Hotel have very good location. There are coffee shops and groceries near by along with subway station.Buckingham palace in walking distance.
Price for accomodations compared to location is very good as well.
Room tho is a different story... very very small and walls are paper thin. Curtain's doesn't cover whole window Washbowl in bathroom is so small you cant wash your hands properly, not speaking of face. Water in shower stay there for a long time with you :-)..
Pot is available also in the room with some tea.
Overalls bedsheets are clean, along with towels. Iron or hairdryer is available at the reception so just ask for it.
Receptionist is available 24/7.
Breakfast is continental but no hot meal.
Overalls 3 stars... But if you not spend too much time in the room may be even 4 stars :-D..

Budget hotel, get what you pay for, small room. Bed needed extra pillows, asked reception and none available. Not enough sockets and you can hear everything from the rooms around you. Good location though, close to Pimlico tube station and room was clean and tidy, very polite staff.

I can’t really fault them for the price I paid. The room was really small and the shower was even smaller, As a person who isn’t slim this can be a struggle, even my rather slim friend who also stayed struggled with the shower. The walls were pretty thin so when the couple in the room next to us argued all night it was a struggle to sleep.( thank god for ear plugs).
The only reason I have taken a star off is the mattresses, they were horrendous. They are either so very old that they are completely broken or they are just the cheapest possible mattress as you could hear and feel every spring with every move. I woke up in so much pain it was horrible. Even if it is the cheapest room the whole point of a hotel is to sleep in them. Please change these mattresses so that people can actually sleep okay.
The hotel itself is in a great location and the price is pretty good so can’t really mark them down any further. The receptionists were all super friendly and as helpful as they could be. I would stay here again, I would just pay the extra for a larger room and hope the mattresses are better.

Nice clean room had everything we needed. Rooms are on the small side but are comfortable. We needed anything we just asked reception and was given anything we needed mainly milk for the coffee. Great budget hotel easy links into everywhere. The tube is about a 5 minute walk away.

My stay at OYO Huttons started off on a very bad note thanks to Faris the receptionist who gave me the rudest welcome ever! However it quickly changed with Glen, the manager as he changed my room, and helped in several other ways to make my stay pleasant. The location is GREAT! The room sizes are value for money given the price. I loved my room and will definitely go back for another stay. Thank you.

You get what you pay for. Basic enough. Electric tripped out a couple of times “ faulty kettle”. Sink waste leaks. No remote for tv. Towels are old. Plenty of local shops/ restaurants near. Tube station 5 mins walk. Amazes me that these beautiful old buildings have been bought up and turned into money grabbing hotels.
Summary £50 a night, acceptable.

Good price, sizeable room. Quick access to all the sites in the area and located close to the underground for convenient travel. Enjoyed my stay a lot.

Budget hotel - you get what you paid for. If you need a place in central London to put your head down and have a shower in the morning, honestly can't fault it. It's not fancy but in a good area and felt secure with my son throughout the night.
Would recommend for a weekend trip and likely to book again for my next one.

Hotel was very comfortable, just back from a 3 night stay , beds were very comfortable, rooms were spotless. Rooms not overly big but satisfactory , just somewhere to sleep . Would stay again .location was perfect. Certainly would recommend. Fabulous price.
C. B.
For the price the hotel is ok, location is handy.
rooms could be cleaner, can be a bit cold in the morning, some rooms shower can be very small. someone staying was smoking weed and set the fire alarm off at 2am. If you want a cheapish stay it does the job. would not stay for business travel tho.
Z. C.
Lovely polite and welcoming staff. Our room was tidy and somewhat clean. A little bit more care and attention to detail would go a long way. Location is fantastic and close to the underground. I would definitely stay again.

Stayed here 22 - 27 October 2021. Lovely clean room and clean en-suite bathroom. Compact sized room but for the price it was decent. Nice staff. Very helpful. Kettle, two mugs, teabags, sachets of coffee and sugar provided. Plenty of plug sockets. TV in the room worked fine. Comfortable beds which were new. The bathroom all looked fairly new. Superb location. Buckingham Palace 20 mins walk away. Victoria tube station 15 mins walk away. Would definitely stay here again.

