A. B.Location is amazing, service is amazing and breakfast is amazing. Recommend this place to anyone, be it a full family, young couple or solo traveler.
Ideally situated right by Gloucester Road station, you can take the tube anywhere in Zone 1 in under 15-20mins. You can also stay in the area if you fancy a visit to the Natural History Museum or Victoria and Albert Museum.
The food in the area is also great. There are lots of spots to choose from near the station and there is a couple of grocery stores next door. Breakfast at the hotel is great to get you going for a busy day full of exploring.
The front desk is manned by two girls during the day who are each lovelier than the other. Both provide fantastic service and are eager to help whenever possible. Really tops off the experience.
All in all, we had/are currently having a lovely stay at the Park International and would highly recommend it. We know we will definitely be back whenever visiting London.
I. T.The hotel is of great value and I found the interconnected hallways very neat; due to health restrictions I did not get a chance to check out the amenities but the Breakfast was amazing!!
My only regret was the lack of heat and the runaround I received from the staff stating that something that is blatantly an AC unit was a heater and that if I had set the thermostat to max of 24C, it would work. The maintenance person even went as far stating that the red blinking light on the AC means that it is 'heating up'. Needless to say, I decided to checkout the following morning (2 days earlier than my anticipated checkout) as it was clear that the problem was not going to get addressed.
The location is great, lots of interesting things in the area that are walking distance.
Y.My partner & I had to change our check in date due to a personal matter and the hotel was so nice and understanding about it. We booked the deluxe heritage room it was quite big and the decor was nice. The staff are very friendly and the hotel is clean. It could do with a small
upgrade but overall our stay was very comfortable and it’s a fantastic location. There are good restaurants around and a Tesco And really close to the underground. Definitely recommend this hotel.

k.Good location as your close to the main museums and the nearest tube station is less than a 5 minute walk which is on the Piccadilly line.
Shame our room needed a little tlc. You could see filler in the walls which they haven’t repainted. The shower had a leak as well. The bathroom floor floods every time you have a shower. The staff knew about this as the mouldings around the door was rotten.
That aside for £170 for two nights without breakfast I thought was very reasonable

A. J. H.Good breakfast. Nice service team. The building is old. The rooms are a nice size for a single person. The restrooms are small, if you’re a tall person and you go to use the facilities your knees will touch the wall. The floors are loud and dip in odd places. I knew when the person upstairs awoke because the floors squeak. If this hotel has a great price, stay because the location is convenient to lots of amenities. But if you’re looking to treat yourself, look for something a little more modern.
D. C.Perfect choice! We had a great stay in a Heritage twin room. Everyone was very helpful and welcoming. Room (131) was quiet, clean, and elegant with high ceilings (4 m ?) Shower was easy and spacious. Breakfast was very good (bacon, sausage, eggs, fresh fruit etc.) Our new favourite hotel in London! Not sure why anyone would pay more - this was great value.
V. D.We upgraded to a junior suite from a double room and it was worth every penny. The bed is extremely comfortable and soft. Bathroom and decor are great. Breakfast, while an extra charge, is delish with lots of options. Didn’t want to leave! Also random, this hotel smells amazing everywhere.

The staff were fabulous and the food was amazing. Happy hour was from 5 to 9 where you get two cocktails for the price of one. The breakfast was beautiful and the hotel was spotless. I would highly recommend this hotel

