Stayed at this hotel for the weekend with family. Good location with easy access to Paddington tube station. There is also a train station car park nearby which is convenient if you are driving down to London. The hotel is situated in a lovely business/social hub area. However, it is near a train track for those ultra light sleepers.
The family room was dated and slightly smaller that what I have seen before but had good amenities. The toilet is separate to the shower etc. No sink next to the toilet which is not ideal.
The breakfast was very good and the staff were lovely. Overall a good stay if you are planning to be out and about in London and need a convenient base.

Great location. Lovely staff. Good bar. Rooms were excellent for the money. The only let down is the pool. It's very small and there is a sign saying max people in the pool is 11. Took the kids down and it was empty but within 10 minutes there were 23 people in there! Like sardines in a can. Rule needs to be better policed as there were sooo many people in there it felt like a big risk to health.

Neighborhood being transformed over the years, along the canal.
Many offices. Modern buildings. This hotel is well located and very convenient. Good service. Satisfied. And very welcoming receptionist. With a big smile. That’s appreciated.

Nice hotel within walking distance of Paddington Station in the impressive Paddington Central development with various restaurants and a Sainsbury's Local nearby.
Everything very clean, friendly and attentive reception and bar staff.
I've deducted a star from my rating because:
1. There was no housekeeping service provided to our room on the second day, despite us placing a door hanger requesting this. This was unacceptable for a hotel in this price bracket. It is only fair to point out, however, that the reception staff were apologetic and helpful when we requested more tea bags, toilet roll, etc.
2. The breakfast was rather limited and basic, on a par with a Travelodge breakfast.

Great hotel and with warm welcoming staff.
I was treated very well by one of staff “Amy” and she was very supportive with all provided guidance and assistance, really appreciating her skills and experience.
Thanks.

Can't rate this hotel highly enough, nothing was too much trouble for the excellent staff. Hotel is clean safe, yummy breakfast, great pool, lovely quiet central location. Beautiful room, just brilliant.

This hotel is situated in a great area as it it close to many different restraunts and is a stone's throw away from Paddington Station. The facilities at the hotel were good and the staff were really friendly. However, the rooms seemed to be a little dated and the toilet was separate from the bathroom, which came across as a small inconvenience. The cleanliness of the room was good but I did find some hairs stuck to the wall of the stand-up shower. The pool was great but the changing rooms were closed making it really awkward to get changed as you leave the pool as you either have to use the disabled toilet or run back up to your room in your swimming kit. Despite this, I still really enjoyed the pool and the saunas. Overall, my stay at Novotel Paddington was good and I recommend coming here as a place to stay in London as it isn't too far from Central.

I booked the hotel ONLY because of the swimming pool etc. Then they closed the pool - I understand that. However they could have done far more to facilitate me as the hotel reneged on the service I paid for. They should be some form of compensation.

Great location and friendly front desk employees. The rooms are really hot though and when asked (twice) to look at the air conditioning no one showed up. Housekeeping isn’t the fastest, when we came back to our room to freshen up around 5, nothing had yet been done. Breakfast is good, but the crew is almost aggressive in cleaning the tables. Family room is just a added sleeping couch, not recommended when traveling with teenagers. The room is too small. It was okay-ish for a couple of nights, but we won’t be coming back.

Staff very friendly and full of advice for tourists. Bar and food very good and reasonably priced. Nice pool although it has no shallow end and is 1.5m deep. Not ideal for non swimmers and children. Sauna and steam facilities clean. Only down side is the heat in room. The cooling system is rubbish and if you leave the window open the noise from the train lines are very loud. Rooms clean and no issues.

Very close to Paddington Station ie next door! View from 8th floor bedroom window was train tracks but not in room much so no probs ! Heard trains a bit but triple glazing kept most noise out. Rooms were clean and spacious. Bed and pillow a little hard for me but he slept well. Toilet was separate from bathroom which was a little worrying for a while! Room only so no info on food

Excellent location, staff are fantastic but the rooms are dated. The toilet is in a cupboard by the door but the sink is in the bathroom. The bathroom is stained and the shampoo/shower gel provided are awful, really basic.
I had an executive room which was exactly the same as my colleagues rooms which were standard.
Poorly insulated, you can clearly hear (wakes you up) all the noise from the station.
For the price I really expected more and was very dissapointed.
If your staying for business the location is unbeatable. But if this is for pleasure spend your money elsewhere.

Just stayed here and checked out today. Second stay and will definitely stay again. What make this hotel so nice are the staff . Very professional and very very helpful and happy to oblige. I stayed a month ago at a 4 star on Westminster bridge and the staff were no where near as nice and welcoming as the ones here . Novotel group , take notes of these guys and reward them so they stay.

There are some basic things that are really lacking here. Plugs in the rooms close to the bed to charge a phone and temperature control in the rooms or laughable. We turned on the ‘air cooling system’ before going out for dinner in October - it was as hot as the middle of summer in our room when we returned. Total garbage especially given that this is a new building.
There are some other nice things at this hotel but let’s face it - if I can’t sleep at night because it’s too hot then this was a waste of money.

Best Hotel we have stayed in. Staff are lovely and helpful above and beyond. Food is the best ever and the hotel is beautiful. Will return again soon

Great location Friendly staff Clean and silent rooms

The rooms in are a bit cold as there are only central heaters and there aren't many outlets to charge phones, computer.

The hotel staff were very welcoming, if somewhat understaffed, during our visit. This is understandable given the issues with COVID. The lobby and general spaces were all immaculate and nice. Our room was on the 3rd floor and was light and spacious; we had 2 adults on the queen bed and 2 children on the sofa bed. The fit and finish of the room could have been better with poor edging and finishing. Our shower leaked out of the side of the shower door into a large puddle too. Housekeeping was brilliant, freshening up the room once ordered to make sure the room was clear. We also used the laundry which returned our clothes later that evening washed and pressed. The hotel's location was perfect, a short walk from Paddington station for bus and underground connections. There are plenty of amenities and things to walk to nearby such as Little Venice. We used the hotel pool every day, unfortunately, the hotel had decided to clean and maintain the pool at 3 pm on the Monday of arrival, much to ours and lots of other guest’s disdain. However, it was free for use for the rest of our stay. It was cool (not heated) 1.5m deep and 3x6m - perfect for messing around with the kids. It is limited to 11 persons, and children need supervising due to the depth. However, there was a steam and sauna; however, it was hit and miss if these were working during our stay. We booked breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant, and the breakfast was fantastic, with fruit, yoghurt, cereal, pastry, and cooked options. However, the evening dinner service left much to be desired. The average time we waited for dinner to arrive was 2-3h for two courses. The waiting staff were understaffed and struggled to run a bar, table service, and bring out food - creating an abysmal experience. The final night was the worst, with a starter not being cooked and our two children’s meals not being cooked and brought out 15 minutes after the adult food. The bar service was poor with lagers being brought out for ales and more than 1" of head on lagers being poured. I would recommend staying at the hotel - but would wholeheartedly recommend steering clear of the restaurant and bar during your stay.

Rooms are ok. Service ok. Location is perfect. Close ( all walking distance) to station, musea, parks,(regents & hide ), kensington gardens, shops (westfield) but breakfast is minimal (NO fresh fruit/ NO omelets/ NO poached egg/ NO cheese or Ham etc) the pool is fairly small and is 1.55 meter deep over the whole lengh og the pool so hard to stand ( not easy for untrained swimmers and (little) children Sauns and Steamroom were broken

Great pool and bar area. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Had a really good anniversary here.
Thank you for the card and cake.

Had a fantastic stay. Henry and all the staff couldn't do enough for us. Nice little pool which was great as has hoist for disabled. Big rooms and bathrooms great location
S. J.
Staff were very helpful room was lovely, well glazed no out, breakfast was well stocked and tasty. Lovely location and well situated for travel bus bus/tube I to central London. Pool is small and there were lots of kids but it's that time of year. We did have a small confusion with the parking charges but the manager Henry was super helpful with regards for this. The car park is apcoa and is £30 for 24 hours, if you ore book you could get charged more so worth checking it's safe and overed I. CCTV and about a 5 minute walk. I will definitely stay with them again at this hotel it was the staff at the hotel tat made it they are a credit to you Novotel

Really enjoyed our stay here. As a family of four we had 2 singles and a queen sized bed. The room was a good size, with a separate toilet and bathroom which was good. The staff were great and the breakfast too. The location we thought was ideal as it's close to Paddington Station however we walked to alot of places including Lords Cricket Ground and Madamme Tussards. Its close to the canal with some great eateries on the boats. You also have a sainsburys 5 minutes away. Also there is an active nightlife here with some bars, they never really troubled our sleep surprisingly nor did the trains but that was probably because we were shattered everyday.

I thought this standard of hotel was ... Well, standard . Eyes have been opened and I have stayed in a lot of hotels.
Honestly, from check in onwards I have been truly amazed. Every interaction with the hotel staff has been nothing but amazing. Everyone was polite, engaging and helpful.
The rooms offer peace and quiet and are of a high standard but that's not what I want to focus on - I want to tell everyone who reads this that it's possibly one of the top ten hotels I've been in because of the staff.
Bravo.

