This hotel is a very beautiful hotel, and the staff are very friendly and very helpful. It is near most of the interesting areas. Victoria station is around the corner. There is a laundry and dry cleaning service just across the road, and a good tourist service Evan Evans just across road. The breakfast is very good, and a large selection to chose from. The rooms are nice and roomy. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We have just returned from our brief stay at Park Plaza Victoria. We all loved the hotel so much it was a shame to leave. The front of house staff were amazingly helpful, quick check-in, giving us inter-connecting rooms and activity packs for the kids. Comfortable bedding, clean and spacious rooms. If they had a pool we might not have left the hotel.

Perfectly fine hotel near Victoria station and handy for the local theatres. Good tech in room for lighting, air-con and curtains. Complimentary water and all the other facilities you’d expect from a London 4 star. Pillows were very firm.

Quite a big hotel with spacious meeting facilities and a great bar area. There is an underground car park, which you access via a lift (it can take an SUV) but spaces are limited!!
Most good/decent hotels offer great breakfasts with a wide choice and the Victoria Park Plaza is no different.
I'll have to visit again to properly review the rooms. We booked an Executive Room on the 6th floor but when we got to it, the temperature was hot, extremely hot. The air con wouldn't work so we were moved to an apartment on the 8th floor which was not as comfortable; the bed was smaller, the bathroom more dated and lighting not as good. The air con wasn't much better - we had to open both windows to get any cooler air in (this didn't affect the air con which simply seemed to recirculate the air at the same temp).
We decided one room change was enough for one trip as we wanted to go out.
Still, we couldn't fault Tony or Emma at the front desk as they were v friendly and courteous.
Overall, we will stay again but we pray for a room with controllable temperature.

Great hotel with very friendly staff! Conveniently located minutes from the Victoria underground station. Easily within walking distance of Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey and Hyde Park. I recommend this hotel for anyone, business or pleasure!

Another fantastic stay here. From start to finish, the experience was all positive. Great check in, beautiful room with the most amazing view of the London skyline. Close to theatres and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again.

The best hotel that I've stayed in. From the moment that you arrive, they make you feel really special. The rooms are fantastic and the beds are so comfy. Love the panels for controlling everything, especially opening and closing the curtains
P. L.
Only used conference facilities, but nice enough looking entrance and foyer area. Outside is covered in scaffolding, so not sure what it looks like as whole Victoria area under development! Staff friendly and helpful!
P. W.
Great stay, however there were lots of noises coming from the rooms either side which often kept me awake. Other than that everything is kept very clean and staff are very nice and professional.
L. I.
Lovely lobby but some weird homeless people come in, you should invest in more security especially if you have conferences in the hotel. It doesn’t look professional and doesn’t encourage people to go around the hotel and explore when they are a screaming person in the lobby.

The hotel and staff met my expectations. There were some new recruits in training and they did well. It's very well situated and is easily accessible by road and rail

Only used the parking but was VERY impressed with the reception.
ps the parking area is very secure, clean and safe.

Really unsatisfied with food I literally can’t eat it, too Indian, hope it more international. I paid £2285 for quarantine services and also have to pay more for delivery food from outside. 🥲 Room and staff was nice.
F. Ç.
I had a great stay during my 10 day quarantine. Staff was extremely responsive and helpful to calls and messages. Food was good, room was nice and clean. No issues and they also allowed me to check-out very late and even brought food, as I needed to work online on the last day.
N. K.
We have been here several times in the past few years to attend meetings and functions. The location is good, there is parking nearby on street. We like the staff, they are very friendly and accommodating. We had a meeting last time we were here and it was well put together. It's a great place for a larger work event or meeting.

During my wife's stay at the Park Plaza Victoria. The team at the Hotel ensured that it was extra special. They went above and beyond in their service. For instance, the day of our Wedding Anniversary, I couldn't not be with her. I rang the reception and asked if they could do something to make the say a little more special for my wife. They sent a greeting card and some cake. This really shows the level of detail the staff at Park Plaza Victoria pay attention to. Thanks again and keep up the great work

Nice place bit we had a loud banging noise all night coming from the cooler (room 111) very annoying 😑
Z. S.
Nice friendly staff. Made all the effort to make it Covid secure. I had to travel and stay over due to work commitments. Room service was excellent and the food was amazing. Ordered the vegetable curry and rice came warm and absolutely amazing. Breakfast in the morning was on time and again was very tasty and had a good selection. Well done and thank you for looking after us.

Great staff, Great food, Comfy bed. Deffo be back. Manager's cute too ;)

Great hotel and very good service. Right in the heart of London en near to all important places. I've been here already 6 times the past 9 years. Very nice rooms, great breakfast! Great!
P. L. (.
Stayed here a few times before the lockdown but was pricey for what it was...... but then paying for location.
Now it’s very reasonable as the number of tourists have dropped. The service is always 1st class, the hotel is spotlessly clean and the breakfast at £10 is great value for money.
Thoroughly recommend
C. M.
The room was nice and well equipped. Fancy electronic control for the all the lights in the room, the curtains and the "do not disturb" sign.
There were outlets on the wall next to the desk and one of them was for international plugs, which I think is a very nice and helpful feature for visitors from outside the UK.
I have to say my ac unit didn't seem to work and the room was a little colder than I would have liked. I didn't say anything because I didn't want to have people working on my room for a couple of hours or move to another one (I had work to get done).
The other thing I really hated but discovered too late was my room was next to the elevators and it sounded as if the bed was actually inside the machine room. Very noisy. Could use some additional insulation there.
The location is really convenient, 5 min away from Victoria station. Plenty of restaurants and comfort food places within 5 minute walking distance.
Staff was nice and friendly.