We booked a triple room, and also double. From the moment we arrived the staff were friendly and helpful. The arrangement of rooms was helpful, with nice window views of the city. The rooms were both tastefully decorated, clean enough and equipped with a kettle, tea and coffee. Each room had a toilet (rolls) and shower. My shower door screen would not stay closed as it was broken. We had 2 televisions and three remotes between two rooms. Nobody was able to change channel, volume or anything. The remotes were either flat, or had liquid spilt in them - causing permanent conductivity of buttons. Many of the light bulbs were broken and needed replacing. Nobody likes big black holes in the ceiling above their shower/toilet. Aside from the remotes, shower screen and lightbulbs, the hotel was perfect and we all enjoyed our stay thank you.

Room was nice and clean. Comfortable bed gave a good night's sleep would definitely use again.
M. G.
The location is great, and the prices were very reasonable. The rooms were tight on space but had everything we needed and were clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely book in again.
A. B.
The accommodation was clean and tidy. Perfectly reasonable for a week working in town. I think I picked a busy time as I tried to change my room but the hotel was full. My room was baking hot and that was before the heatwave. Luckily the receptionist gave me a fan to use. Top marks for her!
K. M.
I stayed in this hotel with my friend lovely hotel our room got upgraded so we had double and one single when I was moving the bed bit of rubbish under the bed only that’s was the only down fall apart from that good size room and excellent service from staff. I would stay here again.
a. s.
Too noisy, you can hear the people next door playing music with their speakers at 3 in the morning.
Clean. Room was pleasant to look at.
No shampoo and conditioner. Only soap and body wash.
The alarm went off at 9pm when we were staying there. No one came to explain what happened. Bed was not comfy.
A.
For the price and location perfect.
Easy check in and out. 5 min walk for the stations. 10 min from the palace.
Nice rooms I had a top sleep to be honest. Never got woke up from any daft cleaner in the morning. Which I do in other places. I slept till 10am not a problem 👍
Last min booking on Euro final day . Top priced loads of other places prices was a joke.
Buzzing with this place 👍 and thanks for not taking advantage on the price of room on that euro cup day. Top place

Decent budget option, can't beat the location. Room is small and so hardly any storage space and amenities but was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