Stayed in the suite for a week (11th floor). Suite room was spacious, wear and tear here and there. Fridge wasn’t stocked and was not working. Sink was blocked but they fix this relatively quickly once reported. Room cleaning took a bit of time, some days the room was not cleaned when we returned around 3pm. When they finally got to our room (due to Covid we had to leave the room so they could clean). Access to gym and swimming pool currently need to be booked in advance. Room service was a bit slow as well but probably again due to Covid.
E. P.
Very bad accommodation experience.. The service is very bad every time you enter the room, you must go to the reception until the key is programmed, it is tiring and exhausting and the problem has not been fixed until this moment, I do not recommend staying in this hotel
m. g.
All staff were very friendly and welcoming
Room and hotel facilities were lovely and clean
Swimming pool was quite, infact we were the only family there!
Food was lovely (both breakfast and dinner)
Staff left a plate of chocolates and a happy birthday message on both plate and in a card, which my son was thrilled about (thanks so much!)
Would definitely recommend 👍
L. A.
No air conditioning (despite making it look like they do). Plug sockets positioned as far away from the bed as possible making it impossible to charge and use your phone in bed at the same time. Literally no idea what they gain from that but clearly a purposeful decision.
Friendly, helpful staff.
E. M. T.
Lovley Hotel lovely staff food was good
Only problem with it was our son had a very uncomfortable sofa bed which I tried to sleep on to give him one good night's sleep
Didn't want to complain as we only stayed three nights
D. M.
They accommodated every request we had. Every member of staff was friendly and helpful. Some rooms may not be stunning, but our experience was fantastic .

Brilliant hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, rooms are nice with an interesting layout.
The terrace (located on floor M) is absolutely spectacular with brilliant views of the sunset at night.
The pool (Floor M) may not be very big however to have a large pool in a hotel in London is quite tricky, however it has a sauna, steam room and a gym.
The location is brilliant, in the beautiful Paddington Central area, surrounded by trees, and the brilliant Grand Union Canal and the Paddington Basin, with floating parks on the canal, many restaurants on parked-up boats and on land as well (Obviously).

hotel reception using dirty tricks ,thats why i just cancelled my staying there !!! i have made phone call to reception and ask about swimming pool ,they told me as you make reservation you can book time slot for your swimming pool ,thats what i have done and ring them to book swimming pool hour with my kids ,but i was told that i can book swimming pool just on arrival day ,but im comming on saturday 14.00 and its very unlikely i will get my hour in pool ,and what i will see just my kids tears ,its very bad trick by hotel stuff just cancelled my stay in hotel

Very rude reception staff and food manager. My family and I were spoken to terribly on many an occasion due to incompetencies of the staff. We will not be returning!

Very clean and good decor, Polite and helpful staff make the hotel excellent... room design abit weird having the toilet seperate to room then to wash your hands you have to walk via the room to the bathroom ...anyway i was given a compliment upgrade to my room.
Excellent food, for ale carte, Christmas dinner, and breakfast. Polite staff at bar and staff in dining area go beyond as i was late for breakfast but the manager and staff made me fresh eggs and hashbrowns. Would stay here again

In my opinion, the Novotel Paddington was average at best. We stayed at a holiday inn for 1/3 of the price a few weeks ago and the room was up to the same standard as the Novotel. The pool area was good but the sauna/steam room were not turned on until 5pm and when someone turned them on, they didn’t work! The lady was not apologetic at all and seemed angry and not bothered at all. The breakfast was quite nice and had a wide range of food to choose from. The location of the hotel is a 8 minute walk to Paddington Station and is situated in a new development of office buildings and shops. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay.

Horrendous time. Really dated room despite the recently renovated locale, and not cleaned to a good standard. A good location for West London travel but a real waste of money

Excellent customer service skills and rooms were very nice. Also the women who was working at the bar, named begin with a "I" was very welcoming and had excellent customer service skills.

I stayed at novotel Paddington hotel for 3 days with my family. My wife and 2 kids. We had an amazing stay that was filled with good breakfasts, wonderful service, and more. A receptionist named Celine was ever so kind and helpful. She allowed us to check in early after knowing that we had a very long flight. Not only that, but she left us a special treat that our family loved. Such a generous gesture. Celine was very graceful and professional. I hope that her acts of kindness are not overlooked by the company that she works for. We were also treated with wonderful activities to use up our time. The pool and gym was very good and fun for the family. The breakfast was delicious and well cooked. There was a variety of foods and refreshments served all throughout the day as well. Our stay was overall very pleasant.

I stayed in the Novotel in Paddington for a business trip for one night and was not disappointed. The location is great if you have a meeting in this area.
The room was comfortable, (but) without any extras. Also, it was very quiet, which is very important to me.
The only two things which could be improved, is that I saw glass/bottle stains on the table/sideboard, which shows that cleaning could be improved. Furthermore, the breakfast Options are quite limited (e.g. freshly prepared eggs are not served).
Otherwise, I will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed a two night stay here while attending a family wedding. The staff, bar one grumpy waitress, were very friendly and obliging. The room rate was good so I recommend booking well in advance. Location is excellent. There was some noise from outside but it didn't go on until too late. Room spacious (standard) and very clean and the bed very comfy. Breakfast truly excellent with good choices. Would definitely return

All in all the hotel was OK. Given the price per night you clearly pay for the premium location rather than a premium accommodation. It's not bad, just merely adequate for a premium pricetag.
The opening hours of the gym are inadequate. If your business starts early but you still want to be able to enjoy breakfast without hurry, a gym opening only from 6am does not work at all. I am used to 24/7 gyms in hotels charging only half as much per night as this Novotel while offering better rooms too.

Very average hotel. Don't be fooled by the good photography of the property. The rooms don't have air con, just a forced air system which doesn't get the room cool, the swimming pool was closed when we stayed, and also the pool is not very big. Ultimately, if you think of this as a slightly upgraded Travelodge you won't be disappointed. Problem is, they don't charge Travelodge-esque prices. Better options around.

Stayed there last week. Location is very good right outside of Paddington train station. 15 express train to London Heathrow. Close to lots of eating places. Convenient to public transportation. We ended up using Uber most of the time since the cost is similar for the family and better pickup/drop off location. Buffet breakfast was reasonably price and has most of what we needed. Overall, we would stay there again.

Great hotel! Superb for families, the location, the service, the royal breakfast.
Nothing is too much for the staff of this hotel which makes this hotel stand out above many others.
I’ve stayed in London many times and since I’ve found this hotel nothing can convince me to stay anywhere else.
Paddington is such a nice place to be, especially Little Venice.
A lovely place where every corner is a worth taking a picture!

Loved my time here. When booking I told them it was my girls birthday.
And behold, we got a room on the 10th floor. And in the room we had a card and a small chocolate cake.
It couldn't have been any better. Thank you so much guys!
Buffet breakfast was lovely. Our meal was also nice. As it was pre-paid for dinner and breakfast, you have to pay extra for the steak.

Amazing hotel. Very nice staff, amazing breakfast and food. Clean rooms. Has a gym and swimming pool. It is located in a very good spot that has access to lots of transport. There are many busses around and Paddington station is a two minute walk from hotel. Highly recommend staying here.

There are a couple of things I look at when rating hotels. Location, cleanness, service and accommodation. I was very surprised at this hotel in a good way. Room was good size as was the 55 inch TV with xbox. Which is great if your staying with kids. The setup of the bathroom was nice because the shower and bath tub was in another room. The hotel was very clean. There is a workout room and pool. Which we used and its was very fun for the kids. Swim at the pool is at your own risk. They offer breakfast and it's a buffet style. My whole family love it. Lots of food to choose from. Now for the service. I have to say I been in a lot of hotel. But the service at the hotel is better then anywhere I have been. Everyone there are very friendly and go out of there way to help and make your stay wonderful. Location there are lots of food place next to the hotel even a little grocery store.

My overall 6 nights stay was comfortable. Late check-out was available due to a later flight, which was much appreciated. Room was cleaned everyday with no issues. Breakfast was satisfying, good variety of food. Room service could be better, but breakfast room service was excellent! Perhaps there should be more options for room service (Sides and a few additional Mains). Facilities provided was sufficient, loved having a Nespresso machine as well as a kettle for tea. Did not have time to utilise the gym. I would have loved to have bathrobes in the room. Bathroom door does not close entirely therefore making the floor flooded with water after a shower. Bathtub was perfect but having a bathbomb or bubble bath gel would be nice added touch.
J. T.
Only stayed for a half day due to flight rescheduling but the rooms were fine. The toilet and shower were seperated in our room which was nice but the shower leaked a lot. The room was exceptionally hot and made sleeping very difficult despite trying to control it. The hotel lobby looks well kept and the bar and menu looked alright. There were no USB outlets in the room which was frustrating. One staff member was a bit gruff at 4:00 in the morning. If you want to call an Uber you need to call the driver and expkain they need to push a button to be let in by security since there is a gate. Its a bit annoying but some may like the extra security.