Clean and comfortable. Good staff. Happily stay again

This is the second time we have stayed here, over about 5 years, and we thoroughly enjoyed both stays. The hotel is particularly convenient for Victoria station, the coach station and Buckingham Palace is, therefore, only a short walk away. The hotel was very tidy and clean, in our room the bed was very comfortable and the curtains (as well as all the lights) were operated from a single remote control. We enjoyed the breakfast both mornings we were there and there was a good range of hot and cold food. We would definately return to this hotel if we are in the area.

Had an amazing quarantine birthday... Thank all the staff and management for the kind gesture of giving me cake and a birthday card..... Loved the stay... polite and cooperative staff.
K. Y.
Good location, 5 mins walk to the tube station. Friendly staff, especially Tony who welcomed us for breakfast and Hamid at the front desk.

The staff were professional they did everything efficiently , the rooms are very clean and comfy , reasonable price , great breakfast, would come again 😁

Fantastic hotel
Great prices
Brilliant location
Quiet.
The staff are very very friendly and accomidating
We really enjoyed our our stay here
We will be going again

I attended for a conference, but did not stay overnight. The venue was easy to find, and there were clear directions to the conference rooms on arrival. The meeting rooms were spacious and well equipped. Catering was of a high standard, with good options for specific dietary requirements. Staff were helpful and friendly. I would happily attend functions there again.
T. A.
Was here for the National LGBT Conference, catering was delicious and timely, the workshop rooms and main conference space were immaculate and the hotel itself is beautiful. Even the toilets were nice and gender neutral - so important and long overdue for venues to make this as standard (as they are in every household!!) 💯 recommended.
M. L.
Used as a venue for a conference: highly recommended. Management were great in helping us to arrange (rooms, layout, equipment, catering, timing etc) and on the day staff were attentive and there were plenty of them. Not the cheapest option but it is worth paying the little bit more per head.
K. D.
This was a perfect hotel for us to stay at for our time in London. Close to many things and easy to get to others by taxi waiting close by. The staff was wonderful and cheery. The breakfast was very good and had a lot of choices.
T. D.
Excellent quality hotel in a very convenient Victoria location. Gym, sauna and steam room were great! Mostly professionals and didn't see any kids. Great service too - fast and efficient. My new favourite for London.
D. B.
Amazing hotel, took my wife for her birthday For 1 night. We were greeted at the front desk by a very polite and helpful lady. We were a little early for check in but was given our room instantly. All the staff are very attentive the bar seating and staff were outstanding extremely friendly. The only downside was our room was not 100% clean but we didnt say anything while we where there. We did however email the hotel after we arrived home and received an instant reply with many apologies and we also received some points on our rewards card which we can use on our next visit which we will definitely be doing and also we where told to speak directly to a particular person when booking as they would upgrade us free if charge. Extremely happy with all services we recieved while at the hotel and also the response to our little niggle with the room would highly recommend staying here when visiting london so close to everything and very comfortable setting.
M. M.
Modern, clean, child-friendly and good food. Only stayed one night with our two children to sight-see in London town and this hotel was in a fantastic location to do so. Remote control lights and curtains kept our children entertained for a long while! Great breakfast selection. Decor very tasteful. Would definitely recommend and would be happy to visit again.
Y. D.
I really enjoyed my Christmas day in this park plaza Victoria. they are so lovely and kind. the food is amazing. the rooms are big and posh. and i cannot wait to go back there just because the service is very wonderful. me and my 2 children had a great time here.
K. C.
It has a friendly helpful staff. Easy access to Victoria Station. Short walk to the Royal Mews, Buckingham Palace, James Park and Churchill War Rooms. Swainsbury grocery is 2 blocks away and a nice coffee/pastry shop within a block. Lots of eating options.
D. L.
Wonderful!Lovely welcome. Polite, well trained staff. Comfy beds. Air con and heating controls. Spotlessly clean room. Beautifully cooked breakfast and plenty of choice including home made breads and healthy alternatives. Staff couldn't be more helpful... I was really impressed to see 2 members of staff assisting an elderly gentleman the out of a wheelchair into an armchair with great care and kindness. Short walk to Victoria train and bus stations. Close to Covent Garden. Would highly recommend. Thank you for a lovely stay.
E. L.
The overall experience was really good - the room that we got was really huge and everything was controlled via a remote control near the bed - the curtain, AC, lights and so on.
The hotel is located near the Victoria station, and you can easily get to anywhere in the city using this one.
Despite that, the overall maintenance of the room could be much better.
The taps had poor water flow and water came out of the shower room.
M. S.
