Simply fantastic! Lovely hotel. Room was spacious, clean and quirky (control panel to open and close the curtains automatically, set mood lighting, etc) and the view....well, the best!!
Staff were very professional, attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Very reasonably priced too.

It's a great hotel with an amazing view and very friendly staff. The rooms are clean and spacious with a Nespresso coffee machine. That's a big plus for us as we are big coffee lovers! There is a late checkout option too. The breakfast buffet is great. We also loved the hotel restaurant Chino Latino. The spa is small but only 12 people can book at a time, so it isn't overly crowded. It seems to be a highly popular hotel amongst families with children, so, if you're expecting a quiet spa time, that's unlikely to happen. We went mainly for the view and great food, so we weren't bothered by the noise in the spa - I am just flagging it for those who might find it irritating. The only con was that our room was quite cold. We turned the ac on the maximum hot option and it was still blowing cold air.

Quite simply the poshest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff were so friendly. I’d asked for a view of Parliament as it was my partner’s birthday. They did it and they’d written a special message on the window. It’s the small touches that made it special.
The room was amazing, very clean and so comfortable. Room service meals were tasty and reasonably priced for a London hotel.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a romantic special treat.

Our stay here was lovely. Myself and my partner stayed at this hotel as a celebration for my birthday and the new little life we are expecting. It was perfect, had the most beautiful room with a stunning view of the London Eye and Big Ben. The breakfast was amazing and vegetarian options were available. Definitely plan to return.

Mixed bag. Interesting WhatsApp setup for room service, kind of immediate response plan They said they'd reply within 3 minutes. The first was that, after that they didn't reply. The TV, utterly bizarrely, had no music channels. A first world problem, I get it, but really? So it was assumed you'd have your own player or didn't want music videos. Why? Also, the TV set had no optional YouTube channel but you could cast your device to the TV. Fine, except it wouldn't and kept showing rooms to connect even though they weren't ours. Asked reception, she would have the engineers look. They never did. Room was comfy, well stocked, bathroom was nicely laid out, everything spotless. Good, but it should be at the price, so not exceptional. I would return but wouldn't rush or have it at the forefront of my plans.

Beautiful hotel. Never had to take the underground as in a perfect but quiet spot. Upgraded us at check in. Room was spacious and clean. Only complaint was the breakfast hot foods not hot. Plenty of variety and good service. 👍

My partner booked this hotel over my birthday and I must say the room was amazing. The view was even better then I imagined it. I would definitely stay here again. However after leaving this hotel me and my partner have both come up in bites from the bed/bedding. We also noticed there was stains on our bedding. We are overall happy with our experience here but hope the bedding situation is checked and hope they check their beds regularly as this could be bed bugs.

I stayed here for my birthday weekend 2021. Loved the view from the room and food. Hotel was reasonably clean and tidy. Staff seemed to try their best in helping when possible. Unfortunately I didn’t get a change to try the swimming pool.
The reasons for 3 stars? (Some May think 3 is a little generous… But maybe I’ve always been bit too generous with stars in general)
We were getting ready and someone walked into the room without knocking - Barely apologised, maybe she was as shocked as we were but for a staff to be wondering into rooms without knocking properly is unprofessional. Also for a hotel it makes us wonder how safe we are along with our belongings.
The other reason although not fully the hotel staff fault, but we were woken by rowdy neighbours. Feel like not only do they need soundproofing a little but worth checking why smell of smoke can leak into our room? Our windows were closed so we had to blast on the air con to filter the air out at 4am.
Other than that I would probably like to stay again, but I guess it’s potluck with neighbours and staff behaviour. The majority of staff were professional and made the stay worth it though it is still a pretty penny due to location.

We chose this hotel due to its location.
From first contact we have been able to have a fantastic experience.
I would like to name all of the staff who have made our visit so special but I think you know who you are?
If you are looking for first class service and accomodation then look no further.
Thank you to all at this great hotel.

Arrived and our safe was broken. There was a bit of somebody's blood on my pillow... And when I went to grab a face towel there was a long hair on it - I have short hair so not mine. The room could have been cleaner. Worst of all there was a repetitive loud noise in the hotel throughout the day and night into the next morning. It was a sort of jack hammer or banging of machinery. Anyway I didn't sleep a good portion of the night. Didn't even get to complain since we were asked to do an express Checkout. No one even asked how my stay was. Will not be staying here again.

Excellent stay here. Very comfy bed, nice room, great breakfast and super helpful staff. A real bonus to have the pool and sauna too. Great with children.

Beautiful stay, there is so much to do around.
Beautiful, breakfast.
Everyone that works there, are well spoken to communicate and make you feel comfortable.
Would take my kids next time.

Great staff, great service, great location. Clara on reception is amazing.
Still can't locate a missing item that was left in my hotel room, but I have no doubt it will soon be returned to me.
Thank you for making our London stay incredible.

Was disappointed during our stay due to the following:
1. Broken shower
2. What appeared to be red paint on the mirror in the bathroom
3. Broken/no air conditioning which made for a very unpleasant stay.
I raised my concerns with the hotel at the earliest opportunity on Friday morning however up to now, I still have not received a response.
S. K.
My family has stayed in this hotel twice. Both times we ran into countless issues. The service is extremely poor... every time we called reception or housekeeping, we had to wait hours until our request was finalised. Even for simple things like water. We were staying with children and I definitely do not recommend. They charged us twice for breakfast and even though we reached out for a refund, they made the process so difficult and horrible that we decided to take back our request so we don't have to deal with their service. I must say, there are definitely much better hotels that will provide a better service and not overbook themselves.

Exceptional experience. I stayed for almost three weeks in this modern well equipped hotel. And I have no complaints the reception staff is remarkable.
M. G.
Immaculate rooms and views of the river. Pool and spa booking system is little pointless as there is no one to monitor it. Staff very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend a stay

Me and my girlfriend stay for 4 nights at the park plaza I 100% recommend this amazing luxurious hotel giving it a 10/10 rating. It was so good we extended are stay at the hotel as we was only staying for 2 nights at first. If we ever come back to London we be staying there again.
Great staff great food great service.
And the room are amazing fully love them. Was well worth the money.
S. B.
Room was amazing with an outstanding view in which my Gf adored, the room was clean and tidy and the bed was very comfortable.
The staff were very professional and very kind in answering any questions we had, unsure on the name of the gent but the tall white bald male was very helpful.
We are heading back in october or november time and will be sure to book another night here.
Thanks guys/girls

I felt like a celebrity staying here. My room was very plush. Electric curtains and state of the heart control pad for lighting and heating. A beautiful buffet breakfast and the Gala I attended was on point. Food was superb and waiting staff polite and courteous.

Nice place booked as a birthday treat! Room was upgraded to an executive suite but looked standard, either way it was nice. Ordered room service and the food was nice but could tell it was made from frozen. Nice little retreat and relaxing, love the shower products always smell really good.

This is a lovely hotel with welcoming staff, fab room and great location - we loved it! I highly recommend the mojito royale - very delicious 🙂. An easy walk from the tube station. Would stay here again.

Park Plaza is one of the hotels that is a great value for money.
Regardless of the room type you choose, you can be sure of the very great ambience, ultra clean rooms and ready to help members of staff.. The view from River Thames is awesome!!
Do well to plan for parking when coming with your car. There are so many options available.
If you are a tourist, this will be a good choice as most places you would love to visit are a stone throw from the hotel.
More importantly, your feedback after your visit will be responded to. Not so many hotels do this.. This means, your experience will get better on every visit..
You don’t want to miss the full English breakfast while you are here.. You will be glad!!

As a Radisson Rewards Member with over 700k points we use the Park Plaza on Riverbank often. We stayed at hotel 21st and 22nd Jan in a suite. Room was nice and as always we chose to eat in the restaurant as the food is very good. Only disappointing part was on Check In I requested that the hotel like all other Radisson Hotels Pre Authorises my card as I explained to them I planned to use the restaurant and bar. Additional spending at the hotel allows for additional points to be credited to Rewards Scheme. I was told this was done and any additional spending at hotel would be added to room on check out. At the end of drinks I asked if I could sign for them to be told the hotel does not do this. I explained that I stay at the hotel often and I have always settled everything on checkout. To be told again it’s not possible. I went to see the duty manager who them told me it can be done in exceptional circumstances and it will be arranged. It’s very frustrating as a Rewards Member for the hotel reluctant to allow its Members obstacles to earning points that are within the terms of the Rewards Scheme on drinks and food. This is the only hotel within the Radisson Rewards Scheme to make it difficult to pre authorise a card for additional spending. It’s a policy that will discourage loyal Radisson Members to Eat and Drink at the hotel and earn additional points. Other than that issue the staff were pleasant enough, the guy outside arranged a taxi for us, room and food very nice. Lost the one Star ⭐️ due to me wasting my time getting my card pre authorised again when I was told it would be done on check in.

I personally does not like to be disturbed during a stay, and I put on do not disturb straight away at every hotel I stay.
Booked for 4 nights, during my stay I receive a call EVERYDAY asking if there is anything I need which I clearly don’t otherwise I would have called and asked. And if I don’t answer they will call again in the evening.
My sleep pattern is quite messy and unusual so I sometime sleep during the day. On my third day the cleaners decided to knock on my door where it clearly says DO NOT DISTURB at midday when I was still sleeping, and because I was sleeping I did not hear the knocking they decided to open the door themselves and come in, switches all of the lights on, I got woken up straight away and they realise there’s somebody sleeping inside they said “solly solly” and took about 10 seconds for them to decide to leave.
I was left really really annoyed after that

Staff were very helpful, breakfast was well presented (although you'd have to pay extra for omelets), the room and the views were excellent. Would definitely book again

Gorgeous hotel, staff are friendly and helpful. The pool is lovely and clean and the steam room and sauna are a great size. Our room was spacious and had a fabulous view. The children slept on the sofa bed - only downside was they could feel the springs in the bed. Our bed was comfortable. Love the digital instrument panel controlling the lights, curtains etc. I couldn't find a way to switch everything off completely so was concerned about energy usage/the environmental impact. There seems to be a lot of single use plastic, which is worrying. We had a wonderful stay and felt very well looked after. Will definitely be returning.

