friendly and offer great service. Definitely value for money option in central London.
D. M.
Lovely friendly staff who made us feel welcome when entering. All you can eat breakfast for £6 is an absolute bargain. The rooms aren't enormous, but you don't go to London to stay in a hotel room.
I'd highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a weekend break. The Underground is 2 minutes away (St. James's Park) and you're smack bang in the middle of London.
15 minutes from Buckingham Palace, 10 minutes from the Houses of Parliament. My next trip to London I'll be staying here again.
K. M.
Lovely hotel and the staff couldn't be any more of a help! Our check in wasn't till after 2 pm and we were walking around London at half 6 am so went to see if we could put our bags in at least and they checked us into our room!! More than 7 hours early. Annoy fault the hotel. Loved it
L. E.
Had a great stay - lovely rooms, cosy but very high tech, clean and modern. Great price for the area too. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again.
S. G.
Good for an overnight stay. Rooms are compact but cleverly arranged. Didn't have breakfast but at £6 all you can eat looked good value for money. Free wifi and tea/coffee .
D. W.
Really good value hotel. Stunning facilities in room, nice rainforest type shower. Good selection of TV and mood lighting. This Hub has a bar unlike others. Free Costa tea and coffee from linked bar.
This is my 3rd Hub stay and first here. For its value I would say this could be 4 star hotel!!
P. S.
It was a truly modern place. The technology however does not make up for the lack of services. They did not provide toothbrushes or toothpastes and the cleaning of the room was not a satisfactory as I would have expected it to be. I did like the Wi-Fi here and the bed comma despite how small it looked on the photo. Overall I liked this place and it was indeed a special experience to say the least.
L. t.
We stayed here for 2 nights. We love that the location is so central. The attractions are just minutes away by foot. The room is small but really clean. I would definitely stay here again.
M. S.
Pleasant staff, very enjoyable lounge, relaxed atmosphere. Close to tube, sights etc. Rooms are great if all you need is a bed and shower. Hubs are perfect for short London breaks.
R. N.
Great location in the heart of London. Parliament Square, Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, London Eye etc are all within walking distance. Not cheap but probably offers best value for hotel in London. Rooms are small and basic but perfectly adequate.
P. W.
Super base in London. The staff were all very helpful and pleasant. Room clean well designed although compact. One little point if your vegetarian there is fruit, yoghurt and toast but if require fried hot breakfast then only 3 items bacon, sausage or scrambled egg. No tomatoes, beans or hash browns so disappointed
A. F.
Simple but effective, low cost space saving rooms in heart of Westminster 1 minute from the Abbey & Thames. Lounge bar serves simple light bite meals & drinks. Staff could not be more helpfull, we arrived at 09:30 just hoping to leave luggage then check in later but rooms were ready so able to put luggage in room and relax before hitting the sights. Just one negative due to height of beds shorties need to bring steps.
J. M.
Loved this place. Would highly recommend it. Room more than big enough. Plenty of storage space. Breakfast was excellent. So handy to London sights. We walked to the London Eye and Westminster and Buckingham palace from here. Handy to the tube approx 2min.
B. E.
This is not The Strand or The Savoy - but you properly already know that when you book the hub and see the price for a stay in central London. This is by far the 'best value for money'-hotel in London I have ever stayed at. Small but clean rooms, new furnitures, great style and excellent service. When traveling alone or without children this is my new favorite home in London.
D. W.
Love this place. It reminds me of Tokyo. Small perfectly formed rooms with a bit of tech. I would say these are for the modern traveler as opposed to traditional. Old skoolers will ve sadly dissappinted with certain aspects. For example a glass surrounded bathroom around(frosted) but let face it, it doesnt hide all visability or sound haha.
I think its great and good qaulity for the lrice and location. The attached bar/cafe is really good too with a nice breakfast.

Great experience. Very centrally placed. Nice modern rooms with airco. Fab breakfast and staff are so helpfully and friendly. They all make you feel very welcome and look after you with a smile.
M.
