One of my favourite hotels! I’ve previously stayed at the Canary Wharf one a few times before and I have to say they never disappoint!
Check-in is always smooth, quick and easy. The staff are super friendly and accommodating and the location of the hotel is great. Rooms are clean and spacious - the rooms with the city view are the best! I particularly always enjoy the spa area as the facilities are clean and contribute to a relaxing experience.
Overall, I always have a pleasant stay with Novotel and there’s nothing I can complain about! A massive 10/10 and will definitely be back!

Amazing hotel! I stayed here with my boyfriend as a spontaneous trip one weekend. As soon as you enter the hotel is really posh and clean, and so are the rooms. We had a nice view of the city from our room and the beds were so comfy. There is a rooftop bar to visit in the evening which has pretty views of london and nice drink menu. There is also a downstairs pool to visit which we went to and it was quite empty. The breakfast the next day was nice and had loads of choices. Was a buffet so could take what we wanted and how much. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Very trendy hotel with a great rooftop bar. The executive suite was wonderful with so much space, a big bath tub and a huge balcony. The interior design was to die for and gave the room a sultry ambience in the evening with all the dark detailing and dim lighting. We had a great stay and will be back soon!

We’ve just come back from a 3 night stay, the room was lovely and clean with a fantastic view of London! Pool was a lovely way to soak away them achy legs and feet after a day of exploring. Breakfast was good too plenty of choice and a great coffee. We had lunch in canary coffee my partner had a pizza, I’d say it was up there with the best ones Iv tried. It’s just a short 10 minute walk to the tube that I really enjoyed because within minutes you was in with the hustle and bustle of the busy streets of London. The staff was all very welcoming nothing seemed too much trouble and they was all very happy and great spirited. Thank you for a great stay!

Great place!
Cleaning, service, and customer service were excellent. Our room was at the 23rd floor and we could enjoy that amazing view. It was also included the breakfast when we booked and the staff was so friendly and nice. Such an amazing experience to stay in Novotel. Vividly recommended.

One of the best and most accommodating hotel stays I've had in London with good value for money. The scenic bird's-eye views from the hotel, particularly at night or on a sunny day, provide a lovely added touch - breakfast at the Bokan restaurant was incredible.
Regarding the other facilities/features: the spa and gymnasium facilities were good, the room's aesthetics and size was perfect and the clever shower discretion option is spot on.

Fantastic hotel, spent 4 nights over Christmas here and cannot wait to book again. Staff are very friendly and so helpful, nothing is to much trouble for them. It's the second time we have stayed here. The views are amazing over the River Thames especially at night when London is all lit up. We had breakfast every morning, they have an excellent choice with something for everybody. Room service is available and we didn't have to wait long for our food to arrive, rooms are quite large and very clean. Just love it here and hope to return to the Novotel Canary Wharf really soon.

The hotel itself is located in a good part of London, the hotel is beautifully modern and well decorated. We had a superior suite, and enjoyed visiting the pool & rooftop bar with stunning views however for the price we paid, and a 4 day stay we didn’t receive any house keeping at all. We had to constantly ask staff for toilet roll, new towels etc which was quite disappointing when staying in such a fancy hotel. We also were rudely awakened by a member of staff chapping on our door telling us to we were to be out the room by 12, well before our check out time. This was extremely rude as it was about 11am and was made feel like we had over stayed our welcome. Quite annoying this was only time we heard from any member of staff was to Chuck out of the room.

Excellent all round. Thanks to Jackie and Alina for delivering high quality customer service. Amazing views of Central London especially at night, could state at that view forever. Highly recommend. A new, clean and well designed hotel that surpassed all expectations. Thanks again to Jackie, Alina and the whole team.

Me and my fiancé absolutely loved our stay at Novotel! There customer service was exceptional and made everything extra special for me as we went for a few days for my birthday! The heated pool is clean and was lovely & quiet. The roof top bar was beautiful and the views from our room and the bar were exceptional! We definitely will be back, staff were so friendly and accommodating.

Modern and clean hotel. Friendly staff. Room was quite warm (Room 2912) so had some difficulty sleeping (room temperature was set to 16c, but the actual room temperature never went below 22c according to the thermostat). Bed comfortable. Very close to local transport.

It was absolutely amazing! We couldn’t hear any noise from other rooms, the room was fully kitted and the view was beautiful(at night of course! It is London remember!) but seriously, this hotel has no faults I can tell u about and I will defo use again!
Well dun Novotel…. 10/10

Spent a few days there with my partner on a business trip. The location of the hotel is great, the view from our room was stunning, Ania from breakfast went the extra mile for us 2 days in a row, and we made us a memorable stay. The cocktail bar is cool and the team make some killer drinks, would definitely be back for more! Slight drop for dinner service: some staff members in suit a tad arrogant..

I stayed for a night in the hotel and I left with great memories.
I celebrated my birthday. Was one of the best.
I had a great and fast check in. I entered the room where I found a beautiful b.day card a a chocolate on the desk, very impressed. Everything arranged beautiful and clean.
The lunch time in the bar was nice and cosy, loved it a lot. The music was full of energy, the staff bar very professional and friendly, the drinks ware the best, great taste and great presentation.
The b.day dinner with Friends was one of the best experiences that I had. The food, the staff, the music, the atmosphere of the restaurant, Everything made my evening great.
My breakfast there was full of hugs and proseco.
I met the GM of the hotel Ms Jacqui. She gave me the best b.day wish, 🫂 hugs, proseco, smile, stories, great b.day breakfast. Alina and the rest of the F&B team done a great job, all professional, all smiling al the time, the breakfast chef was friendly and presented us the dishes and always with a big 😀 smile.
My stay was on 2nd and 3rd Feb.
Best stay and best moments ever.

Breathtaking view in one of my favourite cocktail bar in London. Located on top of Novatel Bokan offers a great view over London with some of the best cocktails I had in London. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The dress code is also much more welcoming and less strict than other bars in London. Overall,y favourite rooftop bar. Highly recommend the whiskey sour
e. g.
Lovely very kind staff very calm here , lovely rooms sadly little dirty white stains on the chairs and carpet .
Good prices for room service food .
Amazing views from bedroom and when you have your breakfast
Lovely pool if you get up soon as it opens as it gets very busy and it is small
Lovely breakfast fresh food and lovely fresh juice
E. C.
Loved the room, facilities were great, free access to sauna/pool and gym which was amazing. Only downfall would be the lady on check in who made the whole thing quite stressful and complicated - this put me and my partner on edge for the rest of the stay. We booked 2 nights separately, so we called reception in the morning to see if we could stay in the same room for the second night and they were more than happy to help with keys etc if they didn't work (amazing experience). Thank you for a nice weekend away.

I stayed in a superior double room for one night for a mixture of bussiness and pleasure and chose the hotel based on location with its ease of cummute from the tube.
Check in was quick and easy, however the room let the stay down being dusty with debris on the carpet and smeary windows. There was only decaf coffee available in the room and I like to start my day off with a decent cup while I work. Breakfast was of a good quality however there was a wait for a table and I had to eat off a wobbly bar table and stool, not luxurious or comfortable. I called guest services with a query which took me 20 minutes to get through and when they couldn't help me they abruptly hung up, which I found very unprofessional. As a diamond member I've stayed in a good mix of Accor hotels for the past 10 years and found the staffs attention to detail lacking here, which isn't common to the brand.

An early birthday present to the husband, a one night stay at this wonderful hotel.
Firstly the price was very reasonable and affordable. I paid £133 for night stay and breakfast included, very impressed.
We both enjoyed a refreshing drink, I chose a nice glass of red wine, that the waiter recommended, no complaints there🍷❤
London at night is spectacular..OMG the view from 38th floor was an excellent experience. WOW!!
The next morning we headed up to the 37th floor for breakfast, OMG, Not just any breakfast, a breakfast buffet with a view..WOW!! WOW FACTOR 🥰🌃
The staff were all so friendly, helpful and even took the time out to talk to us and take photos when we asked.
I'd definitely come back here. Definitely recommend this beautiful hotel.

It was ok for what it was. They gotta get better at lobby services at night. Tried to have delivery come to the hotel multiple times and they kept leaving bcuz whoever was manning the desk wouldnt properly alert us when our food delivery would arrive. A bit overpriced but in a quiet area outside of London. Wish the gym/equipment area was bigger (gets over crowded once large quantity of guests begin to arrive) Easy transportation off the Jubilee line and DLR services.
A. A.
The first night, the AC was broken i rang reception three times who advised to give it 30 to 40 minutes constantly which ended up in me not sleeping all night and me requesting a room change at 3am! On room change housekeeping wasnt done the following morning and the shower had leaked water out but nobody came to clean it.. however despite this the room was clean and the breakfast was good .
T. T.
Check in was a too difficult and there was a huge line, probably caused by them making it complicated. We were travelling with our son's family so we had two rooms. One was quite dingy. Spots on the floor and furniture. It was also missing some of the amenities that were in the other room. Overall not the best experience. When my daughter in law complained about the service and state of the room they offered her drink coupons. She is visible pregnant. Not a good move.
P. R.
Booked an executive room for a treat and was given a room on the 32nd floor with fabulous views of the City of London, the Shard and Tower Bridge etc.
Nice pool and sauna (didn't use the gym).
Bar on the 38th floor with an excellent selection of single malt scotch whisky and breathtaking views. Restaurant on the 37th floor with excellent food and impeccable service.
There is a roof terrace on the 39th floor with breathtaking views as well.
Nothing was a problem with any issues dealt with straight away without any fuss.
Looking forward to coming back later this year.

Great hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff, the room was mostly immaculately clean except for the shower head, the shower sprays in every direction except downwards becait needs to be cleaned, but everything else was clean as expected. Bokan bar and restaurant is really nice with great food and drinks, the view across London from it is phenomenal. Whilst it's expensive to stay here it's worth it, one of the best hotels in the Canary Wharf area. A star dropped because the shower was sub par due to the head needing a good clean and scrub.

We stayed for two nights as urgent family visit. The rooms were comfortable, perfect location for public transport, the staff very friendly. We were particularly taken by the restaurant manageress. She was exceptionally busy as breakfast area was full but she worked calmly, and efficiently to ensure every diner was looked after, nothing was too much trouble. A real asset to the hotel! Two improvements, ensure the busy, lovely cleaners always replenish milk in rooms, and masks are worn in restaurant - we were the only ones out of close to 90 residents, doning a face covering Covid has not gone away. Wishing this hotel ongoing success as so deserving.
K. O.
Nice hotel. We were here for a few nights as it was our 5 years being together, not much was done to celebrate for us from staff. When we arrived there was a leftover birthday card from the manager in our hotel room so was disappointed we didn't even get one. Service could have been more welcoming on arrival. Breakfast was really nice and had amazing views. If you go to this hotel maybe don't go for any events, if so just for a casual night away.
L. C.
Chic and modern hotel. Rooms are clean, have good facilities and great views. Great bar and roof terrace. Check-in done online so interaction with the staff was minimal.
Lovely breakfast on top floor, best breakfast views I've ever had. Great selection of breakfast items and self service.
Small gym and small swimming pool, but both clean and adequate.
I'd definitely stay here again.
D. S.
Had a coffee and starters here the other day. The view at the top was amazing even if it was cloudy and gloomy. The staff and atmosphere itself was great for a cloud filled, rainy day was perfect.
M. E.
This is one of my favorite hotel in London. The view is amazing.
Staff are kind and helpfull. Rooms are clear and quiet. Higly recommended Martin

Stayed here for 1 night for my birthday weekend in Canary Wharf, overall experience was very good, the swimming pool is a decent size and also nice sauna room, me and my partner visited the upstairs bar (Bokan) where we was seated but we waited for about 20 minutes for someone to come over and take our order so we left. The room was lovely we had a city view room and couldn’t fault it, in the morning we had the buffet breakfast for 2 of us we had gone down there to find out there had been only 1 been put on and we had to go to reception to sort this out but was resolved quickly.
A. S. (. S.
I did really enjoyed dining here. The food was excellent, cannot fault the view and the service was top-notch. Not at all crowded so you can really enjoy it
S. J.
Service on arrival was amazing. The lady who checked us in was smiley and engaged in conversation, even complemented me on how lovely my nails are.
The room was lovely.
Checked out the restaurant which has great views especially at night time.
Only negative on checkout the gentleman seemed very dismissive of the issue I raised which really frustrated me.
K. H.
Stayed in the executive suite, amazing views, amazing room and decor. Polite and helpful staff, lovely little pool and sauna, will definitely come back
s. s.
The room was absolutely lovely and spacious the whole hotel looked very nice and the staff are very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again
S. D.
Such a lovely room with an amazing view of the city even-though i didn’t book a room with a view. The pool was very nice and clean. Staff were so friendly. Also the roof top bar on top of the hotel was incredible with good cocktails and view( especially to watch the sunset)!!!

