The two rooms given were good and near each other. We had everything needed for our short stay.
The only issue with one of the room, we had difficulty in getting the door to unlock but it was sorted with the help from staff at front desk.

Decent size room for an Ibis Hotel. Other Ibis rooms are usually much smaller. Busy car park which is £15 per day (24hrs) yet is still didn't see or hear any other people on my floor. Was placed in a room opposite residential housing so had curtain shut throughout the day which wasn't a big issue. Fast check in and fast checkout at 1200. There is an option for late checkout at 1700 if necessary. Decent hotel if travelling into Londom for an event at the o2 arena.

This hotel is in a great location right in the centre of Greenwich within walking distance of all the attractions. However, there is a downside to this. Next door within the hotel complex is a busy restaurant. Kitchen fumes from this …

Great parking for a London hotel. Reception staff friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was served in Cafe Rouge which adjoins the hotel. The manager and staff couldn't be more helpful, the place was super clean and rhe Breakfast good value.

Having booked the hotel fairly close to check in we were very pleased with the availability. location and value for money. The hotel has car parking (Additional cost) right under the rooms, which for London this is great and a fair price of £15 for 24 hours. We were then greeted with friendly receptionists and clear instructions of the new restrictions.
Our room was fairly snug however who spends all of their time in the room anyway?
The rooms were modern, clean and user friendly, exactly what you need for a short stay.
We phoned reception for some additional towels and of course this was not too much trouble.
Our breakfast which was included in the price was delicious and very much welcomed after an evening of cocktails. I had a generous Plant based breakfast so it's good to know that dietary needs are met well.
Overall we were really impressed with the hotel and would recommend anyone who loves Greenwich to stay there! Its on the doorstep! Thank you to all the hospitality staff for all your hard work and efforts during this crazy time.

Excellent location
Own car park
Evening meal and breakfast both excellent. …

Staff helpful and friendly, needed to change rooms as given room wasn't ready, also there is a £15 car park fee, normal for London I was told.

This hotel is in a nice area: I felt pretty safe when walking to it at night.
Although the location was convenient location for me, there didn't seem to be much around. That being said, it's about a ten minute train journey from London Bridge station, so getting into more central London from here is easy.
The staff were welcoming enough and my room was presentable: I made the most of having the big, wide double bed all to myself!
The en suite was clean with a strong, hot shower.
Everything felt 4-Star good. I wasn't totally blown away by my experience, but the stay was altogether pleasant.
P. P.
Brilliant location if you want a reasonably priced hotel. 24 hour parking on site which isn't overpriced. Good sized room with everything you'd need for an overnight stay. Only a short stroll to all the shops and bars. Just changed to a four star due to its location. Great base so sightseeing Greenwich and popping into London.
S. E.
Friendly and helpful staff, rooms are a bit of a squeeze with 2 adults and don't forget about the £15 car park fee.
V. M.
Comfortable place to stay. Service was amazing. Staffs are very cooperative.
S. B.
The atmosphere was amazing the staff where lovely and polite. Overall Amazing 👏, definitely will be recommending this hotel and coming here in the future 😀 5 stars 🌟and more

Completely satisfied! People at front desk are really friendly! All of them!

Very clean and friendly staff, only problems I had the key card kept cutting out so had to get it recharged several times throughout one night stay. The breakfast the next morning wasn’t exactly how I expected, you had to ask for what hot breakfast you wanted and there was no brown bread just white, not only that the toasters take forever, not much of a fruit bowl just bananas and oranges. My partner ordered a full English to get over done hard bacon, over done mushroom definitely not worth the money when there are other shops around which will do nicer and possibly cheaper!

Lovely and cozy hotel! Everybody is really kind and ready to help you. The room was comfortable and well equipped also with a coffe and tea. It is perfectly located only a few minutes away from the DLR station and you can reach London’s city center in about 20/25 minutes. Also it is perfect if you have to attend an event at the O2 avenue in North Greenwich. I really recommend it.

3.3 🌟 Sleep and breakfast is very good.
However there was some problems with water supply in WC. And it seems, that the hotel has problems to find someone who can fix it fast. Maybe it make sense to start some maintenance work there.
Parking is 15 pounds per day, which make room price a notable more expensive for car travelers. Connection to city is very good and owerall - very good location to stay.

Really professional friendly service. Parking. Great staff. Good warm bedroom & shower. Excellent location in Greenwich. Breakfast in the adjoining Cafe Rouge. Plenty of amenities & right by Cutty Sark & A perfect place to get the Thames Clipper river roamer, great way to see London.
R. F.
Modern French hotel chain. Very clean & tidy surroundings. Cafe Rouge attached for food & drink. Secure too, can't access lift/stairs going in without keycard. Quiet stay. Clean, tidy more than adequately equipped room. Breakfast is extra. Onsite charged parking. 45 mins walk from o2 arena.
L. R.
The room was nice and warm, the bed was comfortable. I found 2 downsides, one we could have used a bin in the bedroom, and the other was, due to current refurbishment, a scaffolding lorry arrived right outside our room at approximately 7.30am and proceeded to unload and set up, fine if we were on a business trip unfortunately we had used it for a concert at the o2 and hadn't returned till around midnight therefore maybe guests could have been put in rooms not facing the carpark whilst this was ongoing? Other than that though it was a lovely stay, and a great location for the o2 if you're happy to walk for approx 40 mins.
L. R.
Great staff & very quiet nice clean rooms.
P. W.
Good location in the centre of Greenwich. Nothing special, small rooms but clean and easy to get to and from the City. I have stayed there a number of times now and have found that the prices can vary a lot depending on demand but usually very reasonable. There is a car park. The hotel is situated next to a Cafe Rouge for meals.

