We were greeted by a lady called Sandra upon arrival. Not only the deco was quirky, even the scent throughout the lobby was so inviting. Sandra checked us in and made us feel at home. True hospitality service. The room was clean, creatively decorated. Worth every penny and definitely recommend to stay at this Ibis Styles. Thumbs up! :)

Fantastic value for money in a great central location.
Highlights:
- A great welcome from very friendly staff
- A lovely reception, bar and eating space, with interesting styling
- A modern room/suite, with plenty of space for the four of us
We'll definitely be back. Thank you.

We’ve stayed a few times in a family room and it’s been really fun both times. Room is cosy with a fold out sofa for the kids and separate tvs so adults can have control of their own tv! Great choice at breakfast if you have a sweet tooth. They had cakes, muffins, croissants etc (although there are no hot options beside toast). Decor is great with lots of little thoughtful touches - like kids being able to help them self to free popcorn by the reception. The kids love the popcorn hotel!

Cool and quirky hotel, with great character thanks to the intriguing cabaret/vintage like decor!
Shout out to the friendly and accommodating restaurant staff! We missed the time slot for breakfast, as we got mixed up with the times, but the staff went above and beyond to ensure we didn't leave the hotel feeling thirsty or hungry!
A small, but good to know tip is that the parking charge isn't included in the hotel stay, just something to bear in mind if this is a deal-breaker for you.

Nice rooms with desks, big mirror and ironing board. Located close to the London Bridge, you can walk to Big Ben and Buckingham Palace. Breakfast is nice, hot croissants were amazing!!
S. H.
Very clean and tidy room, and hotel in general. Zero customer service on offer, very transactional and soulless, however, very well priced and great for london digs for a few nights. Recommended for cheap, clean and cheerful.
A. B.
Great customer service, location and overall experience of our stay. Very cosy, quirky and stylish, lovely breakfast. Clean and spacious room, quiet and comfortable. Good rates.
Could do with upgrading the TV in their rooms with a smart TV!
We will come back again we need to stay overnight in London.

Great stay as always, the hotel is in an ideal position. The room was spacious and clean, with all the facilities available, breakfast very good and abundant. Lastly, the staff was very helpful and welcoming, as we had a really late check in during the night, and everything went smoothly.
Definitely recommended.

Absolutely wonderful hotel! We only stayed for one night as attended an event in central london but we wished it could have been longer. The hotel is really quirky and we loved the wizard of of oz decor! Such a brilliant idea. The staff are lovely here, so friendly and always smiling. Appears to be a well run team and you can tell as the staff are brilliant. The rooms are simply amazing, very modern and absolutely spotlessly clean. The bed is very comfortable and it was so quiet at night, we enjoyed a fantastic sleep. The room has air con and heating. We had a 49” LCD TV screen in a room. The room also had an amazing view of the Shard outside. Morning breakfast is continental and is very nice. Pastries, egg, cheese, ham and the popular doughnuts went down a treat too! Overall a wonderful stay and we would return in a heartbeat. Recommended hotel.
L. J.
Fantastic hotel - beautiful and quirky decor and in a great central location. Super friendly and helpful staff. The choice at breakfast was incredible and catered for all tastes - pastries, cereals, fruit, meats, cheese, and donuts! The room had brilliant air con and was wonderfully decorated with the added bonus of a view of The Shard. Our family loved this hotel and can't wait to return. Thank you :-)
K. R.
Good location, very friendly and helpful staff, room nice, clean and big enough. In the morning there was delicious breakfast ☺️ definitely will stay there again.
J.
One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Really nicely decorated and the room was very comfortable with a great view .
Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout.
Breakfast was great although it would be good if it could be served until 11 or midday.
The bar was not fully open again post covid.

Used Ibis Car Park through 'Just Park' website, didn't stay here just rented space for 3 days .Secure car park .Take ticket on entry and on exit go to reception with your booking reference and they will give you exit ticket to scan .You can enter and exit as many times as you like but need to follow the same procedure.

Lovely staff. Great hotel in a smashing location. Very good breakfast
K. M.
Great customer service, and overall experience of our stay. Very cosy, and stylish, lovely Food. Clean, quiet and comfortable. I would book here Again!
N. W.
Very quirky meeting room. Acoustics good despite being next to the footpath/road. Breakfast tasty, mini pastries and bacon rolls. Lunch was nice and plentiful. Shame the meeting dragged on all day :)
G. W.
Amazing hotel, will def be staying here again. Great price for Central London - only 5 mins walk to Borough Market or London Bridge Underground. Staff were really lovely and helpful
D. L.
Very impressed with the hotel. Lots of nice quirky touches, and ultimately a very comfortable and easy stay. Would stay again.
S. W.
Friendly, welcoming staff, wonderful room and great shower, fab breakfast and so close to everywhere we wanted to be. Would highly recommend to anyone needing to stay close to the South Bank!
C. C.
Super stylish hotel centrally placed at a reasonable price. Clean, staff friendly... Loved the Chicago and Chaplin theming.
L. E.
Great staff on reception and cleaning staff .Many Thanks to Ancota and Wan who were kind to us at breakfast