My stay at the Novotel Canary Wharf was nothing short of fabulous. From checking-in, to the check-out - hospitality of staff was outstanding. Reception was welcoming and offered a room on the mid floors which I was initially disappointed with but there was nothing to worry about even at that level the view was stunning. Room was great but if you are sharing choose someone you are super omfortable with.
We booked dinner at Bokan restaurant on the 37 floor and it was an experience. Stunning views yet again, good ambiance, really attentive waiters particularly Nicholas (french guy with curly hair) was super helpful with the menu. Which is for the most sophisticated palette, not a 14 year old's go to food st any given time. But the complimentary chocolate and drinks from Nicholas made up for it all, albeit I enjoyed artisal cuisine.
I'll visit again, it was just a great atmosphere that's unpretentious filled with loads of beautiful guest and a wonderland staff.
G. N.
My stay was good but my only criticism of the whole stay was that breakfast was on 38th floor and then you promptly had to go down a flight of stairs. Unfortunately as I had severe walking difficulty (was walking with a stick) I found it very difficult and there was no other way down indicated. Such a pity as previously stayed at Novotel Hammersmith and their breakfast area was on ground floor and had no steps.
S. H.
We have stayed here 3 times now. And the experience gets better. Brilliant staff. Beautiful rooms. And the hotel manager Jackie is amazing. I honestly wouldn’t stay anywhere else when travelling to London.
J. J.
The customer service was Top quality.
Nice rooms with wonderful views.
I will be going back.
J. W.
Good value stay. Check in was fairly quick. Pool and sauna facilities are really nice, very relaxing. Breakfast was ok, not amazing but did the job. Room was spacious with good facilities. However the room was not properly cleaned when we arrived. We found used water bottles under the chairs, under the bed was quite dusty and in the baby cot we requested there were crayons in there.
I was under the impression that since we were still in a pandemic and the hospitality industry has been fighting to keep its doors open that extra care would go into the hygiene and cleanliness of hotel rooms. This appears to not be the case. This should be priority number one to keep guests comfortable and safe and to prevent the spread of the virus.
J. B.
Nice hotel, great service. The room was clean with nice views. Had the fish sandwich at the bar on 38th floor, very good!
A. O.
We had such a lovely stay at the Novotel in Canary Wharf! We booked a room with cityview and the view was breathtaking day and night! You can see all of London's skyline from your bed and even from the bathroom/shower if you turn the devider glass to clear mode which was such a cool feature. The staff were so lovely as well! They gave great suggestions for nearby restaurants and when our toddler had made a bit of a mess in our room they arranged room service straight away. They also made it very easy to extend our stay by an extra night (we loved it that much!) The hotel also had a very nice scent to it (in the entrance area). The only thing that could be improved was the breakfast. It was ok but very expensive for what you get and the quality of the food wasn't great. Also, the Bokan restaurant gets fully booked in the evenings even on weekdays so if you want to eat there as a hotel guest you should book the day before. In terms of parking, we stayed at the Westferry Circus carpark which was a 10 minute walk to the hotel and £15/day. The closest tube station is about a 5 minute walk away. We loved that it was so close to the heart of Canary Wharf but it was still so quick to get to central London by tube. Overall, I think this hotel is a real gem and I don't want to stay at any other hotel in London and will recommend it to friends and family!
A. M.
100% recommend, nice hotel , good service, beautiful views from the hotel. Reception area welcoming and absolutely amazing home scent. Shame we couldn't get into a roof bar on Saturday because of the private event, but I'm sure we will be back .
A. B.
Nice clean room. Small bed.
Cooked breakfast was cold on both mornings. Continental breakfast good selection. Sky bar very nice. Close to tube station and shopping mall.
J. M.
Stayed in room 1410 which has amazing views, the best nights sleep and absolute silence at all times - nothing is a problem for the staff and this was the best hotel stay. Don’t go anywhere else!
L. I.
I have a stay booked for the 19th of November and booked months ago. I’ve had questions and every member of staff when I called have been brilliant and polite whilst helping me and answering my questions. I came today on my day off and had met with Dovile the Boka. sales manager who happily showed me around. I had called the day before and every request was met. Dovile was very knowledgeable and I had a lovely experience with her. Absolutely brilliant service from all! The Ladies at reception. We’re brilliant also and very welcoming, as well as the lovely lady who served me coffee!
Keep up the great work. So very impressed and cannot wait for my stay in two weeks!
Thank you all
T. V.
The best hotel ever. Staff is so friendly. Clean and modern. Love it❤️👌
J.
We booked our first night staycation honeymoon night here.
The room was so spacious and modern with a lovely view over the part of the river Thames. Very clean and with all the amenities needed. It should be a 5 star hotel just like this review!
We love the lovely small touch of a card in the room with some Godiva chocolates too!
The hotel allows pets too and we took our guinea pigs who stayed in their enclosure.
The team at Novotel are always with smiles and are just genuinely lovely.
We used the gym, swimming pool and Sauna/steam room. Again clean and spacious.
We had breakfast on the 38th floor. Views over the river Thames again. Breakfast has a wide choice and really worth paying extra for.
Me and my partner missed out on the bar upstairs unfortunately as last drinks were at 10pm. Other than that, stay was perfect!
The location is good access to shops, train stations, bars and restaurants too.
Will definitely visit again very soon. Thank you everyone at Novotel Canary Wharf.
m. d.
I want to thank everyone at the novotel canary whalf hotel for my fantastic stay, especially Jacqui the hotel manager. Honestly the best hotel i’ve been to by far in london, from city views to a luxurious gym and spa and amazing breakfast!
Will definitely be staying again, worth every penny!
Y. S.
Really good stay, the view was amazinnnnng. The swimming pool is rather small but a great size for the number of people there. The room was clean, spacious and modern. Will defo go again!
J. G.
I recommend the city view rooms.. well just stayed there once but would definitely try out the executive room for the experience.. breakfast was good too .. the view is just breathtaking...
E. H.
Rooms are really nice with comfortable beds and an amazing view of the city skyline - The rooftop bar was also very nice with good food and cocktails, only thing that was a bit disappointing was the gym as it only had a tiny amount of cardio equipment and they only have dumbbells that go up to 10kg.
R. R. R. R.
Good clean accommodation however there are some particular staff seems not to be happy working there bad vibes bad service. Food was ok what really made the place lovely was the views
E. B.
A really great hotel in the centre of canary wharf. Only a few minutes walk from the underground and DLR so couldn't be better for transport to Central or East London.
Check in was super easy and quick, and staff very helpful.
NOTE: Remember you need to tap your room card for the lift to work (I forgot that and kept wondering why the lift wasn't moving!)
Lovely rooms (I had a corner one!), immaculately clean with tea and coffee facilities, and empty mini fridge I could put my own food and water in.
The real highlight for me was the bathroom with the amazing walk in waterfall shower - big thumbs up there!
Fantastic roof top bar too with sweeping views of the wharf.
Only reason for 4 stars an not 5 was that the breakfast room service was a little cold when it arrived (I had poached eggs on toast) and slightly overpriced for the quality in my opinion (£25 plus service charge for 1 person).
Overall, would definitely stay again.
K. C.
Lovely comfortable room with a great view! Fantastic bar and bar staff! Would recommend!
E. M.
Nice hotel. Staff accommodating. Bokan restaurant is highly recommended located at the rooftop of the hotel.
I. T.
Amazing people. They let me shoot a prewedding in their reception/lobby and the photos came our amazing.
C. A.
One of the best hotel experiences I have had, the staff was excellent, especially Rumby and Tatiana, they went above and beyond to make my wife's birthday a special one.
Everything from the food to pool/gym, drinks, service and views were exceptional.
Will definitely recommend!
L. I.
Well designed hotel, with an amazing rooftop bar/restaurant. Staff very friendly, and go above and beyond. Excellent breakfast service and decent pool.
Perfect for couples!
R.
I’ve been to the bar at Novotel a few times. It’s has some of the best views over London, especially for Sunset.
I haven’t stayed in the hotel but the staff are friendly, they try to do their best to help so I can only imagine that is the same for the hotel.
Would definitely recommend.
Z. M.
Amazing view 😍 very good cocktail 🍹🍸 and wine red🍷👌🏻 Good place for eat or drink with the best view of Canary warf & London ✨
S. D.
Had an exec suite which looked lovely as a whole, however disappointed at the multiple stains on the couch which made me not want to sit on it and therefore not fully enjoy the rooms facilities.
Naturally due to location, parking is either far or expensive.
M. A.
On the whole it was OK, the staff were polite and helpful. Would however suggest the cleaning be improved...we found dusty surfaces, the carpet under the beds were not vacuumed and only 1 paper coffee cup in a double room.
K.
We got some drinks on the rooftop bar where you get lovely views of London. The staff were amazing and super friendly. Just one thing to note is that it feels like you’re on the set of TOWIE... which could either put you off or entice you in.
A.
Lots of construction in the area made it noisy with eye sires but the hotel itself and rooftop restaurant is fantastic. The new waiter is a added bonus
L. P.
Lovely hotel, amazing views and fantastic cocktails
L. M.
My partner & I celebrated our anniversary here and it was AMAZINGGGGG!!! The staff are sooo friendly and helpful! The views and rooms are beautiful! The facilities e.g the swimming pool are beautiful & easily accessible. The breakfast buffet & room service food was DELICIOUSSSSS! The bar & rooftop had a fun vibe too. Nothing is a problem to the staff; if you have an issue, it's quickly resolved. The only issue I had was that we had a Queen sized bed booked & the hotel stuck 2 beds together to make it Queen sized and it was uncomfortable but when I asked for more pillows to get more comfortable, I quickly got some. There's even a restaurant and a club right near by. It was just overall a great experience. I would recommend this hotel to everyone!
t.
Really nice room, the city view was amazing, could literally see the whole of London, good experience
m. t.
Nice staff, brilliant views across London, bit pricey
D. H.
This is a great hotel. The staff are really friendly, both at reception and in the restaurant and bar. I had an amazing dinner at Bokan and the views are incredible - the outdoor terrace looked great for sunny days as well! I also really enjoyed the breakfast.
My room was modern and spacious, very clean and a massive TV which was great. I had a really nice view from the window across London including the City, Tower Bridge, and the Shard.
I made use of the gym and pool before checking out which was a nice way to finish my stay as they are very good facilities.
Will definitely stay again!
J. B.
We visited at the weekend. Firstly it's been great to get back out into restaurants again. The bottomless brunch is what we opted for. The food was exceptional, and we certainly never had am empty glass.
The views are incredible as well.
We had a lovely time and after we finished brunch, we headed up to the roof.
T. W.
Stayed here for my birthday trip to London and the room was amazing. Such a lovely design and layout, had an amazing bed and I slept soundly. The views from our floor were beautiful, even though there was some construction outside I didn't hear a thing and didn't disrupt the views. The staff were lovely, and the breakfast was amazing! Would definitely recommend
G. W.
Stains on furniture and walls but great views and beds. When it came to food they had no concept of what vegan meant on their expensive breakfast menu. Smoothies made with milk, butter served with toast and pastries made with butter were served. To substitute, an avacado was given. Shocking how a kitchen in 2021 doesn't understand a standard dietary requirement, even when given notice on the preorder form.
M. K.
On Thursday I was finally again in Canary Coffee. It was quite busy, but I like the changes, like that you have a bit more space for yourself and can get some work done. The Barista Deva was super friendly and quick with my food and drink order. I had again a delicious pizza and a lovely coffee with a heart. Thank you again for the great service and I will definitely come back soon!
J. D.
Lovely hotel with a fantastic bar and restaurant on the 38th floor. The view over London is amazing. The café on the first floor is also good if you're looking for something smaller or maybe a pizza! Nice (but small) gym and a good pool. Only negative is perhaps that the surrounding area isn't really 'tourist friendly' in the sense that there aren't a lot of restaurants or other things to do so you typically need to take a taxi when you're going somewhere!
A. A.
This hotel is in an amazing location and the rooms with the view make it even more better and the service was amazing and not to forget the rooftop. It was a great experience.
M.
Stayed one night this hotel was amazing loved the design and decor it's stylish and unique. Our room was a good size clean and modern we had a beautiful view of the city which I absolutely loved. The hotel has its own rooftop bar the drinks are pretty expensive I paid £14 for Pimm's lemonade but I had a beautiful view to enjoy it. The hotel left me a beautiful happy birthday message with cake in my room which just made my stay that more amazing. I would definitely come back to this hotel. The staff are very polite and room service was really good too
T. P.
Great hotel in Canary Wharf. Good service, loads of floors! Executive rooms are nice, plenty of space for a couple of days stay. Nice amenities as well, with quality soaps and other useful bits about 😁 large TV, decent shower and good AC. Nice rooftop bar as well, imagine it'll be real good looking in the summer! Great views from some of the rooms as well out across the South of London.
A. C.
The best UK hotel I have stayed in. Great atmosphere and views from the restaurant and bar area. Clean hotel and room well maintained. Bed was extremely comfortable and I don't usually like a firm mattress, but really enjoyed this one. For me though it is the little things that made me feel like I was at home not necessarily away for work; full length mirror, enough plug sockets, powerful large shower, proper toilet paper not the cheap, rough one you get in some places, well sound proofed, complimentary water and biscuits. Staff at breakfast were really friendly and the selection was plentiful, couldn't want anymore. I didn't eat dinner here but the menu looked good. Short walk from many tube stations. Only thing I would recommend is for the towels to be a bit longer, they are a bit children's size. Also the sink in 2415 is draining slow so needs looking at. Look forward to working away to be able to stay here again.

