Moxy hotels are always great places to stay. The atmosphere vibes, Stratford neighborhood is a good choice to be in London but outside of the expensive heart of the city (train station is at a 3 minutes walking distance). The staff was lovely and very helpful (thanks Angie :), and accommodated us in a quiet room, which was helpful to work.

Good experience for the price. Staff was extremely pleasant, patient and helpful. They warned that the rooms could be warm, and they were right. However, my wife and I found the stay pleasant. It seems everything is at least 30 minutes away in London. Traffic was horrendous, and that’s being polite. It was nice to come back to such a welcoming environment!

Cracking hotel!! Will be back again for sure. Originally booked to watch the West Ham game but it was cancelled, had more time to enjoy what the hotel had to offer… what a treat, laid back feel which is rare these days, trendy bar, pool table, table football, board games etc… Best part of the hotel is the shower, best one I have ever experienced!! Had dinner YUM ! Went down for breakfast DELICIOUS! All in all this hotel is perfect! Plus the walk to Stratford train station is about a minute! 5* cleanliness also !!

Lovely experience, Stephania on reception was very helpful. The room was clean and spacious. Transport links are excellent. Coffee available all day. Good breakfast but I didn't feel it was worth what I paid, compared to what you'd get in a cafe for the same price.

Stayed at this hotel for only 1 night and the location is super handy for Stratford station and the Westfield shopping centre.
The room was spacious and modern. I didn't find the bed that comfortable (personal preference) however it was nice and big.
The bathroom was small however plenty of surface space for toiletries and the shower was fabulous with lots of power and a good temperature.
In the room it had a hairdryer, kettle and the usual suspects you'd expect.
I didn't get a chance to sample the breakfast but it looked good.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
I would stay again if I was in the area.

Moxy is always my go to when booking hotels, services are modern and beds are comfy! The perfumed air is my favourite. Unfortunately on this occasion I had a concern with the cleanliness of my room, the dried urine on the toilet seat had …

Arrival and check in smooth. No parking, but Stratford car park literally across the road. Room clean and tidy. Shower room spacious enough and clean. Shower gels/creams and hand wash fully stocked. Modern room and bathroom. Auto lighting …

Room was very warm as we couldn’t figure out the AC. But I could deal with it. My friend couldn’t. Overall lovely place. Decent price if you book at the right time.

Arriving late on a Saturday night I was pleased that a security person had to give me access to the building. I love that your room key is required to operate the elevator. Although the bed was a good size and not uncomfortable for sleeping it was to soft. The bathroom is compact.

We had a very comfortable stay at the Moxy Stratford & will be returning and would also recommend it to anyone why wants a comfortable stay at a convenient location at a good price. The room had all the standard amenities but it would have …

Functional hotel convenient for Stratford station and the Westfield shopping mall. The rooms are small. You are encouraged to use the large ground floor space for chilling or working. I think they need to be a bit sharper with their prices to encourage people to eat and drink rather than explore the surrounding area with many choices. Small theatre and cinema across the street would be an interesting diversion if you have an evening to spare.

Great location for the underground/overground. Close to Westfield shopping centre and the Stratford centre. Rooms were spacious with daily housekeeping which is rare for some hotels during a pandemic. Train station view was pretty noisy as this is a very busy station but moved rooms after a week to the inner courtyard, less of a view but significantly quieter. Bar good in the lobby, busy on matchdays. Only thing I missed having was tea/coffee making facilities and a fridge in the room but other that that a lovely quirky hotel
V. C. C.
Modern and good vibes hotel, very close to the train station, the staff was young and helpfull for sure I will come back on my future trips there
C.
Near the station, quite good location. This stay like a staycation.
Size of room is a little be small, but cost-effective to London. The view is also good. There are complementary coffee daily!
L.
Hotel was lovely inside. Great value for money. Room was large with lovely big bed. Staff very friendly and a great location to Westfield and train station. Easy access to central London

Moxy Stratford is definitely a 10/10 for me. Spent the weekend there for my bestie bday surprise. From the start of the visit staff were freindly and approachable. …

It is all as a short break in a hotel in London should be. Not high end but much nicer than other chains for the price. Great location if you want to shop and jump on a tube. Have stayed here many times, but was the first weekend. Thought it would be full of screaming youngsters but it really wasn't.
G. B.
This place is amazing. Close to everything, theatre, shopping and an amazing caribbean restaurant tucked away behind building opposite called Island Vibez. Westfield the other way and so close to station. Rooms are good and great bar on the ground floor with chill out areas
A.
We stay here every time we go to London. Ideal location. Friendly Staff. Clean, modern rooms. Great shower & air con. Nice little bar area downstairs too.

The staff really needs to work on their customer service skills. The ones that I 'talked to' demonstrated below standard communicational skills. At least not what you expect from a brand part of a marriot hotel group. We have been falsely accused twice of not paying for the drinks and snacks we took from the shelves. We have paid to one staff member and about to go upstairs to our room another was asking whether I paid or not. Similar thing happened at chekout.
P. E. S.
Rooms smallish and kind of basic but it’s good quality and functional. Ask for the room that ends with 50 on each floor; they are much bigger. Nice and friendly staffing.
A. J.
Lovely hotel.Clean and modern.Good location near to public transport and Westfield shopping centre. One problem it is next to railway and tube lines and if your room is trackside the trains start at around 5.30am an will probably wake you up.Take some earplugs as a precaution.Mentioned it to staff and they asked us if we wanted to move to road side.We declined as was only there for 2 nights. But fair play we had the offer to move.Next time we`ll ask for a room on other side.
A. B.
Conveniently-located, with comfortable rooms and pleasant staff; request an upper-floor room with a view!
D. T.
Nice sized room, comfy bed and quite quiet. Great nights sleep!
K. B.
Quirky, fun and engaging! Enjoyed a check-in cocktail which was unexpected. Near Stratford mall which made dining easy.
J. S.
Fabulous location next to Stratford Station.. DLR, underground,train.. easy access. Westfield Shopping Centre stairs beside. Stratford itself full of cultural restaurants and shops.. Moxy offer great experience as given option street or back.. I cannot hear a thing from room and great sleep, quirky check in and lounge area, library, beer pong table!!.. will be back defo!.. rooms bright and fully stocked tea tray

Rooms for under 100 a night. Right next to Westfield Stratford and the train station. Very cool design.