I booked this hotel with tickets to see wicked. The hotel is amazing, very friendly welcome and an easy check in in the beautiful lobby. We were upgraded to am executive room free of charge. The room was spotlessly clean and spacious, everything we needed was there. We had drinks in the bar in the evening, slightly pricey but that's what you expect in London. The staff were all very polite Ann's friendly. We took advantage of the gym/ spa which was again spotlessly clean. All in all I would definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely return.
S. T.
Attended a conference so the review is based on the facility and not the conference itself. Venue very good although crowded for the amount of people we had. Staff pretty good. Food excellent. The suite itself was well laid out. However the big doors made a horrible noise as people were going in and out to the loo etc. So sometimes difficult to hear the speakers. Overall recommend though.
K. H.
Fab hotel. Luxury at a reasonable price.
P. M.
Fantastic Hotel. Upon arrival we where upgraded to an executive room. The rooms was very big and very modern, even down to the electric curtains. The staff were very friendly and positive. The morning breakfast was delicious.
On top of the friendly staff and nice rooms we found the hotel itself to be very well located with everything in very easy travel distance.
C. D.
Really nice hotel and good value for London. We were upgraded to an apartment which was awesome as it had a kitchenette. The staff were nice especially the house keeping staff very friendly. They have umbrellas you sign out for those rainy days they even have spare adapters in case you forget yours. We had breakfast included and loved it. I especially loved the sausages they served very yummy. It’s super close to Victoria station which makes getting around very easy. I would definitely stay again!
N. N.
I stayed here for two nights, and I cannot describe how wonderful it was! The staff in the hotel are all so kind and so helpful.. I got room service and the food was great, the rooms are so clean and spacious, as well as the bathroom. There’s an underground station and a bus station only 5 minutes walk from the hotel, I can’t wait to go again! Wish I took pictures of the room.....
d.
Stayed at the hotel about a week and everything was just perfect, good for any gender and age! Ice machines on every floor, beautiful ornaments and clean environment, staff really nice and respectful.
Breakfast buffet is just great, good food, juice, milk, tea, coffee, bread, cereal, fruit, everything you would think of! Staff there really nice, feel free to ask for some pancakes!!!
The hotel room itself was really clean and really beautiful and luxus, ordering food in the middle of the night is a blast, haha!!
Amazing!
O. K.
Big, spacious room (still wondering if I had been upgraded) with panels all over the room to adjust lights, curtains etc. The panel functions were good, but it was slightly confusing how to use them (took me some time to figure out how to turn off lights). Rooms was great though, bathroom however needs renovation. All in all good hotel, but I'd consider trying others.
T. M.
The Park Plaza Victoria is within a 5-10 minute walk from Victoria Coach Station. Check in was a little slow as there was only one person attending to clients, once we had checked in we were asked if we required assistance with our bags to …
Y. k.
Most important: the location is great!
Service: the majority of the staff were friendly and helpful and made you feel welcomed.
Breakfast: excellent!
Maintenance: need to improve. There is a little noise form the bathroom of pipes. Quite a few Burned-out bulb and food left inside the refrigerator..
Most of the problems were fixed.
We do recommend the hotel!
A. R.
Friendly service and comfortable bed. The room size is adequate. Meaning, there's plenty of room for three pieces of large luggage and still enough room for two people to walk around comfortably. The bathrooms are spacious with great water pressure, but they do need to be updated a bit. Some of the fixtures and surfaces are looking rather worn.
S. P.
A very convenient and reasonably priced hotel on the same street as Victoria Station. The rooms are well furnished and maintained and the hotel is in excellent decorative order. A good lobby bar. Friendly and helpful service. I've stayed several times over several years and never had a bad experience.
A. E.
Lovely hotel and it's very clean inside staff are friendly and they go out their way to look after you. They have a drop off service right outside the doors. And taxis can pick you up tight outside. It's very close to Victoria station. And a stone trowel away from all the main city attractions and tourist destinations. Very nice and near everything in summer you can go for wa walk along the Thames by chelsea bright its not to far from the hotel.
A. F.
Nice hotel, close to Victoria station, good rooms and friendly staff. Bonus: nice gym
- 1 star (gave 4 stars at first) because the people in the room next to mine were playing obnoxiously loud music and I couldn't sleep. Phoned the front desk, they were really nice but it took them 45 minutes to get them to be quiet
G. R.
Lovely, well-appointed, modern room with touch-screen controls for lights, curtains, temperature, and more. Comfortable bed. Nice bathroom with tub and good toilet paper. Security checks for room key when returning late to the hotel. Wonderfully close to Victoria Station. Adequate breakfast. Decent complimentary WiFi.

Thank you Frederica for your reply. From Remi Adejokun Rm 244.
From Dapo Kayode also.