Very pleasant stay , second time we stayed in this hotel since opening . Both times were great and spectacular views of the city overlooking the river Thames. Came back for second time as part of 4th year wedding anniversary and Donilo at front Desk was very pleasant ,helpful and curious of our time and reason we came back we were given a superb room bigger than normal rooms as we had a child with us this year. Great customer service. Room views are still outstanding and one of the best. The top floor restaurants are a rare sight in the city and must be visited. Slight downside was bathroom ceilings need a bit of TLC as paint was peeling off but overall this Novotel has that wow factor especially if you take the breakfast next morning. Hopefully next year we will come back and get an even bigger room or suite with friendly upgrade . Hotel highly recommended all singles, couples and families.
R. C.
Comfortable, stylish, great views, bit pricey.
Wanted to visit the top floor restaurant in the evening, but was closed for a private event. You'd certainly pay for the great views,, however.
Breakfast was excellent, with probably the best scrambled eggs I've had in this type of hotel.
Reception staff very efficient and courteous. Got an unexpected upgrade which reduced the sting of £270 per night.
Loads of other choices around Canary Wharf, but you won't be disappointed choosing this hotel, especially if you can get a reduced rate.

Long overdue review!
After a slightly bad experience with a stay previously the manager bless her wonderful heart took it upon herself to upgrade myself and my partner for his birthday stay. After booking a double room with breakfast for two nights myself, she upgraded us to the most AMAZING executive suite on the top floor. As if that wasn't enough we had strawberries and a birthday cake! The staff were amazing the breakfast was amazing! We're definitely coming back. Thank you to everyone who made it special for the birthday celebrations.

This is the best Novotel we've been to. The design is great, and it's well maintained. To tips: head up one floor from reception and you will find a lounge, there's nice seats and a free coffee machine.
The breakfast on the 38th floor has stunning views across London, definitely worth going up just to view even if your not planning breakfast or a drink

Amazing views one of the best places to get a room in London

Best views of the city. Lovely service, 10/10 hotel!!!
S. S.
Booked the hotel for a leisure weekend in London with family.
Didn't realise that they don't have parking so was a bit put off when they informed me to park elsewhere, which was a 10 min walk.
The service was excellent throughout, however.
Rooms were cosy and spacious. However, bit annoyed that there was no socket anywhere near the TV, so couldn't plug in my fire stick. Also, the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable.
The pool was clean with warm water.
Good choice of breakfast and service was lovely.
Overall, worth the money.

Unexpected upgraded
I was upgraded to an executive room on high floor. The view was great. Thames was just on the edge of the window. The room was clean and comfortable. The qaulity of the breakfast was as high as usual with good choices. Though the gym was not big but the equipment was satisfactory. The staff was as attentive, kind and helpful as before. The complimentary snack bar was a nice touch.

For all the lovers of floor to ceiling windows and a view over the entire city - this hotel is just right!
Very straight and modern rooms, all very clean and friendly staff. Waking up and falling asleep with a view of the skyline of London is priceless!
The area is also very worth seeing, if you like water and skyscrapers is right here and the ride on the underground in the city takes just under 20 minutes.

Was on the business trip. An ok hotel with amazing views. Drinks on the roof bar were fantastic experience! I really like the design, cool rooms which could be a bit more industrial to match to the lobby. Breakfast is good, with variety of choices, but what really suprised me were not fresh fruits! I mean i had to expectorate them! I told it to the staff, they got scared and apologetic, said they will handle this now and to give them one second. But no one came back saying that it is fresh now, sorry again, whatever. I felt like that was standard issue here, nothing happened. But it didn't happen to me ever before that I put spoiled food to my mouth.
The complimentary bar was a bit disappointing - great that I had water, but that was all. It seems like no one is using this, tea bisquits had a long story, were like dust inside the bag🙂 looked like were there for long time already. And if you want to use the coffee ir tea, you will not find a spoon. Rather not useful.
Wondering also if lack of negligee is a standard.. I didn't get any in a room, which was suprising in 4 stars, especially that you can use swimming pool down. Shall I use the lifts in swimming suit only? That should be a standard in such hotel. Unless my room was not expensive enough, as here I can see that in other rooms it was complimentary..
The lobby service was very nice, especially the smiled man. But when I needed an adapter to use my own hairdryer, I called the lobby, it was super that I could have bought it! But I felt like I'm making a trouble. Lady told me that this time, as an exception, she will bring it to me, but I didn't left any money for extras, when I was asked at check in so... you know.. but I wasn't asked. And anyway had to pay, so till now I'm not sure what was the problem? The service over the breakfast didn't make me feeling welcomed. Spoiled fruits with no reaction, next day a lady forgot about my coffee, when I asked another one if I can get a coffee, her face expressed a trouble.. another day there were plenty of free tables, so I asked if I can sit with view instead of middle table same size. Again trouble. When I looked behind my shoulder I saw rollin eyes almost. I didn't want to sit next to someone on real leather (fur) furniture (btw not the best idea nowaydays to have cow's skin in breakfast space!). That service suprised me, as in almost every hotel I was till now people were just sweet and lovely.
Overall a not too bad experience.

Recommended. Friendly staff that will try as much as possible to cater to your needs. Great location within access of canary wharf central and transport services

I booked a room for my anniversary. I asked for a nice view so they upgraded my room from a regular room to an executive suit free of charge and left a lovely anniversary welcome card and macaroons. Everything about my stay was perfect. I can highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice hotel in London with great views and very comfortable rooms.

First of all..
Would like to thank Sara, Lorena and Julia for going the extra mile and resolve the mess I had created with my booking. I have never found such a efficient and professional team like I did here. Absolutely brilliant! And making me feel at home from the first minute will make me come back every time.
The hotel was fantastic! Having breakfast at the 38 floor every morning viewing London wake up was unreal. Indoor swimming pool and gym were top! Location is right in the middle of Canary Wharf.
The rooms looked brand new. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever sleep in.
You can feel the quality all around the room, bathrooms are second to none. Complimentary mini bar refilled every day by housekeeping. Two 65” TVs on the suite.. I mean what more could you ask?
G. N.
I have been here a few times, however I felt that this visit was a bit of a miss. Booked a double bed room and instead was given two single beds pushed together, so it was pretty uncomfortable as the beds kept on sliding apart, I had issues with the TV as it appeared broken, the hotel kindly relocated us to the next floor, still two single beds instead of a double bed. Loud music playing up until 2am, hotel staff were helpful enough to sort this out, however music started playing again loudly at 8am promptly. The service here is always amazing however, just a barrage of events unfortunately made this stay unpleasant.
G. N.
Lovely stay with the family , very friendly staff, beautiful area as well. Will definitely return.

I came to the Novotel on a business trip with a really large group for a conference, and I have nothing but praise for this hotel.
The staff were all so professional and polite, assisting me before I even knew I needed any help. They were able to check me in and out in under 2 minutes on both occasions.
The rooms are small, but the beds are large and very comfortable. The Room has various amenities including an iron, ironing board, hair drier, safe and multiple outlets (including USB outlets).
The view from my room was quite spectacular, especially being able to see the Shard and the London Eye lit up at night. It was also really nice to wake up to!
The breakfast on the 37th floor is also a real treat. The buffet isn't extensive, but has everything you can think of. The waiters were also extremely attentive and responded to every single one of my requests very quickly.
The food from room service was the only part of this experience that was below average - I felt that some of the food didn't taste as good as the food in the restaurant. This obviously isn't enough to reduce the rating because everything else was fantastic. There are plenty of food options (including a Tesco Express) nearby.