The location is perfect and there are numerous shops in the area for convenience. It is walking distance from a tube station. The restaurant downstairs is very good and the staff was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others staying in London.
T. P. N.Good situated hotel. We had a few issues with the rooms. There were already people in the first 3 rooms that were given to us. Seemed a little bit unprofessional. But then we were granted a little upgrade. Staff was friendly and helpful. Keep in mind: Firealarm test once a month during morning.
A. B.Was an OK stay. Room was fine, bed comfy. The main issue with my room was that the windows seemed pretty old and were not soundproof from the busy road outside. Additionally, the curtain didn't block much of the light from coming around the edges so the room stayed pretty light. Would be fine if you're a deep sleeper! Breakfast was OK, with all the basics but was certainly not stand-out. The bar and restaurant looked OK but I didn't get anything. Good location, so if you don't mind those issues (and it could have just been my room, but unlikely) then it is a good choice for a hotel in a decent location.
G. H.The area the hotel was located in was great! Our room was in the basement under the lobby. Seemed like chairs were moved around by people in lobby which disturbed us.
The housekeeping was great... however, they knocked over my wife's electric toothbrush off the counter and put it back to make it look like nothing happened. Sure enough it won;t run. Would have been nice if they owned up to it versus trying to hide it.
S.Great reception staff and cleaners. Less great dining room staff, though the food was fine. Rooms were clean but shower was lukewarm and had a leak from the light fitting! The replacement room had a loose shower head holder. Overall the hotel's offerings were a little disjointed. But they're getting there.
J. M.The rooms are a bit small but very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and a large TV with plenty of channels. The hotel location is great too, quite a few restaurants close, close to Hyde park and several museums and the Gloucester Tube station is a few hundred yards away. Very happy with my stay and will be staying here next time I am in London.
W.I would return to this hotel, it’s clean and it’s not going to break the bank either. Staff were very helpful and courteous, I had to wait for a room because of the 2pm check in but one of the staff checked on me every 30mins or so and you could tell he was trying to get the room ready asap. I really liked this and i wish more hotels were as helpful. I never had a problem with staff, breakfast or my room. The only downside to Parks isn’t the hotel but that there were not very many places to eat nearby (well if your staying for a while). Like I said I would return to this hotel any time I enjoyed it.
L. K.Well, the room is very small and crowded. Also the bed in queen room is too small for two people. I guess matress is very old since it was too soft for sleeping on it. Once of the most annoying things that you hear everything what is happening in neighbor room, even when someone walks. The implication someone walks in your room... Breakfast is corresponding 3* hotel or less. Location is good but on the bottom line, this hotel must increase value for money...
D. P.Best boutique hotel ever !! Wonderful and very efficient staff !! Very spacious ,clean and comfortable rooms and common areas. Tasty ample breakfast buffet . Within walking distance of everything London. Tube station is 2mins away. Train to the airport stops there. Will definitely be coming back ! Love it !!!
K. L.My husband & I had a fantastic one night's stay here. The location is great & in a nice area of London. The staff were very welcoming & helpful upon our arrival. The room was lovely & very clean! The following morning my Husband enquired at reception about possibly checking out later, the staff were very helpful & did all they could to let us check out as late as possible without cost. We will definitely be booking here again the next time we stay in London!
P. K.We stayed in room 515. The breakfast was great for the price (we bought it ahead of time) and the staff was amazing. The reason for the lower rating is the overall look of the room and bathroom. The bathroom had mold around the bottom of the shower and the ceilings were cracked all around. It can definitely use an uplift. The gym is very outdated and can use a second treadmill + taller ceilings. These were my main down sides. Otherwise great location and a decent stay experience.
K. A.Hotel needs updating. People were extremely nice and accommodating but our room was a little bigger than a closet. Old furniture and it was hot in the room. We had to keep our windows open because we couldn’t control the temperature. Seems like the vent was open to other rooms heating ours up.

The t.v. did not work in my room.
They said I had breakfast included, but it was not actually and I had to pay for breakfast.

J. W.This hotel is alright. Decent for the cost. Close to Gloucester Station, so it was easy to get into the downtown areas. The hotel had a slightly off smell, sort of a stale musk. The carpets in the halls were dingy. We had a small room for economy. Basically, a bed and a loo. Not much space, but all we did was sleep there anyway. The double was two twins pushed together, as is usual. The left side had a massive dip in the mattress, which made it a bit uncomfortable. If you need not much more than a clean place to lay your head, this will do fine.