very clean - staff very obliging. Modern & quirky décor. in the centre of Greenwich Cutty Sark tourist area - train station & large market just around the corner. room was a good size & the best part of all was the bed - it was extremely comfortable. check-out was 12 noon which is also good as usually hotels like you out by 10am. bought some food on the saturday at the fabulous market - it was to take home but we weren't leaving until the Monday so it was difficult to keep it cool - a small fridge would have been helpful. otherwise the hotel was the best Ibis we have stayed in & are planning on going back later in the year.
J. B.
Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is basic but the bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Great location, quieter than central London but within very easy reach of the Cutty Sark DLR station.
M. P.
Fantastic value for money. We have stayed at a few ibis hotels and always have a lovely time. Staff are really very friendly and professional.
P. C.
Great location, all Greenwich attractions are within just a few minutes walk. Staff are friendly and welcoming, and the rooms are compact and comfortable. We really appreciated the convenience. The parking was fine, but there's not a lot of it - at £15 a day, it's a relative bargain for London. If you're visiting the city itself, the river bus is a dream. It's so much quicker than the bus, or DLR, albeit more expensive, and you get a sightseeing trip into the bargain - look at the hop-on, hop-off tickets.
Edit: We've visited twice since and have had issues with smelly drains, a lack of automatic heating, and water that took an age (10 minutes!) to run hot. The smell wasn't ever really fixed (room 6 on the ground floor), and the heating issue meant that we had to use the plug-in electric heater that was in the room, which seems a bit old-fashioned. Oh, and the shower/toilet area was seriously under-lit (think 40 watt light bulb) which isn't helped by the dark grey tiling. Anx finally, the heated mirror had failed, apart from a tiny patch that did demist in the lower left-hand corner.
R. N.
Great value for its location, rooms are equipped with all the basic things you could need and the staff are friendly. My room was on the ground floor and I was dreading the street noise coming in through the windows, but I was pleasantly surprised that you could barely hear a thing with the windows shut. Could do with slightly bigger towels though.
All in all, a decent place and I will be back again in the future.