Was originally going to book a night at a Premier Inn, but then saw this online and what a great find. For the same money you get a character filled stay with very friendly staff who are attentive. The room was clean and well equipped. It felt like a little holiday stay rather than a clinical bland hotel, I would definitely recommend.
L. P.
The hotel is clean, quiet and in a brilliant location from which to explore London. 4 minutes to the jubilee line at London Bridge, which means it is also 4 minutes to borough market where you can eat twice your body weight in delicious food. The staff in particular are a huge asset - extremely kind and helpful.
The rooms are a great size, the bed is so comfortable and everything was perfectly clean. I stay in lots of hotels for work, and this is now my “go to” for London.
J. S.
Lovely hotel. Cool decor, comfy beds, very clean. Shame that breakfast is pretty poor, they don't seem to restock anything when it runs out. No hot choices. Let's the place down. Wouldn't book again.
A. S.
Stayed here for a week and was very thankful to meet the wonderful Kim Lee. Always smiling and super helpful despite being kept on her toes by an array of customers. She even fetched me a spoon for my dessert late in the evening, and was extremely helpful retrieving my bike. Wonderful service from a special lady!
S. B.
Very eclectic hotel, clean and the Staff was wonderful!
Breakfast is so full of choice and good!
Magical atmosphere with elegant design !
C. C.
We parked here for our stay at the LBH. Very handy for both hotel and venue we were attending
R. P.
I stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. My room was never cleaned, which I find very weird for a hotel.
C. A.
Staff were fantastic, room was beautiful, hotel is such a great find with quirky decor. Felt extremely clean and covid safe. Highly recommend. Will be visiting again
S. c.
AMAZING...
The staff couldn't be more helpful, the rooms are immaculate and the themes are just brilliant.
The beds are so comfortable and the pillows are also fantastic for crying into when England lose - Its not coming Home 😢
Perfect location for exploring London and such fantastic views of the shard aswell
I. L.
Great quirky hotel based on film and musicals. Rooms small but adequate. Staff are friendly and helpful.
R. R.
This is not quite a review of staying at the hotel but more an experience on an event within the hotel, although I would definitely love to stay here at some point. I went to a one off creative collaboration here last year and was really impressed with the effort made by the hotel. The staff were very friendly and accomodating, food delicious and event was really interesting. The decor within the hotel area I visited was really quirky, cool and different, loved loads of the design features! Thanks for a great event and imagine if the event is anything to go by the hotel is probably a great place to stay too.
S. J.
What a great interior design!
I ate at the restaurant and loved the atmosphere
R. v. B.
Lovely hotel with very nicely styled reception, lobby and restaurant. The reception feels like a cozy living room, there is no counter. The rooms are excellent and well equiped. Great bed and shower. Breakfast is a good buffet with a very nice touch. Minor issue is that the towels are very rough and a bit worn. Overall a great experience. Highly recommended.
M. S.
The Hotel is in a good locaton. You can reach all the main attractions by underground within 20-30mins.
Very nice entrance with a bar.
Very clean rooms.
There is a free coffe/Tee machine available 24/7. Good breakfast, but was missing the traditional English breakfast.
Room is a little bit different than expected, since it said with a nice view and we did not have a nice view. Also it was smaler than it looked like on the pictures.
Briefly summarized it is a nice hotel for a short city trip.
N.
I stayed here for two nights with a friend in our lovely half goth, half grey and rainbow painted room with twin beds. The hotel is very clean and seeing the inside for the first time was very charming and amusing, there’s little details everywhere you look. Light fixtures look like top hats hanging from the ceiling, a table of lightbulbs underneath glass, and so on. The decor is so cute and funky, themed around retro movies and theatre. The provided breakfast was good, and the whole place altogether was a pleasant and fun.
K. B.
One night stay. Super friendly, helpful staff and very clean room. We even got a good view of the Shard. Great location. Thanks - we will be back.
C. S.
So friendly and helpful people there! Clean room and delicious breakfast!
G. M.
Fantastic stay! Room was spotless and clean staff were welcoming a helpful had an issue with a light not working and it was fixed within the hour. The room was amazing and loved the wizard of oz theme. Only thing that wasnt the best was that the air conditioning was on a timer over night so the room was very warm during the night.a good continental breakfast is served with a good 4 hour serving time.meaning that we didnt have to rushing the morning and could take our time and have a line in. Location is great with good access the transport links also good access the borough market. Also helped being able to drop our suitcase off before we checked in so could explore a bit with out have to carry it around. Also have the later check out time of 12pm ment we were able to go at out own pace and didnt have to rush our last day overall the stay was easy and stress free. We will be booking to stay there again.

My daughter chose this hotel as a birthday treat for me. She knows I like something a little bit different and quirky. And this hotel was perfect. Decor was a cinema theme with many fun and quirky things dotted around. Our room on the 5th floor looked out onto the Shard. Spacious room & nice linen. The restaurant again is very different and the continental breakfast was delicious. Beautiful fresh bread and rolls. Meats and cheese. Good coffee and pastries and fruit from Borough Market down the road. All the staff we saw were efficient and friendly. As this was for my birthday the hotel had put in my room a card, flowers and a tray of treats. Which was so lovely... The hotel is well positioned, with many great restaurants and bars nearby, we walked to the Tower of London which is just over the bridge and the Tate is just a 10 minute walk too. I would certainly recommend this hotel and we hope to return soon.
D. B.
Loved it. Quiet room comfy bed and a banging breakfast.
M. H.
Stayed here twice during COVID, rooms are great, clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and go that extra mile if required. Down side be aware £26 to park
N. C.
Hotel was amazing!! 10/10. Staff was lovely (kim Lee) very helpful. Will definitely be back soon :)
Z. S.
A warm, quirky, cozy and clean place. On entering first, I thought I wrongly entered a Studio and stepped out!
Nice breakfast area and breakfast options. Kudos to the friendly staff. Enjoyed my stay for a week. Room seemed a bit less spacious with a lot of furniture, but the excellent location makes up for it.
j. c.
Great hotel, staff are very helpful!
L. O.
I have been here for couple of time, and the service has been excellent, the staff pampers you like anything. Once I miss the breakfast timing, however, the staff ensured a mini breakfast even though their kitchen time was over. The hotel is in the middle of the city and close to market and good price as well. I would recommend this hotel.
G.
Hotel is well situated. Staff are friendly and helpful, and wear casual clothes as uniform as the hotel has a chilled out atmosphere. Room was decently sized and well stocked with amenities. Shower room is nice, bright and clean. Bed was firm, but comfortable enough for me, however if you have trouble sleeping/back issues I wouldn't necessarily recommend. Nice view of the Shard and the city from our room. Breakfast is a wonderful complimentary continental spread including cereals, pastries, cold cuts, yoghurts and fruits. However no cooked English, so you're out of luck if that's what you're hoping for. Free coffee machine is available at all hours in the restaurant. The dinner menu left much to be desired with only a handful of dishes on offer. The restaurant is also not open on Sundays for dinner service. We were offered vouchers for the value of our meal and ate at the neighbouring Novotel.
G. H.
Very good. Impressed as soon as walked in. Very much liked the no reception, but attentive people approach. Room fine, very comfortable bed, decent shower... need thicker towels, though, a bit under spec for the style. We were more than happy, then breakfast... which was excellent, good choices, simple buffet service, just enough attention from staff, even coffee was ok ( but would have liked to have a premium coffee like Illy on offer) overall, very good.
E. M.
Just checked out after a one night stay. Couldn't fault the place. Great decor, friendly staff, comfy bed, clean bedroom, wonderful breakfast. Will definitely stay again! It was better than some 4 star places I have stayed at near by. For the location the price is excellent.
d. P.
Amazing decor in foyer and throughout all the way to the rooms. Staff was all really friendly.. 100% would recommend and go again

Really good event venue and great catering provided

If I could give this hotel 15O per cent I would. I will definitely be staying here again and hopefully with my family. The manager on duty Jalal and receptionist on duty are one of the friendliest staff I have met at a hotel and you are extremely well looked after. The one thing I want from a hotel is to know I will be looked after and I am safe as a solo traveller. On Sunday morning after a lovely stay, unfortunately, there was a young person in distress and I witness the care, extreme kindness and attention Juliana and Jalal gave that person. They could have been cold and got rid of the person as I have seen in other hotels, but they did not and I was very impressed, to me it said a lot about the hotel and the way they treated people. The hotel is really funky and gorgeous, the room was really clean and the breakfast area lovely and you were welcome to free tea and coffee during the stay. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and to IBIS make sure you do not lose your excellent employees Jalal and Julianna.

