Not a hotel patron, but stopped by to the terrace. Staff were attentive and knowledgeable, drinks well mixed and delicious - best dry and perfect Manhattans I've had in London. Great atmosphere, attentive but discreet service. Well pitched cigar menu at surprisingly generous prices (mark-ups very reasonable). Must add that the overhead heaters worked brilliantly.
J. F.
A gorgeous cigar terrace with a decent cigar selection and knowledgeable waiters. The food was tasty as well and so was the whiskey. I would definitely recommend a visit!

Amazing service, very personal touches, and a great night sleep! From the moment you step inside the hotel, you’re greeted, and the staff are attentive and can’t do enough for you (it smells nice everywhere too)! Nice clean room, with quality bedding and nice size bed. VERY quiet, (even with the air con on), and even with a busy road outside, you can’t hear a thing at night! We will be staying again I’m sure!

For a 5 star Hotel, left a lot to be desired. Quality and price of food unbelievable, bad that is, certainly not value for money. Having been going there for a number of years it is a shame it has come to this.
A. I.
Great location. Staff were all super friendly. If I could change anything the bread choices at breakfast could have been better and the club lounge snacks were not as impressive as other Hyatt’s and didn’t offer gluten free options.
R. A.
Outstanding hotel.. however breakfast is not a buffet where u can take food someone has to put food for u ..and if u order salmon egg Benedict u have to pay extra
S. S.
The hotel is in a great location the lounge and the seating area is fantastic and very cosy the The reception staff and the concierge are very quick and friendly the only point I would like to point is the Porter/ door man I had one of them demanding tips..!!! And he was actually angry because I haven’t got cash..

Luxurious and grand hotel that combines sharp design with comfort and quality. Really enjoyed our stay. Chic and spacious room - and Japanese toilet! Delicious breakfast Marta was very nice and helpful at the restaurant.
A. L.
Beautiful hotel, amazing breakfast, room service and friendly staff.

Decent hotel in Portman square. Good place to stay if one needs to be central

Amazing few days here. Great staff, nice room with the most comfortable bed. Shame the regency lounge was closed but they did a great job of making sure the benefits were available.

Had early supper at the Montagu kitchen pop-up alfresco dining. A limited menu of seafood and burgers are served on this nautically themed terrace. Always first class food and service. Whitebait and burgers were excellent. A free desert for a special birthday was a thoughtful touch.
J. B.
Always a lovely experience here. This is the best cigar terrace in London with a seemingly endless selection of drinks, great food and attentive service.

Lovely service, close to Oxford st. yet without the noise, good food - keep on the good work🌄

Stayed here in July 2021 for a few nights. The service was great, room clean and comfortable and Covid measures sensible. Nice view of Portman Square and very little/no road noise. The Regency Club was closed due to Covid but, to make up for this, the hotel put on an impressive breakfast in the restaurant each morning and a delicious selection of canapés in the bar in the evenings (served for each guest, not buffet). We stayed during a heatwave so having decent air-conditioning was a godsend. Looking forward to staying again sometime.

Thank you very much to the whole team for making our stay amazing. Arnaud, your personal touch was the best welcome we could have hope for.
To the guys at the bar and front office, thank you for accommodating our last minute requests. We really enjoyed spending some time immersed in the green of your private park on Portman Sq.
The cocktails we amazing too!

Had a premium suite. Great service and amazing room.
P. S.
All went well. Good service, good food and would go again tomorrow, but have another venue in a wood.

Spectacular location. Rooms are being updated and we were fortunate to get one of them. The bar is a great place to hang out and people watch before heading out for dinner.
The lounge is the ideal convenience to have for breakfast, tea during the day and canapes/wine in the evening. It is definitely worth the extra costs.
Great service!

We went for the weekend cocktail brunch - food was amazing, cocktails were amazing, great value and the staff were incredible. Thank you - we will definitely be back.

Clean Rooms. well stocked. Amazing outstanding service and staff. great location, just in the corner of oxford street and opposite to a nice small garden. Friendly staff and very welcoming, they would do anything to help you. very professional. I am definitely coming again!

One of the best hotels in the heart of London, right next to the Oxford Street.
A. A.
Beautiful!! Enjoyed a surprise birthday getaway. Decor was contemporary and spacious. Staffs were conversing throughout the time spent in the bar. Dinner menu was spoiling and the food was amazing. Not much of a view from the room but spent most of the night testing the bed! Overall the hotel was simply gorgeous. Next I have plans to stay in Hyatt Regency Birmingham again in April. Thank you Boo x

Absolutely breath taking!! Came along to a Youth Prevention/Beauty event the 2nd time around last November. The staff in this resort is truly one of the most professional team I have met throughout my travellings. The venue is just amazing, we had a fantastic time, and we will return without a question. Thank you

We stayed here for a weekend, and were not dissappointed. The rooms have a classic, tasteful style. Our room had a nice view to the park next door, which is reserved for the customers.
The bar has skilled and welcoming bartenders, and we ended up starting our evenings here. The food at the bar is decent, as you would expect.
The breakfast is truly epic, if a little costly. (Around 33£).
We had a great stay here and felt welcome.