Very comfortable hotel conveniently located by Victoria Station. Would be great for business or even a good place to explore the city from. Breakfast was good and room size is great for London. It does look like despite all the construction going on in the general area (which does not effect your stay in the hotel at all) there are lots of homeless people on the streets to be aware of. Again this did not actually affect my stay.
Z. S. C.
Excellent location, rooms and service. Had a late night flight and staff were more than happy to give us a (charged) late check-out/extension at a very reasonable rate. If you're looking to visit London this would definitely be a very good place to be based out of as it's a stone's throw away from Victoria station. Highly recommended and would definitely return.
M. 1.
I attended a conference there. Hotel looks very nice even though I didn't book a room.
Receptionist were perfect and helpful especially Amy and I forgot the other light brown hair female soory. They did all what they could to help me
s. j.
Good hotel in a good location, really close to Victoria station. The rooms are a decent size for London, mine had desk space which was great as I was on a course. Elemis toiletries supplied are lovely and the shower was always hot and powerful. Breakfast was ok, tasty enough. Room service food was quick but the food was dire. I ordered a chicken mayo sandwich, there were 4 tiny bits of chicken and loads of mayo! Dreadful. I would use this hotel again but avoid room service.
C. T.
Very nice room. The best part for us though was the help from the concierge. Danny basically helped plan our vacation. We told him what we wanted to do and he told how to get there and the best way to do it on our budget. The staff was very nice. The only negative being was the breakfast I felt it was not worth the price. Not bad just average food.
M. C.
Great spot in town away from the touristy areas, but about a minute walk to Victoria station, making it easy to move about the city. Good restaurants around. Room was spacious and beds are comfortable. Gym is above average for Europe. I always look forward to staying there.
T. M.
From the moment we checked in to the moment we left was an amazing experience at this hotel. Room good size and central controls for automatic curtain closing, mood lighting and temperature control. Th floor was very very very quiet. Thank you to all the staff for their good work.
G. T.
Great location. Used to be much better but seems to be going down hill - i have stayed here five or six times over the last couple of years. The room maintenance is poor and the rooms aren't that clean. The air con only heats in winter and cools in summer - this seems to make sense until you have a warm winter's day or a cool summer's day. I stayed in March and it was warm - only way I could cool the room was by having the window wide open. Had to get maintenance to unlock it and then it was really noisy making it difficult to sleep. Overall a disappointing experience.
E. S.
Very well kept rooms in prime Central London location. Views from the top floors are stunning. The lounge is of decent size and good for casual drinks. British and Continental breakfast in good varieties are served from 0630 to 1030. I didn't have a chance to try out lunch/dinner/room service. Reception staff were very good and professional. I got a free upgrade to one of the apartment suites on 9th floor with stunning distant views of Big Ben and London Eye.
C. P.
I came here for a conference rather than a hotel stay so this review will be based on the conference facilities rather than the hotel facilities.
Overall the conference facilities are great, good rooms and a large main theatre style room with good connecting rooms which are used for networking and refreshments.
The hotel is close to London Victoria and it is easy to navigate to and through, overall I was impressed with my day here.
R. G.
I liked the entrance lobby and location, so close to Victoria Station. I went to a lunch seminar. Food was fine. Coffee was very good. The conference rooms were down stairs. Elevator was available. Facilities were good. Would be happy to go to another event there in the future.
E. “. M.
well well well. I did nt had the time to use all the facilities, but the hotel is very well located (victoria station) and room are large enough. you have bathrobe, slippers. you have automatic control (close to the door and on the bedside table) of curtains, lights a.c. and heating. also iron and iron table already in the room. breakfast completed a very nice stay
A. P.
I've used this hotel for work due to it's location. Generally I have found the service to be excellent but was very disappointed on my most recent stay to be left waiting 4 hours for a simple light bulb to be replaced. I had to contact the front desk after calling housekeeping twice. Would keep this kind of slow response in mind especially if you intend to use the hotel room as part of a business trip and intend to do any work from the rooms.
T. Y.
A wonderful Hotel in a very central location close to Victoria Station. Would have been fives stars except that our room was too warm and air didn't work properly. We called, they said they would send someone.....no one came.
We would stay again!
m. a.
It is one of the best accommodation in London. Staff members are polite and active, helpful for all matters. Neat and clean environment. Food is delicious. Definitely come back to London and stay here again. Nice experience.
P. B.
Great place to stay. Bustling and busy creating a positive atmosphere which is often missing from large hotels. Staff friendly and attentive.
Relax with a drink in the spacious bar lounge area with its comfortable seating
N. A.
Nice service in all instances. Rooms were nice and clean. Some nice Control from the bed over temperatur and light. It was a bit buggy. Conference service was also nice as well sa food. A little warm in the conference room but plenty of oxygen.
Also a shoutout to chef Hamid that with great service cooked me really nice omelet.
S. A.
One of the best hotel properties in Central London. Park Plaza was a delight to stay in, the room uber comfortable, the staff very courteous and a fabulous breakfast. What makes this hotel an absolute winner for me is It's accessibility to most of London's attractions and you don't have to go traipsing about for food, everything is just there from a Pret a Manger to a Sainsbury's to a delightful Turkish restaurant... Definitely a recommend if you want to stay at Victoria London!!
K. K.
I stayed in this Park Plaza in Victoria last week and was very impressed! My room was very large by European standards, and the room seemed to have been recently renovated with many modern amenities. Our room had very convenient remotes next to the beds, which controlled lights, curtains, temperature, etc. We also had a nice selection of coffee, teas, and Nespresso, free-of-charge, in addition to bottled flat and sparkling water. The location of this hotel is very conveniently located near the Victoria station, bus stops, and within walking distance of several tourist areas. I would certainly recommend this hotel to family and friends traveling to London, and would likely stay here again on a future visit.
M. c.
I attended a professional conference here. The hotel itself is lovely and is situated across the road from Victoria Station, so very convenient. The conference was in the lower ground floor and in general I think this could do with a spruce up. The toilets were quite messy and several were out of order. All staff were extremely professional and pleasant.
T. M.