A perfect hotel experience for us. Located near Paddington Station and Little Venice, there were plenty of things to do in the immediate vicinity and an easy trip into the city for anything else we wanted. The room was perfect for our needs, the AC was appreciated, the WiFi was fast, and the staff was helpful. We did have one incident where the staff had given us the keys to a room that was still occupied which was embarrassing for everyone, but once they corrected the check-in we were golden. Still, you can't do that-- what if they had given someone else the keys to our room?-- so we cannot give 5-stars.
C. M.
We were welcomed by friendly and helpful Marco, who informed us we were selected as Guest of the Day (a nice start) and given a free breakfast and a drinks card. All of your staff was welcoming and friendly. The room was comfortable, the breakfast was nice, hot, and filling, and the drink in the evening (served by friendly and enthusiastic Carolina) was enjoyed after a long day out. We did not have a chance to try the pool or fitness room. The location was convenient for public transportation and despite the location, the room was very quiet.
M. S.
Stayed here for a weekend break, hotel was lovely, staff were also very polite and friendly. Views can be amazing however the particular view we had was not as amazing as one of our family members rooms (can't complain however you get what you're given!) Only downside would be the bar menu is quite limited so if you were looking to go somewhere for cocktails would be best to go to a local bar.
J. D.
Very happy with our stay. Very professional, clean modern room. Great staff (2 dark haired girls from Russia or similar at the bar, 1 was pregnant, and the big guy who seemed to be there all the time greeting everyone and took our bags to the room etc.) with great food and drinks at the hotel bar, big TV, Great breakfast, lots of healthy options. We are travelling around Europe from Western Australia and really appreciate a nice hotel.
M. J.
Room was a little small for 4 people and very warm despite fan set to coolest. Shower was broken but was fixed promptly by maintenance. Asked cleaner twice for an extra mug but did not get this. Hotel is lovely, staff were very pleasant, pool was great, everywhere clean and a great location. Kids loved the Xbox! Really enjoyed our stay, thank you!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Hotel was well located & easy to get to from Euston.Very welcoming, friendly, cheerful & helpful staff- liked the free creme egg when we were departing. Breakfast was very nice, particularly enjoyed the pastries & cereals, although the cooked breakfast was disappointingly lukewarm & very unappealing on the first morning, when it was piled high & icecold. Pool, steamroom & sauna were great & pool was just at the right temperature. Room was clean & air conditioned to the perfect temperature but lacked wardrobe space & bathroom was a bit cramped. Overall very happy
T. E.
Room wasn't set up when we arrived despite booking listing 2 adults and 2 children. Bed was comfy and breakfast was very good. Service at breakfast was too quick with plates, cups etc removed before we'd finished eating
A. M.
DISCLAIMER: We booked with a 50% sale offer and would not have chosen this hotel at full price. There are better options at that price range.
The price aside: Great staff, amazing breakfast and nice facilities with two saunas and a smaller 10 meter pool. Easy to get to from Heathrow airport using the express. Only two stops followed by a 15 minute walk in pretty much a straight line along the Paddington Basin.
The room we got was bigger then average for the price. It was well maintained and clean but the electronics such as the TV and speaker were a little outdated. For instance, the speaker had the old wide pre-iPhone 6 connector at the docking station. This is a very minor gripe however and overall an amazing weekend stay.
A. B.
Stayed at the Novotel for the weekend with my family. Although we were made to wait until after 4pm to check in, we were given a complimentary drink. The location. Is fantastic, with lovely spots near by. Close to the train station, so it was no problem to get in and out. The hotel itself was lovely, and quite inexpensive. Perfect for our weekend in the capital.
J. C.
We really enjoyed our stay. We have just a couple of thing to say: 1 we had to remake the keys to often because they stop working after touching any electronic stuff. 2 it could be helpfull to charger the phone closer to the bed.
The place was amazing! We used the swimming pool and the spa and we really enjoyed but I think it could be nice to add other services like massages also because I think it's safe if someone actually check the swimming pool if something happend.
Last thing to say it's about the staff. We work in an hotel too, I am a chef and my girlfriend is on the bar. I think they should be more friendly, smile a little bit more. It's nice to ask how did you sleep and what did you do tonight. Talking about bar and restaurant they were a bit cold most of them. I didn't see enogth smiles. The reception staff was kind of fine. Just some of them were to to prepared for the job but almost all of them were nice. But from all the staff we had a real nice conversation just with one girl. Also the cleaner were nice ladies, really polite and nice.
R. i. U.
Not bad at all. Had our room upgraded to an executive room thanks to my wife's gold membership. Room was clean and comfortable but, being on the top floor, we had a low bassy hum coming from the heating unit on the roof. They moved us to the floor below with no quibbles. Would have been helpful to know that the lockers in the health centre required change before I got down there without my wallet.
K. B.
Location was great. Bed linen and towels need replaced. Very worn and dirty looking. Pillows also need replaced. Also we were given a complimentary mini bar and we went out for the day and upon our return it was emptied. We spoke to reception and they had no idea why this would be and said they would replenish it.. never did. Very odd

I celebrated my birthday there everything was amazing

We stayed 1 night via a special anniversary offer from Novotel so the price for B&B was excellent. The room was clean and the shower great which is the minimum we ask from hotels. Friendly staff and a lovely swimming pool were the other positives. The only area the hotel needs to look at is ensuring the hot breakfast buffet actually is hot rather than lukewarm. All in all a pleasant stay in a nice location surrounded by eateries.
G. S.
On arrival, the checkin was very smooth and easy. The lady on reception, very helpful. The rooms where very clean and tidy, however as a family of four, they are very small. By the time the sofa bed is set up, there is just know room to move around. We all had large bags, so really konw place to put them.
The breakfast however, was fantastic. Lots of variety other than a standard cooked or continental breakfast on offer. The guacamole and pomegranate was delicious!
A. B.
Friendly greeting on arrival and helpful staff member for checking in process. The room was very comfortable, no external noise thanks to double glazed windows. All facilities you would expect including small mini fridge. I included the dinner package and thought it was excellent value. Great location in Paddington Basin area, pleasant 5 minute stroll along Canal to Paddington station. Very good walk the opposite direction to Little Venice.
G. R.
Service from staff was excellent. Breakfast was very good. Location was very good. Overall well maintained and pleasing to the eye, including the room.
Towels seemed clean when dry but smelt mildly like puss(!) when wet/moist. Seemed to have been washed with very little or no detergent. This to me is a big deal.
Aircon did not work at all even though there was a sign which asked to put it at the lowest temperature. We had to keep the window open.
Couldn't understand why the toilet could not have been in the bathroom so that there would be more space in the bathroom.
N.
Good hotel. Used the gym and swimming pool facilities which was nice. Rooms were good as well.
P. S.
Nice hotel in the business district of Paddington. Easily accessible by public transport. From 11 p.m. unfortunately no chance in the area to be able to drink something. The hotel bar is open until midnight. Breakfast is good and plentiful. Important everything is clean.
P. P.
The reception area was beautiful and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was not the best. I think the bedding should have been another color besides white and it was not very comfortable. The bathroom was very strange to me. The shower door was only half there so water got all over the floor. The water did not get very hot either. Also, the door to the bathroom was not really a door but a panel with a skinny mirror. Would have preferred an actual door. No ventilation in the bathroom that we could turn on. I would say for the price it was an average hotel. It's very convenient though, which is a huge bonus.
P. W.
Hotel is easy to access from Paddington station. We got the room when we arrived at 11 a.m. and the front desk receptionist noted that we have stayed earlier at the hotel. Breakfast was good and the service friendly. However, I asked to clean the floor in our room since there was some dust/sand under the bed, but it never happened. It give an image that the carpet is not cleaned well enough. Otherwise the room was ok.

Nice, modern & spacious rooms. Staff were very polite & helpful at all times. Breakfast was nice although a tad on the expensive side. Small area for the kids included computer games, there was also an xbox in the room. There's a spa & gym that can be used by guests but we didn't use it. Location is great for access to Paddington Station & Hyde Park is a short walk away.

Efficient and friendly check-in. Room available earlier than expected which was excellent. Gift for our daughter was really appreciated. Room very clean and well stocked. Quiet room and comfortable beds made for good night's sleep. Fantastic breakfast with lots of options.
P. M.
Very close to train station. Surrounded by a variety of restaurants, cafes, bars, gym inside, larger gym nearby. Good breakfast, decent bar inside. Friendly staff. Room layout could be better e.g. plugs for phone charger are miles away from the bed and bedside table?
J. C. K.
Lovely experience, the room was clean, beds nice, the pillows were not to my liking (minor), and the workout room was well equipped. I did dine for evening dessert which was delicious, but the waitress never came back. This is my second positive experience with this business.
K. R.
A great find... Literally yards from Paddington station, by the canal, in a recently renovated area that was restively quiet, with restaurants nearby. Staff were super helpful and friendly, rooms were clean. Nice bar area with plenty to choose from, including bar food. Breakfast was included in our rate and was excellent value for money.
E. H.
Convenient location to Paddington train/tube & local shops. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Check-in process easy with the exception of issues of room keys which either did not work or would deactivated. Rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. The only negatives: AC not working adequately, shower smaller your standard size, shower leaked out onto floor, and odor from sink.

We enjoyed our stay at Novotel Paddington. The location was amazing and we all thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast at the hotel. The rooms were a little squishy with four people (there was hardly any space to put our luggage or move around). The staff were fairly knowledgeable and extremely helpful when we checked in early.
B. C.
Had an amazing stay at Hotel Novotel. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the beds were really comfortable. The breakfast buffet was really good but a bit expensive. The swimming pool was a huge plus! Overall, a great place!

