Great stay, we were upgraded at the reception as soon as we arrived.
Very good rooms, super clean and modern, at great prices! Excellent price/quality hotel, definitely will stay here again!

Lovely polite and very approachable staff. Stayed here a couple of times now as Paddington court was being refurbished due to flood damage. Rooms are always comfortable with coffee and tea making facilities and bottled water and a small fridge. In the shower room Elemis miniature toiletries were lovely and also a full sized ironing board hanging in the wardrobe along with a good quality iron! this was great as didn’t have wear creased clothes while out and about ! Will be back !

Loved it. Great place and lovely staff. I was quite surprised to find a microwave in the room. This was in addition to the fridge. Very impressed with the room and facilities. Couldn't fault it even if I tried. Wonderful service by the staff as well

Good hotel with an incredibly friendly staff. We got moved here from the Grand Royale and the manager gave us an update on the room and added breakfast to our stay! The rooms were not huge, but they were perfect for our stay. A place to consider if you are ever looking for options.

Very good experience got a free upgrade amazing staff.

Really enjoyed our stay here

Only stayed one night but the room was comfortable, clean and recently renovated. Lovely staff at check in and check out. Great location near the park as well. Would stay again next time in London for sure.

Stayed in the hotel in June. Found the location to be SUPERB and the staff to be very helpful and accommodating. Really enjoyed the stay. Vallee in the front desk was especially helpful! The only pet peeve was that the the gym was not open.

It's a nice place to stay for a couple of nights. Fairly comfortable. The rooms are not huge but they are okay. I was not impressed with the customer service as we kept getting moved from hotel to hotel as they kept messing up the booking.

Overall a good hotel experience. Its in a good location, the staff are attentive and helpful (including hauling 5 suitcases up the stairs when the lifts were being repaired), the rooms are clean and not a bad size for London. The buffet breakfast was pretty standard though they are a bit slow on special orders like porridge. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was nice. There were enough power points and they were located fairly conveniently and there were bedside lamps. Best feature was probably the microwave & bar fridge that are in each room, which is really nice for when you want some chill time and don't feel like eating out or just fancy a hot chocolate at 11pm.
Negatives: no face washers (flannels) - do people in the UK not wash or do they think that visitors don't wash because pretty much nowhere provides them. The bedding. the bottom sheet doesn't each the top and the bottom of the bed at the same time. There is no top sheet giving you the option of sleeping with no covering or a warm duvet with the aircon turned down to 18 degrees. The bed making - the duvet progressively worked its way out of the cover over the 3 nights I stayed with staff just tucking it in at the bottom each day further until it was only up to my waist.
Overall I would be happy to stay here again.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The bed was comfy and hospitality good. The bathroom was good with a really nice shower.
I was in a basement room so very little natural light but otherwise good.
Was an issue with my stay ending a day earlier than expected and no rooms available for that night so had to find somewhere else.

This is my second time staying at the property. The hotel location is very good with it being in close vicinity to multiple tube/train stations. Breakfast served in the mornings is excellent. Beds are comfortable and WIFI works well.
I was disappointed to learn that the handy phones in the room from my last visit are no longer available to guests. I found them to be an excellent idea, especially for travelers coming in from overseas with little knowledge of the city. Same as last time I did find the room to be quite small and cramped, I had issues finding space to setup an ironing board and i was in a Deluxe double room.

Lovely hotel. Excellent location for train and underground. Room and bathroom spotlessly clean, comfy bed, and nice little touches like fruit and biscuits. Even had a fridge, microwave and hairdryer. Only reason I havent given five stars is the size of room. Perfectly adequate for a weekend stay for me and my daughter but no longer.

Excellent afternoon tea experience! I went with a group of four and had a Indian and English afternoon tea combination which was divine. The quality of the food was exceptional and the Indian afternoon tea was the best with lovely selection. The hotel itself is small but we were seated at a nice lounge. I do many afternoon teas but felt this place really top quality. We were served by Robert/ Alisa/ Aldrin who were very attentive with us and friendly. They were so kind and brought out a birthday cupcakes as we was celebrating a birthday. This place is a hidden gem but would definitely be returning. Thanking the hotel for a lovely experience.

Not great. Hotel wasn't open and was not informed. Walk around the side and found another hotel, park grand Lancaster gate and they had our reservation as this hotel was closed l. However was not informed. Standard rooms, very small.

We just left the Park Grand Paddington Court this morning, and I didn't want to wait to leave my review any longer. We originally booked in for the Friday and Saturday night for our first wedding anniversary, but as we couldn't get into London until late on Friday and we wanted to properly celebrate, we booked an extra night at the Park Grand. I sent a message to the hotel to let them know, and asked if we could keep our room for convenience, and explained it was our anniversary. Park Grand was more than accommodating of our request, and upon arrival in our room we found a towel arrangement of swans on our bed, rose petals, a half bottle of red wine, and a fruit plate. It was such a kind gesture which meant a lot to us. Yesterday night however on our arrival back to our room after a full day out, we were overwhelmed to find that we had a bottle of fizz, and some chocolates too. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and staff were polite and friendly at all times. We really can't complain about anything, but we just wanted to say thank you from the bottom of our hearts for helping to make our anniversary such a special occasion!