Only stay here if you're a business traveler or aristocrat. Greeted warmly whenever in professional clothing; however, when I was not in business clothing and dressed smart casual, I was the only guest being asked by numerous employees if I was in the correct hotel; and when getting breakfast, or coffee in the lobby, I was repeatedly asked by employees to confirm my room number and surname. Thomas at the front desk was the sole bright spot in this regard. To be sure, the employees were very kind and professional while investigating whether I belonged in the hotel, but the repeated inquiries were exhausting. Everything from the hallways can be heard in your room. The location is great, but this hotel is incredibly overrated.
A. F.
Stayed here for two nights. The hotel is elegant but very formal. Well located good transport links and within easy walking distance from bars and restaurants. Our room was nice with a massive comfortable bed however at 7 in the morning they took all the empty bottles from the bar outside and there were road works going on all the time. We tried some bar food around 10:15 pm but they had already stopped serving. On upside the bar is beautiful, excellent service from Alex who makes great cocktails. Overall, the experience was nice and in spite of the niggles I would stay there again.

The venue for our company Christmas party and it's stunning. The decorations could not be more festive, the staff work very hard and are both attentive and friendly. We get buffet style food which always goes down well. Looking forward to next year.
A. A.
Great location.very clean. Comfy beds. Very small bathroom but sufficient. The toilet was one of those new "technical" ones that give option to heat the seat and spray water to clean the bottom ;)
Staff were very friendly but the concierge needs better attitude and knowledge.
D. W.
Good location staff very helpful the room was clean bed very comfortable but the bathroom was on the small size and the shower was disappointing
P. L.
Always a great time here, as much because the cocktails are expertly prepared as because the service is outstanding. The cocktail list varies by season and always includes originals with a variety of spirits, loosely organized around a Churchill theme. If you're staying in the hotel, they'll reserve a seat for you, which can be very handy on busy nights. If you're looking for a cocktail bar, this is it. Definitely not a pub.
A. J.
This hotel has AMAZING service! Supremely clean and very accommodating. Even though we only stayed one night it felt like we could stay forever. The bed was very comfortable and the concierge made a hand written note welcoming us for our anniversary. The breakfast was superb. Loved every minute!
R. R.
I had a very short stay after my flight was cancelled. They were very helpful, providing a complimentary toothbrush and paste. The room was very comfortable and quite dark with the curtains shut. The shower was pleasant, with the head in the ceiling so I could stand fully upright under it. Multiple plug types so I didn't need an adapter. Convenient walking distance to many restaurants too.
J. C.
Nicely upscale and a great location, although crowded. Rooms are tiny, it's a high volume operation not an intimate boutique property of course so with that in mind it's fine, although pricey for what it is both in terms of pounds or Hyatt points. The "gym" is substandard; basically a closet with some equipment crammed in. Nice lobby area although not conducive to congregating. Outdoor eating/drinking area is of course seasonal. Friendly staff. Covered dropoff.
J. W.
Good hotel. I spent three nights here. Nice breakfast. The restaurant at the hotel was good. I will surely be comming back again when I am again in Town. Polite staff.
l. b.
I went for meeting to this hotel. The staff were very friendly and polite. The atmosphere pleasant. I will go there again for another meeting. The Area for tea was very clean and also the ladies powder room.
I will definitely be recommending and taking my clients there again.
C. K.
Needed a hotel for the night when I came across this delightful place. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and well stocked. Great central local with good transport links.
L. P.
very good food was good staff excellent.