Stayed here last year on a visit to London. The location is amazing, and I loved being in that neighborhood. You could walk to so many places. The staff was great, and the breakfast was amazing. I don't need much for breakfast so it was perfect. The room was a bit small, but I've found that's just how rooms are in the area. When we arrived our AC was broken, but the quickly sent someone to fix it. I liked that the shower and the sink area were separate so it made getting ready easier. It was a great stay and hoping I can make a return visit some day.
D. F.
Amazing place to stay. Very chilled atmosphere and breakfast was amazing. The service at breakfast honestly makes the food taste better. The rooms are big enough with a tv and great linen. Our nephews stayed in the attached room which was brilliant and what more do you need. Great showers.

Best hotel ever!
Who sais it was a 3stars hotel? Breakfast is amazing and Suna at the reception was helpful and welcoming! The hotel looks amazing and stylish, close to all the transportation and the area is just great!!!
We spent a weekend with my husband we had nice attention in the room, a view on the shard.... it was AMAZING we will come back
M. E.
Loved staying here, and will be using it again. The hotel's olde-time theatrical decorations are wonderful, with all kinds of interesting objects and items to investigate on the public areas. Our room had a colourful Wizard of Oz themed paintjob which gave the room a unique feel for a chain hotel which is usually pretty cookie-cutter in its room design. Unlimited access to the tea/coffee/hot chocolate machine in the dining room pleased me as hotel room tea is always lackluster, and the flashing disco showerhead was another amusing highlight.
Breakfast was the usual things you'd expect in a continental, with a good array of cereals and yoghurts. The donuts won me over as a nice addition to the usual roster.
This hotel is in a great location and is so much more interesting than any other big chain hotel I've ever stayed in. Highly recommended.
P. C.
We loved every minute at this fabulous hotel, from the moment that we stepped in the revolving door. Walking into the reception area was like walking into an old style theatre, amazing decor. The staff were young fresh and so helpful to us. Breakfast, everything one could wish for. Room clean and quiet with funky decor.
We loved every minute of our one week stay.
Look for the amazing ladies that are always in the lift!!
L. R.
Great find! Nice modern hotel! Love the theme!! Staff were friendly. Nice breakfast, although probably would have appreciated it even more had I not been running a marathon hours later! Comfy bed, although the sofa bed that my sister slept on didn't look as comfy. Nespresso machines were a nice touch.
B. P.
Thank you to all the staff at the Ibis. Friendly - warm reception - lovely room - upgraded with a shard view. Chocolates and a free drink. You gave us the best experience during our stay -.well done. Breakfast was plentiful and well presented!! Would definitely come back!!
G. S.
Wonderful stay. As soon as you walked in you felt like you were on stage with the amazing decor. Will definitely stay again.
K. L.
Stayed at this hotel last for my husband's birthday. Absolutely loved the quirkiness of the place. It was all themed on movies, even the bedside lamps were bowler hats! Everything was clean and well presented. There was a continental breakfast included which had a good choice of cereal, fruit etc. There are a good choice of attractions nearby, and I will most definately stay again.
C. W.
Very friendly staff and nice decor in reception area. Room v comfortable and had everything you need
L. H.
I stayed one night on business, an easy walk over southwark bridge into the city (or plenty of bus routes). The hotel lobby is full of quirky furniture and 'reception' is friendly and helpful people with iPads or laptops. This also doubles as the bar and eating place; food choices are very limited ... a sandwich might have been nice. The room was spacious and comfortable with compact WC/shower room, small desk and wardrobe, and chair and stool. Good heating controls and view of the Shard. Breakfast was a reasonable mix of fruit, yoghurt, croissants/breads, meats and cheeses, good juice and coffee.
s.
From the moment you step in, the hotel surprised me. It is not typical hotel, it is a total new concept of stylish accommodation. The hotel staff was dressed in casual attire, made the atmosphere totally relax.
Our room is of course not an exception. The decoration was totally awesome. Special shout to our LED disco-light shower!
Breakfast spread was okay. We were delighted to see various flavour of tea and different type of coffee. The daily homemade cake is not-to- miss.
Will definitely recommend everyone to try this place.
s. n.
Beautiful decor, room was clean and had superb layout and quality furniture. Good breakfast. Reasonable pricing though on expenses side.. The aircon was very noisy so have to switch it off. Certainly would recommend and will book again in future.
K. N.
Great ambience and concept - I enjoyed it. Like the fact that there is no front office and everything is done through a mobile device. The breakfast was nice as well, coffee was great. Staff had the right attitude - friendly, almost playful, not stuck-up.
Where i see an opportunity to improve is A) the temperature of the room was too warm when I entered, and the air was stale. I am also not the fan of those ball-shaped lamps in the breakfast area - every two minutes someone bumped their head on to them.
Other than that I had a great time - thank you
C. M.
Affordable hotel in popular Southwark! Truly a great value considering you can walk to so many places. I would have given 5 stars, except that the rooms are very small (but still functional) and the breakfast buffet is lacking. Truly an outstanding value in an expensive city!
M. S.
Reasonably priced compared to others in the area. Clean, pleasant and in a great location. Interesting West End/Broadway theme throughout. It has some annoying features though. 1. There is no reception desk so when I arrived I was wandering around the place looking for reception or a member of staff. When a staff member turned up they said that I should have stood by the piano. Yes. Obvious really. 2. No hot breakfast. Reasonable array of cold stuff, largely bread and sugary stuff. 3. Gluten free bread was still frozen and I had to defrost it over my coffee cup. 4. No butter sachets, only margarine. The butter was in a communal big block only which isn't ideal for people with gluten free diets looking to avoid cross contamination with wheat breadcrumbs. 5. At 8am on28/5/19,a busy time for people wanting to eat, there were around 15 tables that had not been cleared and cleaned after people had eaten and people were struggling to find somewhere to eat. Instead, the one member of staff to be seen thought it better to fill the apples and kiwi fruit boxes that were already half full anyway. 6. Breakfast plates were only as big as a saucer, so you need to carry about 3 around at the buffet. 7.the room was roasting in the night but the aircon was powered off centrally. Regardless, I will probably return as the location was convenient.
K. M.
Very clean, comfortable and well price hotel.
A.
-Nice atmosphere
-Good service
-Reasonably priced 💷
-Rooms are basic, clean and beds are comfortable
-Toilet was claustrophobic - this was room #519 though
-Minimal bathroom products - they have a all in one bottle for sink and Shower which is great - a easy way for them to cut down on packaging
-We chose not to have our towels changed yet they still did this 🤔 - we read the towel sign and left them hanging! So Ethical values may not be 100%
-Film and Theatre themed style Reception, Restaurant and rooms to an extent
-Bar is open late and very reasonable prices
-Disabled rooms available
-Good location