N. E.First time in london. The hotel was excellent in many ways. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are average side. The bar is comfortable and friendly serve was excellent. The room attendant that took care of my room was very friendly and great service. The gym needs to be updated and cleaned more. The location of this hotel is super great everything is walking distance especially the tube.
T. L.This is an exquisite hotel! For your romantic getaway or honeymoon (like ours!) then there is no better choice than the Heritage Junior Suite - and you'd be surprised at the <200GBP/night price! Staff are also super friendly, the breakfast was pretty good and it's only a few minutes walk to the underground. Perfect.
J. P.This hotel has character. Our party had two rooms. One had the charm of an original high ceiling, and a view out to the road, but was otherwise typically small for a room in London. The other was a modern room with more space but less charm. The hotel is a rabbit warren of lovely corridors, and surprise staircases. This is great once you've dropped off your heavy bags!
The buffet breakfast is a proper effort and well above average.
The Checkmate bar turned out to be a real surprise - we ended up spending a lot of time there because of the pleasant ambience and the excellent friendly service. We also ended up eating there on the final night, a Saturday, to save us hunting around outside, and were very satisfied. The menu is dominated by Thai food and they don't hold back on the chillies. Challenging but well worth it!
The hotel Wi-Fi just worked, no silly login screens that log you out again at the drop of a hat. I didn't try it for video but streamed audio and it didn't mess me about at any point.
The location close to Gloucester Road tube station is excellent. We walked to and from the Royal Albert Hall too - it would have been a bit far if it had rained but we were lucky in both directions. Also the nearby full-size Waitrose is handy for water and snacks (there is a fridge in the room) and even two digital photo booths if you had idly been thinking that you ought to get around to renewing your passport...
All in all I was expecting a bland and satisfactory stay but ended up looking forward to staying here again when the chance arises.
M. S.A great location to many things. Walking distance to a tube station (just down the street), many restaurants, grocery stores and even walking distance to the natural history museum. You can also walk to Harrods and Hyde park if you like to walk and are able to walk a bit of a distance. We usually walked there but caught the tube back to the hotel. The Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfy. Breakfast was ok. I would recommend Garfunkel's down the street. Our room didn't have a bath tub, which was a bit disappointing. The Hotel also doesn't have a pool or hot tub. I'd stay here again, but for family trips, I wouldn't as my kids like to go swimming. We stayed for 10 nights and didn't have any problems.
M. M.Great hotel for the price. Prime location near mass transit and very clean and cozy. Hotel desk staff are attentive and the amenities are of a good quality. Only complaint would be that the hotel bar staff are not the most motivated... but that is a tiny thing. Overall a solid choice for staying in London!
F. C. A. t. B.It was a place to stay. We arrived from an overnight, sleepless flight early and the staff was able to check us in a little early, very nice surprise. When the cab pulled up to the curb staff (George I think) rushed out and managed our huge amount of luggage, (three of us at the start of a two week trip. He stowed our stuff in a luggage room so we could eat and look around.) After eating we fell asleep like savages sitting in lobby. We only stayed at the Park International for only a day and a half unfortunately. During our short time there the hotel was clean, the staff were.friendly and the food (breakfast and the on site restaurant) was great. We would definitely return and stay longer.
C. T.Great location, I stayed in the standard room and the twin bed and room were a tad small but manageable. Bit noisy as on the 2nd floor facing the street. Some of the staff needs to be a bit more welcoming and friendly, and it was hard to get hold of them on the phone from the room.
K. L.We stayed 3 nights- the room was perfect size for two adults and a 1 year old. The air conditioning unit worked great, it has a TV, desk, phone, night stands, hair dryer, enclosed shower and an amour! Breakfast was great hot food, breads, yogurt, fruit, cereal!
My only negative was that we had black mold around our front windows that over looked the street behind our curtains when you pulled them back! Yuck!
M. C.Really great location in Zone 1 with easy access to tube and bus transportation. Safe area. Lots of grocery stores and restaurants around and only a short walk to the V&A and National History Museum. Harrods is a short bus trip away. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. I stayed in a room with two twin beds. For "American" standards it might be considered small (the twin beds are on the small side and our room could have used a dresser even though one would not have fit) but if you are a tourist with the need to have a quiet and clean place to rest your head at the end of a full day running around in London, than this is all that you really need (and it really isn't a big deal when you take the location into consideration). Outside of the room, the hotel is clean and traditional, lovely, and represents itself well. Didn't have breakfast at the hotel as offered, but there are many great options in the neighborhood.

