H. H.I had booked through Booking.com 2 premium studios and when we arrived to the hotel, one of the room was upgraded to a 1-bed apartment. Unfortunately the upgraded room had lots of issues. The day we arrived there was a water cut and issues with the boilers/machinery which was extremely loud and what sounded like just directly below the room. It was near impossible to rest because of the noise but once it was night they had fix the issues and it was a bit quieter. I still had a terrible night sleep as the white noise of the machinery is a nuisance. Although they were full all weekend they managed to swap rooms for us the following morning which was perfect.
I am giving 4 stars mostly because of the staff at this hotel who are wonderful. The night of our arrival Jose had to deal with all these technical difficulties and the following day Juan was very sympathetic to our situation and escalated it so we could swap room. The lady on our last day was very friendly as well.
I would just say, it is not fair to put rooms right above large air vents which will inevitably disturb clients' sleep especially through thin windows. Otherwise this hotel is very conveniently located if you want to explore London.

H. O.Weekend stay during the super busy Christmas period. We had a 2 bedroom apartment and couldn't have asked for more. Clean and spacious and excellent location. The team were super helpful from check in to showing us how to work the oven. Would definitely recommend.
L. T.I had been completely spoilt by Native Manchester - my expectations were high for this one. It was clean, service was great, but as a solo traveller I would have preferred to have been able to lock the door from the inside for an extra level of security. Felt a bit vulnerable without that or a chain. Also the flusher on the toilet was a bit broken, it took hard work to get the thing to work. Overall it was a nice stay but not a patch on their Manchester branch!
H. B.It was a very nice room with a full kitchen, including dishwasher, oven, microwave, stove, and washer/dryer. But for the price, there are some details that I thought could have been improved. For example, the laundry pucks were the cheap chalky kind that make clothes smell a little moldy when washed. It wouldn’t cost much to provide better laundry detergent. The floor was leaning so much that I tripped on the elevation changes several times. That didn’t bother me too much since I don’t own the place, but I imagine not everyone would be ok with that. The washer had about 3 inches of lift under one leg to keep it level with the other leg. The floor tilt is major. My biggest complaint though was the lack of a handheld shower head. The fixed one was pointed toward the wall across the tub wall and had almost no adjustment, which made showering a little challenging. Everything else in the room was great and the receptionist was incredibly accommodating.
S. &. S.Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Reception was so friendly and welcoming, thank you to Afifie (I hope I spelled your name right!) for making everything comfortable! Only down-side was one of the ceiling lights were faulty but that wasn't a big problem as I was exploring London and outside most of the time. Stayed in the crash pad room and there was even a hob with cutlery and pots and pans. Very well-equipped. Will definitely come back to stay here if I ever visit London again!
E. K.Booked one night stay for my 21st with my boyfriend, staff were lovely but once we entered the studio we booked we noticed the bed was a small double and also very firm. We paid for a double and therefore went to the desk and they solved our issue by upgrading us (second room was much nicer!) although they were not particularly apologetic. Overall, we wouldn’t stay again at Native but it was not a complete bad experience.
R. S.The apartments are in a great location and the check-in staff very friendly. We had a two bed apartment for ourselves and our two young children for a couple of nights. The room had a tight spiral staircase which we were not aware of when booking which wasn't great for kids but we managed fine. The images of the rooms on the website look great where as is often the case the reality is they are pretty tired and in need of some TLC. Also fair bit of noise from the apartments above. No instructions on how to use any of the kitchen equipment, 3 chairs around the dining table along with 3 sets of cutlery and glasses etc for a place which obviously caters for 4. Small things, but the small things matter when you only stay for a couple of nights.
D. L.Lovely little room, nice shower and kitchen. Brilliant location.. but for a Premier studio the mattress was awful. Probly wouldn't stay here again due to the quality of our sleep. Shame as everything else was spot on.
B. D.We had a great 2 nights stay in July in the one bedroom premium. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. We had a bed settee made up on arrival for my daughter, this was great for her, but I think would be uncomfortable for a larger adult. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The apartments are situated in a perfect place, ours was facing the road, which was a little noisy, but I guess that’s to be expected. We would definitely recommend and will book again!

K. B.Great place. Arrived in the morning to drop our bags off and returned at 3pm to check in. Room wasn't ready but was told we could wait. Eventually checked in at 3.45pm and had been upgraded to a one bed apartment. Was lovely and clean. Kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. Had issues with the bathroom sink not draining and when we reported this it was fixed by time we got back in from day out. Only issue was when we asked for additional tea bags we were told they had run out. And also am guessing the pantry wasn't in operation at the moment as was not told about it and couldn't see anything which was disappointing when this is one of the plus points which tempted us to book. We stayed for 2 nights and would definitely return. Great location and really nice chilled vibe throughout our stay.

The staff was so friendly and completely professional, answered our every whim. And a fabulous location, on Hyde Park, near great restaurants and 1 block from Paddington Station which is practically a whole upscale mall.

