Very clean, convenient location for Paddington station, good coffee at breakfast. But the temperature of the shower fluctuated while it was running between scalding and cold and back again! The windows in our room also didn't shut completely which was a bit of an issue given the storms we experienced this weekend.

The room is equipped with everything you need: a huge sofa (it can accommodate 5 adults), a large comfortable table, all the necessary utensils (knives, forks, tablespoons and teaspoons), an electric kettle, a microwave, a convenient large bathroom. The room has 2 windows, double-glazed frames, a very beautiful bedspread on the sofa (as if silk blue, with a white canvas). The room has a lot of electrical outlets, very good bright lighting. Very good quality shower gel, shampoo, soap are put. The number resembles a spaceship)). Furniture in the style of minimalism. Shower cubicle on a pedestal.

Great little Hotel. We stayed for 9 days and other than a small mix up on the first night which was promptly sorted we enjoyed our stay. The staff where polite and well presented. Breakfast was simple but more than adequate. Room was clean and well looked after. The room could be a little cold if just using the central heating but there was an electric heater as well which warmed the room nicely. The car parking is right out the front door and as is stated on the website informing the hotel early is a good idea as there are only a few spaces.

Let me start by saying it’s not a 5 star hotel! However for the prices they charge, its location and the hotel is not a bad one.. I’d rate my stay there as a 5 star stay. Very pleasant staff, rooms were nice enough/ clean & although breakfast is basic it’s ok. I stayed here with work, had it been personal after a few nights I may have treated my self to a ‘full’ breakfast round the corner. In truth I probably will do this and return for pleasure again very soon :)

The rooms are super tiny, but we are not in them much so it's fine. The bathroom is nice and the water is nice and hot, but you do have to adjust the shower to keep it at your desired temp. The breakfast is coffee, tea, toast, cereal, meat, cheese, and juice. Also, when it's cold the heat doesn't turn on until 5 pm. I guess that's standard, but as foreigners not something we knew. The hotel staff has been courteous and helpful. I'm sure the experience is similar to any of the other hotels on this road, and there are a lot of them! Would stay here again, especially being more familiar with what to expect.

I had the best experience! I had a triplet room for me my mum and my sister! The room was not to small not to big! It was clean and every day we had clean bed sheets and towels! At night it was quite and the bed are soft at the point that I had the best sleep! The hotel is in a good area in the center and you can have easy and quick access to an underground! The only think is that the breakfast is poor! But that’s ok!!! I highly recommend the Orchard hotel in Paddington London UK

We liked it. The location was very good, plenty of buses went very close by and the metro station is just a couple of blocks away, about 450 meters. And they had gluten free bread for a celiac person like me, which is a bonus. The staff was nice and the rooms were clean. Yes, they were small, but we really just slept and reloaded our batteries. There were two EU outlets and two British ones, so that was nicely covered too. Thank you. We may be back!

Clean, spacey room. We were in a family room. A double bed and a single bed. Quality of the beds were good. Accept that there was no double sheets. With to adults it got cold at night. Breakfast was simple but enough.

We wanted a cheap hotel to stay in central London for three days, so booked here. Almost everything was ok: nice staff, room very clean (and well heated, as it was quite cold outside), decent breakfast. Just the beds...too soft, I could hardly sleep and so my daughter. Anyway, I could come here again for the good price and the perfect location.

I stayed there in November 2017 and the bed was alright, nice and comfortable, the bathroom was made for a small person so it was alright for me, I didn't mind the breakfast, loved it, if I came to England I would stay there again, but this time around I like a double bed, not a single and I was happy it had a lift, most important.

The breakfast was very minimalistic, just some toast, weird tasting coffee, ham and cheese. The rooms are extremely small, but that is something to be expected in London. The thing that I did not like at all is that you have to leave the key card at the front desk whenever you go out. Otherwise the rooms are clean.

Was a very clean and nice looking hotel, but rooms are very small (hard if you have a buggy), road was slightly noisy and the rooms got so hot at night, was a nightmare since it was a heatwave and we couldn't open the windows because of the road. Baby kept waking up sweating and screaming. Also had to hand key back when going out of hotel, which ment we had to wait for someone to be at the desk to get our key back.

A budget location close to Paddington Station. Key word Budget. Bed - Comfortable Room - Not to spacious but you're paying for a budget hotel. You can't complain for the price. I would be good to have a little to be able to circulate the air in the room, as the window had a beautiful view of the concrete court yard with 4 lovely 35 feet walls. Bathroom - Shower was small, enough space to ensure my butt didn't touch the glass to often. Overall the position of the hotel was fantastic, short walk to Pubs & transport! I'd stay here again!