Travelling from Finland during pandemic. We got two vaccinations. We were told to order COVID-19 test before arrival. They delivered them to the hotel one day in advance. After check in we got the tests from concierge. The internet also said that we need to take negative test results before leaving. Had to pay 100 euros for the test in Finland to get the papers to fly and nobody haven't even asked for my COVID Vaccination certificate yet. And now another 69,99£ and make those double 'coz man always pays 138,98 £ and back home 200€ extra. Feels like somebody is making money here :D But something about the hotel too! Everything has gone smooth and now gf is sleeping so the peace is here too. Can recommend the hotel so far, first day, six more to go. Trying the Park Plaza app out too. You can order room service, book swimming pool, online check in / out, somehow you can also turn your keycard to digital one.

Good sized hotel rooms, clean and tidy with friendly staff.
Breakfast is good, with a wide variety of foods on offer. You can also order poached or fried eggs as well as vegetarian sausages.
Sometimes, but not always, they did provide me with a pair of slippers

I stayed at this amazing Hotel for two nights 23rd & 24th December 2021 the 24th was my birthday so I decided to give myself a treat & a real treat I got. From I arrived at the Hotel i was greeted with a lovely lady Lourdes who was on reception, he booked me very quickly & gave me a quick rundown of there everything was restaurant, gym, health suite pool sauna ect . My room was on the 10th with a river view ( river view highly recommend) the room was amazing everything was all automated & electronically operated, mood lighting, curtains ect amazing
The Breakfast in the morning was absolutely wonderful, so much choice, all facilities were out of this. The Restaurant Staff even made me a small birthday cake because I mentioned it the lady on reception when I checked in, they bought it in over breakfast singing “Happy Birthday” so lovely
I have to mention Florian & Ana on reception and Remario Concierge, what an amazing experience all the staff are so friendly and helpful, why are a credit to this Hotel.
This my Hotel from now on
Thanks Park Plaza Riverbank

I’ll start with we love Park Plaza and we stayed many times in various locations, second time here,
Unfortunately dissapointing this time, after few hours traveling our room wasn’t ready, we had to wait, followed by key not working to open the room, followed by having a room allocated with no door to the toillet, we were so tired to do all the switchings, another room was allocated to us to a inferior floor which was not as confortable as the one we booked, no water in the room either👀, the spa facility not great either. The bar was closed at 10PM.
One thing was good, Chino latino and the asian waitress working there which was lovely. Overall not worth the money, i don’t think we will be back soon.

Spent 1 night here during Valentines, the room was extremely clean and well presented, room service quality was excellent and the breakfast which was included in the price was delicious.
A. M.
Everything felt very luxurious, a bit disappointed that the sausages at the breakfast buffet weren't gluten free, but the breakfast in general was good. Everything seemed clean and I did enjoy the way you could control everything via a tablet.
One thing I want to add is that the carpet that is all over the hallway and room says "If you don't like your job, quit." which seems like an incredibly privileged statepoint, which I guess makes sense considering that the hotel is expensive, so most people that come here have the privilege of quitting their job if they don't like it.
Anyways, the experience over all was really good.
H. L.
Stayed in the Executive rooms which were tidy and clean but not the largest. Ironing board was bent and the shower dribbled rather than sprayed.
We tried to check in at 4pm and the room was still not ready. Had to argue to get our room changed with a disinterested receptionist.
Couldn't use the pool as it was fully booked for both days of our stay.
Buffet breakfast was good with fantastic views across the river.

Really nice hotel, brilliant value for money. Great location for the city but a bit annoying as underground is at least a 10 minute walk. Rooms are modern and clean, surprised when you can click a button to close / open the curtains in a standard room! The whole hotel is nicely decorated and modern, comes with a pool, but bare-in-mind quite small and thin .
R.
The rooms are not acoustically treated you can hear people talking in the corridor and the next room. You can hear people dragging furniture from the room above. The pool have an unsightly ring a round it and the hand rails on the pool steps. I had 5 bags and asked for a bell man to come to the room. The response by reception is what do want them to come for. 40 mins later no one arrived after calling twice. I had to get the trolley from reception, which 2 or 3 employees watched from the desk load my own bags and take it to the drop off. Worst experience ever!
J. O.
The size of our room was fabulous as well as the location. I love how it¿s a little removed from all the tourist areas and I love the river views.
T. S.
Our room wasn¿t thoroughly cleaned before we arrived. There was trash in the drawers and cabinets as well as trash under the bed. It was clear that it hadn¿t been vacuumed either.

Amazing hotel - Nice & clean with a modern vibe. Situated in the best place for the city attractions. Lots of eateries near by. The only downside to this hotel in my honest opinion- I didn't think too much of the breakfast but that is down to personal choice.
Will definitely visit again !

Had a lovely stay here. Great hotel, really swanky and modern with great views of riverbank. Customer service was great when servicing our special requests and also addressing a minor glitch we had. Pablo and Roderick in particular were amazing in making sure we had an enjoyable stay. Showed their class
M.
Beautiful rooms with lots of facilities, some with amazing views, lovely staff, medium price but pretty good value for what it offers
E. C.
Very friendly hotel staff and always helpful. I initially wanted to upgrade but the hotel had no capacity so that speaks volumes. Room felt a bit small especially when trying to manoeuvre luggage around in the room. I can't give 5* simply because of my issue with the cleanliness of the room as it appeared not to have been valeted properly. However we made the best of things. Bed was for me just a tad lumpy and unconfortable. Breakfast was my worst experience it felt like being at an over crowded Macdonald's and you had to wait to be allocated a semi clean table.
The selection was not to my liking at all as the hygiene around the food area left a lot to be desired. The food for me was not great. I could go to a greasy cafe and be served better. It was like conveyor belt breakfast with a selection of pastries being the safest thing to have or toast. The restaurant was also very cold and very congested which meant you had to eat quickly or end up with cold food and drink. And I noted some of the waiting staff were just wandering around talking
to each other rather than clearing and prepping tables when they felt they were not being observed and it was a very busy Sunday morning. So after that we opted to skip the breakfast experience on our last day which was Monday.
We did not dine in but opted to go out instead. Frontline staff were helpful and courteous at all times which is commendable to the hotel even when we had checked out the gentleman who helped us with our luggage (Carl), was very polite. Pity we didn't experience that on arrival. But again we arrived late in the evening and the lady at the reception went over, above and beyond to help us on our arrival and even took our luggage up to our room, very helpful indeed and a credit to the hotel.
I don't believe the room was vfm but the service redeemed the hotel. I probably would stay there again to experience the upgrade.
L. S.
The room itself was lovely and the spa was good, small but good. The breakfast is currently understaffed with too many customers so lacking in food, bowls, juice etc. I think the hotel is trying to be 4 star on the outside but perhaps lacking substance? If you just are going for a place to sleep it’s great though
C. J.
The hotel is well located in the Embankment with easy access to London sights. The room was incredibly comfortable and clean with everything you need and the hotel itself is beautifully done and well administered. Great place to stay with very good prices.
K. L.
Absolutely stunning location, the hotel offers the best views of the city and the view is even better at night!
It was a special celebration weekend so we were offered a upgrade with a small private terrace and the night manager arranged a bottle of bubbly with 2 glasses brought up to our room. The room is amazing I almost got lost in the bed it's that big the bathroom is stunning and the breakfast is incredible
I will be coming back here any time I come london I highly recommend this due to its location and viewing
Special shout out to the night manager!!

Absolutely faultless experience, upon arrival staff were very accomodating and welcoming along with a professional atmosphere, check in was swift and easy with even a new member of staff (started 2 days prior) being fully equipped with all the tools to serve customers seamlessly.
We arrived 2 hours early with staff being very friendly and checking if our room was ready which it would not be until 3pm by which point they had already offered to house our luggage whilst we went out. Upon arrival later every aspect of our stay was explained by staff and a sheet provided with information.
The room was spotless from top to bottom with amazing views (booked room with river view) coffee machine and pods were provided aswell as instant coffee and tea, towels, bath robes and slippers also provided. The bed was extremely comfortable and the TV was more than big enough with options to cast your mobile as well as satellite.
Pool, sauna and steam room were also available via booking from a QR code which were very well kept and clean.
All round faultless trip and will definitely be returning for future trips

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. As a security business owner I pay particular attention to customer service and I have to make a special mention to your concierge Ruthess, he is the type of ambassador every business dreams of.. nothing was too much hassle and he went well above and beyond during one of our interactions when I asked him a question. Superb, modern clean rooms. Great facilities, fantastic location and a reasonable rate! I’ll definitely be coming back, thank you!
M. S.
Super welcoming team who provides speedy service. Rooms are clean and well-inspected. Hygiene levels beyond satisfactory. Food and bar choice is also amazing. Thank you for making my stay so great! I am definitely recommending the hotel and restaurant

I chose to stay with Park Plaza Riverbank for my partners birthday and it was most definitely the best decision. The location, friendly welcome from Sarah on the front desk, to overall experience made extra special by Grazia & Sophia in Guest Relations with the attention to details made our stay one to remember.
When we visit London again, we will most definitely be staying here and will recommend others to do as well!
For those reading reviews I can honestly say I cannot fault, they truly went above and beyond to enhance our customer experience
Thank you again - Alfie

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were great. The room was large and easy yo get around. The bathroom was okay and the restaurant for breakfast was lovely.