UPDATED: First time staying at Novotel Canary Wharf. Would've given 5 stars, a cool place to hang out and be seen especially the restaurant on the 38th Floor. Room I stayed in for 2 nights had epic views. What let it down for me was the musty smell from the carpet. Visible stains in carpet and upholstered bedside chair. I did bring it to the attention of reception team who were very prompt in their response and on my request, got a member of housekeeping to spray febreeze around the room which helped. Impressed by attentive staff. UPDATED REVIEW: I felt compelled to raise an issue regarding allocation of tables at breakfast with supervisor. The matter was handled professionally and with what I felt a genuine desire to acknowledge a mistake occurred followed-up by going the extra mile to ensure the same error was not repeated. This is a contemporary hotel with a distinctly old school approach to customer service. Would definitely recommend. 5* :)

Nice hotel employees. Good breakfast. A/c in room is not the best as I like constant low temperatures and the room temperature fluctuates constantly. Lovely view. Clean. Pity no toilet brush. Bathroom smell is not restricted to bathroom. That's a real minus on their rating.
A. W.
Great view of the city, very bright modern room. Ordered ham & mushroom pizza, shrimp and Tattinger to the room which arrived very quickly, all delicious! Sky bar on the top was the cherry on the cake
A. P.
We enjoyed our stay, great location with good view over London. Breakfast was good as well, although you had to wait quite a while around 9 a clock to get a table. The hotel informs you about this through the info screen in the elevator, so it was no surprise to us. The bar and live acts are great, obviously you pay more for the drinks than in any bar. The pizzas next to the hotel are great!
J. D.
What a fantastic hotel! Our executive room on the 30th floor was a good size, had an amazing view and an incredibly comfortable bed. Towels were a generous size too, not the tiny things you usually get in a hotel. The cocktail bar on the 38th floor didn't mind when we ordered tea! Breakfast on the 37th floor was very good with an excellent selection of fruit, breads etc. Staff were polite, courteous, friendly. Will most definitely stay here again when in London. Very highly recommended.
J.
I had a great stay. The hotel room was very decent; I had a corner room which meant I enjoyed a view of both sides of the building - to be fair one side was mainly just building sites and offices, but it's still nice to have a roomy feeling, the other side was the view of the Thames, overlooking the Shard etc. Novotel has a roof top bar with great service and an outdoor area with overhead heaters so I can fairly say it's a pleasant stay. I would recommend.
F.
Clean room, amazing views, and a tasty breakfast the day after. Can’t fault the customer service either
A. C.
Had an absolutely fantastic stay here, the most attentive staff you could ask for! Only problem is the lifts, seems like they take forever to get to your floor. Our room was absolutely beautiful, so well designed and so welcoming and the bathroom was a shock at first with a clear window to the bedroom, we found there is a button that when pressed mists the window giving you some privacy this I can only describe as witchcraft!
The breakfast is well worth the price as there is so much choice of food and drinks with the most amazing views of London.
A. A.
The hotel is outstanding.
I have stayed in too many hotels and I am allowed to say that the premises are great decorated, the service is very helpful, hospitable and willing.
One of the very best parts of the hotel is its sky-bar and sky-restaurant on the top floor.
Worth visiting and staying!!
T. G.
Lovely hotel, helpful staff from check in to the cleaners, it was a cleaner who directed us to the toilets on the upper level while we were waiting. Cold juice available in the foyer during the day.
Rooms were modern & clean, but no dressing area to do your makeup in the room.
Pool & changing area is small but still nice, plenty of towels, these were topped up regularly.
Breakfast was nice, although the dining area is not really big enough for the size of the hotel, we had to wait both days for a table for 4 of us, luckily we were not in a hurry.
A. B.
The right hotel in the right place. It didn't know Canary Wharf before, it's a modern place growing fast. This hotel really has some top features:
The view, from the river side the view is hypnotic, almost 40 floors looking at the London's heart.
The bar and the restaurant, 38th floor with an open terrace too, WOW-experience for a drink or breakfast.
The position, 3min walking from the tube, straight to London center in 10min without changes.
The rooms, the executive room is an upgrade worth the money.
Thanks to all the staff 👍🏻
L. S.
Absolutely amazing hotel! Can not recommend enough. The staff are amazingly helpful and always polite. The executive rooms and suits are very well presented and offer amazing views of the city. But the view can not compare to that of the sky bar!! Unbelievably stunning views and an amazing atmosphere await you on the 38th and 39th floor. All round a spectacular hotel!
T. D.
The rooms are very comfortable and decently sized with a closet that includes an iron and umbrella should you need it. My room had a beautiful view of the river and downtown London that I enjoyed every day. The staff was very kind and accommodating during my stay. Since it was with in walking distance to the office and a couple of tube stations, it was convenient to get around and to where I needed to be. Should I ever get sent back there I will want to stay at the Novotel again.
N. W.
Our checkin was delayed, so this was a little annoying, but still rate it 5 stars, our executive suite was very nice, lovely interior and the views up the River Thames were knock out. On a good day the rooftop bar is well worth a visit, you always get a seat and some more views. Breakfast was great, lots to choose, unlimited coffee and tea refills, unhurried with a reasonable checkout time. Also, has a pool and gym for the restless.
M.
We had booked an executive room and enjoyed our weekend stay on the 32nd floor with the most wonderful views. The staff was helpful and professional and check in and out are informal, easy and fast. Unfortunately dinner at Bokan was a massive disappointment. We had booked for 8 and were kept waiting for 40 minutes only to then be offered an alternative table next to the kitchen. Our table was ready at 9. During our hour of waiting, a guy who introduced himself as Coco didn’t miss an opportunity to unapologetically patronise us. It was our anniversary dinner and my friends birthday celebration. The food was good although not quite justifiable for the price (rainbow cauliflower is very bland with scallops) and the service was more like TGI Fridays during a hen do. I will gladly stay at the hotel again but Bokan I would give a miss.
L. D.
Lovely hotel, our room was beautiful, very clean and comfortable. The rooftop bar has fabulous views over the city and great live music.
A special thank you to Tim Gordon on reception for making our stay so memorable, nothing was too much trouble, we will definitely stay with you again.
G. T.
such a great new hotel! the rooms are lovely and clean. They feel fresh and new and are cleaned well. There is a pool, sauna and gym for all hotel guests to use. pool is nice when its quiet. If you are lucky you will get a room with a fabulous view across london. Beds are comfy too. The hotel staff are friendly and overall it is a vibrant lovely hotel!
R. H.
Great views, comfortable bed, great bar and breakfast
D. G.
Had a good stay here for a weekend break. We were welcomed kindly by Jerome and rooms were reasonably priced with a great view of London (we were on 20th floor). Nice rooftop bar (not too expensive) and pool topped off the experience. Didn't opt for breakfast as the local tube station has a selection of cafés/pret/eat etc. Would definitely come back.
A.
Very beautiful establishment. But the food and drinks need to match the surroundings.
В. В.
Very good price for the quality and the level of service, nice rooms, fabulous roof terrace with amazing view of the Thames river and the City. Very good breakfast one floor below tge roof terrace with stunning view. Extremely friendly and helpful staff.

Fantastic place and very friendly staff at Canary Coffee ! I have been missing this place during quarantine. I found Deva very welcoming - top notch customer experience from her, always a pleasure to come back to the place where you feel welcomed and valued ! A very happy customer :)
s. s.
Happy to be back at Canary Coffee, I totally like the atmosphere and the service in there. I can finally enjoy my afternoon coffees close to my home again. Thanks to Deva and her great vibes I will come more often.