Nice hotel with a good value for money. The people working there are nice. Great choice of food for the breakfast and unlimited tea and coffe during the day. Only issue we had was with the pillows, which were a bit hard for us and did not made it easy to sleep.
M. T. (.
Stunning interior design in communal areas with a modern eclectic feel makes this chain hotel stand out. Rooms are also quirky with attention to detail clean well staffed with friendly approachable assistance available when needed. A great central location ideal place to stay for a "City break.
A. B.
The staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Our room was an okay size for what we needed, the bed was comfy and the other facilities were good. The included buffet breakfast was very good and had plenty of choice. Hotel was very handy for a lot of the central attractions and restaurants, and transport for slightly further locations was reasonably handy.
R. W.
We stayed in this unique hotel from 15/08 to 17/08/19 on a family city break.
On a arrival, they surprised us with the mini popcorn machine and a treasure map, my 11 years old son was really excited about finding where the treasure was.
Thanks for the front manager and all her staff's hard working and caring which made our stay even more special.
S. S.
Great atmosphere and indoor decor. Surprisingly stylish hotel with everything working well and smooth. Excellent breakfast with a wide selection of well made items - the pastry was very fresh and crisp. Cozy bar area with decent selection.
W.
Unfortunately due to building works finding the hotel was a little confusing on arrival, no visible signage to show the hotel was there however we got there in the end! On arrival was greeted by a beautiful lounge area, the reception wasn't blatantly obvious on its where abouts and the staff did not stand out. That being said, the staff members on duty negated this aspect altogether once they grabbed my attention (was too busy awing at the decorations, seriously whoever decorated needs a raise 10/10) attentive, interested and so happy! Just a few key words that will accurately describe the staff, so well mannered, polite and well meaning. They even went out of their way to help me order food one night (it was late and we struggled to find a take out, 0 area knowledge on my behalf unfortunately). Rooms were fantastically decorated, bathrooms needed an extractor for the shower, and the mirrors needed a dry polish instead of a wet one (streaks). The kettle provided with the room wasn't very clean, I had to clean limescale off the filter and give the inside a wash out. Breakfast was a little lack lustre for me however, which was quite a let down, again staff, nice as pie, can't fault them perfect service. Just would've liked a cooked breakfast rather than a continental styled one.
B. E.
This is a neat boutique hotel. Each room has a jazzy motife. Its well maintained and comfortable. The rooms are a bit small but when in London you don't stay in your room much. The breakfast has a good variety. The Tube and river are a short walk away. The Globe Theater and the Tate are close.
J. S.
Fantastic experience here. Lobby was eclectic and visually interesting. My husband and I stayed on the "Wizard of Oz" floor and we loved the theme in the room. The comfortable room (especially the bed), great breakfast, extraordinarily attentive staff, and convenient location make this a hotel deserving of a 5-star rating.
S. P.
Great place, like the idea that they want to help the environment by not bleaching their laundry. Shame they use a lot of single use plastic. Seems to be a miss match of eco friendly policies. This is a hotel that is a little bit of the wall. Film orientated reception and bedrooms. Good stay just need to look at the overall effect the hotel is having on the environment.
C. D.
Always been a fan of all the Ibis hotels but this is the first one of their 'Styles' range that I've been too and I am extremely happy to have made that decision. You can expect their usual high level of service, cleanliness and attention to detail but with a unique twist. This one has a heavily film influence throughout the building and into the rooms and decor. This may sound tacky but I can assure you it's not. Very pleasing to see something different and with some serious thought gone into it. Highly recommended.
S. M.
Stayed twice in successive weeks. Staff very helpful. Hotel clean with fresh decor. Rooms nicely decorated but can be a bit 'loud' in taste. First room smelled a little of dirty water from shower area but second room lovely. No cooked breakfast here, continental style only.
J. M.
Very nice room with the extra sofa bed area. Breakfast (continental) is great, with plenty of options which are refilled frequently. Room is modern with 2 TV's, Plus USB charging outlets built into both sides of the bed head. Great location for food and transport.
S. B.
The whole hotel is decorated in a way that evokes the roaring twenties. Rooms are comfortable and functional. Guests can enjoy free coffee/tea/hot chocolate at any time. Wifi is quite fast.
J. V.
Comfortable room with interesting decor. Staff were helpful and friendly. Cleaner came very late in the day to our room (5pm) and didn't do much other than make the beds and change the towels. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh.
I. R.
The hotel in general is ok. However, there are connecting doors in many rooms and then if you have laud neighbours you won't be able to relax. I have been there many times and started asking about the room without connecting doors. Another thing is breakfast everyday the same... since 3 years.
A. P.
Nice place, not your typical hotel which is a plus in my case. Rooms are kinda small, that's why the 4 out of 5 stars. Breakfast is good, if you want to eat healthy for sure you'll find something here.
B. A.
The hotel location is pretty good, 5 minutes from the london bridge station and with a good number of restaurants near by (everything closes at 11pm).
The hotel atmphosmer e is really friendly and the staff are always in good mood and helpful.
On our first room the air conditioner didnt work and they move us to another room .
The most significant problem is that the sheets in the room was always dirty, some had even blood on it.
It was always dirty.
One good thing of the room itself was that it has a pretty good sound isolation, the street have some movement but you cant heart at all in the room.
M. P.
Great staff, great service, very clean, good buffet selection, excellent location and good value for money we are returning!
J. H.
Loved the decor throughout. Very fun and quirky. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bit slow checking in and the bar bill while we waited for the room was very high - two beers and a G&T £39! But overall loved the hotel.
M. C.
The best place to stay in London for best price.
The best service.
I am really impressed with this hotel.
Breakfast is awesome.
Coffee 24/7 available as for free.
Popcorn always for free.
Awesome place.
D. W.
Great interior rooms are nice and comfy fit in with the theme of the hotel staff are friendly nice place
K. P.
Centrally located. Hotel in very good condition with nice rooms. Breakfast okay but nothing fancy. Hotelbar sucks... one night they didn´t have one single softdrink... in general, bar staff didn´t seem to have good knowledge about products and services. Definitely room for improvement!
R. C.
Went here for a staff Christmas party and it was excellent . The quality of the room layout and the staff were really nice as well as the lovely decor .
One negative is that they dont have any beer or drinks on draught /tap which is a little annoying .
R. G.
They've gone all out with the cinema theme making this quite unusual but endearing decor. The staff were very helpful and friendly and I greatly appreciate their time in organising the delivery of the phone charger I'd left in the room. Wonderfully located near Borough Market
D. W.
Okay, nothing special. Room was okay bed was uncomfortable as we're the pillows.
Towels in bathroom very thin and cheap just like the toilet roll and the coffee was not good either in the room or in restaurant.
The staff were friendly and booking in and checking out was easy.
C. H.
Very easy and fun check in, lift amazing, room great.
Breakfast was only continental, I must have missed that when I booked - said Breakfast and assumed, as we are in England, it would include eggs and beacon, not so, a continental breakfast was provided.
The only tie I wanted to eat on Sunday night at around 8 the kitchebn was closed despite saying 5 to 10 7 days a week, All was not lost as I popped next door to the Novotel and had a super steak!
J. R.
Quirky decor, extremely friendly and helpful staff. Would rate it 5 stars if it weren't for the beds being rather uncomfortably hard.
Breakfast is a continental buffet. Dinner wise, it's OK, you'll find better options in the nearby pubs and restaurants.
I. B.
Great hotel. Clean comfortable. Breakfast was good. Fab location. Just a few minutes walk to the Thames and the Shard. Easy to check in. Luggage storage was a bonus