Gorgeous hotel with modern, funky decor in a great location within easy reach of the major sights & attractions. Easy check-in process, small but perfectly formed pool was a major bonus. Gorgeous breakfast. Best hotel we've stayed in in London by some way and we've stayed in a good few.

My wife and our two kids had a lovely stay here. The family check-in experience was great for kids and there was a number of kids events such as karaoke night and Halloween hunt. The breakfast was good despite what others have said. I can see why some people have said rooms look into each other but our room on 16th floor was fine and well equipped with electronic blinds and lights all controllable from bed. The smart TV was also connectable from my phone to stream Netflix and the WiFi was fast despite the hotel seemed quite full. The pool and sauna where adequate but small the booking system was easy to use. My only negative comments are the lifts where often busy so getting up and down can be time consuming. I also thought the restaurant was over priced charging £6 for a tea and £5.50 for a coffee. Other than that I think we will come back.
J. A.
Wow what a great place, we got a deal online and booked.
Stupidly I made a mistake on the booking and I phoned head office to put it right. One little word with a very helpful lady and we got it sorted out!
When we checked in the lady on the telephone must have liked me as she gave us a surprise upgrade to a wonderful river view room!
Thank you Park Plaza for an amazing experience!

Lovely stay!
Before booking I had heard excellent reviews from family. I was slightly anxious when I read some of the google reviews on the way to the hotel as I had my kids with me. When I arrived at the hotel I was politely greeted by a member of staff who explained everything clearly and did not rush me, he also advised on how to get to places which made my stay easier. All of the staff we dealt with were polite and courteous. Having our own businesses in the hospitality sector, we know what to expect when we go somewhere, at times the reception desk was busy as it is a large hotel, however, staff did their best to accommodate everyone and resolve queries quickly. The room was amazing, we had a suite with a view of the Thames from the balcony, the touchpad in the room is a lovely touch, everything can be controlled from your bedside including lights and curtains. We were close to local attractions. The kids felt welcome and at home. Small things make a big difference, I had mentioned to one of the guys at reception I would need towels on my return, my wife and kids went upto the room before me that night, straight away, the gent had remembered we would ask for towels and was up at the door with towels and water, lovely touch that the man remembered I told him I drink a lot of water so had thought to bring some water too! Overall, it was a great stay and we would recommend to other too! Staff and managers are a credit to this establishment, keep up the good work guys! I have stayed at other places in central London too which were also great but I felt the service here was a lot more personal. We will be returning soon!

Fantastic location. Nearer to Vauxhall station and Victoria station. Also walking distance to House of parliament. You can even walk from there to Trafalgar Square, buses to city of London.
The Oval cricket ground is just a few minutes away.
It's a place you can stay for Business and leisure.
Over looking the river Thames, giving you a good view especially sunrise and sunset.
The hotel is easy accessible to wheelchair users.
Good food at the restaurant.
Hand sanitizer placed at strategic points.
Rooms are clean and also the Gym and Pool area.
Staff were helpful and friendly.

The first time staying at this hotel we had some issues, but at the end of my stay it was all sorted out. I was happy to stay here again on my second visit. I was not disappointed the lady behind reception was warm & welcomed me and my mum this was her first time staying in London. I got a good deal and my room was upgraded. I would like to mention Michael and Saida both who work in the supply room they were both very helpful top marks to them they even made sure my mum got her favourite biscuit, which she enjoyed earlier that day. Also I have to mention Pablo who is the guest relations supervisor we had a issue with our room when we came back from exploring London he was polite and quick to fix the problem nothing was to much trouble.
M. I.
A great spot when visiting London. Really central, super friendly staff and great facilities. Room cleaning doesn't seem to be happening 'because of covid' and this was slightly frustrating but I'm sure had I been pushy enough I could have had this done.
G. S.
Lovely hotel with great facilities. Food is not good if vegan. Attended a work function. Was asked for my dietary requirements and was told vegan is no problem.
Food supplied was veg and carbs. No visible protein source either in the vegan canapes or in the vegan meal served.
Breakfast was poor choice too. Weetabix or rice crispies, fruit and 4 items from the cooked area.
Very poor for a city centre hotel.
It was like going back in time.

Usually stay at the Hilton hotels when we visit London. Decided for a change and hands down the service received by staff at this hotel was 10 times better than hilton. Especially front of house manager Sarah who did an amazing job to ensure we had a pleasant stay celebrating a 40th birthday. Location is excellent, swimming pool and sauna very good. Breakfast had a good selection and very modern and clean. Overall the hotel was sleek and modern would stay here again. View to the Thames is amazing too. Recommend booking a balcony room.
J. G.
An absolutely beautiful hotel with outstanding service. The view from our room was amazing and the electric controls in the room felt very futuristic. Would love to return we really enjoyed our stay
K. V.
Modern hotel, view from room with river view (15th floor) was fantastic. Room clean, well equipped and high tech. Just a shame there were no biscuits in the room. Breakfast was good, but restaurant gets a bit busy - must book for evening meals and a timeslot for breakfast.
t. c.
Excellent accommodation clean breakfast was very nice and we also ate there one night during our stay and really enjoyed the experience especially the short Rib ..delicious definitely reccomend this hotel
U. H.
Great location lovely views. Just a walk away from the busy Southbank but relaxing place to stay. The restaurant and bar area has gorgeous views and feels very spacious. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Meeting rooms good too.
C. M.
Didn't have the best experience, the service for a 5* hotel was disappointing. I requested for towels and extra pillows in the evening and the next morning received towels and still awaiting for my pillows. We had no toilet paper , requested for the room to be serviced ot was all just disappointing. I spoke to reception about my disappointment and she apologised. They offered to have me stay again as compensation, I will be back with my review to see if the service improves. If was for an anniversary so this stay was rather disappointing. I hope my next stay will be better !
M. G.
Mutton dressed as lamb hotel. Rooms has a silly lighting control system, air conditioning was noisy, the bathrooms smelt of old water / drains and the room smelt of smoke which by the morning made us feel nauseous. Very average room service menu - very little healthy (no salads were available when we tried to order). Our room looked out onto a building, no the river.
The check in staff and the doorman, Kam, were wonderful though. Incredibly helpful, Kam particularly. He's a star employee - positive attitude and personable. This review would be a 2 stars were it not for the wonderful staff.
A. B.
The hotel and staff were great. BUT, as soon as we checked in, our room wouldn’t unlock and I had to go down three times to resolve this. Moreover there was no members of staff at the spa area on the Sunday evening which is a major health and safety risk. The views from the room were internal so you would look into other people rooms unless you spend more to look elsewhere. The overall stay was pleasant and we would look at the other Park Plaza just up the road in Waterloo.

Room was alright. Nothing spectacular but tidy. Took a while to check in (15 minutes)
There was a lot of noise on our floor, which of course is not the hotels fault but the guests. But the hotel have since ignored all emails and contact regarding this. They have however sent a reply asking to provide details again. Once this was done the emails were ignored again.
£160 To be ignored and disrespected is not okay.
It would be great if you could provide some feedback on this please Parka Plaza

Very slow check-in when crowded. Online check in app doesn't work, the rooms are a tad dated (bathrooms are nice though). Bathroom floors need better cleaning. Pay for a river facing view. Had a non river facing view, and that was the roof of the ball room (I was on the 14th floor, and still no joy).

Loved everything about this hotel. Great spot for a family visit to London. Great location, friendly staff, pool, clean, kid activities, comfortable master bed. Would stay again.
M. M.
It’s amazing Appartment, polite staffs and nice location
I’ll book again when I have plan to visit London
For me , One of the best hotel In London
M. M.
2 weeks ago we stopped at the Premier down the road, I have to say Park Plaza in comparison was disappointing, cold plates at breakfast with warm food and a poorer quality was not the only issue, air conditioning did not work properly in 1 room and did not work at all in other, TV wasn't working, but they did fix this the next day, we had to remind them the room was supposed to be decorated for our 6 year olds birthday, all we got was 4 balloons tied to door handle, very half hearted. We booked because of pool, 30 minutes max and prebook only.
The City view was a railway track with trains constantly passing, and the windows clearly had not been cleaned in a long time. The Premier staff were also a lot more friendly. Overall opinion, I won't be going back.

