Had an amazing stay at this hotel, it was clean, modern and staff were incredible. I would like to say a special thank you to mark and Andreas who made our stay memorable. They provided us with amazing service and accommodated to all our needs. Hotel is close to the underground and loads of food places which is a bonus.

The hotel is amazing, breakfast is amazing. The dinner was not great. We order the half chicken the top was hot, the bottom was like it came out of the fridge. The staff was also super nice.

We stayed for the night of our wedding - to be away from the home.
The arrival was fine - the front lady was not good unfortunately. She told me I didn't have a lounge access when my bonvoy app literally said I did... On the …

I can't say enough about how the staff, top to bottom, made my family feel welcome and comfortable. Traveling during COVID with your family is not easy, but we felt safe and well taken care of through their precautions that were safe yet …

Great location. 5 minutes walk. To. Marble arch. Many shisha shops and lebanese food within 2 mins.
Rooms are good size. A little old though.
Good breakfast.
Recommended!

Great service. Room was perfect. Restaurant is in the building and has great food. About 5 minutes from 2 different tube stations.

I was amazed by the service level at this hotel. Since the beginning, i was greeted with a Smile and a welcoming staff, the room was ready ahead of time and I was offered late check out, which was refreshing as I usually have to ask for it multiple times. The room was clean and the restaurant is quite good, the breakfast was delicious and my kids enjoyed the pancakes and the chocolate sirup (I don't remember seen this on any other Marriott hotel). During my stay every request was answered beyond expectations. This hotel far exceeds it's value in terms of rate Vs Service.

Wouldn't class it their best hotel, it is basic honestly. The heater fan kept buzzing all night for no sleep for entire stay..staff are helpful and some amenities are dated, need some TLC

Another amazing stay at the Marriott Marble Arch. Staff so friendly and general
Manager made herself known to us most days. Rooms clean and well kept. Loved the idea of extra points for not having the room cleaned every day for a greener stay. Will definitely be back again

The London Marriott Marble Arch impressed me and my family way in excess of our expectations. From the moment of our arrival, the staff were warm and helpful and the hotel was clean and comfortable- to a standard I’ve seen is some of …

A very comfortable hotel with a nice great room (american style) best of all the location which is near by Oxford St and park also 2 mints away a supermarket and many restaurants and pharmacy which is a plus thing for location.
Breakfast is very good large buffet.
D.

Me and my family had a great experience. All the hotel's staff are willing to go out of their way to make your experience exceptional. A special appreciation goes to Andreas and Stephanie for making our experience the best.

What can i say, what an amazing experience, The room , the service at reception, the staff, so welcoming and hospitable. We were delighted with the service. The location of the hotel is also perfect as all my favorite places to see and eat …

Great location - although should be called Marriott Edgware Road; however the best part of our stay was the superb staff and personal service provided. We were placed next to a noisy family which we had complained about and were dealt with by Renato who took our complaint seriously and offered us great service. At breakfast we were approached by the General Manager Stephanie, who had asked us about our stay and we expressed our concerns, we were so surprised that she went to learn more in order to ensure that we had been provided care. We were even more impressed to see the manager talking to other families and assisting with the breakfast clean up; when we expressed this to her she said "We have a great team and I would never ask someone to do what I would not do myself." My mother in law and I were really impressed by the service and will be staying here on our next trip to London.
I.
The hotel is perfectly located for the main London attractions. Hotel car park cost only £15 per day, which is fantastic price for the location.
The rooms are well appointed and clean, beds were very comfortable …

Exceptional service by all the staff and was always greeted with a smile by everyone. Felt genuinely cared for and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. We could check in early and we were also offered complimentary late check out which was really helpful. Definitely would stay here again the next time we are in London.

Near Oxford street. Nice for walking around. Great reception and service. Very clean. The restaurant also serve nice food
T.
Great location, the room was clean and met our expectations. The breakfast was very nice, with a large choice of food and drinks. Would recommend for any type of stay in Central London.
R. Y.
A bit dated. Only two of three lifts working, the safe didn’t work and the towels were small. Other than that the staff were great and the location is very central.