This is either my third or fourth lengthy stay at the Churchill, on business, and the second stay since the extensive renovations. The staff is top-notch. This hotel is great. It is a must stay if you are in London and need to be close to the center. This hotel is not cheap, but the staff truly makes the experience wonderful! There are not enough compliments that I can pay this hotel and the staff! They made my stay so lovely! You must stay here!
C. O.
Great hotel, centrally located & just a few minutes walk from Selfridges...this is where Dusty Springfield always stayed when she was in town...
D. B.
Lovely hotel staff friendly, quiet room lovely the bed was a bit soft for me
p. b.
Good central location in London, although parking facilities around the area are limited and expensive. Rooms are an average size for London but have a really luxurious feel. Bed is massive, soft and warm. Rooms are quiet. Technologically advanced toilet is a taking point too. We didn't use other facilities at the hotel.
S. A. S.
Nice hotel, we played music here for a wedding, the load in is easy and the function room is a good size
K. N.
Great hotel in a wonderful location in London. The staff are excellent and very efficient. They get you through check in and into the room in a reasonable amount of time.
The hotel is well maintained with small rooms but good sized for London. The restaurant and bar are very good as well. They have all the amenities of a top notch hotel including the spa and gym. Room service was efficient and the options were plenty.
Great location to explore the city or for business. Lots of taxis waiting immediately outside the hotel and Uber is easy to find.
c. m.
Great staff at reception and club lounge. I was upgraded to suite on 9th floor as I had my kids with me and they thought they would like room to run around. This is the only floor with a balcony. There is a play ground in a private "wood" /enclosed garden on the square they enjoyed almost as much as bubble bath and sweets from three bowls in the minibar area or the stream of food and drinks in the club lounge.
d. s.
Old hotel but updated rooms. Some places still outdated . I liked the easy access to the club lounge. Poor selection of breakfast options. Good selection of beverages. Worth the the lounge club access, but need refreshments for small in the lounge. Acceptable gym for casual workout .
T. M.
Loved the location of this hotel. The lounge on the 8th floor offers a good variety of drinks, and small food for happy hours. After drinks we had a lovely dinner in the restaurant. We were there during fashion week so the place was loaded with young and beautiful people.
A. C.
ATN Cars provide Airport transfers, Cruise port transfers and Tours to guests staying at Hyatt Regency London. It is very easy to pickup/drop of passengers at the entrance. Door staff is always helpful when a driver needs help locating a passenger. Heathrow is about 45 minutes taxi drive from this Hotel. One of the Best hotels in London.
S. S.
Consistent quality, hospitable, lively. They have serious problem for very long time with an out of order lift. Waiting time for elevators is way too long. There is significant room for improvement wrt adequate staffing of reception and Concierge desk. Restaurant and bar very good. The best asset of this hotel is the staff.
A. S. M.
Hotel is located just 1 block away from Oxford st. Rooms been renovated, they are clean and simple in lovely way. Staff and services always good, their standards never changed along the last 10 years. Prices are somewhat acceptable.
R. G.
Top service very happy for everything 🙌
M. R.
Never stayed here over night. The breakfast area is great and is a good place to meet business partners as there is plenty of space between tables, which allows for some privacy. The conference rooms and lunch arrangements are great. I appreciate the luxurious and classic design.
C. S.
We were there for our anniversary two weeks ago--they did a great job of making it a special occasion for us! Great location with easy walking/tube/bus lines to get anywhere you would like in London. Also liked the proximity to several parks which is great for a family. Terrific place to stay.
K. A.
Me and a girlfriend booked a table in the terrace bar for evening drinks - the drinks were lovely, alcohol free cocktails especially, and very friendly service but overall we were a little disappointed. If we visit again we'd choose to sit inside as this area had a nicer atmosphere, comfier looking seating and music playing. The themed summer terrace we'd chosen this bar to see hadn't quite captured the atmosphere of the Cuba theme (medeocre displays and no music) also I was surprised to realise it was next to the busy road so constant traffic noise and rowdy pedestrians (the website portrayed it visually a little differently).
We may not choose to visit again though as the toilets really were unpleasant - not the standard I'd expect from a venue you have to pay a minimum to reserve a table.
M. B.
Absolutely cannot fault this hotel. Beautiful throughout. Staff all attentive, friendly, enthusiastic, and keen to help. Tidy, clean, generally pleasant. The only downside was having only a single toilet on the 2nd floor for our conference, but the ground floor had plenty!
D. B.
I really rate this hotel. Very well organised. You can check out on your phone to avoid the crowd. There is a sense of occasion in the main foyer due to the high glass ceiling. . It has a very good bar too that was buzzing with atmosphere . Staff are professional and efficient
K. F.
The staff was generally great, especially at breakfast and the concierge. We stayed on the second floor and the bathroom was great. The Toyo WC is an awesome luxury. I thought breakfast wasn't consistent in quality over a stay of at least nine nights. I also think they should do away with the carpet in the room and replace it with more hygienic flooring. Housekeeping could have been better but generally the entire experience is what you would expect of a Hyatt establishment so we're happy to be there. Nothing beats a Hyatt bed.
Z. N.
Nice afternoon tea, the ambience was really good and the service was nice.
Keep in mind that the afternoon teas finish at 630pm and they don't remind you (not meant as a criticism), so get your refill requests in before then!
D. W.
Arrived during "The Beast From The East" snowstorm to a warm greeting. Was already checked-in thanks to the Hyatt app but had to do the checked-in but must check-in "dance"; it would be better when the hotel industry catches up with the airline industry in its use of technology. Hotel is calm and elegant. The room is clean, comfortable and warm. I'm able to use the Regency Club which is charming with friendly staff and a decent selection of snacks and drinks.
T. H.
Beautiful hotel in an excellent location. Top notch amenities. Hyatt Globalist and received an upgrade to an executive King suite for my one night stay. The room, as far as London hotels go, was massive. Will be back when i return to London.
S. H.
Located in a quiet area with shops and restaurants not too far off. I would love it if there was a nice Hyatt option a bit farther east, but this isn't a bad location. It's definitely the nicest Hyatt Regency I've stayed in, on par with Grand Hyatt quality. Room is reasonably sized but not massive. Bathroom is nice enough, with a really powerful shower. Only complaint is that there's really only a half shower door, so water gets everywhere. Bed is very comfortable. WiFi is fast. If you're looking for a Hyatt in London or a hotel in this neighborhood, this one's a good option.
A. C.
Although, we waited for two hours for the room. The place is lovely, clean and cosy. The cleaner forgot to refill the body soap but one of the staff asked me if I need anything, so I told them I need a body soap and then they provide us with loads of Molton brown soap which is great. Highly recommended.
E. M.
Lovely tea for two. Excellent service. Some could say £6 for a cuppa is a lot of money. But it is SO much more than just a cup of tea, I felt elevated to a higher linear plane, basking in the light reflecting off of the silver tea pot, where I was able to look down upon all those who wouldn't spend £6 on a cup of tea. Lovely.
D. C.
Beautiful hotel, lovely ambience, staff is very nice and friendly.