I really enjoyed my stay at Ibis Southwark. The hotel had its nice own style, the breakfast was sufficient and staff was friendly. One thing I didnt enjoy was the poor air condition - there were hardly enough air for two persons per night and it was a little bit too warm in the room. However, I didnt remember to report this during our stay, maybe they could have fixed it?
W. S. T.
Fantastic place to stay! We spent our 2 week honeymoon here and the staff, breakfast, evening restaurant, maid service and location are all 5 star! We will definitely be staying here again! Also, the decor theme is just adorable and welcoming!
J. L.
We have had the best 2 nights staying at the Ibis Southwark Rose Hotel. Alex, the manager was amazing and couldn't have made our stay any better. Totally attentive and he remembered our names as he was walking through the breakfast room. The rooms, whilst not large were clean and very comfortable and we had a fab view of the Shard from our bedroom window. We will definitely stay there again.

This is an average hotel. The rooms are quite small, but they are comfortable. The free breakfast is served for a long period (6:30-10:00, 7-11 on weekends). Don't expect much more than a simple continental breakfast. Wi-Fi is free and included in the room rate but I found it to be unreliable and slow. Staff is friendly although they do not do special requests such as early breakfast (before 6).
N.
Great location if visiting London.
Rooms are basic but functional. They include a kettle with tea & coffee.
Lobby is unique and vibrant.
The included breakfast is continental only.
I wasn't able to work out the WiFi but didn't look too hard or ask at the lobby.
F. H.
I really enjoyed my stay in Londo at IBIS southwark. The hotel lobby is styled like an old theatre and the rooms are not only painted with phantasy, but also equipped with kettle, iron and hairdryer.. The breakfast is continental and offered plenty of everything. The staff is very polite and helpfull. The location is ideally for Tate Modern or Borrough Market, but also for Tower, city or Soho.
J. D.
Hotel is smart and looks recently refurbished. Was slightly confusing as there is no official reception, just get greeted when you walk in. Room was comfortable and smart. Bed comfy and curtains kept the room pitch black. Only slight problem was that the windows weren't great at keeping out the noise. Got up in the night thinking it was open, due to the noise coming in, but was just poorly sound proofed.
s. a. e. w.
Stylish, quirky, loved it! Only b& b for us, so not sure about the totsk food rang, but continental breakfast was first rate. Very convenient for Tate modern, shard etc.
I. B.
3 stars is generous. Came to this hotel to attend an event, staff not very helpful as can barely speak English, the breakfast area was very messy, dried fruits on display, the whole setting looking very outdated. Personally, I would not stay here.
B. L.
Very impressed with the friendly and professional way all the hotel staff responded to my requirements yesterday when I ran a training workshop there. Their attention to detail and support throughout the day made a real difference to the event. Outstanding service. Excellent venue. Highly recommended.
S.
Deco is awesome! Rooms comfy perfect location for our needs. It's a shame there was no cooked breakfast considering the price for one night. The staff were awesome!! Great place
s. a.
i can say that i have no bad thing to say only good. the service was outstanding. the rooms and facilities clean with high maintanace. perfect breakfast. great location.
i will recommend this hotel to any one i know
A. G. (.
Pleasantly surprised, clean modern style hotel, decent sized room, free WiFi, good complimentary breakfast provided too. Could only really fault the bed which was very creaky, could do with investing in more comfortable new beds. Good location, walking distance to Cheapside and Borough (which is the closer tube too, not Southwark)
t. n.
Ideal location for a short visit in London, I was agreeably surprised by the service: simple but warm welcome, real customer care. Rooms are clean and fresh, quiet area, breakfast missing hot foods but generous. Recommended
G. D.
Loved the quirkiness of the hotel and the relaxed atmosphere. Very clean hotel, central position but no external noise could be heard. Great breakfast. Would definitely stay again.
j. v. e.
I liked the hotel style, it suited me better than the other IBIS hotels in the area. Check in/out was quick and easy. Breakfast was nice. Room was nice. only thing that was hard was to find the hotel by google maps. There are no green sign on the main entrance.
A. E.
Friendly welcome and super quick check-in as I'd already done the online check-in so just needed to collect be key. Room was ready at 12:30pm which was fab.
The lobby is quirky and stylish and even had free popcorn 🍿👍🏼
Room on the 1st floor was clean and even had a great view of The Shard
Air conditioning takes a while to kick in and I imagine on a v hot day would not be strong enough.
Had a great night sleep though and didn't hear any noise which was fantastic. Not even the cleaners that you can sometimes here rustling about in the mornings. So 10/10 for quiet room.
Shower had good pressure and temperature. Only had 1 towel per person so would be nice to have an extra towel for ladies to dry their hair
Breakfast was disappointing. Served from 07:30 - 11:30 on a Sunday I believe. We arrived just before 10:30 and most bits were empty. Staff didn't seem to have much urgency at refilling or clearing tables. Cold continental buffet of boiled eggs, ham, salami and a couple of cheeses. Cucumber and tomato. Cereal : cocoa pops, special k and muesli. Also had banana chips, dates and sultanas. Yogurt in glass cups with some kind of fruit sauce? And a jug of milk which of course was quickly emptied. Muesli was empty. The fruit stand was empty. Seemed to be some good pastries. I didn't see and gluten free options. Forget the coffee machine, the cappuccino was mostly milky water. The percolated coffee was quite good but again emptied quickly as more people came. No clean cutlery, had to ask for this. Couple of juice options.
