K. C.This was the last hotel in a two week trip and I could not have been happier to splurge on this hotel. Before we had even reached the front desk we were offered coffee, tea, or other beverages. A very good point to start on and the service + quality only continued from there. We stayed for three nights and there were no issues or complaints throughout our stay. The room quality was very good and there were also complimentary drinks, espresso, chocolates, and soda. The bathroom was a bit small given the quality of the rooms but that is a very minor complaint. We had a good quality breakfast and the wait staff was always around to assist during dining. Lastly we had a very nice dinner at the hotel restaurant and the impressive service extends to the attached restaurant and bar. Overall a very very good quality hotel that is run well and I would happily return to.
A. L.Booked a last minute night away, we were treated to a warm and friendly welcome and found the hotel to be in a great location. The bar is great and our breakfast was amazing. the room was very nice with a great shower and although the bed was smaller than we are used too it was a very comfortable nights sleep.
I would definitely stay here again and I'm already looking forward to the next time, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff makes this a great place to stay.
S. S.We spent an evening at the hotel, enjoying the QT bar, the Sycamore restaurant and Leo Green performance in the QT room. The service, from the moment you step into the hotel, to the point of departure, is impeccable and really warm, which surprised me as I am a Londoner, and is is rare to find such consistency in service. Literally every single staff member from the door person, to security, to bar and restaurant staff were absolutely great. The food was delicious, and the entertainment marvellous. A gem of a place. Also, during these times of health and safety, the hotel and restrooms are spotlessly clean, and airy - all the tables are far apart for one to ‘feel’ comfortable. The band, singers, and host Leo Green are fantastic- definitely visiting again.
K. B.Absolutely stunning! I took myself for a pre-birthday dinner & it was fabulous. The staff really gave me the 5 star treatment, the food was delicious & my waitress was really patient helping pick out a complimenting wine.
After the food I went to the Middle Eight Bar where there was live Jazz from Leo Green & Band. It was a really intimate performance but they didn't fail to get everyone up on their feet dancing! Even the staff in the bar where dancing away with us - the best night & the most fabulous start to my Birthday & the New Year!

Very nice hotel in a great location, room size more than adequate, staff also very polite and friendly.
It was the small things that stopped it getting 5*, only one robe and pair of slippers in the room, also we only had one bath towel (for two of us) so had to ask for another, one complimentary beer in the fridge (again two of us were staying), ordered extra hot coffee and received a luke warm coffee, asked for poached eggs and was handed scrambled, all resolved quickly by staff but should not have happened in the first place.

We were looked after by Shannon who clearly knows her way around the bar. Made us feel welcome and served us some amazing cocktails.
The reception staff were also amazing with an upgrade due to a special occasion .
I would recommend this hotel to anyone and 100% the bar, look out for Shannon.
J. L.Stayed one night , catching up with family. Great location near covent garden , westend theatres . Fast and easy checkin, wonderful ambience , really spacious and clean rooms . Nice touch with expresso machine in the room. Service was above and beyond as veggis and one vegan, the restaurant staff very very attentive and took time to explain the menu and offered guidance on vegan options . Breakfast had a great selection with both continental and cooked . Really cannot fault our stay. Would definately stay again.
M. B.What an amazing hotel! Just a short walk to all the musical theatres and to Covent Gardens, the hotel is in the perfect spot. On my arrival the staff were very welcoming and accommodating, the hotel itself is visually beautiful and the rooms are luxurious and relaxing, the bed extremely comfortable….I slept for 9hrs which I never do at home!
The food at the restaurant and bar was delicious, as well as the cocktails.
I will definitely be returning to stay a night or two in the future and that’s why I giving them 5 stars!
M. T.This is a new, superbly located hotel with very comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Just five minutes' walk from Covent Garden and ten minutes from Leicester Square this place is hard to beat on price when considering it's location. Nice gym in the basement and a soon to be opened club downstairs too. Quieter library area for those that want to work. Like most hotels in London as this time, staff is in very short supply, so full five star service was a struggle, but all staff I encountered were really nice and responsive. Will be visiting again.