A nice hotel in a central location but far enough away from the noise of bustling Paddington. The staff during our stay were excellent and happy to help with our requests for more tea in our room and storing our luggage.
Our room was clean and tidy and I found the bathroom and shower impressive. We had booked an executive room as my husband is 6'4 and the standard room looked very small. The executive room was not much bigger. We were unable to walk around the bed and only one side had a bedside table.
Unfortunately the entire stay was ruined by the fact that the bed was absolutely tiny. Even though it was advertised as a double, it's a damned small one. I had one of the worst nights sleep I've ever had as we were barely able to both fit in it. We were unable to both lie on our backs and I found myself waking up every half hour. I wanted to complain but we did not know how the hotel would improve things as the rooms appear to be identical throughout. It's a shame because the mattress was actually quite nice, it's just a shame it was too small for two.

I arrived a little late after midnight for checking in, But the hotel staff were very friendly and had saved my room for me. It was a small but cozy room with a clean working shower and a TV. I needed something central in the city that …

Excellent value for money. One of the nicest experiences of friendly hotel staff. The breakfast included in the room rate is delicious. Compact little rooms, but has everything you need with a touch of luxury. The location is second to none. Less than 10 mins walk to Paddington central station and Lancaster gate. On the edge of Hyde park too. A great base for exploring London.
Would absolutely stay again.

Me and my partner have stayed in many hotels, and this was by far the best one. We viewed the hotel online, before booking. Online pictures of hotels and descriptions are never how they seem in real life, however the pictures online were a accurate representation of the hotel. We were very pleasantly surprised. The hotel looks appealing from the outside and inside and it is in a nice area. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. We checked into the hotel with Colston, who was very respectful. We were guided to our room by John who was very kind and took bags to our room. He was also very respectable and helpful. He told us all about london, as we are not from around here. We got a great deal over the phone and breakfast was also included (free). The room was very nice and regularly cleaned. The shower was also great. The room included a smart tv and we were given coffe, tea, water etc and these would be topped up everyday. We really can’t fault the hotel and will definitely be staying here again. The price is very reasonable and you get more than what you pay for. We didn’t know all the staffs names, or else would have mentioned. They all went above and beyond. Exceptional service. Overall we are very happy. Thankyou.

We stayed for one night. Hotel was lovely enough for a short stay but anything longer I would have been a bit disappointed with the room size. I booked a junior suite for three people but the room we got was more like a standard double room with an extra bed squeezed in. It looked different to the pictures i saw on booking. The wine and fruit was a nice touch and service was good. But i knocked a couple of stars off because of the reasons above and the fact that the air conditioning kept blowing cold air out. Location was good with Paddington tube station a short walk away, shops, restaurants and Hyde park just around the corner.

I've been staying here for about three months on and off now.
The rooms are nice and usually well kept, some of the basement rooms have a scent to them, but the hotel do their best to mask that.
The staff are always as helpful as they can be though at check in peak times its best to stick with checking in only.
The breakfast served is good, the only negative on the food is the setting, an enclosed basement that feels a little clinical.
The showers and heating can be hit and miss. The heating tends to operate better during colder spells and the showers are very temperamental on the rooms over the road - these however, are superior in quality to the rooms in the main building.
Overall - a good hotel.

My mum and sisters came a day after me and they lost the room but then kindly upgraded them into the other hotel of theirs around the corner. With no extra charge. Very nice of them and it went smoothly. Really nice people who work their who make you feel at home while keeping a high standard. My room was lovely and spacious. I would go again.
C. F.
I had a room with 2 single beds (number 122). It was very spacious for a London hotel. The room was also modern, quiet, and had excellent water pressure with lots of very hot water to spare.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
Down the road, about a 2 minute walk, is a lovely pub called The Miter. Paddington and Lancaster tube stations are both within a 3 - 5 minute walk.
Z. B.
Amazing Hotel and Friendly staff always greeted when entered and exited hotel, would definitely recommend. The only downside was the room size as it isn't really suited for plus size people but the decor was lovely and was lovely and clean..

