O. E.I used this hotel for a short stay, everything was wonderful. From the beginning I felt welcomed, staff was very polite and helpful. I recommend this hotel.

V.We had a red eye flight and arrived at the hotel way before check in time (2pm). The hotel staff were very kind to get us a room and keep our suitcases while we had breakfast. Great location as it is 5-10 minutes away from supermarkets and a 17 minute walk to the train station.
I however, didn’t like the fact that the window in the room could not be opened and the breakfast options were very limited just a bunch of pastries with no real breakfast meal.
All in all it was a pleasant stay.

Warm, safe, clean, contemporary rooms with comfy beds and lovely powerful showers.
Breakfast is continental, with croissant straight out of the oven, Delicious cheese and ham fresh fruit, natural yoghurt, seeds dried fruit, toast with selection of cereals. Lovely selection of breads and muffins and super choice of excellent coffee.
Inexpensive with great connections to central London and plenty of parking.
I visited on business and this hotel was the perfect base with a desk.
Excellent and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this lovely hotel.
P. M.Hotel was clean but basic & well priced for a weekend stay near(ish) the centre of London. There are two parts to the hotel & our room (271) was in the part over the road from the main reception. The room was clean but not very warm so we used the air conditioning unit, on the heat setting, to warm the room. We also asked the receptionist for another duvet which she were happy to provide us with. Breakfast was in the continental style with croissants, meats, cheeses, cereals etc. The breakfast area, in the reception part of the hotel, was very busy on Saturday but much quieter on Sunday (our last day). Tea & coffee making facilities were in the room, as were shower gel/soap. The bed was comfy & we slept well but it was cold in the morning until the air con/heater had done it's thing. The nearest tube station was Walthamstow central which was a 15/20 minute walk from the hotel. It then took another 20/25 minutes on the tube to get to the centre of London (Leicester Sq/Covent Garden). We enjoyed our weekend & after a long day were glad to get back to the hotel. It wasn't the warmest but was comfortable enough for a couple of nights. I'm not sure I'd want to stay there for much longer than that though.

S. M.Rooms were clean but very small. Our room was in a separate building to reception which was a little inconvenient. The lift doesn't go to the fourth floor so anyone with heavy luggage take note, as you will have to carry your luggage up one flight of stairs. Breakfast was a sparse continental spread and poorly laid out and there is very little seating available.

I had one problem, which is the windows in the room are closed and you cannot open them because I suffer from shortness of breath sometimes, but I have adapted to that and it was not a big problem and I thank you for everything that you did for me

Water was hot. TV okay but Wifi was a disappointment in the rooms. Had to come to reception PC to go online. Elevator is small especially with luggages. Breakfast was just basic and same all through my 4 night stay. I will definitely stay again.

Booked a room here for 5 nights for a business trip. It’s a clean, quaint , decent place. I reserved a double room which was small. And where I was at was just a window away from the main street, so loud and noisy cars and people are within a near hearing distance disrupting sleep n rest.
The room assigned to me was so hot I steamed regardless of air conditioning which was too weak. I didn’t complain because I don’t personally like hassles. There’s free WiFi and continental breakfast that serves varieties of bread, cereals, cheese, coffee machine etc. it can be a bit crowded though, the area is too small I guess so start early. Opens at 6:30 to 10:00 am on weekdays and up to 11:00am on weekends. The staff are quiet, not friendly but can be polite. Most speak only basic English that’s probably why. A bit rude male reception staff. Speaks ?Polish and rarely smiles.
Parking is available by a different company but can be very limited and it’s about £8 per 24 hrs. Public transportation is available within a decent walking distance which is good. Lots of Asian shops around: fruit stands, etc. KFC is a stone’s throw away too. Kind of safe neighborhood I guess. Value for money is reasonable depending on your level of expectations. I paid £338 for the duration. I didn’t expect much from hotels I book so I don’t get disappointed easily. Overall it’s an ok and reasonable place to stay. A bit of a distance from the London attractions and activities but there is reliable access to busses n trains so that’s a plus if you are traveling without a car which I recommend because traffic and congestion in London is frustrating! I’m quite certain there’s a better hotel nearer to Central London with same value for money than here if you look and book early.
A. C.Facilities, room (decent size and comfy bed) and reception all good. Taking off a star because the walls in the annexe building are so thin you can hear *everything* including the couple having fun a few doors down. Breakfast a basic but plentiful and decent. Please give the carpet a scrub in the hallway/stairs.
A. P.We were able to check in prior to the set time on the reservation. This was wonderful because we actually arrived earlier than we expected. The hotel is decent and my room was nice. It was James Bond themed! Continental breakfast was fine but they need more than one coffee machine. The area is a bit sketchy but it was fine. The underground tube station is a bit away from the hotel but the walk is flat and easy to do. Overall this was a good place to stay.
B. V.Superb!!! Excellent service (receptionists, Angelos in particular, were kind and very helpful / ladies in breakfast room and cleaning ladies were doing fantastic work)
Anything we asked for was promptly settled.
Only negative issue was the manager's unwillingless to accept money transfer when l found out l had lost my credit card. Should be more flexible.
All in all, l'll definitely come to stay again when back in London.
J. H.Just for the cons, the location to the Center of London. If you can handle a 1 hour trip to it (maybe 40 mins in Underground at some hours or 1:30hs if you take the bus at peak hours), the place is perfect. There are plenty of shops around for food or even other stuff. The room was big enough with comfortable beds and pillows and a good bathroom. The breakfast is incredible, almost everything you can imagine fresh and tasteful forthe price you pay. The staff was really helpful with guidance to the city and kind in attendance.
F. B.The hotel is quite far from the centre, it takes an hour by bus. The building looked like students halls, really not like a hotel. Our room was quite nice, recently redecorated, but the heating consisted in a dusty fan. There was no heating in the bathroom either. Breakfast was quite good, lots of food but very messy and disorganised. The staff was nice and helpful. Not terrible but not even very good.
J. V.Hotel was basic but nice. Rooms were very clean, only downside is you can't open the windows to let some fresh air in.
A bit outside of london, but there's a bus you can take right in front of the hotel, about 45min to the city center, or about a 15min walk to the overground station which leads to Liverpool Street.
S. B.Stayed in the clock tower building. Room was very noisy with outside noises. General cleaning ness was good, though large item noticeable under bed. Mattress was firm and comfortable, though bed frame squeaked.
1 small bath towel per person, no hand towels. Breakfast was a continental selection but not very extensive.