Stayed Sunday 18th March 2018 at The Orchard Hotel. It was an incredible value for money overnight stay. We booked at the last minute via an internet search looking for a hotel with parking in the area, as we were concerned about travelling into London for an early a.m. appointment, given the extreme weather. The evening manager could not have been more helpful. We had parking in the slip road outside the hotel for no extra charge and our ground floor twin room was at the back.. Whilst not enormous it was quite big enough for our needs and was very clean, warm (on an extremely cold and snowy night), with a thick wall between us and the adjoining room, so no extraneous sounds. The en suite shower provided lots of hot water both late at night and early in the morning. We also had a TV and a hairdryer as well, which I would not necessarily have expected for the price. Someone knocked on our door in the morning and the only improvement I could suggest would be a spy-hole in the door to see who was outside. (They thought their friends were staying in our room). Apart from that I could not find any fault with the room or the staff , who were very helpful and friendly. and the parking really was a great plus. We didn't stay for breakfast so cannot comment on that, but for the price of this stay to have any breakfast included should be considered a bonus. The Orchard Hotel is an excellent no frills choice for an overnight stay whether you are exploring Central London, coming up to town for a night at the theatre or, like us, visiting St. Mary's! I have already recommended it to several others.

It was a hotel. Fact. But I was sent to an underground floor, where wifi could barely reach, even though I had to pay 5 pounds to use it. The room was also located next to the breakfast kitchen, so early in the morning I was awaken by the sound of knifes, forks and voices. You would also need to pay an extra pound to get a second towel. The location is good, though.

Super hotel for our visit in London. Clean , sweet room on highest floor with shower ,wc, TV , three beds. Not big room, but I think is is typical for UK hotels . View to the quiet Sussex garden street. In the hotel is lift.Quiet area , walking to neerest tube station in four minutes . If you want walking.. to musem M.Tussaud20 min, Oxford street 35min, Hyde Park 4min walking. Tasty anglish breakfast ( toast, butter, jam, salam , cheese,eggs, cornflakes, milk, juice,coffe,..) Very friendly and kind stuff. Great price! I can recommend to all my friends!! We were very satisfied at this hotel .Super, thanks

Good transportation links with a nearby bus stop, a short walk to Lancaster Gate station for the Central line, Edgeware Rd for Bakerloo, Hammersmith and City, and Cirle lines, and Paddington Station for underground and national rail services and links to Heathrow airport. To spend 4/5 nights at the end is just fine thanks to the location and the price, if you are looking for a nice hotel to stay for longer there are certainly better but more expensive choices. Le stanze sono piccole e con la moquette in terra (non il massimo dell'igiene ma tutto abbastanza pulito), le asciugamani vengono cambiate ogni 2 giorni. La colazione poco abbondante, con la possibilità di prendere latte, thè, caffè, cereali, toast, prosciutto cotto, formaggio e uova sode (quindi la classica colazione inglese con uova fritte e bacon non c'è). Per passare 4/5 notti alla fine va più che bene grazie alla posizione e il prezzo, se si cerca un bel albergo dove soggiornare per più tempo ci sono sicuramente scelte migliori ma più costose.

Leider haben wir partout nicht verstanden, wie diese merkwürdigen Türknauf-Schlösser funktionieren, weswegen wir die Tür beim Duschen und Klogang offen lassen mussten. Soviel zur Privatsphäre. Man bekommt leider auch bei einem Doppelzimmer nur eine einzige Schlüsselkarte. Das Frühstück ist für österreichische Gewohnheiten völlig erträglich. Es gibt eine Sorte Käse und eine Sorte Wurst. Dazu Toastbrot, irische Butter und Marmelade. Es gibt auch zwei Sorten Müsli, die jedoch nach gar nichts schmecken. Getränke gibt es leider nur vier: Wasser, Orangensaft, Tee oder Kaffee. Leider sind Kaffee-Hasser wie ich hier nicht gut bedient. Die Herrschaften an der Rezeption sind genau so, wie ich gerne alle Menschen hätte: zurückhaltend, ruhig und nur auf das wesentliche fokussiert. Das war einer der Punkte, die ich sehr genossen habe.

Warm greetings from Germany (Original) Wir waren 5 Tage bzw 4 Nächte in diesem Hotel, wir können die schlechten Bewertungen absolut nicht verstehen, das Personal ist sehr freundlich, man kann sein Gepäck im Nebenraum stehen lassen wenn man früher als 14 Uhr im Hotel ankommt, so kann man ohne lästiges Gepäck die Stadt erkunden. Im näheren Umkreis befindet sich die Ubahn Stadion Paddington und mehrere Essens möglichkeiten zb. ein Pub direkt Gegenüber, oder ein Burgerking oder ein Mc Donalds auch ein Supermarkt ist nur 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt, also die Lage ist TOP. So nun zum Zimmer ja die Zimmer sind klein, aber völlig ausreichend man ist eh nur zum Schlafen im Hotel. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und in einem guten Zustand. Ein Fernseher ist auch vorhanden. Das Frühstück ist auch in Ordnung es gibt eine Sorte Käse und eine Sorte Wurst, zwei Sorten Cornflakes, als Aufstrich gibt es Marmelade. Als Getränke gibt es Saft und Kaffee auf Wunsch auch Tee. Also völlig ausreichend da wir immer früh los sind um die Stadt zu erkunden. Man muss auch bedenken daß es im Preis inbegriffen ist. Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage in London.