Excellent place to stay when meeting a friend. Centrally located in a quiet street with a short distance to Paddington train and underground stations. Also a short walk to the main shopping street and Hyde Park. Beds really comfortable. Great menu selection. Hotel staff really friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel, pretty modern. Good location just off Bayswater road, near tube station, bus stops, has a bike 'station' just outside the hotel. Nice neighborhood. Friendly, helpful staff. Decent breakfast but the restaurant is a bit dull/boring. Comfortable rooms but definitely on the small side!!! Quiet, but a fair bit of internal noise.
M. D. M.
Good hotel not far from Paddington station. Walking distance (5 minutes) on the right exiting the station from the main entrance and crossing a few streets. The area is quite nice and elegant. Streets are quiet. There are different areas in the hotel and not quite sure where I was located, but you can find single rooms for a good price though expect the room to be very small but overall clean and with everything needed (except maybe a decent chair...). Good breakfast. Will consider for the future if staying in same area.
J. B.
Rooms very modern and clean, the staff were very helpful and friendly. Easy to find from Paddington station and was roughly a 5 minute walk. The rooms were spacious enough although slightly on the smaller side. Good facilities big flat screen TV on the wall and hair dryer in the rooms. Overall a good hotel.
D. A.
Lovely hotel, easy to find. Arrived early and able to store bags until we returned later in the day. Staff very friendly and helpful. Up grade on arrival with a lovely surprise in room for partners birthday. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast very good.
10/10 would deffinetly recommend and return in the future.

Everything was fine upon arrival, checked in fine, however the room we were placed into was nothing at all like any of the rooms advertised. We paid extra for a larger room and were placed in what seemed like an extra cupboard they'd converted with around a foot between the edges of the bed and the walls. We told reception this isn't what we paid for a luckily we were placed in a room that was more suitable for our 3 night stay. Staff were nice and the room was clean and the location suited us perfectly. Despite the mishap at the beginning it was a pleasant stay!
T. E.
There were mixed reviews about this place but I stayed in the main building on the first floor for a night while I enjoyed winter wonderland.
The room was adequate and breakfast was amazing.
I would definitely stay here again
T. C.
The place is okay! My room wasn’t ready at the said checkin time so they “upgraded” me to a club room which I’m not sure I liked as it was on the basement level and facing a wall. Found that a little suffocating. The room wasn’t changed for me despite me asking as they said they were completely booked! The rooms are clean.

Location is the best thing about this hotel. It's closer to Paddington station, easy to find the hotel, outside the hotel looks superb. Rooms are extremely small, there is no place to keep your luggage, double bed is comfortable. There is no space to walk at all in the room. After I complained I got a bit bigger room where there was little space for walking. Breakfast was good and service was good. Staff are good and will try to help you in every way. Stair case very small, there is a lift but still you will have to take stair case so mind if you have large suitcase to carry. Choose this hotel only for location. Holiday inn and premier inn have bigger rooms than this hotel for sure. It's very expensive and not worth the money you pay for. I am sorry to say this but this is the truth. Staff are great and location is good.
P. E.
Very service oriented staff, clean and nice rooms. A little pricey for what you get.
I asked the receptionist to make a taxi reservation for the morning after, and the car came well ahead of time. However, it did not have a taxi sign on the roof, which felt a bit unsettling, and when I asked the kind and polite driver why, the answer was "it's a private taxi". Creepy for a single female traveler.
The trip to the airport went smoothly, but when I was to pay, he entered my card details, including CVC code into the payment app. Veeery unsettling. I will definitely check my account daily for a while, no matter how nice the driver seemed.
So...good hotel, but catch your cab somewhere else.

Really enjoyed our stay here

Great rooms, a bit small but clean and organized and have everything you need including outlets for foreigners. Convenient location for exploring London. Customer service was excellent, all staff were courteous and helpful at all times.

Honeymooners!
We had an amazing stay. With lovely helpful staff who are professional and the hotel was very clean.
The room was serviced everyday providing fresh towels and the bathroom cleaned. The tea and coffee was re stocked. We are amazed at the service and that's why the rooms stay clean and pefect.
WiFi was perfect, was fast and helpful to research where to go next.
The room comes with a phone to make calls in the UK and maps etc.
Breakfast was amazing. All you can eat with English breakfast, coffee, tea and Danish.
Thank you for the pleasent stay and the gift of wine and chocolates.
Defiantly recommend.
The location was great with other small stores around and cafes.
Access to the pay bikes was right outside which is great for a quick ride around.
We used uber services which was great getting to and from the hotel.
100% the best and recommend!
Thank you again!!!

Very good experience got a free upgrade amazing staff.

