I can not thank them enough for our wonderful stay. Very helpful and friendly from the beginning, they even provide us a baby cot in our room, free of charge. The rooms are very clean, very comfortable and the kitchenette is just perfect! We will definitely come back!

The best place to stay around Kensington, especially if you are often attending events at London Olympia, like myself. Rooms are bright and clean, have kitchenettes, coffee machines, smart TV and everything else that you may need for long or short stay. Staff members are polite and welcoming. Review of NOX HOTELS Kensington Reviewed 2 days ago Yes - friendly reception and management, which is rare in whole UK. To make long review short, will tell you that had to deal with the manager as we decided to ask some extras and complimentaries as well as edit our booking and upgrade room for the subsequent day. Management is friendly and finaly someone is smiling (which is also rare in thr UK) Mr. Denis was fast to respond, friendly, knowledgeable. Marvellous feature is self check out. Smart, fast, safe. Towels: clean and soft with proper Hotel quality. Rooms: clean with smart design, each space useful. Noise: very calm, no noise, sleeping area. We slept with open window all night, (my wife don't like AC in general), however room has AC, fridge, TV, complimentary water, green and black tea, a cup of coffee, milk, sugar as needed. Location: Brilliant location, subsequent to restaurants, pubs and overground and tube. Worth it. Will recommend!

One night stay with a compact kitchen tucked behind the draws, which was a neat blessing for a foodie like myself keeping my goodies refrigerated. However the toilet was visible from both sides and I was sharing with my mate, so it was pitch black toilet experience for privacy sake. No idea if that was just our room that had the defect (room 302) , only reason I'm giving this a 3 star beside that everything else was amazing.

Although the rooms are small, they are very clean and and efficient. Furnishings are minimal and contemporary and up to date. We found that UK double beds are bigger than US double beds, which was a nice surprise. The shower is truly wonderful, and no moldy or neglected corners in the bathroom. As an added bonus, the heated towel rack works well for drying clothes if you need to wash out a few things by hand. The kitchenette is a nice feature, there are several small groceries nearby that sell tasty prepared entrees. It is close to bus stops and two underground stations from which it is possible to explore London. There is no maid service on Sunday, but otherwise our room was cleaned every day. MStay88 is a good value for London. We did request a second or third floor room to avoid the ground floor.

Loved this place, everything was clean,tidy and very modern. We stayed in the studio which was not too spacious but big enough for the two of us. Very accommodating staff! When our door lock didn't work, the front desk attendant did everything he could to reinforce our safety and adress our concerns. Small kitchenette is amazing ! I was not able to stay at the hotel because of the current situation however I appreciate the flexibility of the hotel in order to accomodate the situation and for me not to loose the amount of my booking. I will write another review related to the stay when I will be finally able to come ! However for the moment I wanted to highlight the good level of service regarding bookings and flexibility in the middle of a crisis.

A really solid place to stay if you're visiting London. While the rooms are on the cozy side of things, they're very clean and modern, with good size bathrooms and a kitchenette included. The staff here were very friendly when I checked-in, and I also appreciated the comprehensive email that was sent a few days prior to my arrival detailing the area and what I should expect. The location is terrific. The Kensington area is lovely, and is within a very walkable distance of the Shepherd's Bush Tube Station, which should be your go-to for getting around London if you're visiting. To top it all off, I found the room rates very reasonable. I would definitely consider staying here again when visiting London in the future.

Disappointed with the size of the room as we were lead to believe it would be bigger from the photos online, however our stay here has been pleasant apart from the noise of other guests coming in and out. There's a lot of other little issues that we feel could be mended

Great hotel recently stayed here. I think this is a good place to stay for a weekend getaway. The toilets look really great but not very big. 24 hour concierge They refill you with water everyday (2 bottles 500ml) not a lot of places do that. This place is rooms only, so there isn't a health club or places too sit down and have a drink. There isn't room service aswell because in the room there is a cabinet that has a sink some plates, cups, pan, stove, microwave, toaster and a fridge. Also I think something that needs to be improved is getting rooms ready quicker because I arrived from a six hour flight and was tired I got there at 10 and they told me rooms aren't ready until 2 pm luckily I had friends close by so I went there but all in all a good place.

Picked this place for proximity to the London Book Fair. Very nice. Rooms are European smallish but nicely appointed and modern. Secure, great staff and a 10 minute walk to the Shepard's Bush Underground Station from which you can get pretty much anywhere in London. We'll be back.

The room was clean and just about the right size. The staff were friendly, polite , and helpful. The studios are an excellent location for Olympia and Kensington. The down side is the almost constant noise of running water , this is very annoying when someone upstairs flushes the toilet or uses the shower, I was awoken three times during the night thinking that there was someone in my room using the shower. Not good.

we enjoyed our 8 days stay. good location and friendly stuff. the room is small but well made. our only complaint is the noise of running water from the rooms upstairs (we were at ground level). every time somone took a shower or flushed his tiolet we heard the noise of water running through our room.

If you don't mind small spaces, then is place is for you! Room was small, restroom shower was even smaller. The glass shower door wouldnt close so we managed . We didnt know how to get the heater working or if it had heater at all ? The bed is small and thinner then we are used too by far . Details that we didnt care for since we were gone all day. We would get back to the hotel SO tired that even then it didnt matter. If you like us plan to be out all day then this place will be just fine. Also the closest overground station is olympia kensington, you can take that to get any place, read the signs for any rail closures.. The app citymapper is AWESOME , to get you from point A to point B. . If you are in leicester square or piccadilly circus you can take a double decker bus that drops you off about 3 mins walk from the hotel, found that out on the citymapper app always check other options other than the suggested options on the app.

The rooms are clean and stylish. The shower is lovely. There is no breakfast here, but there is everything in the room to make your own. The room is small but neat. They have put in extra window enclosures to reduce road noise. The only thing that let's it down is the random noise of dripping or running water, that seems to persist through the night. It is not always constant and very annoying when trying to get to sleep. It's a shame as it really lets an otherwise gem of a hotel down

We really enjoyed our stay in this newly refurbished (2016) butique hotel in Kensington - we found clean, spacious and well-equipped rooms, with all facilities (even a small kitchen as they don't offer breakfasts). I also really liked the minimalist design, everything was created by and for people, from the switches to the heater to the bathroom and the aircon every detail fulfilled it's purpose and was easy to use, something which many so-called butique hotels sorely lack. Close to Holland Park, which is one of the places to visit in London if the weather is nice (make sure to see the Kyoto Garden), also you can get to High Street Kensington Station in 10 minutes, but there are also quite a few cafés and shops in the vicinity.

If you like to stay in apartment instead of hotel, mstay 88 studios is the place for you. 1 bhk apartment cost roughly around 100pounds per day in London which is good if you are traveling with a kid and it allows you to cook food for yourself and your kid..
