Hotel was decent and near tube station. However, breakfast was terrible. They didn't offer breakfast because of covid, which I understand, but instead they gave bags with stuff I could have simply bought in the nearest Coop supermarket. I should have been offered a refund for that, because I paid for a normal breakfast.

Very well located but we encountered some issues during our stay. The first room we got had some issues with the bed lampside then, the manager invite us to change the room, which we accepted, but unfortunately the second rooms got an issue too. The bathroom's sinks and pipes stunk during the whole stays, eventually we put our air refreshner in order to conceal the smell.
To conclude, rooms are quite small and cleaned, depending of the floors. The area is excellent with many facility of transportation (buses and Earl's courts tube). Staffs were professional.

Stayed here for a weekend visiting London for a show at Royal Albert Hall. Location of the hotel is amazing set just over the road from Gloucester Road tube station. Accommodation is really basic even for a budget hotel, room wasn’t properly cleaned and room was falling apart (went to open the window and it fell out!) staff were really friendly and accommodating.

My wife and I stayed at the hotel for a weekend as it was close to the Royal Albert Hall. I had checked in on-line and arriving at 2pm our room was already available. We stayed in room 20 on the ground floor and it was excellent. The quirky Royal Albert Hall facts all around our room and ground floor have given us a base for a round of family zoom quiz! The breakfast bag-replacing the buffet due to the pandemic-was more than adequate. An excellent stay in a hotel in zone 1 so easy and quick to get into the city centre. It will become our London hotel of choice!

Clean and comfortable.
The rooms are tiny....but it's 2 min walk from Earls Court tube station and a 20 min walk from the museums so a perfect place to stay.

I love that they let us enter the room earlier. Room was really nice and clean. Neighborhood is quite noisy but its Not hotel’s fault.

The hotel is super well located (2min walk to the tube and close to a lot of facilities), the price was cheap compared to other hotels in the same area, the staff was lovely.. However, the building itself was a mess. The room was tiny, there was mold everywhere, the elevator was out of service during our whole stay (we were staying at the 4th floor), the mattress and walls were stained with coffee...
okay for a short stay where you're not going to spend a lot of time in your hotel room

Attentive receptionists, hotel well located and close to several restaurants and subway station, but I frequented other Ibis Styles with rooms much superior to the one I stayed in this one in London

We book here for 5 days with a good price.
The location is really convenient, a short walk from Earl's Court Underground station. There are shops, restaurants and supermarkets nearby.
We arrive here in the morning, the receptionist let us to store our luggages for free.
Unfortunately, not all staff here are friendly, the air-conditioning is not cold enough and some lights are not working.
It is still fair to book this hotel.

This is a convenient hotel due to being a short distance from Earl's Court station, but is often fairly cheap as it's somewhat out of the centre. The rooms are on the small side but OK. No restaurant and just a small bar but there are lots of both in the area.

Hotel room was clean. Payed for room and breakfast but the breakfast consisted of a muffin, a croissant, chocolate breakfast bar, apple and orange juice. All of which you had to collect from reception and was in a brown bag. You're not allowed to sit in the basement to eat due to covid. Was not impressed with the rat in the street which ran upto my foot whilst sitting on the steps of ibis. London was great though.

Nice staff, specially Mike. The breakfast was very poor. It was given in paper bags. And the booking includes breakfast. You can not choose without breakfast. So it should be different. But lots of options around the hotel.

Beds were comfortable , however the lifts were not working and the lights on the 2nd floor stairwell were out. Not good trying to carry suitcases down 3 flights of stairs .

Cute and clean room with an acceptable bathroom overall. Quite expensive for what it provides and due to covid, the breakfast isn't my cup of tea per say (a bag which contains a muffin, an apple, a piece of some kind of pastry and a small apple juice if i recall correctly) 😆 we want back the classic english breakfasssttt!

The stay was good..for the money, we booked a king bed room but it was on the 4th floor and the elevator was not working and they changed the room for us for the second floor, the staff was very friendly, thank you.

Booked for business stay! Small rooms, however the nice and clean! Recommend it for cheap stay in heart of London.

We got lucky to move room, we were originally put in second floor room 204. Omg this was such small room not way we could stay there for for nights. As I said we got moved to the underground which was much better, probably twice the space and much cooler. No one cleaned our room for the whole stay, we had to ask for toilet paper and towels. Overall the hotel is in the best location and cheap.

Really great value for the price I paid. The staff were courteous and helpful, and check in and check out was quick and hassle-free. My room was compact, for sure, with the bed taking up most of the room... but it was clean, well-maintained and the heating worked well (it was cold outside) and I was very comfortable. As a single person, I found the room was just fine - it might feel a little cramped for couples. The free breakfast grab bag was a nice touch, as was the free coffee.
The location is superb - and just minutes walk from Earl’s Court tube station, with buses going in all directions nearby. And there are so many places nearby where you can eat out, or get a takeaway.
I must admit I had low expectations, but this hotel proved me wrong! I enjoyed my stay here, and I would happily come back again.

Really cheap place to stay in London and a great location in London! Earls Court train station is quite literally on you're door step. Staff were lovely. However, the reason for only 4 stars is that we were grateful to be able to move room on our first night as it was far too small for us too girls with 2 suitcases, also staying their for 4 nights 5 days you definitely need more space to swing your arms around. We moved from 2nd floor to the basement -1 which worked out more ideal as it was much bigger and a lot cooler for us as it was far too hot upstairs in the summer. However, our room never got cleaned for the duration of our stay, we had to ask for extra towels, coffee and toilet paper etc as no one would come into clean which was a bit of a nightmare. All in all we would recommend that you stay here as its a great bargain and everything is on your doorstep.