Location location location. Walking distance from major tourist spots with a tube station just a few blocks away. The room was compact but the lay out doesn’t make you feel cramped. The staff were all very friendly and so helpful.
M. C.
Great hotel on a budget! We really liked how conveniently located was it and we would definitely choose it again. The only thing is that they could be more accommodating with early check ins or late check outs, considering that the hotel never seemed 100% full.
J. S.
The place is quite modern with a great use of space. Big LCD screen, big bed with thermal blankets and a tiny blowdryer available. Unfortunately, the room is sound proof only from the outdoor noise but not through the rooms, as we could constanly hear pipes opening/closing on next door's. If you already use ear plugs at night, you should be fine though.
A. I.
This hotel is really central to everything. The rooms are small but have everything you need and they were modern and very very clean. The breakfast is great value. I would not hesitate to use this hotel again great quality and excellent value
S. K.
Rooms fine, needs to have better gluten free options for breakfast.
K. T.
I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Very cheap, rooms are lovely, clean, great location. Be warned, the rooms are small. But if you want cheap, good and central this place is for you!
I would recommend planning where you eat as the food in the evening, should you need it, is not amazing.
a. w.
Amazingly high standard mini room for short breaks and business trips. Why do you need a big room?it had what I needed and was bang up to date. Loved the lounge as well.
V. F.
Stayed here on the second night it was open. Staff were amazing... so bubbly and friendly!!! Must say a special thanks to Darren, Ava and Shah!! You certainly made us feel welcome!!
Few issues with the heating controls on the first night of our stay but all resolved for the second night.
The hotel is perfectly located for sightseeing... and so easy to get to being a 2 minute walk from st James park tube station...we were in the hotel bar for half price cocktails 30 mins after arriving at Euston!!
I would definitely book a Hub hotel again in London without a doubt!!
A. D.
Good bar/restaurant. Clean modern rooms, small but comfortable.
G. T.
Great hotel, great location. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Rooms can be a mission to find as theres lots of little corridors...breakfast is very good value!
D. G.
Pretty modern hotel on the average hotels thats iut there. Decent rooms and bathroom. Size is ok but its good for the price in thay area. Poor phone reception(might be my phone only?). However comes with an attached bar on the ground floor.
J. C.
Clean, friendly and perfect position for our weekend.
J. E.
My room was small but comfortable. The bed and bedding were great. Very modern decor. Spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and very helpful.
S. H.
Yes! This is what hotels should be. I've stayed in a lot of hotels in London and other places and this is the best non-luxury hotel I've ever stayed in. Near perfection. 1 suggestion would be add a couple of towel hooks for wet towels in the bathroom but I'm nitpicking now! Also your android app doesn't download as per my photo
S. W.
Excellent service from the staff. Very friendly, very helpful, cheerful at all times. The hotel is exactly what one needs for a short stay in the capital, perfectly comfortable for the time spent in the room. The location is perfect for getting about.
F. M.
Central location, nice rooms. A bit tiny but very well designed. Good, abundant breakfast. Can be good value for the money if booked in advance.
T. M.
Woken from midnight and throughout the night as every time another room flushed their toilets we were woken by loud gurgling from the drains had to put earplugs in but they barely deafened the sounds. Don't stay in room 101. Shame as place was clean and staff friendly. And eat and drank here too. Reported noise to reception staff upon departure and advised them not to allocate room 101.
S. T.
Really nice hotel. Rooms are perfect for 1 or 2 people with a bit of touch technology for room controls. The bar and resturant is nive and only offers light bites. But with lots ofnplaces to eat in the area this is no problem The location is great for exploring the main parts of london. Stayed for 5 nights and service with a smile everyday
M. G. A.
One guy from the staff was incredibly nice and gave us food after closing hours because our online food order didn't arrive despite us paying for it. The hotel was as usual with Hub, which is bang for buck, but this guy from the staff alone deserves the 5 stars. (our stay was over Christmas)
R. N.
I really loved staying here, it was just a neat little futuristic room with all the basics you could need for a night or two away.