No shuttle to the airport. Parties late at night for people looking to have a quite night before they head to the airport is extremely inconvenient. Won't stay there again. I've been at Sheraton Skyline, Radisson and Moxy and they've been very gpod

This is a good hotel overall the staff are nice and friendly checking in is quick they have a resturant where you can get food from good quality aswell but the down side was the room the ac or fan machine whatever you call it made loud ticking noises every few minutes also the walls are so thin u can hear everything from the room above and next door but it was okay room looks much better in the pictures when you book.
W.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Room was spacious and beds were huge and comfy. Near to food at Edgware Road and walking distance to Marble Arch.
Will stay here again!
M.
Was generally good but the hotel did let themselves down in certain areas. Location was good. Staff majority friendly.
A. R.
Perfect for anniversary.
Great breakfast and pool is compact but clean.
Location is second to none - quiet road just behind Edgware Road

All staff went over and above to ensure that our stay was a pleasant one.
Friendly hands on manager who took pride in her hotel.
Exceptionally clean and breakfast and evening meal was of a high standard.
Will definitely be recommending this hotel to friends and will return !!
N.
We were made to feel very welcome by all the staff. The concierge checked us in swiftly and arranged for our luggage to be transferred to our rooms. The breakfast was good plenty on offer.
P.
A return to this hotel after two years. Friendly and welcoming. Good accommodation. Clean and tidy. Unfortunately the Executive Lounge wasn’t open and neither was the swimming pool. Nevertheless, the staff provided excellent service.

It’s not the best but not the worst staff is friendly and nice rooms are ok a bit outdated room service is not 24/7 stops at 9:30 which is not good

Stayed here for the euro semi finals. Nice friendly helpful staff that were very accommodating. Good quality rooms, extremely comfy beds and included breakfast at the connected restaurant as well as room service being available. Located not far from Paddington underground so handy for traveling to other locations of London. Would highly recommend this hotel for staying at.
J.
Great stay, lovely quiet and clean hotel that is a 2 minute walk from Marble Arch.
Staff were so friendly and accommodating! Will definitely be back in December for our annual Christmas shopping trip.
E.
A fantastic stay in a great location. The staff were very helpful and attentive. It felt very covid secure as it was clean and lifts were offered to one group at a time.
s.
I was made to feel very welcome the staff are all excellent. Room was nice too and it's location next to the tube and Paddington station are excellent for exploring London and the wider area.
V.
I really enjoyed my stay with my teenage children- 18 and 15, the location was perfect, so easy to get around. The Pickled Hen was lovely, good food and great service.
A. B.
Nice bit was in room staying one night remote on TV had coffee on it and did not work. That was the only thing that I can say bad. Really nice staff really nice and helpful.
M. H.
Great hotel and great staffs with great service right at the edge of Mayfair London and close to Marble Arch tube station. Excellent parking facility but you have to pay a little extra per night.
R. T.
What a great hotel.
Great service from all the staff.
Great food at the restaurant again the staff were all helpful and very attentive.
I would definitely stay here again.
D. C. S.
This is a nice place in the heart of the city. Like MarbleArch is like something great. I would always recommend people to stay here. Loved the hospitality and the greetings from the staff. 10 on 10 I would say. But the food in the breakfast was served nit like buffet like before. It was also due to Covid, can totally understand. Overall was good.
B.
We had a lovely mid week stay at the Marble Arch Marriot, the staff were lovely and very helpful and the rooms were clean. Overall, a great experience and I will be recommending to others wanting to stay fairly close to Central London.
L. W.
I had a 2 night stay payed for my Just Eat and we had a wonderful experience. The reception were lovely and the rooms were emaculate. Everything was perfect.

I will not go into details as to why I would not return to "London Marriott Hotel Marble Arch", except to state, it left a less than "delighted!" impression on me. Enough said.
R.
All the staff greeted us with a smile and we genuinely felt cared for. The room was up to the standards and the service was excellent.
K. E.
Rooms not up to Marriott standard. Staff good and very welcoming.
A.
Great reception, great staff! Caring and always trying to keep up the good level of service! Much appreciated.
A.
Very accommodating, adhered to CV-19 protocols , approachable and all round good service meeting the expected standard set by Marriott
I.
Had a great time staying rooms were good facilities were amazing

Brilliant hotel staff very pleasant and helpful, great location marble arch.
Let me park outside instead of underground due to me driving a Range Rover the underground parking is very narrow.

