C. R.Stayed in this hotel when we went to a show at the London Palladium. Good location, very helpful and friendly staff. We had the continental breakfast, there is an English breakfast option, great choice of food which was replenished regularly. Room was clean and a good size and the lounge/bar area was a great place to relax. They get an extra star as on returning home I realised that I had left my new boots in the room, one email and they were found and returned very promptly. I would definitely stay here again

A. C.I wouldn't call this a 4 star hotel - rooms are a bit tired, and quite small (we were even upgraded from the regular double, so can't imagine the size of that room!). But staff friendly and we had a slice of cheesecake delivered to our room on arrival as it was out anniversary so that was a nice touch. Good location and price decent but would say don't book if you want something a bit special - it's fine for an average weekend in London.

A. T.Small rooms and bathrooms as is most of London unless you pay £400+ a night. Great location 5-10 minute walk from the tube station . Rooms were clean although cleaners didn’t come until 4:30ish. Decor quite cheap but again, fine. Breakfast fine but definitely wouldn’t pay £20 for it, had it not been included would suggest going elsewhere as limited selection and just filter coffee. Would stay here again due to location.

Only wish is that the bathrooms could have been updated. I had mine leaking, and shower looked old.

s. s.I recently stayed here with a colleague for a training course -the hotel couldn't have been better placed for us - very central for our needs. The staff at the hotel were very helpful. Rooms were more than adequate for what we required, bathroom a little small, but very clean and we had all we wanted. The food was exceptional during the day, we had food provided on the course - first class and plenty of choice. We will certainly think about using this hotel in the future for other matters be it for work or personal purposes. Thanks to all concerned.

I stayed in room 102. The room was small, but perfectly acceptable for 1 nights stay. The bed was comfy, shower worked fine etc.
The main problem was the noise from the bust streets. No double glazing, just sash windows. Every noise heard all night from the road (cars, lorries, alarms, commuters).
I also thought it was overpriced at near £200 for 1 nights stay.
It was however, handy for drinks in and around Soho with clients.
I don't think I would stay here again. Have 3 stars as it's middle ground. Not a rubbish hotel by any means, but due to noise not the best.

Mine was only a bit larger than the bed inside.
The bath"room" was that tiny, I couldn't really close the door.

Speakers Corner in Hyde Park is a 25 minutes walk.

Niki and Francesca especially went out of their way to accommodate me, and the breakfast was varied, with very good coffee, and very good service. Bathroom in 407 challenging for space, bedroom (single) small by North American standards, but cozy and adequate for my needs.
T. M.A short walk from Oxford Circus. Our room was small and squashed. The high gloss porcelain tiles are absolutly beautiful and a really stunning. The service is very nice and competent. The breakfast is sufficient for a business purpose trip. There was a lot to choose from and it was very reasonably priced.

J. M.This was the first time we’ve stayed at a Grange hotel. Not only was the room well designed, fitted and furnished but the standard of cleanliness was exeptional. The quality of bedding was the high standard, the bed very comfortable and the inclusive breakfast included both cooked and continental options.
The Langham was only 10mins walk from Oxford Circus but located on a quiet back road meant a noise free nights sleep.

R. H.Attended a business conference. The room was heated at a insistent temperature which was pleasing. Catering was excellent except for provision of instant decaf coffee. Some filter would have been nice. There was no soya milk on offer for the refreshments and I suspect the event organisers didn't order enough sandwiches.
T. M.We had paid in advance for continental but was upgraded to full English. Staff were very helpful, accommodating and friendly. The staff are fantastic and will accommodate any needs. We had the continental breakfast included but didn't use it as there are some top places nearby for something special.

J. S.Despite the name, this is NOT the Langham hotel. It's a fairly old fashioned establishment opposite the Yorkshire Grey pub and two minutes away from BBC Broadcasting House. There was no view from my window due to frosted glass obscuring the sights of a service area at the back of the building. TV channels very limited and the breakfast was adequate. Small lift that could carry two adults and a child comfortably to all floors.

S. S.After reading the hotel had been refurbished our room was in the LG. It smelt damp and musty and it was like a rabbit warren down there. It was ridiculously small for the price and considering so5em of the images of their rooms. The lift didnt work for the entire 5 days we were there and our room cards constantly failed to work and required resetting.
T. M.We loved our business trip to London staying at the hotel. It's an easy short walk from Oxford Circus tube station. Situated very handy for Oxford street and carnaby street paladium. We were walking distance to shopping on Oxford Street & several underground lines. Shower was a perfect height none of this bending double to wash.
w. h. a.An old hotel/building refurbished with modern touch inside the rooms. The facade is still old London, which makes it interesting. What you get, modern comfort in old setting. Location to Oxford street for shopping is 5 star in itself. Lots of cafe and restaurants within walking distance. Secret tip when restaurants are closed - order food delivert. Less than 2km to St. Pancras International, great for Eurostar and Gatwick Thameslink. Rooms are small, it gets stuffy and (even in winter) I will not lie. No A/C but they provide a fan. We opted to a combi of open windows to let the WINTER cold in and circulate the air with fan 😉. The only reason its not a 5 star is the room size but thats the trade-off between the location and quaint facade. We travelled as a couple.

Polecam ten hotel. Jest czysto, wygodnie, przytulnie, relatywnie cicho (ja się wyspałem), obsługa miła i sprawna.
Łazienka z wanną i prysznicem, TV, gniazdo do "kontynentalnych" ładowarek (można też wypożyczyć przejściówkę na portierni), a nawet osobne gniazdo USB do ładowania np. nowszych smartfonów czy tabletów bez użycia ładowarki.
Śniadanie typu szwedzki stół z dużym wyborem. Rano wsuwają pod drzwi gazetę (jakaś wersja Independent).
Aha... przy odrobinie szczęścia pani na recepcji zagadnie do nas czystą polszczyzną.