I stayed in an accessible room, so not sure if the standard is the same throughout but I loved the wetroom style bathroom, and the bed was comfy enough.
J. H.
Very enjoyable stay. Clean modern room - small with little view but adequate for a business overnight. Very central. Good breakfast. Pleasant staff.
A. B.
Stayed in the hub by Premier Inn for a few nights while visiting London. Was very impressed with the hotel, it's a great concept! Everything was new, modern and how a hotel in the 21st century should be. The standard double room is small but perfectly formed with everything you need and is the perfect place to crash after a day round the sights of the city. The prices for breakfast (£6 each) was very reasonable and I would recommend adding that onto your booking... You get free coffee and tea at the hotel throughout the duration of your stay and the prices at the bar were great, with a 241 happy hour on a selection of cocktails. All the staff were fantastic and always had a smile on their faces. Location wise this was perfect to explore the city, 3mins walk from St James's underground and about 10mins to Westminster bridge. Will definitely be staying here again when we go back to London.
K. M.
Everything was fantastic, don't go expecting Premier Inn Hotel. This is hub by Premier Inn which is a concept hotel, smaller rooms but full of great space saving storage, tech, and location was perfect for sightseeing but also quiet enough. All you can eat breakfast was great, free coffee and tea 24/7 for guests beside bar (self service)
O. W.
Nice modern room, however was very small compared to normal premier Inn rooms. Also no window. Be warned hardly any twin rooms so if this is important go elsewhere. Breakfast was lovely though.
L. H.
Clean, great shower and comfy bed. Had to ask for extra pillows and no tea/coffee in room but really helpful staff. Great location and quiet rooms. Would stay again
C. D.
The room would have been great if it hadn't been in a mobile phone signal black spot and the WiFi was working. Unfortunately it was and the WiFi seemed to be continously crapped out. The cooked breakfast was cooked well just a lack of choice and there was only granola and coussants so a bit of a disappointing choice. Having said all that the staff were friendly and helpful. The room itself was just what you need if your on a short city break and are only using it as a staging point and somewhere nice to sleep etc.
J. F.
The breakfast period seemed very busy but the staff did a very good job and were very helpful and polite especially Dan and Sadique Amhed.
L. S.
Spot on location for London and getting about. Only one downside for me is that no hot drink making facilities in your room. You can make one downstairs in the bar. But then you've got to get dressed lol. It's great work work or the odd nights stay
J. A.
Fantastic budget hotel in Central Westminster. Couldn't fault my cosy room for 1 and loved the free movies on demand. No kettle etc in room but access to free Costa machine in bar.
J. T.
Very clean and modern, compact but with all the room facilities required for a short stay in London. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. An excellent location within the capital.
H. M.
Great location for getting anywhere in london. Nice compact rooms with all the things you need (no tea/coffee in the rooms thoygh you get those free downstairs). Good breakfast.
All in all a great place to stay.
J. M.
Rooms were immaculate, staff was absolutely wonderful and nice, breakfast was good too! I loved that for 100 pounds a night we could see the towers of Westminster abbey! Stones throw away from the abbey and the metro! Whenever I come back to London, I know where my next stay will be!
L. M.
Checked in earlier than expected. Front of house staff were amazing, especially Sophie. She defenitly went that extra mile and really made our stay fab. Great location and rooms clean and beds so comfy
J. S.
Good value for money, rooms are small but good quality. If you're just looking for a base to have stuff whilst you explore the city it's perfect. Excellent location.
A. J.
The Hotel offered convenience of location and ease of use when checking in, staying and checking it. The restaurant downstairs and attached to the hotel was perfect for evening and morning offerings. I'd absolutely book again to stay so conveniently in Westminster Abbey.
R. I.
Decent little hotel. Small rooms which pointlessly had no outside window. We could though see into another room which isn't used that does have a window. Don't know why they just didn't make the room longer. No iron but plenty of ironing boards. The associated app for the room didn't work. The TV didn't respond to the remote unless you turned it off at the wall.