Really nice hotel, great location and friendly staff
A. A.
Very good hotel, good location on the center of London, near Oxford street
O. O.
Very friendly and helpful from the doorman at the entrance. Kudos to the cleaning lady who made sure we were comfortable. And bigger kudos to the hotel manager. She was super helpful with description to the sights to see and went an extra mile to send a greeting card and some sweets to our room. And breakfast was yummy, each day.
J.
The location and hotel was Average. The bathroom was small and not clean. Leftover guest hair every where. Had to call about towels both days..Bathroom was quite small or it could have been the room they put us in as we prepaid on …

Great place & good service & friendly staff in the hotel & bar area .

A very well located hotel. The streets nearby are full of places to eat and within walking distance from Marble Arch & Oxford Street (about 10 minutes walk). The staff was extremely helpful, the rooms were ok and the food was great. The lobby is rather small & the rooms are not too big either, but I have seen much smaller at London's hotels! The lower floors seem to need more attention from the management as the bathroom in our 1st room was obviously in need for a renovation and so is some furniture in the room hence the 4 stars. The breakfast was so tasty, specially the egg station. The lounge was nice, specially Mirette the night shifter, very pleasant and professional. Overall we were very happy and we will probably be back!
A. A.
I haven't stayed as a guest. However I go to their pool regularly for my daughter's swimming classes (water babies) . And regardless of me being a guest or not the staff has been absolutely lovely and polite. The hotel is clean. The pool is spotless and the changing rooms for the kids is always clean regardless of the number of classes it has which is impressive and for a mother very reassuring.
A.
Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable! Everyone was friendly and efficient. We had the benefit of an upgrade which was much appreciated- so thank u . We will return!
O. O.
Nice atmosphere and good food as always use to better but not so bad
M.
Fabulous hotel, close to Oxford street but quite location, lots of independent restaurants nearby . Staff we so helpful and happy lovely to see

We stayed here for four nights with our family on a visit to London. We chose this hotel because it was recommended as one with larger rooms to accommodate families traveling and staying in the same room. Although our room slept 3, it was …

This was our first trip to London. The hotel was great. The staff was very friendly and professional. They were extremely helpful setting up out daily tours. Room was great. The picked hen was great. The best fish and chips we had all week was at the picked hen. Breakfast buffet was wonderful. It was a great trip

While I am typically brand loyal and pleased with Marriott properties, this one left me a little flat. Overall, it was nice and clean. 3 of us arrived after a trans-Atlantic flight. Our room was ready and our reservation showed 3 guests, but the bed linens for the 3rd bed (sofa bed) were not in the room. Also, we did not have a 3rd set of towels. We called reception upon entering our room for bed linen ans extra towels, and again about 3 hours later. House Keeping arrived about 30 minutes after our second call. Also, there is very little drawer space for unpacking clothing. We booked a large room, and there was enough drawer space really for only 1 person. So, we lived for 5 days out of our suitcases. The shower pressure was strong and the water temperature was nice and hot.
R.
Stayed 5 nights in a row, including a weekend so was able to get a good sense of what the hotel has to offer. This was my second time staying there and the location works well for me based on walking, using ubers and the tube. …

D.
Enjoyed our time at this nice hotel which was refurbished recently. Staff were very helpful & kind. Rooms were clean & spacious but toilet was relatively small. Executive lounge was cozy & snacks were good but not available all the time. …
G. I.
The hotel is centrally located and functional, albeit pretty basic in its features. Having only 12 floors the noise from the street is quite significant. The restaurant is not excellent (the super food salad was pretty bad but the fish and chips was good) and breakfast can be pretty hectic. The real best part is the kindness and care of the employees
M.
I highly recommend staying at the Marriott property if your travels bring you to London. The staff could not be friendlier nor more attentive and helpful; the location is amazing both for shopping and tube access, and the property is …
F.
The staff were attentive, helpful and friendly in the hotel. The rooms are spacious particularly for London but are dated. Pickled Hen was disappointing. Rude staff and early closing hours. I wouldn’t stay at this particular Marriott again.