I come here every year for a conference and am always impressed with the location, service and quality of goods supplied. Copies of some newspapers are provided free every day, including the Daily Telegraph. There were not that ***y …
D. M.
Appears newly renovated. Clean. Quiet. Everything in the room is controlled by three central controllers located throughout the room. The staff at the front desk were very approachable. Would consider staying here again.
K. K.
Amazing hotel. The culture barrier caused a few difficulties when I needed a sheet set for a pullout couch bed, but other than that the service was phenomenal, timely and the staff were all very professional and helpful! I'd stay here again!
C. G.
Fantastic hotel, well presented rooms. With bedside controllers for all the functions of the room to enable a comfortable night's sleep.
This hotel has a lot to offer and delivers courteous and attentive staff, who are happy to help as much as they can.
A. L.
The location of the hotel is PERFECT. So central to dam square and all the shops. The beds were so lovely and soft and the room itself was a lovely rooom. The staff were great and very very helpful. All round amazing hotel will DEFINITELY be coming back and will recommend everyone. Perfect.
V.
You maybe wouldn't think it from the outside, but the hotel is very nice and the rooms up to date (staying on the 9th floor). Cute high tech operation of AC, lights, curtains etc with a remote. Above the desk easily accessible power outlets and even USB charging outlets. Check-in was pleasant and fast.
G. T.
Surprisingly really nice hotel, not as stuffy as many similar places.
Great staff in the bar, super rooms, massive comfortable bed, quiet aircon!!!
Big TV. Nice fittings, elemis freebies, car parking underneath.
Eat at Giraffe opposite. V. Nice.
A. F.
I only attended for the AHP fair. I can only vouch for the conference rooms in B2 which were quite nice. The vestibule and factories too were very good and the place smelled very nice. Cannot speak for the rooms or prices
T. M.
Stayed in this hotel located conveniently near Victoria Station for official business for a week. Minute walk from Victoria station / tube. Lots of amenities in the room. Took me a while to work out shower but a good bathroom with nice …
M. M.
Very comfortable and a great place to chill.
Stagg is very helpful and the customer service on point!
The breakfast is great for both continental and English choices.
I've had lunch here a few times, if you see Truffle Oil pasta on the menu, do not think twice! It's delicious!
M. M.
We had a great stay on last weekend at this perfectly located hotel. Despite our late arrival, rooms were not ready, but mr. Andrei at the Executive Lounge was amazing - special thanks for the supreme service and excellent care of us. We would definitely come back to this hotel.
S. M.
Nice room, decent breakfast, staff perfectly pleasant, location is what you're paying for here. Downside - maintenance need to up their game as a fair few minor imperfections through the the room and bathroom. Didn't spoil things however. No view, but you're staying for proximity to the station and attractions, not the view! WiFi free but speed not great.
M. Y.
I've stayed at this hotel twice on short business trips. The rooms are clean and modern (and boring). The staff were very friendly and helpful (particularly the night staff).
The location is extremely convenient to Victoria Station and public transit, and has a decent gym, making it good for business travelers. Would hesitate to stay here for pleasure simply because the hotel lacks any ambience whatsoever. But London hotels are notoriously bad, and this is the type of hotel you won't regret staying in because they'll get the basics right.
S. S.
Very well presented hotel located very close to Victoria station, literally a stone throw from. The staff are very friendly and always helpful with requests you may have. The food is a little pricey but tastes great, with room service available as an option too. The rooms are very comfortable and have free WiFi and a good range of entertainment available on the tv's at your disposal. We also used the gym Spa which was very good for a hotel set up, brilliant new kit with towels and bottles water for all. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area needing good access to Victoria Station.
K. A.
The hotel looks great and the staff is very friendly. Really nice people who made the experience better. Location is perfect. Breakfast is good, I missed some French cheeses. We had a great room, with a great view over the London skyline (906). This was a nice surprise. Don't take this room btw, the whole night and early in the morning you go crazy of the noise of the elevators behind the wall. You can't sleep or at least wake up way to early. Strange for a room this expensive and in this hotel where everything looked perfect. Price you agreed on in euro's by check-in, is changed cause of currency as they made us pay by check-out. We didn't know and we were not told. We told the price in euro's several times bij check-in and it was confirmed several times. Strange you need to pay more two days later.
M. O.
A really conveniently located hotel with modern clean rooms, comfortable beds and friendly staff. The only disappointment for me was the free wifi didn't extend to my room (218)... though worked fine when I went down the corridor with my laptop. When I reported this to reception and asked for a new room, I was told they'd reset the wifi and get back in touch with me. That call didn't come... so, ball dropped I'm afraid.
T. M.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to London for business and pleasure. The room was a delight with state-of-the art electronic everything; lights, drapes,tv. The staff were all very helpful and courteous especially in Tozi resturant and housekeeping. The hotel was just a 20-30 minute walk to main attractions.
D. B.
Was here attending a conference. Location ok. Facilities looking a little worn. Toilets in conference area had broken and missing locks, urinals flooding floor all day. Staff efficient and polite. Most food and nibbles perfectly adequate, except the wild mushroom gnocchi with truffle oil, which was glorious! Overall, not bad, but could be much better.
Y.
Good hotel in the heart of London, next to Victoria Station.
I even managed to park my car underground, without the fear to damaged my wheels or anything else when getting in and out of the underground parking (You go using a lift!)
We had an upgrade for your one night stay. I guess that the hotel went refurbished for the entrance and the reception, so I'm expecting some work to be done as well on the rooms, as the apartment where we stayed needs a good cosmetic upgrade.
S. O.
Clean and comfortable rooms, very central location, nice staff, BUT it has a big issue for business travelers: internet quality is really bad. Wifi is complimentary, but it's almost unusable, it intermittently stops working and is not reliable at all. I'm saying that after spending few days in the hotel, it's not a one of.
J. I.
Amazing hotel! Rather expensive but absolutely beautiful! Staff were helpful and friendly, everywhere was clean & rooms were quiet. The small gym is lovely & they have steam room & a sauna! Loved it here!
K. C.
We are a group of unpaid carers that meet on the Third Tue of the month, 18:00 for 18:30 start until 20:00 hours. We have a coffee in the ground floor bar and share our experiences. As there was a fabulous pianist in the bar last night unfortunately it meant that we couldn't hear each other properly, so we found a quiet spot two floors down. Although we didn't ask him to, the super-helpful waiter brought our drinks downstairs. Superb empathy and service. Well done.