F. K.
Lovely clean hotel, easy to find, friendly staff.
C. J. C.
Excellent hotel - good price. Small rooms but they are functional and comfortable. An absolute gem amidst the many bad hotels across London
N. A.
Amazing hotel is a great location. WiFi is excellent (very fast and free), beds super comfy and rooms very nicely designed.
Had great service at check in, friendly and welcoming, will definitely return for sure.
J. F.
We had a great experience here. Very central to most London hotspots. Hosts Ahmed and Banu were very attentive and courteous throughout our stay. The rooms are snug but very well laid out and convenient. We had a fire alarm go off whilst sleeping and that sucked because youre disoriented in a dark room with an alarm that deafens you. Theres a pub attached to this Inn as well. And almost every door is key coded so security is not an issue
R. L.
Great location.
Super friendly and helpful staff.
Very clean.
The rooms are small, but you expect it and it has everything you need - hairdryer, USB sockets, Apple TV, free WiFi, hangers etc.
Can't fault it
J. B. o. t. g.
Very close to st James station and easy walking to many of the big London attractions. Rooms are small and compact with a large tv with freeview channels. A handy app is available from the internet to use in the room for heating and tv controls..breakfast is available(Buffett style) for £6 which consisted of bacon eggs sausage breads jams porridge fruit and pastries ..even though no coffee facilities are in the rooms unlimited coffee or hot drinks are freely available from the restaurant area.also in the evening a complementary cheese board with crackers and pickles was on offer to guests . The staff on all levels were very friendly and helpful. The only downside for us was the fact the bed was fitted into a space and against the wall which made it awkward if the person near the wall needed to get up.
A. P.
Nice weekend place to stay when visiting London
N. D. H.
Very clean, nice hotel. We slept well and breakfast was good. The room and smart lighting system looked pretty modern, too.
R. P.
Rooms compact but nice and clean. Staff very helpful and attentive. Breakfast really good diet £6.
E. C.
Fab place for ease of access to city. 7 members of family stayed here Marathon weekend. Helpful staff, clean rooms and great little eatery...breakfast was excellent, loved the self service, price was unbeatable
J. A.
Cool rooms in a great central location, small but perfectly formed with everything you need.. Table pulls out at the end of the bed for laptop workspace. Under bed storage for luggage etc..
D. I.
Great location in London with lots of sights nearby (St. James's Park, Buckingham Palace, Big Ben and London Eye to name a few). Room is a little small but very comfortable and cool technology. Shower is nice and hot.
S. J.
This hotel is in such a good location, extremely close to Westminster abbey and close to Westminster. The hotel is a one minute walk away from St James' Park underground station, it's on the same road which makes travelling incredibly easy. The check in service is fast and simple and the staff are very helpful and greet you as soon as you arrive. The rooms are cosy and clean and have everything you need. The wifi is actually good and the Tv has iplayers and youtube on it. If i were to stay in London again i will 100% be choosing to stay in this hotel again.
K. M.
Because of the compact rooms, the beds are positioned with one side against the wall so that means any visits to the bathroom during the night means disturbing your partner by having to climb over them. Food a little limited at breakfast, (no baked beans available. Sacrilege!)
N. H.
Let me start my review by telling you I'm fat. I like food, I like beer and indulge excessively. If you want to fat shame me, then go ahead. After all, I'll be the one eating a tasty meat and potato pie with a few pints whilst you're nibbling on leaves and sipping water. I pay plenty of income tax and private medical insurance so I am content I'm no burden on the NHS.
Anyway, back to the room. Full marks for cleanliness and the pod you get is most adequately equipped. The bed was firm and comfortable, everything spotless and there's Smart tv with all the info you need plus ability to cast your phone to it, as did I to watch some canal boating vlogs. The air conditioning and fancy control panel means you can set the temperature as you wish and block out any noise from outside in central London. That's a big plus for me as I've stopped many places centrally where you've had the choice of sweltering to death or having your ears assaulted by central London traffic and noise.