I thought the hotel stay here was pretty good, it had a nice selection of breakfast, spacious room, amazing bed(so comfortable).
Booked an executive suit for my fiancee's birthday. We had canapés and drinks included in our room rate every day 6pm to 8pm which was great.
The only let down was 1st the shower .. there wasn't anything to stop the water from leaving the bathroom into the carpet in the living room
2nd the view we had was a big let down as well. We got to see all the working buildings.
Apart from that I thought it was an enjoyable stay.
T.
From check in, to check out, this place is amazing! My girlfriend and I spent our anniversary on the 24th floor with an absolutely beautiful view. The room was really modern and felt like a good amount of space the way it was laid out.
The heating was really nice and the room was always really comfortably warm, even the moment we stepped in!
The pool area was quite busy, understandably so for a Saturday night. The bar upstairs had a few snooty staff that seemed to think representing "high end" meant you couldn't smile while mixing a drink and were I bit brash.
Overall, I was worried about location if there would be enough to do, but turns out there actually is a pretty good choice of restaurants maybe 10 minutes walk from the hotel with nice mall areas in between. It's an absolutely solid weekend away and I was happy to have enjoyed a great breakfast to tie it all together.
M. H.
Very nice stuff, awesome view, good food.
N. F.
Very good location in Canary Wharf. It's a 10 minute walk to the tube. The decoration of the hotel is quite trendy and unique. The rooms are modern and well cleaned. The breakfast is good, not a huge veriaty but the food is fresh and tasty and there is enough of a choice to suite everyone's taste. Would definitely recommend for an overnight stay or a business trip.
M. T.
I don't know how the rooms and the hotel are but the top floors have a great cafe and restaurant - Bokan. It has a good view over Canary Wharf and also a terrace. There are heaters on the terrace and glass on the sides to manage the wind so it often is a very nice place to sit and enjoy a drink. My friends and me have enjoyed it always.
M. K.
Great service from staff and GM.
Was hoping to get an upgrade tho...
N. R.
The suites are amazing and the view from the 34 floor are breathtaking
C. J.
I loved the slogan of the hotel-"enjoy your home in London". And I definitely did had a great stay here. We had a suite and the room was really spacious! We can see Thames from our windows. The staffs are all nice and friendly. The breakfast was served on 38 floor where you will be fascinated by the views! The location was nice. You get DLR and jubilee line nearby. I will def come back!
N. B.
One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. We stayed on the 30th floor, in an executive room, with complimentary minibar which included 2 small bottles of wine and a few snacks. The views over Thames were unbelievable! I felt guilty ever day leaving that room to explore London.
The breakfast was very good as well, the only thing missing would be maybe a Nespresso machine. Nothing else I could add.
O. P.
Ania from the restaurant offered the best service I have experienced through such accurate professionalism and approachability in the hospitality environment. A pleasure to meet with a charismatic yet professional person with a personal touch and good nature. I felt that she was an excellent representative to the amazing Novotel product that Canary Wharf site offers and so helpful at the same time - 10 out of 10!!
R. T.
We were looking forward for our trip to London and our stay at the Novotel (mainly for the cool design and the view). Due to the current epidemic and the travel bans that have occured we had to cancel our entire trip. I have already prepaid my trip, but a very friendly employee of the hotel (Jerome) was able to refund my stay! Once London opens its gates for tourists again we will surely plan to book another stay at the Novotel, mainly for the customer friendly actions.
F. B.
We loved staying on the 32nd floor, was worth the extra cost for the views. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Excellent cocktails. Our room wasn't 100% clean, nothing major but it took the shine off of the experience slightly. So 4 stars rather than 5.
D. D.
Stunning hotel, in a great location. The staff couldn't have been anymore friendly and welcoming. We arrived early (before check in time) to drop off our bags and were given our room early which was a great help as weather outside wasn't great and I am pregnant so didn't fancy walking about in the wet and cold. When we got to our room there was a welcome note Congratulating us on our pregnancy which I must admit was one of the highlights of our stay.
Our room had a great view of the City and River, with everything provided, the bed was one of the comfiest I've slept in. Breakfast was delicious, everything we expected and more. relaxed in the pool before checking out which was absolutely amazing, so relaxing especially the sauna.
Will definitely be returning on our next visit to London, and any other City's we travel to which have Novotel Hotel's.
L. D.
I’ll definitely stay here next time I come to London! The complimentary breakfast was decent, the view was even better. Rooms felt spacious, safe, contemporary and luxurious. My favorite part- the indoor pool and sauna. Wow, I am not lying when I say that might have been my favorite part of my
Trip to London. The service was great, the juice in the lobby was tasty. The bed was soooo comfortable. The shower felt very luxurious. I will say, our room did not have conditioner, so I don’t know if that was a mistake or if they just don’t give it out, but I definitely did miss having conditioner.
A. F.
The rooms are fantastic. Well equipped, modern, comfy and some fantastic views of London. Seemed to take forever to check in as they insisted on using stupid little desks and tiny little laptops that don't work but "look good" and the lifts where just stupid. Could easily be waiting 10 mins just for the lift to arrive. Personally wouldn't stay again, not for the price they charged.
S. O.
It was my gf and I’s anniversary and Frances upgraded us which was so sweet. We had only asked for a room with a nice view but everyone exceed our expectations and my partner had such an amazing time. We thank all the staff for making it a really special time
P. Á.
I was only visiting the bar at the top with family and friends, but it's views are amazing. We had lovely live music, though it was a bit too loud, but luckily we found a quieter corner. We ordered a few cocktails, the waitresses were really helpful, explaining us what they are like. They ended up recommending really delicious ones, perfect for what we had in mind. After that we popped in to a friend's room which also had a nice view of London, you can see the Shard, the London Bridge and even the London Eye from there. To my understanding the place is pricey though.
O. T.
The hotel is amazing wonderful rooms, seating in the lobby both indoor and outdoors. The rooms are beautiful with the best views London can provide. The restaurant/bar on the 38th floor is beautiful with amazing food that isn't too expensive for something premium.
L. C.
Brand new hotel about 15 minutes walking from Canary Wharf tube. It has a very clean look to it and you feel like they are trying to introduce some inovations on the decor. Has a swimming pool with sauna and a small gym. It stretches over 38 floors with the top 2 accommodating a restaurant and bar with a very attractive roof terrace. It has a great views over London. When I stayed noticed some issues with housekeeping - twice a key from the staff was left on the room and the bathroom floor was not clean even after I asked. Also once at the pool there was no clean towels for the guests.
Overall stay with no much to report. Good to stay for work but i wonder if a bit too far for the tourist travellers.
p. m.
Beautiful hotel with young, energetic, ultra- helpful and very friendly staff. Food and ambiance lovely. Room was modern and immaculate. View from mine was spectacular. Breakfast can get pretty crowded so time your arrival outside the rush period if possible (posted on the monitor in the lift). All in all, can't wait to stay again.
V. C.
It was my second visit in this hotel. I have to say the service improved a lot in the last 6 months. The staff are very professional and helpful. The room are very nice and tidy. Obviously you always have the stunning view from the bar (and from many rooms) over the city.
K. G.
Stayed her for one night... Our room was small but we'll equipped. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was like a glass pod which had a button that made the glass see through or not & the shower is large enough with a good rainfall showerhead. Staff where helpful and location is good walking distance to the tube and over ground station
S.
I stayed here for a weekend in March & was so impressed with the service & you could also what’s app for anything you needed. The breakfast was amazing. My only complaint was I broke my nail trying to push their heavy entrance door! I would recommend a stay here anytime. The staff was amazing - a sweet manageress with a very chic blonde bob gave me & my friend chocolates after our breakfast. x
D. W.
Novotel Hotel Canary Wharf. Such an amazing hotel. Stayed here for a long weekend. The location is great and easy to navigate to the hotel via underground. We landed at Heathrow, took the underground into central London, changed tube lines once and got to the hotel is quite good timing. Upon arrival the hotel looked stunning from afar and smells so good when you arrive in. Check in is very easy took about 3 minutes. The rooms are stunning! Bedroom is very spacious, modern and very clean. The rooms have stunning views! Our room had double doors into the bathroom. Walk in shower and very stunning spacious room. Service is AMAZING! You can order pizza from downstairs straight to your room! Would definitely recommend this hotel you'll be amazed! We had drinks and cocktails on the rooftop bar and restaurant, it's quite expensive for a drink but worth it for the views.
L. R.
Stylish and modern 38-story skyscraper hotel with roof top bar and high-end restaurant, gym, pool and "saunarium". Very good breakfast and attentive staff. Executive and deluxe rooms are equipped with large screen TVs and Bose sound systems. Rooms are quiet and the air conditioning works. Wi-Fi is fast. Beds are a tad on the soft side due to the padded topper mattress, but if you remove this you get a great night's sleep. Dinner in the restaurant is steep but there are bar meals and a cheap pizzeria on the ground floor. Views from the higher floors are impressive. Highly recommended.
D. S.
Nice hotel, well located with shops and etc nearby. I would not suggest for a typical London tourist, because it a a kind of new/growing/business area. But a very nice area. Good room, but a friend that booked obe with me got, at the same price, a bathtub and a Nespresso machine... I did not have that and didi not understood why. Nice staff at the reception desk, modern uncomplicated way of doing things. Aromatized water and a mix of juices complimentary at the main floor. Bar and restaurant seems like a terrace on the photos, but are closed with glasses. Unfortunately after 11 am you can not go to the highest floor to eat something or even work, because they only open during meals fixed times.
A little bit tricky to get to the hotel with a medium suitcase if you came trough the subway. Although it seems a very short walk, there are stairs, a bridge and a not so straight forward way to get there.
A. E.
Great hotel with good views over Canary Wharf and Central London. View from the Bokan restaurant is spectacular. Room clean and tidy and fitness centre modern (but not massively well equipped). Only criticisms would be that you can hear a lot of noise from the rooms (I could hear someone walking around the room upstairs, using the shower and flushing the toilet) and that the Hotel’s 4 lifts aren’t segmented by floor (e.g 1 goes to floors 1-10, another 11-20, 21-30 etc.) as it can take more than 10 minutes waiting for a lift either up to breakfast or down to reception.
G. S.
Good hotel that offers service, clean rooms, amazing view and a restaurant/bar on the 38th top floor.. although 3 stars because:
* Elevator waiting time is incredible high. It takes about 10 minutes to wait at least.. every time..
* The cleaning is average. We had a foot print in our room which they did not remove AND we stayed there for over 12 days...
J. N.
Comfortable room except for the underpowered air conditioning. Breakfast was good but they need more than one coffee machine. It shouldn't take 10 minutes standing in line to get a cup of coffee. 38th floor bar is a great place for a drink with an amazing view of London.
D. R.
Great hotel, great location. Lovely rooftop bar. Only one problem!!
2 Bombay sapphire, 1small bottle soda,1 small bottle tonic, ice and slice of lime.£28.80.I will leave
you to be judge and jury.walked over to All bar one £14.00.Never went back..Going to stay at the Ritz next time, better value drinks.

Fantastic hotel with a new unique decor amd very modern. My was super. The bed was very comfortable and the view of London from my room is breathtaking. The rooftop experienced is amazing. The syaff was very helpful amd very friendly. Great location, 10 mins walk from canary wharf station and easy to find. The breakfast was plentiful and good selections. My wife and I had a dinner date at 37th floor, the food and wines were superb. I will truly recommend this hotel to family and friend, businees and leisure. Thanks for a fab experience.
T. K.
This hotel is above my expectation. Very nice reception area and friendly staffs. They are serving nice breakfast at 37th floor where you can enjoy nice view of London. The room is comfortable and also can enjoy the view of the city while sleeping. The hotel near to train station, just about 10mins walk to Jubilee park mall where you can find some shops including M&S foodhall and good dining places. Definitely will stay here again for my next London stay.
J. N.
Awesome views. Well organized staff know their craft & make you feel special. I've been visiting for 2 or 3 years now & will continue to do so.
Breakfast used to be great value at £22. The Buffet was fabulous & the views were free.
It's still £22, though now gone is the salmon, the fresh berries, some of the cold cuts, and the hot chocolate served as white & dark chocolate shavings melted with a pouring of hot milk... is now something else... powder or syrup I guess.
I figure the overall experience is still worth £22, though now £7 of that is for the view.
It's what happens when you let Accountants run your business!
I feel for the staff.
B. A.
I was at the very high-rise restaurants on the 37th and 38th floor called Bokan37 and Bokan38. It is well worth going there for the views inside and out. From that vantage point you can see for miles around very alike Sushi Samba at Liverpool Street. The interiors are modern and of solid composition. I especially liked the lounge area on the 37th where there is a decent-sized bar close by. However breakfast is a basic and rushed buffet service.
A. M.
Stunning views! A good hotel with a good range of facilities, friendly staff and nice rooms. But the standout feature of this hotel is the stunning views over London from the restaurant and bar in the top floors, or from some of the more expensive rooms on high floors. Rooms are well equipped with comfy beds and nice bathrooms. Although I'd question the wisdom of a 55 inch TV in a hotel room when you only have a few HD channels. Rooms are filled with plugs and USB charging points, which is always handy. The food and drink in the bar / restaurant is pricey but good quality. If argue it's worth it for those views of the sun setting over London. Breakfast is high quality with a really good selection of cold or hot food. I think the location of this hotel is pretty good. It's a short walk to Canary Wharf underground station which gives you access to most of London. Those feeling brave can walk to the southern tip of the Isle of Dogs and use the pedestrian tunnel under the Thames to the Cutty Sark. I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel and I'd recommend it to business travellers or couples.