I really don’t know what’s happened to this hotel. This used to be our favourite. The cleanliness and pride of the hotel seems to have disappeared altogether. I no longer believe COVID is an excuse for poor service. The staff all look as though they need a good shake. We went to the restaurants a couple of times and almost walked out both times. Staff walk around as though they’re zombies and you have to chase them down for any kind of service. The drinks are REALLY REALLY slow at coming out, trying to pay the bill was extremely difficult. No paper to print a receipt, a mix up of another tables drinks added to our bill and then no change in tills??? It could also do with a good clean down. Crumbs were all over the seats and floor so obviously hadn’t been cleaned from the guests before. The visit the second time wasn’t any better and I felt like walking out and not paying the bill and I honestly doubt any one would have stopped us. When we tried to order room service, after the phone ringing continuously for at least 10 minutes we were told the wait was 2 and a half hour wait. Our rooms wasn’t cleaned either for the time we stayed. On checking in and checking out, we wasn’t offered any help with any bags so struggled ourselves up to the room whilst staff watched. Again, they will probably blame covid. I don’t think I’ll ever stay at this hotel again and it’s a real shame because I’ve had some lovely times here.
J. A.
Generally nice room, although our view was just another hotel building. Aircon never got cool enough for a comfortable sleep despite being set to the lowest temperature.
The main issue was that we were moved to this hotel from a Park Plaza elsewhere in London but weren't informed of the change until we arrived at the original hotel. The staff at Riverbank would not help us move to an alternative Park Plaza, and the best they could offer was to allow us to "cancel for free". It's quite disappointing that they can so easily move us from one hotel to another without letting us know, but then refuse to put us in an alternative that is closer to the area we originally booked in.
N. K.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER ! Do not STAY HERE !! The manager was rude to me when I made a request for the room
And did not go out of his way whatsoever to help . They just want your money and will not give you any help ! The Staff do not seem to want to help anyone here , the communication was terrible we almost lost our breakfast slot because of misinformation! And they didn’t even apologise or try and rectify the situation ! Worst breakfast ever no table to eat it on and cheap ketchup and tea bags no fresh orange juice in a 4 star hotel I find that hard to believe !
T. T.
Disappointing start when we were not able to secure a booking for swimming pool access. Contacted online chat to ask what gluten free options the restaurant had and was met with rude responses from the advisor. During this discussion I was made aware our room phone did not work. In the end I went to reception to try to get both my question on food and phone fixed. I was told someone would come to fix the phone so that we could order food ( options were very limited ). Well that didn’t happen and we are still waiting on the phone being fixed??? Poor customer service for the cost of the room, also now concerned there will be limited options for any thing gluten free at breakfast? Don’t think we will be recommending this place to anyone else ( also the room we have been given looks directly into a scruffy apartment where the resident is on the balcony in his underpants ( not ideal so we have had to keep the curtains closed )
V. H. G.
Great view of Buckingham Palace! Very nice luxury hotel but missing wash cloths and chat feature technology unavailable half the time. Also, spotty internet connection - important when on business.
J. B.
I stayed 3 nights had breakfast twice and they charged me for 6 BREAKFASTS at nearly £30 each
Called and wrote numerous emails no one ever gets back to you
They promised someone would call me back 3 weeks later nothing
Terrible customer service!!!
Especially when they take money from your card when you’ve left!
I paid for the breakfasts in the restaurant already on the days I ate there. Disgusting!!
Y. Z.
The staff were mostly fantastic, the location was good
I. A.
For breakfast they refused to serve me in the main ding room because I was solo. The bed was hard and the room service I got came with dirty utensils
E. L.
Room not soundproofed, very noisy. Cold room a extremely cold bathroom. Staff ignoring enquiries. 5* hotel and no bathrobes, no slippers or coffee maker.
Overpriced.
I gave 3 stars for the view from the room and good breakfast.
E. T.
Best hotel I've stayed at in central london. Every single staff member have impeccable customer service standards. In particular, shout outs to Khaldoon, Rachel from the front desk, and Nayara & Spyro from hospitality. Thank you so much for making me feel so welcome everytime I come!
Restaurant is lovely with an amazing view. Everything is immaculately presented. I have no qualms whatsoever. Thanks everyone and I look forward to coming back for future stays :-)
M. N.
It is a good location with a nice view in the Thames River
The staff are nice and kind , they have a good breakfast
The room itself is fine , if you ask for something the room service is very helpful and prompt
L. P.
Very nice place very well looked after. We stayed here for one week fist night we were put in a room on the 4th floor and the Vue was rubbish all you see was trees and thats after we paid extra for a Vue we complained and was respected and listed to by the staff they moved us to the 11th floor right side omg it was unbelievable.
Pool is a little small but very nice you need to book your 30min slot.
All in all it was a grate choice in hotel and would definitely be back.
G. G.
Great hotel and service but unfortunately our room was not fully usable due to toilet not being fixed and although reported to the reception still not solved.
D. H.
The room itself was incredible but if leave any items behind don't hold out on them appearing in the lost and found. Even if your items were left in plain sight for the cleaners.
S. G.
Great hotel, lovely rooms very clean and helpful staff.
The only criticism I have is that the breakfast is £15 a head and it was very uninspiring, not much choice for the money and the hot option was nearly cold
W. R.
Great when visiting Westminster for business, it is a very quiet hotel although in a very busy area. Love the swimming pool and enjoy the cafe upstairs with views of Westminster Palace and the river.
n. w.
Great service from hotel staff over the weekend ill happily rebook at the hotel 👊
i. d.
Room was clean (spotless) staff were friendly, many were new but tried to help, loss of a star due to food menu bing limited and also we received an undercooked burger, but they apologised and replaced.

I booked to stay with park plaza riverbank for our wedding anniversary in september and it was the best decision we made. I would like to say a big Thank You to Grazia for looking after us and went out of her way to make it an enjoyable and memorable stay. The little things that were done to the room for our anniversary made it extra special, Grazia is a credit to the team and company. I will most definately be staying here again the next time im in london and would definately recommend it, (go for a room with a balcony, worth the money). Thanks again.
K. W.
Super venue.
Everything you want.
Also great access by overground or underground.
Lovely top floor chill out bar cafe restaurant.
M. M.
We lost a belonging and came back and Madeline went above and beyond to find it for us she was great! Also facilities good and breakfast was nice and plentiful
M. D.
Me and my family have just stayed 2 nights at the Park Plaza. The staff was super amazing the rooms were very clean and the breakfast was amazing. They also let us into our rooms 2 hours early which is a massive boost as we had children with 2 rooms booked. We shall definitely be booking again at the Park Plaza and big thank you to all the staff who worked extremely hard with everything going on around us. Many thanks
W. C.
A few glitches regarding room, view, sofa bed etc however the actual place is lovely and great location and outlook. Biggest downfall is lack of parking.
N. M.
Rooms are immaculate
Restaurant breakfast spaciously laid out with a continental or UK traditional breakfast. Plenty of help from multi lingual staff.
Y. E.
It's a pretty great place to stay and the bar food is not too shabby either. I was quite impressed.
W. P.
Beautiful hotel. Lovely views. Friendly staff. Nice location on the Thames. 15/20 min walk up to the Southbanl area.
t.
Was only there for work so didn't stay. The ballroom was a lovely setting and the food was beautifully presented and delicious.
M. R.
I love experiencing hotels and this was one of the best hotels I've experienced. Highly recommend this hotel for best views and quality.
M. W.
We had a lovely stay. The room was great, the view was amazing. We wanted to order breakfast in our room but was unable to get this option sorted. Apart from the juice being very weak, the breakfast was totally fine
R. J.
Nice hotel and location, helpful and well mannered. Awful cleaning service, we didn't had our room cleaned during our stat.Had to call and ask for extra towels and shampoo to cover the lack of room cleaning. For a 5 star hotel I would've expected differently.
E. K.
Excellent room, but the bar/restaurant has very bland, uninspiring decor so just used it a couple of times for a quick drink and didn't bother to try the food.
E. E.
Bit of a wait to check in at the front desk even though I checked in online to avoid this. And I'm really shocked that there's no socket/ plugs beside the bed.on top of that there was a massive fly in the room which we couldn't get out. I only booked this hotel for the views of the Thames to then get a view of an apartment block.
M. D.
The room was perfect. Thankyou to Hussein who was so welcoming and attentive, you really made our stay here.
C. C.
Excellent choice of venue for private functions. Along the River Thames. Good views up and down river
M. A.
Lovely hotel, staff extremely professional and polite, rooms were perfect, quiet, room service brilliant and allergy friendly, staff even spoke directly with the chef to confirm ingredients, really enjoyed staying here and honestly cannot fault, will be returning.
M. R. (. P. S.
Unfortunately my last stay at the hotel was not as accepted. The food was awful. Lots of people complaining about dirty plates and cold breakfast buffet food. I contacted the hotel after as stayed many times before and got no response so I will spend my money else where when visiting London next..
M. S.
Long queues, insufficient staff, dirty restaurant floors, called room services and reception non stop - phone ringing endlessly. Had to go downstairs to request water myself except it never did come through in the end. Service is so bad I want to check out earlier than planned and check into another decent hotel. Not the same post pandemic
R. M.
A lovely hotel. Staff are superb. Very attentive and caring.
I go every month or so to visit my dad & I'm well looked after. Can't wait to go again. 😁
A. A.
From the moment we stepped through the door the service and atmosphere was excellent .We were checked in by roderick who was so professional and friendly to us .
Our suite was beyond amazing, clean ,modern and a gorgeous view of the Thames and Houses of Parliament. We had breakfast in our room which was absolutely perfect .Our stay here has been a dream.
A. P.
Stayed 4 nights in a riverview room. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was great and had super views of Parliament. Only downside was that some unopened packets of snacks that we'd bought strangely dissappeared from our room.... we assumed they were accidentally thrown out by housekeeping so not a major issue.
G. M.
The quality, the location, and the customer service, this is value for money.
Nice surprise to see David Hayes cars parked outside
n. a.
Very disappointing experience. The hotel itself was fine but the service was horrendous. The checking in staff member was extremely rude and a bit aggressive, that was the worst customer service interaction I’ve ever seen. After we got to our room, the fridge in the room was locked and the ice machine was not working. When we asked staff for help they were rude as well. The room itself was not cleaned properly because there was a used straw, a hair band and hair on the floor next to the bed. The included breakfast was fine, except again for the service which was very poor.
c. a.
Nice 4 star hotel in London.
Great views over the river towards The Houses of Parliament.
The rooms were nice and comfortable.
Really well placed for sightseeing.
S. F.
One of the best park plaza hotel in London. As a platinum member, I was upgraded into a one bedroom suite overlooking Thames river. Reception is very professional and check in was a smooth, concierge is very knowledgeable - all my questions about location, transportation etc were answered.
Breakfast was amazing, I opted to have bed in breakfast - nice spread and delicious too!
I was granted access to Executive Lounge as well, the staffs are very friendly and attentive - sorry I couldn’t remember their names. Housekeeping are fast and good, check out was smooth..literally less than a minute.
Will definitely come again! Highly recommended!
L. O.
Lovely hotel. Clean and very COVID aware. Great service on arrival at check in. Rooms spacious, spotless and well appointed - very comfortable. Brilliant location

Beautiful hotel and a lovely view from my Hotel room. I had my birthday party here, Friendly Staff was on hand at my party which was helpful. thanks again. We were also looked after at breakfast ....Will definately be recommending to friends and family..
A. M.
I have a good time staying here with good view from the window of the river and other lovely buildings around. Good site indoors for pictures with nice swimming pool for an amateur like me. Mood lights in rooms with a remote control for lights and the blinds. Lovely
M. A.
Awesome rooms fantastic views, great Southbank walks. Great check-in staff (Sarah)Poor house keeping. Never watch sports in the bar as poor sound on tv! I missed the first England goal as result.