The Hyatt Regency London Churchill was our home base for 4-nights in London & is exactly what you would expect from Hyatt.
Great room, small bathroom with heated toilet seat 😊 a desk and great staff.
It’s a great location just 2-3 blocks from Hyde Park’s Marble Arch surrounded by restaurants and shops.
We were fortunate to have access to their Regency Lounge offering breakfast 7-11, beverages & snacks 11:30-5:00 and Canapés from 5:30-7:30 PM. We had access based on our Hyatt Rewards standing but it is available for a fee to all guests, I believe. The evening offering was more than sufficient as our evening meal.
When making our reservation I asked for suggestions for sight seeing & mentioned it was our 1st trip to London and that this was a celebration of our anniversary. I did not receive any feedback on sights but we were very pleasantly surprised to find a bottle on ice, glasses & a Happy Anniversary Dessert in our room the first evening when we returned to our room. Very, very thoughtful!
J. L.
The Churchill is an excellent Hyatt property. We booked a club room as part of our return back to the US on our honeymoon. The staff was attentive and courteous, the beds comfortable, and the hotel was near restaurants and tube/bus access for seeing local attractions. ...And they dropped off some complimentary white chocolate covered strawberries to help us celebrate our honeymoon while we were out! All in all our stay was wonderful.
T. M.
We just had a perfect stay at the Hyatt Regency The Churchill in London. Room large with all details and amenities. The room itself was very nice and was at the level we expected. Hotel staff friendly and accommodating. Several times I saw staff trying to clean stains but with little success.
L. D.
I booked two nights using points and was given a nice room, views were nothing special but it was cozy and the bed comfortable. The front desk staff was amazing (I forgot her name, sorry) sympathized with me because I had a change in plans due to a death and gave me breakfast which was very good. I would definitely stay here again! Location is close to the tube and shopping areas.
a. c.
I went to London a year ago and this hotel made it perfect! I loved where the location it was, my family walked to madame Tussauds in 10 minutes! My only problems were I had no view of London and the restaurant was very expensive. One more note, the fancy Japanese toilets really made me feel far away from home, which I enjoyed.
I. M.
One of the best hotels in the heart of London. A bit pricey but the location compensates for the price. Rooms are clean, service and staff very friendly. The executive lounge on 8th floor is very hospitable. I would really like to appreciate the courtesy and efficiency of doorman Garfield. He is very friendly. Kudos. Would love to stay here again.
T. M.
We have been staying at The Churchill for ***y years and it has become like a home from home. The location is fantastic with most things available at a walking distance. We love the city and like very much the hotel we stayed. Location is …
H. P.
Gorgeous hotel with impeccable service in a centrally located place within walking distance to the Underground. Restaurants were top notch. I can't say enough wonderful things about this hotel.
A. C.
It was a good hotel, does not compare to the Langham plus it was more expensive. Had to request a tooth brush as its does not seem to be standard also they did not bring my Uber Eats food I ordered at 11pm to my room so i had to get dressed and come down personally, something a 5 star hotel should do imo. Door staff were "ok", not great. On the First day the toilet was dirty also.
R. I.
Lovely experience and customer service amazing! ❤️
C.
I go here all the time. Excellent cocktail bar in W1. The minimum spend of £25 on the terrace is nonsense when it's not busy. If you only want a quick drink that's a bit annoying. Staff aren't flexible they're like robots.
S. W.
It's more like a Sheraton. Staff are bit arrogant. Not worth 300-400£ a night. Gobalist upgarde to club room was basically a unrenovated room. You have to ask to be downgraded to a non-club room, but it's renovated.
O. Z. K.
The standard of customer service lacks a distinct sharpness compared to other high end hotels in London. Uniform that staff wear looks tired. Basics such as hand towels in the loo has been removed typical sign of a budget hotel. Some of the Door Men and Floor walking staff really need to up their game and be a lot more focused.
J.
In the tradition of a boutique hotel. Small but charming standard rooms. Hotel rooms and lobby were very clean even on rainy days. Very basic hotel amenities. Just a small gym with a few workout equipment and not much else here. No pool or anything more. They do a good job with room details like robe, slippers etc. Japanese toilet rocks!! Not so good was that during my stay, nov 2016 the is construction next door. On weekdays you will hear the jackhammers. Afternoon naps were challenging. Disappointed that as a platinum member this was the best they could do for me during their low season.
E. S.
I was honoured to be invited by a friend to have lunch at the Churchill's. Such an amazing athmosphere the staff was kind and very polite. Always smiling and very attentive. Keep up the good work as a business you will keep growing because your main focus from what I've seen it today was all about people. I give you 10+. Well done
T. M.
Throughout the hotel, they are exceptionally warm, welcoming, personable and attentive as well as invariably efficient and courteous. Worth a visit if not just to try the restaurant. The new bar should be a welcome addition as the restaurant area gets full at night with diners and drinkers.
T. M.
My wife and I celebrated our anniversary here and the hotel staff went out of their way to make sure it was memorable. The room size quite large for a European hotel room. I hosted a group of 20 persons and the hotel provided us a separate room to handle the check in procedure the smartest way they can.
T. M.
After a great stay at this hotel in 2011 my wife and I vowed we would be back and so we are about to finish a 10 day stay. The room size was decent given European standard. I highly recommend spending the extra money for a room on a club …
G. C.
Excellent services. Stayed at the club level and breakfast buffet included was very tasty. Very quiet since on a one day street and a small park across the street. The tube was three short blocks away.
A. A.