Firstly, I managed to get a deal on the room so in this way I was happy. However I wouldn't have been if I were paying full price!
I did the pre-check in on my phone on the way to the hotel.
We only arrived about an hour before check in but were told the room wasn't ready (fair enough, though many cheaper hotels have been able to accomodate us).
When it was ready, the pre-check in seemed to be utterly pointless as it still took the lady ages to check us in. Then when I enquired about the email I had received (saying £100 had been taken from my account, despite pre-paying for the room months ago) she seemed confused and said £50 was for the room and £50 for security. At this point I was doubting myself if I had actually paid for the room or not!
Room was nice & pool was a lovely extra but would've been nice if the sauna & steam room were on.
The next morning I questioned the money again (with the same lady) and after about 10 mins tapping on her keyboard finally spoke to us! SHe showed our account which didn't have the pre-paid money in. Strange - I had definitely paid!
Location was good but at the end of an odd dead end road which smelt like marijuana!
Overall room was good but was spoilt by the lady at reception (her name began with a C, she had long hair & long nails!)
T. V. O.
Very nice rooms, great breakfast, open buffet with everything that would be convenient for everyone. Rooms are quite and newly renovated. They have large screen tv and room service is great. Very clean and nice rooms for the price paid. Just not vey close to the station, 6-7 minutes walk
L. B.
Great for a work event! We were here having a conference with our work team, and the hotel staff was so hospitable. Our amenities were always taken care of, and the room we were in was very spacious and comfortable. We would use this space again for another event!
C. V. K.
The room was very good and the location was very good. Nice hotel for a family, and good breakfast. But eating dinner at the restaurant was not a pleasant experience. It took over 2 hours to get the meals, and within that time we never got our deserts!! You can't use over 2 hours 2 serve a famliy with small children! And the beefs we ate were not cooked to the specifications we ordered. When you order a medium-rare beef, ypu can't serve one which is well done! And the table was not emptied between the cources, so the dirty dishes just piled up on the table!
Over all a good experience, but you must do something about your restaurant service!
The Wi-fi connection at the hotel was very bad. It was very slow and we often lost the connection and couldn't re-connect!
A. M.
Always a pleasure to stay here. Modern and recently furnished hotel has an upscale feel about it. Rooms are a reasonable size, always clean and fresh. Room service is good quality and varied. Location is short walk down the canal from Paddington station. Close proximity to Microsoft and Vodafone officers for the business visitor. Various restaurants, a Starbucks and Sainsbury's all very close. In-room Xbox are a nice touch, but could do with updating from a 360 to a One.
F.
First of all, the staff is super friendly. I did read some reviews claiming the opposite but then again I also heard how some guests talk to the staff. Should those guest be reminded they are talking to human beings that are in no sense worth less than themselves? And still, while hearing some customers treat staff as rude, the staff kept smiling and replying. So my bet is if you treat the staff like people, you get the chance to see their great willingness to serve you at your best. Being pregnant, I even got a pregnant-proof breakfast with hard boiled eggs, served at my table.
Next to that, I love the pool and gym! Free to use for all guests, what a treat!
Location is also great as the area is really safe and you get anywhere in London pretty fast from Paddington.
I stayed here twice now for a couple of days and I will definitely come back on my next trip!
H.
A modern hotel in a good location. WiFi throughout and internet connected computers with printing facilities available for guest use in reception.
Twin rooms very comfortable with bigger than average beds. Separate toilet and bathroom within room.
Rooms very comfortable and well insulated from outside noise.
Good variety of continental and cooked breakfast.
The hotel is in a quiet area about 5 mins walk from Paddington overland station.
P. O.
Friendly staff, but very small room for 4 persons. One og the sofabeds was broken, noticed that quite late. Staff tried to fix the bed and did offer other room. After some difficulty the bed was somewhat acceptable to be fixed better ind the morning. The mattres in the same bed was not nice, very big spot on it from former kid accident. The pool had Nice temperature but the changing room with only one shower was inadequate. No toilet in poolarea, og changingroom, had to go further out to find one - and there was only one for both male and females. I was not impressed with the hotel...
P. Z.
I was expecting alot more from such a reputable company and for the cost that I had paid for the room. After the first night we had to swap rooms as the bathroom was covered in mold. The second room was better but even when visiting the pool area you can see that the place has not been cleaned often enough and mold is a problem throughout the hotel. Overall I would not stay at this hotel again.
S. T.
This is a great conference centre to host workshops and other business related conferences. The decor is a little out dated but AV equipment is up to date and most pc/macs will work.
I cant comment on the the hotel rooms but i'd expect they'd be suitable for anyones needs. Very close to amenities and quick to get to either the tube for thr city or trains to get to Heathrow relatively quickly.
P. G. M.
We*re regular guests for some years now (with a one year break in between) and we*re very happy with the staff, the room, the breakfast, the location itself. It*s close to Paddington Station, yet quiet and close to the canal. Since last year the area around the hotel has improved immensly with nice planted walks and a new restaurant.
c. p.
Lgreat location. Rooms are bomb proof for sound insulation. Can't hear anything going on at all. Friendly efficient staff. Very clean and well presented.
Could do with turning down the mind blowing banal music in the lobby and breakfast area. Breakfast kept running out of stuff + lacks a little imagination for a good hotel. More like a bed and breakfast... this is an easy fix folks!
J. S.
We had a very good stay - the hotel is new, clean and very modern. It's close to the underground station too and the area is quite.
Supervisor at breakfast has never smiled and she gave me the impression to be disappointed - not very professional.
In reception the situation has been the opposite with nice people, very proactive: unfortunately, they made a mistake on my bill and this has disappointed me a bit (breakfast recharged twice, but invoice adjusted before paying).
B. B.
Spacious, quiet comfortable room - despite being just above Paddington station and the Westway motorway.
Excellent breakfast - the new restricted menu makes a lot of sense, just the loss of some fresh fruit is a disappointment for us, as I can not eat the grapefruit offered - would have given 10/10 but for this.
All staff very friendly and helpful. Pool facilities good.
H. D.
I recently stayed here on a work trip. Would love to give this hotel a 5 stars due to location and it's amenities. However, I got bed bugs. Bites covered my arms and legs. It's been a month and the hotel has done nothing to compensate. Stay away.
M. T. A.
Very conveniently located a short walk from Paddington station so it's easy to connect with the Heathrow Express and move around the city during the stay. Staff are all very courteous and helpful and everything is kept very clean. The breakfast buffet is amazing. Rooms are smaller than North American sizes but everything you require for a business trip is easily available.
D. V. P.
The location of the hotel is rather nice - downtown, near Paddington station but also near to Little venice with less hectic rush than in the rest of the city. Rooms are large compared to other hotels in downtown London (even comparable 4-star hotels).
However, there are minor drawbacks - when taking a shower, the ground of the bathroom is flooded soon - looks like the sealing of the glass door does not do its job.
Beware of the breakfast - the hot dishes are different than hot, they are in fact just about lukewarm, the coffee from the thermo flasks is unenjoyable - the good news, the second day we were able to order cappucino (that was somehow better - even not world class). On Sunday morning the buffet arrangement was less appealing than on Saturday. The staff was also not replacing empty containers (e.g. syrup for the pancakes was not replaced, the large Nutella jar neither). There was no scrampled eggs at all, but at least eggs sunny side up - rather strange for a 4-star hotel. Considering the original price of 16,45 EUR for the breakfast, it is not worth it (limitations in choice and quality).
Let's close with some positive - the bar is quite puristic in style, but offers some nice choice of Gins and all drinks (and also chips/nuts) are at reasonable prices.
M. B.
Staff so welcoming, whether cleaner or front of house. The staff are just as good as the excellent accommodation. Great breakfast too.Pool always good temperature. Good location next to Little Venice.
A. f.
The breakfast was great with plenty to chose from, the service was good and the room was exetremly nice and spacious with a very nice bathroom. The only downside was that it stated the pool was heated but it was still cold for me and my sister. That could just be us though but it was a nice scenery.
S. J.
Such a fantastic hotel. The staff were all brilliant and helpful. Food was lovely and the room was immaculate, I would definitely return.
R. C.
It was the 2nd time my partner and I have stayed at the Novotel in Paddington. I booked it this time because the location was convenient for us. The service could be slightly better, my key card didn't work, I went down to reception 5 times and each time it still didn't work and we just used my partners in the end. There wasn't much urgency at the reception desk to rectify this which was a let down. As my card didn't work I couldn't get into the leisure facilities either. Apart from that the room and stay was fine.
R. C.
Nice stylish hotel! Everything spotless and I wish I stayed longer to enjoy the sauna etc. Breakfast was lovely. Loved the idea of the mini smoothies and first hotel I have had grapefruit juice as an option!
J. A.
Nice hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Room was good, wifi worked well, breakfast menu was excellent.
Convenient location, next to meeting place and with a few restaurants around the corner. Good place to stay if you need to be around Paddington Station.
G. L.
I hated my stay here. Apart from the excellent customer service from the front desk, there was nothing else that was impressive. The towels were worn and discolored, and rough against the skin. Those towels were so old they had whiskers.
Again, the structure of amenities was just wrong (I stayed in Room 414). The toilet was squeezed into a corner by the door. It wasn't in the same enclosure as the shower and bath tub. After using the toilet, you'll have to walk out and go to the bathroom to wash your hands. I didn't consider this sanitary at all as someone with soiled hands will be leaving a trail of bacteria in his/her wake. The toilet should be in the same place as the bath/shower.
I did like that the hotel was only a few minutes walk from Paddington Station. It was also within walking distance of restaurants, and a Sainsbury's store. The area is lively at night. Oh, and there are two floating boat restaurants nearby.
V. V.
We chose this as it was close to Paddington for the Heathrow Express train. What we did not realize is how cool the hotel and surrounding area was. It was a nice change from other parts of London. There is a small river with river boats nearby, a grass amphitheater with a small grocery store and it was 3 minutes walk to get to Paddington. Oh yeah. The hotel is charming as well. Clean, modern. with a nice bar and friendly staff. Would go there again for sure!
H. L.
Great modern hotel just a few minutes walk from London Paddington. The rooms are clean and of a good size. The staff are very friendly and there is a good bar, restaurant, and pool. Good for business, but also family stays. Right next door to the hotel is a supermarket, lots of cafés and restaurants.
R. D.
The location of hotel is good near to Paddington Station. We stayed 10 nights in its standard twin room with good experience, such as the reasonable price for breakfast if booking a day ahead. Room is clean. However, the slipper is only arranged for executive room customers. The overall experience was good so far.
h. e.
Really, this hotel should be a grade below three stars.
Nobody says welcome to you & carry your luggage. Unfortunately, I meet the crude person in reception & he obligated me to pay a full price for a stay because of the problem in his system to earn points as membership & not try to solve the problem. He pushed me to call the company through my mobile to solve the problem & I spend 60 pounds on calling the company.
It was a bad experience with this hotel. I didn't recommend anybody to choose this hotel to stay in.
A.
This is a nice hotel conveniently located near Paddington station especially if you work in the area. During the day there are lot still of restaurants and shops in the nearby basin, but the area is dead at night. Fortunately the proximity to Paddington make sure this a non-issue.
I think the rooms are well appointed, clean, and quiet BUT the beds are exceptionally hard and the pillows are terrible.
The wifi is very quick and reliable and easy to access, and the breakfast is fantastic.
Aside from the bed, the only other thing I dislike is the extremely high prices. It is London, but there are dozens of boutique hotels in the area that are half the price and just as nice.
J. J.
Very nice hotel , good service , nice location near many cafes and restaurants but underground is far. Large room with good view
They don’t have Aircondition
s. g.