Value for money , comphy beds nice quiet rooms , lovely staff . Visited for friends 60th we told them when booking and on arrival had small bottle of prosecco,
cup cakes and birthday greetings .Well doneIi Ibis.
Greenwich a great place to stay for 02 would recommend .
G. M.
Lots of safety measures in place, they've done a really good job in making the hotel secure and covid free. Rooms and bed really comfortable.Highly recommended.
M. P.
Tried to check in online but couldn’t so had to do that when we got there, that took a little longer than expected. The room was lovely, nice shower but the toilet was too close to the wall. There seems to be a general consensus that the rooms are too hot. I have to agree. This meant we had to leave our window open for the duration & as this was next to a busy road and mainline train, the noise levels were a little excessive.
B. L.
Pretty standard Ibis, it would be nice if they updated their rooms a little, but there is nothing wrong with them!
Staff were friendly, very helpful and polite!
1 star off just because you can't charge orders at Café Rouge (adjoining the building) on to your room and that the rooms are a little dated! I would stay here again so don't let the above out you off!
M. &. S.
We stayed here while attending a 3 day even at the O2. The hotel is a simple bus ride away and there's car parking here for guests at £10 per 24hrs which is cracking. This meant we could drive up in comfort and only be a short bus ride from the O2. The hotel staff were very friendly and efficient and the room was spot on, just what you expect. Would definitely stay here again.
V. N.
I went here for a business trip. I find it a good place to stay if you want to visit London and don't want to spend to much. Price does depend on the perood I believe and it is an honest price for the location and distance from the city center. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is just enough. But as many english hotels, I think they can heat a little more the rooms as I belive it can get a little chilly. Or maybe it's just me not used to the weather. I find it a little better than Travellodge
f. t.
I have never stayed there but redtaurant downstairs is good. The location is great. Greenwich is great. Great place to stay. Car park on side probably expensive but if you plan your journey and don't mind walking there is non-residential car park up the hill. If you park on street residential at night but warry as parking attendants visit regularly and start quite early.
K. D.
My wife and I booked this room 6 months ago, there was a mistake in the booking however the manager sorted it out right away via email and phone. The room was spartan and extremely hot, the air conditioning did not seem to be working no matter what we did and the window would not open very far. The breakfast was great and set us up for the day. Overall a good experience.
E. B.
Lovely hotel. Staying for 3 nights. Nicely situated in central Greenwich near the market. Couple mins from the train station and other mutiple bus routes. Nice clean facilities in the hotel. Staff are very helpful, friendly and attentive. Room got nicely made up without disturbing our personal things in the room. Bar open till 3am so when things close you can still have a drink to take to your room. Nice sofas in lobby/lounge area very comfortable.Access to computer. Me and my partner had an amazing experience at this Ibis hotel in Greenwich. I would highly recommend it to other looking to stay in the area.
D. G.
Good location in Greenwich, nice part of the city. Room was ok, pretty small but typical for budget London hotels. Biggest negative for me was the breakfast. When I saw it was a Cafe Rouge I was happy as I’ve normally enjoy the food there. Unfortunately both breakfasts I had during my stay were really poor. The salmon was ok but the eggs were bland and the sourdough toast was more like stale white bread. Butter straight from fridge was too hard to spread on toast. Second day I tried the pancakes with maple syrup and bacon. Pancakes soggy and not fluffy at all, bacon should be crisped streaky type with pancakes, but this was a fatty, chewy rasher. Not good. Couldn’t fault the staff, even when the breakfast order was wrong the girl apologised and corrected her error quickly.
S. B.
For a cheap 1 night stay this hotel is OK, the beds have been improved and are more comfortable than my last stay here and the shower was decent. But the check-in process was a little inefficient, the lift didn't work unless a staff member used their card, the aircon only heated despite being set to the lowest temperature, the window had a poor fit and did not provide a great deal of sound proofing and there aren't business traveller requirements like a safe in the room.
A. R.
Very small room but had everything I needed. Clean and tidy. Very friendly staff. Free internet was better than you normally find in a hotel. Fantastic location. I was there for work and have already rebooked for the future.
G. R.
Given that we could have stayed at Travelodge for half the price, we thought IBIS was very poor value. The room was small and very simply appointed. We couldn't see anything extra for the money. The photos from the website gave a very glamorous impression of the new type of double room and the reality was not special at all.
I would also say that lighting in the bathroom was very dim; TV reception was very poor with frequent picture break-up (we raised this with the people in reception but nothing improved) and that there was a smell of drains in the room (we discovered it was essential to keep the basin plug shut to remedy this as much as possible). The towels were also very thin poor quality, very similar to Travelodge, again we expected better for the price.
D. C.
I stayed for one night prior to the Prudential Ride 100 and unfortunately the weather was poor for my arrival but I can't blame the hotel for that. I was called by the hotel before arrival to ask if a double room was OK (I had booked a twin) and I agreed that was fine. I arrived and had a twin room - no explanation. Room I had was small and dark - little natural light and with a bike in the room was all the smaller (I had mentioned this when booking). Luckily I had plenty of points to use on paying for the hotel, as the online price was in my mind very high.
Best thing was, it was available and convenient.
S. W.
The best aspect of the IBIS Greenwich is its location and for us, the availability of on-site parking (at a price-£15 per 24hrs) - The rooms are small but tastefully furnished. It looks to be a recent refurbish but I thought it was well done. The convenience of the adjacent Cafe Rouge seals the deal - it's nice for breakfast and convenient for other meals. You really are on hand for all that Greenwich has to offer - the markets the Cutty Sark - Royal College and Museum etc and very convenient for DLR or Thames boats for getting into London. Yes it's a fairly basic level of accommodation but its value for money is borne out by its excellent location - so I would recommend it.
K. D.
I stayed for one night due to work commitments. First impressions were not good as since my last stay the reception area has been transformed and the reception desk no longer exists. Very confusing for people checking in/ out or with queries. The bedroom was ok but the seemingly 100% plastic bathroom was very small and basic and there were terrible drain smells. Bare minimum of tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Everything felt very cheap. Will go back to using the Travelodge I'm afraid.