If you're looking for a budget hotel that delivers satisfaction, OYO Flagship Huttons is the place to be.
Situated just around 15 minutes walk from Victoria train station, this hotel is very accessible. Some shops are within walking distances should you need something to eat or buy.
We had a late check in at around 23:30 and we were still welcomed with a smile. I must say, checking in was quick and easy. It has a lift that goes into the rooms upstairs and it was hilarious! I thought it was going go fall when I first stepped on it! Luckily I'm still alive writing this review.
The main reason why I'm giving this hotel five stars is because they accommodated all my requests. I asked for a room at the higher floor because I've read some reviews that this hotel can be very hot at times and that the rooms near the main reception are very noisy and busy. I've also requested for a room with a good view and a large window. All were granted! Our room overlooked the main street and the windows were large to let the breeze in.
The room itself is just wide enough for 2 persons and I can imagine that if you have luggages, it will easily get cramped.
The bed is oh-so-comfy. I had a good sleep after a tiring day. After all, that's all we need.
We stayed in room 304 which has an ensuite. The size of the toilet and shower is decent. They have basic toiletries and clean towels. I have no complaints except for the toilet's flush button that required immense physical power to push down. I had to press it with both hands and I'm not kidding.
Unfortunately, breakfast was not being served here during our stay due to COVID. But you could always bring some food or eat outside. The good thing is they have a kettle to make tea and coffee which were also provided.
Overall, OYO Flagship Huttons is not a fancy hotel but it can meet all your basic needs. I will definitely book here if I ever come back to London in a hurry again.
D. “. C.
I had a great stay, would recommend staying here and would certainly stay here again.Only issue is if you are on the 5th floor you get no WiFi signal.Apart from that thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
k. p.
Rooms cleanliness everything is good but washrooms are really congested a part from that its perfect place to stay . I liked the stay .
G.
I had a great time here. The location is perfect for those traveling in and out from Victoria and at GBP30 a night, it was a bargain. Now for 30 quid a night it's not exactly the Ritz; you get what you pay for, especially in London, but I was very happy with my little room and ensuite. Also I spoke to several members of staff at the front desk during my stay and they were helpful, polite and professional. All in all, I will happily stay here again.
l. k.
amazing service. very nice and helpful staff. room clean and good for a short stay.
K. Þ.
If it's the cheapest place around and all you want is a bed for the night then it does a job. But if the price is anywhere near other better known chain hotels in the area I'd avoid this and stick with the reliable comfort of the bigger hotels. The place was dirty, dated and unloved. If this is the flagship I'd hate to see one of their other properties
E. R.
It's great for a night away. Close to bus stops and underground. Only problem I had was someone knocking on the door at 1 am then going back down as I could hear the lift. No idea if it was reception or someone had the wrong room as I didn't answer.
H. R.
Extremely clean hotel.... great location, felt very secure and staff were friendly. Lift was slow.
J. M.
The staff were lovely, rooms were comfortable & clean and the price we paid for 4 nights couldn’t be beaten! Especially with the location.
d. c.
Very nice clean hotel at London prices no breakfast because of covid they have a lift upto level 5 the room I stayed in was nice clean and bed comfortable not a lot of water pressure for the shower but they have notes up explaining workmen are working in the area I would stay there again that the 3rd oyo Hotel I have stayed in walking distance from Victoria coach and rail station
G. R.
Based on the price, I can’t fault the hotel at all. There was 2 receptionists a very polite man and a lovely woman, however I only had dealings with the woman.
She resolved the TV having no remote issue immediately, I complained to her that their was cigarette smoke coming through the bathrooms and that towels would need replacing and she did this right away.
I can’t give 5 stars unfortunately for a couple of reasons, it is very basic, there is only 2 pillows per bed and no spares, the cigarette smoke coming through the bathroom vents, and also the bed was wonky and was slanted upwards at one side. We didn’t complain officially about these things as we were too tired to change rooms, otherwise I’m sure we would have been given a different room as the receptionists were fantastic.
HOWEVER **** 0 STARS **** for head office, who when I called to make the booking assured me there was free parking in this hotel, and before paying, I asked him to email me this information or text, and he said he would so I paid, I then asked where the email was and he said he didn’t need to email as he works in head office and can see on his screen it is free parking in that hotel. There was no parking at all even paid parking- luckily it’s free street parking at weekends but this could have really screwed us up.
Will definitely come again.
For a budget friendly hotel highly recommended however if you want more than basic then go elsewhere.
Room cleanliness id give 3 stars, on the surface it was clean, clean bedding and towels, however deep cleaning is needed, the light switch didn’t look like it had been cleaned for a few months.
G. M.
Very basic. Rooms are small and need refurbishment. Fine for an affordable night in London
G. O.
Lovely hotel for the price we paid, great location not too far from the underground’s to get us to the places we wanted to be and friendly staff!
K. A. H.
Lovely room perfect size for just two of us. Had a lovely balcony to use also. Only down side was that the shower was not very powerful but all nice other than that.
M. C.
Lovely staff hotel very clean just what we needed for a London Theatre trio to see Hamilton was amazing will definitely book again excellent location
R. T.
Good location, comfortable, quiet, very pleasant staff and good value - will definitely stay there again.

K. H.
Great Location, excellent public transport access, friendly helpful staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds.
H. S.
I recommend this hotel, the staff are really friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable, great value for money. Oh and there is also somewhere to drop luggage if you need to before check in opens.
R. L.
Good for the price, good location and friendly staff.
Room was clean and warm.
C. B.
I have stayed in the OYO hotel for 4 nights and can’t complaint, the room is quite good, the price for London was very cheap and you can you will have a ketler with coffee, sugar, tea and milk in the room. Besides, the shower is good and the wardrobe has a good size. There were also a hair dryer in the room and they left some shampoo and soap.
The Brazilian receptionist it was simply amazing with us and helped us with everything.
For us, the only cons were the fact the cleaning ladies didn’t clean our room during the 4 days and the fact that the WiFi didn’t worked in the basement floor but pn the checkout another receptionist told us that they have other connection we could have used.
The location is simply perfect and you have 2 underground stations at 7 and 10minutes walking from the hotel. Also plenty of restaurants and if you don’t want to leave the hotel, you can call a Deliveroo and you will have the food delivered to your room door.