Room was just alright; toilet door is frosted glass which lets a lot of light through when someone goes in there at night. No individual heating/cooling unit for the rooms, which when London is in the high 20's, low 30's C makes for an uncomfortable room. The included buffet breakfast was a small selection and was the exact same every day, which would be ok for a stay of 2-3 days, but when there for 9 days......
P. W.
We had a lovely room on the tenth floor, the food was good and quite reasonablely priced, the location was key as it is easy walking distance from paddington station. We used our tesco vouchers which made it a very cheap stay, would definately recommend and would stay sgain. The staff we slso very friendly and helpful .
H. G. K.
The staff is largely unfriendly and the hotel itself is cold and uninviting.
The folks at the hotel bar were even more unfriendly, and the food wasn't that good and largely over-priced for the lack of quality.
I would have given 1 star if it weren't for the breakfast, which really was very good. (But overpriced at 16P - if you pre-commit to breakfast, it's only 9P - more reasonable).
D. S.
There were eight family members in three rooms, comprising grandparents, offspring and partners and two grandchildren. Every member said they really enjoyed their stay in the Novotel Paddington Central. Rooms were comfortable, breakfasts good, nice pool and excellent staff.
H. N.
I found the stay efficient and friendly. I did promptly get an adapter from the receptionist when I asked for it. The room was clean and the waiter with breakfast wished me a "Good day, sir" I will use this hotel again when iI need to go to our UK office.
J. T. F.
Unbelievably hot. I understand that many places in London do not have A/C but a luxury hotel in the summertime? It's an absolute oven inside, and there is no effective way to cool down the rooms. Nobody in my family slept, and there was no way to fix the issue according to front desk staff. Atrocious experience - DO NOT STAY HERE!! (Note - I was credited back 49.20 onto my card for this. I appreciate that, but the review still stands.)
L. L. K.
We stayed a total of 5 nights here, 1 night then checked out and then 4 nights straight. The room was not clean. We had to ask for bedsheet changing, as it caused us itchy. We used tea spoon and left it in the coffee cup before going out in the morning. When we got back to the room at night, we found the spoon and the coffee cup in the bathroom - look like they were cleaned in the bathroom sink! and left them dry there! omg!! Besides, the toiletries were not placed nicely - they were thrown scatteringly!
J. L.
Enjoyed staying at Novotel London Paddington. Very Nice hotel, good breakfast, pleasant staff.
The only thing that did not appeal very much was the smell coming from the bathroom zink, especially when having not been used for some hours. The water lock underneath should probably be cleaned
A. S.
People were reasonably friendly and helpful. Location convenient. Rooms small--ridiculous set up with toilet round the corner from bath with no basin to wash your hands in unless you accessed the main bathroom. "Air-cooling" insufficient --invest in Air Conditioning! London's heatwave really puts this system to the test and rooms were uncomfortably warm. The handyman's suggestion to just open the window--was not a solution especially when the room is over the railroad tracks and you feel like a marching band is live in the room (invest in double glazed windows) Warm the pool it was freezing! Breakfast was good--extend the bar hours especially on the weekend. Perhaps provide all checking in guests a map via email before they arrive at Heathrow indicating how to get from the Heathrow Express to the hotel without circumnavigating the block or put up some signs in Paddington Station indicating a direct route to the hotel. Nothing like being bleary from a long plane trip and having google maps leave you hither and yon. Lastly, found several :"silverfish" (small roaches) in the room get an exterminator in)
D. B.
Room was great and having access to a swimming pool in central London is a bonus. Only downside was the food at breakfast. Not much choice and had to wait for buffet to be replenished. Also having two domestic toasters for a hotel for a hotel full of guests was a joke. At £15 a head I had expected better.
Y. S.
We have stayed at the Novotel Paddington a few times over the past years as it offers rooms for 3pax in a central location with great access to London. The hotel rooms are pretty spacious and well appointed, and the service has always been good. The location is really nice next to London's Little Venice and a quick walk to the main busses, tube and rail lines.
I would highly recommend the hotel for families.
G. H.
Too good to go app breakfast CV shows a selection fresh food. This is not the case. It was dried up greasy over cooked breakfast.
It's false advertising. They don't say about the lack of parking. Or the coldness of staff. Huge disappointment.
A. L.
Very nice rooms and a friendly service. Breakfast is real nice, and so is the immediate vicinity, even though it's an office area. Walking distance to Paddington, which makes the hotel really convenient for Heathrow.
J. C.
we stayed for a week, while visiting london to see the sights. we were happy with the location, our room, the comfort of the beds, the bathroom, service, and the breakfast buffet. the Paddington station being nearby allowed us to travel by underground, train, bus around the city, and we did not need a cab.
The things we did not like as much, was that the bed covering was a bit too heavy for sleeping, so we had to keep the room extra cold. would have rather had a light coverlet or sheet, so we could keep the room warmer. also the bathroom shower door led to some leaking of water onto the floor, so we had to use towels to mop it up.
G. S.
Great hotel , professional staff, clean and good service , but the beds are too hard. Gives me back pain.
The breakfast is good , but the choices are moderate. Very French breakfast and not so usual for us North Europeans :-)
S. A.
Excellent hotel friendly reception staff, cleanliness and facilities, size of room and quality of food.
I have to say we managed to get this hotel under the 50th Anniversary deal for £50 which made it even better as would never afford the full rate but would recommend it to everyone and no one needs to know what we paid
R. S.
Enjoyed our 2 night stay at this modern hotel. Very close walk to Paddington Station which gives you easy access to both Heathrow Airport and the Underground transit system. A few good restaurants close by as well as a Sainsbury and Starbucks. Would definitely stay there again.
R. O.
Great staff. They made our stay very special. They provided us with some complimentary macaroons as it was our first year anniversary. The breakfast was lovely too
M. O.
My family and I stayed here in December the hotel was fantastic clean and tidy, staff were very helpful we had a late check out which was great has are train was not till 4pm our children loved the Xbox in the room and can't wait to re visit the pool was warm and amenities were fab would highly recommend a visit ten minute walk from the station. Defiantly would go back
M. A.
Never asked anything at check in other than for credit card details...and subsequently ended up with a disability specified room. My issue is I wasn't asked if this was OK. Didn't complain at the time as couldn't be bothered as had unpacked. No TV remote in the room but worst thing was the shower. Wet room that stayed wet...very wet. Can not use the toilet or sink without getting wet feet. Takes 6-8 hours to dry (I know this because almost dry in the morning). After 3 days in the room I couldn't wait to get out.
C. S. H.
Having stayed in many Novotel hotels around Australia, we were rather disappointed with the standard of the Novotel Paddington. We stayed in an executive room and changed it once because of a leaking shower that completely flooded the bathroom. The second bedroom had a marginally better shower, however, this one leaked too. The towels in both rooms smelled and felt damp, as did the sheets. The Airconditioning did not work at all which was extremely inconvenient during the heatwave. The bathrobe was nearly in tatters. The only thing good about the hotel was the polite staff.
m. r.
Very nice hotel in the heart of London. Few steps to little Venice. You can walk to Hyde Park, it is only 11 minutes walk. Very nice restaurant. Room was very clean and neat. Staff is very helpful and friendly.
M. R.
Some problems with noise from work outside and the trains. The room where to hot, so We had to have the windows open. Then It got really noisy. Cold water in the shower. Breakfast wad not the best, but okay. Service was nice overal:-)
M. W.
General conference facilities were good although it was quite hot in the room we were in even with the AC on full. Food at the bar was good but it did take quite a while to arrive. Fish and chips was nice!
m. a.
Room was not ready until 17:00, way after 14:00 check in time. Some staff were great but I am still awaiting the kids menu to be delivered to the room that I asked for two days ago. Will not use again.
T. S.
I am impressed with my experience at Novatel Paddington. The staff was friendly, helpful, and beyond accommodating. Beginning with being able to provide an early check in, provide directions, and making me feel welcome, the staff was superb. I will definitely stay here again!
V. M.
Great hotel in a great location
Rooms were good and clean
Service and reception were friendly and helpful.
I'd definitely stay again if I visit London.
Highly recommended
D. T.
The stay was fine, the room was clean and the hotel facilities were ffine, but the whole thing was let down by the lack of a warm shower in the morning. This impacted the whole stay as we had a very busy day the day w checked out and to start it with a luke warm shower sink water was not good.
E. G.
Would highly recommend this hotel! The rooms were big and clean, beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. Big thumbs up to the staff at the hotel that were so helpful and nice , super service-minded!
C. J.
Modern Novotel conveniently located 5 minutes walk from Paddington station and near the Sheldon square complex. Clean, spacious. Attentive staff. Corporate buffet lunch interesting in a good way : small portions of different dishes, lots of choice.
D. M.
Good stay in general, excepting that it is difficult to regulate the water temperature in the shower, and this last time having my room facing the office building was not very pleasant. But all in all the hotel is clean and nice and the staff is very helpful.
C. M.
The room was lovely, the hotel was clean. My only bugbare was the room was only made up for 2 when we booked a 3. They made the bed up but we had to ask again for a third mug, then again for extra towels.
K. B.
The rooms are nice, but the staff really make it. I thought Canadians were the friendliest, but I was happily surprised to be treated so warmly by the Germans, French and Italians (and Brits) working there.
A. R.
This place is superb.
The service was excellent.
The room amazing and the bar had a very nice ambiance.
Its very well located and I could not fault this place at all.
Will definitely be visiting again in the near future..
C. D.
Very good hotel, unbeatable location next to Paddington Station in central London. We stayed with 2 young children, they loved the breakfast and the kiddie corner/table in the lobby. Hotel was quiet and peaceful.
B. T. S.
Great location. Rooms are on the small side buy very nice, clean and pleasant. Bed was very comfortable. Hotel staff very helpful. The lobby is very techy. The swimming pool very good looking.
P. M.
The hotel is 5 minutes walk from Paddington station. There's loads of restaurants and coffee shops around. Staff at the hotel was very friendly. Coffee was good and seats comfy. Only had a coffee there so not much more to say.
J. A.
Nice hotel in a quiet but beautiful surrounding, close to the underground and paddington station so easy to get anywhere. Nice renovated rooms and also a nice pool. Can recommend staying at this hotel.
S. G.
We were well pleased with everything about our stay. The property is well located and choices for where to dine are plentyful. The room was very clean and the staff professional and friendly. The next time I am in London, I will stay here.
R. S.
So far so good. Clean rooms, breakfast is ok but expensive (25 GBP) for just ok. Small gym, but in my experience doesn't get too busy, and a small pool which once again doesn't get too busy.
D. F.
Love the brekkie, supportive kind staff. Good connection to Heathrow express stop in Paddington or other public transport options (but not perfect). Rooms are very clean.
M.
An excellent hotel to stay. Not a Budget friendly hotel to stay but still it is quite reasonable to stay. Facilities are really great.A spacious swimming pool is available there.Wifi Internet speed is really great.Staff behaviour is really great.Food taste is really great.Parking space is large & spacious.Overall it is good hotel to stay.
L. G.
Good and pleasant location, and good breakfast. Small room, but adequate. Separate loo, which is an interesting feature, Very loud and disturbing music in the foyer - particularly annoying early in the morning at breakfast, and generally unnecessarily loud. Generally helpful staff.
R. F. V. E.
Comfortable and clean room. Bed not to soft/hard. Unfortunately limited choice in Mini bar. The floors on which the room are located need to be upgraded and does not reflect the look and feel of the entrance.
D. T.
Our twin room was well appointed with very comfy large single beds, a separate loo and the added bonus of a little fridge stocked with water which was very welcome to come back too after the summer heat of the city.
a. m.
Room & bathroom are fairly small, even though we were in an executive level room
Toilet door was so close to the toilet as to almost be impossible to shut whilst in the room
Close to transport options but very hard for Uber to get to the hotel if outside normal business hours
R. E. L.
Reception was excellent, room and Breakfast very good. Location brilliant for me as I come it to London at Paddington. Have used Hotel many times and will return and not hesitate to recon and it.