M. W.
Clean room, good quality bathroom and shower with decent water pressure (I hate overalls weak showers). The bed was really fantastic and gave me a great nights sleep. 4/5 stars primarily because the room only had a single bin that was located in the bathroom and our room was located by the carpark where some building work was going on. This was not really the fault of Ibis as London is always going to be a bit noisy.
P. J.
A very pleasant experience. Anna who was on reception couldn't have been more helpful.Would definately stay again as it is just a short bus ride to the O2 arena on the 188 bus.Had a lovely full English breakfast at Cafe Rouge which was ajoined to the hotel which was included in our room rate.
P. R.
Good hotel and location. Greenwich park and Maritime Museum are nearby and good for morning running. Basic room, ideal for someone travelling on business on their own and only desires a clean, comfortable bed and a warm shower. I'm sure breakfast, provided by the attached establishment, could be better, but they ran out of butter that day and seemed under-staffed.
T. S.
Beautiful bathroom. Small on the room size but great value for money. Bed was super firm which I like but some may not. Reception staff where friendly on arrival. Morning breakfast was at the adjoining cafe rouge. Good but expensive food.
A. C.
You know exactly what you get with IBIS. Comfortable but basic. Not expensive. Good service
A. K.
OK for a couple of nights. Room was clean, but a bit short on pillows and towels. No body lotion. Convenient locality for Greenwich park and easy to get to O2.
S. D.
As above - the bed and pillows were very comfortable indeed. We had been put in an invalid room - not sure why - but it was clean and probably more spacious than ordinary double rooms. We were too tall for the bathroom mirror but this was because it was at wheelchair height - I would have liked a bigger mirror or a small swivel one placed higher so that it could be used whilst in the bathroom.
B. S.
This is the third time we have stayed in this hotel. Friendly helpful staff, simple rooms and great location. Great breakfast in the neighbouring Cafe Rouge.
The only issue we had with our room was a blood stain on the hand rail in the bathroom, but otherwise our room very clean.
P. J.
Pleasant stay, just one tiny gripe re parking.
If you pay upon arrival for parking for the number of days you are staying, it is actually timed and you get 24 hours.
This meant that we had to rush back for 5pm, on the evening after we had checked out, whereas we would have liked to stay in London a couple of hours longer. Reception were happy to extend, at no extra charge, once we had returned, so perhaps I should have tried calling them instead of returning when we did.
Otherwise great, love the location, nice and quiet - relatively for London!
R. H.
Perfectly well appointed rooms for a short stay. Bathroom (if a bit small) and bed are very good. Tray with tea and coffee in the room. Good breakfast in the cafe next door with door from the lobby. Wifi included. In Greenwich centre. Good choice for your money.
J. B.
Ideally located , clean rooms, friendly staff. Comfortable bed, only down side is no separate hand towel just a bath towel. Good value for money, breakfast included at Cafe Rouge which is a bonus in London Hotels
K. G.
Two night visit to celebrate a Wedding anniversary. Perfect location. Standard Ibis clean and comfortable room. Not eaten there but Cafe Rouge attached. Would recommend and will stay again.
S. P.
The service provided by Antione was extra-ordinary. He made me feel like I am a VIP guest. His thoughtfulness, gentleness and genuine smile made my day!
The rest of the staff are just as friendly and helpful. I like the good vibes in the hotel.
The short walking distance to the Cutty Sark, train station, restaurants, Maritime Museum and Greenwich Observatory was very pleasant. We even watched "Wonder Woman" which was just next door. We had a great and memorable time.
Thank you.
J. E.
Stayed here more than a month payed by my company. The service is awful. When you come through the door not wanting anything the staff badger you for no reason asking if they can help. When you actually want something like a breakfast voucher, a bottle of water, to use the computer or help printing something. Instead of giving you there full attention they carry on serving other customers or are painfully slow at doing anything useful to help you. There is not a chance I would ever pay £100 or more for a room here.
M. D.
Reallly smart, clean, modern hotel in a wonderful area!!! The hotel has an attached Cafe Rouge restaurant for which we were given free vouchers for breakfast which was very nice too. Also nice modern bar, room decor and big , clean shower. Will definitely visit this outstanding hotel again!!
H. R.
Reasonable price for London. Friendly staff. Excellent public transport links & close to attractions; very clean room and comfortable bed. Security was too notch and the bar, whilst expensive, was pleasant to wait in. Would recommend.
V. L.
Since posting the comments below, the hotel has adapted its check-in process and facilities and all now seems to run smoothly with a well-positioned "welcome" desk. Thanks and well done!
Service from the staff and facilities were excellent as always.
However, the continued lack of a reception desk is still a negative point and check-in at busy times is chaotic with guests standing around with bags, etc alongside people waiting for bar service and staff having to move from place to place to get card machines, iPads, book car parking, etc. There was confusion amongst guests as to whose turn it was next. Time and motion experts would have a field day.
Your Manchester IBIS still retains a small check-in desk after its refurbishment and it works so much better.
W. U.
Location is great and staff are nice however DO NOT BOOK BREAKFAST WITH THEM. Breakfast is with cafe rouge next door. Check out the reviews for them- we’re not the only ones that had to wait almost an hour for breakfast. Go out and get breakfast elsewhere
m. H.
ibis London Greenwich features a 24-hour front desk, on-site parking and a stylish bar. The O2 Arena is just a 10-minute drive away. The bright, modern rooms each have a work desk and high-speed internet access. All rooms have a private bathroom and a satellite TV, and tea/coffee facilities are provided. Guests can enjoy coffee, wine and light snacks and meals in the contemporary bar. A hearty breakfast buffet is available daily, featuring cooked options, continental cheeses and fresh fruit. The ibis London Greenwich is a 5-minute walk from Greenwich Market and the Cutty Sark. Greenwich DLR and Railway Stations are just 500 metres away, and South Bank is a 15-minute drive. this hotel is a 2 minute walk from the town centre and all food and craft markets and bars and restaurants
N. D.
Room I had was newly fitted out / decorated / comfortable, the only issue was the connecting door which I could hear the occupants in the next room talking quite normally and I could hear the tv. I was a little concerned as I wanted an early night as up early. Fortunately they either went to bed too or went out, but I didn't hear them return if so. These doors are obviously not sound proofed, so could cause disruption!