Decent stay for last minute booking £26. If I was paying anymore I'd of been disappointed though. The bed wasn't great, more a large single than a double but TV was great and bathroom. Spot on for the price.

I booked the room for 49 pounds (2+2). the room was very small but clean and nice. For that price I cannot really complain. The staff was friendly and the location is good. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood. Buckingham Palace is in walking distance and there is a bus stop just in front of the hotel from where you can quickly go to Victoria and connect your journey in London or beyond.

Small but adequate rooms, friendly staff, great location to explore london from. Only downside was booking was meant to.include breakfast but apparently unable to accommodate due to covid. They really need to update booking.com and Expedia with that info as it's still listed as including breakfast. Breakfast was one reason we chose the hotel. Basic continental could be delivered to rooms in absence of a dining room

Great location five minute walk from the Tube Pimlico station. Great staff, the concierge was excellent. He called me the day before my arrival to confirm my itinerary and recommended different option for places to eat and sight see. Breakfast was a nice mix of hot and cold items. The room was small but comparable to other hotels in the area. Would recommend as a place to stay for a couple on holiday.
M. W.
Greater location and price. Rooms not massive but ideal for overnight stop. Would go again for same purpose.

Great location and clean It's really convenient location when you are in London for visiting. Clean- towels are changed every day. However the rooms are really small and look bit different than at pictures also quite thin walls so you can hear the neighbours. Overall recommended but only for promotion price .

Cheap and cheerful. Good location. Small room(s).

Entrance to the hotel is clean, well kept and welcoming. I was greeted as soon as I walked in.
The room itself is small with a double and single bed and a little space to walk around them. The linen is clean and the beds well made. There is some memory foam atop the mattress which increased comfort of pics night sleep
The bathroom was small but clean (with the exception of the shower head which could use a scrub)
Tv in room mounted quote high but working.
The price can't be beaten!

The hotel is well located... it's near Victoria Station where you can get the train or the underground to go anywhere you want. The room is tidy and clean. There is a TV if you want to watch something. There isn't any air conditioning, so if you are hot the reception can give you a fan that won't help much because it's really small... really small! Receptionists don't like to be bothered... if you have a question they will answer and that's it. There are 2 different kind of breakfast... continental (bread, cheese, orange juice that could be at least cold, coffee, milk, tea and jam), and if you pay more you get eggs, ham and sausages. Well, It's a good hotel overall.
R. R.
Small room, but clean & adequate for a city break. Breakfast very poor, needs a review. Breakfast room too small.
Overall the service was excellent. I lost my engagement ring in the room & the staff were fabulous, getting a handy man in to take out fitments. They found it!!!
L. C.
Staff were friendly enough. The Hotel itself sits in a nice street, was very clean but noisy at all hours. Didn't get much sleep. Room was dated, not much bigger than the comfortable bed with an alcove wardrobe and an en-suite squeezed in. The pictures on the website were definitely flattering ! Bit disappointed with lack of things to do/ areas to go in there. Breakfast was about as basic as it comes. I guess its just how London is unless you want to spend a fortune to stay somewhere. That said almost £370 for 2 nights would have got us much better accommodation at The Titanic in Liverpool with superb facilities and much more to do.
T. W.
Very priceworthy. Good location near to Victoria station. You pay for what you get.
Clean. Friendly Staff. Small rooms. Bed ok. Over all a cheap hotel. Not bad. An experience fow low budget travelers.

Perfect location! A 10-minute-walk or a 5-minute-bus ride to Victoria Station - the bus stop is in front of the hotel.
Reasonable prices. Not so great breakfast (is to be paid extra). Very small rooms and bathrooms. Comfortable beds, and it's very quiet, I slept like a stone. A lot of restaurants and coffee shops in the neighbourhood.
K. P.
Great Location And Stay For A Great Price. The Location Was Great. Also The Beds Were Perfect And I Slept Really Wel. We Were Missing A Blowdryer In Our Room. Also, Since Its An Older Building, We Could Hear People Walking Updown The Stairs That Was Next To Our Room.