All in all I would stay here again as only a stone throw from Borough Market and would go there for breakfast instead.
A. R.
Cannot fault the hotel...it was in the right area of London that we needed to be, as we came to watch the Marathon. Our room was lovely with a view of the Shard. Beds were very comfortable and the room was spotless. On top of that, the included continental breakfast had everything we wanted and was delicious.
S. M.
This place was cute, clean and decorated in such a whimsical way, it was delightful to stay here. Everyone working at the front was kind and helpful and incredibly welcoming (and that was probably my favorite part of staying here). We stayed during the heat wave and they had AC so that was a relief.
D. M.
This hotel was okay for the price. The room was pretty nice. My only complaint was that the shower was... puzzling. In that it was really difficult to figure out how to operate it.
Also - continental breakfast only. No bacon.
C. B.
We loved the hotel and the friendly and casual nature of the staff. The decor was great and the rooms were spacious, very quiet and nicely decorated. We got a great room rate - highly recommended!
D. C.
Friendly reception after I'd worked out that I was I the tight place sign outside required. Liked unconventional reception. Room clean and we'll equipped needed more then 3 carton of milk. Breakfast good selection and all fresh and tables cleared immediately vacated.
S. D.
Modern clean room. Attentive staff.
I. F. R.
We stayed 7 nights and had a view of The Shard! Very nice staff! Very well located! Quiet and very comfortable. Good breakfast! It was our second stay here and we will definetely come back!
s. b.
Clean hotel. Very friendly check in folks. Breakfast set up is my only gripe. Stayed here a few times and find the buffet layout confusing and dining area v busy.
N. C.
Central and convenient. Nice people. I liked it
C. C.
Location was great. Funky decor and room satisfactory. Pillows were hard as a rock! Awful. And I don't like the soap in a pump. Cost cutting yes... if I had known I would have brought my own soap.
A. S.
Comfy rooms, elegant and modern rooms and lobby, ideally located near borough market and Southbank. The breakfast was ok just would have liked a few hot options.
Great place overall
P.
An exquisite hotel superbly decorated in true Ibis Styles tradition reflecting stage and screen. A funky atmosphere manned by incredible staff, informal, polite and efficient.
A superb location for London city access with water taxi, train and underground in easy reach.
A comfort level to match your home.
J. L.
The lobby is newly renovated. However, the rooms are still yet to be renovated. Not even a refrigerator in the room. It really needs an update soon. A good thing is the free included breakfast. It's worth the money, if ignoring the room
d. w.
Your staff are amazing especially the guys on reception. Simply can't fault their helpfulness and so friendly. Room was clean and quiet. Love the new decor too ☺
S. R.
Lovely hotel, stayed for a business trip. The hotel has great musical themed decor throughout the hotel and bedrooms. The breakfast was continental style but had a nice variety of items.
A. M. T.
Great hotel, central location for the Globe and Borough market. Cool decor, clean and well presented, friendly staff. Showers were a little bit weedy but otherwise all fine. Recommended!
s. b.
Rooms are small but we'll kept. Rooms are cleaned daily. While booking they were advertising breakfast buffet but when I stayed there, they said there is renovation going on and gave the same food as breakfast everyday which make you sick
j.
Pros for this hotel are:
- The location
- A unique style to the hotel and rooms
- Friendly and helpful staff
- A really good breakfast spread
The only slightly negative thing I could think of is the decoration of the bathroom in my room could have done with a touch up.
M. S.
Really lovely room. Really quiet as overlooked the carpark. Great breakfasts. Front of house staff to be commended for being so friendly. Loved the decor. Hope to come back with the family one day.
P. M.
Excellent hotel with friendly, efficient staff. Ideal location and our room even had a superb view of The Shard building. Breakfast was great too. We had a fantastic time here.
S. W.
We spent over an hour driving around trying to find a way into the hotel as everything had been cordoned off due to the latest terrorist attacks. It would have been really helpful to get a heads up via email from you that there were issues. We arrived very stressed and when I tried to convey this to the lady at check-in she said 'I'll tell my manager' and that was it. She was totally disinterested.
M. S.
Pollows are the hardest I have ever experienced, breakfast has loads of sugary sweets, but seems to lack proper healthy options.
Rest is pretty clean but absolutely hot in the hallways & rooms etc., and it's not even summer
N. M.
Standard hotel for people on business trips. Bed felt like cardboard as well as the pillows. Nice enough shower room and breakfast contained copious versions of bread in forms of bagels doughnuts and sugar
M. S.
Amazing quality budget hotel. Incredible foyer and lifts. Room decor is amazing. Staff were friendly and attentive. Didn't feel anything like an IBIS!
P. D.
Beautiful place with theme lobby hall and classy English breakfast. Rooms are pretty cleaned. Reason for 4 stars is just because they could do more good!!!
S. M.
I also stayed at the novatel next door, novatel was nicer, but I think we stayed at ibis cause it was cheaper. Basic basic basic. Continental breakfast incl, was cereal, slice delis and bread, fruit salad, yogurts and cheeses. Drain was clogged in shower but they cleared it up the same day. Washroom felt a little gross and bed was worn in.
L. I.
Lovely hotel and great value for money. Food and service exceeded my expectations. The room was just ok though as it had a slight smell of drains.
G. B.