We had a lovely experience staying at the Ibis in Greenwich. Our son and his wife had a new baby, they live in Brockley and it was very convenient. Comfortable bed and our dog was allowed to stay too. Really helpful and nice staff and a lovely breakfast in Cafe Rouge next door. The famous Greenwich Park is walkable which the dog loved.
S. J.
The ibis not the best but ok and acceptable accommodation, the bed was firm and comfortable, rooms are small but do the job. Staff are always friendly and helpful, the rates are very reasonable compared to others similar style hotel
C. M.
Stayed for one night while were at the ELO Concert at the 02. Very nice staff & the breakfsst was good. We had what that call a "superior room" I'd hate to see the size of the standard room if ours was the superior room. Good price though & a good location for the Greenwich area. Plenty of shops & places to eat.
P. P.
We stayed here for 2 nights when we went to see Noel Gallaghers High Flying Birds at the 02 Arena. It was the perfect spot, few mins walk to the pier to get the River Boat, which was just one stop away from the 02.
The room was clean, not massive but perfect for what we needed. The staff were all really friendly even though they couldn't understand my accent a lot, lol.
Would definitely stay again.
V. “.
I didn't realise the chap with a laptop on the little bar stool + table by the entrance was actually their version of reception, so watch out for that and don't head to the bar instead like me. Room and facilities are basic but good, attached to Café Rouge for breakfast from their menu.
I. G.
It is a convenient hotel. Greenwich park is close by, ideal for running and training. Canary wharf is reachable within 5min with the DLR and station is only 5min walk from the entrance of the hotel. Rooms are clean and good for a 3star hotel. The restaurant is good and open till late in evening. Shops and other restaurants are close by and the area is quiet.

