D. P.Stayed here for a weekend with family. Chose here over a hotel as we were 2 couples and wanted to be together rather than 2 separate hotel rooms. Very near Canary Wharf tube or DLR which made it perfect for visiting the 02 arena and other parts of London. Clean and tidy 2 bed apartment with the bonus of 2 bathrooms.

They were all very professional, extremely friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. It was a pleasure to interact with them. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing suite, staff were very welcoming and attentive to our needs.would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice, clean self service apartment close to the city. F. P.Stayed here for 2 weeks in Oct 2018, rooms were clean and tidy. But the reception guys (met 3 or 4 of them) were really slow and not courteous at all. On my arrival I requested for a earlier check-in n which I was denied bluntly by a lame Asian man, I asked him if I could use a toilet and guess what he denied me that too and after requesting him plenty of times he let me keep my luggage till they found a room. Overall a experience metted out which will never make me stay with them again.
C. E.The staff were always friendly and helpful, and the apartments are spacious and clean — but they’re a bit scrappy too. Electrical fittings were falling out of the walls, and the bin in the bathroom was pretty much just a rusty can.
And yeah, they put a £200 charge on your credit card on-hold when you check in. It’s a bit of a shock when they ask you to enter your PIN and there’s a £200 charge on the screen, but I guess it’s legit.
And folks with mobility issues, watch out for the bathrooms. The showers are in bathtubs with high sides and no handrails or grip mats. I nearly fell on my ass at least once.
If the apartments were less scrappy and the £200 charge had been explained, then this might have been a 5* review.

Check in was great. Lovely staff..big shout out to the Brazilian gentleman who couldn't be more helpful.
Apartments are homely and although a little tired are very acceptable. Would stay here again no problem. In a great place for access to tube line.

S. S.A good option in London than staying in hotel. Proximity of stores is a big plus point of this place. Staffs are good. One negative - the apartment wasn't cleaned for entire duration of my stay (was there for a week-Saturday to Saturday).
K. L.Someone's alarm kept going off the entire time we were there (1 week), which was annoying. Told the staff but they were never able to resolve it. Also, the flat smelled a bit like a hamster cage. Not quite sure what was up with that. Silverware in the drawer was sometimes dirty. Other than that, the stay was fine. Nothing remarkable. A friend paid, so not sure if it was worth the money spent or not.
J.Decent stay. Got upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment. However the floors were dirty, we had to ring reception to get the floors hoovered and cleaned. Also view isnt the greatest, overlooking an estate as well as our living room not having no blinds. Also no details on how to use air con as the apartment is really warm and feels humid almost.

Our rooms were great, with comfortable beds and excellent kitchens.
The check-in was a bit convoluted with a myriad of forms, cards, questions and mishaps, but overall pleasant.
The office and cooridors are suspiciously over perfumed and have pleasant stains on the carpet.
Z. A.Great place, parking however is an extortionate charge considering there is on street parking over night which is free. The place itself is great, very clean and well kept with everything you would need or want. Location is equally as good. Beware that they do put a £200 hold as a security deposit on your card aside from the actual charge which takes around 5 days to come off. Otherwise a great place with a few minor annoyances but would definitely return.
T. M.On arrival we were greeted by Andrea who was extremely helpful and polite and helped us arrange a taxi for our daughter who was travelling to Paris in the early hours on the 2nd day of our stay. Our apartment had a balcony which was an added bonus. The view of the Thames was excellent In fact the rooms all had stunning views.
T. M.I stayed here in September for a business trip and will definitely return for future trips to London. We had booked studios but we're given proper apartments which we loved. Lovely to be able to open the balcony doors. Went to the apt, opened the door and there were people inside.
H. I.Not far from Canary Wharf station, roughly a 5 minute walk it is in easy reaching distance of various restaurants and shops. There are a few restaurants close by so ordering food is no problem. Also there are a good amount of supermarkets close to the apartments so shopping for groceries is also easy. Service from staff is second to none, very helpful and attentive to any needs/ questions I had. Rooms good size and we'll equipped. Definitely recommended.
M. W.Great place. Located on the edge of Canary Wharf this apartment complex was great value. Easy to find and park at. 8 min walk from Canary Wharf tube station or DLR.
Apartment very clean and tidy. All facilities you'd need for a long or short stay.

G. T.Stayed while working in Canary Wharf. Good location less than 10 mins from Canary Wharf underground. 1 bed apartment is a good size with modern fittings. Kitchen has good facilities - fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, hob etc. Hairdryer, ironing board and toiletries provided. Reception was efficient and friendly. There is no air conditioning which might be more of an issue in warmer weather. Rooms at the back are quieter than the front. Good value for money.

I give 5 stars for the Spacious apartment, clean and very helpful staff.
There is also an underground station (canary wraf) which is 2 minutes away by bus.
Expensive but it deserves.
C. J.Good service apartment. Lot of space. Contains a cooker, washing machine with dryer, dish washer, microwave. Appliances are cryptic so read the manuals.
Housekeeping is only once per week but would have been better if they just refill coffee, soaps etc at a higher frequency.
T. M.I recently returned from a house hunting trip to London, and my office ***ager (located in Canary Wharf) recommended my wife and i stay at the Marlin Apartments. The price was excellent. The staff is indeed very helpfull and the ***ager gave us a lot of indications about the area.

T. M.We were forced to book the apartment at a few hours notice as the original accommodation we had booked was cancelled on the morning of our arrival into London. There is a small grocery around the corner where you can pick up a few food items for breakfast or a snack. Gorgeous set of restaurants near by Google Big Easy.

T. M.The next day when the ***ager was on they offered 25%% off the next stay. Walking up Byng Street is the quickest way to reach Marsh Wall (and up towards the DLR), but it doesn't feel like the safest street. I would recommend this for everyone looking for a temp stay in Canary wharf.

S. N.So we got a late check out which was 12 and at 12.20 they sent someone up to get us out which is silly.
Apartment is medium sized and the TV's are not smart so you can't watch netflix.
The balcony is small but you can step outside however the views are of houses so location isn't great.

Reasonable kitchen, because it could count on more utensils, but the equipment (stove, ovens, washers are good). Missed an electric coffee maker. We had two problems that were not solved: the shower water, although very hot, oscillated, cooling and heating, and the drain could not flow, perhaps because it was partially clogged. They charge £ 30 for an early check in a few hours. Cordial reception staff.

Bem localizado, próximo a supermercados, shopping e metrô. Apartamento limpo, boas toalhas e roupas de cama. Aquecimento muito bom. Cozinha razoável, pois poderia contar com mais utensílios, mas os equipamentos( fogão, fornos, lavadoras são bons). Faltou uma cafeteira elétrica. Tivemos dois problemas que não foram resolvidos: a água do chuveiro apesar de bem quente oscilava esfriando e esquentando e o ralo não conseguia dar vazão, talvez por estar parcialmente entupido. Cobram 30 Libras para um check in antecipado de algumas poucas horas. Pessoal da recepção cordial.