K. H.Fantastic place to stay - 3 tube stations practically on your doorstep, the nearest being Lancaster Gate. We had a 2-bedroom apartment which was very spacious and well equipped. The toaster tripped the electric out on the first morning but the staff member on reception was quickly in action to replace it and get the electric back on with no trouble at all. Very friendly staff and everything you could need for a London trip in a place that’s like a home away from home!
F.Our stay was good. You can go walking to the hyde park. The apartment is large has all the facilities, but the bedroom is not comfortable so small for two people. Staff are so lovely and helpful. There was issues with the bathroom, but they fixed it and we got compensated. This is our 2nd time in this hotel, and we may come back but not the same apartment, bigger bedroom.

However, do expect to pay a £45 deposit and that you won’t have access to it within 5 working days.

Smooth left luggage arrangements and two tube stations within 5mins walk made this a perfect London location. We will definitely use again.
L. A.The staff at Native Hyde Park were just the best. Specially Jazz, Sheldon and also Jose and Kevin. The location is perfect too a 5 mins walk to the most beautiful Hyde Park. A nature retreat in the middle of the city. The rooms were in need of a little bit of TLC in terms of the bathroom, etc. The bed was a small double bed and the room in general a bit small. Still I think that it was good value for money.

S. A.I booked the place from 4th Oct to 18th Oct first. Thinking if I won’t like the place, I will shift to another from 18th to 31st Oct. But I stayed on for full period here. I booked a premium studio. The location was perfect. Hyde park was just opposite. Walking distance to Oxford street , Kensington, regent street. paddington station is 5 min walk. So going to Bath & Bicester village was so easy. Another tube station close is Lancaster. The staff was very friendly. The service was very good. The only thing is they clean the apartment only once a week. Since I was alone it was ok. But if you are with someone or family, then that maybe an issue coz you need to get the bathrooms cleaned at least once in 2-3 days.

J. H.I lived at the Native Hyde Park for some time after my flat flooded and became uninhabitable. Given the stress of my situation I felt blessed to be able to consider this place home. The location is fantastic, very close to Paddington station with numerous tube lines and busses also in walking distance. There's a lovely little garden in front of the hotel and Kensington Gardens/Hyde Park also incredibly close, it's nice to be so central yet have access to so much greenery. The rooms are nice, the building is cool (I really like the lobby), but the biggest asset has to be the staff! Aniko, Sheldon, Jose, and everyone else whose names I regret not to have learnt, everyone was super friendly and always helpful. I just want to say a massive thank you to everyone on reception for always smiling and saying hello, when I felt stressed it made a real difference to me :)

We had 2 superior studio rooms - they were tastefully decorated and had everything we required for our stay. We looked on to a small garden on Sussex place.
Chris and Jose at reception we most helpful, friendly and polite. Nothing was too much of a bother for them.
We can’t wait for our next trip to Native Hyde Park.

K.Cozy hotel and friendly staff they were very helpful their was an issue with my booking through booking app and they did their best The facilities within the room was great! 😍👍🏼 the dishwasher and the washing machine they even didn't forget to supply us with the cleaning products as for a family trip this was a bonus 👌 The location was perfect jest few steps from the bus station and the underground and the view from my window was fascinating 😭❤️❤️❤️ my trip was on Jan 2019 pre- Covid 😔 I wish this pandemic end soon so I can go back their.
H. P.Great stay, we arrived early for check in and was able to leave our luggage so we could explore the area. The apartment was clean, tidy and had all the essentials we required. Super comfy bed. We used the travel cot which we brought our own mattress to put in as they are notorious for being rock hard on the bottom, we did also have to provide bedding for this - not an issue for us but something to perhaps mention when booking. Fantastic location, 5 minutes to Paddington and 5 minutes to Hyde Park. Would definitely stay again.

My room was on the 1st floor and at the front of the building, it was a premium studio and had everything you’d expect.
My only criticism would be the noise from the traffic but equally I’m not used to traffic passing my house so that’s a personal thing but if it bothers you ask for a room away from the road.

E. L.Great hotel and location just on the edge of Hyde Park. Lobby area is all styled and decorated beautifully. Friendly/ efficient staff. Room was a good size and it's so useful to have a kitchenette. Not that we used it for cooking but a large fridge for water, breakfast, snacks, wine is great. Only things I would change would the bed could have been a little bigger. We are used to a king size bed at home and particulalry in the hot weather was a little too tight for us. Room ws also very warm but there was a decent freestanding fan which helped a lot. overall a great price for the location and I would definitely stay here again.

Despite being here due to a very stressful situation we've really enjoyed our stay, very close to Hyde Park which is ideal for walking the dog. We even managed to turn out a Christmas Dinner in the little kitchen. The staff have been absolutely fantastic and are very quick to deal with any issues. Our dog has been treated like royalty and I've been able to work from our apartment without any issues.
Recommended for any length of stay in London.