2 min walk from Stratford station, super friendly staff, great sound-proofing windows, quite spacious room. I was very pleasantly surprised!

I checked into this hotel whilst I was moving house and awaiting keys. Before you even enter the hotel, you can tell what type of place this is going to be, with rather funny signs on the entrance of how to get in. “Press buzzer, and tell a …

Excellent quality for money and in the perfect location to travel to different locations for sightseeing! It was great that it was at least maximum 5 minute walk away from the tube station.

I’ve had amazing stay at this hotel which it is so close to the station and on top of that the service provided by the receptionist Sophie it was so professional and she deserves pay raise

Great hotel, comfortable bed & nice breakfast selection. Close to Stratford International & Westfield.

The best hotel in Stratford. Modern rooms, nice TV, comfy bad. Staff is friendly. Good location. Good standard of cleanliness.
J.
Great modern & urban hotel. Beautiful rooms and facilities. Very friendly and welcoming staff.
Food and non-alcoholic beverages are overpriced and could be improved.
Overall great experience and would definitely return.

Booked in as my job requested I work far from home and it was safer to stop in than travel late. Moxy staff member Victoria, gave my girlfriend and I a supremely warm welcome and immediately made us feel right at home! Other staff members(I forgot to grab names, I apologise) were equally as funny and cordial , catering to our needs and providing help and advice. The breakfast was just as top notch as I remember it and a perfect finale to our stay , setting us up for the day. The Moxy is becoming a special place to us; the simple, clean, comfortable rooms are perfect for a good nights sleep and us time away from the world , whilst being on the doorstep to a plethora of restaurants which we love to pick and mix our dinner from! Its nothing fancy, but its definitely good vibes. Thank you to all staff members, especially Victoria. See you guys next time!

Ok hotel but recommend that you state what the expected pre-authorisation amount will be on check in when a customer books. Eg the total cost of the stay plus £80 for un-specified incidentals. Also you should clear your pre-authorisation …

Love this hotel. Has everything you need, good clean rooms, great bar space and the staff are always welcoming
N.
Very clean, tidy, modern hotel. Staff were very helpful. I would love to stay there again :)

Nice Marriott hotel, friendly staff, good bar. Rooms are clean. Perfectly located and good price
T. S.
It’s okay. First room I stayed in had a pee stain on the toilet- I was bursting at the time so I cleaned it and proceeded to use it. When I went downstairs, I noticed they were busy with police so I didn’t mention it until I saw someone again the next day. When I did, nothing was really done, and the way I was spoken to was kinda like they didn’t believe me, but I have no reason to lie.
I was super tired the morning and looked at the late check out fee online which I believe is £40. To me personally, it didn’t make sense in comparison to the price of staying an extra night (£69) so I just decided to extend my stay by an extra night. They kindly moved me to a new room as they had no housekeeping, however I had to pay a new deposit (£20), which was a little inconveniencing. So now I’m waiting for my £40 deposit to be refunded.
It’s in a good location, close to Stratford station and Stratford Westfield. There’s lots of restaurants as well as a Sainsbury’s and a Morrison’s nearby. The room has neon green lights which are okay. The TV is smart so you can connect & play everything like Netflix, Youtube, Disney+ etc. Most of staff are friendly. They offer room service but I did not use this service as I just preferred to go to nearby restaurants. Overall, I’d say it’s a tad bit overpriced for what you get- I guess you pay more because it’s a Marriott and because of the location.
G.
I really enjoyed my stay at the MOXY! The staff were friendly and welcoming and were so helpful from the minute I got there to even after I'd left the hotel. The breakfast was nice and location you just cannot beat it - all the train lines only a 2mins walk from the hotel! Loved it!
D.
Rooms were clean and proximity to the mall is good . If they can create a laundry room where guest can wash clothes it would be fantastic
J.
Room was clean and tidy, staff were friendly. Biggest disappointment was the food. Overall just an average experience and compared to other Marriott brands this was nothing to write home about.
A. S. Þ.
Great value for money, superb location close to shopping and restaurants, great overall vibe.
P. W.
Included breakfast not great for vegans, otherwise no complaints!
D.
We stayed for 4 nights. The hotel as a whole was great for us as a family. Located near to station, shops, restaurants. Ideal for our days out around the city.

Wonderful stay at the moxy in the summer of 2019! Very modern and chic hotel with basic amenities but very comfortable. Love their 24 hours coffee provision as well!
N.
Light above the bed for the smoke alarm was annoying but the rest of the hotel is good. Soft bed. V close to Westfield and Stratford Station
M.
Check-in was quick and simple, however it looks like Moxy have changed their policy by requesting a deposit from all guests (which was fine), however this was not detailed upon booking on the app or on the website. For clarity, this should …

Loved it! Really enjoyed my first Moxy experience. Although very different to the 'norm' this hotel suited me perfectly. I only used the bedroom but the bar and lobby looked great fun. The room was perfect for my needs and was immaculately clean. Needed to iron a shirt so had to use the ironing room which was handy. Only negative was the mattress was a bit soft but that it personal preference. Would recommend.
A.
The only inconvenience was the location of the tea & coffee facilities, would benefit not having to go down stairs into the bar area each for hot beverages, especially early in the morning and late at night.
L.
It’s a very hipster style hotel with a lot of young but professional employees. The lobby has plenty of space to hang out but there are no board games to play w friends, only books everywhere. Their menu is small but has a nice variety. …

Sophie is the best hotels' staff, keep her on your side. She is giving of herselves 200%.

