B. M.The place was nice Comfortable beds and nice clean rooms with everything you would expect from a hotel room. The room had a coffee machine but they do not provide capsules for it so a bit of a waste of time. No elevator so would be a problem for disabled guests. Also do not provide any for of catering. Not bad but I've stayed In better.
T. C.Enjoyed my stay at the hotel with my partner, very friendly staff but unfortunately woke up too late for the breakfast. We stayed on Valentine's and when we got into the room we pleasantly surprised by some towels folded and decorated, would advise for at least an overnight stay as it's very easy to get to and nice experience even though we didn't spend long in the hotel.
N. P.Stayed here a few times for work purposes. Staff are very friendly and the location is great, close to restaurants, tube etc. The rooms are small but comfortable and the shower is spot on. Only slight negative is the room i had this time looked a bit tired, the walls could do with a fresh lick of paint.
J. L.Small but comfortable rooms, mostly clean (cobwebs I'm hard to reach places but clean everywhere else) breakfast was a let down, cheap brand tea that needs three tea bags for a small pot and the sausages aren't anything to write home about.

T. S.This is a small well run hotel but rather uninspired. However the rooms have all that you may need:tea, coffee, safe, iron, hairdryer TV and a good shower. A very comfortable stay.
T. M.The room was of a reasonable size but all the drawers were taken up with kitchen and cooking equipment so we had to some rearranging before we could store our clothes. This resort is within easy walking distance of Trinity Beach and the local restaurants. We had a lovely stay at the Blue Lagoon.
T. M.There was a grumpy man on reception who was not helpful, the other receptionist was much better.

J. H.Lovely boutique hotel brilliantly situated for The Roundhouse. Everything was clean and breakfast is included. We were in LG01. I would avoid this room if you are not an early riser, as it is nextdoor to the breakfast room and the clatter of plates is not conducive to a lie-in.
N.Good place. Friendly staff. No lift snd low quality breakfast but the room was pleasant and clean with a cracking shower. My single room had a double bed. Room had temp control but it made little difference.
C. M.Rating just my experience of my stay, as there may be more to the hotel than I experienced. Other rooms are very close to each other and rooms could be better soundproofed. One inconsiderate guest kept others up with music, and staff weren't around to do anything about it.
Good shower and bathroom facilities, good air-conditioning, decent room, but the rest is basic. Bedding wasn't the smoothest, window blinds were broken, there's no iron or hair dryer facilities, and staff availability is minimal. If you want basic, but decent basic, then this is good. Just don't expect much.

D. F.Great little hotel that has a style all it's own. The rooms are small but definitely in keeping with the style of housing in the area. Breakfast was excellent and it was a superb location. Close to Camden market and 4 minutes to Belsize Park Station on the subway/tube. 20 minutes to Kings Cross/St. Pancras Station and 1/2 hour Downtown. Two trains from Heathrow. I would stay again.
A. B.Modern hotels well thought out rooms maximising the use of space clean bright and surprisingly quiet although adjacent to a main road. Helpful and friendly staff, very good value for money.

M. S.This is a perfectly adequate simple hotel. Definitely not luxury but on the nicer end of budget. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and well laid out. Slightly worrying though that there did not appear to be any staff on site between 6pm and 10am so not sure what happens in an emergency.

A. K.Me and my boyfriend were staying in the Haverstock Hotel for 2 nights. The room was nice and clean and exactly like the pictures.The staff were nice and friendly and let us keep our luggage at the storage for as long as we liked.
They have a breakfast option that we didn't take.
Mind that there is no elevator and it might be a little hard to carry your luggage up the stairs with back problems.
Other than that we enjoyed our stay.
Would stay there again,good value for the price we paid.

Nice clean rooms and simple modern decor. Rain shower or handheld with decent water pressure. Comfortable beds. Nespresso type machine in room for good coffee. Tasty continental breakfast with hot options.
Polite and helpful staff.
Just be aware that there are steep narrow stairs and no lift when you book. This includes getting to the breakfast in the basement.

M. S.Quiet area and very convenient for all means of transport (you can easily get everywhere). New rooms a little small but still in the London average. Clean and with very kind staff. The breakfast is complete and of excellent quality. One star less for the higher prices than the London average (of the same level). I will gladly return if the prices do not increase further.
D. D.A beautiful, modern hotel with excellent transport links to the metro station and bus stops nearby. The apartment-style rooms feature a kitchenette, refrigerator, and microwave. They also have a Nespresso coffee machine with complimentary capsules and everything you need to enjoy a cup of tea or a latte. The decor is minimalist. The bedside tables are so small you can't put anything on them, and the bathroom lacks lighting but has a great rain shower. The rooms are a good size and very clean. Breakfast is good. The staff is attentive and friendly, and one of the receptionists speaks Spanish, although she isn't there every day.

J.Lovely hotel in Camden near Belize station subway. Quiet towards the street but unfortunately a little sensitive in the house towards other guests. Nice staff who were helpful. Quite okay breakfast. Good WiFi. Fresh and newly renovated. Close to outdoor area and good restaurants.
I. G.Well appointed boutique hotel in very desirable NW London neighborhood with bus services & tube just 2 blocks away. Decent sized triple room, adequate bathrooms with both rain shower & hand held heads in shower stall Very useful kitchenette with microwave, fridge, sink, etc. Nespresso coffee machine with pods. Good continental breakfast. Very narrow stairs would be difficult to negotiate with large suitcases as no elevator. Would definitely stay here again.

B. P.Room was very small but was clean and fine for what we needed. Very close to tube and short walk from Camden town. Very thin walls, could hear next doors telly word for word when our room was quiet. Also we were on the lower ground floor opposite the breakfast room, which was very noisy (not great for a light sleeper). Although hotel was okay for what we wanted, I probably wouldn't book again, as I think you can get a nicer room for around the same price.
