P. R.Looks very nice from the outside, also looks beautiful inside. Receptionist is nice, always willing to help, rooms are clean, very comfortable, wonderful lighting. Shower is spacious,I LOVE THE TOILETS!! Yummy breakfast included. Also let me leave my luggage here after check out to avoid me carrying it around everywhere, kept it safe.

F. H.Nice location, staff not experienced and bored. Room very small, false advertised on Internet. I am a slim 50kg girl and had difficulties to walk next to my bed. Shower without something that can't stop water from going out so you end up flooding the bathroom for a 10 minute shower. Good thing it had smart TV, tea bags and coffee bags with kettle. It is also falsely advertised as sound proof. Indeed I didn't hear anything from outside the hotel from the window, but I could hear everything from the room next door, room 13 and in the corridor. First night we didn't sleep all night because there was a couple next door arguing and fighting Physically and throwing the door back and forth. They started the noise at 12am and at 4am asked for room service which we heard, they made a lot of noise and arguing and slamming the door till 6am and the staff didn't say anything to them. Next day we told to the receptionist and the receptionist apologised and said that he did indeed had a note from his co-worker that the room next door was loud and aggressive to each other but didn't offer to change our room or anything else. In the other 2 nights we did hear noise from the corridor and new people and we were so tired from this hotel that we perfered not to mention as they didn't say anything previously. Had to ask for room cleaning our second day, but only our bed was made, fresh towels and gave us toilet paper. Room was left dirty and toilet dirty still, last day we forgot to ask to clean the room so had the room dirty an no toilet paper so just used our personal tissues. The bed was hard as a rock so myself suffering of disability spina bífida, I was in complete pain all 3 nights. The breakfast was below average but it's complimentary so I assume they don't care about the feedback. Only one type of sliced cheese. Chefendish was shut off as you can see in the picture, all 3 days so food was cold inside all 3 days. I believe they are trying to be more economic. As a vegetarian I ate some cold Heinz beans and a slice of cheese with some white bread and butter. If you are vegan then you will die of hunger here hahah. Same cleaning person that was cleaning the rooms was also defrosting the food for breakfast, so you can tell they are trying to do as much with few staff and low budget. Definitely other 3 star hotels in London for same price and better than this, but the location was great. Will not come back because of the false advertisement of noise, size and terrible hard bed and unexperienced staff.

F.Firstly the staff can't do more for you and the hotel is nice... but I feel you over pay for silly things like a bidet and sound proofing, when the owners should be spending more on staff... as I said the staff are great but definitely over run the same 3 ladies are cleaners, chefs and house keeping and when you offer a check out later service this makes them even more over run... also I requested for the manager/owner to ring me so I could makes this complaint in person... the fact that the cleaners not having enough time leads to no towels and somebodies old underwear in the room and also the fact I paid for a "superior deluxe double bed" and simply had 2 singles pushed together is not worth what I paid and no phone call from the manager... if you present your self as a premium hotel then you should definitely act like one.

S. G.Absolutely fantastic. Super location for Olympia and Kensington. Great room with high quality fixtures, all we needed to make our stay special. Super breakfast, good selection and plentiful. We left a phone charger in the room when we left, this was speedily posted onto us without any hassle. Highly recommend and will definitely use again.

In the first evening I was sick and the stuff took care of me, brought me something to drink and eat and ask my mom how am I..
They were very friendly and happy to insist us all the time.
The breakfast was very good, in our last night they let me take a late dinner because our flight was early in the morning- they were very considered!!

I. L.The room was great, the hotel is very close to the Olympia and to the train station. The only problem I had was it said breakfast started from 7:30 which was great as it gave me time to eat before the event I was in London for, but when I went to the breakfast room at about 7:45 there were only a few croissants and empty plates, waiting for the food to be made, it was clear the food was still being made. After waiting for about 20 mins, I left and bought food from a nearby shop.

Centrally located near the high end Kensington neighborhoods with easy access to trains (2min walk to station) and bus routes. Good breakfast buffet. Recommended.

The location and price was absolutely great, especially if you're planning on attending an event in the Olympia, with it only being a 5 minute walk away.
The breakfast was free, with an impressive array of choice. I would recommend giving the cooked choices a miss, but for the grand price of £0, there's not much complaining that can be had here.
The only real problem we had was the size of the room. With two of us in a double room, it was a bit 'cosy', with very little space to walk around. I can imagine with large cases this may be an issue. As we travelled light and didn't spend all that much time in the room it wasn't so much an issue for us thankfully.
If the rooms stay affordable, I would definitely choose to stay again.

I just checked in, been in the room 5 mins and its already getting 5 stars without any hesitation. Treat yourself to something special and take advantage of the fantastic prices due to this being a new hotel as the price will double if not triple.I have been taken advantage of by so many hotels in London charging £100 - £200 + for poor rooms because they are in London and this place is truly a breathe of fresh air.

Schönes gemütliches Hotel mit sehr nettem Personal. Da ich si verfroren bin, hab ich 2 x nach einer weiteren Decke gefragt und hab ohne Probleme diese erhalten.
Auch die Koffer konnten wir am Abreisetag dort stehen lassen, da unser Flieger erst am Abend ging und wir nochmal los wollten.
Standardzimmer sind zwar sehr klein, aber gemütlich und sehr sauber und mit neuestem High-Tech wie Relaxlicht und Regendusche sowie Boxspringbett
ausgestattet.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Bus 27 Richtung Chalk farm hält um die Ecke und fährt direkt zur Baker Street (Madame Toussands) oder auch zur underground Station High Street Kensington. Von dort aus ist man gleich mit der Ubahn in der Innenstadt. Können wir mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.