Love our jaunts to this hotel stayed in a compact double which was very small indeed having tried this room I'd advise anyone to book another room.
Breakfast was fabulous as always and plenty choice!!!! See you all very soon

This was a great place to stay, I selected it because of it's proximity to paddington station to be able to catch the train to Heathrow at the end of the stay. The place was kept clean and tidy. The air conditioning was a plus. The only downside was the room was below ground with a poor view of steps and bags, maybe some flowers and a tidy up of the area would be more acceptable.
P. B.
The hotel s in a good location. Myself and my friends girls group of Six altogether went there for Afternoon tea. Their Indian Afternoon Tea was absolutely yummylicious though i cheekily asked if there are top ups for what we finished, unfortunately not but the staff was extremely friendly and the best customer service I have received till date.
As soon as we got there we were given a private room as staff had already instinctively gathered we were out to celebrate something which was a birthday and a graduation. Seated in a private room we were served by the most polite staff i have ever come across.
As soon as staff found out we were celebrating a birthday without our knowledge Came in with a slice of cake singing happy birthday with flowers we were all pleasantly surprised and happy to our core that staff would go that extra mile to give one of the best service ever. For me small gestures matter and that slice of cake mattered as the thought behind it counted so much for us. It absolutely made our day. staff that attended to us were ALISA and CLAUDIA the stars of that day for us!!!!!!!!! I Cannot thank Alisa and Claudia enough for making that day so nice with the best service and the best gesture ever.
Wish you both all the best and we would without any doubt attend the afternoon again anytime!!!!!!!
V. A.
Definitely not a four star hotel! Rooms are dated and in need of repairs. If you want a drink I suggest you try one of the little pubs in the area as getting a drink here is almost impossible. The area near the lift and restaurant smell like a urinal. However, the staff are friendly and helpful.
S. S.
Lovely hotel in Paddington, close to Hyde Park and central attractions in London. The first room was a bit crammed, but that was an expedia error. We went to the front desk the next morning and received exceptional service from Olga. She placed us in an upgraded room and even sent over a fruit plate and wine. Needless to say I loved my stay. Definitely would recommend this hotel.
A. A.
I stayed in the hotel October 2016. The room was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful, they allowed me to keep my luggage after checkout for the rest of the day. The area around the hotel is quiet. There are few grocery shops, gift shops and restaurants close to the hotel. Paddington train and underground stations are less than 5 minutes walk from the hotel. On the negative side I only have two minor points: (1) The room was a little bit small, but was okey for a solo traveler. (2) The fire alarm rang on both of the two days of my stay at around 8:00 a.m. and despite being a false alarm it was a bit disquieting.
K. D. J.
The staff are really fantastic. The room we chose was too small for two travelers. A bigger room would be better if you're not travelling alone. The breakfast was good every morning.
C. R.
I was a little shocked when I had to leave reception and go over the road to another building to my room but when I got into my room it was clean and tidy so can't complain about that. My single room was the smallest hotel room I have ever seen so was not too impressed. My work colleagues also had single rooms that were better than my shoe box so I think I was just unlucky. It was me who booked the rooms for them as well.
A. O.
Good value afternoon tea. Variety of sandwiches, and a good selection of cakes. Came with a bottle of prosecco between two, which we drunk very slowly, and we weren't rushed at all. They provided a second pot of tea each at no extra cost too!
The music playing in the bar could be a tad abrasive at times, but otherwise a very pleasant afternoon tea!
Pre-booking for the tea is required.
T.
Good hotel and very nice staff, just a tad too far out of the way for my liking. Felt like if I was wanting to go shopping or to see any of the attractions (besides winter wonderland) I was having to get a Uber or the underground. The only issue I had was the location, hotel room was lovely, had heated floors in the bathroom and very comfy beds, where given fresh towels everyday and free tea and coffee fill ups (sachets) every morning
J. S.
My hotel for 2 weeks...... Oh the food here in London! They feed you like they do in SA! Not like in NY where free breakfast means a tiny croissant and a spoon of orange juice. But here be careful, if you book a single room..... U get one with a REAL single bed....... They don't mince words! Say double room and you will be happy.
Y. C.
What a great secret gem. Arrived late but was welcomed with a smile and cool service. They greet me with wine and fruits as complementary addition in the room. They even have a phone u can take away to travel the city.... Really nice
S. A. N.
We stayed 16 nights my self and my husband all was fantastic, the room was clean the location was fantastic and staff was very helpful and friendly special the lady in the counter ( Miss. crystal ) and the guy from the front counter for sure we will stay again in the future .

Excellent place to stay , great location and outstanding service with a very affordable price.
Every staff member (reception and restaurant) met and served us with a smile.
keep up the great work.