Clean comfortable and easy to get to, walking distance from Victoria

The hotel location is good and the rooms are fine for staying one night but wouldn’t stay longer than one night, above is the “clean” tower with somehow someone’s eyelashes (?) that I’ve received in my room.
I stayed more than one night... the bin in my room was full and I also had some bags with some food boxes of delivery.. they only took it after 3 days... even tho they have entered the room and changed the towers... I suggest to improve the HK cleanliness..

great!i liked the value for money. it was cheaper than alot of places but still a very good room. pretty clean.walls were pretty thin, could hear everything from other rooms.
J. D.
Reception / check in very quick. Room is quite small but yas a double and a single bed. Showroom small but nicely decorated and all spotlessly clean. Next door to breakfast room so have to see what time we are woken in the morning
N. W.
Nice and accommodating, the rooms are nicely decorated but not much room to be honest. The walls are very thin so some people didn't have much privacy. I would say I'm glad we were on the top floor as its very creeky and could imagine very noisy.
However in terms of value for money, location, access to all that London has to offer its a great location. If you want to be in traditional London you don't get a street that is much more traditional than this one. 5 story white terrace houses wide streets and we were even there when it snowed.

Good Except For The Room Being Little Noisy And Too Hot. Reception Excellent Very Helpful, Along Wt. Very Comfortable Bed. Great Location For Tube Services. Excellent Reception, Very Helpful Staff. Very Clean Rooms And Room Service. Room Above Ours Was Very Noisy, But Possibly Due To Building Work. Also The Room Was Extremely Hot.
E. C.
5 stars for location! Perfect bus service. But very small rooms and really bad breakfast. 3 stars on the whole.

exceeded my expectation. would book again!exceeded my expectation by far. staff were pleasant. room was great, spacious, and clean. in short, for such a price, i can't recommend it enough.

We stayed here for 2 nights. This hotel is 10min away to Victoria coach and bus station. Underground tube is only 5 min walk. Friendly staffs. Great amenities.. Lovely continental breakfast too. Definitely would stay again.
G. C.
Very Nice hotel, the rooms are very clean and tidy. The staff are also very kind and always ready to help ! I will definitely be coming back
. The price was very reasonable I would recommend for sure !
G. G. R.
I Will repeatThe breakfast is fine but It Will be better with more fruits and Hot chocolate. nThe shower and room is fine. And location is perfect. They need to clean more the shower and the bathroom in general like the rap.

Stayed 2 nights in January.. for just under £100!!! Amazing location.. we walked into London everyday. Restaurants.. good pubs and shops on your doorstep Room was small but cosy and clean. Towels and room cleaned everyday. What can I say.. I cannot complain for the price.. excellent!!! A room is to sleep in.. not to stay in 😉 I would stay again.

Good Location, Clean Rooms, Warm, Buffet Breakfast. Very Good Value For Money. The Shower In Our Room Wouldnt Turn On In The Morning But The Staff Fixed It Promptly While We Had Breakfast So We Were Still Able To Use It
V. P.
I decided to stay here only because of the location, since it was in walking distance from my work. Rooms are small but sufficient for London standards. They have tv, hair dryer and free WiFi. Not perfectly clean, but quiet, since I was in the 5th floor. Breakfast will be tested tomorrow.
E. C.
This hotel is a good location for site seeing. Close enough to walk to the Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, etc. Close to street food/market place. But far enough away from crazy traffic and not so noisy. Definitely a smaller room (which I guess is typical for Europe?). The room was very clean. Breakfast was an option but it was only available untill 0900.
S. S.
Good place if you are looking for a sleepover place..Excellent location, decent breakfast.Very small room, all lights in room are not working. Staff did not know which TV channels they have. Tehere is no enough seats in breakfast area, so you have to wait sometimes for a table.
K. E. H. B.
Very Kind Staff At The Reception Ready To Answer Any Questions. Good Position, Close To The Underground Station And The Bus Stop rooms Were Modern And Clean With Beds Very Comfy free Luggage Room After The Check Out Time! Breakfast Time Was Until 9:15 (Too Soon)Nbathroom Sink Was Too Small!!
J. C.
Room was absolutely tiny! My wife and I could barely both stand between the foot of the bed and the wall. Standard breakfast was toast and cereal, with an option for an English breakfast for an additional £5.00. Bathroom was small, but relatively clean. Paper thin walls meant we were woken up in the middle of the night when our neighbors got in, and early morning when those above us went out. The place would work in a pinch, but had I not gotten the room through a travel package, I definitely would have stayed at a nicer place.
A.
Was ok for me. At least i sleep well. Everything work.
P. K.
i like the hotel very muchthe room was good and in good condition. the location was excellent, a couple minutes to the tube. no breakfast provided.good location. cheap price
M. H.
OK on arrival, paid for location rather than anything else. Room again just ok, bathroom was small, sink was a narrow basin that was good for washing hands only. No plug or space really to shave, shower was average. Very clean and tidy, suprise of a balcony which was great! Bed comfortable, continental breakfast was basic, hotel showed nothing to say I really must stay again but no serious issues either.
K. P.
Boo. Location, cleanliness. Uneven floors, suitcases roll on their own, really tiny minuscule room, no decent shelving, 3 inches wide, TV only visible from 1 of the 2 single beds, no tilt and mounted high, and stifling. 430 pounds for 2 days. Do not recommend.
K. N.
The room is quite small, but seemed clean enough. No microwave or fridge, so that's a little inconvenient. Only three stars because check-in wasn't until 2 (but that wasn't published anywhere or noted in my booking email so it caused a big inconvenience). We're only staying two nights, so it's tolerable for the price.

