Reviews of Linton Apartments
Staff were very friendly and approachable. The ground floor deluxe room was very neat and self sufficient. The only downside is that because it's opposite the smoking area on the ground floor, there are tons of people gathered there talking and yelling at all times of the day. This is not a fault of the apartment itself but it can get rather frustrating especially when your room also smells of weed all day long from your neighbors.
Lovely apartments suitable for ones needs and clean. Good wifi connection and plenty of shops nearby. Only problem is parking is not available on premises have to find somewhere to park during the day
Great apartments, loud area outside constant sirens and noise from the park so good luck sleeping. And be mindful that their address on booking.com is wrong so you don't waste money on an Uber going to another location!
Spent the weekend in the Linton Apartments and I must say that the experience was great.
Decorated in modern style, Wi-Fi, floor heating, spotless clean etc. Service was very helpful, welcoming and on high level . Close to Central London (10 minutes by tube )
I highly recommend it and will be back soon ( booked a room for August already)
Excellent location and bargain for the price. All facilities you can think of- washing machine, dish washer etc. Two minor issue, studio overlooking park can be noisy as walls not sound proof, and towels are rough and could do with renewing.
Clean, modern and right beside a tube station. Decent price too. Reception staff very helpful. Would stay here again.
Close to the underground. Friendly staff. Apartments are well equipped. Finishing quality looks better at first sight than it actually is.
Best accomodation Palace in London. clone to the Turnpike lane bus and underground station. Very clean and confortable2
Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, amazing value and so easy to get to Central London!
Highly recommended
Warm reception and reasonable space for cozy residence during stay in London
Great place to stay whilst stopping over in London
The apartment itself was really good my issues are with the amenities and things we weren't told in advance.
1. No elevator - our apartment was on the fourth floor.
2. The toaster short circuited the electricity (we expected kitchen appliances would work)
3. We had a washer but no place to dry the clothes.
4. We could never find someone in the front desk when we arrived in the evenings.
On the plus side we were promised 2 bath rooms (we were 6 people staying) and we had 4 bath rooms.
Fantastic service. Super clean. Highly recommended
Good location. Spacious and comfortable
Former holiday flats now ready for rental
Great apartments in a convenient location.
Great stay. Studio was wonderful.
Great location, close to many supermarket
Fantatick place..thank you for a lovely stay
Clean and well priced.
Nice Studio Apartment
Excellant
the apartment was great in size and everything appeared cleaned at first glance. Some areas were really dusty though and I found a "Harry potter Hogwarts pass" between the pillows on the sofa bed.
Even though there is a kitchen that is fully functional there are a lot of things missing like basic seasoning (or at least pepper and salt) - I'm not going to buy a full set of seasoning for a 7 night stay.
The staff was very friendly and informed us about important events.
overall a nice stay for a decent price!
REASONABLE PRICE.
Love it, period
A fairly new and very modern apartment located a little far from the center, but with excellent transport links. The subway is half a minute away, and there are plenty of buses right outside the door, both for getting to central London and connecting to the airports.
Moderately priced compared to the high prices of London accommodations.
Very comfortable beds and very clean.
An area with plenty of shops, a supermarket, and a bakery right next door.
Quite well-equipped, but missing small details that can make your life more useful, from a clothesline, scissors, a cutting board, a microwave, etc.—basic items that should be included in the basic amenities of any accommodation of this type.
Very well located, just steps away from the Turnpike Lane station.
Many markets and shops with affordable prices. Two blocks from the mall.
Lots of good food.
The apartment is small, especially the bathroom, but it is well maintained. The kitchen is practical and is separate from the bedroom.
For me it was not a 5-star because:
There is no parking;
There is no elevator and the stairs are very steep and the steps are small.
If you arrive after hours, you have to pay to get the key, even if you let us know in advance.