Gorgeous hotel, rooms are clean and modern - great views across the city. Was refused access to terrace at first as you have to reserve seating (open to the public and very busy) but we mentioned to the staff that we were guests and they got us a table immediately. Staff are lovely and friendly had a great stay here.
G. B.
From the moment we stepped through the door we were welcomed with a smile and the utmost of professionalism. Nothing was too much trouble. We stayed for my husbands 40th birthday and it was our first time staying in London. Helpful, friendly, clean, tidy, excellent breakfast, fantastic staff- a credit to the business. Thank you so much for your hospitality. An experience we won’t forget for the most part thanks to you.
R.
Very square and in my opinion no atmosphere. Not enough room in restaurant for every one at breakfast, although breakfast was great and the view very spectacular. Couldn't get onto roof terrace because you had to book and food in restaurant quite limited and very adult orientated. As for the rooms yes nice and modern and bed was very comfortable. However, No hooks on the wall to hang stuff which was necessary as the wardrobe is just long enough to hang a jacket at one end but as it doubles up as and ironing board cupboard and houses the safety deposit box it is useless....ladies don't take a dress or skirt with you. Bathroom nice but the shower was not strong enough in my view tho I am being picky here also the water goes all over the floor when you open the doors.
N. M.
Very impressive. We were here for two nights and were upgraded to an Executive Floor, which had amazing views down the Thames into Central London. The room is one of the most well-considered I've been in, with everything right where you need it, including 2 USB chargers on each side of the bed and a great bed and bathroom. Julia from Guest Relations went out of her way to make us feel welcome and we also enjoyed breakfast on the 38th floor. Even the fitness centre downstairs is excellent, with high-quality equipment. This is a great new option for the area and with a five - ten minute walk to the Tube should serve businesspeople and families visiting Canary Wharf and London very well.
D. G.
Fabulous Hotel. Great views from the 38th floor, where the restaurant is based and you can look out on to the River Thames whilst enjoying your breakfast. Beds are so comfortable, shower is large and good to stand under, plus the bath itself is comfortable. Very large TV to enjoy, whilst relaxing. Lifts are so quick we reached our floor in seconds! The location of the Hotel is ideal for Canary Wharf, which offers good restaurants and a perfect transport link for the O2, Greenwich and London itself. Another terrific thing is that it's so quiet in the rooms, no outdoor sounds at all, so you have the perfect combination of a comfortable bed and silence to enjoy a peaceful sleepy stopover.
Want to return as soon as possible!!
L. H.
Love this hotel. Stayed for two nights for the tennis at the O2 and every member of staff was so lovely. Have stayed before and will definitely stay again. Rooms have great views, breakfast near the top floor is great and there is a nice roof terrace.
S. S.
We met up with friends for breakfast, as they were guests at this hotel. The decor was very nice and the views stunning. The only complaints would be that depending on which floor you was on you got different food. For example we had to go downstairs if we wanted pancakes. But the food was very nice. Also, we asked for milk with our hot drinks but no one came back with the milk for quite some time. In the end we took some from the cereal section. Not a big deal but still not great.
P. F.
A home away from home. Lovely staff, views and delicious restaurant
D. M.
Lovely and classy rooftop bar.
Warmers out at the rooftop, and table service.
Beautiful view for a lunch, dinner out, or just for a sunset and a glass of wine.
T. G.
Nice new place. Cafe downstairs is great for breakfast. Bokan restaurant upstairs has a great view over London and Canary Wharf. It is great for drinks and lively atmosphere. Cocktails are beautiful here.In summer the terrace is opened and it is very very popular place. I went for dinner once, and food was delicious , the chef was definitely good there when I went.
M. B.
Nice, clean and new hotel. Great view. Enjoyed the stay very much. Will definitely come again.
Most likely my wifi was hacked in this hotel.
@Jacqui McMillan:
Thanks for your offer. Some background: I did not use any public wifi the last months, but the first time in the hotel. In that night someone tried to login into my ebay account and logged into my private server at home.
I would just like to ask you one favour: if any other guest faces similar issues pls. try and find out the reason.
Thanks
T. D.
Great price hotel, great rooms and friendly staff. Very clean and too floor bar has the best views of London. I know it's out the way of central London but I would still recommend as on the tube it's 15 ish minutes to town.
O. V.
Sounds. Noises. Voices. If you are in the hotel, when there's a storm around it, you here sounds and noises in the walls like there are winds, wall ghosts or other stuff in it.
And you can here the bubbles coming back to surface hours after you used the shower.
But when you want a hotel which has clean, rooms with space, great view over London including the skyline, a cool bar at the top and is not too far away from parks, malls, DLR and underground (canary wharf) - stay there!
R. M.
The location is very good by underground or DLR and a 10m walking. The rooms are spacious and some of them have a great view from the city center. The bed is comfortable but I heard a lot of noise in my room from water of other rooms coming from the bathroom that was very annoying and doesn't allow for a good night of sleep. The breakfast is average and with a great view in the 38th floor.
A. S.
Really nice hotel with amazing views over the city. Room is a bit small but very well furnished. Very convenient location if working in Canary Wharf. The bar on the 38th floor was also very good with even better views, the one downside is that it was a bit expensive (£14.50 for an Old Fashioned).
A. D.
Amazing hotel, breakfast is so tasty, beds are comfy, shower and bath, nespresso coffee is always a plus. So much to do, definitely suggest a visit to the rooftop bar for amazing cocktails and whiskeys. Love this hotel, been for our anniversary and my birthday and when we next come to London we will almost certainly stay here again! Can't say enough positives about it.
J. S.
Decent sized rooms, clean, modern, huge TVs in the rooms. 10min walk from canary wharf underground station. Recommend to get the breakfast, nice views from the top floor restaurant over the city. You can easily see the tower bridge.
N.
Room is immaculate. Temperature can be set to your preference. Great views. Fantastic breakfast. Massive TV.
When your company is paying, you really can’t ask for more 😉.
S. K.
Very nice Hotel. I was here for leisure, for a couple of days to visit London. Most of the rooms are on higher levels and have great views. Everything new and nice designed. Breakfast is on the 38th level, great and the views are terific. Canary Wharf Station is 10min walk.
P. D.
Very nice hotel right in d heart of London city. It's walking distance from canary wharf station and the offices in that area..the view from the room that I was given was breadth taking. The interiors of the hotel in general and room in particular were lavish. Not the most extravagant reception for a hotel of this size but not a write off either. Vud love to go there again
L. T.
Modern, relatively clean.and comfortable. Terrible room service food - greasy, overcooked, tasteless. Breakfast is equally yucky and service is very slow. Massive queues for breakfast with very indifferent staff. Gym is small, ok-ish, at least equipment is very new. Pool looks nice, haven't tried it Food spoils everything...
S. P.
Visited the bar at Bokan. It was pretty good 👍🏻
M. M.
Awesome, fantastic, unforgettable moments, mega, super, high class, lovely staff, luxury sleeping rooms, delicious breakfast, I will never forget this amazing hotel.
If you want to stay at London you have to stay at this hotel. Amazing view over London. The staff was very helpful, funny and lovely.
Thank you for the great weekend.
Great job.
G. O.
The design of the hotel is amazing and very modern. The hotel and the room were perfectly clean and the staff were great at solving all of my doubts during my stay. The view from the rooftop is one of the best in London to get the city's skyline.
L. G.
Location is great if you are in business trip at Canary Wharf - 10 minutes walk and you are in the very heart of business London. My room - of a lowest category one - was clean and tidy. The only one minor disadvantage is an absence of tub. However, if you want to get warm, you can visit gym with saunarium in it. Breakfasts are very good. There is a tremendous view from 37 and 38 floors where bar and restaurant are located. So, you are able to observe morning London having breakfast and night London while sitting in bar after sunset. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Best regards, my friends!
K.
We been at canary coffee with a group of friends a few days ago and it was very busy this evening. The Barista was still calm and was very fast, even though we‘ve all ordered coffees and food. A really big thank you for the quick and nice service Deva.
C.
It spent a lovely day at the bokan bar and roof terrace. It's a great place to take people on a grand suprise that they will remember instead of going to a nandos or something (as long as you don't mind spending a tiny bit more). Took two friends there who had their minds blown and my pockets skinnier. The service was top class even though it was a busier night, and the range of drinks and creativity of the cocktails (even the cup/glasses of some) is very impressive and quite reasonably priced even though there are other roof terraces with slightly lower costs. The burgers was great but not really anything especially eye catching especially at their price, left slightly disappointed by them compared to one's you can get at borough market and even other restaurants in canary wharf.
The view from the roof terrace is in my opinion one of the best in London because from its position you can see everything whereas other roof terraces in Central London are positioned in the city so you're only seeing a portion.
J. B.
What a place!! Took my girlfriend here for her 21st. We had a suite on the 29th floor for a very good price. The staff were incredible at creating a special few days for her and we even had 2 free drinks at the 38/39th floor bar! The pool and saunarium areas are incredible as well. We would 100% return here! Views were made in heaven.
P. T.
Our stay at Novotel Canary Wharf was simply splendid. The views, the top bar, and the room was wonderful. Everything was clean and check-in was smooth. We look forward to staying here again the next time we hop across the pond!
M.
A stylish, contemporary hotel only 10 minutes from both the DLR and the Canary Wharf underground station. Stayed there for the 3rd time. 24hrs reception is very helpful, rooms are spacious (as per London standards), breakfast is delicious, …
R. I.
Novotel! This guy went above my expectation. Well done Team. I got 2 nights for a friend to spend their wedding night rather than going home. And boy this hotel delivered. We requested a nice room and something special if they could, and i wasnt sure if they will do it. But when I went to check before the bride and groom arrived I was shocked. I wanted to stay myself. You guys did a great job and lets just say room 3302 will be saved for future reff. Great job guys thanks.
E. W.
Very good room service, clean well lit rooms and great food on the 37th floor, gorgeous modern design on the rooms, in the lobby, the dining area, toilets, roof platform and elsewhere. Well equipped gym and pool area. Prices seem more than reasonable.
U. K.
Amazing location. Had a great view from my room overlooking all of Central. Tesco nearby to get late night goodies and had a really clean modern layout. The TV was amazing, allowed you to share content directly from your phone. Highly recommend.
A. R.
Really nice. Would gladly stay here again.
And the neighborhood of Island of Dogs is very peaceful, beautiful and calm. Maybe I'd even like to live here for a longer time.
Although I would not recommend this location if you plan walking on foot.
But the hotel itself is great.
V. K.
Very good hotel in Dock land area .The
Problem is the car park .

Dear Anna & Novotel family
My husband & I had an overnight stay with you on Thursday 25th January. It was our 44th wedding anniversary and you made it truly memorable. You really spoiled us and made us feel so special. Our room was brilliant with a view to die for!! You & your staff are amazing every one of them were so helpful & friendly your customer service is second to none.
A huge thank you from us for making our night very special. We will most definitely stay with you any time we are in London.
All the best to you & your staff
Regards
Kathleen