Great place , Oxford street is a walking distance, garden view is the best , though I wish the rooms were slightly larger. Club lounge is great with the breakfast , the afternoon snacks not much.
T. M.
The hotel lobby was very pretty and the staff super helpful with allowing us to check in early after a long overnight flight with little sleep. Ours had a lovely view over the park across the street. The hotel overlooks Port*** Square which is lovely and peaceful to look at each day.
H. T.
This is a well located hotel for London. It's also very well located as a Global meeting and events center. We had our private dinners in The Library with excellent results. I have developed a Sticky Toffee Pudding craving just writing about it.
C. C.
This is what I'd consider home in London. Staff are friendly. Regency Club Lounge is excellent for breakfast and evening cocktails. Rooms are being renovated so do ask if you enjoy an older room with a bathtub. Try getting a room with a view of Portman Square Gardens.
T. M.
The hotel location is ideal for those wishing to be near Buckingham Palace, Westminster And The Houses of Parliament. The room was nice except for the gaseous smell coming from the bathroom sink. The staff there is wonderful and a delight to talk to. We would definitely return to this hotel.
T. M.
We came ***** to Afternoon Tea in the Montagu restaurant and what a totally splendid afternoon we had thanks in great part to the extraordinarily wonderful service we received. The front desk takes extra care to make sure your needs are met. I thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London.
K. L.
Absolutely fantastic service! I’m traveling on business and also pumping for my 9mth old. The staff went to great lengths to help me store and package the milk so that it is ready for check in on my flight home.
A. M.
Amazing service. Perfect location for the Christmas Market and restaurants. Staff are polite. It is cozy drinking in the bar specially at night. Lovely place to stay before Christmas for shopping and relaxing in the bar & restaurants.
K. M.
Spacious, quiet and clean rooms. Excellent service. A short stroll to Oxford St shopping, buses, tube, restaurants and Hyde Park. Would definitely stay here again! Photos from Room 453.
J. B.
EXCELENT. Very nice hotel. Every year we Go to the world Travel Market and this is the best Hotel in the town center. Very clóset to Oxford Street. Very luxury room and Very confortable bed. Many thank to the Security director that spoke very well Spanish. Rich breakfast
Y. S.
Great location. The attached bar has really good bites and cocktails. One of the better Hyatt Regency hotels. Rooms are clean and spacious.
A. A.
(+) Great location, spacious rooms; nice facilities; friendly staff; clean bathrooms and comfortable beds; nice TV channels selection; good AC; front disc staff are very friendly and helpful; if you make your reservations early, you will get good package
(-) very bad internet connection, almost no internet; only 2 elevators servicing a large hotel, so expect somtimes a long queue to reach your room; very noisy construction site on the south end of the hotel (avoid taking a room facing that side),
C. R.
Attended for a wedding. The space was quite old fashioned but don't up nicely by the events company. The hotel itself managed to lose the key for the private cloakroom that was hired by the event. This meant it took 15 minutes to get my coat back and I missed my train.
But the hotel itself looked lovely. Can only really comment on the event.
S. L.
the staff are very nice and helpful. the rooms I feel are a tad bit on the smaller copier size. besides that I have no complaints. it's very convenient to shopping and eating
J.
This place was nice enough. It wasn't great but it was nice. The room was a little small and the bathroom was very small. There was no bathtub only shower. The place has a restaurant and a bar. The restaurant had some live music at lunch time which was nice. They upgraded me to a view room for having platinum but that's about all I got from this. The view was if the park and it wasnt bad. There's a gym and a club lounge floor per usual at Hyatt if you have access to those which I did not. The check-in staff were very kind and the valet was helpful. There was always a line of taxis waiting here and an overhang they pulled into making it classy. This is in the richer area of town. You will find Lamborghinis and Ferraris popping up here and there. They randomly served me three apples in my room. They were tasty.
W. H.
One of the best hotels in terms of service, comfort and homeliness. They have consistently maintained this for the last 2 decades or so. One of the major factors being the retention policies probably, as so.e of their people have been around for their entire careers; the best example would be Solhy.
S. F.
Absolutely fantastic! Delightful staff, excellent service and perfectly prepared food. My only complaint is that the bed was so comfortable, I didn't want to get out!
果.
We have been staying at The Churchill for many years and it has become like a home from home. Quiet and peaceful (especially if you stay on the Club floors.) A contemporary elegance permeates all areas of the hotel. The Montagu is a great restaurant and The Churchill Bar is a cool place to relax. The service in the executive lounge is always exceptional.
T. M.
We had a fabulous stay and highly recommend this hotel, well suited for business or pleasure trips in London. The hotel is located few min walk from oxford circus/bond street/marble arch and in center of central London. The service was very spotty and once we were charged for food and drinks we didn’t order.
L. T. (.
A very lovely hotel, staffs are friendly and helpful. Room was big and comfy. Will recommend and will stay there again
G. S. (.
Very pleasant, nice location. Only downside was there was more of us than I think the hotel was expecting so they occasionally asked our organiser of we could spread out. Hope we're back next year
T. M.
My sister and I had a wonderful stay at The Churchill for our sightseeing trip to London. The Palace is an easy 15 minute walk from the hotel. Last time I stayed here they had an iPad in my bedroom which was a neat touch, but not there this …
M. M.
Very nice bar attached to hotel. Great atmosphere and drinks. Everyone enjoyed the bar food options. Fireplace is great, seating comfortable, not noisey.
A. S. D.
Very near to Oxford street! 5 star for location. Just exit and turn left, 5 minutes walk you will reach Oxford streeet.
The rooms are clean, big!
There is a churchill theme bookstore. Great breakfast! Especially the pancake! 👏🏻👏🏻

