Nice hotel next to Woolwich arsenal railway station. Car Park 24 £ for 4 days

Thieves! Only one star because I cannot rate less. I booked through Booking.com choosing the option to pay on arrival and the possibility to cancel 48 hours before our arrival. I cancelled 1 month in advance but was charged on the card I provided during the reservation. Booking.com did not assume their responsibilities and I had to manage with my bank to refuse this abusive charge. 4 months later, they now try to charge the amount again and I have to deal with my bank for this not to happen. Pirates working with a netwrok of pirates. This will go as far as it has to go. I won't give up and will fight this injustice. Shame on you! I recommend not to book here.

Situated directly outside the entrance to the tube station, it’s in a great location and easily accessible. We missed the entrance at first - even after reading it was a little tricky to find we still managed to miss it, but it was great once we were there! The room was modern and clean and with a lovely shower room! Can’t fault the facilities at all. Our room didn’t have a view of anything but a wall, but we weren’t there to look out of our windows so that didn’t bother us at all :) Overall a fab stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again if we needed to stay in that area!

What a find! This beautiful hotel is extremely clean, comfortable and in the best location. DLR is opposite and it takes about 15 minutes to get into town. We had a room with a terrace/balcony, a fridge, proper kettle -not one of those travel size plastic ones! The staff were so very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be staying here again.

Very spacious room and large bathroom. The bathroom included both a tub and separate shower compartment that was among the largest I've ever seen. The beds were very comfortable and noiseless. The wardrobe was huge with plenty of space for all four of us. The refridgerator and water heater were nice. There was also a strong ventilator for use in the summer, and an iron and ironing board. The floor heating worked fantastic.

Today I also receievd an email stating my card detail were incorrect and my booking had been cancelled so unprofessional have an event to attend and now have to find alternative accommodation, never experienced anything like this before. Avoid as this could end up costing you more when planning to travel.

I am only giving this 3 stars, not for the accommodation, but for trying to find it. They have Greenwich on the address, but it's in Woolwich. 9 miles away. Right outside the train station.

(Translated) Scammers and thieves. They charged us again for the accommodation during the month of April (in the middle of the covid-19 pandemic), we stayed in the month of February and we paid for the hotel when we arrived as we had booked. After many complaints we managed to fix it thanks to our bank since Booking.com did not take charge and ignored the problem. Now 9 months after staying there and after all the claims we made to get that charge canceled, they want to charge us again for the third time !! I hope they have a good sanction, and as you can see they no longer appear in booking, they have removed it. (Original) Estafadores y ladrones. Nos cobraron de nuevo el alojamiento durante el mes de abril (en plena pandemia covid-19), nosotros estuvimos alojados en el mes de febrero y pagamos el hotel al llegar tal y como lo habíamos reservado. Tras muchas reclamaciones conseguimos arreglarlo gracias a nuestro banco ya que Booking.com no se hizo cargo y se desentendió del problema. Ahora 9 meses después de alojarnos allí y tras todas las reclamaciones que hicimos para conseguir anular ese cargo, vuelven a querer cobrarnos otra vez el importe por tercera vez!! Espero que tengan una buena sanción, y como podéis comprobar ya no aparecen en booking, lo han quitado.