T. A.Nice enough hotel for the price, rooms maybe a little small and I had an issue on the final day where I couldn't get any hot water from the shower (possibly my fault, and I was in a hurry).
Breakfast was ok, not a huge selection if you didn't fancy an English breakfast, but enough so I didn't go hungry. Staff were attentive and helpful.
H. M.Booked through last minute secret hotel so I got a really good price. Excellent service at reception. The room was not very big but considering the price I paid and the location I cannot complain. Clean room and bathroom. Nice food and excellent service at breakfast to compliment the stay.
J. M.We stayed here three nights in a jr. suite. The hotel location is great, with a Waitrose, nice restaurants, and tube station nearby. The king bed was very good, and the suite had nice toiletries, big towels, good closet, mini fridge, and nice tea/coffee setup. The hotel staff was efficient, and a good breakfast buffet was included. The real shame here was the condition of this property. It was probably a stately hotel at one time, but is now rather rundown. The stained carpets, knicked walls, peeling wallpaper and old furniture are hard to overlook. We enjoyed our stay, but this place needs some major attention.
J. W. D.The place of the hotel is brilliant. Kensington is beautiful. 2min walk to the underground. 15min walk to Hyde Park, which is a lovely park. Room was a bit small but okay. Good beds. Staff was very friendly and followed up quickly on some requests we did. Main problem was our bathroom which smelled not really nice and the ceiling had some black mold on it. Personnel followed up the next morning and the smell was completely gone after their treatment. The mold is removed after our staying. The hotel was overbooked, so they couldn’t move us and the housekeeper told us that the paintsmell would be really bad, so they couldn’t fix the mold right away. Would definitely come here again, despite this tiny discomfort.

Rooms were smaller than i thought were advised and even though we were there half an hour later than our check-in time we were told to come back in a couple of hours when the room was ready which put a bit of a dampener on it (travelled from NZ). Overall I was happy with what we got but I also wasn't overly impressed.
M. W.My rescuer hotel after a horrible experience elsewy. Was able to check into an available room at 2 am having left my last hotel for cleanliness issues. The front desk staff was kind and understanding of my prior bad experience and offered me a late check-out at 12 since it was so late and I hadn't slept since landing earlier that day. This hotel, while somewhat older, was much better and the linens were clean. Carpet was a bit stained and could use a better vacuuming, but still clean. Typical smaller room as normal for London.
However, the not so great service: at 2 am I was offered a second night at a specific rate... I was so tired I asked if I could make the decision after some rest and was told yes. When I woke up, I was told everything was full and they'd given the room out because the reservation line didn't know. Disappointing and, as it was my 2nd day in London, I was really let down at the entire hotel experience this far. Both people I spoke to on the phone we're rude, abrupt, and seemingly do not care about people staying in their hotel. I was at least able to have an extension on my checkout to 1 pm seeing as I was now without options and was able to find another hotel for the night.
L. T.We booked a 5 night stay 3 months in advance for August 2017 and was given a smaller than average room. We could barely put our luggage in the room. We only found out about this as we came back a week later for an overnight stay before flying out and the room was much bigger (about 50% bigger). I would have thought as we stayed longer than average guests we would have been given a more convenient room. Perhaps they were more interested in satisfying new guests than maintaining loyal returning guests.
Having said that the front desk and the concierge men were so helpful in giving directions & helping to book tours etc.
Note: We took a taxi from Gatwick to the hotel and cost around AUD 200 for a mini van taxi.
T. M.The staff are so friendly and eager to help in any way. I were impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. The hotel is smack in the city with easy access to everywhere. I got a pretty cheap price for booking the room the night before. Great place to get away for the weekend.
M. B.Was a little disappointed that my husband had to drag in our 5 very heavy bags after been dropped off via taxi, however they did help us to the room so that was good. Our room was lovely and the staff at the hotel were very friendly towards us. Rooms were clean enough and the location is wonderful. Close to waitrose and the tube. WiFi was free and worked well. We stayed with our kids and they also Enjoyed the stay. The rooms are a good size for England. If you are American they will seem Small but that will be anywhere you go in Europe. I thought they were rather large for a hotel in London. Our one and only complaint is that every morning the maids would start working and wake us up. There’s a door in the hallway always opening and closing. If you are a light sleeper I would suggest another place it didn’t bother me. It it was really hard on my husband. There’s plenty to eat around the hotel and a laundry mat across the street as well. It’s close enough to walk to Kensington palace and Hyde park. 3 min walk to the tube station and not far from the airport. Take the Piccadilly line straight in from Heathrow no changing trains it’s faster and cheaper than a cab and about the same time as the fast train and not as expensive.
V. S.Comfortable, clean, spacious room. Nice breakfast buffet. Took an hour to get room service to answer the phone. Staff was courteous but don't expect them to go out of their way.
S. S.It's an okay sort of hotel, not much a 4 star hotel that they claimed to be. Rooms are reasonable size with very limited amenities, no full size mirror or proper vanity. Restroom also on the smaller size, nice and clean but small. No welcome beverage or water offered. Room service is mediocre. Nearby location is good. Waitrose station, Tesco within 100m range. Can look for a better option for the same money.