Was a host of a work event at the hotel. The staff were very helpful and the food was excellent. Spaces were great, but with such a big event it is always have to judge the noise levels and the spaces didn't help with that unfortunately. Not a deal breaker at all though.
H. R.
We went here for a drink. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. A chap called Pejmon in particular was really kind and friendly, a credit to the hotel. Lovely atmosphere and the drinks were reasonably priced. I'd definitely go back again.

Went to the ECS conference which is a m ajor event in this lovely hotel ! Staff were friendly, welcome and very profession al. It looks 're ally co away too! Now I didn't check in so I don't know how the room experience is like but for one thing I am certain with is the service is definitely top class. Lovely reception.

Great location, rooms brilliant, check in staff really nice. The breakfast was very tasty, we bought ours when we got there and paid £10 per person. If you pay the night before its £10, if you pay on the morning it's near £20. Will be staying again.
N. S.
Awesome ....hotel...ambience...great staff...they support you in everything.... breakfast was superb.. layout ... taste..and best. Part u can view London eye from ur room itself... excellent in every aspect!!! Have a great stay there...
M. B.
Great smart rooms, but staff not very friendly (also, haven't met any native speakers). Breakfast also great for £12. Location is one of the strong points.
V. B.
Centrally located in the heart of London, the Park Plaza is a excellent Hotel with a great group of people who help in every way to make sure your stay is good. There event facilities were also exceptional as I had to attend an event. Overall,, if you want a very central location near pretty much everything in central London, you can't go wrong here.
A. C.
Good location, clean room. No functional air-conditioning in my room, sort of fixed by maintenance but remaining too hot most of the night even with the window open. On a sub zero night to boot. Need to label your concierge as they look like a check in desk.
T. M.
I thought this was a hotel with a good reputation in a good location which is why we booked. Ask for a quiet room looking on to Gillingham Street. The service in the hotel restaurant was exceptional. I enjoyed my stay, would come back again when I am next in London and need a central hotel.
T. M.
I have to say the staff were friendly but the bathroom was disgustingly filthy. I am not sure how they make their scrambled eggs but they are honestly the best eggs I have ever had. Great hotel for the money and will stay again if I am ever in London.
M.
Ideal location as I was leaving Kings Cross Station next day on Orient Express. Also really close to A poll Theatre where I went to see Wicked. Breakfast was exceptional and facilities at this Hotel were wonderful. Highly recommend.
S. E.
Very nice room, was upgraded to an exec room. All mod cons and a nespresso machine too. Bed really comfy and not much noise. Very quick room service and food was tasty. Great service on checkout too
R. C.
Came into Park Plaza Hotel in Victoria today for the Magic Circle dealer day. The hotel itself was lovely with everything being maintained tidy, clean and presentable hall, toilet and atmosphere wise.
The highlight of the visit from the hotel side of things was the lovely young lady Charlyn from the cloakroom. She was incredibly reliable when it came to having someone I could trust to look after my belongings while I was in the hall, always did her best for me and nothing seemed to feel like too much trouble for her as she went over above the extra mile for me.
Charlyn super patient, humble and down to earth in nature I felt - something which I was very grateful for.
Thank you for your time today - I appreciated it Charlene!