nice location, tiny room, noisy neighbors the service of the employees was very good nkind and forthcoming.nthe location of the hotel is great. near to the underground and next to nice street full of restaurants .the room was too small for 3 people and the neighbor rooms and the flat below the room were very loud.n
D. J.
Great hotel on a budget. Good service.
D. L.
This is a great little hotel. Room was perfect and clean. Bathrooms were very clean. Shower pressure was really good.
I had to knock a star off due to the breakfast. When I checked in I was told a continental breakfast was £3 and a full English was £5 but in the morning when I got down to pay for it I was told it was £5 across-the-board board. And then the continental breakfast was only croissants, toast and cheese. That was it
M. H.
Excellent value for money. Good location and more than suitable given the price. Facilities and free WiFi were fine
A. B.
Great place in London but very small rooms. Nice for a short visit if you don't stay at the hotel for so long.
Its exceptional location is dingy with the interior space of the hotel. In my room I hardly had room enough to put 2 Ryanair hand luggage without tripping over them.
Breakfast is continental style by default but you can order the English breakfast for a few more pounds. The most disappointing thing is that still missing 10 minutes by the hour they are already collecting everything and you can not take a second coffee.
It's suitable for a short visit to London, but I wouldn't recommend it if you want a comfortable and cozy place.
K. S.
Nice location near Pimlico tube station.
This hotel has 24h reception and good service.
I haven't tried the breakfast, 7,50 pounds sounded a bit expensive for me.
The room had nice pillows and sheets. Shower was good.
D. F.
Super Value In A Great Location For Central London. It Was Nice To Get A Free Extra Hour To Check Out On The Sunday. Also To Have My Luggage Stored In A Locked Room Until It Was Time For Me To Travel Onwards.
c. m.
Good location to Victoria station. Room a bit small for three. Bathrom taps, handwash soap and shower not to my cleaning standards..... Complementary breakfast good. No air con., so room very stuffy....ok hotel...staff friendly.
S. K.
Very accomodating staff, our check-in time was 7pm but they allowed us to check-in at 12ish to 1pm.
R. M.
I like a firm bed so that was perfect. The room was small but it was fine for my friend and I. The front desk staff were all very kind and welcoming. We were on the first floor which was a little noisy but we slept fine.
L. L.
Nice Hotel Close To Victoria. The Very Comfortable Position, Close To Victoria Station, And The Cheap Price. The Possibility To Leave The Suitcases In The Hotel Even Before The Check-In, So That We Could Visit The City Without Luggage. The Room Was Quite Small, With Some Dust On The Ground.
A. C.
Great Budget Hotel. Really Nice Budget No Frills Hotel. Clean Comfortable Small Room But Big Enough For The 3 Of Us. Great Location With Bus Stop Right Outside Hotel. I Didnt Get The Guy On Receptions Name But He Was Really Nice And Very Helpful. Breakfast Could Of Had More Choice.
J. C.
So it's perfectly adequate as a 3*; the rooms are small, but clean. The breakfast is a help yourself affair, sliced bread/toast coffee and OJ.
Reception is perfunctory; neither friendlu nor unfriendly.
The beds are on the hard side of firm. Our room was rather hot and tooknages to cool down with the tiny window.
However, it's well located, reasonably priced and clean. It's not somewhere you're going to spend time, and does the job of being a night stop just fine.
L.
The location was walking distance to the theater district and Buckingham Palace. Tube was super close.Safe neighborhood.
It was a good value, but the appearance is a bit run down. And we paid for …
B. T.
for one itu2019s perfect business use- perfect for just one person, clean, comfortable, great location. .very small space if you want to eat- but there is a small fold down.
G. S.
Good location. Excellent value. Friendly helpful reception staff. Clean an suite rooms. Better than many others we have tried in the area. We would stay again.
P. H.
Very Good Value For Money Hotel In Great Location. Very Good Location, Very Clean Room And Well Equipped. Everything I Needed For A One Night Stopover In London. Bedside Lighting Not Brilliant So Had To Resort To Bright Ceiling Light For Reading.
A. G.
Very clean and up to date. Comfortable beds. We knew it would be small, however the location more than made up for it. The staff is excellent and extremely helpful. Size is the only reason we are not giving it 5 stars. Definitely will stay here again!
J. D.
No problems. Nice clean room, good service, great location. Would recommend. Slight updates needed but nothing dirty.
S. F.
Great Location But A Little Noisy. Great Location, Hotel Was Clean And Staff Were Excellent. Our Room Was In The Lower Ground And There Was Constant Noise Above, Think It Was Due To Being Under The Hallway And The Breakfast Was Very Limited
T. E.
Easy Stay, Very Convenient. Happy Overall Despite Other Guests Being Loud In The Morning. Cleanliness And Convinence. There Was No Hassle And I Was Checked In And Out Within Minutes, I Would Stay Here Again. I Would Of Liked An Extra Two Pillows.
M. K.
small room but very clean. excellent value for money. great location. the best place for a short stay in london. very friendly staff
A. M.
Rooms are small. Breakfast was ok. Few slices of toast or English muffins with butter and jelly. Fruit salad and coffee/juice. Perfect for a weekend getaway in London like we did, just to shower and sleep. Staff was very helpful and attentive. Would definitely come back only if a bigger room or even shower was available (I’m 6’5 300 pounds lol). Short walk to Victoria station and about a 20 minute walk to Westminster Abbey/ Big Ben/ parliament and an amazing view of the London eye!
D. S.
A perfect hotel!!! I spent a week there and I am sure it is the best hotel both for poor people and billionaires. It is very cheap, very clean and the stuff is very friendly, polite and willing to help in any question. Also, there is a bus stop of 14th line behind the door of this hotel, a mini market around the corner, a supermarket and restaurant, both 5-7 minutes of walking, Victoria Station 10 minutes of walking and Pimlico Underground station 3 minutes of walking.
E. W.
Don't know what the negative reviews are. This is a cheap hotel, well-located with en-suite bathroom, balcony and a hair drier. What more do you want?
A. P. B.
The hotel is ok if you want to spend too much, just for sleep and shower. The breakfast included is terrible just bread and coffee and juice. If you dont pay for it its ok but if you do you wont be very happy. They carge £10 for cooked breakfast. Everything else ok for a short stay.
S. F.
Staff are great, Hotel is clean and the Location is good. I had a problem that the floor in my room was on a slope which was tough with jetlag! but on the whole a good experience and I would stay again. Full cooked Breakfast will cost you £5. Really good Value.
D. E.
Does What It Says, Clean And Tidy If You Use It A Base Its Great Dont Go Expecting Lounges And Bars. Breakfast Was Ok Very Basic But Enough To Get You On The Go nthe Hotel Is Situated Between Victoria Station And Pimlico Underground Both A 5 Minute Walk. The Tv Was An Awful Signal,
C. N.
Great Hotel. Great Location And Facilities. Our Room Was Right Next To Lift And It Was Very Noisy, So Not Much Sleep. Would Stay Again If In Another Room.
M. C.
The Property Is In A Very Good Location For Sight Seeing, Buses, Trains And Underground All Close By. Bathroom Facilities Were Good, But We Found The Room A Little On The Small Side, But It Would Probably Have Been Okay If We Were Only There For One Night.

