S. P.The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately on the day we were checking out there was no hot water. We contacted reception who did promptly send somebody to have a look at it. Unfortunately the issue was not able to be rectified. We informed reception staff of this when checking out but there was no discount offered for the inconvenience caused.

B. A.Our 4th floor room was clean and nice, but I don't think this place really deserves the current 4.3 rating it has. I can only judge the room we had, but it feels like it is due for renovation. The bathroom door doesn't close properly, outlets either don't work or are flakey, the TV is too large for its space and sticks into the walkway, etc. So, overall, good enough, but only 3 stars.

A. N.Great hotel, great location too - 20 mins uber ride to Camden/Trafalgar Square etc. Staff were super friendly and really awesome. The only thing i didnt like was the lift in the hotel.
The buttons to get the lift on the floors didnt work well so when we carried our luggage up the hotel, the lift doors didnt stay open even though we pressed the button to hold it open(outside the lift). So we ended up in a situation with us outside the lift and our bags inside the lifts.
Other than that minor rift, it was a great stay. Room was a little small but other than, we really enjoyed it here. Really near the tube station too!

S. H.My room was very clean, reasonably well equipped, and the free WiFi was fast enough for streaming video, which was definitely a bonus. The staff were all very friendly and helpful (thank you!). The only slight hitch was that the lifts were broken and my room was on the third floor, but the staff offered to carry my bags up for me which was a nice touch. I was given a free glass of wine in the bar before dinner, and then 20% of my meal in the hotel's Malaysian restaurant. The food in the restaurant was very good, I'd recommend it if your are staying at this hotel.
c.Hotel itself was good I'd stay again. Wet room shower literally got the whole room wet even with curtain across. Paid extra for breakfast downstairs which was pretty grim. The most sterile full English I've ever eaten. Just want appetising at all and certainly not worth the 15 quid each paid. I'd avoid breakfast but the hotel was good.
M. L.The fact that we received a smart phone with full data privileges improves the ability to help travellers plan transportation, meals and excursions throughout the trip - that was top class! I think that alone helps guests adapt to their surroundings and truly enjoy. The rooms were a great size and well maintained. We never ate at the hotel but the overall service was great! Especially the concierge. Location was also wonderful to the tube, restaurants or even a walk to some of the most beautiful areas of Kensington. If ever back in London, this is our first choice!
T. M.We had a big room with a nicely refurbished bathroom. The staff was friendly and the location is great, but for the rest it was just ok.
The hotel can use a bit of updating, the continental breakfast was quite limited and we had a lot of noises from water pipes in our room.
Our biggest negative was the unexpected wake up call at 6am. When asking the staff about it, this appeared to be a known issue. If you know in advance that this will happen, it would be great to warn your guests about it and tell them to unplug the phone instead of only saying (after we went to complain) "we're sorry, we'll try to cancel the wake up call as soon as it goes off, so it will only ring shortly".

G. C.It was my second time staying here - the hotel and rooms are fairly standard, it’s not luxurious but it has everything you need. It’s clean, comfortable, air conditioned and in a great location. Kensington high street an easy walk away and a supermarket less than 2 mins walk away. Close enough to a tube station too. Will definitely be back.

Great location. On a quiet city block just off busy street in a beautiful and safe neighborhood.
1 bad night sleep due to A/C issues but was fixed quickly.
If you prefer the boutique hotel experience over the chains, I highly recommend.
Never had a problem getting Uber from hotel (though if you want a taxi you'd probably have to walk a minute to a busier street).
Room was a nice size. Accommodated me, my wife, and two children (aged 16 and 12) nicely.
WiFi was included -- and it was good WiFi (better than what I've gotten in a lot of hotels in New York and Florida).
All staff I came into contact with friendly and accommodating.
We asked for additional towels and toiletries and received them within 5 minutes of calling the front desk.
Room was very clean, had a big safe (about double what you normally get in the U.S.), and staff was attentive and friendly.
Overall, the experience was great.
Park City Grand Plaza Kensington Hotel exceeded my expectations at every opportunity.

L. C.Room was pretty standard—no extra frills but definitely got the job done. We had a large bath tub which was really nice after the long days of walking around the city. Earl's Court underground station was a quick 5 minute walk away. There is also a supermarket within walking distance. My husband and I would love to stay here again when we come back to London!