Amazing place to stay, it was my birthday and the person I stayed with called ahead and told them it was my birthday! Staff went above and beyond, writing a lovely note on the mirror wishing me well and wishing for my birthday to be a nice day and also wrote happy birthday on the side board with balloons all over the bed. Absolutely lovely surprise , the staff were friendly and kind and informative and the bar staff made amazing cocktails. Was clean tidy and overall a lovely experience.

Very clean hotel, nice rooms - not overly large but enough to be comfortable with modern furniture (we had a Queen sized room). It's definitely more of a "young" and hip vibe, if you're into that sort of thing! Check-in took a while but that was mainly because of other guests checking in and having some issues, however front desk staff seemed really nice and helpful throughout. A lady also came to offer us a drink while waiting if we wanted one! When we moved up to the desk we were checked in in a matter of minutes. You get a complimentary beverage on check-in (we had to pass on it as we had to go pretty much instantly). The bar seems quite lively on a Saturday night so fun if you like to hang out. We were on the rail station facing side of the hotel but the isolation did quite a good job - some rumble from the trains but less than I expected. WiFi also seemed decent and the room had amenities for tea and coffee. Overall would stay again!
A.
Great hotel, nice and clean, friendly staff and made to feel at home
J.
I had a fantastic stay in Moxy I would definitely come back again. I loved the smell in the building, it was very sweet and delicate. The room was gorgeous and the lobby was superb. The staffs are very friendly and I felt comfortable …

We stayed with my friend during 4 nights and we loved it. The room was really perfect for our need, well decorated, the bed is really comfit, but the bathroom is a bit small. the location is perfect (2 min by walking from the station and 4 min from the shopping mall). The staff is really kind and always smilling. The breakfast is nice and delightful, easy to access, everything is unlimited. I will go back there for my next trip in London. 5/5
D.
Hotel was welcoming and fairly nicely decorated. Didn’t have any extras that you normally get (like phones in rooms, room service, a kettle etc) but did have all the essentials like hair dryer, soap etc. The soap and shampoo was quite nice. …
A.
I had a great stay here. The rooms are bare bones, but basically all you need for a night or 2. Very affordable. I paid $70. for 1 night in November of 2019. It's located right across the street from a bus stop. It's 2 stops away from Heathrow Airport. Nice Middle Eastern Restaurant on the corner. Also grocery store directly next door to the hotel. They also have free Tea and Coffee in the lobby and a microwave available for use. Great customer service by the hotel staff.
A.
the location itself, is great as it is easy to access westfield. the moxy is clean and quiet and gorgeous. i loved my room and the overall service. i wouldn’t change a thing about it!
H. Z.
Moxy Stratford is in a great location. Right next to Westfields. The staff were really helpful and polite. The rooms weren’t bad at all but would be great if a bit bigger. I loved that they had a smart tv but you have to use you’re phone to do everything and also when I was watching a movie the volume wouldn’t go up all the way and i couldn’t hear much. Price was reasonable. Hotel room and bathroom was clean.
H. R.
Stayed here twice, once before Christmas and once afterwards. It’s close to the airport and convenient to get into the city.
The room was super clean and has everything you need.
The staff were very welcoming and had great vibes in the communal areas.
c.
Newer building. Facility is nice and clean and nicely maintained. The room is smaller and missing a desk if you need that sort of thing. Bed is comfy. Bathroom is on the small side too, but completely adequate. Staff are friendly and very willing to help. Our room had some street noise and I think if you were in the wing right next to the great eastern road it might be bothersome. If I need to stay again in this part of town I’d stay here.
S. B.
This is a hip hotel for younger folks. Has pretty cool music downstairs lots of drinks, relatively small rooms with no closets. 4 hangers provided so bring your own. very small bathroom but overall the room is pretty good for the price. it is very conveniently located next to the rail station which will get you anywhere in London.
J.
My stay at the moxy was great.
The hotel is next to two train stations and a bus stop so you can get pretty much everywhere in and outside of London with ease! …

Stayed 3 times now. The location is great (you can see it from Stratford Station exit), the rooms are nice and comfortable, there's a nice communal area with drinks and snacks. The only niggle I discovered this time is that if there is an issue that requires you to be able to contact them ahead of arrival it is pretty impossible. I had to give up in the end. Otherwise a great, well located hotel
O.
Only issue i had with the room was that there was no coffee/tea naking facility in the room. Other than that, everything else about the room was great.
G. P.
Different. First impressions were that I'd walked into a bar / coffee shop as the hotel reception wasn't obvious, turns out you check on at the bar. The room was a real Mish mash of good and why? Good, clean, bright, spacious. Why? A glass shelf rather than a table, no chair just a pouffe, no bin and no tea making gear. Can be noisy if you're on the railway side of the hotel.

Very nice hotel. Rooms are bare bones but still modern and appealing. The staff has been extremely accommodating and over the top friendly. This is my first time visiting London and I felt at home. I was also traveling alone and I never once felt unsafe. The neighborhood is very attractive. A huge shopping plaza literally 2 mins away with tons of shops and restaurants. Also extremely convenient if you are traveling on the tube. It is located right by the station; easily accessible to the LHR airport.
A. E.
Good hotel for the price. Rooms are comfy and the staff are friendly. There isn't a phone of anything in the room so you have to use the app if you want anything. Breakfast is pretty basic but OK. Decor is a bit full on but not unpleasant. There isn't a gym or any sorts facilities on site.
K. V. &. D.
Nice cheap hotel especially for short stays in London. However... Not the greatest feel, the place feels sordid and is very much aimed at kids that are staying to go clubbing for the night, pictures of semi naked men and the welcoming video of people getting drunk on the TV as you walk into the room are a tad off putting. Very much felt like the kind of hotel you take a one night stand to.
No kettle or hot drinks in the room for the morning although the staff and bar downstairs is very accommodating and help is at hand all the time if any issues arise. Not the classiest Hotel in the world but if your after cheap, cheerful and only for a night it's ideal.
K.
The location is unbeatable.
The rooms, however, a little dark and sad.