Simple clean hotel on the face of it at a good price. Great friendly staff and service. Close to London bridge tube borough market exit. . I really like the style and lack of hassle here. Will come again.
P. V.
We had room 210, one of the worst we've ever had at this hotel. It's on the main road, over the entrance. Extremely noisy all night. We were woken up repeatedly. We've usually been higher up and at the rear which is fine. On the car park, when we arrived at 11.30 am we got the last space. There were several trade vans (at least 7 or 8) parked there. After we'd parked, a man in a Range Rover failed to find a space at all and seemed very angry, as I would have been if I were him. We choose this hotel because of the car park. You need to get those tradesmen's vans elsewhere … against the sides maybe, in non-designated spaces. At night the trade vans have all gone, but they really will lose you custom if people can't access the car park in the daytime because of them. If we couldn't park, we would not come again.
On which, on Saturday we had to pay £43 for 24 hours plus another day because we left at 16.40 after the theatre. Often you just allow this at £25 as at that point the car park is 33% empty.
We've stayed with you many times. We were not that happy this time.
J. B.
Excellent hotel, very nicely decorated to give it a nice unique feel. Very friendly staff, and the continental breakfast was delicious. We will be staying again!
O. P.
Really lovely staff and loved the decor very cool. Location is perfect with loads to do and see all around. Close to tube, car park and Borough Market. Highly recommend this hotel it's great.
S. E.
Very cool and quirky decor, and nicely situated for sightseeing. Staff very friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was plentiful and varied.
C. S.
Quirky hotel with very friendly staff. An informal relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast is continental, but good quality food and well presented. We will use this hotel again.
R. M.
Beautiful hotel with free drink machines and included breakfast (served 6-10) and great rooms... Even printed out my boarding pass for me and extended my checkout time
I. R.
Love this place. The decor is brilliant. Chose this place because it looked a little different. Glad we did. Brilliant location if you want to explore London. Staff are lovely very friendly. Rooms are great. Love the shower heads!!!!!
T. M.
It would be hard to improve on my experience at this hotel. The staff were very kind and friendly. The hotel clean and well kept, and the situation just right to visit the Globe Theatre and St Paul's Cathedral.
Y. H.
Great place to stay for a business or leisure trip in London. It is a 5 minute walk to London Bridge tube station so that is very central.
Rooms are comfortable and free wifi is provided.
Continental breakfast is good but the restaurant is a bit too expensive.
K. A. B.
We were very satisfied with the rooms, the interior was so different, funny and cosy, the breakfast had all the things we wanted plus quite a bit more - everything very fresh and delicious, and the staff was so friendly, helpfull and competent.
S. P.
I can't fault anything really helpful staff who were really friendly. The style of the hotel was Superb, and our view from our room was unreal a great view of the shard. We can't wait to come back many thanks.
R.
Lovely looking hotel with adequate facilities. Fairly clean and tidy, with a nice trendy lobby and decorations. Well priced for London, and fairly well located.
D. D.
Great hotel well situated for Shard and Borough Market. Staff are friendly and the breakfast was good. Our room was clean and stylish.
B. A.
I liked breakfasts and the service. Room looked nice and was clean, however shower cabin could be better secured. Floor was wet after taking one short shower.
J. B.
Nice hotel, spacious rooms according to London standards. Perfect location to discover London. Breakfast buffet had a good variety.
J. S.
Beautiful hotel ideal for the work traveller. Breakfast is buffet style continental. Which is great if you're in a rush for the tube at London Bridge only a few minutes walk away
A. F.
Great room 602. Quiet with view of shard and across river to the city. Very good selection for breakfast. Staff happy to help with special requests. Will stay again.
M. J.
Very comfortable, clean, stylish hotel. Rooms are small, but clean and have everything you need. Would definitely stay here again.
T. B.
Really good clean nice and quiet hotel.
E. E.
Who needs a reception desk when you got service minded staff, good breakfast, great central location, clean rooms and a very nice looking hotel?
Everything was perfect for our family of 4. Thank you all.
M. v. O.
A little unusual compared to traditional hotels (no reception) and a less formal appeal than other hotels, but it perfectly matches the more modern crowd which is looking for an affordable nice hotel with breakfast in this area.
P. L.
We stood at this hotel for 1 night. They were very warm with us. The location was perfect and the breakfast was great. I recommend it
A. L.
Very good place to stay, friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, good continental breakfast.
We've stayed at several other hotels in the area but this is by far the best for value
S. T.
Brilliant friendly staff very clean and secure.
t. w.
Location : excellent (close to city, local life and public transport).
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Room : a bit small.
Breakfast : not well organised when crowded. Could be more local dishes.
K. J.
Great place to stay staff very helpful clean hotel great location I will be staying here again
A.
We loved our stay here, rooms were small but stylish for an Ibis. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. A little far from main attractions if walking but close enough to use the train
d. b.
Great place to stay - right on Borough Market.
K. C.
Lovely modern hotel in a great part of London. East access from London Bridge tube stn and very close to Borough Market and South Bank.Staff very pleasant and helpful. Good choice at breakfast.

