Very cozy, magical atmosphere. Staff is very helpful and polite. Room was clean and comfortable. They play classical music all day long and the lounge where tea is served is very charming. Great location, right by the Olympia station with access to the Circle line and also easily accessible by bus. Highly recommended.

Great, affordable accommodations in a nice area. The genuinely friendly staff worked hard to make our stay comfortable. We booked a small room with a shared bathroom, which I was dreading, but it was just fine. The bathrooms were always spotless, and each shower and toilet is in its own lockable room, so actually quite private. They served a nice breakfast every morning and tea by the fire when we returned in the evening.

The rooms are a little bit small and very old looking. Al thought it was very small, it was very clean. The breakfast was not very nice (only croissant, loaf bread, egg and cheese, no "meat" at all). For the price I thought it was good! 3 nights costed less than 2 nights in all the other hotels. The location is also ok, there is a bus stop 5minutes walking distance and in 25min bus you're at the center.

Very clean, nice style. It has a small very handy kitchenette with microwave cooker. The beds are very comfortable, great mattresses and nice fresh sheets and towels. Good shower and toilet. I like the fact that it's almost like two bedrooms as the upstairs space feels big and private. Perfect for what it is. Little bit far from tube.

Comfortable, clean, nice room, with a double bed for single use. Small restroom but still quite comfortable. It's quiet and in a really nice neighborhood. The room was spacy for a single, and the cost of the stay was quite a bargain. Probably the best hotel I stayed in in London. Only small issue is that is about a kilometer and half from the closest tube station, but there are plenty of buses. Breakfast included.

Quite an old hotel. Looks a little like a hostel. You have to share the toilet and showers with other rooms. Free breakfast which is really nice. Although the rooms are a bit dated, it's an okay place to stay, not very noisy. Stayed with two young kids (nearly 3 and nearly 6 years old) but the room and the hotel were fine for us. In the day we were out a lot and in the evening the kids went to bed early, but there was no noise from the other guest, so that was great!

Cute and cozy hotel in a perfect location with small but clean rooms that come with working heaters. Breakfast is alright as a basic start when you crave something straight after getting up. A little fruits or something wouldn‘t hurt though. Plus take your earplugs - walls a very thin so you hear can your neighbours steps.

Stayed for 4 nights on holiday. Hotel is small but cozy. Room was cramped (but it was cheap!), and the bed was fairly comfortable. The shower leaked, but room service cleaned up the towels we used to stop it and gave us new towels every day. There was a tv in the room, which we weren't expecting. The free breakfast was surprisingly good for a 2 star hotel. Bus stops are right down the street, so it was easy to get around. Overall, for the price, it was a perfect place to sleep at the end of the day.

Good place to stay for a couple of days. It's like been at home. Good service and everything is really cleaned. Breakfast is good but not so much variet. There's no lift/elevator so you have to go up and down stairs if you are in the higher levels to go the bathroom (not all the rooms have private bathroom). Everything is fine. Recommended.

Great stay in London if you don't need something unnecessarily luxurious. The rooms and bathrooms are small, there's no elevator. Everything is extremely clean and comfortable. Staff are very friendly. Place is very close to the subway. Wifi is one of the best I ever seen. Shower is good.

For a low fare hotel it's well runned. If you don't mind the steep stairs, the creaky and not really flat floors and the little rooms you will find great value for your money and a good access to bus and metro for the city centre. It's regularly cleaned and the staff is very accommodating.

Room had an awesome mezzanine level bed! Decent bathroom, mini kitchen and fridge, clean. Good for the price. Close to buses and an overground, but not any particularly convenient tube stations.

My friend and I had a great experience here! We booked a studio which isn't the main hotel but just a couple of buildings over. It had a double bed and then a loft area with another double bed (directly on the floor). While the space was compact, the loft really opened it up more and it had a kitchen sink, microwave, a few dishes, etc. Leaving the windows open made it cool enough to sleep in early September. It's a short walk to the Overground and about a 15 minute walk to get to the Underground on the Central, Picadilly, or District lines. It also came with free wifi and free breakfast!

It was nice experience, rates were affordable as well. Kensington High Street Station is at 10 mins walk from there you can go to any place of your choice. In surrounding you will find good restaurants. However for improvement atleast kitchen facility should be available for guests with fridge and microwave. Staff was helpful and courteous.

Me and my fiance stayed for 1night it was brilliant we actually quiet like the small double room felt really cosy and the bed was amazingly comfortable and everything was spotless and smelled great. the breakfast was great with lots to choose and great coffee!!!!Loved the lounge area where we sat for like a hour at the fire too!will definetly come back :)

Doesn't have AC which is not a problem usually in London. The shower head had a very weak flow which made bathing a bit hard. Doesn't have a mini fridge. On the other hand it was cheap, the staff were helpful and it was cozy.

Essendo un due stelle, ovviamente le stanze sono piccoline e il bagno é in comune con il pianerottolo, ma la pulizia é impeccabile e i letti sono molto comodi. Lo staff é cordiale, disponibile e efficiente. Inoltre, nella saletta comune meravigliosa con poltrone in pelle e camino troverete sempre tè e caffè dopo le cinque. Consigliato assolutamente.

La struttura è molto pulita e confortevole, la stanza era ampia e ci hanno dato anche un letto in più (avevamo richiesto una doppia e ci hanno dato un letto in più oltre al matrimoniale -che però era lievemente più piccolo-). Il bagno non è molto grosso, ma almeno il gabinetto non è incassato in un angolo. Ovviamente non c'è il bidet. Di negativo segnalo che la doccia, mediamente ampia, ha un gradito che la separa dal pavimento, rendendo un pò rischioso l'uscita dalla stessa con il pavimento bagnato. Inoltre, la settimana era un pò ventosa, ed entravano molti spifferi in camera nonostante le doppie tende chiuse. La colazione, seppur non abbondante, è comunque ben fornita e varia. Lo staff è molto cortese e disponibile a fornire informazioni per spostarvi verso le mete turistiche della città. Io e la mia fidanzata abbiamo preferito fare la Oyster per spostarci in città senza problemi (con Travelcard Zona 1-2, 30£ per una settimana) che nel complesso è ottima se avete intenzione di girare molto. Per spostarvi consiglio di prendere il bus 10 di fronte all'Universal Music e scendere alla fermata di High Street Kensigton dove parte la metro e riuscirete a raggiungere un pò tutto. In zona è presente un pò di tutto, dallo shopping al cibo con svariate catene, quindi se volete rimanere nelle vicinanze dell'hotel non siete isolati dal mondo.

Blisko przystanki autobusowe, skąd można łatwo dojechać do stacji metra. Pod samym hotelem sklep spożywczy oraz bardzo fajna knajpka gdzie można zjeść i napić się nie tylko dobrej kawy ale także piwka i mocniejszych trunków.

Um die Ecke ist sogar ein kleiner Supermarkt und das besagte Pub. Bushaltestellen sowie U-Bahn sind in der Nähe, ca. 30 Minuten sollte man jedoch für die gängigen Stationen wie Victoria usw. schon einplanen.

Am Wochenende fährt auch eine U-Bahn direkt von Kensington Olympia. Sonst mehrere Bushaltestellen im Umkreis von 300m. Je nach Verkehr ca. 30min zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Highlights: Aufenthaltsraum im englischen Stil im EG, Nachmittagstee bzw. Kaffee ab ca. 17 Uhr gratis. Anmerkung: es gibt noch ein zweites Gebäude ca. 50m entfernt. Empfehlung: Zimmer zur Rückseite hinaus wählen.