Great service, great food and great views.

The Hyatt Regency LondonThe Churchill offers everything you are looking for in a city hotel. We had a refurbished room which had pretty much every amenity you would need for a weekend away. The breakfast included in our costco package was phenomenal. The service in the executive lounge is always exceptional.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was pleasant and eager to assist me. Thanks London Hyatt!!! See you next year.

Never stayed here over night. The breakfast area is great and is a good place to meet business partners as there is plenty of space between tables, which allows for some privacy. The conference rooms and lunch arrangements are great. I appreciate the luxurious and classic design.
s. g.
My fav London hotel . The terrace bar is one of the most comfortable in London great whiskey and cocktail selection.
A. B.
Still a guest there and enjoying the stay , outstanding customer service team can't specify names since they are all amazing , hotel got excellent location in the middle of all what we need , food is tasty overall
E. T.
This is the second time I've been here and the chef's showcased their afternoon tea and the new express lunch menus. As usual, service was superb, and food was excellent. Great place to go for events and for food.
E. D.
I stayed here because I am a Hyatt World member and their other location was booked far in advance. I have never been disappointed with a Hyatt until now. All I ask is for a comfy bed and coffee when I wake. All the other Hyatts I haves stayed at in the USA had lovely plush beds. This one felt the same as a Holiday Inn mattress. Forget about getting a pillowtop here! The coffee was instant Nespresso, not even one of those pod things. It was undrinkable. The location is better for shoppers than sightseeing tourists. A short walk to Selfridges and Oxford street but not the most convenient for the London highlights. The bathroom is luxurious, but no tub and the hair dryer they give you does not work for the outlet type in the bathroom. Go figure!
N. C.
Wonderful hotel! Staff is gracious and curtious. They are always willing to help and point you to landmarks or a local pub if that's what you are looking for. Definitely would stay again.
P. S.
Lovely location. Gracious staff. Regency lounge is peaceful. Overall a bit worn about the edges. Wifi worked about 30% of the time.
J. “. t. T.
Excellent staff and great food. Good cigar selection
Smoking is outside the bar but the smoking terrace is very good with heaters blankets and comfy chairs.
M. Á. R. V.
Excellent ubication, the staff was amazing very kindly always, the bar terrace at the churchill is very nice for a couple drinks and have a very nice cigars menu, the breakfast could be better but in general is a great hotel to stay in London definitely i will back on my next stay.
PD the concierge was the best i ask for tickets to stamfor bridge and the concierge get me the best i very thankful for that, they really help you whit everything you need.
R. H.
Lovely place, only having visited the bar I felt welcome. My friends who stayed over night couldn't think of a single thing to complain about, highest recommendation.
B. H.
great hotel in a very nice area of London. staying for 2 nights with my parents and they're loving it. clean, beautiful, and wonderful service. gym is more than sufficient, as well.
V. L.
We came here in July and stayed in King with upgrade to Regency Club & lounge access at 420 pounds per night. The hotel is located near Oxford Street. Staffs were friendly and service was good. 2 stars were deducted for old guest room and "very old" mattress which hurt my back a lot.
M. R.
Hyatt Regency would never fail ever to make you happy by its services and London Hyatt is no different in doing so. Attended an event here which went really great, Churchill’s Bar and Restaurant is equally amazing with a very nice Buffet-breakfast with varieties of option.
J. T.
Really lovely hotel! When you order room service they even take a table up to you which is sweet. The food is also really nice! Would definitely recommend although the lifts are quite slow.
L. S.
One of the best hotels I have stayed in. Concierge Jennifer was helpful, friendly and available to answer all my stupid questions.
Food and Beverage was splendid. Breakfast buffet was substantial. Raimonda, Waris and Edina(spelling?) were wonderful and made me fee quite at home.
I will most definitely stay there again.
All encounters with staff were pleasant.
K. S.