Had a very positive experience at the Marble Arch. Rooms are spacious and quiet. Staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable. Breakfast was perfect and we enjoyed the beers at the bar. General Manager did an excellent job.
G.
Great location and the staff are friendly. Clean and tidy hotel, but requires some updating and more amenities.
R.
While this hotel is 5 or 6 blocks from the Marble Arch underground station, it is accessible to many underground lines.
The room was rather small, but comfortable. …
A.
Great stay again with excellent staff shame the swimming pool wasn’t open but Couldn’t fault the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel although the bedroom windows were filthy on the outside but really isn’t a criticism as much as an observation.
S.
Location is quite far out. Limited food choices and menu. No lift to get access to car park
W.
Traveling with 2 teenage kids for a stopover in London. This is a nice hotel near Marble Arch, area is pre dominantly middle eastern (our observation, based on walking from the hotel to Marble Arch). …
O.
Short 5 minute walk to the tube. Room was clean and beds quite comfy, as expected. Bathrooms aren’t up to par with the price per night. Staff was friendly. Note, there is a high concentration of middle eastern shops and restaurants by hotel - don’t be surprised. Area was safe and, relative to other London hotels, pretty good value for the money.
C.
PROs: Nice quality hotel. Excellent breakfast selection in the restaurant. Great size electronic safe. Multiple 110 volt / 50Hz outlets. Quiet rooms. Staff service was generally very good. With a bit of a walk, relatively easy access to …
D.
Amazing place to stay !
Walking distance to good food and attractions.
a.
Our stay here was excellent, I ran into a problem and the staff were very accommodating, kind, and helpful. All in all we are very happy with our stay. Rooms have good views, the restaurant in the hotel, (The Picked Hen) has very good food.
J.
Perfect location for anywhere in London. Easy access to buses and underground and shopping on Oxford Street
J. M.
Typically I would rate really good hotels a 4, and reserve 5’s for only those with absolute perfection. This Marriott was really good - but earned a 5 because of their staff and specifically their concierge service.
After realizing we were charged for a tour that wasn’t what we expected, they went completely out of their way, and gave us a refund even though we paid for this directly to the tour company. They wanted to make sure we left loving our experience - this is A+ service. This is why we choose Marriotts.
M.
Great staff. Fitness center is small and only accessible through outside entrance down two flights of stairs through the parking garage. Executive lounge is lacking in quality of food and beverages. Rooms were clean, but outdated.
A.
The hotel is exceptionally well maintained, and if the décor is perhaps a little dated, it is kept like new. Big pluses: excellent Wi-Fi, a superb breakfast buffet, an exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, a good location, reasonable …
H. S.
Another great Marriott hotel stay.
Room and facilities were excellent.
Breakfast was amazing but veggie sausages should be available on immediate request, notice the night before should not be necessary.
But otherwise the staff were lovely.
J. W.
Beware:this hotel is not near Marble Arch! It is up the Edgware Road, close to the tube station. We went for the Sunday Brunch: food was good, but service was slow. The restaurant is attractive with a countryside theme. Tables are well spaced. There is lots of natural light. We didn't like the rather loud, canned music
D.

A very good hotel with a great location. Breakfast buffet was rich and tasty (though it looks like the lady that prepares omelets needs a small wake up shake).
Staff are always smiling and helping.
Rooms are highly equipped and spacey, third bed/sofa had a good quality mattress.
It takes a very long time for each of the three elevators to arrive (so don't forget anything in your room :=) ).
As mentioned, the hotel is located in a very reachable area, at the real edge of the "London congestion zone" which forced me to pay a 12 pounds fee just because I passed the zone's "border" by 15 meters for 3 minutes in order to park in the lobby with the rented car in order to load our suitecases (or else I had to stand with car outside the "area" and let the wife and kids carry 6 suitcases in the street)
Overall a very good experience.
R.
I am an Elite level member and used my points to stay three nights. It was a perfect stay. The room was comfortable and I liked the way it was organized with drawers and coffee station in a niche. Perfect room service & big fluffy towels. …

Great hotel front of house staff are excellent. Food and drinks good quality. Only 1 issue was Lounge got full quickly in evening and could do with being larger. Excellent staff though let us eat and drink and even take our food out due to being full which was nice. Great location for Winter Wonderland trip will come again

