F.If you know how to adapt to the minimum conditions, if you are not looking for luxury or comfort but just a place to sleep at night, after working many hours and above all if your budget is more than miserable....then the Metro Star is for you. Its location allows you to be close to the subway and all in all in half an hour you are anywhere. For the rest I add that I met the only person who works and proves to be available to solve any problem......

C. S.Good value for money. Close to the metro and bus stop. All the services provided, i.e. TV, hairdryer and heating, work regularly. Quiet and silent area. Maybe it needs some renovations.
S. F.(-) First of all we couldn't find the "hotel" because it wasn't recognizable as such.
(-) We had no idea beforehand that it was in a "ghetto" and we didn't really feel safe.
(-) We had a "deluxe double room", which was relatively small, but enough to sleep. Closet, bed, table with glasses and cups, fan, television. However, you couldn't control the heating yourself and it was set extremely hot for us. But we noticed it too late to let you know, or there was no one there to talk to.
(+) However, it is very well connected to the underground and buses and there is a small supermarket around the corner that is open very late.
(+) Very hard-working and super nice staff. You receive a warm welcome and although the room wasn't ready yet because we were there 2 hours early, we were able to bring the things into the room and it didn't look bad.
(+) The bedroom and bathroom were clean!
We personally wouldn't book it again, it was just out of necessity because it was the cheapest available for our weekend trip.

W.Hard to find, no signage from road, a bit odd in this respect, but room was clean and bathroom was fine, location is pretty decent for London city airport (1 tube plus 3 DLR) for the price, if you are after service then this is not the place, but if you just need a bed for transiting through London then it's fine.
