M. “. B.Messina studios are lush. Building itself is lovely and neighbourhood seems safe. Its on the edges of west Hempstead so kilburn side is a bit rough though. Rooms are comfortable in clean good conditions. You have easy walk to the underground station or busses. Its quiet most of the time so you can rest or sleep with no disturbance from anything. Renting room for 2 per week is £450 each. Help is on hand if needed and booking process is easy. No refunds if cancelled . No food service . There is cleaning utility room In overal its a safe fine residential property. I would recommend to book well in advance as rooms are most if the time reserved up to 2 months ahead. The management of this facility I found not very much helpful or friendly but don't be put off by it. I had an impression they just simply tired of the monotony of the business they take care of.
Regardless its a venture with good qualities and comfort to enjoy ..
K. G.Good not great. Perfect for a quickie with someone you just met. for A getaway? Wouldn’t recommend. Cleanliness 2/5 soundproof non existent I can literally hear phone notifications. Very small space aswell no where to put luggage..
N. B.Not only my several stays were all absolutely outstanding, I recently had the most amazing customer experience and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to London. Due to the Co-vid19 outbreak, my doctor ordered me to self-quarantine and I was forced to cancel a trip to London. I had booked a room at Messina without the option of free cancellation, but the hotel kindly agreed to waive the fees. Amazing. Will stay with them in all my visits to London.