N. M.Stayed here for about 5 days in December. The tube is about a 5 minute walk away and there is a bus stop right outside the hotel. We asked for a room in the back when we checked in and got one, so there was no street traffic noise. However the walls in the room were very thin and we could hear everyone who walked by in the hallway. Over all though we were happy with our stay.

Also, loved the location, we were able to walk and the tube was close by. Would have liked to have had internet in our room otherwise we highly recommend this hotel.

On the bright side, the room was reasonably spacious (in the room for 3 I was in, there was an actual third bed instead of a cot, and room to walk around in) and seemed clean other than the smell.

T. M.The room is very small. We kept waking up at night due to noisy guests returning to their rooms. We were impressed by the services. The location is the best for someone who wants to be in paradise. Would recommend this place and would visit again on the next overnighter.
M. N.Biggest plus was the shower - good pressure and temperature range. Found the room a little noisy, could hear babies in other rooms crying, but this wasn't a big issue. Overall was a clean and comfortable stay.
S. K.Very close to Gloucester tube station. My room was quiet. But room also lacked spaciousness. No free water bottles. The carpet in halfway had some few patches but those were negligible. The sink was so close to toilet that the toilet paper got wet after washing up. Water was very strong pressure and hot enough for a hearty shower. The plumbing was a little odd- I could hear when the other rooms flushed - but that was also minor. There was also grocery store very close by called Waitrose. And a decent Italian restaurant called Ask Italian.

G.The up sides: lovely room with a gorgeous high ceiling and chandelier, unparallelled toiletries (L'Occitane!), one of the best showers I've ever used, comfortable beds and bedding, and the best restaurant in a hotel I've ever been to - a mix of western and Thai cuisine to please all tastes. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The down sides: we were disappointed that our very clear and consise directions regarding consolidation of our two Expedia reservations was completely ignored (my fault for not confirming upon check in), the hallway door next to our room slammed so noisily that I finally folded cardboard to secretly tuck around the hinge corner, and the building is a bit of a rabbit warren - difficult to find the stairs and exits - a definite disadvantage in an emergency.
U. C.Nice location that's about 5-10 minutes walking distance from a tube stop. A Sainsbury (grocery store) is also about 5-10 minutes away. There are two elevators in the hotel: each can fit 8-10 people. Rooms were a decent size. The bathroom seems a bit cramped, especially the shower which can only hold 1 person at a time. Rooms were clean though! One downside was even though I was on the 4th floor, Iwoke up a few times to street noises. Maybe need some thicker curtains to help block out the noise.
J. P.VERY Poor housekeeping. They do not replenish your shower amenities and not clean the gym etc. Rooms are small and expensive. It should not be 4 stars but 3 stars max. Breakfast stays the same everyday and sometimes they do not refill the items. Only location is good but still some distance from the metro.

C. B.Park International Hotel is an excellent place to spend holidays. Our room was very clean, was silent and confortable. Rooms are well furnished, with air conditionig and a safe big enough for a laptop. Breakfast was excellent too. T. K.I can t find major fault in this hotel. I arrived early for 9 nights stay and was escorted to a GF room. I asked for a bigger room size as i am staying long.
The receptionist obliged but asked me to wait half an hour to get it ready on the 3rd floor.
I was surprised at the good size bedroom. All amenities are clean.
The quality is perfect for what you pay.
The area is good. Little quiet at night. I used to stay in Paddington and wanted a change of scenery.
You have a nice supermarket, boots pharmacy and some restaurants all around gloucester tube station 5 mins walk.

