Affordable room. Very clean with accommodating staff. The triple room offers a lot more space than a standard twin for a small additional charge. Great location.

The location is good. The rooms are modern. They seem to have a bad habit of making a ton of noise at midnight slamming doors and moving cleaning carts, vacuums, bsing in the hallway, literally at midnight to 1am. And it's not the guests, it's the staff. I mean I'm not even joking they are insanely loud. They bang equipment against the walls that literally shakes the bed. I'm not sure what they are doing but it sounds like they are moving their cleaning carts and vacuum cleaners around.

£45 for a room in London bargain! If you are looking for no thrills , basic somewhere to stay for the night then this is the hotel. Rooms are tiny as is the shower room but it was clean, clean towels and bedding. Perfect for last min get away ....avoid if you are looking for something more upmarket

First of all the location is superb. The reception is open 24/7 and it's possible to check in at night. A £50 deposit is required at check-in and guarantees the no anti-social behaviour policy. My deposit was refunded within hours of checking out. Contactless payments were not being accepted, so bring a chip+PIN card if you'll be paying on-site. The rooms are modern and good but show signs of usage. The Wi-Fi was working, but the speed was just 10/1 Mbps at most and the network was 2.4 GHz only - 4G gave me a stable 250 Mbps instead. The A/C unit was working very well and could even be used for heating the room.

Budget hotel near Hyde Park, located at 2 minutes from the tube. Friendly service at the reception. Basic breakfast can be bought for 6 pounds, nothing fancy, but nothing bad to be said about it either. The hallway leading to the rooms is very narrow, it's impossible to cross with someone coming from the other direction. The rooms are tidy but tiny. Floors and walls are very thin. Luckily I had quiet neighbors and was located away from the street, so I had a good night's rest. My friend was less lucky and could hear everything on the street and above him. All in all: you get what you pay for. If you want a no nonsense, basic place to stay in London for a small budget, this is a good hotel to check out.

We needed a room just for one night before our flight out. The location is very convenient as it's just a short walk from the underground station, Hyde Park, lots of restaurants, shops, etc. Breakfast was included and pretty good. Staff were lovely and friendly. They offer baggage storage for free but it's not the safest way to store bags. The room itself is quite small (Two people plus luggage) but for a solo traveler it would be perfect! Would recommend and stay again.

A recently renovated hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. Room was very clean, when we arrived the radiator didn't work, but it was fixed the moment we told the staff. Very good continental breakfast, had everything we needed, from coffee to toast and jam. Took the triple room as we came with our daughter, and wanted additional space for the buggy. All in all had a lovely stay!

I stayed here in a room with my family, so three other people in the room configuration with one double bed and one bunk bed. The rooms are quite small to begin with and having more people in the room didn't help. That said, the hotel does a fantastic job as a no-frills place in an excellent location. Seriously, getting anywhere in London is easy because it's near three different underground lines. It's also located along a street with seriously good food and minutes away from Kensington Park. The room was clean and the staff were always friendly and ready to help. Would recommend for any travelers on a budget, just make sure to keep your expectations appropriate.

When I checked in, the sheets were dirty, and the blanket was stained. I called and got a new sheet. The staff is really friendly. There is only ever one at a time. The hotel room and bathroom combined are smaller than my bathroom at home. There is about 18 inches of space around the full size bed, and two end tables. The bathroom fits one person. At least it has a small closet. I know European hotels are small, but this is a bit claustrophobic. There is nowhere for your luggage to go.

Highly recommend this hotel, affordable, clean . Our room was small but perfectly comfortable and organised. Excellent shower, all accessories, tv ,aircon. Absolutely one of my favourite rooms , will book this hotel again on my next visit.

Water was hot and, the Hotel was not loud in the evening. Could use a new carpet and something against mold in the shower, especially for that price. Beds were comfy. The bathroom and bedroom was small, but normal for London. Breakfast could have more variety. But they offer espresso in the morning (included with the complementary breakfast. Which is perfect!

Good hotel for price. Very small hotel, in every meaning. I read all posts before this review and overall find one update: luggage’s storage now is locked with code. All other I suppose is true: if you’re lucky, neighbours is quiet, club room for me and my daughter were big enough (both of us are small guys 😉). We spent 2 night in C15, a not lovely yard view but irrelevant. We extended for one more night, street room, 3rd flor, still quiet enough. Today we is coming back from trip and will stay one more night. A price for extended night drop very nice. And location is excellent.