Played at this hotel for two New Years Eve events and both occasions everyone partied in 5 star class
Very polite staff

Lovely view from 9th floor room. Excellent room facilities furnishing and decor. Service great. Breakfast dining and quality very good. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

PP Victoria is within reach of Train., Restaurant, Theatres and on arrival the staff are extremely helpul and accomodating . The room was in top form with all the facilities we needed to start our Birthday Celebrations . The Executive Lounge Bar was open late and we could carry on the Celebrations looked after by the great bar staff on our return back to the hotel. Morning Breakfast is great and the choice of food is very well presented. We will definelty recommend this hotel for a weekend celebration event.
M. H.
Fantastic conference rooms and very good catering service. I've attended five office seminars/events at this location. It is most convenient for my staff members and my clients alike due to bus and tube links.
E. C.
The location is excellent, 2 blocks from Victoria train station. The place is really clean, rooms/bathroom are spacious. The staff is friendly. There's really good gym with multiple machines and items to do a full workout.
K. B. O.
Room was expensive to begin with and we called ahead of time to make sure the room had two queen beds, not a single king, as it was for double occupancy. We went to the front desk @ 8:30 this morning to remind them of the arrangements and they said the room would be ready @ 1pm. At 5pm we went to check in, and they didn't have a room with two queens, so they asked us to go have a beer in the bar (on them) while they prepped the room. An hour and a half later we went to check on their progress and magically it was ready...only to go to the room and find a single king bed. Upon informing them that the room wasn't right, their final solution was to make two twin beds out of the king bed....really? The should have given us a 2nd room for free and asked us if there was anything else they could do for us. It is difficult for me to recommend them to anyone else.
M. H.
Free wifi was good and the hotel seemed clean and well run. The conference I was at seemed to go smoothly and the food/drinks were ok. Didn't stay the night or really have to interact with staff so can't really comment on that.
S. E.
Attended a seminar here, loved the layout of the hotel in general.
Good array of restaurants both within and nearby.
Good transport links - nearby taxi rank and Victoria underground station's a stone-throw away.
f. b.
Nice and good hotel. Not much noise. Friendly staff. Close to Victoria station with train and underground. Very good room and beds. Bathroom very nice. Big tv. Nice with the remotcontrols. Look like they have refurnished the halls and rooms. We like it 😊😊