Loved staying here. The rooms are nicely decorated and the bed is comfortable. If you can get Regency club, the evening canapes and drinks are very nice.
C. A.
I've stayed at the Hyatt The Churchil a few times since it opened and I've always been pleased with the hotel and its people. The rooms are relatively big for London and they are clean, comfortable and pleasant.
M. H. B.
A 2-minute walk from the Marble Arch tube station, this ritzy hotel is also 0.3 miles from Hyde Park and 1.4 miles from the British Museum.
Polished rooms come with room service, free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs, plus iPod docks, and tea and coffeemaking facilities. Upgraded rooms add access to a lounge offering complimentary breakfast, snacks and evening cocktails. Suites add separate sitting areas; some have balconies.
There's a gourmet Italian restaurant, plus a traditional British restaurant offering afternoon tea, champagne brunches and live music. Other amenities include a relaxed bar with a terrace, a fitness centre and 12 meeting rooms.
R. O.
the hotel has been modernized, and now is in very good condition.
i have been to a couple of business events here and also to their Sunday champagne brunch, which was also good value for money.
always good service and quality surroundings.
C. C.
Superb ambience. Nice Hospitality. Limited options in breakfast. Compact Rooms yet Stylish. Perfect Location to see the essence of London.
P. C.
Very small rooms that have apparently been redone but don't look like it. Rated 5 star but should not be. Rooms are basic. Tiny bathrooms, one sink. Not standard for a 5 star brand. And, not inexpensive.
S. G.
Great hotel, the standard rooms were of a generous size. Very modern decor, but maintains its sense of homeliness. Room service was great, came with a table.
i. b.
The highest standard of hospitality and service with the highest standard of cuisine.
Only ever accessed the Sunday bottomless brunch but never ceases to amaze me the quality and quantity of food on offer.
A. L.
Hyatt Regency Churchill's deliver 1st class stays. They certainly know how to make our stays perfect. Great location in the heart of London. Looking forward to our next stay! 🙂
G. Z.
Great modern and upgraded rooms. Very stylish fantastic Japanese toilets. Service warm and hospitable. Good food, great location
R. M.
Amazing dinner and service
I. M.
It was an unplanned visit but I will definitely come back here. Afternoon tea is very good. What can be better than having the tea sitting on a sofa in front of the fireplace
K. N.
Classy and sophisticated hotel bar with wood panels, a firepllace, comfy armchairs and smooth cocktails from smartly dressed mixologists. Great for romantic tete-a-tete and after work drinks with colleagues or friends.
K.
Service was outstanding, beautiful hotel, super comfy bed and pillows, room was the perfect temperature, nice late check out, close to tube station and shops
M. P.
Definitely visit restaurant and Churchill bar
T. M.
excellent! best location! fantasic breakfast! amazing room!the king bed is unbelievable huge! 2.2m width!will select Hyatt regency next time in London!
R. A.
The singular best place in London to smoke a fine cigar picked by leading cigar sommeliers, drink superb award winning cocktails AND have the world’s most exotic dishes served at your table as well. Seasonal changes to the cigar lounge mean that in the winter you are in an apres ski resort, while in summer you may be sitting alfresco in the Côte d’Azur. Brilliant
K. Y.
I have to say maybe it's just my age but I far prefer Andaz. The Hyatt brand is an ailing establishment...everything is pretty outdated looking now what with the yellowy ambience and drabby carpeted floors, and the Regency Lounge is nothing to shout about too. The gym is quite nice, but there isn't a sauna or a steam room, which is...okay I guess? But this is really for World of Hyatt members and businessmen as the majority I guess, so this works for them. The restaurants here are fantastic though - Locanda Locatelli is one of my faves in London.
N. H.
Wonderful service, the private breakfast buffet was wonderful, with a selection of cheese, meats(including smoked salmon), juices and milk. Will stay there again.
J. I.
The hotel itself was overall nice, but the hallways smelled of cooking and spices. It had a great location, and the staff was very friendly.
P. b. 3. c. (.
Hotel is currently in final stages of renovation however the staff as always are impeccably attentive to detail, professional and of a very high standard. The restaurant is a delight and well situated next to Marble Arch/Oxford Street and Marylebone/Bake Street.