Situated in the heart of London and close to all major sites and attractions, this is a superb hotel. My stay was in October 2020. The staff were excellent from check-in to check out. They were very Covid aware and my room had been cleaned and sealed 72hrs before my arrival. Food was also excellent, and the room service was prompt. Everything arrived hot. The breakfast is in a socially distanced restaurant and again good quality produce was served. Great views from the hotel of Parliament, Westminster Bridge, London Eye to mention just a few. When booking make sure you ask for a room with a view as several rooms only lookout onto the internal view of the hotel lobby.
M. S.
We had a short stay in the hotel, but would definitely recommend. Pleasant atmosphere and comfortable stay at the hotel and closed to all amenities.
M. F.
The rooms are nice. But staff are horrible i ordered takeaway to the hotel and the driver told me he gave it to an employee at the door but when i went downstairs all the employees were acting as if they didnt know where the parcel was even thought they admitted that the delivery driver was at the hotel and when i asked if she could check the cameras to see which employee took the parcel she told me the cameras were not working apparently. It was really silly and bad customer service in all
C. P.
stayed here this weekend. initially we booked for 2 adults 2 children but on arrival they only had a room for 2 adults. we had to them pay extra for a bigger room to accommodate my children. The parking is too far, around 15min walk. We then had swim sessions booked which was only 30mins per session. water was really cold. We booked for breakfast but still had to wait in a que for 20 mins. We had to que for a plate of breakfast which they didn’t supply toast so by the time you waited for your toast to be made the breakfast was too cold to eat. They only placed minimal in the plates bearing in mind we paid for breakfast. Not really the best experience. will not book again.
M. S.
Beautiful hotel. Great location. Lovely 😍 staff. Try the boat bar across the road on the riverbank.
S. S.
The hotel is very nice but expensive. The breakfast could have been hotter. 2 nights parking for £75 was excessive. However the ambiance and location of the hotel was fantastic. The staff were polite and attentive.
R. B.
Cleaning standards below expectation, had lovely room with balcony and river view, but all I could see at night was someone else hand prints on the window 🤦🏻. Bird poo on balcony's glass and chairs. Curtains needs some diy service. Room not ready on time of arrival, my white socks turn black within 15 min of walking around the room, thats how clean the floor was, had to ask for coffee several times as only decaf left in the room, run out of toilet paper by morning as only half used roll left in the room. Overall lovely hotel, but staff have to step up big time, it was even suggested to my partner that she is lying when someone wrongly labelled our suitcases.

Lovely hotel in a great location with excellent views of Thames. Had to book slots for breakfast and the pool.
However, felt that service was slightly below the 5 star rating hence my 4 star rating.

The ‘ultimate family suite’ at the Park Plaza London Riverside was a fabulous place to stay for a weekend in London with our 2 year old. The room could only be booked by email which was a bit unusual and it was more expensive than a standard suite but well worth it.
We checked in early (for an extra fee arranged in advance) and were offered fizz while queuing. Sarah was excellent and even recognised our name which is impressive service for a hotel of this size. They also gave a goody bag to my son and which was surprisingly good although better suited for an older child. Probably the best check in experience we’ve had.
The room was amazing and we were surprised by how good the view was. It’s on the 10th floor and faces the Houses of Parliament. The adult area of the suite is nicely appointed although we did worry about some of the fragile decorations with a toddler. The kids room was a decent size with a partial view of the Thames. Toys and books again better suited to an older child.
Breakfast was served in the 1st floor restaurant. Staff were very attentive and food was excellent with a good selection and quality. We also had dinner in the restaurant one night with a similarly good experience.
The hotel pool had to be booked in advance but we didn’t have any issue getting slots. A maximum of 5 people also meant it was never busy.
The room had some minor issues. The smart lighting panel in the kids room “lights off” button also turns off the bathroom light which plunged my wife into darkness. The shaver socket also didn’t work. There were also a few things the website said the room contained which were missing (bath toys, treats, step) due to COVID. To be fair the Hotel sent something up to the room when this was pointed out.
Overall a fantastic stay. Not only will we be staying again we’ve recommended it to friends who are also booking.
P. Z.
Absolutely amazing venue with exceptional food on offer. Well worth the money

Lovely hotel on the Embankment. Rooms well appointed - loved the electronic curtains particularly!
J. M.
Lovely hotel, clean and staff are friendly
V. J.
Fancy but overpriced for what it offers. Bad cleaning service and average breakfast
A. K.
The staff was brilliant to accommodate us to an upgraded room at very reasonable price difference(Thank you Zsophia). Views from the room are for postcard. Slightly disappointed with the breakfast options and lack of parking options. At breakfast very limited options for a 5star hotel and not top quality/taste either. Not sure if this is Covid related.
J. B.
Hotel and staff were amazing and helpful.
The location of this hotel is perfect.
A. D.
I stayed here for two days with a friend and my 7 year old daughter and had an amazing experience. I have stayed in many hotels but this have me a unique and pleasurable stay which was beyond anything I've ever had.
The room was fantastic. I ordered dinner from room services and had a great burger and outstanding prawns. Breakfast was amazing.
Staff were great a great congierge team I must say. Only slight issue we had during our stay was always with guest services having to wait over an hour and a half to have fresh towels and loo roll.sent up to our room. Other than that I am definitely coming back.
D. B.
Rooms impossible to cool down, TV not working properly and terrible guest services
J. M.
Very nice. Lovely bedroom and good buffet breakfast
d. n.
Bathroom didn't have a proper door, the door it had didn't close properly and really made it uncomfortable. The view was awful, just another building 1 metre away.
T. G.
Great night sleep in a very stylish hotel. Breakfast was also good.
I. H.
Great location, funky decor, inspiring carpet, yes the carpet is inspiring.
A. L.
Comfortable and stylish accommodation in a great location for sight seeing. Next to the Thames and within an hours walk (scenic route) of the Tower of London. Lots of choice for eating out, and a convenience store next door to stock up on snacks and drinks.
B. K.
Hotel was great, service was just slow checking in and we gave up waiting in the bar to be served one night.
L. L.
Made an online reservation for our anniversary. Requested a view of the Parliament.
Called several times ot get some general information. No one answered. Eventually got through to head office somehow and as someone new, she didn't know the answer to my query.
Upon checkin - my request for parliament view and note of anniversary wasn't mentioned.
Called and did web chat to query dining options. When I called room service no one answered. Was told someone will call back. They did. After 90minutes. To which their answer was that maybe the meat is halal maybe it isn't. Hmmm.
Hair dryer wasn't working. Called guest services. No one answered so we left without staying the night.
T. P.
Stayed here 29/5/21-31/5/21.
After travelling 250 miles,we were informed during booking in that there was no availability in the restaurant on the date of arrival.
Therefore I refused to use any of the hotels bars or restaurants during our stay.
We had to request coffee, milk and sugar and toilet rolls as there was only one of each in the room,as well as some part used toiletries (Covid clean?).
Room was not clean with someone else’s hairs on the tiled floor and dirty skirting boards.
Sent an email to the costumer service team,as yet 2 months later did not receive a response,so obviously customer care is not a priority.Top 5 star hotel?.
Save yourself some money, book a Premier inn..far better and far cheaper.
J. B.
Absolutely amazing hotel... staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly... beautiful
S.
I stayed for 3 nights at Easter 2019 with my wife and 2 children and I am know looking at some of the reviews so I said I will comment something I rarely do ,firstly it a great location and beautiful hotel great warm rooms ,when we arrived it was late in the evening and noticed without going into detail that the bed linen had not been changed this was sorted the next day we had breakfast and a meal in the bar which was great with some good entertainment and nice staff . My only problem was with the hotel was on our 2 day at the swimming pool where the leisure manager had to have bern the most bad mannered person I have ever witnessed he even closed a door in my wife's face and laughed at her while she waited outside the changing for our children he was nothing short of a bully who should not have been allowed into such a beautiful hotel let alone work in it .I complained to a senior manager who took my phone and room number but never contact me back maybe there were friends or he may have been afraid of him .
The reason I am writing this is because my wife got no apology and these 2 people have let down the rest of the fabulous people who work in this great hotel I am still giving it a 3 but it is away higher
Regards

Wouldn't recommend this hotel. We booked it because of the nice view (which we had!). Service is certainly not 4 star with housekeeping being sub-standard. We had to complain every day because either the room wasn't really cleaned or towels, toilet paper or shampoo was missing. Most disgusting was that the cups and spoons were not cleaned, neither were surfaces. We only had one breakfast, which was noisy, hectic. The rooms are also not soundproofed, as promised. At check-out, the hotel charged us for two days of breakfast, however. So, in addition to the bad service they charged too much and wouldn't correct it. Most of the staff is friendly, but the place has service and organizational issues.
Z. B.
We stayed one night in an Executive Room. Asked for river view but only got partial river view. Reception was very helpful to try and accommodate us. Room was very good. Large comfortable bed. We asked for an extra pillow as there were only three on arrival. A few things were missing soap in the bathroom, bathrobes and no complimentary water which were brought to us fairly immediately. We had room service in the evening which was good except it was practically cold. We ordered Thai curry! Anyway it was tasty and we didn't have the energy to complain. The staff were incredible everywhere. Breakfast was very good and service immaculate
One tiny thing I forgot to mention one of the bath towels which were lovely and big had blue stains over it. Again we didn't say anything.
Generally it is a well run and comfortable hotel and we enjoyed our stay.
H. S.
We stayed in the executive riverside room, which had a great view. The staff was also very nice. However several details of the stay lead me to give it an average rating:
1. The temperature control in the room is way off. We kept putting the temp down to 16 everyday. Yet, everyday, the room would be way too hot and definitely not at 16. We woke up every night to open the window and cool the room, which barely worked since the window didnt say open. This of course led to pretty bad sleep.
2. There was a door connecting to the next room which was closed off. However, it was not sound proofed. So we basically heard our neighbours every time they had a conversation or laughed or used the phone or played music. It was annoying to say the least.
3. Room service could have been better. Used coffee cups were forgotten about.
At this price point, the room and service should have been better.
M. B.
10 out of 10 service! Beautiful welcome from the whole team and the extra care and attention to every detail including our birthday note was not unnoticed!
Beautiful suite with a balcony on the thames
S. S.
Great hotel friendly staff lovely view across the River early walk sling embankment