If you want a reasonable place to stay in London, I would recommend Huttons Hotel.
I emailed Huttons that we would be arriving very late at 11pm and wanted to insure that someone would be there to check us into our hotel room. They emailed back and said: they are staffed 24/7. Upon our arrival we were warmly greeted by the Hotel's staff member who was wide awake! Check in was smooth and quick.
One thing that many 1st time Travelers to Europe do not realize that overall Hotel rooms are MUCH smaller than American Hotel rooms. When we travel to Europe, we know we are going to be out all and day and will not return back to the Hotel until after 10pm. We just need a place to sleep, shower and eat complimentary Breakfast meal.
The rooms are small at Huttons and there is NO under the bed storage. It would be nice to stow your suitcases under the bed to make a little more room for walking between the beds and bathroom (like a Cruise Ship). The bath offers a large walk in shower. Just be cautious: there is a step up into the bathroom, which again is a common feature in older Hotels, along with no AC. Usually London does not get as hot as the US so, opening a window is common practice. There are wall heaters for the Winter months.
The negative: The mattresses were an "upgrade of an overnight Camp mattress", extremely lumpy and full of hard coils, pitched to the right. They really need to replace them, quickly!
The positive: Good Location, very helpful staff, good English Breakfast.
1st NOTE: Huttons is in the process of remodeling their Hotel from October, 2017 thru January, 2018. We did not observe or experience any noise or construction staff, didn't even know they were remodeling had they not sent us an email informing us 2 weeks before our arrival. Very quiet for our 3 day stay.
2nd NOTE: Book directly on their website, you'll get a better rate and it will include the FULL English Breakfast. Other websites just offer the Continental Breakfast. You'll need protein to keep you nourished during your explorations of London.
Enjoy!
3rd NOTE: If you need a Taxi, have the Staff ORDER a Taxi the night before you need it. They will tell you how much it will cost and the Taxi arrives on time! Much easier than trying to flag down a taxi, which are pretty much non-existent.

