S. F.Not the Ritz but a great value little hotel with tube and bus stops 50m away. Double and single beds in all the rooms I have stayed in with en suite and a full sized fridge. Staff friendly and obliging. Beds made daily. No breakfast at present though as there was pre-covid but only £50 a night or £75 for 2 in a room
B. F.There is a wonderful Eastern European lady that works there with brown/brunette hair. She was so kind hearted and polite if I wasnt in such a rush I would’ve tipped her a £1000 and made her the manager but this is just me being daft haha. But she is a great asset to the company and hope she keeps up the great work going forward.

P. A. V.I have stayed here twice.. I need to mention that staffs are really nice and friendly. The rooms are nice but feels old. It is cheap when compared to other hotels in London. Opposite to the hotel is the beautiful Finsbury park. You may find it a bit noisy because of the busy road but only for those rooms which are at the front side of the hotel. Overall I liked it and would recommend to others.

D. S.Relatively cheap if you compare the prices in London. Dated but still well maintained. Very close to manor house station so getting on the Piccadilly line is easy and you'll be in central London in about 15 min. I forgot to mention the staff is ultra nice and friendly. If you're on a budget and don't mind a well kept old building then this is the place for you.
L. K.Breakfast was good but the rooms need to have more windows or anything else so you can keep them cool in the summer (at least the 5 Person room under the roof where we stayed). the staff was polite and really helpful. All in all it is not a 4* hotel but for what you are paying it is ok.
G. C.This is a budget hotel with basic facilities. The carpets and decor could be cleaner but the bed linen and towels are clean. A simple continental breakfast is available with the option of cooked eggs and baked beans. You get what you pay for, so if you're watching your money, its a good choice. £55 pp per night (summer 2017). The staff are friendly and the front desk is manned 24hr. The hotel name and layout suggest it may have been a student hall of residence.
T. D.It's a decent hotel within the budget. A bit old fashioned but in a great location with 15-20 minutes travel to central London. Had a breakfast package included in the room tariff. Staffs and services are good. It is overlooking the Finsbury park and just 2 minutes walk to the nearest metro station (Manor House). The hotel doesn't have a lift and WiFi is weak.

I. P.(Translated) The hotel has 2 trumps: its location, 2 minutes from the Picadilly line (which takes you to the heart of London and up to Heathrow) and its staff, really friendly and ready to help. The rooms are like their price, quite modest. Do not expect luxury but they are clean and the housekeeping is done everyday. We had a family room a little small with a double bed (not a king size) and bunk beds, which did not allow to watch tv from the double bed: - / The breakfast was simple and good. Bacon with scrambled eggs and baked beans would have been appreciated. In any case we will definitely stay there again, and we can only recommend this hotel. A special thanks to Denize for the help she has given us, as well as to her assistant for her kindness. "Best regards from the Key Master" :-)

L'hôtel a 2 atouts : son emplacement, à 2 minutes de la ligne Picadilly (qui vous emmène au cœur de Londres et jusqu'à Heathrow) et son personnel, vraiment aimable et prêt à rendre service. Les chambres sont comme leur prix, assez modestes. Il ne faut pas s'attendre au grand luxe mais elles sont propres et le ménage était fait tous les jours. Nous avions une chambre familiale un peu petite avec un lit double (pas un king size) et des lits superposés, qui ne permettaient pas de voir la télé depuis le lit double :-/ Le petit déjeuner était simple et bon. Du bacon avec les œufs brouillés et les "baked beans" aurait été appréciés. En tout cas nous y retournerons certainement lors d'un prochain séjour, et nous ne pouvons que recommander cet hôtel. Un remerciement spécial à Denize pour l'aide qu'elle nous a apporté, ainsi qu'à son adjointe pour son amabilité. "Best regards from the Key Master" :-)