Booked into this hotel yesterday. Rooms modern if not small but all ok for a short stay. Brought my mum back to her roots as she left 50 years ago and hasn't been back since... all going great untill we foolishly ate in the cafe rouge next door (door from hotel leads directly into restaurant) we both had lunch in there today. My mum had salmon on a tiny bit of toast with old bits of salad leaves on the side followed by a well done flat piece of 5 oz steak with cold fries. Absolutely hideous food but all that aside..... an hour after eating it she's curled up with severe abdominal pain. Next minute she's vomiting followed by diahreah.... cold sweats ... you name it. I didnt know what to do so hotel called ambulance who then diagnosed food poisoning. The smell of our hotel room coming from the bathroom was of pure fish? The paramedics confirmed it's food poisining from the salmon in cafe rouge. All the superviser did was give me the managers email .. offered no apology or refund. My poor mum has been in bed vomiting and on the toilet all day and still is now. Ruined her stay completely i feel so guilty and bad for her. Hotel ibis have been great though giving me a double room next door to my mum to stay close to her as for the smell of our old room. . CAFE ROUGE ... Awful staff awful food awful service... don't be fooled... looks the part but disgusting inside in every way please please do not waste your money. Also the continental breakfast is literally 1 croissant and a cup of tea. For £7 Vile. CAFE ROUGE 0/10 Ibis hotel.... 10 /10.

