S. S.It is a very quaint hotel. It appears to have been recently redone, but the rooms are small and there are no lifts (elevators). The staff is super friendly, and even helped us carry our bags. The room is much smaller than our next hotel and the cleaning service was okay at best. This is why I'm giving it four stars.

Bad: There is no elevator and the steps are steep! Be prepared to be out of breath and your legs on fire after walking up to the 3rd floor. Rooms are small.. walls were dirty. Bed was so uncomfortable and cheap. My back was killing me. Hair dryer kept shutting off. There was a metal bottle cap stuck to the hand towel. Personally...I would try to find something similar but with an elevator nearby.

Two bed room was reasonable space for week-long stay. Beds were comfortable, room fairly quiet. Hotel is 3 levels of steep stairs with lobby above street level. Staff will help with your bag. No breakfast or dining. As normal in this class of hotel, no air conditioning. Room had some maintenance issues - clock, safe, blinds did not work correctly, shower jose very frayed, or would rate 5 stars.

C.It was our second time we booked and I had forgotten to mention there were no windows for fresh air in the rooms.. so if you wanted to have some fresh air you had to turn on the A/C quite annoying.. 2 things I didn't like ia the windows and the stairs.. if you are 2nd or 3rd floor you have to walk upstairs..a little annoying but overall very clean and good value for money
R. S.Great hotel.. very clean, helpful staff, and the location is fantastic. 1 min walk to Earls Court station for direct access to the Piccadilly & District line's.. which.. for all intensive purposes gets you anywhere you want to go.
Only negative was 0 soundproofing. You can hear literally everything. Also no lifts so you're hauling your suitcase up a fairly tight entry/ staircase. This is central London though so honestly can't expect too much better.
p. l.Funky little hotel with comfortable modern rooms, clean and good service. Wouldn't recommend for anyone with heavy luggage or elderly as the reception and rooms are only accessible by steep stairs. That said I enjoyed my stay.

After I got to the desk those thoughts changed and I would say Brit Hotel is a solid 10 in my travels.
Friendly and helpful staff at the reception (both at 1300 and 0430,) immaculately kept rooms, very comfy.
Plus very close to the Earl's Court tube stop, very convenient.
Even though this stay was for less than a day, I shall look to make Brit Hotel my lodging next time I return to London for a longer stay (even with no lift.)

The rooms are small but nice and clean and the receptionists are all very friendly and helpful. I can only recommend this hotel if you don't mind the kinda small rooms.
You also get free coffee 24/7 and 3 bottles of water every day.

Everything was immaculate including the shower and toilet. You are given some towels and small amount of body wash but in the bathroom they supply many.
There is a sink in your own room as well as tea/coffee facilities.
There is a nice flatscreen TV with basic channels (freeview).
I was on the first floor and heard no traffic.
It is excellent for a single person staying a few nights and I found I had just enough space as I am used to practicality as opposed to luxury. If you want something affordable with no frills but clean and safe this is the place.
Nice bar downstairs and 24/7 friendly reception and food options to boot.
As only two people share the bathroom this woild also be ideal for two friends. Location is insanely good as it's right next to the tube and there are loads of coffee shops and restaurants about. Nandos, Costa, Zizzi, GBK etc. with just one change on the tube line to get to the sights.
Please note: the steps are steep and I do not believe it is wheelchair accessible. Please heed this if you have loads of luggage and end up on the highest floor!

J. B.Very modern and attractive rooms and superb bathroom. Unfortunately the fridge and the ventilation were quite noisy and prevented a good night's sleep. Additionally the bed was a bit short and sandwiched between two walls and, as I am tall, I couldn't stretch my legs completely, which made it even more uncomfortable.

A destacar el personal del hotel, todos muy atentos pero Felipe (recepcionista) y Asma (chica de la limpieza) son otro nivel! Ambos hablan español y siempre están dispuestos a ayudarte en cualquier cosa con la mejor sonrisa.

Super gut gelegen, in der Nähe der Untergrundbahn und ziemlich zentral.
Das Hotel ist sauber, täglich werden die Wasserflaschen ersetzt in dem kleinen Kühlschrank und gratis Kaffee und Tee.
Unbedingt zu beachten, man muss Treppensteigen, es gibt keinen Lift, also für Gebehinderte und Rollstuhlgänger nicht möglich.
Die Betten etwas kurz, für mich mit 170 gerade machbar...
Unser Zimmer war sehr ruhig gelegen!
Aber gerne wieder beim nächsten Londontrip!!

Io e la mia fidanzata abbiamo soggiornato qui la settimana di capodanno e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti, rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente, camere piccole ma pulite, letto comodissimo, bagno ristrutturato da poco e con doccia molto spaziosa, a due passi dalla metro di earls court dove e possibile prendere le linee principali della metro londinese, quali circle line, Piccadilly e circle.

We had one of the premium rooms with two beds on the top floor at the back. Room was large for London standards, pleasant and simply functional. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom with shower was in very good condition and the water pressure in the shower was great. Everything was very clean and thanks to the backyard location there was a nice view and quiet nights. The only drawback: There is no heating, when it gets colder, you have to let the air conditioning run in the heating process and you can hear that
The service was super friendly and helpful. There is a hot water kettle in the room and free tea and coffee can be made in the reception area.
The location is great, there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets in the immediate vicinity. Much can be reached on foot and the rest quickly by tube.
The only important thing is that the hotel has no elevator, the rooms can only be reached via narrow stairs.
Otherwise, a nice little hotel in a great location for the price!

Zentrales und nettes kleines Hotel nur wenige Schritte vom Bahnhof Earls Court entfernt.
Wir hatten eines der Premium Zimmer mit zwei Betten im obersten Stock nach hinten raus. Zimmer war für Londoner Verhältnisse gross, angenehm und schlicht funktional eingerichtet. Die Betten waren bequem Das Duschbad war in einem sehr guten Zustand und der Wasserdruck in der Dusche top. Alles war sehr sauber und dank der Hinterhoflage gab es einen schönen Ausblick und ruhige Nächte. Einziges Manko: Es gibt keine Heizung, wenn es kälter wird, dann muss man die Klima im Heizvorgang laufen lassen und das hört man
Der Service war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im Zimmer gibt es einen Heisswasserkocher und im Rezeptionsbereich kann man sich kostenlos Tee und Kaffee machen.
Die Lage ist top, in unmittelbarer Umgebung gibt es jede Menge Gastronomie und Supermärkte. Vieles kann zu Fuss und der Rest schnell mit der Tube erreicht werden.
Wichtig nur, das Hotel hat keinen Fahrstuhl, die Zimmer sind nur über schmale Treppen erreichbar.
Ansonsten aber für den Preis ein nettes kleines Hotel in toller Lage!