The hotel is perfect except that don’t have tea and coffee maker in the room and no mini bar services in the room unlike other hotels. You might find the pillows are bit small and thin. But I like this hotel because it’s right beside the Stratford station Which helps to be in my meetings on time.
R. D. S.
Very nice hotel clean, cosy and wonderful staff and located right next to Stratford city Westfield and train/bus station. When you arrive your automatically welcomed and accommodated by friendly staff at the bar/reception. Once your given the key card to your selected room, your asked to pay an additional £50 per night fee deposit which is refunded back to you after your stay. This is simply an insurance policy. However, this can be very irritating especially if you already spent hundreds of pounds for a few nights at the hotel. This has to be my only concern and criticism.
The rooms are exceptionally clean and cosy and you are definitely going to be drifting away with ease in comfort. You, your family, friends or partner are accommodated with a flat screen smart Samsung tv in the room which has access to internet and can be connected to your devices. So Netflix and chill after a long day is a guarantee.
Furthermore, the hotel gives you a quiet and chilled cafe atmosphere in the day, and a night club atmosphere in the night. Giving you the best social experience possible especially if your not looking to go out anywhere for the night, but wish to get out of the room for a while. The lounge area has access to games such as snooker and foosball tables so you'll have some competitive entertainment for the night. Pssst.... little heads up watch out for the snooker table I came across some serious pro's.
In addition, the Bar/lounge area has a high selection of drinks, food and snacks so it ticks every box. Another thumbs up is the free self service of coffee, tea and donuts on the opposite side of the bar which you can use as many times as you like. Don't worry there's more than enough coffee, tea and donuts to go around.
And finally, the security in the building are extremely friendly and professional, and ensure your safety requirements are met. Due to their obviously demanding line of work they are constantly on the go and ensuring that the safety of everyone in the building is not compromised. So ladies and gents bringing over unexpected guests over is a massive shutdown. Security have a strict policy of only allowing those who are booked at the hotel to enter. And yes they have good memory they remember faces. I Only point this out because an individual tried to bring in a group of friends into the building to go the bar and was instantly stopped. Members only people!
So, overall my review of this hotel is positive and well enjoyed hopefully you do too.

excellent option. Near to the metro and train station, great staff and fair price.

3 minutes walk to Stratford shopping mall, rooms close to the windows could be a bit noisy considering the fact that there are train tracks and main road close to them. Also, be aware that the rooms have no intercom to communicate with the reception so if you do not have UK local lines you will pay heavily calling while roaming. Another downside is that the rooms do not have scales to measure ur luggage and the fire alarm goes off early hours of the morning and this is highly disturbing as you may not be able to sleep again. Asides from these issues, its a good hotel in a good location and you will always have a complimentary welcome drink.

Really great place to stay. We were welcomed straight away with an arrival drink when we checked in. The downstairs area was great, lots of places to sit and relax. There is a bar and fridges with food and drink. The room was a little cosy but had everything we needed. We came back late after a night and the receptionist was lovely and even recommended the food menu to us that they served all night. Will definitely be returning again

Very chic cool feel. Bar was chilled with a great atmosphere. Room was lovely and smart, with a comfy bed and compact bathroom that was perfect. Had a great stay. One frustration was that even with the air con set to 18 the room temp didn't go below 23.5, but other than that everything was amazing!

Wanted a weekend away. Excellent service from the night and day staff from the 1st minute I walked in.Thank you Lazlo for my cocktail at 1:30am, you were a gem. 24hr bar clean rooms. Definitely will stay again. Nice to have ME time. Thank you guys.
M. S. (.
The room is ok, bed is comfortable and the room is clean but the price for this hotel is outrageous! There is no breakfast included in this price and you have to pay 12£ for it. unfortunately you get to choose from boiled eggs and bread, some fruits and some cereals for this amount of money. The coffee is only water with taste of coffee! The area is good only if u travel for work here, otherwise you’ve got nothing to do and the restaurants around here are horrible!
V. G.
Very cozy and lovely hotel, close to the station. The only thing I was missing was a kettle to make a cup of coffee in the morning.
E.
Spot on. Couldn’t fault the room, there could be more to offer on breakfast but other than that it was fantastic
B. B.
Hotel is clean and tidy. Staff friendly and helpful it's quirky and different but they only offer a continental breakfast which is very limited, no cooked breakfast. The hotel is new and we did not expect to hear every door slam and the people walking about above us! The rooms do not have any tea or coffee making facilities they are very basic and quite small. When we booked it offered no options for bigger or rooms with views, we kept our curtains shut as the view was a massive wall and part of the hotel windows very boring. It is right next to the train tracks so you can hear trains alott. Only one pillow on the bed and I must say the bed was not very comfy! No draws or cupboards in the room just a side of glass which is small otherwise it's the floor! I guess if you just need a room to sleep in and nothing else then go for it but if your a couple away for the weekend then don't bother!
F.
I would highly recommend Moxy Stratford for location, value for money and a hotel with a young hip vibe (although I’m neither of these I didn’t feel out of place)!
A.
My first time stayed at Moxy, very helpful team members, hotel was nicely decorated, and room was neat and clean. Can't wait to stay there again soon!
A. M.
We had a very nice welcome from the friendly staff. The room was modern and clean, down a quiet corridor. Our room was on the first floor, facing the street and a parking lot at the back of a department store. Not really a nice view and it was quite noisy when we were opening the window (but at least the window could be opened - a big plus!). Also, we could hear the thumping music from the lobby until late evening (23:00?). Nevertheless, we were tired enough after the whole day to ignore it and fall asleep easily. No cupboard/wardrobe you can use to unpack, but there's enough space in the room to keep your things.
The hotel is just next to the Stratford tube/rail station, so the city centre is easily reachable in 20-30 minutes. There are two big shopping malls and a few decent cafes and restaurants around.
All in all, the value for the money is very good and I would definitely stay at Moxy Stratford again.
M.
Warm welcome, very comfortable room and excellent location with Westfield on the doorstep plus Stratford bus and train station.
C. H.
A new hotel with a young and polite staff. The bar is nice, the breakfast is also good. The room is clean and well equipped, but a bit small, and there is not any cupboard, interesting. Some minutes walk only from the underground station. In total it is a good place!
J. W.
Overall a very positive experience. The room was sparse, but clean, comfortable, and well-priced. The staff were pretty friendly. The breakfast (12 GBP) was a rip-off and should be avoided. The area is fun and lively, but can feel a touch seedy at times.