The apartment itself is spacious, well-equipped with relevant items (kitchen, furniture, TVs, etc.) and has a lovely set-up. The location is perfect - close to a central travel hub in Paddington, nearby key facilities and of course next to splendeous Hyde Park. The supporting team is great - available at all times, very accommodating. Weekly cleaning service included.
I am having a great stay and can definitely recommend both a short and longer-term stay.

We stayed here for the second time now and it was great!! The rooms are clean and nice. Good comfortable beds and there is everything you need in the kitchen. Hyde Park is very close and nice to walk through and the shops are in walk distance too!! The stations : Lancaster gate and Paddington are on 5 mins walk. The staff is very friendly and helpful!! We enjoyed our stay here again and we will come back a other time for sure!!

Everything really great for a proper homelike feel,only few little tiny details such as a lack of the detached shower head/not only shower rain and cutting boards in the kitchen would be great but everything else great.

K. -. K. P. (.Our stay at Native Hyde Park was supposed to be for a short while after we closed down our London apartment and awaited our visas to relocate to South Africa.
There were so many complications even after we submitted the applications, that we ended up staying at Native Hyde Park for almost a year in a studio apartment.
Honestly, if it wasn't for the fantastic staff at this property, I would have gone stir crazy very quickly.
We had chosen to stay at Native, as our apartment had been on the next street, so we were very familiar with the area and my husbands office was walking distance away at Paddington.
We loved this location for our apartment and all the benefits of this location, apply to Native as well - Paddington Station, Hyde Park, Kensington, The V&A Museum, Oxford Street, Natural History Museum, Science Museum are all walking distance from here.
Lancaster Gate on the Central Line is a hop skip & jump away. There are plenty of small restaurants in the area and Queensway is excellent for picking up groceries. Plenty of buses to connect you to all over London, with excellent frequency in this part of town.
Deliveroo, Just Eat & Uber Eats deliver to your apartment.
24 hour concierge means there's always someone around to help and to receive packages.
Housekeeping is once a week, but if you have an emergency, they are happy to help.
We had the lovely apartment on the 1st floor with the humongous balcony (larger than the apartment), but unfortunately due to a company policy, it was kept locked.
I love to cook and feed people, we still managed to do that in that tiny apartment. A reasonable sized fridge (no freezer), double induction hob and an oven. All the basic crockery and pots - they very helpfully provided me with more when I needed them.
Our apartment had a pull out couch and we also ended up having a friend or my sister stay over on some nights over the 11 months. They gladly gave us extra bedding for the pull out bed.
Given the length of time we spent here, everyone of the staff at the reception desk and a large part of the cleaning crew became great friends, almost like family. Their concern was evident - about the state of our visa process, my husband being airlifted from Ethiopia back to London because of a dog bite and lack of rabies vaccine in that country, we've been through so much together.
We shared their happiness too, when someone got a new car, where they went on their weekends off. The staff is just so super friendly and helpful.
I thought I'd written this review last year as soon as we moved to Johanneburg, but realised that I hadn't. The names I remember off the top of my mind are : Jazz, Andrew, Billy, Aniko, Roberta and Catarina.
Thank you so much for being our family for 11 months.

Having arrived by train in the evening, I didn’t want to have to travel much further with a youngster in tow and Native was only a short, easy walk from Paddington station. The room did not disappoint: clean, comfortable and fully equipped; following a lovely welcome from the front desk we had a good night’s sleep and woke early next morning to take a short walk to the Italian garden in Hyde park. Suited us perfectly.

L. B.Beautiful apartment. I can see the changes that have been made since I was last there. Small things like the standing bin removed and replaced with one incorporated into the cupboard. The new TV was a blessing, I had arrived with my laptop and HDMI cable ready to watch a movie or two but was able to log into Netflix directly from the TV.
I had a warm welcome at reception and was impressed with the signage, key drop off and sanitation station all by the entrance. I barely had to have any contact with the staff but they were very friendly when I did. When I arrived at my room there was an actual seal on the door that I had to break to get in and that was very comforting. A little card in my envelope with the mobile number for the reception so that I could message them was a boost too but, really, everything I needed was in the apartment and close to hand so it wasn't necessary.
My first time in a hotel since lockdown began and I have a condition which means I have to shield continually. The cleanliness of Native Hyde Park has given me enough confidence to plan another trip without worrying about my health.

My apartment was spacious and beautifully decorated with modern furnishings, comfy bed and sofa, good lighting, clean bathroom and rooms, secure facility, and a nice touch of complimentary items (snacks in reception pantry and nice toiletries - in bathroom).
The location was perfect, as it was literally 2 min. walk to train station, very close to Park Lane and everything else in London.
The staff was extraordinarily helpful too (Thanks to Roberta and Catarina) as they were so welcoming and friendly on arrival.
Will be definitely staying here again.

The rooms are spacious, and modern, bathroom and kitchen and equipped with necessary amenities. The location of the apartment is excellent: 3-5mins walk to Piccadilly and Lancaster Gate underground. Approximately 25 mins walk through Hyde Park to Knightsbridge area or to the Westend. This will be my place anytime I visit London. Great value for your money. I will highly recommend this place.