The bar downstairs is very nice with live music and a menu that offers both quality and value. If you want to eat out there are bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets all within 2 minutes walk
Only reason for not giving 5 stars is the wifi...
It's a paid service which is disappointing enough in this day and age but when pay and still find that the signal continuously drops out every 20 minutes without fail, forcing you to log in again, then that's just not good enough.
That said, it's my only gripe.
Will definitely be returning for my next London trip.

A. R.Stayed at the Park International on vacation. Overall, it was an OK stay. The rooms are tiny, and the only WiFi is in the lobby or the breakfast room. If you want it in your room, you have to pay for it. They tried to put my sister and I in a room with just one double bed. Sorry Sis, I love ya but that is not happening.... They quickly found us a room with two twin beds (that really need to be replaced). The bathroom looked like it had been recently updated, however the shower did not have a working cold water tap, so we were almost scalded. Asked at the front desk to have someone come and fix it but nobody ever came. The concierge told us to crank the tap all the way one way, then it would work when you turned it the other way (fortunately, that did work). Lastly, most of the rooms are right on Cromwell Rd, which is always busy. If you are not used to a lot of road noise, this is not the hotel for you.

C.The room I got was smaller than I expected...but I think I was supposed to be grateful to the staff for accomodating me after THEY canceled my PAID reservation... because my flight was canceled the first day of my stay with them... which I explained to the front desk over the phone PRIOR to actually showing up. I was assured my booking was still on since, you know I ALREADY PAID for my three nights stay. When I showed up, wet from the rain the following evening, guess what? Cancelled, accdg to a different front desk person.
She got me a room, tho. Tinier than I expected, like I said. Then I walked into the bathroom two used towels were hanging on the wall, and the tiny bottles of shower gel and shampoo were half-empty. C'mon, man. I'm all about conservation and saving the planet, but that was a bit much. That was just nasty. I'd expect that at motels around Gare du Nord in Paris. But in Kensington? "Disappointment" is an understatement.
And £10 for breakfast? It's middling. Approximately 75 meters from the hotel is Garfunkel's with a better spread for £6.50.
On the plus side, the staff were friendly, the hotel is clean, the elevators are spacious, the internet was fast, and the bar is all right.
I'd stay there again but I would not pay what I did this time. I overpaid.

P. H.For London, Park International Hotel is an OK hotel for the price. The trouble though is that nothing really stood out to differentiate it from every other hotel in this price bracket. Rooms were functional, the bathroom whilst clean is small. For anyone taller that 6'2 and needing to use the toilet in the room, don't choose room 418. The loo is very close to the wall and feels very claustrophobic.
In the room...the shower works great, the bed though, actually the mattress, feels a little thin...not supportive or sumptuous in any way. I slept OK but it could have been better. And if you hit London during the time of any heat, the aircon in 418 worked really very well.
At breakfast you'll find the usual varied selection which is mostly self-service apart from tea and coffee. The buffet centre has a wide variety including, and from memory, Japanese rice. I didn't try any, it looked porridge-like only with rice. Of note, if you like scrambled eggs you'll certainly not be wanting in terms of quantity but the pastie anemic look might put you off.
Anyway, at well over £125 per night I object to having to pay an additional £9 per day for wi-fi when in my room and yet free if I wandered in to the lobby. I don't understand the logic and feels greedy since I'm spending money on the room, evening meals and drinks in the bar. For residence, wi-fi imho should be free.
Overall, the hotel is OK or what it is.

シングルルームには冷蔵庫やWiFi、ユニバーサルコンセント、ドライヤー等が完備していて快適です。日本国内の東横インのようなものだと思って良いかと思います。一方、部屋の面積は非常に狭く、洗面所・トイレは本当に最小限のスペースしかありません。シングルベッドが小さいため、特に身長がある人は気になるかもしれません。

Плюсы: отличный завтрак (full English breakfast) - шведский стол, в номере чайник, чай, кофе, сахар (запас ежедневно пополняется), в номере есть холодильник, уборка и смена полотенец каждый день, одна из сотрудниц рецепции немного говорит по-русски, в отеле есть свой бар. Слышимость довольно сильная, но смягчается ковровым покрытием.
