C. C.This place is utterly fantastic. The rooms are opulent. The staff are exemplary. The room service is first class. Absolutely everything about this hotel is of the highest standard and I highly recommend anyone stay here. For location, quality of accommodation and experience there really is no better hotel in Knightsbridge.
K. G.Really love this hotel! It’s truly an incredible value, the rooms are spacious clean and beautiful and the lobby is lovely. My only concern is breakfast service. It is painfully slow and the servers they use for breakfast are very confused, so it’s not a relaxing way to start the day. Other than that, phenomenal hotel.
A. F.Charming boutique hotel located on a residential side street in Knightsbridge at 5 minutes walking distance to Harrods and 15 minutes walk to Hyde Park.
The room was small but beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The bathroom was large and I loved their toiletries. Everything was impeccable.
They have an honesty bar and a stylish lounge area.
The hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating, they made us feel very welcomed.
This was a great experience. I would love to go back to Knightsbridge Hotel.

We needed a last minute place to stay and the hotel staff were extremely accommodating and even provided us with a bottle of champagne to celebrate our honeymoon arrival to London. The breakfast meals were delicious and included in our booking. They included a variety of choices and all were outstanding. Coffee was delivered to our room daily without extra costs. The staff were very attentive and thoughtful in all interactions. It was a very good price for the location, room, amenities and kind staff. We will definitely recommend this place and stay here (or with other hotels in this company) in the future.
A. Q.Awesome service. Extremely friendly, helpful and competent staff. Stayed here in August 2017. The location is probably the best feature. Comfortable bedding, clean rooms although a tad small. Bathrooms were fully equipped and I had no problem with running the hot water. They left me free chocolate delights in the bedroom which was really nice of them. All in all a great experience.
A. N.Beautiful Hotel! Love the interior design aspects! We’ll go in search of Firmdale Hotels again! Service was second to none, possibly one of the best 5 star service experiences we’ve had! Chris was attentive, polite, welcoming, friendly and super professional! From umbrella’s held as we stepped out of the car to complimentary water as we left for the journey home! Complimentary pillow sprays and room chocolates, altogether a really lovely luxurious experience! Bravo Mrs Kemp! Absolutely LOVED your stunning hotel, thank you.

S. P.Great little hotel. The room was large and comfortable and I loved their common area where they had a self serve bar / coffee where you take what you like and write down what you took. It makes you feel more at home being able to serve yourself.