T. B.Don't get me wrong, this hotel is beautiful, the entrance, lobby, bar and rooms all beautiful. But this place is not for everyone. My biggest gripe was the service, on the face of it very pleasant but not interested in feedback. The waiters in the bar are plentiful, but try and get there attention, they are all too busy chatting among themselves. The restaurant staff in the morning are also the same. Ordered a latte and a juice, waited 20 mins and it never came, meanwhile a guest who was clearly spending more money with the hotel than we were had staff flocking to the table with immediate service and drinks and breakfast within 5 minutes. We ended up leaving without so much as a drink. Informed the restaurant manager and reception about this and they never even offered so much as an apology.
D. B.I spent 10 days here on business. The location is wonderful, nearby the high street but tucked back a bit from the noise. I tried out the hotel bar, which was excellent, and enjoyed the mezzanine space for collaborating with coworkers. The rooms were high tech without being /too/ high tech.
The only thing I would change is that this hotel (like nearly ever hotel, in my opinion) keeps the rooms way too hot, and the thermostat setting when I lowered it wouldn't "stick." I kept dropping it from 22 down to 19 degrees, and that would get me through most of the night until I'd wake up overheating again and see the setting had reverted. In reality I'd guess the room wasn't 22 but maybe closer to 24 or 25.
K. H.This is a fab place for a date, drinks with friends or even business. Staff are impeccably polite and friendly, the decor is stunning, and the drinks v good for a hotel. The QT jazz bar is great but it's not jazz, so for jazz fans I'd say you might be confused if you're expecting a Ronnie's kind of vibe. That said the band were excellent and the mix of poppy-bluesy-rocky covers had a good vibe. Think you might want to eat something in the upstairs bar if heading to the jazz bar as the menu is super small (and definitely not suitable for vegans). There have been some reviews about the temperature and air con here being noisy/chilly. Not sure why as the temperature was perfect and I am always cold in the winter! You'd not know they've only just opened which is saying something for a snazzy new hotel.
M. M.Newly refurbished to a high standard. Rooms aren’t huge, but were well appointed and clean. Only issue was the air conditioning - we couldn’t turn it off. Apparently it needs to be on to continue air circulation (maybe a covid thing?). Bar and restaurant were great.

The people who work here are truly customer focused, friendly and professional. Every detail is superbly taken care of. The rooms are very comfortable. You won't be disappointed!

Walked in from the rain for a quiet pint at the Sycamore restaurant and bar whilst the ladies continued shopping at Coven Garden.
Lovely open space with gorgeous high ceiling and comfortable plush chairs, along with some cool bar tables. The Guinness was indeed good (very good!), as the advert used to say. I love a bit of people watching and it was lovely to see the staff chatting to the guests. You don’t get that so much any more. A really friendly welcome in a really friendly place.
The drinks menu is extensive! It was almost a shame I wasn’t staying here with the girls to give it a good try, especially the cocktails. They also have a beer I haven’t come across before, which was sublime. It’s called Lisa and I have to say, as an IPA / Ale / Guinness drinker, it really impressed!

Super stylish entrance, bar, restaurant with mid century decor. Stayed in classic chic which was very large for London. Room decor beautiful. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in, in London at a brilliant price. Staff very friendly and professional. Will definitely return.

s. P.Where do I start from the decor to the staff, amazing 👏🏼. Great service and attention to detail. Food was delish 😋and my cocktail was just right. It definitely deserves a five star for it's ambience. Room is high standard and high specs.
Also walking distance to so many places ie charing Cross, Tottenham Court Road, Soho, Oxford Street etc. Lots of cafes, mini markets and Holborn train station is 5 minutes away. NPC car park is also close by on the next Street if you wish to drive.
We had a great time. Will definitely go again and highly recommend middle eight⭐👌
T.Excellent value for money; immaculate toilets; loads of space and air, but for me the music was way too loud. One interminable drum & bass track featured a vocal by either: a cat being fed through a laundry mangle tail first; or a heavily pregnant woman enduring a breech birth without any pain-killers. For me, background music should be...er...well, in the background. That implies without vocals, eg cool jazz or maybe light classical chamber music depending on the intended amos.

Public areas are very well presented and calming and the luxury suite we are staying in is spacious and well specified, with two large TVs and two Sonos - suite is music themed with indoor ‘garden’. Great drinks selection and food in the bar/restaurant. Excellent location, just 5/10 minutes gentle stroll from Covent Garden, and staff very friendly and welcoming. Hotel seems very quiet due to the current situation, but sure it will get busier as ‘normal’ life starts to return to central London - hopefully soon!