What a great experience. I told Novotel canary wharf, that we will spend our wedding night at theit Hotel. They decorated our room very nice. put chocolade and very delicious cake, and even wrote us a Card! Thank you Novotel!!!
J. H.
Very cozy, cleen and quiet rooms. Nice hotel with modern twist. Ok breakfest but very normal english version with out boiled eggs and only white bread. Nice swimpool and sauna. Great views
C. L. i. t. U.
Amazing night view for Canary Wharf area. Really romantic view near the window. A nice bar to Enjoy drink with friends and colleagues after work. While you might wait for a bit for your drink, just enjoy the time talking with your friends sharing all the joy of he day.
A. K.
This hotel is lovely! Easy to walk to the Canary Wharf station for access to central London. Being platinum members, we were treated to some treats in our room and access to the Le Club executive lounge. The canapes were great!
The view fro our room was of central London, this was fantastic at different times of the day.
I was kept awake one night of the stay by creaking sounds which I assume were caused by the strong winds outside.
We dined at the hotel also. That will receive a separate review.
H. B.
Thank you for making our trip special in London. Great views from the bar at top of hotel go there have cocktail when the sun goes down its inspiring.
Thanks also to the manager who recommended lots of things to do in London.
We love London and will now choose east side to stay its very good for public transport connections to go west but heck of a lot cheaper than hotels in the west where we usually stayed in past visits.
Thank you
c. w.
A little less than expected. Previously stayed in the Apex Temple Court Hotel in London which was far more welcoming and spacious. There seemed to be an issue as we wanted to pay cash and this was frowned upon! Room very basic for the price, not much to offer. Wouldnt stay here again.
T. H.
Great new modern hotel with high end specifications. View from the room was amazing (executive room on 32 floor) and breakfast was really good as well. Price is really competitive and hotel is better than some 5 star ones. Fully recommend.
C. G.
Went to the restaurant, Bokan, for Christmas Brunch. Top notch food, highly recommended. Set on the 37th floor the views are stunning. There is also a bar serving a range of cocktails with a huge range of whisky.
V. W.
Absolute wonderful hotel with great views of the city, the food in the restaurant is to a very high standard and recommend giving it a visit.
All of the staff from receptionist to the bar and waiters/waitresses were very friendly and helpful.
Thanks for a unforgettable stay.
T. H.
Me and my family came to the hotel late on an evening after a mess up with the apparent that we were supposed to stay in. The staff managed to get us two rooms and were very service minded, helping is in every way that they could. The hotel was brand new ( only three months old when we stayed there) so the rooms where of course immaculate. The restaurant and bar are located on floors 37 and 38 with a beautiful view of most of London and you also have a terrace of floor 39. The rooms does not come cheap though, but on the other hand you get to stay in one of London's hot spots. 😀
R.
Brilliant, absolutely loved the view, nice 38th floor breakfast/Skybar. Staff even left out a card and nibbles in honour of my girlfriends birthday, views over London. Really nice atmosphere in the sky bar.
S. S.
My second time here and i really enjoyed it both times. It's perfect for evening dates for 2 and perfect for after work drinks. Staff are so friendly and the views are amazing. I've seen so many pictures for this place but feel it's nothing like how it looks in person. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone and have already took 2 friends here and will be taking some more.
L. H.
Nice clean hotel, you can see and feel that it's either new or that they took good care of it. Housekeeping was a little inconsistent, sometimes they exchanged towels even though we left it hanging or they gave us only three instead of four bottles of water, forgot hot chocolate etc. but only minor things. The view was sadly obstructed by other buildings even though we where on the 20th floor. London city can be reached easily thanks to the jubilee line an London city airport was also nearby
J. P.
Room was amazing! The stay that we were hoping for.
Great views of Canary Whard and City of London. Fab service from the staff and good location (5-10 min walk from Canary Wharf station over the bridge).
Bathroom has a cheeky glass shower which can be viewed from the bedroom (good for couples). But fear not, if you want to hide then at a click of a button you can make the glass frosted and opaque! Me and my boyfriend were amazed. Complimentary water, coffee, teas and biscuits in the room and free access to the gym (24hrs) and swimming pool (6am - 10pm).
Would definitely recommend.
P. S.
Happy with this hotel, it's modern, clean, stands out compared to the more drab hotels in the area and the value is good too. Having breakfast up in the clouds was cool, I'd stay here again!
M. R.
Room was superb and guest services had left us a card with a message and some delicious shortcake biscuits to congratulate us on mine and the girlfriends 1 year together. Great little touch! The only drawback was the rooftop bar Bokan, we got there after visiting the theater at 11ish, it took us 20 minutes to get served at the bar and even then, they got the order wrong
L. O.
Absolutely amazing had no problems in the slightest and the hotel exactly matches the images on there breakfast area was great the views from there were some of the best I have seen and food was great defiantly going back :)
A. C.
Clean, cosy Hotel with a beautiful breakfast. Girls at the restaurant are very polite and friendly. Remembered Tatiana especially. Very lovely girl.
Will be definitely Coming back here.
D. P.
A great hotel in a fantastic business oriented location! The rooftop bar offers panoramic views of the city of London, uniterupted by other skyscrapers as the hotel is situated on the west bank of Canary Wharf.
A little expensive sure, but well worth that extra pound fifty on top of what you'd normally pay for a beer to enjoy the view and the atmosphere.
P. S.
This was a brilliant hotel. Staff are great. Clean rooms. Brand new hotel. Close to DLR station, good connection to London. Superb stay at London. The restaurant at the top floor has brilliant views over Canary Wharf and London.
J. J. D.
The waitress Deva was very nice with us. We had a coffe and we really enjoyed our time there. The pizza pollo is totally recommended. We will go back for sure!
D. A.
We are spending the weekend here at the moment. I was very nervous because I don't like heights but I'm so glad we are here. We were offered a lower floor instead but I decided to try and overcome my fear. The staff are fantastic and friendly, keen to help and our room is spotless. Would definitely recommend it. Xxx
J. H.
I have stayed at Accor Hotels around the world and am usually really happy with them. However, yesterday I stayed in a poor Ibis and today was met with an extremely rude receptionist, who didnt even apologise when she realised she was wrong. Really not impressed and will definitely not stay in this hotel again
D. B.
Lovely hotel, clean and presentable. Pleasant experience. Breakfast was good. Staff was pleasant. Didn't get to use the bar or leisure facilities but I will next time. Will definitely visit again.
U.
Outstanding stay and excellent services. Good to say that there is one place that prides itself in getting the experience right more then anything.
Usually I am critical but after my second stay it confirmed it. Hope they can keep up with the friendly and excellent service.
P. J.
Good services, great breakfast, easy access to Canary Wharf. Rooms are as expected for the brand, with some great views from the higher floors. Only negative is the construction activities in the neighborhood.
K. V. O.
A brand new hotel with an nice urban beat, great views from the rooftop terrace and slick, well-equipped rooms. Staff is very nice. The one challenge may be parking - several options are available, but the hotel itself doesn't have a parking.
T. T.
Dinning area situated ot the top of the building with with great views of the city. At night it's looks spectacular. Room service was quick and a more affordable option if the main dinning area is a bit too pricey.
A. P.
The coffeeshop downstairs is an amazing, relaxing place for a remote day’s work. Staff is friendly, couches are comfy & the coffee is really good. You have everything you need.
M. R.
Comfortable, modern hotel with all the necessary amenities. Swimming pool in the basement is a very relaxing place with the adjacent sauna, both open in extended hours from 6am to 10pm. Restaurant on the top floor (38th) with an amazing view on the city.
M. W.
What a lovely hotel. Check in was simple and the room was gorgeous. The view of London was lovely. The bar on the top floor was a sight worth paying for at night as well as the day for breakfast. Just go and stay. Worth every penny.
A. M.
Brilliant hotel, views of London are fantastic. Our room was on the 33rd floor. Breakfast over looking views of tower bridge, shard,. The staff are very helpful, complementary drinks & nibbles in room. Totally recommend this hotel.
U. M.
Bokan bar is a gem in Canary Wharf, I would say its the new place the locals go to - the cocktails are professionally-made, inventive and made with care, reviewed by my bartender friends; "up there with some of the best bars in Soho" but without all the over-hyped price that you get in Mayfair or some other places around Canary Wharf.
The vibe is really growing into something cool, most people are chill but you might see the occasional pretentious yuppie or yuppie wannabe.
The view is exceptional, a worthwhile backdrop especially in the evening and with the comfortable, rich interior it is the place I visit most often to meet with friends and relax in the evenings.
R. B.
Novotel was clean, quite spacious, and good value for a London hotel. The staff were particularly friendly and helpful making the stay very enjoyable. Room service menu is limited but breakfast service was superb
I. T.
Had a nice but not very large room with double bed. The views from windows can be on skyscrapers though. Breakfast is served on the 38th floor. Metro is 5 mins away. From there the city center 15-20 mins
G. O.
Held a cooperate workshop here with 12Colleagues. Service was exemplary, food was homemade to the highest quality. Not your usual canary wharf cooperate venue, the Novotel was very unique / individual in their offering. As a whole, the space is creative and functional. Can be adapted to suit many functions or events from workshops to film nights, private dinning and other social gatherings.
Will definitely recommend!
M. S.
The staffs in the 38th floor bar were so rude and unprofessional.. u feel that u r dealing with two stars hotel staffs.
I made two complains two the management without any response.
For the amount which i paid I expected better treatment.
Good location and rooms
Over all Not recommended
j. d.
Brilliant stay. Anya and her staff great at breakfast. Brilliant views of the city and the Thames
S. K.
It was excellent as Dina the receptionist is the best, XX
F. V. W.
I don't know about the hotel but the roof top bar is simply spectacular, offering views not only of the London Skyline but the whole of Canary wharf too. Great cocktails and a heavenly place on a summer Sunday afternoon with live music. To die for!
A. K.
Great reception staff. Everything is top notch modern and new. The gym and pool is amazing. The rooms are great if you ask for corner rooms elevated floors 14 and above with Thames view. Love this place.
P. S.
Good hotel with reasonable sized rooms.
Very large breakfast selection and attentive staff.
Main downsides are the slow lifts as you have to wait a while before they become available and you have to pay an additional 12.5% service charge for any room service which seems excessive.
G. H.
Great comfortable, modern rooms and a fantastic bar on the top floor serving excellent cocktails with panoramic views of London. Well equipped small gym and relaxing pool and sauna. Great coffee too!
S. S.
Decent place. Room had a good view. Photos better than actual hotel though. They refuse to merely heat your pizza as the chef won't like it.
R. W.
Modern, clean hotel in Canary Wharf. Gym, pool, sauna (or collectively - Spa facilities as they called it). Magnificent views across London from the rooftop bar. Seemed a reasonable room rate at time of booking. Would stay again.
J. S.
Really nice building and the best part has got to be the roof bar that place has an amazing atmosphere and a great view as well as a smoking area for you lot who do smoke. Drinks were a bit pricey but I liked it.
M. J.
Brilliant hotel, amazing breakfast, will definitely be back. Thank you all 🥰
J. N.
Best London hotel I've ever stayed in. Stunning views from the room, modern decor and bathrooms. Rooftop bar is outstanding. Will be coming back for sure.
C. G.
We used it to visit Greenwich as a weekend break. Impressive view from the room, very good service and great food. You should definitely go for a drink on the roof terrace!
J. B.
Good hotel. Great view over London at breakfast. Rooms clean and everything you need for over night stay. Staff great all round.
I. K.
Plush and relatively comfortable, huge TV (rather unneccessary unless you watch from the bed) Room service is convenient. Adding a balance to your room upon checking in seems rather pointless - i put some money onto my room in advance of ordering room service and was still asked to pay when it was delivered. Bit disappointing and means i'll no doubt have to chase them for the money back. Some of the fare on the room service is a bit pricey, some is daylight robbery! Think you can get a multipack of coke in the nearby Tesco for less than a single can! View was pleasant from my room on the 13th, air con was great, bathroom lovely. Lists are quick but i needed assistance to work them (the instructions are in small text) I was out in the morning before breakfast, interestingly a colleague that left after me was offered a takeaway selection, perhaps he went looking for it... if i was paying i would probably go elsewhere, a nice treat as part of a city break with bar and restaurant high up offering views across the city.
A. M.
The reservation department Alex and Anna are the best!
R. D.
Really great view from our room, the lobby is in a nice industrial style, as is the restaurant and the view from the roof bar is great too. The hotel is within 5min of a tube station.
Y. A. (.
It a great building towers above you the rooms are nice and the halls a quiet and peaceful but the roof bar is buzzing great atmosphere up their and lots of ladies Lol but seriously I thought it was great and what a view as well. The only thing it did not like was some of the security up here they are very intrusive and make you a little uncomfortable and that’s the only reason I have not gave this place 5 stars.
E. T.
It's a nice hotel with very lovely rooms, although for me I found the food a little too fine dining for me. Breakfast was lovely and there are great views over Canary wharf.
J. J.
Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Few issues. No teaspoon in the room, not fully replenished on housekeeping, breakfast was cold and ordered a pizza on room service and it arrived uncut to a room with no cutlery in.
Y. H.
Rooms are very big, just as the amazing bathroom.
The view from the terrace over London's skyline is just stunning!!!
I'd reccomend this hotel to everyone, as you can reach the city center in about 10min with the Jubilee line.
K. G.
Location is accessible, nearest station is the Canary Wharf. Great view of the Shard from my hotel room. Room was clean and spacious. The breakfast at Bokan on the 38th floor offered a great variety of food.
L. B.
From the moment we arrived the staff were extremely welcoming, making us feel comfortable at the hotel. The room was sleek, had a great view and very comfortable. Would recommend to anyone visiting London.
C. C.
I was stay 1 night the hotel in Canary Wharf, London. It is very beautiful view many towers building between the City "financial district" and Canary Wharf "business district" they have much it busy working times all business. In the hotel lift up to floors 38 the Boken Bar is excellent. Night all times they many customers people are viewing.
S. D.
Lovely hotel and location was absolutely wonderful. Staff were very friendly. The hotels facilities were really good and we loved the breakfast too. Canary wharf is not far from the central stops.
t. b.
Clean. Quite. Posh but not pricey
L. P.
Great hotel amazing staff
E. C.
Visited the Bokan bar which is way up on the 38th and 39th floors. Went on a day with great weather which meant we were truly able to enjoy the views. Great, chilled out vibe and lots of yummy cocktails and wines to choose from. Will definitely be going back.
R. G.
Very impressed with their meeting space! It was perfect for our client meeting and the staff gave us 5 star service throughout the day. I would highly recommend this venue and will be using them again.
G. F.
Excellent hotel, amazing views, friendly staff. Personally not big on the nite klub vibe on the top floor, but easily avoided. Breakfast brilliant too.
A. C.
Wonderful staff.
Hotel is in the heart of London's second financial district in docklands, Isle of Dogs. Canary wharf, HSBC, Citigroup, Barclays and many more. Get your freshest of fishes from Billingsgate fish market.
And step back in time with a visit to museum of London Docklands
M. C.
If there is a hotel where you should stay when visiting the capital, there you are ! Rooms are outstanding, teams are fantastic and the restaurant is top-notch. And this is not to mention the breathtaking views over London ! Staying at the Novotel Canary Wharf truly made for an unforgettable experience.
S. S.
Absolutely brilliant hotel! Would recommend it to anyone so relaxing facilities were top notch and the views from the 23rd floor and the restaurant were amazing, will definitely stay there again, without even blinking an eye! 😍❤

Staying here for a few days and staff are very helpful and make feel at home and the bar on the 28 floor lovely we spent lot of time there kaka!!. Canary wharf is quiet nice too and shops are fine and great places to eat.
M. D.
Met with a group of friends for coffee on the 38th floor. The view is phenomenal, the coffee drinkable, but there is a bit of an odd set of choices for serving vessels. Mini milk-bottles for steamed milk is a bit meh. And bringing the bill to the table in an old tobacco tin? Really? Server seemed to have an issue with us having two or three orders across the table and interrupted the meeting to insist on part payment, or telling us we could set up a tab once we had paid this one bill. All a bit odd and could have been better handled as it simply intruded unnecessarily when it could have been raised at any point when an order was actually being placed. Hence the four stars. Less intrusive, more helpful service would have made this five stars.