A well located hotel for getting out and about in London. The Family room was a good size. The children loved the pool facilities. Breakfast was delicious. We would highly recommend the Marriott marble arch to anyone. Will hopefully be staying again soon.
O.
Short and sweet stay, very comfortable, great value for money.
j. s.
The location is very good, easy access to the Marble Arch underground. The staff is fantastic! I have stayed at Marriott properties all over the world and I think this was the most friendly and helpful staff I have ever encountered. Voln at the concierge desk in particular was so friendly and helpful in assisting my son and I in deciding what to see and how to get around. My only complaint was the members lounge. They offer free wine and beer and a nice selection of snacks each evening, but it is about the third of the size as it should be. I am a platinum member and was only able to use the lounge one evening because it was overflowing with people and there was nowhere to sit or even sit my drink down. Maybe they could rearrange the space with smaller tables or a counter along the window or something?
G.
Room was clean and very comfortable. Very subpar view from the room.
Breakfast was excellent. Service staff did a wonderful job.
Front desk leaves a little to be desired. Just concerned with the hotel getting …

Well known chains of hotels. Friendly staff. Prompt on service. Great service. Breakfast in The Pickled Hen resturant is really versatile. The Executive Lounge in the 12 floor is the one to relax and chat with friends. Nice training facilities with swimming pool and jacuzzi.

M. B.
Nice hotel overall. Staff are nice and try to be helpful. Had a couple of small issues during our stay, but the staff worked hard to resolve them quickly. My room was fine, although nothing special, housekeeping services were good.
D. C.
This is a good hotel with friendly helpful staff manning the desks at all times. Rooms are clean and quite will equipped and size is good. Gym will equipped for both cardio and free weights and there's a swimming pool and sauna. I didn't have any major issues and would give more stars, but for the price I have stayed in better quality Marriott hotels.
M. M.
Walking distance to the Marble Arch, shopping, and restaurants. Very nice work out facility and recently updated bar. Lounge was nice and food was relatively good with friendly service. Rooms could use an update. Seems to be a lot of smokers staying and nearby, which took away from the experience.

An Amazing Stay.
Im March of this year I took my mother to the UK for her retirement. I gave her the option to pick any destination in the world and she picked the UK.
My task then was to find accommodation and I picked this property.
At check in we were greeted with a warm welcome and introduced to the elbow touch rather than a hand shake. (Keep COVID away) :)
While I checked in at the front desk the concierge took my mom into the sitting area and engaged her in a conversation before returning to the front Desk. Our check in process was sightly delayed but i later found out that it was to upgrade our rooms and place a welcome note and amenity inside after the concierge learnt from my mom the reason for her stay. (A CLASS SERVICE)
The room.
We encountered a minor issue with the heating unite and called to have someone come up and look at it. The gentleman who came up was so friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We spoke about him in school studying engineering, some of the best placed to see and take my mom. what are some of the most cost effective ways to enjoy the city and things that we should avoid doing at that time of the year. My entire vacation plans were changed by his suggestion and we enjoyed every moment of it based on his recommendations.
The restaurant
They have some of the best GIN that i have ever had and the service there was 5Stars.
Last Night
On our last night stay we received a wonderful note and amenity from the front desk thanking us for staying with them and wishing my mom lots of relaxing days on her retirement.
This is the only hotel i will stay at when i am back in London City.
C. Y.
Service was friendly and courteous. The location is great. While it's about a 10 minute walk to a tube station, there are many buses that connect very near. Executive lounge is a bit small and can get crowded. The adjoining restaurant where breakfast is served is very good.
C.
King Deluxe Bedroom was spacious but dated and it was missing a chair for the desk. The toiletries they provided were of good size and quality. TV had a good selection of stations.
Check In / out was good and quick.
Breakfast lacked personality and organisation. Chef at the egg station SHOUTING over guests to team members with commands. No need to hear loud aggressive shouting at 9am. Team members therefore being directed by Chef instead of guests and that is why the buffet items weren't replaced ... no glasses, bowls, yoghurts etc. More people circled the station looking for items rather than selecting items to eat.
Breakfast options were ok however, they weren't great or imaginative.