Our club room was actually located across the street in the Devonshire. So for breakfast we had to cross the street to get to the main building's restaurant. Breakfast was sufficient, with an option of freshly cooked omlette. The club room in the Devonshire 4th floor was larger than London average hotel rooms. Our view was towards the backside (not towards the street), didn't have any noise problems. Heating adjusting didn't really work for us. We were pleasantly surprised that there were multiple USB charging ports in the room. Fridge was also a useful feature. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
R. B.
Lovely rooms and very clean. Had a club room which had microwave, fridge, fruit and fizzy drink were complimentary in the room. Attendants were very polite and helpful as were the reception staff. Overall had a lovely stay and would recommend
K. M.
The Location is excellent a short walk to stations and lots of places to eat. The four stars here a for the Staff, Monica and Luanne and all of them. All of them are very friendly efficient and really provide 5 star service. The room is great value for money, comfortable, clean and great hot showers. We will recommend this accomodation to all our friends as a wonderful place to stay in London.
M. H.
Excellent 4 star guest accommodation. Great location near to Hyde Park and Lancaster Gate tube station. Very clean and well presented. Friendly and professional staff. We were even provided with a mobile phone to use free of charge.
L. G.
The hotel is perfectly located, not far from Hyde Park and Portobello Road. Nice hotel staff. Breakfasts are tasty. I stayed in small and at the same time very cozy room. It was a bit cold in the room however I am well aware it is very English) To get warm you can use an electric kettle: tea, coffee and cookies are very helpful)
A. C.
Wonderful friendly staff eager to help and assist.
First uk hotel bathroom I've seen with a shower head/hose washing facility by the toilet. Great job. More hotels should have that in their bathrooms. Those who use it should request it or recommend it to other hotels so hotels become aware and add it to their toilets/bathrooms.
S. M.
Good accommodation close to Paddington. Good location, clean and tidy rooms albeit on the small side. The hotel has two buildings. The other building is opposite main hotel building. I stayed in one of basement rooms and the window was located next to the hotel store which was used a social point for hotel staff to talk loudly. Very inconsiderate but hotel addressed immediately when I complained. All in all a comfortable option if you need a base near Paddington for a few days.
P. O.
Very helpful friendly staff make you feel very welcome. Nothing is to much trouble. Fantastic room. Great for business or pleasure. Highly recommend, would book again without doubt.
M. T.
Recently refurbished and renamed, this hotel is very modern and affordable, only minutes away from Paddington Station. Relatively spacious rooms (like the Deluxe Room) with a small fridge, a microwave and tea amd coffee facilities make it easy in the morning to start the day. WiFi available everywhere, complimentary of course. There's even a small gym, with treadmills and dumbbells to get a decent workout.
C. S.
Friendly staff, helpful and polite. Room was smallish but very clean, bathroom was new. Very useful hotelphone to take with you into the city with wifi, maps and metro schedules.
A. C.
Staff were friendly. Check-in took a long time. First key card issued didn't open front door. A/C controls did seemingly nothing. Breakfast was not great. Rooms were well-furnished and modern.
J. O. (.
Great location and price. I was pleasantly surprised with the room here. Staff were friendly and even informed us of paddington stations closure on the day we left incase it affected our travel. I would definitely stay here again.
C. B.
I will recommend this hotel, by far. So friendly, clean, and close to everything.
A. W.
Most reviews you see focus on the small size of the hotel rooms. However, if you look a bit deeper, you will find plenty of advantages that outweigh this insignificant issue. First is their customer service. They were full of smiles, positive attitudes, and information they were willing to share, from figuring out the excruciating concern of finding public parking for a rental car in a city that tends to only allow residential citizens to park on the city streets, to best routes to attractions.
Next is the location of the hotel. This Best Western is well situated near Hyde Park. London is a difficult city to traverse, and one can easily become lost in the seeming labyrinth of round abouts and city streets. It's extremely helpful to have a large visual marker to work from, and Hyde Park is well sized for such a compass bearing. The best feature was the low cost expense for a long stay.
Many hotels in this competitive price range required a community shared bathroom, and offered fewer services. With the complimentary WiFi, convenient location, and impeccable customer care, this hotel receives a B+ in my books. I would have given the hotel an A- if the shower stall wasn't so small or toilet so crammed against a wall. However for the price, those issues seem so trivial and minor, making this hotel experience as good as gold.
A.
Reception and employees very nice and helpful. Room was clean and nice but a bit small. Location is very good. 5 minute walk to Paddington station.
S. D.
Stayed on a Friday night. Really good location. Our stay was fine apart from a few small things, like nobody answering reception phone, and extractor fan not working in bathroom.
N.
Stayed here few times already, rooms are clean. Recently stayed in double room which was really nice and spacious enough. Single rooms can be tiny but still clean and cosy. Good location, friendly staff, next time will get double room, good value for money
S. W.
Clean, modern, comfortable. Good wi-fi and connectivity. Room a bit small, but manageable. Check-out - which should have been easy - was a little bit laboured and took a long time due to the inexperience of the desk person. Overall, fine for an overnight business trip.
I. N.
It is not expansive but for a reason...
We have been to the very close 'Lancaster Gate' hotel a couple of years ago which belongs to the same chain and expected a similar experience. The maintenance is not at the same level. Good value for the money.
J. B.
Had a lovely weekend away here worth every penny some reviews say over priced for small bedroom but ours was just right in the ground floor. Reception gentlemen was very helpful and would defiantly consider coming back here if you want to get out of the very busy hustle and bustle of London City. Paddington is very much more relaxed but a short walk you are on Oxford Street. Lovely hotel and would recommend to anyone
A. J.
A good hotel. Staff are very welcoming and helpful, rooms clean and comfortable, if a bit on the small side. Beds comfortable. A good choice for the price in this area.
S. K.
The staff are really helpful and friendly. I was not a guest at the hotel but was meeting up with one of their guests. The hotel staff could not have been friendlier whilst I waited. They even charged my phone which had run out of battery.
a. j.
We had a very pleasant stay. Location of the hotel is very good. It is just few mins walk from the Paddignton station and the paddington underground station. Hotel staff is very polite and courteous. I would especially thank Madalina for making our stay more pleasant and comfortable and enjoyed our vacation to the fullest. I will definitely recommended this hotel and will stay in future whenever we visit London.
D. M.
Had to walk across the road to different building. Nice clean friendly staff. Location was perfect 5 min walk to Paddington station. Nice places to go for food rite at around from the hotel.
C. V.
Lovely friendly staff. Great location close to Paddington stn good breakfast small but compact rooms. Nice bathroom. Will be back again and again. On this visit after getting back from day out our bed was lovely decorated with rose petals in shape of a heart also had piece of strawberry cheescake !!!! Great
R.
Great staff... very helpful. I like that they have a cell phone in the room for you to use so you dont have to use your own. It had info on sites, the hotel, and acess to the internet qnd Google maps....no charge. My room was what i expected and i liked it but thought that a shelf below the sink was very inconvenient when using your personal products or i eould five 5 stars but this may be because i had a single room. You want your products at arms length, and not have to bend all the way down to see what you need to get. Shower was very nice. Oh, the heated floors...was a nice touch even if I don't go barefoot in hotels. Shops and restaurants on maun street...at the corner. 2-3 markets, Hyde Park3 minutes away and everything elsevis a subwaycride away. 5 minute walk to Paddington Station which is nice if you want catch the Heathrow Express to Heathrow Airport in 15 munutes, or catch trains at Euston, St. Pancras, and King's Cross Station, and 4 minute walk to Lancaster Gate (Central Line). This is my London Hotel!
C. S.
Hotel is well placed. Near Hyde park, 10 minutes by walk to the metro going to the center. Smart idea: usb ports near the bed to charge the smartphone. The hotel provides a smartphone (with network access) in the room that you can bring outside, but it is useless for European people as me. Drawbacks: hotel is split in several buildings (we have to cross the road to go to reception and breakfast), view on a wall, noise of air conditioning outside, small bathroom (where to put the toilet bag), heating system too smart for us as we never succeeded to have a warm room. Sad as the room is not cheap.
A. L.
We arrived a little early and not only did they give us a room they upgraded us to a club room.
We were on a ground floor with no double glazing but as its such a quiet street dont think this would ever be a problem.
Excellent location nr Paddington stations.
H. C.
The hotel is clean and at least the room I was staying in was refurbished. But the rooms are for Hobbits! There is not even space for your luggage. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is not good.
K.
Indian Afternoon Tea was a lovey experience. Really great Service by Alisa, very attentive and informative. Food was delicious and hot, the masala chai was also perfect and re-filled on demand! Would highly recommend overall!