Perfect location with a great river side view looking over the central London. Stayed for 6 nights and loved it to the core. Had the opportunity to click some great pictures, time-lapse. The beffet breakfast is beyond good.
C. S.
Members area is perfect to get some work done, love the decor and the vibe throughout the place. If you go to the rooftop bar and don't take a gram pic then you wasted your money.
R. I.
Fantastic view from the Executive Room on the 33rd floor! The breakfast offer is very good and the pool and sauna are perfect for relaxing after a long day.
L. H.
Staff were very helpful. Nice new building, but parking is a real issue which ought to be in the basement. Went to a party on the roof terrace which has nice views and a lovely sunset.
A. B.
The rooftop bar on floors 38-39 is very nice. Fantastic views over London on all sides, very nice decor and great cocktails. I expect this place will be packed in the summer.
U. H.
Good overall experience. Modern, clean hotel (could hold back on the air freshener used at entrance). Contemporary rooms, great views. Friendly and efficient staff at front desk.
N. B.
Not really my cup of tea, but a works do led me up to the 38th floor, the views are amazing, the beer was cold and the buffet food was delicious. Slightly strange experience using the urinal whilst looking out over Canary Wharf; I assume it’s one way glass, otherwise those city bankers are in for an eye full...
J. P.
The place where hotel is located is definitely business oriented. This was advantage for me at this trip. Hotel is new, very comfortable. The views are very impressive, especially on higher floors.
A. R.
21st floor Room had a great view of London. Rooftop restaurant is lovely. Located very close to Canary Wharf tube station. Gym is quite small and equipment is basic.
R. M.
Amazing top roof bar terrace, great cocktails and views, inside the hotel is really nice, tasty with incredible design. But it's a bit expensive, although it deserves
P. T.
Excellent view overlooking London skyscrapers, London eye, etc. Rooms are quite good. Friendly receptionists. Checkout the Bakon restaurant on 38th floor. I'd definitely recommend it.
R. D.
Nice hotel, clean room. Gym has modern equipment but relatively limited weights. The real highlight for me was the heavy bag and boxing gloves
H. C.
Excellent hotel across the quay from the Financial Disrict in Canary Wharf. A pedestrian walking bridge takes you across the quay. The top floor dining is itself something to enjoy, along with the great food.
C. O.
Nice hotel, cosy rooms and amazing shower! Facilities are good small gym and pool with sauna and steam room. Breakfast is great couldn't fault it.
J. T.
Great Location in London overlooking Canary Wharf. The bar also has 360 views of the whole city. Rooms were comfortable, fresh and modern, no complaints.
M. H.
Modern rooms, very central location in canary wharf. Bokan bar is great for drinks for a Romantic weekend away. They can be a little slow at service though.
M. D.
A jewel of a hotel in London, staff are fantastic, hotel is modern and clean, rooms are good. Far better to stay than the so called 5 star places in central London.
S. D.
Worst chicken wings I have . But services are excellent the lads behind the bar are excellent that why I give 3 star only . Chicken marinated in Madras curry powder does not go with mango puree It's look and taste horrible. If the chef think it's was a good combination so he should think again .Stop trying hard chef it's does not suit you. This is a really handily located Novotel for Canary Wharf - cross the bridge and you are in CW.
This Novotel offers the usual experience and is upper middle in terms of standard.
Food and drink is very good with a bar at the front of the hotel and there is parking if you are driving.
N. K.
Good location. Modern room and great bed. Gym and pool is awful. Service is mostly good. Breakfast is high quality but limited options, and a bit expensive.
F. D.
Favourite hotel in London, great facilities, food and staff. Sara on the front desk was so helpful and cheery :)
A. Q.
Great views, attentive staff, would like some more seating on the top bar which we booked out but it was fine. The toilet is the best view of London.
L. F.
Modern hôtel with 39 floors. In 38th & 39th floor, you will discover a beautiful view of London. Canary Warf underground station is at 5 minutes. Great place in London.
M. L.
Only visited the top floor bar at night (not as a hotel guest) but what a venue. Great drinks and even better views across back to the City of London - from an unusual location. Highly recommended.
D. H.
We stop by to have a coffee and a bite to eat! The interior was fresh and exciting space to enjoy our flat white and pizza. I see us going back there again. Maybe next time visit the sky restaurant.
P. N.
Spectacular views, beautiful, modern rooms and great restaurant on the 36th floor. One of the best hotels I’ve ever visited. 5 min walk to Canary Wharf tube station.
E. C.
We asked for a view and were certainly not disappointed, very clean, staff friendly, location great for what we wanted, only downside was the complementary mini bar, was very sparse
S. M.
Checked in randomly after spending a night at a very nearby ghastly hotel. The Novotel was a breath of fresh air and a surprise as far as what I was expecting. Hip industrial design, friendly staff and all the comforts I could ask for.
J. M.
Great place to stay when around Canary Wharf, hotel has a clean and very modern/trendy appearance. Restaurant on the top floor is well worth a visit, gives a great view whilst you eat.
A.
Bathroom spotless
Pool quite small
Service in rooftop bar a bit slow
R. G.
Great skyline of the city from the heated rooftop bar
G. P.
Amazing hotel at the heart of London. Every detail of the room was top of the line. Great place to stay if you are on a business trip. Staff was polite and attending.
B. P.
bokan is still a hidden gem, cocktails are spendy but they are well made..
E.
Situated by a number of restaurants lovely views and amazing building complex
The breakfast wasn’t the best
J. T.
Beautiful views, friendly personnel, good breakfast. We enjoyed our time there. (We did not have time to use the gym or the pool though)

Was upgraded to executive room on the 31st floor. Views were amazing & complimentary mini bar
F. R.
Brand new hotel in Canary Wharf, rooms with wonderful view on the City, helpful staff. Definitely very good value for money! Ask for a room on the high floors to enjoy the view!
C. L.
Fantastic views especially at night,
helpful staff, we stayed as a group, Well done to Anna at reception for making sure all our needs were taken care of.
P. P.
Lovely hotel but bed was terrible! Double check your bed for feathers pocking out before bedtime. Amazing views in the rooftop bar though.
I. T.
Had a nice but not very large room with double bed. The views from windows can be on skyscrapers though. Breakfast is served on the 38th floor. Metro is 5 mins away. From there the city center 15-20 mins
R. B.
Novotel was clean, quite spacious, and good value for a London hotel. The staff were particularly friendly and helpful making the stay very enjoyable. Room service menu is limited but breakfast service was superb
C. A.
Amazing place. Friendly personnel. Make sure you check up Bokan, the restaurant at the 36th floor. One of the best views in London.
S. A.
Staff were lovely, very helpful and polite - room and view was amazing. Would stay here again !

We asked for a view and were certainly not disappointed, very clean, staff friendly, location great for what we wanted, only downside was the complementary mini bar, was very sparse

Good hotel, nothing exceptional, but no major flows. Corresponds to what you would expect from a 4-star Novotel.

Great views, attentive staff, would like some more seating on the top bar which we booked out but it was fine. The toilet is the best view of London.
Y. H.
Rooms are very big, just as the amazing bathroom.
The view from the terrace over London's skyline is just stunning!!!
I'd reccomend this hotel to everyone, as you can reach the city center in about 10min with the Jubilee line.
G. W.
Simply superb hotel. Excellent staff, premises and facilities. The roof top bar and restaurant are spectacular

Friendly personal, beautiful skyline from the restaurant.
Brand new hotel in Canary Warf
Great!
M. M.
Great hotel at a reasonable price. The room is nice, clear and comfy. Despite the nearby construction business no noise to be spotted.
R. M.
Absolutely amazing night out. As per usual, staff was extremely attentive, great vibe and good music. Highly recommend Bōkan at Novotel Canary Wharf
B. B.
Nice place. Barman knocked up one hell of a drink as you can see. Shame too many fake people there flashing money to make a statement.
B. C.
Great view, delicious cocktail
H. C.
Excellent hotel across the quay from the Financial Disrict in Canary Wharf. A pedestrian walking bridge takes you across the quay. The top floor dining is itself something to enjoy, along with the great food.

If you are going to Canary Wharf, I highly recommend this hotel. It has everything and the decor is just amazing. I want to live here!
N. F.
Staying here for a few days and staff are very helpful and make feel at home and the bar on the 28 floor lovely we spent lot of time there kaka!!. Canary wharf is quiet nice too and shops are fine and great places to eat.
E. T.
It's a nice hotel with very lovely rooms, although for me I found the food a little too fine dining for me. Breakfast was lovely and there are great views over Canary wharf.
B. A.
Really well thought out rooms with comfortable beds and clever auto-frosting glass that hides (or reveals!) the shower occupant. Nice staff and modern decor.
T. B.
Amazing stay here, great views, rooms, breakfast and bar area. Would highly recommend
R. M.

D. H.
I have stayed here twice now, never disappointed. Great service, clean and new rooms. Rooftop bar which is nice with good views
B. W.
The views from the bar are among the best in London, the drinks are really reasonable for the area, and the staff are so friendly and helpful. This is a great addition to Canary Wharf!
F.
Great views. Pity there are so many cranes ruining the landscape. You either book or you can try and stay outside, which is good only on very warm days.
R. M.
Clean and well turned out room. Friendly and thoughtful staff. Great breakfast - Gluten free friendly with gluten free bread available.
D. D. R.
Hotel with everything you need, however everything seems a bit cramped. From the reception to the narrow corridors. Staff were friendly and helpful.
O. J.
Best hotel we have stayed in in London with superb views over the river. Superb breakfast, Love the electronic privacy glass I the Shower
M. H.
Great environment to work in and the staff made sure I was well looked after. Really stylish and welcoming hotel.
I. M.
Very nice new hotel, nice decor, has a pool and the restaurant is on the 37th floor so great views. Restaurant is relatively pricey compared to usual Novotel.
P. H.
Great location, great decor and views - Bar Staff really slow on level 38 (lads on level 39 much quicker). If the bar staff were better it would be 5 stars !!!
J. T.
Amazing! We were treated like royalty. Beautiful room & fantastic views. Definitely recommend it.
J. M.
Have changed to 5 stars! since I love this hotel, I have stayed lots of times and wouldn't consider anywhere else when in Canary Wharf

D. S.
Lovely new hotel with fabulous views. Just need to get breakfast sorted as it was a bit chaotic with not enough tables or staff
F. A.
Stayed in a standard double room, decent size, views not so great, great beddings, shower rather than bath tub. For a £25 charge, breakfast options were not the most value for money.
D. N.
The rooms where modern and clean with service providing what you need quickly, with only being a quick walk away from the train station we where able to enter London Central with ease, would definitely stay again
B. V.
Clean and modern. Beautiful view and the terrace!
Nice breakfast.
Loved it! We will definitely come back!

Friendly and helpful staff, chic modern entrance standard Novotel hotel rooms. Wheelchair access.

Nice hotel with a great view of London City and Thames river, all public transport (Bus, DLR, Tube) is very near by so it is really easy to get around London from here.