Easy access links to transport around London
V. M.
Amazing place, perfect located and the staff is 5 star. Paul and Maura in Reception are great Chu in Regency Club is 5 star and Marcel in Housekeeping is one of the best ambassadors of Hyatt
H. A.
One of my favourite hotels.. Great location, clean and specious rooms and the staff were kind..
s. 9.
Amazing place. Good food. Great atmosphere for family or friends, even for a date. Service was very good wouldn't say amazing.
Z. I.
This is a review of the bar. Fantastic drinks with real barmen. Not a trendy crowd but you can smoke your cigar in the outdoor garden.
D. A.
As hotel rooms go it is hard to see why this hotel costs what it does, but then you see the details. Super helpful staff, a very comfy bed, and even toilet with more options than my car, all make this place a wonderful place to stay.
A. T.
The stars are for the bar downstairs. I didn't stay here. Very good service, amazing cocktails, nice selection of rum.
N. R.
Met an old colleague and we had a cream tea with the world's smallest scones which only came after we reminded the waiter that's what we had ordered (not just a pot of tea). Nice place but not worth the high prices.
C. F.
My wife and I ate a delicious lunch here with visiting friends. Food was excellent, service very friendly and helpful, and the setting, inspired by the gardens of Churchill's house at Chartwell, was beautiful.
a. k.
Old and musty in a very English way which might be charming were it not that the food and beverage is below average. However the staff are cool and helpful and the location is tremendous.
K. R.
As a photographer I have never been made to feel so welcome - the service was impeccable and staff so friendly and hospitable.
It made my job that much easier!
J. J.
It was beautiful and the staff we're extremely welcoming, the food was also very good especially the hand made chocolate... immense joy I had
D. C.
I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was pleasant and eager to assist me. Thanks London Hyatt!!! See you next year.
t. p.
Great size rooms, very large comfortable beds, no noise from neighbouring rooms, good black out curtains, prompt room service, slightly pricy bar menu.
K. L.
Beautifully renovated rooms and wonderful service. They also have a very nice club level if you have the chance to reserve a regency club room.
J. G.
This a really upmarket hotel that deserves the 5 star rating. The Christmas decorations were some of the best I've seen.
J. J.
Clean rooms, good service, walking distance to Oxford Street, Piccadilly, Hyde Park etc. Breakfast included with the rooms was good. Take Uber or Tube to travel in London, taxis are rip-off.
G. M.
Very popular. Too busy
S.
Nice upscale bar
A.
Restaurant and bar are not exactly what you are expecting from a 5 star hotel. However, the attentiveness of personnel and cleanliness of rooms is truly amazing.
N. J.
Good hotel, comfortable and excellent food. The outdoor bar/seating area is fun and the Locanda Locatelli restaurant is excellent. Perfect being next to Oxford Street.
I. Q.
Perfect location, very near to the Oxford street and Regent street, especially for the days around Black Friday, which made me shopping everyday... the hotel is quite old fashioned, with Churchill’s image everywhere.
D. A. S.
Great hotel, near my office in London. Fun bar with heated outdoor seating area. Two good restaurants. Would stay here again.

Large spacious room with comfortable bed and when we mentioned we were on our honeymoon they generously produced a bottle of sparkling wine and chocolates.
D. W.
Nicely renovated. Contemporary and comfortable. Rooms now have those fancy Japanese toilets; need i say more.
C. B.
Quite the posh place. Great tea and brunch - very spendy though. I personally don't go for the modern furniture / decor. Great location, walking distance to the tube.
M. E.

Beautifully historic, and a truly precise operation. Fantastic suites, brilliant business facilities (such as meeting rooms) and impeccable food and service.
P. C. D. (.
By far my favourite London Hotel. Perfectly helpful staff, centrally located, floor-less WiFi services and a top shelf experience from beginning to end.

Nice rooms with spacious beds though the service at the breakfast, needs urgent improvement.
I. S.

The Southern Manhattan made with the assistance of a teapot and topped with two maraschino cherries that had been soaked in Jack Daniels was really jolly good. Worth a visit for the cherries alone.