Good sized London hotel room. However the bed was uncomfortable with one side firm, and the other bowed and soft. The water pressure was absimial with barely enough force to have a consistent shower.
N. A.
the location is great, the facility is clean and the house keeper was very nice and gracious.nngreat deal for the quadruple room.the staff was making not so nice comments about the guests, thinking they cannot hear them.nnnone of the electricity outlets or bedside lamps were working.
T. M.
This hotel was adequate for my needs and I would stay here again.

First time staying at OYO Flagship Huttons (for about 10 days)
location - central and convenient
price - affordable
room - clean
service - friendly and very helpful
Thank you for staying open
A. C.
Good location, near to the most popular place even by walk. But room was very small and cold as long as reception were asked for heated it up. Ah and they have rooms in the basement too (be aware !),they are absolutely not cozy mostly because of the view on some basement wall...
J. P. S.
we did not have breakfast that was included in the package, i would like to receive a refund for that great location and a good place to rest after a day of visiting many beautiful london
A. P.
Comfy - Excellent Location. The Bed Was Very Comfy- Excellent Location. Noisy Traffic Early In The Morning. Nalso Fire Alarm Went Off At 11:30Pm And Then About 7 Am The Next Morning !
S. A.
The plus side to this hotel is that it’s close to an Underground station. Other than that, it’s not that great. Very small rooms and thin walls. The front desk attendants were friendly and welcoming, and it’s a very clean and quaint hotel, but don’t expect to get much rest.
C. B.
it was cheap and we thought it was really great value for money. easy to get to central london and the room was cosy enough .the electric tripped off when i plugged in my hairdryer
A. Y.
Good price for a small room near the Victoria station (10 minutes walk). It's very convenient going out and it's about 50 minutes away from Heathrow airport by the tube. It's within walking distance to Tesco and Waitrose, that's how I took care of my dinner while there. The bed is a little too soft for my back but being only 5'2, I fit just fine. The shower is small even for me, so if you are big, take that into consideration.

było fantastycznie!wspaniała lokalizacja - blisko spacerkiem do trafalgar squer, hyde park itd. cicha ulica, obok doskonała restauracja włoska i inne też, sklepy i komunikacja (metro, autobus). bardzo czysto, codziennie sprzątane i wymieniane ręczniki i kubki. polecam.