The breakfast was decent enough but somewhat lacking in variety. You've got all your fancy continental stuff but when it comes to a proper breakfast there's only scrambled egg, bacon and sausages. No fried bread, no mushrooms, no beans, no tomatoes, no black pudding.
Anyway, back to the room. One side of the room is a panel of glass. This came to my attention when I went to drop the kids off at the pool and noticed I could see the football on tv reflected on the panel so I could continue to watch whilst crimping a length off my dirty spine. The toilet flush is a bit on the average side and it took quite a few flushes to make Bungle's finger disappear.
Now let's move on to the shower, which, to be honest, is my only criticism of the room. I can only assume it was designed by a midget as the fixed showerhead was just about touching my head. Being 6'4" in height is not unusual these days so these need fixing higher. But my real problem came before that when trying to get in to the blasted cubicle. I checked that the sliding door was fully open as the access between the wall and screen was just about sufficient for Karen Carpenter to squeeze through. Not wishing to be defeated, or indeed, wanting to smell like a tramp, I used my ingenuity to squeeze in. A liberal coating of shower gel and a huge sucking in of my stomach allowed me to squeeze through the gap in to the not very high shower. The water was, however, warm and plentiful. So a reasonable shower until the moment came to get out. I had a few choices; wait until I'd lost weight (could take weeks), wait until the cleaners discover me and hope they don't mind me asking for help with my bollocks dangling somewhere around my knees or try and smash the screen. But there's another option. I got in here by aid of lubrication so I must be able to get out. So it's back on with the shower gel, suck in the gut and squeeze out. I manage to extricate myself but I'm now covered in lime shower gel so spend the next half hour trying to wash it off in the tiny sink.
All in all, a pleasant stay but I'll lose five stones before I ever visit again.
T. C.
Excellent for price, clean and modern. Would stay again.
S. M.
The room was nice and the bed comfortable, but there was only one large towel. A kettle in the room would have been a good bonus. Good location and friendly staff.
M. K.
Great room for me and the boyf where we want to come back late and be up early! Used twice now and will use many more as it’s so central
A. F.
Having to be in London so often these days this gem has become a home away from home for me. The rooms are charming. The staff are wonderful with particular emphasis on the Irish barmanb - keeps me well supplied with wine whilst i work!! Totally essential obviously 🙄😂
F.
If you care about a cheap and central hotel in London it is a perfect fit for you. If you care about windows, it is not, aß the rooms have none. Beakfast has a lot of choise and it tastytasty and also the 2-4-1 cocktails are nice.
A. W.
Loved the location! Rooms were tight, but very modern. Perfect for a short stay or if you don’t need all the extras.
R. H.
Great to find something in London that doesn't cost a fortune, close to a couple of nice pubs and places to eat. Rooms are small but you're in London so why are you in your room! Located really close to Westminster and short walk to the Mall and parks. Tube and buses just around the corner.
M. T.
Conveniently located in the heart of Westminster, a very short walk from St James Park underground train station and within distance of Big Ben and everything else around Westminster.
The Hub chain of hotels are owned by Premier Inn so you’re assured of s great night’s sleep but in a more modern environment.
If you haven’t stayed in a Hub Hotel before, the rooms are small, deliberately so but don’t let this put you off. They’re great!
M. W.
Excellent position for Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, Houses of Parliament and London Victoria train station. Good price but tea's and coffee are down in the lounge and not in the room.
C. R.
Clean and reasonably price great location would recommend
A. V.
Great service, location, and rooms. Lovely bar/cafe attached to the hotel. I would recommend and would come back again. Only downside, rooms are a bit small, but everything else was great.
k. m.
The rooms are clean & as long as your happy to have just a bed & bathroom its perfect, the bar\restuarant downstairs is welcoming & the staff are very helpful..we stayed for 3 nights just to be local to the city centre whilst we didnsome sightseeing, it was perfect..