Wonderful hotel! The best location ever in London. Rooms are super clean and nicely decorated. Internet is great. Staff is kind and amiable.
M.
The decorations in this place just blew my mind, it is so nice, staff are super quick and friendly, room was good needed a bit more attention in cleaning some areas but it was good over all.
B. F.

CHANGING YOUR FINANCIAL LIFE SEMINAR
My husband and I will be here on Saturday 7th February 2015 at 'Changing Your Financial Life Seminar', at 1pm - 3:30pm to find out more about how to become debt free and financially independent, how to get our money working for us as hard as we work for our money, learn how to set goals that are realistic and put a plan in place that will enable us to see them come to pass in the near future.
We gain so much insight into the financial world which is having a great impact on our lives that we have to go again.
This is a free event so feel free to join us on Saturday. Anyone 18+ are welcome to come.
If you want to know what really goes on behind the scenes in the financial arena then this is definitely the place to be!
N. O.

B. H.
Hotel was very clean and quiet. Close to city centre and underground. Breakfast was amazing and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.
G. C.
Rooms spacious with comfortable bed, ironing board and iron. Loads of usb and mains sockets. Reasonable price too for location.
R. S.
Ideal location to visit the Shard. Had a car park which was why we chose this hotel. Walking distance to Shard. Clean tidy. Breakfast is continental. Coffee was dreadful..
M. D. P.
Nice hotel in a convenient location. Walking distance to a lot of tourist spots and very close to the London Bridge Station. Also a few minutes away from the Borough Market.
M. M.
As a fan of Wicked the decor in this place is fantastic. Simple breakfast. Rooms were spotless and perfect for me for a work trip.
J. R.
The hotel lobby was nice, breakfast good, but our room smelled very bad. It came out of the bathroom and didn't end during the whole stay.
L. G.
great rooms, great breakfast
T. A.
Everyone very helpful, fabulous decor. Breakfast continental, but very good, as much tea and coffee as you like. Always stay at this hotel, when in this area.
D. S.
One of the best economy hotels in London for value for money. Excellent service and great food and drink selection
D. D.
European style and standard hotel. Shall rooms, continental breakfast, cold meats etc. 10 minutes from the nearest tube station. Perfectly acceptable for a short stay in London.
S. J.
Had a meeting near "Ibis Styles" stopped in for a drink. Very nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Didn't try the food but it looked goodd . ( Prices were not bad )
M. Š.
Stylish and very cosy hotel. Nice decorations in hotel lobby, which was not like in usual hotels. Also very nice rooms and superb breakfast.
Y. V. S.
Nicely decorated hotel, excellent breakfast but lower quality rooms. Especially for the price you pay (altough this is common in Londen).
D. F. (.
Nice rooms, clean quiet. Sensibly priced for the city. Breakfast included. Can't go far wrong.
N. C.
Great location, amazing rooms, nice staff but unfortunately the restaurant is under refurbishment and the free breakfast delivered in the room was quite poor.
E. T.
The new renovation is amazing, has a real vintage chic vibe which totally hides the fact it's a chain brand hotel. The bed was also tremendously comfortable.
H. N.
Nice quirky little hotel, the rooms are small but cosy. The breakfast was quite good and there was no noise from London
P. T.
I am a Platinum accor member, and my room wasn't good enough, plus i was given two single beds.Plus i still have not received my checkout invoice which i need for my expenses to be claimed. I asked for this on check out.
B. L.
Brilliant base for borough Market and South Bank, quirky wicked/wizard of oz bedrooms
B. D.
Nice hotel. Boutique feel to the common areas. Room a little small but full of amenities. Would stay again
Y. E.
Great design and décor. Continental breakfast to rival other European ones. Great staff and service. Lovely meeting space excellently managed.
B. H. (.
Nice hotel, local to lots of great tourist attractions.
G. M.
A quirky hotel with a great vibe, great accommodation / meal options and very friendly staff. The central location made for easy walking to major attractions.
J. F.
Absolutely amazing, everything is faultless.
K. V. M.
This IBIS Styles London Southwark Rose looks and feels very informal and "young", but it is run professionally: fast check-in, clean, quite big room for London standards and originally decorated, good and varied breakfast, quiet. Definitely a good place to stay in London close to Tate Modern, Blackfriars Station and other public transport.
n. h.
Decent hotel, good central location. Bizarre decor, particularly in reception area. There's nothing wrong with a reception desk, nothing to be afraid of!
J. S.
We had a great time. The hotel is in a great location by the Thames and was newly renovated. The breakfast was great every morning.
v. t.
The rooms are large enough for a couple. The breakfast is the same everyday. All in all this hotel is a good value for money.
D. B.
What a great place. Really helpful staff, superb location.
A. C.
I was looking for some cosy place for a drink and I ended up in ibis styles. Really comfortable place with warm atmosphere. Good to have a relaxed time
A. O.
Very good location, Central, near to town, very good standard, room was cleaned, nice service but breakfast leaves a lot to be desired.
L. P.
Good, great location really close to London Bridge tube stop. Room was small and quite warm but you don't come to London to spend all your time in your room!
M. T.
Very friendly people service was second to none.
S. L.
Very stylish place, and has a parking. Rooms are nice although a bit small. Very good bedding and nice buffet.
I. M.

A. D.

B. A.
Bit of a challenge to find reception on the way in, but nice hotel. Film themed, clean and a very comfortable bed. 👍🏼
A. C.
Great location if unusual decor. A little pricey. No restaurant but you can just go next door to the partner hotel.
L. W.
Amazing places, everything in walking distance. Definitely stay again.
N. W.
5 minutes walk from London Bridge tube station, round the corner from Borough Market. Really friendly staff, just think the bathrooms could do with an extra bit of cleaning.
J. K.
Great location, bit quirky inside but looks good. Staff were nice. Only do a continental breakfast.
S. B.
Excellent weekend stopover here. Stylish and boutique-like without the trendy prices. Really well placed for Borough Market.
C.
Weird hotel which is how I like it. Lovely staff. Brilliant bar. Breakfast was odd, but functional.
A. P.
Quirky place with great casual bar, clean rooms and great breakfast. Also in good location close to London Bridge. Helpful staff. Would recommend.
F. D.
Room was nice, handy location but no defined reception area and some staff weren't very friendly
M. A.
Excellent un terms of price and quality
J. V.
Great accommodation for London. Reasonably close to everything. Choice of breakfast is good but doesn't vary
I. D. J.
Quirky, eclectic decor, tasty breakfast, convenient location, attentive service. Our only complaint was the pre-soiled roll of TP in our WC.
C. J.
very good situation , nice breakfast , cool deco ,nice personel, clean room and good bed, bathroom could be better ... a little expensive for an Ibis.
T. J.
Clean, fresh, attentive staff and quiet at night. Plenty for breakfast and location suited our tourist needs too.
M. A.
Very Nice hotel for your stay at central london area. The staff is superb, rooms are nice and the location is perfectly placed.
D. G.
Great hotel Great location
Staff great, lovely hotel and nice continental breakfast make a change from all fried food we will be back
N. B.
The hotel exterior belies its internal class and style which will have you realising you are not just experiencing a over night hotel stay ; but a part of London
s. p.
Standard Rooms are too small you really have to try hard to find a place to put your luggage.
Hopefully the staff is very friendly and helpful.
G. M.
Nice hotel within walking distance to London Bridge tude station offers a buffet style breakfast have always found it very satisfactory
D. C.
Great little hotel in the heart of London
C. G.

H. T. d. C.
The CI experience with Sandra was fantastic. I loved to see the desk free check in. Thank you to the whole team.

r. c.
Fabulous hotel and staff!!!!
G. O.
Clean and tidy, but basic. Comfortable room with toiletries bolted down. Continental breakfast only.
D. W.
I liked this hotel. Ibis is trying to make their rooms more stylish with a boutique feel. Windows don't open though.

K. S.
Great experience. Very clean and well appointed.
L. W.
Great service and always with a super smile. The rooms are clean and very constable.
S. K.
Still getting used to a hotel without the traditional focal points... i.e. There is no reception desk or area and no bar. I'm not sure if it will grow on me or not, but at least I know what to expect now.
C. H.
Awesome hotel. Just needs a bigger selection for breakfast and softer pillows
D. S.
Room comfortable and clean. Breakfast choice limited. Value for money not great
s.
The image I had of ibis was completely overturned as this hotel is completely different! Fantastic service and lovely rooms

C. H.
Great service but the hotel itself is a bit of style over substance
B. J.
Clean stylish rooms, very kind staff. Complimentary breakfast.
R. S.
Cool place, breakfast OK, room view obstructed and, for 175 GBP per night, expensive for what it is.
C. M.
Nice rooms, interesting designs, friendly staff, but disappointing food menu and basic breakfast
M. P.
Good hotel in Southwark, near to borough market. Very stylish lobby and rooms
D. B.