First of all, the location is great. A 1 minute walk to Bayswater station. The staff is friendly, fast and uncomplicated. My room (double for single use) was quite small but functional. It could have been a bit cleaner (nothing disgusting; some dust on black surfaces and a hair on the floor).

Hotel is quite inexpensive, so you get what you pay for. The room was clean and though a double was booked I ended up in a room with a double plus bunk beds which was quite cramped. Receptionist was friendly and tea, coffee and biscuits were available in reception for free. Bathroom was clean and just as good as far more expensive hotels. It is in a very good location right between Bayswater and Queensway tube stations. Plenty of places nearby for coffee or for dining.

Nice hotel, with recent refurbishments. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms not very large, and only small amount of storage space, but very comfortable and well decorated.

Stayed here on my birthday night due to its location, close to everything we needed and very central, within 5 minutes walk to the nearest tube station which enables you to go all over London. The road itself, where the hotel is situated is full of shops, restaurants and things to do (bowling, casino etc.). The staff, Luis and Tatiana, were extremely helpful with us checking in and out. Tatiana especially helped us to get some vouchers printed for our activities for the day and allowed us to keep our luggage there. Room was clean and amazingly decorated, very modern. Room comes with hairdryer and slippers. The room itself is quite compact but perfect if you just want somewhere to sleep for the night and spend the days exploring London - it is perfect for this and therefore good for tourists! The tv in the room has lots of channels on Freeview and also has access to Netflix! You won’t find a better hotel in terms of location and decoration/cleanliness for less than this in London.

The hotel is located only some 150 m from the Underground Station Bayswater and ca 350 m from Queensway Underground Station. The staff could be more caring - it took 15 minutes until a receptionist came to his desk ( it was after 2 p.m). The hotel is being refurbished, but it was not mentioned anywhere at the time of booking. Renovation works went on in two rooms adjacent to our's. No compensation was offered by the hotel management. Hotel breakfadt though drscribed as English lacked traditional alternative to hard boiles eggs - scrambled eggs or omlette. Next time we'll be looking for another place to stay in London.

Molto comoda inoltre l'alta presenza di ristoranti di tutti i gusti a pochi metri dall'hotel. Eccellente la colazione: molto abbondante e di ottima qualità. È inoltre disponibile gratuitamente nell'hotel una macchinetta per le bevande calde a disposizione degli ospiti dell'hotel. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Le stanze sono molto piccole ma comunque recentemente rinnovate e in linea con la dimensione standard delle stanze della zona. Il bagno molto piccolo e con un piccolissimo lavandino ma anch'esso rinnovato e pulito quotidianamente. L'unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta e che mi ha portato a dare 3 stelle è stata la pulizia della camera che è stata molto carente: alti strati di polvere erano presenti in diversi punti della camera e non sono mai stati rimossi durante il soggiorno inoltre, nonostante venisse quotidianamente pulito il bagno e sistemato il letto, in una settimana, non è mai stato pulito il pavimento. Questo aspetto sarebbe decisamente da migliorare.

Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera piccolina ma veramente funzionale! Camera e bagno rigorosamente puliti! Letto comodo con cuscini soffici! Smart Tv! WiFi gratuito con segnale ottimo! Nel bagno c'era tutto l'occorrente (asciugamani, phon, shampoo, bagnoschiuma e sapone), mentre in camera un bel paio di ciabattine! Un'altra nota positiva sono le camere senza mochette! Avendo l'allergia alla polvere per me è stato un mitivo in più per sceglierlo visto che purtroppo devo fare i conti anche con questo ma il tutto si è rivelato oltre le mie adoettstive. Insomma... Che dire non ho parole diciamo che mi sono sentita a casa! La posizione ottima è stata la ciliegina sulla torta. Davanti ad Hyde Park, circondato da tanti ristoranti, negozi di souvenir, supermercati con prezzi buoni e 2 fermate della metro a pochi passi! Tornerò sicuramente! Siamo stati veramente bene! Grazie :) rapporto qualità prezzo più che eccellente! Inoltre la sera ho avuto un problema con il phon, quello già presente in camera era rotto ma.. Dopo averlo fatto presente in reception in 5 minuti me lo hanno portato in camera! Questi inconvenienti posso capitare ma la loro attenzione al cliente è stata ottima!