I stayed at the adjacent building across the road from the reception building where you will have breakfast. Transport to and from central London takes a long time so be aware of that. If you're on a tight budget and prefer this area of the city, then this is an OK choice.

R. S.Very good Hotel with good service and staff. But when we came the first evening there wasn't enough beds. So we needed to wait for a solution. We ended up in two different rooms. One on either side of the road so... There for only 3 stars. But the rest of stay was good.
F. R.Great affordable place. Great bed, great ambience. Small but nice bathroom. The reception was amazing, everyone always smiling. Breakfast is good enough, although you have to get out of the hotel and cross the road to the other building. 10min walk to the train station. 2min from bus stop that takes you to central London. Will stay there again next time, for shure.

Very good value for money not far from central London. Bus ride 55 minutes and underground 15-20 minutes. Lots of options for dinner and lunch in the area. K. F.The hotel looked much better in pictures- in reality, the corridors were dirty, the breakfasts were the same all the time, with no vegetables whatsoever and we were scared to use the lift.. Still, for this price it wasn't a very big inconvenience. The room was rather clean and the staff helpful.

Ask for a room in the main building. The secondary one has a very unattractive/ repelling carpet and makes quiet guests feel a little insecure due to the frail doors and the complete lack of staff.
N. M. F.The breakfast was good. But the hallway smells funky and the drink was not served cold. Another problem was that the window was blocked and the air conditioner was smelling bad... Like it was not cleaned ever... About the location, the hotel is very far from the center of the city, you will need a bus and a train.

O.Nice hotel but the rooms are not that spacious and if you are unlucky like me to book late during busy periods you could be taken across the road to the annex if the main block is overbooked, taking you away from the block housing the reception, bar and restaurant and having to walk across the road for breakfast. Breakfast was great though and the staff very pleasant. Great location too by bus and train.
C. W.The hotel is fine. Limited parking but nearby parking free from 5pm until 9am which is good. Not far from the centre off London. Hotel ordered a taxi that took over 40 minutes to pick up. Despite being told 10 minutes 3 times. The only draw back is location. This area of London is a dump. I would not stay there again simply due to the local area is awful.
M. E.Comfortable room with air conditioning. Key cards kept failing and it was a bit of a trek across the road to reception. Reception staff a bit surly and unapologetic for the problem with the key. Demanded photo ID when checking in. I've never been asked for that in any other IBIS.
F. A. (.Very friendly and patient staff, the room was clean, spacious, stylish and affordable. Generous sized bathroom and secure parking facilities once you are able to get a space. The heating and cooling system can be improved however. But overall a good hotel.
R. R.Well.. it's a small room with out much fancies. But yes you have the basics like water heater jug, coffee maker and it's clean. Although I din get any help to shift my luggage in London's freezing cold, the staff were ok and courteous.
I. A.Great hotel and it has good prices! The rooms are clean and you have breakfast included. I didn't like that it was the same every morning! They could have added some boiled eggs, tomatoes or other vegetables. Anyway, it's a best buy.
S. B.Where to begin. There is pretty much no parking, but I knew that from a review on booking dot com. There are no lamps, just main lights. There isn't a thermostat so no control over temperature. The bathroom sink will fill but not empty. The key card works as and when it feels like it. Most tv channels are unwatchable due to interference and there doesn't seem to be a way to rectify this with the remote. The furniture is used and shoddy. The plus sides Are, it's clean, it's comfortable and the staff are excellent. Pity the rooms aren't as good as the people. Reinvestment maybe? I wouldn't consider staying again. Just being honest.
C. C.Very good value for money. Very clean room a comfortable bed and a Good breakfast. Helpful caring staff. Would be happy to stay there again.Only negative comment I could make would be that the lift was out of order and we had to use the staircase (which I think they should renew the carpet as it was very dirty!!!)

H. E.We go every year for our churches conference loved it here the atmosphere and service. Breakfast in the morning is always great the parking here isn't too bad too. My only thing is room size for a family of two adults, a toddler n infant is a little small. But will be going again in october anyway. 👍

Room after shower was super wet..For one night only, absolutely don't recommended for long stay.Very often smell of cigarettes in room.Mold in shower.

J. M.It's a very cheap hotel. The rooms were nice though. There was plenty of space and the roomcleaning /service was good. The thing that bugged me the most was that to enter the building you have to swipe the keycard. But that never really worked and we always had to bell the reception.
Other than that the breakfast was okay for the price however don't expect anything fancy. There's no eggs or meats. There's croissants and raisin bread. Yoghurts and cereal and cheese.

H. K.Hotel was just fine. Bed was quite firm and building could be laid out better/signposted better as we were in an awkward part of the second building so took a while to find the rooms.