Fab room, plenty of lighting. Close to amenities. Missed tea & coffee facilities and a bin in the room!

Me and my husband were staying over night for a festival near by and I could not believe the affordable price for such a nice little room. The bar staff was super friendly and the food was good. Also when we came back form the festival …

I appreciate low prices and clean and stylish space, but this was more of a club than a hotel. We stayed here with our family and it was uncomfortable. No lobby area that we could hang out in that wasn’t a bar. It would be a really cool …
W.
Nice hotel, stylish and modern. Rooms great nice touches with WiFi connection to TV and lights under bed go on when you get up during night. Downsize no kettle in room but free tea and coffee downstairs. Reception very slow regarding check in
R. H.
The hotel is veryclean, and the staff are very friendly, but they are lacking in facilities.
The Hotel room for example doesn't have a kettle & tea/coffee which I thought was standard nowadays. There's also no wardrobes or storage facilities at all in the hotel room, which wasn't really an issue since I spent only one night, but it's rather concerning for those who spend more than just one night here. There's also no land-line phone in the hotel room,
Also, the paid breakfast was rather lacking, as it served no hot food except baked beans. No hot eggs, bacon, or sausage. If the breakfast was complimentary I would not mind the lack of hot food. But as I had to pay for it. I am very disappointed in what they had to offer.
Overall, the Hotel isn't that bad, I've stayed in worse, but I'm really not overwhelmed by it, and probably would look for alternatives first before staying here again.
B.
Hotel looks nice and would have been great if I didn't have any issues. Unfortunately the internet had issues and my TV had no reception. I brought these to the attention of the front desk and they made a note of them but no escalation …

I stayed on the 7th floor, in a room overlooking the nearby station, so there was a little train noise. The beds were comfortable enough, though the bathroom was quite small and felt a little cramped. The room also needed a proper rail to hang clothes. On the plus side, the TV was large and worked fine. The decor of the hotel was trying a little too hard to be modern and cool, but the hotel was generally clean and in working order. The breakfast area needed a slight redesign, as there was nowhere to easily put your tray, and there was only one coffee machine, which did break down for a few minutes causing a bit of a queue. The food itself was a continental breakfast, which was fine, and the breads in particular were very nice. Staff seemed fairly pleasant and helpful. The reception is at the bar, so at busy times service can slow a little, but overall was good. The location is decent, just off the edge of the Olympic Park. There is no parking attached to the hotel unfortunately, but 48 hours weekend parking at the Westfield Shopping Centre was less than £20, and was only 5-10 minutes walk away. Overall, a pleasant enough experience, with a couple of small kinks to iron out.
P. F.
Super nice Hotel with amazing prices.
The rooms are comfy and big, bathroom is clean and the breakfast is ok. I mean what do you actually expect in England when it comes to breakfast?
So enjoy and have a nice stay.

Lovely hotel that is literally steps away from the tube. The staff is extremely helpful. It's a new hotel so everything works. They have all the amenities. The only drawback is that you cant really control the heat or AC so you're stuck with whatever the hotel is running. The windows don't open much to cool the room. The area is a bit dicey.
M. R.
Great place to sleep and hang out.
It’s my first time in a Moxy. I’ve always thought most hotels feel wasteful and over the top with amenities which are reflected in the cost whether you use them or not. Moxy strikes a good balance with no single-use toiletries in the bathroom, no iron or even wardrobe, no gym.
The mattress was a bit noisy and not as comfortable as you usually get at a Marriott (Moxy is a Marriott brand) but it was fine.
My only complaint was climate control. I stayed in late January when it was unseasonably warm. There’s no aircon available in winter so the room got stuffy. There’s a window but there were people smoking outside so it was too disgusting to leave it open all day.
Anyway, for such a good price and location and nice feeling, I’d definitely come back.

Ideal Hotel for visiting the London Stadium. Great price, Great room and excellent staff.
J.
Good but can do better. Overall after staying in this hotel over six times, I feel it can get better. Small things like temperature settings or internet speed make a big difference in comfort. I felt at times some of staff aren’t proactive towards customers waiting to be seen.
Z. S.
Lovely hotel very good price and location
J. K.
This is exactly my type of hotel. Everything is little bit funky, but the good clean way.
Reception is part of bar. There is beer for good price and also place is nice and relaxing.
Rooms are nice and clean.
This is one of my TOP hotels.
J.
Very cool hotel, would appeal to young travelers. But even this middle aged woman enjoyed her stay. Everything you could need. Great vibe. Nice staff. And the ironing room was a treat.
G.
Everything was great! I'd like to commend the lady in the front desk who assisted us upon departure with transportation. Didn't catch her name but she looked middle eastern with a ponytail was was rather gorgeous in my opinion. We checked out at Jan 4.