Overall a nice stay but quite a few details that fell short of expectations.
The room at a glance was clean and comfortable but upon settling in I noticed a rather large patch of mould growth above the shower. The remote control was really grubby feeling, so much so that I bought detol wipes to clean it with. There wasn't outlets available for both beds and one of the outlets in the room was broken. The towels still had a cleaning tag on it. The staff were lovely and the beds comfortable but I expect a bit more attention to detail at this price point.

Wonderful stay, excellent location
We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The room was spacious and clean, the staff was helpful and nice. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel is located very close to transportation and also there are many highlights within walking distance. I highly recommend it and will probably come back on my next visit.
S. K.
OK stay, some problems but good value.
No disabled access to the designated smoking areas.
A. B.
Very poor when you book into a £200 plus hotel and the bar is closed at 10.50 and you can’t book into the pool for a swim for the following day until after your departure time.
N. P.
They have a very good restaurant and we stayed there in a November night of 2019. The quality of food was exemplary. I am still confused about the criteria with which the restaurant management allots the riverview seats ( We reserved the seats in advance and have less posh looks). The room was good ( the curtains didn't work at first and had to ask for the maintenance) and the bathtub and the shower had some serious issues. Since we had a busy day and didn't make use of the facilities much, I am generous enough in granting three stars...
S. P.
It was such a lovely stay, staff were amazing the service was fabulous..The suite with the view was wow!...I will definitely come again
M. D.
The staff are great. The property needs some TLC. Value for money this aint......
d. d.
Good hotel in a good location, nicely out of the centre yet only a short walk along the south Bank. My room was clean and well appointed. Comfy bed and pillows. The shower was great but the bathroom was a little odd, as there is no door. There is a door for the toilet and shower but not the vanity area. Which is fine for a couple or single occupant but could be a little off putting if sharing with a colleague
M.
Very convenient location and excellent service. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious and generally well maintained, although they are not brand new and some wear and tear is visible in the rooms. Large TVs are a welcome bonus.
Be warned that plenty of rooms face internal lightwell, and on lower floors should be treated as having no window, which is disappointing.
Bar service is friendly and well trained, and bar views onto Thames and parliament add to the ambiance.
C. c.
I recently visited this restaurant at this hotel. I didn’t get any thanks for dinning with us and they offered me donuts not from the menu but from a Asda carry bag and tried to charge me and demanded I paid in cash. It was two black waiters one behind the bar and one in a grey suit who seemed to be a manager of some sort. When I asked to see where they were listed on the menu they got abusive.
M. M.
Decent room but restaurant prices steep and breakfast too for what it was
D. G.
Amazing hotel and Nice staff. It should be 7 stars hotel, not 5 stars. Clean rooms, swimming pool, gym and so on. Near to London eye........etc. Nice staff.
S.
This is possibly one of the nicest hotels I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. The service upon entry was fantastic and very courteous. We arrived early and they gave us vouchers to go enjoy at the bar while we were waiting for our room. The bar and restaurant itself had some fantastic drinks.
The room itself was absolutely fantastic and modern. We enjoyed the fact that there were small desserts waiting for us with a bottle of wine. The room lighting had a mood setting to it. Everything was automated and modern. The beds were fantastically comfortable.
Also one of the best things about this was that it was a 10 to 15 minute walk along the river to get to downtown London and see all of the major sites. Absolutely great value for my money. Will definitely return

Super staff, comfy bed, nice pool and sauna
M. T.
Fantastic hotel very central for all landmarks and the staff were very friendly.
M. F.
Bed was comfortable as expected and room was well equipped however I had to move rooms and wait over an hour and half for a concierge to inspect my room before I could continue as there was a stale cigarette smell. Which marred my experience.
Breakfast was as per usual of a continental all you can eat buffet and the service was excellent.
My rating is low due to the service from the concierge who I spoke with 3 times before being heard and attended to.
I was pleased to receive a larger room when moved and my experience there was as expected.
N. D.
Very good experience. The room was very nice and comfortable. Breakfast has good variety but very limited Halal options. The lobby and imterior has been beautifully decorated. Room interior was very cozy. The best thing I liked in the room was electronic panel to control lights and curtains etcetera. Overall a wonderful experience.
S. O.
Got there late in the evening and we still had to wait 20 min. for the room because they put someone else in it thinking we are not coming. How do I know, well cause I was at the desk waiting for out key when the older lady came down and was complaining why does she has to move room that late in the evening.
Also parking is not included you have to pay £40 for it.
Room itself was nice and the Italian restaurant is nice with lovely food. Good breakfast as well.

We stayed here for our anniversary celebration. The river side view was great. We had a double room but the bed was bigger than king size and was very comfy. The room has a large bathroom with a huge wall on shower as well as a bath.
I especially liked the fluffy towelling slippers provided.
The staff were efficient and friendly. We stopped on the bar for a drink while live jazz was playing. Great atmosphere.
The breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Full English and continental buffet. Great breakfast with a view.
D. W.
It was a nice experience staying there and enjoying the nearest view of the river and the London eye is just about 1.5km away from the place but we could go by walk while watching London River views.
Recieving and assistance,Room service is good, cleaning good, but rooms are completely closed no options to ventilation and Sally in my room AC was broken only the hot hair comes out and it was very hot. Could have been revised before offering the room.
However it was not fix a work around was done. But the other things were good. But in my opinion it's bit expensive based on its maintenance.

Highest star rating.
Highest recommendation possible.
We will most definitely return! My fiancé and I were absolutely blown away with the quality of this hotel.
Impeccable service.
Room was faultless.
Never have I been so impressed with a hotel stay.
I cannot rave highly enough about our time at this property. Thank you for the early check in, chocolates and flowers. All were much appreciated!
r.
Lovely hotel. Will definitely stay here again.
J. G.
The staff is not great. The food is over price for the quality you receive. The rooms are nice. For the price you are treated like a bother to the staff. The place is clean. No one asked to take our luggage. They charged a drink to my room and when I asked about it at check out I told them I never ordered at the bar and they said they take care of it and then I found it on my credit statement when I got back home. I was really expecting professional customer service but I was treated poorly.