My girlfriend And I like the hotel a lot. We were a litteris bit concerned because of the others feedbacks but everything was great. The room is big and clean. I got an early check in easily. The location is also great. I recomend the hotel
m. a. J.
Very artistic and simultaneously peaceful environment.
K. S.
Very nice chic hotel for a single person who doesn't need a lot of space in their room. They provide a free cell phone with mapping and tourist info already setup on the phone. 5 mins from Paddington station. Bus line at the front door.
A.
Fairly disappointing as the pictures do not reflect reality. Only in London can hotels get away with 6 square metre rooms (so its you or your luggage, basically). Still 3* as the place was clean though.
M. S.
Location was in quiet area, no train noise, vibration or ambulance noise when staying next to paddington. A short walk but could be miserable if raining or wet streets so check the weather. Very comfortable bed, got the double room, for some space. Excellent bell boy. A bit of a wait on checkin and checkout. A robe, slippers. lotion and toothbrush would have been nice. Room service has limited service until 9 i think. Clean room except for hair on shoe mit box. No view from room 120. I would stay here again if it is not raining. Free wifi about 3-4 MBps.
P. K.
Decent, reasonably priced London Hotel. Nice staff, good breakfasts. Room small but recently renovated so modern, clean and functional.
R. J.
Nice stay get what you pay for
A. S. B.
Were there almost a year ago, though still good memories. Polite staff, small but comfortable rooms. Would give 5 Google stars for 3-star hotel in London.
M. B.
Nice hotel, room was small but convenient and cozy. Staff is friendly. Great area, less than 10 mins on foot from Paddington and 5 minutes away from Lancaster Gate.
Z. K.
Good service, good hotel
N. T.
Nice Hotel, though the rooms are a bit smaller than I expected. Warm reception by the staff. Price is competitive.
M. K.
Great value for money, esp. considering the location. Got an upgrade to the Club room, which would be small by any standard other than London. If you need to stay near Paddington for one or two nights, it's a good choice.
M.
Great location for the tube and Hyde Park etc very comfy bed, nice and quiet, good shower very clean and a good sized TV and for the price in central London of £78 would definitely stay again!!
F. Y.
The rooms were not large and some bits parts of the room were quite worn, though overall it was a good stay and the location is really convenient.