Excellent hotel! Early check in was available which made our stay even better. Quality of rooms were excellent. Room was slightly too hot but not a major issue.
J. K.
Nice atmosphere, nicely decorated, very Nice staff, very confortable bed. Bedroom Too hot even with A/C turned off. Good breakfast, safe for children. Good amenities.
B. J. J.
Nice, clean and friendly staff.
A. V.
very nice district nice hotel we enjoyed our stay while we're in London the only bad thing I will have to say my wife bought some food in from another vendor outside in the bartender was very rude and told you she could not outside food even though we're spending money drinks. The bartender stood there for one minute mum I told you you can't eat hear...
W. L.
Always our choice when visting London. Right at Paddington Station. Lovely breakfast. Bag minding facilities. Professional staff. Spacious clean rooms. Excellent free Wi-Fi & internet. In room tea coffee. Qantas points. Great.
L. D.
staff was amazing, everyone helpful and smiley. room was very clean as well and the complimentary upgrade we've received was a very nice touch. thank you so much for your hospitality!
h. f.
We really enjoyed the place. The beds were comfy. Staff was helpful and smiling. The breakfast was very good. The towels could use an upgrade.
J. W.
They only have one size of slippers that are completly to small.
Also they didnt let us in the spa because there were to many people??!!
That never happened to me before in any hotel.
S. M.
Great hotel. Good location. Lots of food choices near by for quick meals to leave extra time for exploring. Convient to tube for travel to all areas of London and Heathrow.
S. M.
Modern, clean, if a bit small. Funky colour shifting lights at check-in and decent breakfast. Kids enjoyed xbox in room. Air-conditioning helped keep us cool.
G. G.
The hotel was a good fit for purpose. I was told to get a room upgrade but when receptionist figured out that I stay longer than 2 days it was not possible. All in all very satisfied with my stay.