M. S.
Exactly as a city hub hotel should be. Clean and comfortable rooms, great location, and nice lounge for the evening time. Breakfast at £6 is very well priced and really good quality
S. K.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Very central location, perfect for visiting all the sites in central London. Unfortunately my room wasn't very clean and there was no window in the room.
D. B.
GENEROUS! Hub hotels offer the best in tech, comfort, experience and affordability. Wish they were over in the States. Special shoutout to Banu, the front desk woman, who made us feel safe and cared for while simultaneously being a fun badass. She obviously worked hard to remember every guest as individuals and ensure they were taken care of.
L. M. D.
Nice and clean, lovely staff. Rooms are very compact but perfect for stop and drop. Still think you could squeeze a kettle in!
S. 2.
Enjoyable stay at Hub by Premier Inn Westminster Abbey. The location is fantastic, two minutes from St James Park tube station and two minutes from Westminster Abbey.
Check in was easy using the self service machine but pleasant staff were on hand if you got stuck. The rooms are obviously quite small but have everything you would need and our clean, full of mod cons and very pleasant.
One disappointing element of my stay was the BBC iPlayer not working on the smart tv, but that was a very minor issue. The bed was comfortable and I had a very good night's sleep with virtually no noise from the corridors.
V. D.
Great hotel in the centre of London. Ideally located, lovely staff, great facilities, nothings too much trouble. Breakfast was really nice and great value for money. Definitely recommend and will be returning.
G. N.
Perfect for a short city break stay!! Great location and lovely staff :)
C. V.
Great location. Atmosphere was good. Great services. Parking was available. Room was beautiful with comfortable furniture. WiFi was available. Staff were professional.
Y. K.
Nice cosy (small-ish) rooms, with smart controls for air conditioner, lights, Do Not Disturb and so on. TV has iPlayer and YouTube apps and some decent, recent movies available for free. Overall very impressed
J. G.
Very nice, good value for be London. Room small bit like a cruise ship cabin but has everything you need good bed and good shower.
M. S.
Very good hotel. Rooms are tidy and spacious in their way. Window can not be opened. Fresh air is blowing 24/7. Shower was wonderful!
E. M.
Fantastic value for money. Room is very small as advertised but perfect as a base for a weekend of sight seeing. Will definitely stay here again!
S. C.
Great location, fair sized room and great customer service. The free WiFi was a great bonus! Only downside was the breakfast having a smaller selection than usual. But apart from that it was a great stay.
L. W.
I went with a colleague and a resident of The Anne Sullivan Centre for Deafblind People, so we could take the resident to a musical, and let her have a really positive life experience on her first visit to London. The staff were exemplary, and I would like, in particular, to thank Towhida, who ensured that our stay was facilitated to the smoothest degree possible. Given that the person we accompanied has particular needs that require special attention, this help was particularly valuable and contributed to making our stay really smooth, and very enjoyable. Many thanks to the staff here. An excellent experience and one I would happily repeat.
P. M.
Love this hotel. Staff great, prices great, and s big comfy bed. Not concerned about small room as out and about London. Will return.
J. F.
Love the hub hotels, compact but comfortable room with everything you need.
Staff were friendly and helpful, and it's perfectly located for lots of tourist attractions.
A. T.
Loved, loved the Hub!! Location is amaizing! It's 2 minutes from Westminster Abbey and maybe 40 steps from St. James park underground station. Hence 5 minutes from park it self.
Room is simple, but what else do you need?! Bed is very comfortable, shower is big enough!
Really handy: a "normal" European socket!
You could watch tv, but also had new movies on it (no commercials :) )
Breakfast was ok.
Room might be too small if you stay for longer than 5 days, there is two of you ans you are planning to stay days inside. But for weekend away it is perfect! Deffinatly 5 start!!!
c. t.
Great location , good price , nice rooms , awful WiFi.......
K. R.
Brilliantly located, perfect for us, walk to Hyde Park for the Neil Young/Bob Dylan concert 20 mins, Westminster Cathedral 5mins, good clean functional room, lovely shower and comfy bed, good help yourself breakfast £6, free tea n coffee all day, happy friendly staff, always willing to help, would certainly use again.