The location is okay but not great if you want to walk the city. The tube is very close and this location really does require it's use. Staff was awesome. The rooms are small but have iPhone plug ins. The executive lounge is busy. Get there early to get a seat. The food was plentiful and great tasting.

We had a fantastic two night stay at the Marriott Marble Arch and it could not of been better. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Superb facilities, try the pool and hot tub! Comfy beds and great cooked breakfast. Only niggle was the executive lounge between 5.30pm and 7.30pm was absolutely crammed full. I think it was the free alcohol and nibbles! Other than that I would definitely recommend this hotel and we will book again for our next long weekend in London

Our stay was part of a 50th wedding anniversary celebration, and the staff went out of their way to make the anniversary couple feel special and appreciated. The staff and facilities are excellent, and we are very happy with the stay and recommend this Marriott strongly for anyone visiting London.

What a wonderful welcome, I almost felt like one of the family! Nothing was too much trouble, everyone was so helpful. We were there to celebrate my mother's 80 th birthday. She is a natural fusser so she engaged with the concierge on a …

We stayed at this location for two weeks and it was a great stay. There are two underground stations that are equally apart from the hotel, Marble Arch and Edgware, the walking distance from the hotel is reasonably as these station have different lines of service. The doorman Richard greeted us everyday with a great big smile, he always asked about our stay and if we need anything to make it better, he also gave us advise on how to get around London. The concierge Voin was another person who was very helpful, he got us the necessary tickets for the attractions and tours that we wanted to go on. He was very helpful in advising which day of the week to go as to avoid the long lines. Our room had two double beds, the linen and towels where crisp and clean, the room was cleaned routinely.

Located near the Marble Arch, this hotel has the usual quality of the Marriott chain of hotels. It has well equipped gym, bar and restaurants. Room comes with free wifi and the room is decent size. Good for return stay in the future.

We stayed the last 3 nights of our vacation here, family of 4 with 3 1/2 year old twins. Lots of luggage as well. I have read other reviews of this hotel that said service was great, and as a worldwide user of Marriott hotels, this one …

The bed was much too firm. It felt like sleeping on a wooden board with minimal padding on top. The comfort of the bed is one of my primary reasons for choosing Marriott, and I was sorely disappointed. Also, the Wi-Fi was awful, even the …

The food was really good at the afternoon tea but they did miss off one item which they immediately went and got. Loved the decor in the restaurant. However, I wasn't so pleased with the staff. There seemed to be a lack of communication. It did seem like they were rushing us out a little bit. Which was a shame really because the food was amazing

I was here for a lunch meeting... This hotel is a good place for a lunch meeting of about 100 people. As someone who does not eat dairy, i just wish they would give me something different for desert... its the same meringue and fruit every month.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The location is great. It's a few blocks from the Marble Arch underground and loads of great shopping. There are also lots of good restaurants nearby. Every recommendation from the concierge was fantastic and we were very pleased. We also enjoyed the selection for breakfast. The service was inconsistent, but I think they were understaffed one morning and it was unfortunate as it was a very busy morning. The clientele seemed to be quite wealthy here.

Clean, comfortable hotel located close to tube station. Staff is friendly and attentive. Only downfall was room wasn't ready for early check-in as previously requested.

I only visited for lunch in the ground floor "chicken themed" restaurant. My healthy salad was tasty:- rocket, halloumi cheese and pomegranate dressing . My friends fish and chips were hot and tasty. The.mushy peas served in a weird little condiment pot. Ladies Room could have been cleaner. Maybe more frequent visits by staff to check. Staff I encountered were friendly and helpful.

The hotel is situated close to Marble Arch in London and I'd closer to many cafés and restaurants. The staff at the hotel were incredibly professional making check in a simple process. The room we stayed in was relatively comfortable and clean with two double beds. The bathroom was also clean and furnished with complementary products and luxury towels. There was a large television in the bedroom, and the WiFi was more than adequate for our needs. The bed was comfortable enough and once I'd turned off the air conditioning unit there wasn't too much noise to interrupt sleep. Breakfast was a typical buffet with plenty of hot and cold choices. The waitor was friendly and attentive to our needs. Check out was as simple as check in and the staff were equally as professional. We certainly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would more than likely stay again.