Nice contemporary feel, there is a pool so bring a swimsuit. It's close to Paddington station. There is also free ping pong and table hockey in the area when we went. It's near Little Venice. Breakfasts had a hood selection and things I hadn't seen before.
S. G. S.
Really good conference venue, good meeting rooms and coffee, fantastic lunch. Nice location too, still under development at the moment, but will be a buzzing business hub before long. 5mins walk max to Paddington
A. C.
The welcome and room were fantastic. Clean and tidy everywhere. The bar was a bit noisy (annoying clattering of latte mugs on top of the coffee machine), but again staff and service were great.
T. H.
This is a very nice hotel chain. We are from California, US. It was our pleasure to live here in January 2019, and we were there for a week so I think I can review this throughly. The service was extraordinary and the room was clean and upscale.
Pro:
1 The location of this hotel is very good. It is within 10 minutes walk from Paddington Station, which is one of the largest station in London.
2 There are loads of restaurants and stores around the neighborhood. One or two cafe are across the street (1 mins walking). One supermarket, one itsu, couple more restaurants are around the corner (3 mins walking).
3 They have free breakfast. The breakfast is very good, includes American style hot food, all kinds of bread and fruit, yogurt stuff, all kinds of drinks, everything!
4 It’s in a very quiet neighborhood. Some places can be loud and disturbing at night in London, but this is NOT one of those places. Good!
5 If you are working for Microsoft or visiting Microsoft, this is the best place to live. Microsoft is across the street from this hotel, within 1 mins walking.
6 Free WiFi! Best part when you are here to travel.
Con:
1 Gym and swimming is not 24/7. They have business hours for those amenity.
2 If you are coming by train and have a lot of luggage (more than 2 per person), it could be tiring because there is still some walking.
Overall, we love this hotel very much and would recommend it to all of our friends.
C. K.
Nice hotel with confy rooms and kind staff people.. Food was great.. I liked it more than I expected.. But the room cleaning services "cleaned" my pockets and wallet aswell. Not nice!
S. M.
Clean, well located and excellent hotel. Breakfast at the restaurant was good quality. Staff were very attentive. Highly recommended.
L. C.
Friendly welcoming at reception on arrival. Staff were very pleasant. Hotel was child friendly which made stay more enjoyable. Would definitely stay again.
L. K.
Very nice hotel. Food was lovely and certainly wellbeing facilities are a bonus.
Much appreciate for the room upgrade and welcome drink.
K. M.
Hard to locate if travelling by car, and ground floor bar staff refused to turn up TV volume for a rugby game when we were the only ones in there drinking. Overall nice place but the staff need replacing with AI.
M. S.
We had a fantastic stay in your hotel, hotel was spotless with a lovely pool and very good breakfast. The hotel is perfectly located on the tube line making it easy to get around London. Would recommend highly.
U. C.
Location is very good, very very friendly staff, clean rooms. Breakfast is good and have decent variety. Train station is few walking minutes away. I would suggest it for couples and families.
R. H.
Nothing to complain. We enjoyed our stay here. Good location in walking distance to Paddington Station from where LHR is easily accessible. Definitely recommended.
C. J.
Nice staff, comfortable rooms & a good size for London. Bathroom a bit small though in the twin size room but not an issue. Room was clean & tidy.
J. L.
Good beds for all travelers, nice and cosy rooms. Good breakfast too. Rooms are small. The location is quite good.
P. L.
I was only there for the night, arrived late and left early. Hotel was nice and only a short walk to Paddington. Was a little confusing to get to with the new development and not much signage in the area.
My only annoyance is they forgot my wake-up call in the morning. Luckily I woke up anyway but could have been a disaster if I hadn't.
T. T.
Courteous staff. great location. Room service should change sheets over a four day long stay. We stayed 8 days and still had the original sheets.
D. M.
New, clean hotel with friendly staff. Just few minutes walk to Paddington Station and convenient to access to Heathrow Airport. Breakfast is great!
W. B.
Very modern, excellent conference facilities, good evening meal, poor buffet breakfast, food cold, coffee cold, why can't hotels do a decent buffet? Rooms good, excellent bathrooms.
I. M.
Staff were great and best room service we've had for a long time. Nice large rooms and great amenities, will stay here again .
K. D.
It was good. It was close to what we wanted to do for the short stay.
BUT; I asked a number of times to fix the shower tube that was leaking more water than was coming out the rose. It wasn't fixed even though I asked a number of times.
a. r.
Centrally located. Lovely place
B. H.
every thing was awesome, staff really helpful, room great as always, breakfast lovely great location and our daughter loved your empty(nobody else using it for most of the time we were there!)cant complain about anything and we will be visiting again.
C.
Rooms are too hot and the air conditioning just doesn’t work - very poor quality sleep in such a warm building. There’s just no way I could recommend this hotel
C. W.
I had a bad experience with the check in, that can happen anywhere. There is nothing wrong with the place but what I didn't like was that it seems to be designed to be as 'soulless' as possible. Breakfast was good but not included in my rate.
P. D.
Great hotel and location. Nearby to underground and placed to drink and dine around. Rooms were clean and staff were friendly and helpful.
T. B.
I stayed for 1 night on a Sunday for Business. The hotel is situated very close to London Paddington Station and close to local amenities. I had breakfast the following morning which was delicious.
h. o.
Decent quality rooms, nice bathroom, no problems overall. Missing a star for there being no plug or usb near the bed (1st world problems).
B. B.
The hotel is in a very convenient location for access to central London and the direct connect to Heathrow and a host of cities served by London Paddington station. Very clean abd well maintained.
V. I.
Fantastic hotel and service. Nice and clean . Extremely comfortable beds. 10 out of 10. Very impressed and will definitely stay again
C. G.
Excellent service. Nice rooms. Friendly staff. Delicious breakfast. Will be coming here again.
S. K.
Stayed with family for one night in January 2016
Pros:
Very friendly and helpful staff
Clean and pleasant throughout
Decent breakfast
Well located for Paddington Station/Tube
Convenient walk (through Hyde Park) for Kensington Museums (Natural History, Science, V&A etc.)
Family friendly
Despite being right next to train tracks excellent soundproofing means rooms are still quiet
Nearby Sainsbury's for any supplies
Free and functional wifi
Cons:
Odd room layout with a toilet in a separate room/pod from sink, shower, bath etc. With very dim lighting that takes a long time to 'warm up'
Swimming pool is small and all same depth (not child friendly)
Located in a small modern business park type area which is eerily deserted on weekends (only the sainsbury's and Starbucks remain open)
G. B.
On Sunday morning many things were missing, spoons for cereal, no butter, no plates,no orange juice and when my husband and I went up to to get our cooked breakfast our table had been cleared of our drinks!
On the plus side the staff were all helpful
c. n.
Clean hotel and comfortable beds. Nice staff and the location is near train station, including the Airport train. Simply amazing.
A. S.
Located pretty far from anything else, Google Maps couldn't provide walking directions to it.
Food used low quality ingredients, cooked without much skill and all the choices were boring but everything was cheap in terms of price.
Service was good and staff were friendly though.
b. A.
Nice clean rooms. Showers can be a bit hot and miss depending on the room so make sure your shower is quite strong.
C. E.
The front desk staff and the cleaning staff were/are very courteous. The pool is lovely and my family and I will stay at the hotel the next time we go to London.
M. A. A.
Everything was alright and i like the hotel. The staff was friendly. The overall cleanses on the room was good and it's close to the underground .
B. C.
Novotel Paddington was an extremely comfortable stay! The breakfast was tasty and the reception service was very professional. The room was well serviced.
B. S.
A lovely hotel with nice sized bed and a small bathroom. Clean and nice staff. A nice bar area and very central in London. Close to the tube and the bus and the trains.
P. K.
A pretty descendent hotel with nice rooms. The restaurant is okay but nothing to phone home about about. From my room I looked straight into some offices and the hotel was in general surrounded by offices
S. N.
Mostly a good property. The housekeeping, specifically the bedding, was atrocious. I brought the bloody pillowcase to the front desk, and they were kind enough to comp my dinner. It was very disconcerting though
B. G.
Except for a fixed breakfast every day, everything about this hotel is great :) Amazing and helpful staff! Had a great time staying here.
L. J.
Excellent front desk. Helpful staff. Cafeteria food was very good. Rooms were great. Location excellent.
A. A.
Quite cramped compared to other Novotels but it is London. Great facilities and good breakfast. Great positioning for access to areas of London like Hyde Park.
C. M.
Very nice hotel in a calm business area. About ten minutes walk from Paddington station. The staff was really nice, the food was good and the pool was great.
A. S.
Room was ok, typical Novotel style. Breakfast was excellent. Location is good, London Paddington is in walking distance.
J. D.
Great location, handy to Paddington Station and the rail/underground links. Friendly welcome from staff, good service, comfortable, clean, quiet room and good food.
A. S.
Nice place for a coffee or drinks. I Haceby ever stayed over, so can't comment on the accommodation. Well placed for the Paddington business districts.
H. L.
Beautiful room and very spacious. The breakfast was excellent. There was a bit of a walk to the under ground because of construction to the under ground.
K. C.
I found it average , breakfast very poor in the morning . I stayed at the hotel last year and the food was much better . It seems to be more like a holiday inn now
C. R.
Very tidy and neat, bit it's rather gar to get to the Underground as you'd have to fight your way through the train Station first. Rather tiring on a 5 day tour through London.
S. B.
Front desk staff are all I ever deal with. They are well trained without exception. Even when small things(rarely)go wrong, they handle things with confidence and quick action.
M. B.
Food is very good. The room is clean. But I got problem with toilet flush and the door is sometime difficult to open. The rest is awesome
A. S.
Loved the accommodation, staff and nearby Little Venice. Very close to train station yet hear no noise inside. Would recommend
E. C.
Great meeting facilities and very friendly staff. Location is also excellent, easy access to Paddington Station and area clubs and restaurants.
B. M.
Everything is good except the aircondition. The room is like sauna. They gave me tower fan but it is not good enough to have good night sleep.
J. R.
In need of a little updating in places. Shower water lukewarm for all 3 days. I had to ask staff to change music at 6:30pm as we were having a family meal with a variety of expletives coming through the speakers.
Have stayed before on multiple occasions due to it's location but time for a rethink.
L. G.
Hotel is new and well maintained. Room was comfortable and hotel is a short walk to "Little Venice" and right next to some great restaurants.
S. L.
Our visit to Novotel was particularly enhanced by the helpful and friendly attitude of the young staff who introduced a couple of ancient brits. to the wonders of modern living.
G. N.
Scintillating new terrace bar situated at the pinnacle of the Paddington Basin. Clued up bartenders accompanied with a vibing, brick lane buzz downstairs. Best between 5-7pm during late sunlight hours on a late-weekday.
V. A. R.
Outstanding location right next to Paddington Stn and Little Venice . Roomspotlessly clean food excellent great friendly efficient staff I would highly recommend this hotel
P. G.
I didnt try the hotel, in the restaurant the food is good, the place is nice however its takes ages to get served and then the portion sizes for main meals are pretty disappointing.... and its not cheap at all.
A. M.
There's a stink , quite nauseating, I must say, when you move from the reception towards the elevators, perhaps mostly coming from the bar area , surely something has to be done about this - it certainly is not a very welcoming feeling- I would hold my breath Everytime I would pass this area.
J. H.
One night stay on 22/12/2016 in suite 1118 (with a nice view although in the wrong direction), 2 adults + 1 child, clean, both bath and shower, separate WC with is nice when travelling with family, 2 large TV screens, BOSE equipment although one remote control was missing but compatible with the other, not that convenient, good noise insulation from traffic nearby, good location, close to Paddington station, tube, Heathrow Express, fast wifi (41Mb/s download, 21Mb/s upload measured @ 7am), absolutely great breakfast apart from very average orange juice, too bad we had better rates from competition (with even larger room, kitchenette, refrigerator and even more central) otherwise we could have stayed 4 more days
c. w.
Really nice hotel, looked after and great after a night out in London. About a 5 minute walk to paddington. Wish a Boris Bike was available a little closer to the hotel.
S. S.
Great service, great food, nice decor and large room size for London hotel. 2 minute walk from underground. What’s not to like 😀
I. H.
Stylish and comfortable rooms. Great location and walkable to Paddington station. Staff were pleasant and accommodating.
Q.
dirty steam sauna, not working shower next to sauna with very dirty floor in that shower area, no fresh vegetables for the breakfast nor good bread other than supermarket-like (breakfasts used to be much better), green tea wasn't available within the offered choice of tea (given only once I asked for it)
J. C.
Great location , great staff and breakfast superb
Room size very disappointing for executive room poor Bathroom design not keen
-separate loo with no hand basin and then lights sndcsee through door to bathroom can wake up the person you sharing with if you want wash your hands
Would stay with Novotel again like the approach apart from small size roommif you share
N. M.
Comfortable hotel for a short visit. Dont expect much in terms of amenities but the location is very convenient.
C. R.
I enjoyed staying at the hotel,a ten minutes walk after reaching Paddington Station using Heathrow Express. There are restaurants neaby, a supermarket and Pret A Manger.
y. g.
Excellent service throughout, very convenient location. Very quiet (although next to a busy train station!), all facilities worked perfect.
Recommended
S. v. d. W.
Service was good. Staff friendly and general experience was pleasant pre-lockdown.
K. S.
Convenient location to the underground station and shops. The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable. Friendly staff!
L. S.
Great breakfast. Rooms are very hot during the summer. Ac is not working very well.
R. M.
It is well maintained and clean. The rooms are spacious. It is about 10 minutes from Paddington station
D. W.
Spacious rooms with great shower and bath amenities. Only problem was the spotty WiFi in the rooms, and a general lack of cellular reception in the rooms
S. M.
Check in and room OK but major changes have been made to the Breakfast delivery now much more budget feel, lower quality e.g coffee from an urn not impressed will avoid if at all possible in future
M. S.
Easy to get to from Paddington station. Rooms are a little small but good quality. Breakfast and wifi was good.
Z. M.
Room was very pleasant and had everything I needed however breakfast at the restaurant did not have enough variety
E. P. L.
When we asked what had happened we were offered an apology and a 20£ voucher for drinks at the bar, which were of zero value to us. The room had been left with no clean towels or toilet paper. How was a 20£ voucher going to remedy this????
M. A.
The rooms were quiet cramped having separate WC and that too with less area was worst thing one cld do .the hearing in the room as well as hot water in the room initially allotted to us was not working so we were allowed another room where it was equally bad . Worst ever stay in a hotel
W.
Great hotel in center London. A bit expensive but the rooms are nice and clean, the stuff is friendly. Overall a very nice experience.
m. o.
A nice place to be with great service and is convenient to stay if you don't have a car as it is close to the Paddington station.
S. “. N. C.
Neat, functional, new, but not very conveniently located (more than 10mins walks from paddington station, a part of which is through a bunch tall glasses buildings, thus very windy)
J. P.
It was a clean, quiet hotel. Hotel bar area was nice but understaffed so had to wait a lot.
J. P.
Great stay, bed comfy, nice room, breakfast enjoyable. Friendly staff.
J. T.
I went to this hotel for a client meeting where everything was made to offer the best time.
The food was really good and the client was really happy.
T. N.
We had a good experience with the hotel, no complaints, service was good, close to everything, safe location. we would definitely come back !
A. A.
Tidy room and hotel for the money and a handy location
S. S.
Reception needs help. Bar service and food service was great. Room was fine
C. M.
Just had a quick drink in the bar whilst waiting fro some friends. Nice enough ambience and very well positioned for Paddington station.
J. G.
Great Area to stay in, nice clean room. Great breakfast, would recommend, and stay myself again.
A. F.
Great hotel. Superb rooms, clean and warm. An energetic team ans always there to help you
P. P.
Nice hotel with very friendly attentive staff. The conference rooms were too warm though
d. n.
There is no air conditioning in the rooms. I didn't know that upon booking. Overall hotel was good.
P. B.
they were great and very helpful, a bit anoying that you cant ask for things to be heated up, they dont allow you to use their freezers/fridges/microwaves
A. K.
Nice but hugely overpriced.. its basically a premier Inn with hilton prices.. your paying for the location unfortunately
G. R.
I'm here while looking for a house, loved the place and the location away from the crowded streets. Very quiet even though it is very close to Paddington Train Station
S. P.
First off the rooms were tiny for a family. Shower leaked water on to carpet. Breakfast was terrible. Couldnt communicate with majority of staff.
b. k.
Best hotel I have ever stayed at. Great staff and friendly atmosphere
J. O.
A very pleasant stay. The staff at Reception were particularly helpful and welcoming.
L. S.
Even if I look really hard it is impossible for me to find any thing to complain about....The hotel staff are very kind and helpfull and the food is very good....Had a really fine Sirlion steak the last day and regreat that we did not eat at the hotel the other days of our stay.....keep up the good work guys!!
S. A.
Strategic location when you visit offices in Paddington and a few blocks away from Train station. Rooms were cozy and comfy.
N. R.
Spacious rooms. Cleanliness and hygienic conditions looks fantastic. Very cosy atmosphere.
o. b.
Brioche egg breakfast muffins... Normal non-sweetend bread please. Lunch only rice for carbs and no potato's. Desert our micro deserts.
B. U.
Great location.lovely rooms that are clean modern and well set out breakfast nice too
J. K.
Very Nice Stay, without asking i got information that i Can upgrade my room. happy about the pool as well
n. m.
Excellent hotel, great breakfast, location makes the price really high where I took one star off.
S. J.
Horrible end to the wonderful UK trip, thanks to Novotel Paddington for goofing up on debiting the card twice, haven't got my money back yet!!
AND WORST NO PROPER RESPONSE FROM THE NOVOTEL PADDINGTON !!
I hope somebody will respond now.
M. R.
Stayed with my son for four nights on a short trip to London. The location was convenient, and everything was clean and comfortable.
M. M. (.
Typical Novotel rooms. A bit bland but clean and functional.
But when you are paying £200 per night you are expecting more than functional.
M. G.
great stay, perfect hotel, nice stuff, free breakfast for a child. Close to city center. Worth for a weekend.
D. O.
The pool was closed without any notice and the shower was just warm. Small room for the price but friendly staff.
R. Y. V.
I really had a great time.
Amazing room
Amazing indoor pool
Friendly staff
Nice restaurant
Z. B.
very nice clean hotel...very convenient to Paddington Station and lovely restaurants in Little Venice.
S. G.
If you got the room with breakfast, the breakfast buffet is full of hot food selections, juices, yogurt, pastries and fresh fruits
N. D.
Nice hotel, 10mins walking from Paddington station, rooms nice and clean. Downside, no bicycle rack.
V. P.
The location is excellent. The stay was very comfortable, no major frills yet very nice!
S. L.
Nice hotel, decorated well. Coffe is nice, delivered with a sugar stick, which is a little unusual.
I. W.
Just too hot...the air conditioning is rubbish and the whole place needs a good clean...but its a busy central London hotel...and they just don't care...its geography that keeps them in business not service...its supposed to be four star....but on reality it is just a big bug ridden transit camp nothing feels clean...the whole place needs a good shake up
G. K.
Very friendly and helpful staff, nice room and nice xervice.
Dining room is old, loud an not comfortable.
S. J.
Lovely hotel, all facilities and staff are excellent. Locatuon is good, ideal for Heathrow express.
C. S.
Clean, fresh and great breakfastbuffet. But most of all, great service from all the staff!
A. M.
By far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in rooms are Standerd but the staff really let it down
I book in on Christmas Eve and was meant to check out Boxing Day
I book a dinner for chrismas day and was told I could only have food off the standered menu
Witch is not traditional When I booked I made a point of makeing it clear about my food choice but I was let down me my wife and two kids checked out early and this ruined are chrismas not to mention the staff spoke little English and where rude to us on many occasions
Stay clear do not stay here it ruined are chrismas
B. M.
Room was fine. Never knew there was a pool and fitness suite at time of booking
N. V.
Pretty ordinary, looks worn down for something so new, leaky shower with irregular temperature, hard to adjust room temperature.
C. S.
I was there with my in-laws who were staying at the hotel. I had a good meal, jerk chicken with sweet potato chips.
A. A.
Friendly and accepted Tastecard. Food was decent. Pasta portions were very big!