We had a great stay, our friend Don helped us a lot during our stay my complements to him.
It was close to the city as well as the vauxhall underground station.
The room was nice and tidy when we arrived, also loved the remote controls for the curtains, light and a/c next to the bed.
The room had both a bath and showers with good temperature control, no waiting for the shower to warm up. :)
Keep up the good work!
O. B.
We had a great stay here, the hotel was fairly priced. We were on floor 15 which we thought would be great due to good views but I feel we may have been forgotten about a little as both rooms were not made up and we had to call a few times to get more milk up to the room. Also a little cheeky adding 12.5% tip on to breakfast but apart from that it was great! Don was very helpful and arranged a cab for us when we were wanting to get to the airport, he was also great with the kids!
M. H.
they treat employees badly. The stay has been good and the food too.
A. V.
Beautiful hotel, double room executive suite was outstanding. very comfy bed. Room had everything we needed plus more. Breakfast we had in the hotel which was also great. we also visited the restaurants which was amazing. Great Location !
R. P.
Lovely hotel. The service is good, clean, lots of utilities like a pool, fitness center and restaurant. The breakfast buffet is alright. The room is lovely designed, but not vary big. Location is good, 8 minutes walk to parliament.
J. H.
I stayed here for 4 nights, I arrived at 7am and they had my room ready which was fantasic after travelling for 24 hours. The staff were fantastic, the food was fantastic, the room I had was perfect , plenty of room and i did not feel cramped in. They have a taxi bay right out the front so no need to walk to find one, a sitting area out the front as well so you can enjoy the views right on the river, Everything was within walking distance, a perfect little grocery store next door. I am definitely staying here again, loved it loved it loved it
F. C.
A very nice place to stay. Lovely rooms. Comfortable beds and very quiet, no sound heard at all, even when there were xmas parties on. The room had a few places where it wasn't cleaned properly but nothing major. I'd recommend this hotel to stay at. They have lovely friendly staff.
P. K.
I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. The rooms are very clean. The lifts are very slow and hard to find. The restaurant and breakfast are very good with a large cold and hot buffet. You can order additional items as well. The rooms had a complex lighting system that was cool for me to play with, but was not the most use friendly experience. On my second night while I had the privacy mode on and was taking a work related conference call, the room service came into my room and thought I was supposed to check out. They cleared up the issue quickly but it was still annoying while I was on my call.
R. S.
On arrival I found the door staff helpful but down to earth, which is a great mix and makes you feel relaxed straight away.
Check in was quick and again helpful staff so great so far.
My room was a good size with not a bad view from my window, the controls for the lighting, curtains and lights was easy to use. The room was a little stuffy like most hotels but found the air con cooling it quickly.
The bar staff where great and very chatty so makes for a nice experience 🍻
At breakfast amazing staff and chatty and explained where everything was really well, BUT I found the hot buffet anything but hot. It tasted okay but to cold and in my eyes a waste of £21 to be fair. The tea was nice 👍🏼
C. M.
Hotel facilities were stunning... But what failed it down was the inconsistent service quality. Reception and concierge were always tip top!
However, sometime room cleaned properly, others as if not visited.
Sometimes waiters during breakfast were spot on, often as if they were displaced.
Twice went to swimming pool but no clean towels were available until very late.
Worst of worst, we got money stolen from room during cleaning. Hotel security did investigate incident, identified the potential suspect, communicated with us the difficulty dealing with this type of staff, but no promises of resolution yet. So watch out during your next visit.
Y. L. L.
Nice hotel, restaurant was great. Strange atmosphere inside, it is very dark in the corridors and the lifts. Makes it seem a little seedy, however rooms are excellent. Clean, and we'll kitted out. Great views of the Thames. Strange that lifts don't have a floor number display that tells you where it is!
D. K.
Once in a lifetime stay in an 1 bedroom suite with balcony..... Amazing room and view of House of Parliament and the London Eye
T. T.
Good surprise. We were upgraded to a junior suite because of an issue in the room we had booked. Great suite, very spacious with all amenities you need. In addition, the personal was very helpful. We had initially booked a twin room and in the next five minutes we arrived the sofa in the lounge was converted in a double bed. Only remark is that this is overlooking the train rail with the noise of trains. Although the windows attenuated the noise we could still hear these. If you book a suite, you might want to check before where it is located. Having said that the room overlooking the river are also overlooking the main road.
K. K.
Rooms were clean and well-maintained. Large variety of amenities available such as shower gel and shampoo. Hotel in general was very classy and modern in the sense that there are digital panels to toggle room lighting. In addition, they use LCD panels in place of the typical "Do not disturb" signs, which I find really cool. Great service from the staff too!
K.
One can not commend our stay at Plaza On The River enough. Never has a hotel lived up to so many expectations. Right from the beginning the greeting and assistance received by staff such as Romero makes you feel welcome and comfortable. Romero was helpful, respectful, curtiouse and professional. Check in was a breeze. The one bedroom suite with river views was spacious, clean with amazing views. The bed and sofa bed we especially comfortable. The location of the hotel itself was spectacular. This is my second stay in the hotel within three years and everything was perfect. Definitely would recommend this hotel for any purpose, business, leisure and family loved everything.
A. S.
Loved this hotel! We got the side with the poor view but the hotel itself was nice with helpful staff. Only complaint is the lack on amenities in the hotel if you want a drink or snacks. A vending machine or little shop would be nice.
It is close to the London Eye and only about a 20 minute walk to Buckingham Palace.
S. H.
Lovely hotel, great suits with view, good pool and gym very central location...breakfast not great
M. W.
The best thing about this place are the staff who go over and above their duties to make sure that everyone has an acceptable experience. The problem with this hotel is that its facilities - e.g restaurant and pool - are too small for the size of the establishment. As a result, you will not enjoy the breakfast experience at all, and you will probably not be able to book a slot at the pool (yes, you have to book a slot to go to the pool!). Also breakfast was average at best.
If you must go to this hotel then best pick a time of the year when it is not busy.
Management should remove the guest rooms from one floor to make space for a descent restaurant, gym and pool.
If it wasn't for the staff then this would be a complete disaster.
M.
Fantastic hotel!! Stayed here for 6 nights over new years and was very impressed with the location, ambience, and service. My room was well cleaned and very comfortable, with superb bathroom and lighting options. The staff of the hotel were very honest, kind, and professional, and certainly went out of their way to ensure their guests were well taken care of.
E. B.
Very comfortable stay for 4 nights, and always appreciate a steam room, which was very good in this hotel. Front desk staff were fabulous in every instance, Don, in particular, who couldn’t have been more helpful. As was the manager when something was misplaced in the hotel. He could not have been kinder, and looked after us like VIPs until the issue was resolved. We appreciated his consideration so much.
Housekeeping was probably the only thing letting down this hotel. It was very hit and miss as to what was done or not done, however, it wasn’t the end of the world.
D. H.
Big hotel - but rooms well appointed. Good selection of TV channels, and decent wifi. Breakfast buffet not the most exciting but service was attentive. Hotel backs on to the railway lines out of Waterloo, so it can be noisy - best to ask for a quiet room. Where the hotel was extended the new lifts are particularly confusing and difficult to find on the various floors.
m. h.
Booked a 3 night St Valentine stay. Good room with nice river view but light on hangers and plug sockets. Room service took forever.
Cleaning at a poor standard, used dishes on trays left in corridors for too long.
Public toilets difficult to locate, insufficient signage and dark corridors.
Paid £150 by card for in hotel services but didn't use the facility, told the money wouldn't be paid back for two weeks.
Paid £80 for two hotel meals, couldn't use due to illness, no reimbursement offered.
Arranged for flowers to be delivered to hotel. Spoke to concierge, he would put them in our room. Didn't arrive until second evening even though flower people confirmed they'd delivered them previous day.

Love, Love, Love this hotel!
We have stayed here 3 times now and we love it more every time we stay.
We have stayed at a lot of nice hotels across London and this one is the best hands down, we genuinely cannot find one fault about this hotel and cannot see how it possibly has bad reviews. The only thing I can think of is that they stayed in the other hotel that is in the same building.
Rooms
The room we booked was an one bedroom suite with balcony and a parliament view, the room was modern and a great size with an amazing bath and good size balcony.
The view is unreal and right on the Thames facing the House of Parliament, London Eye & Oxo tower.
Staff
cannot fault them they are all so polite and always happy to help.
Don in particular will always go above and beyond for you, always gives you a warm welcome & we were surprised that he remembered us from last time so that was really nice!!
Food
In the hotel there is a restaurant called Chino Latino, situated in the bar
We didn’t eat in Chino Latino but did try some tasters they had at reception and they were delicious so will deffo be booking a table there next time.
We did sit in the bar and eat off of the bar menu (they have so many options for a bar menu) and the food was great, again. Cannot fault it.
Facilities
There is an ice machine on every floor
Hairdryers, iron & iron board in the room
Slippers & dressing gowns.
Pool, sauna, steam room. (The pool is quite small and could be a little warmer)
24/7 reception
Room service
Convenience shop right outside (closes around 9pm I believe)
Overal this hotel is 5 stars in our eyes and we will most defiantly be returning.
Thanks again! :)
C. P.
Really nice hotel in a great location and good value for money considering the location
J. B.
Great hotel with lovely, professional staff. They gave me a free upgrade.
Rooms are not sound proof and the hotel is near the road so expect considerable noise. Though I requested a quiet room it was not considered and I ended up in a noisy room.
Roomservice is extra ordinary and they have nice discounts on the meals.
The gym here is small but has good options for exercise.
Thank you for making my stay wonderful.
A. T.
Good but only just. Strange choices: Room controls are automated, but not digitally - there are preset light levels, but no dimming. You can easily hit the wrong button in the dark & every light in the room comes on even though you just wanted to use the bathroom at 2 a.m. On the other hand, no clocks in the room, so if you're a jetlagged traveler you had better have your phone charged. However, there are too few electrical outlets to keep it charged, so if you get the wrong side of the bed, you're out of luck. While we were there, half the elevators were not working & for some reason they kept giving people keys that would not unlock the room doors. The included breakfast is of really poor quality - the eggs and the yogurt were nearly inedible. Our bathroom was not well cleaned. The hotel was selected for us by a tour company but if you have a choice don't stay here.

Lovely hotel, got a great deal on last minute. Stayed here in London for my birthday, great location with tube close by or bus stops just outside. Room was clean and tidy, we had to queue for a while when checking in but they did offer a bag holding service with concierge. Air con didn't really work which was a bit annoying. Good views too!
J.
Went for Afternoon Tea with 5 Very Good Friends. TO Celebrate Katie's Birthday. We opted for the Champgne with was very Nice. Loved It. Food was excellent. Tried some different flavour teas which also was very nice. The staff were very attentive. Even taken group photo's which makes it that much more special and memorable. 5 stars all round. The location was also very stunning for the views over The River Thames. Highly Recommend. Will visit again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I stayed here for Salon Smart in April. The room was very stylish, the bed very comfy. We had a lovely meal with great service and the breakfast was delicious. A great space for a corporate event. The only small issue was a very long wait for a drink at the bar after the event was over in the evening. It seemed there were not enough staff covering the bar for the amount of people going to the bar after an event. I would look to stay here as a treat on another trip to London.
M. V.
Fantastic service from Hamza In house keeping when I arrived 3rd of June I needed some help setting up the chromecast and he was very smart and well presented I believe he Is very big credit to the team.

