Completely average. Room was small and in the basement. Window looked out on a grubby enclosed courtyard. No bin provided in bedroom/lounge/kitchen. Reception was only manned 50pc of time. Bed was good location was also good.

I had my room in the basement. Mouldy, not too clean, dark. There was only a small bathroom bin. OK for a night or two but not longer. Location is good, seemed like a safe area.

It was a clean and spacious apartment. I even left my laptop charger there and they were very kind to send it to me in the post. The only room for improvement I would suggest would be to have working heating, since our heating didn't work and some tea bags or coffee in the room would be nice. A friend and I were in London for a week and stayed at Knaresborough Boutique Apartment. The location is absolutely fantastic, it's in a nice and safe area. The staff is accommodating and really helpful. Only downfall is that the rooms are much smaller than they seem. The bathroom was very small. Apparently it is normal for London/Europe, but it was a bit of a surprise for us, as North Americans.

Small and cosy appartements in a nice neighborhood with a decent price tag. The rooms were very clean and equipped with everything you'd need like a free safe, kitchen with toaster, fridge, microwave and water cooker. Tube, bus stop and supermarket are just around the corner. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed for a week and would highly recommend it.

Clean.. more of room with closet kitchenette. Not really large enough for proper cooking. Though there is a microwave and water cooker. The 2 person room is pretty small for 2 people to be together in there, but very clean and well kept.

(The nearest station is Earl's Court, but it's about a 6-minute walk to Gloucester Road) The room was cheap for a hotel in London, so I didn't expect much, but it was bigger than I expected, it had a double bed and a sofa, and the suitcase was wide enough to open on the floor. That's right. Since there is a range, refrigerator, kettle and toaster, you can buy bread, ham, salad, etc. at Marks & Spencer (open until around 23:00) in front of Earl's Court station or Sainsbury's nearest to the hotel to make breakfast. be able to. Towels were changed once every two days, and the room was cleaned about once every three days, which was appropriate. The staff varied from day to day, but all were smiling, pleasant and helpful. Free Wi-Fi also gave me a card with a password at check-in. The speed was also sufficient. I definitely recommend this if you are staying at ibis, a purveyor of Japanese group tours nearby. (However, it will tell you the phone number of the emergency contact) (Original) 娘と2人でのロンドン観光旅行で6泊滞在。ヒースローからのアクセスがよく、市内中心部にも乗換なしで行けるアールズコート駅（エレベーターあり）から徒歩3分ほどと近く、駅からのアクセスも平坦でスーツケースを持って移動するのにも問題ない。すぐ近くにマリオットホテルがあるような立地なのに値段はロンドンにしてはリーズブル。（最寄りはアールズコート駅だが、グロスターロードにも徒歩6分ほど）部屋もロンドンでのホテルとしては安い部類だったので、さほど期待していなかったが、思っていたよりも広く、ダブルベッドのほかソファもあり、スーツケースも床に広げて開けることができる十分な広さ。レンジと冷蔵庫と湯沸かしポット、トースターがあるため、アールズコート駅前のマークス・アンド・スペンサー（23時位まで営業）やホテルの最寄りのセインズベリーでパンやハム、サラダなどを購入して朝食を作ったりすることができる。（大皿2枚、小皿2枚、マグカップ2つ、ガラスのコップ２つ、ワイングラス２つ、フォーク、ナイフ、スプーン、食器洗剤、スポンジあり。包丁や調味料の設置はない） 23時前後に部屋に戻ることが多かったが、夜遅くても、駅からホテルまでの道で治安面で不安を感じることはなかった。シャワーの湯量も十分で、バスタブがなくても熱いお湯をたっぷり浴びることができるので寒さを感じることもなかった。洗面所、トイレ、脱衣所にはタオルウォーマーがあるため、シャワー後のタオルも乾燥させられるし、脱衣時の暖房代わりにもなって暖かい。タオルの交換は2日に1回、部屋の清掃は3日で1回程度の頻度で、適切なものであった。スタッフは日によって違ったが、どのスタッフも笑顔で気持ちの良い接客で親切だった。無料Wi-Fiもチェックイン時にパスワードが書かれたカードをくれた。スピードも十分であった。近くの日本人団体ツアー御用達のイビスなどに泊まるくらいなら絶対にこちらをおすすめする。ホテルではなくアパートメントのため、常時フロントスタッフがいるわけではない。（ただし緊急連絡先の電話番号を教えてくれる）

Dentro de la habitación en lo que aparenta ser otro armario también tenía una pequeña cocina, con una pequeña nevera, con fregadero, tostadora, microondas, un hervidor, platos, tazas y cubertería (para nosotros fue suficiente para hacer el desayuno y la cena), te dejan sobres de café, azúcar y té. Con baño privado, con secador de pelo y también te dejan productos de aseo. Lo peor que hay que subir escaleras y son un poco estrechas pero eso es lo de menos. Yo lo volvería a elegir.