I booked a two night stay at the Moxy having rated this hotel as better than average on previous visits to London. The Hotel is stylish and very modern with a great mix of Table and Comfortable seating. I have found that from my first stay …

Excellent location - so close to the station and Westfield! Bed was super comfy, room was lovely and quiet with blackout curtains. Great shower! Breakfast was plentiful, would be nice to see some fresh fruit salad or just mixed berries. Internet wasn't the most reliable, it dropped out several times. Visiting again next week!
d. k.
The staff were fantastic in the daytime and all front of house staff were in the morning. Cleaning and porter staff no so much. The rooms were great, comfortable bed, great tech and great toilet facilities. The only downside would be the price if food and drink. £10.40 for a glass if wine and £6.50 for sausage and mash. Which by the way consisted of one sausage, about 20 peas and a potato worth of mash. Eat out if you're going here but the hotel itself is one if the best I've stayed in for the price.
R. S.
The hotel is well placed for transport being near the international station and with connections to airports in and around London. It is in Stratford which is a busy and built-up area undergoing regeneration, so some building work and vehicle traffic disruption was evident.
The hotel seems to be aimed at those on short breaks and the young, though that is a personal opinion.
Our room had a decent (very small) bathroom/shower and was reasonably spacious (for an affordable hotel), though storage space and surface space is limited; there are just hooks and glass surfaces instead of furniture and drawers. However, what is there is functional and practical and sufficient if one is organised. The a/c was quite noisy when active, but we switched it off at night - this is typical of any such hotel.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bar in the lobby seems to double up as a reception area, presumably to keep costs down, but this is not a disadvantage - on the contrary as there is even some nightlife in the hotel itself.
There is a self-service breakfast area behind the bar - again presumably an economy measure. Though the breakfast is good, considering the space restrictions in the serving area, travelers may wish to consider offerings outside - the large Westfield shopping center is nearby.
Summing up, this is a decent, modern, affordable hotel in a well-connected, busy and developing area on the eastern edge of Central London offering sufficient room space and facilities with friendly staff.
C.
Recently, I got an opportunity to visit London. I chose this hotel for my 3 days trip, staff are extremely friendly! Although they are not providing conciage style services, but I can feel that they are serving you straight from their …

Great and cheap hotel. Very clean and new rooms.
The rooms are basic but well kept.
There is a bar and lounge area where you can socialize with other travelers.
If you need to be in Stratford this is a great place. Not so great if you need to be in London.
E.
I had a great stay at this hotel for a weekend and was amazed at the hotel’s focus on the right things in today’s world, e.g. very clean room but no landline, no restaurant but a well stocked bar / reception area. Rates very reasonable for …

Enjoyed my first stay at the Moxy .. will undoubtedly stay there again, but this survey form is WAY too long. I’m only filling it in out of courtesy, but it’s very poor User experience and is trading on my good will - I nearly gave up …

We stayed at the Moxy last night and despite being booked solid and very busy, the service was fantastic. Loved the room. Very clean, and comfy bed. Soundproofed. Fluffy towels. Lovely hot shower.
Bar open after midnight and a great vibe. Thanks to all the friendly and helpful team who were making such an effort despite being under pressure. (60,000 emptied in to the area after the Stones concert 10 minutes walk away....so no wonder the Bar was chokka bloc at that point).
We will be back whenever we are in the area.
J.
I would highly recommend this hotel and I’ll defo stay again in the future thanks for your service. This hotel has a really nice shower and nice spacious room too.
T.
Street level public areas are modern and stylised - makes the place a little fun. Good mix of high and low level seating. Fun messages on the lift interiors changed daily. Room was good . Good stay, and only 4 minutes from Stratford Station with good links to rest of London.
A. Y.
Nice ''young modern urban'' hotel. ''Party desighn'', good athmosphere and friendly staff. Front desk is at the bar :-))
Rooms are minimalistic but satisfying. Not a ''business hotel'' as rooms doesn't have desks, also think no business center etc. but that's fine for the style and brand.
Location is 100 meters from Stratford bus & tube station.
I enjoyed my stay and recommend, good value for Marriott brand
H.
We stayed one night and we had a nice time. Room was lovely and staff were helpful. Wished the tea making facilities were better and that there was more storage room, other than that room was clean and spacious and very quiet.
B. C.
Very welcoming staff, rooms are great and well lit with modern tech design. Free WiFi works great and you can also connect your tech to the TV. Breakfast options are varied and plenty to choose from but no hot breakfast. So far so good.
M. B.
Always a good place to stay. Staff always friendly/welcoming and the rooms are ideal after a long day at work.
D. C.
Great hotel, especially if you are on a business trip and need a place to work during the day -the hotel lobby is extremely comfortable to work in. The rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable. The hotel is just 3 minutes walk from Stanford's station. Recommended.
G. C.
Room was of a good standard, clean and warm. Staff friendly. Very unusual set up for reception to double as the bar and the breakfast service area but seems to work ok. Breakfast was just continental which I didn't realise until the next morning but a decent choice all the same. Minutes from Stratford station so great location.
N. M.
Really atmosphere hotel certainly for young people. Had disco party during our stay too.. average breakfast. Nice room but lack of wardrobe and coffee in room is not comfy..
Position very nice, next to biggest mall in england probably and to tube station.

I enjoyed the proximity to the train and the Westfield mall. The staff was friendly and helpful. The lobby and bar had a nice vibe and a diverse group of travelers like myself. Especially for the price, I had a great experience at the Moxy.

This hotel is a great value for money. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with smiles and friendly staff who were willing to help us with whatever we needed. …

Cleaning was good, standard double room with basic needs. Services such as pub, ironing and breakfast buffet are easy to access. Great location: surrounded by a couple of shopping centers, train, underground and a few buses. Olympic Park and West Ham stadium are 10 min away.