M. B.
Business support for the conference rooms is great. The friendly staff at the restaurant downstairs is also fantastic.
C. B.
Very good hotel, good bed rooms & meeting facilities with helpful staff
S. H.
it was all ok. Novotel should improve toilet amenities such as toothbrush
T. H.
Visited for breakfast on the TGTG app. The food was varied and tasty. Service was tasty.
I. O.
It is a bit out of the way in Paddington basin but a pleasant enough experience and food is usually good here as well
R. M.
Very good. Was very happy with quick check in & out. Staff was very helpful especially in restaurant.
G.
Nice hotel, great environment. Rooms are almost perfect 👌.. Thanks guys.. ☺️
K. A. B.
Stayed for 2 nights and the food was very good also the service was above average would recommend
K. T. C.
Great location next to Paddington station and a great area to hang out with little Venice , bars, restaurants close by will definitely be back next time I'm in London
S. B.
Asked to park, got quite a snooty answer from staff. Our group was large, so asked for more chairs, got snooty attitude from staff. Service quite poor at the bar.
D. G.
A chic modern business hotel. Tucked away in a quiet corner of Paddington, yet still easily connected to everywhere else.
R. B.
Pros: Close to Paddington
Cons: The relax is a kiddy pool and the facility is a bare minimum in all aspects.
K. A.
It go because with a tastecard you get 50% of the bill but they have changed their menu and the food supplied with the burger has changed to cheaper food but the price has increased
S. T. T. T.
Central location, fabuloud amenities nearby, clean, friendly, good pool for kids to chill out. Would definitely go back!
C. B.
I loved the room upgrade: it meant so much! I simply love your hotel!
M. N.
The meeting room was not really optimized for presentation. Those in the back row could only see the top quarter of the presentation.
G. S.
Although they had run out of mint for Mojitos the service was excellent and we enjoyed a few other drinks.
S. L.
Great service. Decent room. Mediocre gym and pool

That’s a good place for a night but I think it's too far away from the city to stay threre as a tourist.

Convenient location. Hotel rooms are a bit tired, especially the bathrooms.

Wouldn’t even let us wait in the lobby for a taxi made us wait outside in the cold and the rain. Bad customer service
N. H.
The executive rooms are good having a nespresso machine for coffee lovers
A. M.
Good Staff, nice food, cosy rooms and a modern shower and bath.

Splendid ! Your Front office staff deserves to be complimented for their ever so friendly and courteous support
