Good rooms, clean and good room service. The hotel suffers from no breakfast service and a restaurant that is only partially open. Restaurant menu was depleted with many items not available and there is no bar. Parking is tight and if you return late then there is no guarantee of a parking space.

Good: Quiet at night (light traffic noise but to be expected). Room was clean and tidy with kettle and hairdryer. Close to large Tesco store. Excellent value.
Could improve: Air conditioning did not seem effective - even when I set it to 5 degrees! Thankfully the windows were not locked so I could cool the room naturally. Strong smell from the downstairs/bar toilets in the stairwell.

The room was clean, it had a huge bed and overall it felt ample and comfortable. People who give it a bad score because there is council housing are not being fair. It was a bit noisy up to 10pm and it began again around 6:30am. I was there for business and enjoyed the experience. For the price it is a really good deal and would definitely recommend it and stay there again.

Lovely little hotel, great value for a very low price, clean, quiet and courteous staff. A bit out of the way but easy transport and suited our needs perfectly. Great for a one nighter in London for a couple of days on the town.

Unfortunately the wifi is non existent throughout the hotel. Occasionally managed to get a signal in the reception but nothing in the room which was a few yards away. The fact the id for the wifi was the same as the couple of years old previous name for the hotel suggests it needs updating. It's a pity because everything else was excellent and superb value for money but as I have a business and need to communicate via email and zoom when travell8ng I can't stay there again after years of doing so. So sad but hope they can resolve the issues.

We have stayed at this Hotel 4 times. Couple of problems this time. The restaurant was not open so we had to go looking for breakfast. Our room was good except for the shower. The controls on the shower did not work and it was far too hot to stand under the shower. We did report the problem at reception and when we returned later in the evening we could see someone had been in to look. But unfortunately the problem was not solved. Again scalding water - far too hot tostand under the shower. This was very disappointing.

We were 5 guys staying for 1 night for the Darts so the hotel was a good location and a good stay for what we needed. The staff were great , especially the wee blonde receptionist.

Absolutley gorgeous rooms. Lovely, friendly staff! Upon check out they apologised for the smell in the hallway and lift due to water tanks but it didn't affect our stay at all. Great location, have everything on the doorstep, free parking outside (rare in London) and huge clean rooms. Will 100% be returning!

Really nice hotel, clean comfortable and spacious rooms. Reception staff really helpful. Right by a Leisure Park with McDonalds, Pizza Hut and more, so eating out isn't a problem! Was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was because it was such a great price for three nights in London! A bit of a trek to the tube station, but buses every ten mins to get you there!

Comfortable hotel, good night's sleep. Only downside was the parking, advise finding a spot asap as the restaurant opposite attracts quite a few customers in the evening.

I am a regular Business traveller , booking myself . I have stayed in a number of Hotels with varying quality but have tended to go for known brands - Premier and Travel Lodge as i know what im getting . Sometimes the location requires that i stay in Holiday Inn , Ramada , etc Hotels . I was very pleasantly suppressed at the quality of everything at OYO . I will be adding OYO to my preferred Hotel " list" and choosing to stay again , if the location requires .

The staff was very nice and the hotel is very conveniently located. The beds, especially matresses are very old and it's not nice to sleep on them. They should be replaced a.s.a.p. Apart from that everything was ok.

OYO is a nice hotel, well placed for getting around north London (or going into central London.) It is sited in a leisure area which includes many of the larger restaurant chains such as Wagamama, Nando's, etc, but also a lovely local Turkish restaurant. The room was spacious with all the mod-cons you would expect. We will certainly stay here again when we visit north London.

Second time I've stayed here, both times had problems with plumbing.
This time was running a bath couldn't turn the tap off. No maintenance done on the rooms. Needs to be refurbished as mattresses are uncomfortable .

Stayed for 1 night, nice room , nice man on reception , parking horrendous, a huge popular restaurant next door took all the parking spaces ......probably OK during the week

Travelling from Redditch in Worcestershire, we had a concert to go to on Friday 24th September 2021 at the Alexandra Palace. We stayed here for one night. It was good value for money and all staff were friendly. It was a 20/30 min Uber to the gig.

Decent budget hotel. Could do with a bigger car park. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable.

Rooms are OK, nothing to fancy but did the job, bed was comfy. It takes around 1.5 hrs to get into central London on the bus/walking.

Having seen some very bad reviews I did wonder what the hotel and room would be like.
Yes the rooms are a little tired but nothing that would stop me from staying …

I have to say it was very comfortable stay.the staff were very friendly and helpful as were the security guards ,
? Mark being why security guards,.the answer I found out during my stay ,but to be honest people should be aware before booking and to be fair it would influence their choice.
So these are the down sides .
The security guards are there as there is a as I noticed long term big percentage how much I couldn't say , council Tennant's being housed there .which is a bit off putting ,because it takes the feeling of a hotel
Away from the place, and I did notice that in some cases some of which looked fresh from a physcriatic
Ward .
In that instance only Barnet council should be blamed
As they obviously only push the situation to some one else.i certainly have no objection to these residents
And have no predudjice ,but really the council should really rent the whole hotel .
The other factor is there is a large restaurant ajecent
To the hotel(extremely) noiseywith huge volumes of people ,and extractors volume buzzing from mid day till midnight ,and trying to drive in with the volume of cars parked there and people queuing .is a nightare.
Also parking at the hotel is very tight and some what impossible.
In fact as a builder I have seen so many times planners reject applications for developments on the basis of parking ,and the ability for access for the emergency services.
So I personally don't understand why there is no thought at this location ,it actually beggars belief.
Long winded I guess but I got at least 2 emails from oyo asking me to review .I probably wouldn't have bothered other wise
But there we are ,it's only truth full

Nice staff very helpful, room was clean, good location.

The hotel is good return for the investment. Price is good. Mattresses should be improved.

On arrival, the parking was empty which gave us the impression that not many people will be staying there which is a nice feeling considering pandemic. Check in was fast and smooth. The cleanliness of the hotel was about 60/100 as the drawer with the towels in had some hairs in and there was alot of wear and tear which didnt give a great hygiene impression. The bed was so big, I felt far away from partner even though he was right next to me. The mattress was comfortable and bed sheets pretty clean. The complimentary coffee and tea also had biscuits which was a nice touch. The wifi was easy to connect to and no fee which was nice. There was a complimentary soap and shower gel which smelt pretty good and the gel lathered well.
My main favourite part of the hotel was the location. It was right next to a restaurant and right near the complex so if you stay here, you can get up to loads of stuff.
I would defo stay there again, loads of amenities and polite staff.
We even checked out later then we meant to due to sleeping in and we wasnt charged or pestered to leave which we appreciated.
Cute hotel and worth the budget.