In favor; If we compare it with hotels and accommodation in London, it is correct. The apartment was renovated and looked new. It is close to the metro and a bus stop. The kitchen had all kinds of utensils. Against; Check in is done in another building. They asked us for 300 pounds as bail!! And we refused, of course. Checkout is at 10 in the morning (in Spain it is at 12) and at 9:58 there was a knock at the door to leave the room. Cleaning between fair and bad. Access to the room is via narrow and very steep stairs. The heating radiator in the room made a lot of noise. The bathroom has no gel or shampoo.
Good apartments to get to know London. Despite its location relatively far away by metro, the line from the station next door leaves you close to any monument to visit.
The worst thing about these apartments is the check-in process, which is quite uncontrolled and that some basic kitchen things are missing, such as salt and so on. And also that the subway rings every time it passes and the house shakes a little. But from what locals told us, that happens in all areas where there is a metro nearby.
We really liked it. Also very, very nice landlady. In addition, the apartment has a very nice, modern design.
Excellent welcome in this structure, well served by the Piccadilly line, of new, comfortable and clean apartments.
Not so flattering the evaluation of the neighborhood.
The best solution for accommodation in London. Very close to the tube and bus station. Very clean apartments.
Clean, with all the amenities for living - washing machine, dryer, microwave, dishwasher, cutlery...
Stylish and well-maintained beautiful garden :)
The place was advertised as an apartment but was actually a bedsit with a sofa bed pulled out in the middle of the room. The building has clearly not been sound proofed, we were woken up very early to lots of noise from upstairs. That being said the place has been refurbished to a very high standard and I can't grumble at the cost, it's just a shame about the noise levels and uncomfortable sofa bed.
Quiet neighborhood, new apartments with all the comforts, metro station a few meters away and shops and other services nearby. Good service.
Super nice, friendly, clean, wonderful beds, quiet, although many guests are happy to come back at any time because of the fire doors
very clean and technically well-equipped apartment. Highly recommended for a trip to London.
Very clean functional close to the metro and shops
Great place to stay!
Very nice. Clean. Warm. Welcoming.
Very well-groomed and polite!
I loved it
My stay was truly exceptional. The apartment was beautifully designed with a great homely feel to it. With Turnpike Lane station being only meters away, my travel into London was easy. I highly recommend Linton Apartments as a place to stay. Fantastic value, fantastic location!!!
Beautiful apartments, clean, modern, spacious - a real gem. A stone's throw away from Turnpike Lane tube station on the Picadilly Line so you're in Central London within 15 minutes. Well presented, well looked after, staff were friendly and welcoming. Great location and amenities all nearby. Glad we found this little nugget to return to on our frequent trips to London.
Great area for shopping.... train is one block away. Apartments are spacious and well put together just to many spiders & spider webs. Even when you walk outside on the property your bound to see a huge spider & a giant web🕷.... there is no TV in the bedroom😩. Doors have no peephole so you can never reassure yourself on who's really knocking on the door.
One of the best places I have stayed for a long time with my friends. Clean, comfortable, homely and fully equipped (better than my own home). It was a big plus to have a French speaking receptionist as we always struggle with English when we come to UK.
Very nice studios, pretty cheap and comfortable. Nice location, near Turnpike Lane Station. Very nice security system, you feel safe all the time. It wasn't cleaned, even though that was included in the price and there wasn't a bin so we had to collect our rubbish in shopping bags.Other than that everything was fine.
Linton Apartments were really cozy and comfortable. Our apartment was door by door with a supermarket which was super handy for us. Also, it was really close to the tube entry so we didn't have to walk much at night on the street to get 'home'. The only thing that was a bit upsetting was that at the time of the arrival there is no place to go, no reception or anything similar. We phoned the company and no one anwsered. Luckily , a kind man working in a estate agency told us where to go. The cleaning lady, who aparently was also in charge of check-ins, was the person who guided us to our apartment.
Once inside the apartment we got a little one, but it was more than enough. Shower was quite narrow but it was ok.
For Spanish people, there is sugar and tea but no salt to cook.
Para los españoles, hay azucar, té pero nada de sal para cocinar.
We could also hear the tube late at night, even feel it under our feet. But you kind of get used to it.
Anyway, it was a great stay and we really enjoyed it. I would return there for sure.