Moxy has a different set up. Check in, questions, assistance are with the crew at the bar. It’s location is excellent, close to Stratford tube and airport buses. Crew service is excellent. Rooms are very simple, clean and well lighted. The …

Amazing price/quality hotel, fresh interior with quality furniture. Super friendly staff delivering good service. The lobby is a lounge/bar and you check in at the bar, different from the usual But fun. The food was good. Good hotel.
N.
I love staying at the Moxy Stratford. The common spaces are ultra moder, spacious and welcoming..everyone uses them. The ironing rooms are ideal, although 7th floor one gets too carried away and needs maintenance. I would always stay here when visiting this side of town and fully recommend for the modern traveller!
L.
It was a lovely hotel. Clean rooms. The location was perfect, right next to the train station so we could get into London easily. Right next to the Westfield so great for shopping and lots of restaurants. Parking in the 24hr Westfield car …
J. C.
Great little place for meeting up or catching up no matter what the time is. Good cocktails and nice ambience if you wanna have a chat with someone as music is not too loud. Sexy bar staff
C. D.
Loved the hotel. The amenities were nice and the staff was excellent. Very likely lobby/bar area in the evenings so on rainy nights we didn't feel the need to go out, we had plenty of fun at the hotel!
G. O.
This hotel blew our expectations. We loved it! We were looked after from the moment we arrived. Luca was brilliant and took really good care of us. It's a bit of a party hotel so we loved it, but equally we are new parents and having a baby was no problem, in fact we were given a crib. Cool place for co working downstairs made it easy for my partner to get some work done while we were out shopping in Westfields. We will be back again, love you guys!
J. R.
The Hotel was very clean, the location at the Stratford station is amazing! Perfect when you’re flying to Stansted or LCY since both airports have direct connections to the hotel.
Had a good time there but for breakfast we went to the park nearby. It’s a short walk and you have one of the best breakfast clubs the city has to offer.
The rooms are very modern with a big screen and new furniture. We had the chance to decide between a room with view or a silent room. We went for the latter which means you can’t hear the trains passing by ;)
T. M.
Well appointed hotel with quirky branding. Absolutely adore the team at the reception as they make you feel at ease, just like you’d feel at home. Highly recommended for convenience (within 7 minutes walk from Stratford Station) and comfortable furnishing (the bed rocks!).
L.
Good location and 24 hour bar
Upon checking in I was sent to a dirty room that had clearly just been vacated by the previous guest. When I was finally given a clean room the sheets were …

Super Nice staff. Great trendy interior. Everything is very clean and well maintained. There is a lot of stuff to do and they really provide almost everything. Close to Stratford so easy to get to. But everything and the bar is pretty pricey. Overall would go again!
N.
A good place with great people.
Be prepared to find your self without laundry support, no in-room workspace and a lobby to noisy to be used for work. But besides that a good clean place with excellent beds.
K. B.
Excellent location just 3 mins walk from Stratford station. This is a new hotel, very modern and stylish. Rooms are a reasonable rate but lack basic facilities - no wardrobe, no drawers or cubby holes, a very tiny workspace ledge which is made of glass and therefore can't be used with a mouse, and worst of all - no kettle! Bed is comfy, bathroom stylish with a shower cubicle just big enough for two.
D. S.
The hotels location is perfect it's right near the Stratford Station. So getting into London is very accessible. There is also a mall and smaller shopping centre next door. Food options are also in plenty. Check in was easy. It was weird that it was also shared space with the bar but nevertheless it was an easy process.
My lack of stars is simply because of comfort. I just wasn't completely comfortable. It's my first time staying at a Moxy so I didn't know what to expect but the beds were tiny. I was traveling with my friend and the space just felt so small and we were too close to one another.
I.
Moxy it's a great place to stay in London! Just 2 minutes walk to the tube station and 5 to Westfield Shopping Center. Lobby was very cozy, bar was open 24h with welcoming drink and unlimited tea and coffee. Room specious, stylish. comfortable. I highly recommend staying in Moxy Stratford!
K. B.
My secret for an affordable stay in London traveling alone or with two. Book weeks ahead to get acceptable prices on their website. Sits close to a huge shopping mall and has easy access to the tube and rail. Arriving on the Eurostar? Take the train from King's Cross to Stratford international, 8 min. ride (one stop, you can use your Oyster Card). Then a 10min. walk through the shopping centre across the bridge to the hotel.
B. B.
Kitch, great location, good value. Cheers Moxy
N.
More stylish and youth oriented than other budget brands. Well run, as you’d expect from a Marriott group hotel but, as with many budget hotels, they don’t allow guests to switch on their room AC. Our room was above Stratford railway station so WAY too noisy to open window. Result: a somewhat uncomfortable night.
R. P.
Very convenient place to spend the night. 4 mins walk from Stratford tube stn. Clean, comfy rooms and tasty breakfast. Took a star away due to the soundproofing - it could be better. All in all, I'd stay here again if I needed to.
L.
To the nice bartender we had on our first night thank you. This is a great property, close to Stratford station and the vibe is young hip and fresh. The lobby always smelled wonderful and the games and lobby area were really inviting.
p. g.
The hotel in itself is OK, but we had issues with no hot water and ironing. As I was here for work, it wasn't the best experience. Otherwise the hotel was OK. It does seem a bit more focused towards millennials. Also if you are not a sound sleeper, you will have issues with the trains passing on the tracks next to the hotel.
T.
Convenient location, a block from the tube station. Different way of checking in guests, but it worked out fine. This is not a place to stay more than a couple of nights. The rooms are a bit small and there is no closet or phone, but all of this works if you know ahead of time. Very stylish and modern. Very, very reasonable price.
I. m.
An excellent location a few mins walk from Stratford & Westfield. This is a very new hotel & whilst the price is good and the rooms are comfortable I never understand (budget hotel or otherwise) why there can be no drawers (or shelves) and no kettle in a hotel room. Those are the basics. Worse still it was £3.90 for a litre of water, albeit in a glass bottle. The bar area was lively & they have an excellent free bar football table and storage lockers if you are checking out & need to leave your bags.
A.
Great location, very modern and appealing decor. Very welcoming and helpful staff and very clean
F. G.
A great minimalist chic hotel and I loved everything about it! The staff was great and the area was just sooo convenient. Right across the street from the Westfield Mall which is huge and on top of the train station. Everything pretty accessible to get to. I highly recommend. At night the bar is open to everyone for a few hours and you can just drink and mingle which I like a lot. So go and ENJOY THE VIBE!!