Hotel was in good location. Very small rooms . we had a room with two beds and they were tiny twin beds with no apace between beds, Very small TV and no real amenities for the rate I paid. Only two Bath towels in the room and no iron/boards I had to go to a room with iron setup. Compare to Hotels in USA this hotel doesn't come close to even cheapest hotel in USA. No breakfast and Internet included in the rate. I was very disappointed with my stay. It was very clean hotel but very limited amenities and extremely small rooms.
S. C.
Lovely hotel, nice room, bathroom ok just tight with toilet behind door. Receptionist was nice.
g. w.
The staff were extremely pleasant and the room satisfactory. It was quite a walk from reception but not really a problem. Breakfast was a served breakfast rather than buffet. I was a bit hungry afterwards.
M. A.
Clean room, basic amenities, comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient for the O2, just a short bus ride. Cafe Rouge on ground floor of hotel.
C. J.
This budget hotel had everything you want from a hotel. It was clean comfortable & quiet. It is right in the interesting "village" of Greenwich with its markets, shops, eateries & pubs, & within a couple of minutes of the DLR allowing you to get further into London.
J. M.
The hotel is a little basic the rooms are small but the bathroom is even smaller. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Food is available from the restaurant next door.
A. W.
The rooms are perfectly adequate for a short stay in Greenwich.
There are two things that aren't great. These are the selection of beer available at the Ibis bar. As an Accor member I get a welcome drink and the choice is rubbish.
The other thing is the breakfast. I would never pay additional for these as they represent poor value for money. Nearly £6 for a pastry, yoghurt and a cup of tea....
S. F.
Ibis has recently refreshed the design and everything looks fresher and younger then the almost anonym experience than before. The receptionists as well are young people dressing informal t-shirts. A good overall feeling but still identical in all the rooms and all the cities where the hotel is
A. H.
Nice centrally placed hotel in Greenwich. Cafe Rouge on the side is perfect for breakfast, lunch or even dinner. Discount given for the full English. Rooms were very clean and tidy. Manned 24hrs. No complaints at all.
S. B.
wonderfull room and staff 👍👍
R. N. A.
The staff were very helpful. The room was small but comfortable. The hotel was near to some restaurants, shopping centres, museums. Bus and subway station was very close. I strongly recommend this hotel to tourists.
G. S.
Very pleasant staff. Rooms are suitable for your need of a bed and bathroom. Plenty of places to eat or stay in and go through to cafe rouge
R. C.
Great place. Friendly staff. Basic but clean and large rooms. Next to a Cafe Rouge and all amenities. 5 mins walk or less to DLR and rail.
J. T.
Typical Ibis hotel room which was spotless. Greenwich is a lovely part of London to visit. The hotel is ideally situated for the O2 arena which was why I chose to stay there. Hotel staff all very pleasant and the price I paid for my room was very reasonable in comparison to some London hotels. Would definitely stay there again,
A. G.
Standard Ibis stay. Quiet room, bed was comfortable. Modern bathroom but very little space to use the toilet. If you are bigger than slim, which we were not, you would struggle using the toilet.
j. v. b.
1st Class food room staff parking all very good. The vegetarian breakfast was the best I,ve had anywhere except when I cook my own Greenwich is such an interesting place to walk around with many sites to experience etc. Highly Recommended.
T. W.
Value for money. Clean and lovely staff
A. W.
The rooms are perfectly adequate and have everything you need a hotel room to have. However, the bar is poorly stocked with a small selection of bottled beer and only Heineken on tap. Breakfast is expensive.
D. G.
The location is in a nice are with local attractions, shopping, and several restaurants close by. It takes a a fair bit of time to make it to central London by transit, but it's manageable. Haven't interacted with the staff much, but the exchanges were pleasant.
N. B.
Hotel itself very good for what ibis has always been but the cafe for breakfast was awful. We were quite exciting when we knew it wasn't going to be the usual intercontinental breakfast but it will be at the Cafe Rouge. The hotel gave me the wrong breakfast tickets to start with but they swapped it for me without any hassle then the waiter was very grumpy taking order. I ordered eggs benedict which usually ham but here you have to tell them which one you want. Still, it was salmon when it arrived which I didn't order they took it back and it took forever for the right one to turn up my husband already finished his dish. And the muffins were ridiculously hard impossible to cut with the knife (in the photo I moved the muffins from underneath). The couple next to us walked out because their breakfast was taking too long. I think I don't want to book here again.
J. M.
Shelves painted on the wall are less useful than the real ones which used to provide a modicum of storage space. Why don't you paint some more on the other walls?
One towel per person really is cheapskate. Economy is admirable, but it can become silly, ask Michael Ryan of Ryanair.
Staff were cheerful and helpful, despite having to try to appear in control without the benefit of a proper reception desk. Another 'too smart by half' update.
Location was everything.