J. B.
Very good hotel, modern, clean, compact, comfortable, friendly staff. Good position for all tourist needs. Would definately use again as very well priced for London.
C. S.
Lovely hotel. The rooms were extremely well planned and everything is in the right place. Check in was a breeze. Close to many of the attractions. I’ll definitely go back.
K. L.
Decent sized room, cozy, good location
b. h.
It is so close to Westminster abbey. Location is perfect. To get to main London sites is very easy. Tge rooms a new, fresh, coizy. Staff is nice and polite. Pretty good continental breakfast for 5 pounds. Check in is after 2 p.m. But the hotel has really nice lounge hall wikth wifi and charges. Best hub ever! Highly recommended!
N. D.
Staff are very helpful. Location is ideal. Rooms (I had the "larger" room) are not very large at all, and not even a glass available. I had to ask for one at the bar in order to take some medication
K. E.
Clean, comfortable and modern, everything you need for a pleasant one night stay in london. Friendly staff. Easy check in. Nice cafe/bar.
A. R. P.
Top! Very clen, kind people, cosy rooms and a very good breakfast. Very well located, just 3 minutes walk from Big Ben and Westminster Abbey.
C. S.
Really great location and attentive staff. Delivery of food from outside restaurants is even possible. Comfortable beds and very clean, would definitely stay here again when in London.
D. L.
Amazing hotel in the heart of Westminster! Loved it. The room was amazing, on the 6th floor! More of a tech / gadget hotel but great stay. Will definitely be back.
L. G.
Great Location with a minimalistic pub lounge. Rooms are quaint but fairly roomy and comfy for UK avwrage standards. Reasonably costed for the area, considering you are mere stwps away from Westminster Abbey and the St. James Underground Station. Easy access to Heaththrow, Leicester Square, Camden Markets, to name a few via tube.
P. G.
Lovely place to stay and near to Westminster Abbey. I arrived early and was offered a room, which was great as usual. Lovely polite staff too.
A. C.
Lovely rooms lovely staff nothing was touch trouble for them. Breakfast was nice but could of done with a choice of cereals. Will defo stay there again .
Q. B.
Nice place. The bigger rooms are nice but none have kettles in them nor do they have fridges... That's a pretty basic thing to me.
k. h.
Perfect location, friendly staff, comfortable rooms. Will stay again!
s. t.
Perfect hotel in great location. Friendly attentive staff and great breakfast. Great nights sleep. European staff working hard and smiling throughout 👍🏼
L. W.
Love staying here, clean, modern, fab breakfast and friendly staff. Excellent location, with St.James underground at the end of the street and Westminster a few minutes walk away too.
A. F.
Good place to stay for a couple of nights or when you are staying over for work ...a tad on the warm side but you can control the temperature in the rooms breakfast is good too but very busy sometimes limited tables.
R. T.
Space age stuff! Small rooms but then, you're in the greatest city in the world so who needs a big one? Great location, reasonable price and everything you need- quiet with a comfy bed!
M. S.
The room was really nice. Entertainment centre was great. It was easy and fast checking in. However the room did not have complimentary tea and hot chocolate hence -1 star.
A. P.
I stayed one week..excellent and very clean rooms, the staff is friendly and always willing to offer you a pleasant stay..my congrats especially to Youssef, who is really professional and excellent at his job! I definitely recommend it and I will visit again
A. S.
Clean and quiet room. Everything you need for a few day trip to London. Helpful staff. Smart tv and good range of movies.
G. S.
Excellent option for one or two nights away. My new go-to hotel when I'm in town for concerts. Easily accessible on the tube, only a short walk from St James Park Station.
A. R.
Excellent location, good service. Rooms are small but perfectly formed and thought out. Limited breakfast options but still good value for the area.