A FIT ROOM TO FIT IN
If you land up in one of the train compartment like single rooms, well brace yourself. This might just be one of the smallest hotel rooms in which you will ever sleep. In fact, this must be the only four star hotel in London, if not in the world, where the bathroom is so small that you have to sit askew on the toilet, with the door wide open and your one foot dangling around the entrance. This is really very stupid. Unless you move in with only your toothbrush with you, you will find very little space, if any, to put anything down.
That said, if you want to stay in a really cute little upmarket hotel, close to Paddington station, in a vicinty where it can actually be quite nice with parks close by, then you have come to the right place. The little single rooms are actually very nice, if you can succeed in moving around. And if you feel you need some excercise, lay on the bed, touch the wall next to the bed with the side of your foot and see if you can reach the TV against the opposite wall with your other foot. It is quite possible. And you do not have to be a giant to do so. In fact if a giant could fit into this neat little train compartment like room, he would have a great time writing a review about it.
N. W.
Clean, smart rooms in 2 buildings. Didn't eat on this occasion but very helpful staff and close to Paddington railway station and community.
T. B.
First of all, the place is easily mixed up with the other "Gran Paddington" about 100m away.. make sure you know which one you booked. The rooms are small even by London/Paddington-area standards, the basement ones are absolutely tiny. There's a cold air draft from the window in most rooms, which is not great since the bed is next to the window. The breakfast is super overpriced.
D. C.
Very friendly and extremely helpful staff. Modern furnishings and a reasonable distance from Paddington station if you have a heavy bag to carry. Lots of places to eat and drink close by and only 5 mins walk to Hyde park. Hotel has breakfast for around £11.
O. E.
Small but cozy and not cramped room (single). Nice shower and bathroom. Very clean. Breakfast and location of, could improve a notch. Friendly service.
L. R.
Had a Single Deluxe Bedroom, which had everything you needed and had compared to other Hotels in London a good amount of space. Free Wifi works very good, no problems at all.
G. B.
Really small room, no lift, but nice, quiet and clean. The place and the surroundings are really nice. The bellboy was very kind too and lifted the luggage for us.
f. s.
One thing stood out to me while I was here and that's the staff, they were really helpful. But the only thing I didn't like was that they made us wait 2 hours for our rooms to be cleaned before we could check in. I already did that online.
D. M. H.
Great amenities. Great staff. Rooms a bit small but of traveling to London, dont spend time staring at the walls; get out and enjoy the city.
D.
Friendly helpful staff, clean, very small rooms which was fine for me but too tight for some, food was good, bar not always stocked if looking for non alcoholic (or alcohlic) fruity drink.
A. A.
Nice but not the best location, 5 mins from Paddington station. 5 mins from Hyde Park. The best thing is if you're going to Heathrow via Heathrow express the station is near. A great thing that they provide the guests with a mobile phone with free calls and unlimited internet "free of charge". Very tiny room and bed, it wasn't a good sleep for two persons. Not enough space to put the luggage. Very small shower for a big guy like me, I had to squeeze in and out!
A. S.
Fantastic location, only 10 mins walk from Paddington station and 15 mins walk to Shopping st ( Oxford st) and 5 mins walk to Kensington Garden. Nice, quite, upmarket area. Clean, Fresh and well equipped room. Staff are polite, friendly and helpful.
Highly recommended .
b. z.
I had a great time there, room was clean wit all amenities necessary, stuff was super polite, price was “reasonable” for the neighborhood, which is just great, a jewel in the heart of london!
Conveniently close to metro stations.
M. H.
We came here just for 1 night but after all we stayed for 2 more nights.
It's really nice hotel, with great location.
M. B.
It's complicated. I have been happier with a smaller room so it isn't the small room that was a problem for me. The breakfast option was good. Sometimes the
A. V.
Despite getting a Room at floor minus 1 and getting awaken from the breakfast room early, the overall was good. They offer me a complimentary breakfast apologyzing for the noises.
B. A.
Nice clean rooms and great breakfast. Staff are helpful too. Price is pretty average for this type of hotel in London too.
O. C.
Stayed here Boxing Day 2017, staff were excellent very hopeful and polite. Room was very nice stayed in a suite very clean and lots of room would definitely come back.
L. P.
Reasonably well situated. Room felt too small to feel relaxed and comfortable despite its layout making the best use of available space.
V. N.