It's an Ibis so as a hotel not much to report. But it's in a great location. Minutes from National Maritime museum, Observatory, Greenwich Park, Thames & loads of pubs. I can see myself staying there more often
J. P.
It's the second time ive been in this hotel and I really like it. The rooms are excellent, and the personnel at the reception really friendly! I will definitely repeat next time I go back for work
K. N.
About the best service I had so far in a hotel. Rooms are small but clean and the area around the hotel is fine, lots of pubs and many things to see and do
L. W.
Small boutique hotel near the observatory and lots of pubs and restaurants. It had a funky vibe and casual check in which I loved. The room was small but had everything we needed and was very comfy. Highly recommend!!
B. S.
Well located modern hotel in the heart of Greenwich, close to DLR, National Rail and riverboat services. Breakfast in the co located Cafe Rouge offers more than the usual fare. Reasonably priced too!
L. W.
We had a lovely stay staff were really friendly and welcoming
A. B. R.
We stayed for 3 nights, it was perfect. Some trouble with the elevator and keycard. But at the 1.floor we didn't care. The staff were very nice and helpful.
D. J.
Basic 3 star, but okay. Has potential to be so much more.
S. B.
Main rooms good, but smells coming from bathrooms not very nice ,we thought they where drain smells. Rooms were well equipped with what we needed. Location was perfect.
A. P.
Location and hotel facility could not be faulted. On site parking is a good factor in this location. The hotel had a good modern feel to it and the experience was on the whole very good. Let down by plumbing problems, very small towels.
G. C.
If you are willing to visit London, but your budget is tight, this is a great option.
You might think that Greenwich is too far away from the center, but it is not. The area is very veeeeeeeeeeeery nice, there are lots of restaurants and shops nearby ( fish and chips, bill's, pizza express), it is very easy to get to the center of the city from here, you have many options; bus, DLR, underground or the clippers.
We enjoyed it a lot because you get the best of London, it is calm, not expensive and you are not that far from the city center, which means that you don't have to put up with crowds, plus it is really beautiful and safe.
This Ibis is not spectacular, their rooms are quite spartan in fact
- there are just a couple of plugs per room, so bring a multiple socket in case you need to charge several batteries + mobile phones.
- the shampoo they have is not the best, so buy some of your own.
P. Q.
Room is comfy but it was really too hot in it and AC was not working... We had to change room but it was thé same. Location is great next of center of Greenwich.
S. G. M.
ibis London Greenwich is a centrally located hotel on Stockwell Steet about ten minutes walk from the mainline and DLR stations. Rooms comfortable and clean, staff helpful, parking on site. I will be staying here again.
J. S.
A comfortable bed. Room smelt slightly damp. Noise from the connecting room and the rolling trollies early in the morning disturbed us but otherwise perfectly satisfactory. Good parking and shower.
S. A.
Wonderful. After a really tiring trip and several issues, came to this hotel to be greeted by the delightful guy at front desk (Jakob) Quickly arranged a comfortable room, everything perfect and compared to the price it's good and comfortable - clean and cozy 👌 👍 👏
L. D.
Modern comfortable hotel in the heart of Greenwich. All mod cons, large bed, nice shower. Staff were welcoming and helpful throughout. Would recommend.
K. M.
Generally a great hotel but let down by one or two things. Only one towel when the room was made up on Saturday. Air conditioning in the other room didn't work as the control was broken.
A. E. T. (.
Poor check in experience. Breakfast was included when booked but hotel insisted it was not, even when shown the booking. The rooms are good and location is excellent for exploring Greenwich.
S. A.
We have stayed here twice before. Perfect location for trips to O2 & London. Hotel is clean and staff are always pleasant. We didn't like the new reception/book-in idea.
L. D.
Pretty small hotel but right in the center of Greenwich. Stroke of brilliance if you put up the do not disturb sign they leave a set of everything you need in a carrier bag hooked on to your door
G. T.
Accommodation was fine but for GBP 130 I expect, most people would expect there to be air-co in the room. London at 27c with 100% humidity means a room with no air-co is hot, stuffy and uncomfortable. This should be obvious and appears to be a cheap cost saving exercise but not including it which lets the overall experience of the stay down.
L. T.
Quaint little hotel, only complaint is trying to take a shower. Seems that someone flushes a toilet constantly and you either freeze or get burned by water temperature changes. Friendly staff and very nice restaurant attached.
S. G.
Nice hotel with a great location. The bar area was full and had a nice atmosphere for a lunch time drink. The service is top notch as always.
s. F.
The room was very clean and nice and the staff were good. The only minor problems were the shower which tended to go very hot and then sometimes cold, and the door was sometimes tricky to open
S. C.
I do like this hotel, plenty to do in the area, easy access to the tube. I do wish they'd put a proper reception desk in. Breakfast is in the Cafe Rouge next door.
C. H.
Good access to local transport, train station only a few minutes walk. Restaurant and bar were nice. Staff helpful and great room service. Had some minor issues with WIFI connectivity.
A. F.
Comfy bed, friendly staff, fantastic shower, fluffy towels. It was ideal!
Also very nice to have breakfast in Cafe Rouge :-)
B. R.
Very poor reception experience. Young girl mixed up our rooms on our multi room booking. And had no idea how to undo her mistake which led to us being shown and given the wrong room on two occasions.
d. p. s.
The restaurant is excellent. Views are very nice, staff are great, hotel was ok but not to our liking, location excellent
R. “. A.
Great small hotel. Located in a fancy area. I do not suggest to have breakfasts in the premise. Menu not so wide
B. A.
Very nice close cut ,did my ears and was very attentive ,shall return
A. P. C.
Super breakfast, service kinda slow at the bar and reception staff not very kind. Rooms rather small, but modern.
R.
Nice place to stay. Well situated. The bathroom plastic pods could be improved.
L. S.
Excellent location if you are staying in Greenwich. In the middle of two DLR stations and close to the Greenwich market. My room was a bit small though very comfy.
G. L.
Everything went according to our expectations. The hotel is not luxurious, but everything was clean and functioning. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
T. G.
Stayed here for couple of days and we were very happy. Nice and quite place, clean rooms, friendly staff, good english breakfast
I. B.
Lovely hotel, nice and helpful staff, spotless room and hall etc great location close to underground station, cutty Sark visitor attraction, great nearby amenities and restaurants not to mention the adjoining cafe rouge
N. F. C.
The service I received worth more than the cost. The aircon provided the desirable cool temperature. The hotel is near the station & near to my family.
N. B.
When our booking didn't appear to have been properly made by me, the manager was extremely helpful & found space for us. All of the staff were very prompt and cheerful at our service.
J. V. d. M.
I find this hotel ideally located to visit Greenwich and of course London. Within a walking distance from the rail station. Take your Oyster card and GO !
D. W.
Didn't stay in hotel but I ate at the café rouge which is on the same site. Usual experience with helpful staff and food was up to the usual standard.
S. R.
Standard ibis hotel. Clean, tidy, convenient location in centre of Greenwich. Rooms on the small side for two men over 6ft tall.
G. C.
Very good service and hotel room 👏🏼
S. M.
Friendly and helpful staff who are always happy to help. More notice could have been given on the refurbishment that the hotel is going through but hey its a place to lay your head.
P. M.
We had a lovely evening with our friend and both the service and meal were extremely good. I would have no hesitation in recommending this place to anyone who is staying in Greenwich
M. N.
Rooms are nice and clean. Relatively quiet and very close to Greenwich center and even London. The price is good for the room.
R. W.
Hotel is okay, great location though for Greenwich and all the local sights. Terrible parking. Be warned you have to book in advance if you want to park at the hotel.
T. O.
Room a tad small. Bed was good not too soft. Not to noisy so could sleep quite okay.
L. C.
Very basic room but very friendly staff and the bar stays open till well after 1pm great hotel in a great location
A. L. (.
Very basic but for a one night stay, it was a comfortable stay. It was quite noisy but the customer service was excellent.
D. M.
Nice clean hotel for a resonable price. Maybe a little bit small, but for a city trip it‘s all you need.
M. H.
Initial service was a little slow but after that, the team were very helpful. The rooms are clean and having a café rouge next door was a bonus.
D. L.
Warm atmosphere and great staff. Reasonable prices and excellent French restraunt. Would definitely recommend a stay.
R. B.
Reasonable rooms and good free WiFi. There is a Cafe Rouge which is part of it to do breakfast and other meals. Alcohol served 24hrs for guests
B. A.
You can read my full review on Tripadvisor but to sum up this hotel is clean with friendly staff the rooms are comfortable and the services and breakfast was excellent. Also it's perfectly located with easy access to all Greenwich attractions, the 02 arena and shops, bars and restaurants. Will definitely be using this hotel again.
C. T.
Does what it says on the tin. Perfectly functional and adequate for all your needs. Only blight was lack of A/C but as I am sure it will be many years until we get another similar heatwave.
N. R.
Friendly staff. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Cafe Rouge served a lovely breakfast. Would return.
J. S.
Clean, modern style, friendly staff... Basic rooms without fridge, comfy bed and small but clean shower and toilet
K. W.
Great place to stay cheaply. Good breakfast and next door to cafe rouge. 1 Mon from DLR
5. P.
Rooms simple and nice. Flat screens but not many channels. Cafe rouge joined on for breakfast
S. D.
Room was quite small for 2 people. A double bed with a camp style bed squeezed down the side. Easy to get to from Greenwich station.
A. J.
Decent for short stay for 2 but rooms a bit small for 2 for longer. Great location though and good rate on a sunday night
I. O.
Decent room, a bit small. Shower and closet are not super equipped. I can see myself stay here again.
김.
Stayed here for 10 days.
It was clean and comfort.
People at reception desk were always kind and gave quick responses to requests.
M. J.
Lovely and comfortable rooms for a short stay. It was nice having breakfast in Cafe Rouge too.
H. D.
Amazing area. Close to the DLR. Not very professional staff... small rooms... The cleaning needs to be improved quite a lot...
S. M.
The staff were great and their service was wonderful, however a lot needs to be done to maintain cleanness in the rooms.
D. C.
Sweet rooms are small, but have really good beds. Nice staff, easy walk to the DLR
D.
Got charged double but rooms where lovely and modern, staff seem okay. Amazing value for money
R.
Great service and clean room. The restaurant downstairs is okay but staff are a bit rude.
M. P.
Value for money but not much more. Cold rooms, and if you get a toom connected to another you hear you neigbour like they are in your room.
I. S. (. I. A.
Great place to sleep if you just need a nice clean, peaceful hotel to stay in. You are also close to a lot of restaurants and places to visit in Greenwich.
I. H.
Nice hotel, spacious rooms, friendly staff, very good breakfast, near to tube.
I. R.
The hotel staff were lovely, the location was perfect and the room was impeccable. Only issue was the lack of pillows.
M. Y.
Just used the hotel for car parking as we were in Greenwich for the day. Worked out a lot cheaper than using the public car parks.
The hotel was £17 for 24 hours and the car parks were £2.50 an hour.
S. T.
Hotel clean and bar is added extra. Meet and Greet, Victoria unfriendly and rather rude. Great shame.
J. B.
Spotlessly clean, friendly staff, convenient for O2, great breakfast. No complaints.
R. B.
A budget hotel with clean and perfectly equipped rooms. The staff are excellent and the local restaurant is worth a visit.
W. M.
Basic but clean and comfy. Smallish room.great location. Great food next door
Z. I. H. T. B. H.
Great location, restaurant attached, near bus straight to o2. Only issue is you can only pay on check in and with the card you booked with.
B. A.

E. B.
Lovely hotel, parking is little pricey for those who staying in, at least should have been with a discount.
周.
It's very typical ibis hotel interior, it's safe choice that you won't get too bad surprising, but also everything is in expectation.
M. C.

J. B.

D. M.
Rooms small but clean. Reception staff need more training
P. L.
Used the hotel as a base for a visit to the O2,the room was fine for our needs but was spoilt by the customer service or lack of when we required a clean towel.Only 2 towels provided which is not adequate enough for 2 adults staying over night especially when one is dirty without having been used .My wife went to reception to ask for another and was told that one would be bought up,we are now home and are still waiting, this is not good enough.Alittle thing but spoilt the trip
D. J.