Disclaimer, I’m a lifetime titanium member, so my experiences may differ.
Location: Great if staying in Stratford. Minutes from the Westfield and Stratford station.
Hotel: Nice & vibrant bar in the lobby by check in. I was offered an alcoholic or nonalcoholic beverage upon my arrival. It was properly lovely at 7pm on a Saturday.
Room: I was originally assigned a balcony room, but a/c didn’t work and was promptly swapped to room 550. The new room was located at the end of the building (quiet) and a handicap room, meaning it has a larger bathroom and handrails (see pic). Room 550 was quiet spacious, but wish it had an actual desk to work on.
Bed: it wasn’t the best bed I slept on and finding a comfortable area was difficult. You can tell the bed was old, I felt some of the springs. So, if you’re assigned 550, I would sleep on the opposite end by the window. That was my sweet spot.
Parking: If you’re parking overnight, I would park across the street at the Stratford centre. It’s £1 between 7pm - 8am. The car park entrance is opposite of Reed Stratford. See pic of price and entrance.
Breakfast: Was not included or complimentary for titanium members and costs £12 for the spread.
Service: Roxanne who assisted me was superb and accommodating as was the rest of the hotel staff.
M. S.
Very nice modern hotel! Don’t understand why it has been rated 3* on google, should definitely be 4 and a half or above. Really friendly staff and the hotel has everything you need. Definitely one of the most underrated hotels out there. Will defo be coming back!
S.
Very friendly staff , good food and cocktails. Clean , cosy room. Underground, westfield shopping center and a airport coach station is 2 minutes away. It was our second stay and we will stay there again.
V. P.
A trully fun and unique hotel. The reception is an a 24/7 bar serving guests and visitors. On the night time the reception turns into a night a lively night bar, but there's nothing to worry about as there's no noise on the upper floors. Stunning pop interior design promoting a liberating lifestyle. When we arrived a welcome message including me name was on the TV screen. Staff waa very helpful with whatever we needed. Free coffee and water (self service) is available whatever time u wish. The location is right next to metro, bus station and the Westfield mall which made carrying our shopping very easy and we had endless options on what to eat.
A.
The whole experience was amazing, I organised extra decoration to surprise my bf on his birthday and it was so well done and it was absolutely memorable! Great staff! Room really clean and super stylish!
A.
i would definitely recommend this hotel to couples that are looking for a short get away for a night or so. it is very cosy and the staff are very friendly and helpful. the rooms are really comfortable small and cute. the tv has a lot of entertainment
S. J.
Nice hotel with lots of amenities. the room was very clean and modern with a personalised message oj the TV and chrome cast to put your Netflix or YouTube onto the TV. Lots of charging points and usb points. Unfortunately heating was broken so the room was very hot. No safe in the room and only one area for hanging clothes with a few hangers. Breakfast is £10, avergae offering

Every square inch of this hotel somehow reflects the targeted clientele, but some decisions seem quite unwise to me. Young and trendy people do like the opportunity to brew a tee or a coffee, and a desk, even a small one, should simply be …

My first time at this hotel, i arrived on the 1 year anniversary. The staff were really nice and the room was awesome, i loved the bed, it was so comfortable. I would deffo recommend this hotel to others, and I would go back again.

Brilliant Hotel, lovely staff and the location is superb. Can't beat it and better than Holiday Inn
U. E.
Nice hotel, extremely modern design. Excellent decor and competitively priced. I really like the lounge area here, great place to have a catch up with friends over a drink, relaxing atmosphere. Great location, right outside Stratford station which is now Zone 2 and has excellent transport links (central line, jubilee, DLR, overground and national rail). Also close to Westfield for those who like to shop.
m. s.
Modern hotel which is part of the Marriott chain, competitively priced with an industrial vibe in the bar/reception area. Good selection of drinks including some relatively local-I had a Camden Pale Ale.The Crate Brewery would be genuinely local but maybe 'London' is local enough. The layout reminds me of the Print House which is sadly no longer with us.
R. V.
Great decor and first impressions. However staff were working at tortoise/sloth pace!!! Very disappointed we had to wait around so long just for a couple of drinks, literally a single shot of spirit with coke. Are they students?? Are they volunteering there or something?? Very strange atmosphere too, it felt like we were supposed to do things ourselves.
Y. A.
Trendy place, very well designed! Close to Stratford station which ease the commute. My only issue was that I was at 1st floor, located above the bar, which had loud music on even lately
N. D.
Highly recommend the Moxy if you’re staying in and around Stratford. It’s a little gem of a place. Ruby and the team are amazing and made a fuss of me as it was my birthday, they was just as helpful even before they knew it was my Birthday. All the staff are happy and smiley. There’s a nice bar with a selection of drinks and snacks. You’re literally a 2 minutes walk from Westfield’s also. Will be coming back again soon :-)
Q. L.
Really trendy & modern with a very welcoming layout. Was an incident while we were waiting for friends in the lobby, but polive were called in real quick & all sorted - missing a star as not great breakfast options & use paper cups instead of cutlery in rooms which seems wasteful.

Moxy Hotel Stratford - Great stay for family or individuals. Staff are friendly and always willing to help. Great location also with easy access to the city

Great hotel with really clean modern rooms. A very enjoyable stay

pretty neat place with lots of life , room is great, clean, in fact sparkling! Small things for a business traveler let it down. Spend some money and get a proper dinner menu/service as you have everything else. Loads of money here but you need to get buy in from business sector. I want a proper meal and willing to pay for it not microwave meals!

Quite comfortable, staff is friendly.

Moxy Stratford was a very cool spot to stay in East London. Clean and comfortable, but most important, staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Beware, no phone in your room, you'll have to provide your own. Great location, 1 block …

very nice trendy hotel. nice spacious clean room. only downfall is that there was no mini fridge or room service but on the upside there was a 24 hour bar and staff were quite friendly.