Rooms are neat and well maintained. Bathrooms are small, especially the shower, it is tiny. Awesome breakfast. Wonderful location.
С. Ж.
Fantastic hotel. Great location, great amenities. It’s not a five star, mind you, but otherwise more than great for its pricing
T. R.
My first time at hotel ! Just one night ! Business meeting ! Did not dine in hotel ! but will return ! Very impressed with level of service from staff !
D. P.
The service was excellent ,very friendly and very polite. We visited the place on the 4/11/17 for an afternoon tea, The 2 staff who gave the amazing hospitality were Claudia and alisa. We enjoyed it very much.
Z. K.
Absolutely great hotel to stay if you going for family weekend in London. It's only 5 mins walk from Hyde park 10 mins bus from all the main attraction such as Zoo, museums and Oxford street etc.
J. M.
The staff could not have been anymore helpful, professional or more curious. One of the cleanest and well maintained hotel's I've ever stayed
A. M.
Lovely hotel, friendly team. Tiny room with walls and ceilings made of cardboard, I could hear the next door guests "punching holes" on the walls whilst screaming "OMFG" (SHAGGING to non Brit)
A. K.
Great hotel in a great area! Rooms are small but cozy and staff are very polite and accommodating.
O. T.
Comfy and very good staff. Doesn't accept dollars or euros though. I'd recommended if you travelling and need a place to stay.
M. A.
Very good service , great staff and nice location ,very clean and the room size is acceptable (club room) around 6 minutes walking to hyde park and lancaster gate station and 5 minutes to paddington station .
L. S.
Really nice hotel. Room was ok, but shower didn't work and the toilet cistern overflowed all night.
O. B.
I always stay in this hotel. Staff are very friendly extra clean rooms and their bathrooms are very nice.
a. p.
Really helpful friendly staff and lovely room which had been upgraded. Had a really nice stay and would definitely book here again
F. R.
very good Hotel, clean rooms with all the facilities, service definitely AWSOME, good english breakfast
W. G.
Comfortable rooms in a recently renovated hotel. Staff was very friendly. Convenient connections to the west end and further via nearby metro station.
C. M.
Rooms are tiny, but clean and breakfast was nice. Close to Paddington Station so handy for Heathrow Express.
A. A. A. J.
Very clean and 7 minutes walk to nearest underground station. Though the rooms are very small in size. And the housekeeping staff are noisy in the morning while they are cleaning nearby rooms.
H. M.
Very nice hotel with well appointed rooms and very friendly and helpful staff. Good location for Paddington station and the museums via a nice walk across Hyde park
T. C.
The rooms was ever so clean and God I loved the shower didn't want to get out after I got plus the food was luxurious I had salmon and steamed veg it was all cooked to perfection couldn't fault anything the staff was extremely friendly and helpful if I was in London again I will definitely be stopping again
p. l.
Nice, clean, quiet hotel. Excellent breakfast and polite personnel not only at reception but everywhere
M. H.
Rooms are very small. In this respect, the photos on the booking platform are rather misleading. Everything else was OK.
B. S.
its good but dont take the ground rooms very small rooms first day I shocked from the small room then they change it....you have to walk to bus station for 7 or 10 mints...the underground and the train also need 10 mints to reach...10 mints walk to hyde park....very clean hotel ... I have seen the politeness from all stuff...
M. S.
Clean & nice. Repeat guest. Sprinkling of short set of steps on every floor makes moving luggage tough.
A. P.
Lovely quiet hotel and not too expensive for London, room was nice but a little small
B. C.
Rooms are clean and reasonably priced but if you want to stay a few days you may find the rooms a little small.
M. N.
Came for afternoon tea which was really good. The food was very nice, and the hotel overall looks very clean and organised
K. M.
Room was wonderful, clean and comfortable. The service was brilliant and all the staff were lovely and professional.
K. C.
The location of the hotel was perfect for the festival we attended in Hyde Park. The staff at the hotel could not do enough to help you (even with the perfect proposal!) Definitely recommended :)
R. W.
the hotel is great value, the rooms are new and modern, however, a bit on the small size!
J. B.
Close to Paddington Station with lots of restaurants nearby. Rooms are small and showers are cramped, but hotel is quiet and staff is friendly and helpful. I'd stay herr again.
M. W.

X. E.

The staff was overenthusiastic and cleared my table even before I finished the b'fast!
K. R.

C. S.
Hotel is well placed. Near Hyde park, 10 minutes by walk to the metro going to the center. Smart idea: usb ports near the bed to charge the smartphone. The hotel provides a smartphone (with network access) in the room that you can bring …
M. Y.
