My wife and I stayed 3 nights in a double with en-suite bath. It was clean, reception (open 24 hrs) were always friendly and the Manager even loaned me a plug adapter... I gave it 5 stars based on what to expect from a 2* hotel. It was a little bit noisy, but I think it was just our room opened to the street or something. WiFi worked well for the calls I had.

We came to this hotel for a short visit and some sightseeing. Pros: Great location, just a walking distance to center Rooms are very clean Super friendly service Cons: Rooms are super small and having a sink in them was pretty strange. No breakfast, but we were told it was due to COVID. The biggest issue were the windows. They are old, don't close fully and lets in the old. The Wi-Fi was pretty weak. Overall, it's a great and cozy place to spend a few nights and we enjoyed our experience there.

Good place to stay for a night in London. Price is great for the location really close to Oxford Street. Room was a good size with en-suite,super clean very happy. staff were friendly on reception desk :) Only negative is room was slightly warm but fan on wall and was able to open window so wasnt a huge problem. Would stay here again if im in the area :)

Stayed for two nights in January- absolutely spot on for me. Less than £100 for ensuite, 5 mins from Marble Arch Tube, clean and very friendly staff which makes a massive difference. I couldn't really expect any better for the money and the location. Good stuff!

Really good place! It was clean, bright and well lit. The staff were super friendly and efficient. The rooms are a little on the small side, so make sure whoever you're staying with is someone you want to be close to! Room was small but clean and cozy, with tea and coffee provided on daily basis. Shower and toilet in the corridor vere in perfect condition. I cannot compare the price but for given location near Marble arch and Baker street it seems reasonable. Will definitely stay here again next time

Great place to stay near Hyde Park. It's basic but modernly decorated and ideal for two for a short stay. Great local places to eat, especially for breakfast, and easy to walk to theatres and tourist attractions or take the underground from Marble Arch.

I booked the room last minute so my view may be off. I stayed overnight with my wife and one year old. We arrived very shortly after booking the room online and the gentleman who greeted us was very pleasant. He had me sign the paperwork and took a photocopy of my id then showed us to the room, well walked a corridor then pointed to the stairs that we would need to take to get to our room then said sorry all we have left is on the 3rd floor. There are no lifts, my son although very adept at climbing stairs gave up after the first flight. And the third floor was more like the 6th as there are floors in-between. Ok to the room well it was small. Like think travel lodge £20 sale rooms (if you have done that) but like with almost no room. We had WiFi, TV and a phone oh and a shower/toilet room that took up part of this tiny room. The window looked at a wall but if you pushed your face against the window you could look around the wall. The room being the highest in the building was hot (heat rises) it was so unbearably hot they had installed a fan that was loud but it did something to cool the fires of hell I suppose. The window opened..... Just, so the fan was all I had. It was a clean well stocked room it was passable but I'm no clean freak but I know dirty when I see it. The room was slanted as this is an old building and I guess suffering with being a tad sinky in places. The stairs were my only fire escape. But the staff were lovely and the location was fairly good very central. As I say I'm not common to these things I wanted a bed last minute and I didn't want to pay the earth it's not the cheapest I have payed but I'm thinking 10years ago in my bank of mum and dad days and booking a hotel months in advance. This doesn't come close but wasn't horrific. No shared bathrooms and not too noisy

My stay was pleasant and the staff friendly. The bed was comfy and the room was clean and had adequate space. The process of leaving the room key at reception when leaving we found to be odd.

We have just spent 4 days at your inn in your 6 bed room.The room was very comfortable and warm.The staff were very helpful and friendly.Not far to walk to Marble arch and oxford street very central to everything.The bathroom was a bit small for 6 people,but on the whole a very enjoyable stay. would stay here again if we came to London.

I booked in for 21/07/18 under Karichi Mohamed, after hours being told by other hotels they was full up, this hotel was able to provide me with a room within a tight schedule, IMRAN at the reception was a good man. Gave room at fair price as i told him ile be checking out in 5 hours. Had a nice chat with Imran, ile give this guy a job at my company anyday! Top lad. 10/10