T. L.
Excellent and modern Hotel, rooms are not so Big but very clean and well equipped 👍location is perfect just a few steps from next underground station and close to inner city...very friendly and helpful staff at the bar....bar has open until late night so when pubs closed you can have a drink there as well 😁 Breakfast is very good and all there you need for a good start...can recommend this Hotel and will be back for sure 👌
T. R.
For the price, you can not complain. Small rooms but very clean an up to date. Even use Samsung screen casting which is a bonus!
K. Y.
Only ideal for overnight stay. Very small rooms. Comfortable beds. Excellent value breakfast menu.
M. H. J.
Very nice hotel. The rooms are really small but very well designed. They are modern and clean. The location is perfect.
J. K.
The room is pretty small. The good thing is that it seems very new and have smart design for hidden storage. The wifi is unbelievably FAST! I'd come again.
J. M.
Modern tidy rooms. Good breakfast selection. Can get busy for seating at times. No real evening meal options however.
E. M.
Very good hotel in a very good location. The only things that I can complain about is the lack of a bin outside the bathroom and the slight gap between the bathroom door and the wall, but that's just nitpicking.
S. B.
Really love it here, the standard rooms are a little small though perfect if you are staying on your own. Could do with more hanging space too and maybe a mini fridge for water.
A. J. S.
Rooms a bit small but very comfortable bed. Great shower. Breakfast is ok but no vegetables.
C. F.
Place is very modern and clean.
Room was very clean and air conditioning unit worked on very hot day, which was a life saver. No decent views.
J. W. P.
The price is great and the location is fantastic. The rooms are small but adequate. With this location you won't spend much time in the room anyway.
D. R.
I think this is a really cost effective way to visit London and I would highly recommend it for a night over in London
L. D.
Great location. All you need in a room when youre not going to be spending that much time in it! Friendly staff. Cant go wrong with any of the Hub hotels.
C. H.
Great places to use for a quick stop over if you've got any business in London. No frills but absolutely does the job as long as you don't need lots of space brilliant place to stay.
d. c.
Lovely place to stay right next to Westminster lovely area as a lovely bar to it but breakfast very limited rooms very small some have no windows rooms very modern some might like them but we did not staff friendly but loved were it is
P. V. D. F.
We had a delightful stay at Hub Westminster Abbey. Staff was very helpful, breakfast was delicious. It was great value for money !
P. B.
Reasonably affordable hotel in central London. My room was clean and well maintained. Small rooms but space is well utilised.
Z. H.
Good value, good location. Rooms are small but have everything you need for a short stay. Will definitely use again.
J. I.
Fantastic place, just a few hundred yards from Westminster Abbey. Great staff on reception were very helpful. Would definitely stay there again when in London
F. C.
Nice modern environment, rooms not too large but very well appointed. great breakfast.
L. R.
Fantastic value for money. Comfortable beds, great breakfast and 241 cocktails with complimentary cheese plate. What's not to like! 👌👌👌
A. C.
Amazing location for a short stay in London. Rooms are small but clean and the bed was very comfy.
A. B.
If your looking for somewhere to sleep, you can't go wrong. The mazelike corridors, quirky rooms and generic breakfast arnt going to keep you there, but then it's location means there plenty around to fill what it's lacking.
H. Y. T.
Great customer service and everything in the room was perfect. Thank you!
J. B.
Amazing location - lovely rooms, not too small and full of clever touches - all staff were really friendly and welcoming
K. K.
Great City Hotel, nice modern design, Breakfast great value, very nice shower, Bar is sweet! Best: staff is super awesome, Shoutout to Ava at the reception!
J. K.
Great spot next to the tube and close the Big Ben and Buckingham Palace. Rooms are very nice, expect it to be small just like most hotels like it around London.
G. M.
Superb location, friendly team and outstanding facilities, small rooms but they have everything you need. Very techy, feels like a student residence from the future.
S. B.
Great location. Though the rooms were small, they were serviceable. The bed was freakishly comfortable.

Obviously small rooms but all you would want while visiting London. Very modern with latest entertainment systems and electronics. Very close to all amenities.

The best location in London. Great budget. Good rooms. A little tiny but worth it