D.Stayed at Park City for 3 nights last week and can only say good things about it and it's staff, we arrived at 1pm and were allowed to check in and the receptionist was kind enough to show us to our room, although it was small, it is London, it was probably the best sleep I've ever had in a hotel room as it was so quiet. All the receptionists and other members of staff were friendly and professional. Will be our go to hotel the next time we visit London.
T. M.The location of the hotel is really great. Metro just a few minutes away. Restaurants were reasonable for where you are. Their soap smells nice by the way. Staff were so polite and helpful. Our hotel room was very clean, had a decent amount of room, and an okay view of the street. We have no complaints about the cleanliness of the room at all. The washroom was a great size. It was all very nice. I don't exactly remember the room number anymore, but my family and I stayed on the first floor.
The location is fair at best, with either Earl's Court Underground station, or Gloucester Road Underground station a few blocks away. It's around a 10-15 minute walk to Gloucester Road, and maybe a few minutes less to Earl's Court. It's a little more convenient taking the underground at Gloucester Road as it has access to the circle line, and definitely requires less transfers to get around London.
There is a Sainsbury's grocery store a few blocks down, on the way to Gloucester Road. There are also multiple restaurants around the hotel, with recognizable chain restaurants and stores around both Gloucester Road and Earl's Court.
The hotel also provided a cellphone with unlimited data and calling for guests to use all around London. I found that to be very convenient.
Overall, the hotel was great. We were treated kindly at the front desk, hotel room was excellent and clean, the location was decent, and the cellphone with unlimited service was a great perk. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.
T. M.The room we had was spotless. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the door*** with a warm welcome. Across from the hotel are a lot of nice stores. Probably the nicest room we have ever stayed in. We liked the location of the hotel. The hotel staff very polite and friendly. The breakfast buffet was equally fantastic.

J. M.A lovely hidden gem of a hotel. The room we had was quite large which was a bonus considering we had a travel cot which was provided by them which can make the room feel a lot smaller. The restaurant located in the hotel is reasonably priced (especially for central London) and the food was delicious. It’s located pretty equidistant between Gloucester Road and Earl’s Court tube stations although you may find the latter easier if you need step free access. Would highly recommend staying here if in London.
C. M. S.Booked online for a night in the city. As soon as we arrived felt like home. Reception staff were fantastic. We were shown to our room. We stayed in one of the refurbished rooms. Spacious with wet room. Comfortable beds and plenty of room. Will stay here again.

J.Clean, bed was fine, and the in room "handy" cellphone was great to navigate the city. The check in desk staff were quite unfriendly and dull. There was at least 3 different people I interacted with at the check in desk and they all seemed this way. Decent place to stay but nothing exceptional.
B. M.Loved the location of this hotel. Also was surprised at the largeness of the room in London. Quieter as it was off the main road but great location with supermarket around the corner and metro. I would say hotel room could use some love, such as nicer beds and a coat of fresh paint which is why I docked it a star.
P. C.Stayed for one night in November at the back in room 16. The room was clean and had all you would expect at this price with a large size electric room safe. The windows were a bit draughty though and the air con struggled to inject any heat into the room. We could also hear every emergency service vehicle that travelled up and down the Cromwell Rd that night. The front desk staff were very helpful and courteous when asked for a blanket, which they provided along with an electric heater.
The standard breakfast is continental, and you can upgrade to a good looking (didn't try it, but next table did) full English for just a fiver.
D. B.Solid hotel, unfortunately it was unclear via expedia, that breakfast was not included in the offer. Staff was super friendly and attentive, though! Every request we had was fulfilled almost immediately. One thing that was a little too much was, that the towels were changed daily, that wasn't necessary imho. Is located only a 5 minute walk away from the next tube station, and near many museums.

C. P.Nice room, friendly staff, but don't bother with breakfast. Wifi can be flaky. The coolest thing ever though is that they will give you a phone to use. An actual smartphone. It's extremely slow but it's free and has 4g data. What an awesome thing to do for your guests. We found this very helpful. I think I'd come back here for this feature alone, to be honest.

H. G. M.We ABSOLUTELY LOVED our stay at Park City! The front desk staff was knowledgeable and so accommodating, especially Adrian (he was THE BEST!)! The hotel is adorable and incredibly clean--even with the construction going on while we were there. The hotel also provides you with a HANDY phone (free calls, internet, texting, etc) which was so helpful, as we did not have an international plan. The location is fantastic: a short walk to Sainsburys and to the Underground. Lots of restaurants nearby (definitely check out Baalbakis Restaurant on Cromwell and avoid The Tavern). Will 100% be staying here again!
I. V.Nice hotel with spacious rooms (keep in mind that you’re in London though) in a quiet street. We even had a large bathtub. The prices for the breakfast are very reasonable.
T. M.An easy walk to High street Kensington. All the facilities are very new. There are some restaurants in the hotel. Upgraded breakfast which was lovely and hot and fresh. In fact the people are very keen to assist in any way possible. Would surely stay here during my next visit.

Z. F.The Park City Grand Plaza is located in Kensington. Perfect walking distance from museums, Kensington Palace, Harrods, groceries and restaurants. Besides the great location the service is wonderful. Everyone from the front desk, maintenance and restaurant employees were a pleasure to deal with. They do have a Malasian restaurant on site that is not only yummy but well priced. The rooms are very spacious and we were really impressed with the fact that included in our room was a smartphone with unlimited data and calling for us to use throughout our stay. Overall, it was an excellent stay. The Park City Grand Plaza in Kensington is now our official hotel in London.

S. M.4 of us dined in the Selesa restaurant, we had a Timeout voucher for two courses and a glass of prosecco for £10. The food was ok, the main dish lacked sauce, but the flavour was good. Unfortunately they didn't have any Pinot Grigio. The staff were very attentive and polite.

Well it is an acquired taste.. away from from home.. the cookings are to my satisfaction.. and ...this will do.
If vegetarians.. can simply inform the good chef to excluded meat poultry of fishes..etc. they are very good and polite..
They listened to customer and remember customer..
Will definitely come again...
