Lovely little gem of a hotel, really stylish and nicely taken care of place with secure parking, staff are all lovely and do not hesitate to help even when we came back at midnight both nights. Stayed here 2 nights going to the O2 for a show, and only 3 min walk from DLR 4 stops getting to the O2. Was worried about noise being right next to rail track and airport but was silent during the night. Lovely little private side garden with two benches for smoking. Will definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Welcoming and helpful male receptionist. overall pleasant stay. shop closeby quite convenient. Had some issues with the shower but they've came straight away and fixed it, and offered someone to come and take a look at it the next day. I feel Breakfast could've been a bit better in terms of choice. For example I don't eat pork, so chicken or Turkey meat would be good options to have. Or possibly make omelette one of the days rather than boiled eggs.

What a little gem of a hotel. The rooms were simple and basic but extremely clean. The staff were helpful, friendly and welcoming. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, I would definitely stay again.

Comfortable and clean room, noiseproofed from the noise of the nearby airport. Near to the DLR just a 5 minute walk away. Disappointingly the breakfasts are now cereals, toast and cheeses/meats only, not cooked breakfasts. A shame as we like to have a good breakfast to set us up for the day ahead. Overall though, a pleasant stay and helpful staff.

Great place very close to the DLR , THE EXCEL (EXPO) , THE AIRPORT. Very clean and modern inside with a bar that sells food. Rooms have WiFi and shower style wet room. Big enough for a couple staying. Easy enough to travel to the London marathon on marathon day 😊

We stayed here as we had a early flight the next morning, I've given 5 stars for the location to the airport the super friendly staff and the food .this is a airport hotel it does exactly that allows you to stay very near it .we had a meal and drinks here there are no frills however the food was outstanding I had chicken noodle soup absolutely delicious and a chicken wrap to follow whilst my husband went for the chicken burger and beer all red hot and served with a smile. We were able to leave our car here in a secure car park which was super convenient. No this hotel is not the Ritz. But its clean comfortable and super convenient with great staff.

Stayed at this hotel to catch an early flight out of LCY, and based my decision from Annie's 5 star review (who did the same; dropped in for a night, due to an early departure). Yep, great location, good price. If I'm flying in and out of LCY again in the near future, LCY Hotel gets the nod.

Really comfortable hotel, located within walking distance of London city airport. Stayed twice and both the rooms I've had have been great, the wet room shower is a delight. The evening menu is varied so a good choice and very reasonably priced.

Stayed for business during Covid lockdown - nice rooms, amazing staff, shame that the restrictions meant the bar wasn’t open but food to the room was available. Would book again for business or a cheap stay away not too far from the city (30minutes max) or a few train stops! Excellent for the price.

Pretty basic hotel and small rooms but can't fault how spotlessly clean it was. Staff lovely. Buffae style dinner (not eat as much as you like) one serving but as much as you like on your plate. It was pleasant enough, same with breakfast which was really lovely and hot! Obviously great location for the airport but that's about it. Nothing else around. Pleasant stay, and again staff were great.

This is a cheap hotel, but the low cost is reflected in the quality of stay, the bed is quite uncomfortable but quite okay for a single night sleep before taking a flight. It is very near to London City Airport and this makes it superbly convenient for a pre-flight stay. Checking in and out was very quick and the staff were very polite and friendly.

Highly highly recommend. Organised a block booking for 8 people over various nights and combinations and the staff were amazing. They were extremely patient and helpful whilst making the booking and did everything during our stay to make it special. The bar is 24 hours with decent breakfast and dinner options. It is buffet style for both but what with it being London many are available. Rooms clean and spacious and great value for money. Took a bit to find but Google maps for us there quite effectively. Literally minutes on foot from city airport. Looking forward to staying again

Very surprised. Expected it to be really basic but for what it cost to stay a night I was impressed. Clean room, comfortable bed, facilities were good. Only grumble is the wet room bathroom so the toilet gets soaked by the shower. Perfect place to use as a travel stopover.

Really nice place to stay! Clean, very obliging staff. Managed to get us into our room on the day of our arrival at 8 in the morning. Breakfast was good as well. Easy to reach from LCY, just a 5 min walk from there. It’s easy to reach the city from there, just get into the DLR at the airport and you’re there in about 30 mins. We’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a decent place to stay in London!

It's a small, cozy and friendly hotel. Near the Airport in a 5 minutes walk and also the London Excel in a 15 minutes walk. However what makes the Hotel really great is the staff team: They are kind and attentive. I will miss these guys so much.

The service and cleanliness were excellent. It's exceptionally close tot he terminal once you figure out the route. A very nice breakfast and dinner that were provided were excellent. Checkout time an 10 gap pre hour of late checkout past 1030 is a bit too much.

Very good budget hotel. Clean room with good AC and comfortable bed. Sometimes a bus passes by which causes the ground to shake, so if you’re sensitive to noise keep that in mind. The rooms are quite small so keep that in mind too. Breakfast was basic but good and fresh.

The staff were friendly and obliging, the rooms were clean and comfortable but the showers were scalding hot and could not be adjusted this was very dangerous. Don't ask the hotel to organize a taxi, the firm they chose were Cowboys, we ended up walking to the airport.

Nice clean new hotel. Walking shower was to die for. Hotel room good was able to log in onto Netflix account on the tv that made the overall experience worth it. However, dinner we were offered a buffet. When we came down for dinner their was no buffet it was one meal. Malaysian stew and noodles which tasted like egg noodles soaked in the left over chicken that was in the stew. Not very appetising . The stew and rice was nice however but I was disappointed as I was offered a buffet and it was non existent. Drinks were not included in the pricey meal 2.50 for orange juice its pricey. Breakfast was disaster. We waited 45 mins near a hour for our breakfast which when got to us was stone cold. It wasn't enough and the fruit were off! Overall the hotel is lovely however the meals is not on point at all. The only reason we didnt get take out is because there was nothing in sight. Would i visit again yes because of the rooms however I do hope they fix up on their food.

Nice and modern hotel. Covenient for business travellers taking mornibg flights in the city airport. Please note that if you are sensitive to noise and vibration during sleeping, you might need a second consideration. All outside noises come through, and especially when vehicles drive by, the entire floor vibrates. The waterbasin is not designed for tall people. You will get your head knocked on the glass shelf when you simply wanted to wash face. The water boiler does not fit in the tiny waterbasin. Small details but annoying.