A perfect stay in the heart London, quick check-in, great staff and customer service, excellent maintenance. Super easy to commute with other London attracrions by earls court station or buses. Overall a perfect place to stay.

Amazing stay. The staff was so kind and helpful during this tough situation of quarantine. The hotel is also close to everything and the station. The price is also the best for its location. Definitely my best stay in London.

I've stayed here a couple of times and the staff are friendly, welcoming and engaging. The hotel is clean and although some of the rooms are small, this is made clear when booking. There's a breakfast bag arrangement at the moment which is perfectly acceptable, and I feel I've had good value for money when staying here.

I cannot fault the staff at all..They all so nice, and friendly, always willing and able to help you. Never complain if they have to bend backwards to get you something. Diana, always able to help accommodate my needs and make me feel so welcome. Christina so hospitable and caters to my needs even last minute, also very efficient. Pablo and Alexandro I hope I got it right, such lovely guys..Friendly, charming and always willing and ready to help with anything. Same as Sylvia, efficient, available just when you need a problem solved and kind.

Air conditioning had pieces of black stuff dropping out throughout the night, its probably over due a good clean out. My reservation from experian could not be found on their systems for a little while at check in but was sorted out. Didn't have breakfast for £6, everything else was perfect.

Cons:
.Not suitable for people with special needs
.Room tiny,made for S,or M,size people only.
.A lot of noise from inside and outside the hotel

It's great for low budget.
Overall:
Pros: location, low budget breakfast bag, front desk, price.
Cons: Super thin walls, hotel phone doesn't work 80% of the time (never in the night), air-conditioning doesn't work in most rooms, very bad and super old mattresses, very bad cleaning on arrival, no one cares about restrictions about covid-19, guests come often from the street/ghetto (bad attitude & no respect).
My room on the other hand had mold in the bathroom, air vent didn't work neither air-conditioning, mattress as hard a rock because of more then 10 years of usage or something. The top mattress is very thin and cheap as well very old for a mattress in a hotel maybe motel quality like in the movies. There was also a leaking inside of the walls which could be seen as one of the corner of the room had very visual leaking sign from top to bottom and I wasnt on the top floor.
This hotel needs a huge renovation and lucky to be not closed for health hazard.
Possibly the reason for the low prices.

I have stayed in a styles before and it was great and I expected it to be just as good as I had never had a problem before but this one was not so good. Now this is just me, I did not like my stay here. The A/C kept going on and off all night long, neither me or my partner were tall enough even on chairs to turn it off. Window didnt open or lock properly. Bed was not too comfy and we kept waking up with the noise and could not get comfy Breakfast was okay but you do not get a huge selection. The halls to the rooms were interesting... however was not clear where the stairs were on floor 2!! Kept walking round in circles. There were marks on the floor in our room and some vomit looking patches on the floor in places
However, it was affordable and we were only there for 1 night. The surfaces were clean and so were the sheets. I would not recomend a long term stay here.

The room was small but I guess you get what you paid for. The bed was comfy though and I had a good night sleep. Very easy access to London Underground (only 2 mins walk away) to connect you to the whole of London.

I had a lovely little stay here in Jul-Aug 2019. It was close enough - but not too close! - to everything one would like to see in London. It was a few minutes walk to Earl's Court, which is a great tube station with good lines. The lobby is fun and I appreciated a cold beer after a long day. I booked a Single Room and it was so cute, but my was it small! It did its job however, I knew it would be, so I was happy! The amenities in the room were good... you'll need to buy a good shampoo and conditioner though. There is no storage, so I was living out of my suitcase the whole time. The bathroom was clean and efficient, but the sink was SO small and there was a shelf right above, so every time I washed my face, I ended up splashing huge puddles on the floor. It was super awkward. The hotel is not completely accessible, there are still a lot of stairs post-elevator; the stairwell outside of my room smelled awful, but I appreciated the distance from the main hall. The elevator lights were broken the entire time I was there. I saw repairman a few times, but they were never fixed. The breakfast in the morning was the same every day, but I loved it; there was a good variety I left stuffed and ready to explore each morning. (Bring a travel mug and fill up a lovely cappuccino there!) The front desk staff was nice; they even called a hotel to book tea for me so I wouldn't have to use my phone and call long distance. Overall, I was really pleased and would totally stay (in a bigger room!) again!!

Great location , clean room with fair price. The room is good enough to open up my 30 inches luggage. The bathroom is a bit small but yet acceptable. The sound proof is average, I can hear next door passing by. However this is Ibis, you cannot ask for five star level. The complimentary breakfast is surprising. There are quite a lot of choices and there are staff standby to clean the table and refill the food. Earl's Court is within five minutes walking distance. Most importantly, there is a lift in the hotel! You don't need to carry the luggage all the way to the top. Overall, I think the ibis is good enough for those who wants a clean stay and easy access to the central.

Have stayed here a few times. The rooms are quite basic but with very comfortable beds and nice sheets. WiFi works very well. I had a larger room type so it had a small desk to work at. Breakfast is basic but ok. Good selection of channels on TV. Location is superb - literally 2 mins walk to Earls Court Road and the entrance to the subway. Many supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops within 3 mins walk of the hotel. Very convenient place to stay. Lady at reception, Sade, could not have been more helpful or nicer.
