C. W.Front desk staff were wonderful. Room was a little on the small side, but very clean and the king sized bed was very comfortable.
Attached restaurant and bar offered a nice variety of food and drink.
Conveniently located a short walk from multiple tube stations.

We only wish we could have stayed longer so we would have enjoyed all of the amazing benefits Jumeirah Lowndes has to offer. m. g.Where do we begin, absolutely PERFECT location, the staff was even better, Carmen, Simon and a Hungarian gentleman (we can't remember his name sorry) were the most welcoming and absolutely gracious hosts. Every single person working were spectular, who ever is running the hotel, two thumbs up and keep up the great work. They arranged for the taxi to get us and brought him over right on time, their guidance and attention was too knotch. The amenities, breakfast, the room, everything, five stars, one of the best hotels I've stayed at and loved being surrounded and close to the highest end of stores and neighborhood, what a gem!! We thank you all from the Gonzalez family, Patricia, Patricio and Cruz!
M. D.Stayed here now a couple of time for special occasions and it is always so lovely when we do. They try their best to accommodate our requests whenever possible and they usually find a way which is really great. Always positive the staff are very polite and helpful. Rooms are clean and offer great amenities. Some rooms offer lovely balcony views and that's not always possible in London. Situated on a quiet road away from the hussle of the city but minutes walk from harrods and the underground. Definitely would stay here again.

T. M.The Rib Room at the Jumeirah Carlton Hotel just around the corner is an absolute must. I've always been extremely happy with the cleanliness of the hotel. Walking distance to Hyde Park and weather permitting most of the sites in London. The value for what you pay per night is outstanding.

S. H.In the space of an hour trying to get ready to go out I was disturbed twice by housekeeping . The room was nice and spacious and I slept well. There was nothing to fill out and hang on the door for breakfast. The one thing that irritated me was because I didn't leave a card for extras I was told I would have to settle anything additionally in the morning. That was fine with me. Whilst getting ready one of the calls was "You called to have your mini bar tray removed" no I didn't. Whilst I was out someone came and removed the mini bar tray. Seriously it leaves you feeling like a criminal who can't be trusted and what if I had wanted something from it when I got back. I am afraid I wasn't impressed
J. W. P.The jumierah lowndes hotel has a unique staff that actively goes the extra mile to please you. Lawrence the doorman is always friendly. I have a suspicion he told the staff to put a unique gift in my room after a morning discussion of my days plan.

When we returned to the room in the evening, we had water by the bed, lip balm, slippers, new towels and mouthwash. Would even be asked by SMS, if we have any wishes.
A fridge, where you can bring your own drinks would be great. The location is of course the hammer and the pool in the neighboring hotel you can use.

Von außen relativ unscheinbares Hotel. Aber der Service ist toll und die Zimmer für London wirklich groß! Wir hatten ein Deluxe King room, mit kostenlosem Frühstücks buffet. Als wir abends wieder aufs Zimmer kamen, hatten wir Wasser am Bett stehen, lip Balsam, Hausschuhe, neue Handtücher und Mundwasser. Würden sogar per SMS gefragt, ob wir noch irgendwelche Wünsche haben.
Mir ein Kühlschrank, in dem man eigene Getränke unter bringen kann wäre toll. Die Lage ist natürlich der Hammer und den Pool im Nachbar Hotel darf man auch benutzen .