We stayed for a weekend and on arrival were told our room was not ready and to come back in 30 minutes, we did but again was told it was not ready. Without even asking we were given a free drink voucher to use in the upstairs bar....it was a really nice gesture. When our room was ready we were stunned by how modern it was now with touch button lighting and everything. Room was clean and bed was lovely and soft. TV was an amazing size compared to other places we have stayed. Views of London and Thames were amazing. We managed to walk to everywhere we needed with no problems. Hotel was great and staff friendly and I can't understand the complaints on here. Have stayed at this hotel twice and had no problems either time.
S. F.
On first glance of the lobby and room this seems like a swanky and swish hotel in a great location. However the finer details made for a not so great experience resulting in very poor sleep. The rooms have curtains, lighting, heat, etc all operated by a smart panel/keypad. Atrocious idea. The panels lit up several times in the night, waking me up (they're extremely bright). The temperature in the room, despite pressing buttons to lower it, was extremely hot and stuffy. Not a pleasant experience. As a result I slept badly and wouldn't stay here again.
S. J.
Hotel is just great. Not really in the center, but stll proximity to ... Services and staff, both are of very high standard. We have an upgrade for junior suite, with fully-equipped kitchinett and a balcony with 'The View' on the river Themes. Breakfast at lounge on the 12th floor is just fabulous. Larger rooms are a little bit colder during the late autumn, but at least you will avoid an overheating, dry air experience, common to many hotels those days.
M. G.
Nice hotel with friendly staff. Room was very nice and comfortable but the air con was a bit noisy. The breakfast was OK as it was a buffet, so not as hot or fresh as it could of been
R. A.
Fabulous hotel..perfect location on the Thames, either for central London or the Oval for the cricket.
M. B.
Very modern, clean and tidy.
Down falls kettle leaked but was replaced quickly.
Breakfast we had no guidance so worked it my self. Food - their was a fair variety standard really.
House keeping knocked my room at 9am to see if id left so they could clean and actually walked in at 9.30 whilst I was in the bathroom a second time wanting to clean my check out time was 12 noon. :-(
L. L.
Great breakfast (especially the scrambled eggs) though the restaurant is a bit too small so there was a queue of around 10-15 mins to get in at 9am. However, the hotel noted it was my partner's birthday and we received complimentary drinks and a little macaroon selection. The room was a little small but perfectly setup, with a large comfy bed, Nespresso machine, and fancy remote control lighting and windows/curtains. Great location and everything was clean and tidy. Lovely if you're enjoying the South Bank.
Unfortunately, though, the main shower was leaking and so poorly pressurised as to be rendered useless. The hand shower worked fine as a backup but despite the bathroom having the usual complimentary shower gel, there was no hand soap, which was a bit odd (there was a shoe treatment kit though).
All in all it was a lovely stay, staff were helpful, and the food was great. Just a shame about the shower.
M. B.
Great hotel, staff very friendly. View from room was amazing!
D. G.
Nice hotel with welcoming customer service staff and comfortable rooms. A lot of great use of technology around from opening the curtains with pressing a key to many styles of light in the room. The food is not that yummy. No fresh juice and little fresh fruit. The GYM is too small but can do.
Y. M.
Excellent hotel, great breakfast made very welcome. Staff very polite and helpful especially like to mention Stefan Simmonds who looked after us along with his colleagues to a high degree. The only dissapiontment was we where not pre informed about a charge of £100 for car parking for two night
M. P.
I came here for a business conference. It was an excellent venue for the conference. The rooms were very nice but small (typical for Europe though). The onsite restaurant served great food with a beautiful view of the river. The hotel was beautiful throughout and the conference areas as well. Bonus points for having a rowing machine in the fitness center!
N. J.
Great service. Good location you can reach important things by foot. Good view if you have got a room on the river side. Only negative is that your car is parked sometimes far off the hotel. But except this its a good choice. It's focused on business guests but the personal is family friendly, too.
A. a. L.
Went for a work conference here situated in the ballroom. The staff offered great hospitality albeit a very busy environment. The views from outside the hotel look fabulous. Did not stay the night so unable to give my experience but seems like a pleasant place to stay.
L. L.
Bedroom did not have a view of river but were informed when we checked in, which was fine as we were only using as a base. Bedroom was really comfy. We had a night cap in the bar chino latino which had a nice vibe. Had prepaid for breakfast which was very nice and had a good choice of food. Would recommend as a good base as it's a short walk to vauxhall tube
P. F.
Lovely room, modern with good amenities. View was of a building site though next door, and there was building work being done in our lift lobby area which was a bit messy. The breakfast was very average and could do with improving. Otherwise enjoyable enough!
B.
were do i start. CHarged me double for deposit upon reaching the hotel. Hot air was not working from air con, so slept in the cold. room had flies in it. frigde froze our valuables. floor was dirty. bedding and gowns has stains on it. TV did not work. Staff were rude - apparently 700 rooms is to much to manage (this was from a memeber of staff). Night manager shouted at my girlfriend. Trip was ruined.
S. E.
I like the bar on level 1 looking at the river!! Hope the live music will be back soon!!!
a. r.
The only thing we likes about this hotel was modern style of interior.
Cleanliness (a lot of weird stains everywhere in the room), comfortability, services, broken sofa-bed where our son had to sleep, poor quality of the breakfast, …
J. M.
The rooms are spacious and modern. Everything works as it should. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is amazing. Try the steak! Live jazz music in the bar adds a nice atmosphere. Would stay again without hesitation.
C. M.
Got the deluxe king room with a river view and not disappointed at all. After a long flight it was a very clean, spacious, modern, comfortable room for my boyfriend and I to recover from some jetlag. I just wanted a huge bed with a great view and a big TV and that's exactly what we got. Definitely recommend! ( just a heads up, big Ben is under construction and you see the narrow part of the London eye, but a perfect river view)
C. S.
This place does not really deserve it's 4 star status (in my opinion). Our first room as allocated had an aroma of smoking previous guests. The smoke detector had also been blocked up with a carrier bag. I appreciate that this probably not really the faut of the hotel, more the irresponsible previous guests. Housekeeping should however have noticed this. Our room was changed with no hassle. The rooms are however a bit tired and the overnight rate is not reflective of the quality of the hotel. Sorry, my opinion. Others may I am sure disagree.
U. V.
Very good quality and spacious modern room and bathroom. Helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was nothing to write home about but to the standard expected. In house laundry cost was quite high, I would recommend supporting the nearby local businesses and do your washing elsewhere if you have time and inclination.
D. T.
Considering the amount we paid I was shocked to say the least. I have stayed in this hotel before so I thought I would be safe. Firstly when we arrived I was told that they upgraded my room, when we went in the room was tiny with a terrible view and most importantly no bath tub (for the wife). I called reception and they was happy to downgrade us to our original room which had a bathtub and had more space! Now let’s talk about the cleanliness, WOW! The bedroom, line of dust going around all furniture because cleaners probably could not be bothered to change vacuum adaptor to get into corners. The bathroom had Mould in the shower (would it hurt to either use some bleach or touch up the grout?) the toilet had marks (I’ll let you guess what it was). The air conditioning was a nice novelty yes, but so loud so impossible to sleep with it on.
L. R.
Its a very modern hotel with masses of comfort, lovely helpful staff and extremly comfy beds. To make it 100% it would be nice if the hotel supplied blankets so you can sit on the balcony and watch the boats all nice and warm
T. M.
Great looking hotel however, 3 stars because housekeeping was average. One of the days, we came back after 8 hours and our room had not been serviced yet. The staff member at check out was not very helpful either with our questions about our charges. Gym was tiny, one bench and a few pin weight machines. Mostly cardio machines. Despite this, the restaurant chino latino was amazing, we went twice in our 5 night stay! Highly recommend the soft shell crab
h. s.
Lovely hotel on Albert Embankment close to all the landmarks and lovely views of parliament from over the Thames. Staff very attentive. Room stylishly appointed with mini bar. Extremely comfortable stay thank you
A. M.
Our room was on the 10th floor and was oh so quiet. The living room was large with its own kitchenette. The housekeeping crewno fault of their ownrings me to clean room. The staff members were friendly at checking in and very helpful about our needs at the hotel. We enjoyed our stay there.
L. W.
Great location for London sightseeing. Quite location with a few local pubs in the area. The rooms are good and modern but some of the smart room features are a little annoying such as finding a light for the bathroom. Also they have a lot of rooms on lots of floors and only two slow elevators supporting them so a times the wait can be long. Nice restaurant and bar with a good view of the Thames.
R. T.
Absolutely disgusting! On the day we married booked this hotel, and when we went downstairs to use their bar, It was closed for some sort of event (although they had seats available, we weren't allowed to sit there). Since the hotel is located in the middle of nowhere, we had to one of those scruffy pubs nearest, you had to walk a while to get there. My partner complained to the manager, all he offered was a free cocktail for another time. He was too busy talking to his friend or something not work related on the phone. Didn't even listen us properly. Even though my partner followed this complaint by email, they never got back to us.
Absolutely homophobic, disgusting, unacceptable, damaging hotel experience for the most memorable day of my life. It's not even cheap! Next time you want to book their hotels, know that they have some homophobic high position managers working there.
D. C.
One of the best hotels I have every stayed at in terms of quality and beautiful rooms. However, the service was a bit dodgy because they didn't serve complimentary water for a five star hotel. The staff was super friendly and helped out a lot with all questions. Also the eggs in the breakfast alacarte, marvelous.
S. H.
Really enjoyed our stay here over the weekend.
We stayed in a suite with view which was lovely. At the check in desk Sarah was very helpful and welcoming. We also got upgraded which was a nice surprise.
The suite was really nice the views were fantastic and in room facilities. We had everything in there you could possibly need for a short or long stay. Loved the remotes to control the lights, blinds and temperature. Bathroom is very spacious and modern, with all toiletries you should need.
Kitchen has kettle and coffee machine and good choice of teas and coffee's.
Bed was very comfy and good choice of different pillows.
The executive lounge where we had breakfast on the 12th floor is great even better views. And the food was really nice and a massive choice of cooked, fruit, cereal, meats, cheese and pastries. The waiting staff and chef all welcoming and nice to talk to.
The spa facilities also good swimming pool, sauna and steam room all great.
Oxford street is about 50 minute walk, or depending on traffic about 20 minutes in cab about £16/20 we use the bikes you can hire for 24hr for £2 and there all over london great for getting around fast and avoiding traffic much more fun aswel.
Its about a 5 minute cab from Waterloo train station which will cost about £6/8 and it's also walkable in about 20 minutes.
Definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again.
s.
Excellent clean rooms and a good breakfast. Staff though can come across rude and can be very inexperienced in my opinion. 5 stars would have be given if it wasn't for multiple bad experiences with staff members.
