Its not the Ritz. So don't go expecting it to be, but its not the Ritz prices either! Its pretty basic, you get what you pay for but that's exactly what we wanted. - the staff are very friendly. - the rooms are clean. - the location is brilliant and close to the tube line. - parking outside is free after 1.30pm from Saturday and through till Monday moring. So, if you want a room for the night, shower and a good location on the central line - book away ! I will go back everytime.

A nice basic hotel to stay for a few days to explore London, the tube is very close by and the location around the hotel is lovely. It is a simple hotel with ok prices considering that you are in notting hill.

Not as bad as I had expected. Room was quite comfortable and location is superb. Cons: -Whole place smelled like smoke -Windows were left open when I arrived so flies got in -Shampoo and soap were in tiny "sachets" rather than bottles -They ask you to leave your room key behind when leaving the hotel and then give it back to you when you return. However, they don't ask for any ID so this is a major potential security flaw. Overall a fine stay for the price.

Perfect location, next to Hyde Park and to two subway stations, bus stops very near to pick you up to the center. Not big room and extremely small bathroom but all cleaned up every day. Comfortable beds and quiet neighborhood. No elevator. Polite and helpful staff. Very basic and simple breakfast in a veeeery small breakfast room.

the single economy room was impossibly small.. a bed a small flat surface and literally just enough room for the doors to open but not at the same time. after check out, they charge to hold luggage after 1pm 5 pounds. When I arrived early they would not share the wifi password (would only say that it's on the back of the door in my room). Also there is NO common area to sit or wait.

Stayed in room 20. Nice hotel for the price, but breakfast room is very small, their central heating system can only be switched off or on. We had to get a electric heater to get trough the nights. Building noise coming from the refurbishment they are doing in January. It made it difficult to sleep if you had to have an early night. Lokation was great. You are very near to Notting Hill fate St and queensway.

They have no lift and it is a five storey building. The room was on the small side. Bed was comfortable and the staff are friendly and helpful. Location is great for Portobello road market.

(THE BATHROOM MADE UP FOR THE 3RD STAR, IT SAVED THE 2/5 STAR ROOM). Everything was clean except the bed, they forgot to replace all the bedding except pillows. Shampoo and showergel provided in sachets, never seen before until now. I'd recommend bringing your own. Bring hairdryer if needed too. Soap, coffee, tea provided with couple sugars and milks. Overall, room is small (very), clean (depends if the cleaners forgot how to clean, just ask receptionist for spare bedding or wait for a cleaner to replace), affordable, bathroom is better than the room in my opinion😂 and great location for attractions/restaurants. 4mins to nearest tube to reach other destinations around London. P.S if you get the 3rd floor and up, rest in peace my friend. Unfortunately no lift but I had 2nd floor which isnt too bad. Quite steep steps!

Great view from the rooms of the hotel, the architecture the tourists get to see from their room windows is astonishing. You get acess to three metro lines. The breakfast is poor with that being added that the place they serve this meal is too small and guests stumble upon eachother and this creates discomfort. The prices are regular for London.

(Translated) Conveniently located. The welcome is warm. The boss is on top, we had a great time chatting with him. He made us choose our room among those available! We had to postpone our stay several times depending on the confinements, they have always been very accommodating and understanding. The rooms are not very big but if we come to London, it is not to spend our days in a hotel! No breakfast at the moment due to Covid, but you can get yourself a very good English breakfast within a minute's walk (Cafe Diana). (Original) Idéalement situé. L'accueil est chaleureux. Le patron est au top, nous avons passé un bon moment à discuter avec lui. Il nous a fait choisir notre chambre parmi celles disponibles ! Nous avons dû reporter notre séjour plusieurs fois au gré des confinements, ils ont toujours été très conciliants et compréhensifs. Les chambres ne sont pas très grandes mais si on vient à Londres, ce n'est pas pour passer nos journées à l'hôtel ! Pas de petit déjeuner en ce moment pour cause de Covid, mais vous pouvez vous faire un très bon English breakfast à moins d'une minute à pied (café Diana).