It was our 40th Wedding Anniversary on 14th Nov. My husband booked this hotel and the Billy Elliot show to celebrate our day. The staff were very pleasant and the hotel was lovely and deserves a 4 star rating. However the room was so cold I asked for the heating to be turned on. At first I was told it was still on summer times! in November. An hour later nothing had happened so I asked again and was told there is no central heating in the hotel and a chap arrived with an electric fire The room was spacious and it took ages for it to get slightly warmer. It is for this reason that I have scored a 3 star rating . Normally the air conditioning units are dual purpose hot & cold in hotels of The Park Plaza standard.
A. B.
I went their with a colleague to a Cyber Security event.
Whilst the topic cleat won't appeal to many, the location and organisation is first rate.
Whether it was the welcoming session, 1:1 vendor chats or the individual seminars, it was perfect. Extremely well attended and yet everything ran extremely well (and on time). Refreshments were of a good standard too.
L. C.
Well located with good sized rooms. The fire alarm went off the night we were there. The staff handled it as well as they could, handing out foil blankets to staff and guests who were stuck outside.
R. F.
Stayed for one night on 15th December 2017 room was okay was clean and tidy. The room was very hot and the air conditioning did not work correctly so had to have the window open slightly to cool the room and this in central London is an issue due to noise. The iron had a broken plug on it and the was reported to reception but this can be an indication of the overall standard of a room. Even after telling the check in desk I did not want to pre orth my card for the room I still found it had been.
M. L. F.
The location of this hotel is top-notch just a 5 minute walk from Victoria station and of course the magnificent Wicked at the Victoria Apollo. It’s not the most impressive building from the outside but the lobby has some very interesting works of art! Check in process was quick and easy and I was on my way up to the third floor to check out my room within about ten minutes. I’m always so excited to see the room for the first time but I have to say I was very underwhelmed.
The room was a large size with a big bed but all the other furniture in the room was a tad old-fashioned. There was a writing desk with different kinds of power sockets which I thought was a nice touch. The kettle was stowed away in a cupboard under the TV unit like it was at the Riverbank Park Plaza too.
Unlike the Riverbank however the bathroom was extremely disappointing. It was very small and tired looking with no separate shower like we had enjoyed at the previous Plaza. The toilet didn’t flush properly and to be honest it was more in line with what I would expect from a budget hotel like a Travelodge than a four star hotel that costs upwards of £100 per night.
After a long week I was pretty wiped so I showered, put on my pjs and settled in for a couple of hours blogging. I had the television on watching The Big Bang Theory as background noise while I worked yet I could still here the man in the room next door having a conversation on the phone. The walls were completely paper-thin!
I was excited to fall asleep knowing that I didn't have an alarm set until 10am the following morning but sods law meant that I was awake at stupid o'clock anyway. I did manage to get back to sleep only to be woken up again by housekeeping trying to come in to clean the room! This happened a second time before it was even 10am (on a Saturday morning nonetheless) and I found it really frustrating. As you can tell I wasn’t very impressed with this hotel and I wouldn’t recommend it as there are far superior hotels in its price range.
J. D.
Staff were amazing. Had staff Xmas party at this venue. 2nd year in a row. Great location and facilities, staff couldn't do enough for us. Highly recommend.
A. C.
Nice place. Can’t comment on the rooms but the conference facilities in the basement are good. Buffet lunches are above the standard I’ve come to expect for such places which is great to see (and eat)
H. R.
Positives: comfortable bed, clean rooms, friendly bar staff, good breakfast, great location & lots of mod cons. Negatives: not all rooms are the same, I went with work collegues and half of them had nespresso machines and bottled water the other half didnt?? No views out of the window, just a dirty wall. I was placed in an adjacent room next to a large family by the sounds of things, dont think reception thought that one through. So I was awake from 5am due to my bed being against their room wall, when I went to phone reception about being unable to sleep the reception extension was not working. So didnt have a great nights sleep and probably wont be going back again.
B. J.
What a professional and impressive venue. I attended a seminar from a 3rd party and the hotel staff were fantastic. The catering was really special also and there was a great range of food on offer.
K. T.
Lovely hotel we upgraded to an executive twin room which had remote controls for the room temperature, lights and curtains, Elemis toiletries, staff were very helpful. Great location just around the corner from Victoria Station
R. S.
Location is great, service is excellent. Gym is more expensive than most other hotels. Little things bothered me: closet door handles were so poorly designed I could hardly open them, I literally couldn't open the soap/shampoo with wet hands, the shower sprays water all over the floor.
H. P.
Great location near the Victoria staion with plenty of eating options. Rooms are a good size and love the Elemis revitalize shower gel and shampoo. Small things make a difference!
M. H.
I stayed here for 6 nights during the peak of summer and had a mediocre experience.
I had the A/C going 24-7 but my room was super hot. I'd wake up in the middle of the night sweating. I think it's probably because of the location of the room -- the sun was shining on my windows all afternoon.
The US power outlet didn't work in my room.
The window jammed on me.
But the service was very friendly, and the room was big.
E. M.
The venue is amazing, so big! The conference rooms are of great size, witn tea and coffee provided. The rooms available are heavenly, the beds are huge and are extremely comfortable.
T. E.
Nicely appointed hotel but let down by excessively hot room (I was told a/c was on the winter setting which meant it would only blow hot air). Breakfast was good, layout of dining room not so much. I was sat in the middle of the room right in the flow of all the traffic as staff cleared tables etc, not a relaxing start to the day. Staff were friendly but this wouldn't be my first choice in future.
B. L.
Good experience generally, great location for station and central for most London activities. Free Wifi was okay, for general use. Staff were polite and efficient. Price for location was fair. Did not do breakfast or restaurant, but plenty of good options nearby.
S. L.
Attended a conference at the Park Plaza Victoria London which was very well organised and supported by the hotel. Staff where pleasant, helpful and efficient and the provision of food and drinks was good. The area we where in was a medium size adequate for around 300 delegates with cooperate stands. All in all a good location for a medium size conference.
G. K.
We stayed at the hotel for two nights in November 2016. We booked the hotel online and when we arrived at the hotel the check in was and we got room 709. The room had a pretty standard layout with an entrance with wardrobe with an iron/ironing board, a small safe and a few hangers. The room was partially with carpet and partially in dark wooden floor and the walls were light. The bed was kingsize with one duvet – the bed was a bit on the firm side but I slept pretty well in it. There was a TV mounted on the wall and it had lots of channels. There was also a small round table, one chair and also a desk with a chair. At the desk there were a couple of sockets for charging various equipment. There was a small fridge under the desk with a selection of drinks and I think it was one of those automatic fridges meaning that you can’t really touch anything before it gets charged to the room. On both sides of the bed there were control panels to control light, temperature etc. The control panels worked well but it was a bit annoying that they lit up at night. The wifi was included and it was easy to get connected and the internet speed was good enough.
The bathroom was small but had a glass sink, toilet and bathtub with a shower option. The shower option worked OK without too much splashing on the floor. There were not that many amenities apart from shampoo, shower gel and a shower cap. The shower provided a hot shower and good water pressure.
The cleaning of the room was a bit questionable. After the first night all the trash was not removed from the room, one of the wash cloths was still laying wet in the shower and the hot water bottle that my wife had used in bed had just been wedged into the sheets when the bed was made up.
The location of the hotel is good. Only a 5 minute walk to the Victoria station where you can take the subway – it is only two stops to Oxford Circus. The only problem at the moment is that there is lot of construction work and there are lots of temporary re-routings.
Around the hotel there are places to eat and we had breakfast at a café just across the street.
All in all this is not a bad option for a hotel if you are going to spend a few nights in London. I would not mind staying there again and I would not hesitate to recommend the hotel to family and friends.
S. B.
Very helpful, friendly and acvomadating staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Hotel is clean and modern. Food is high quality and the full breakfast is very good with quilty sausage and bacon an area where other hotels cut corners but not Park Plaza. Having just spent 3 nights here I will ve coming back and highly recomend this hotel and it's staff. They even made special arrangemets for my car going above and beyond after customer services gave slightly out of date info. Shawn FB1

Comfortable bed. Nice room, good size tv. I love that you can control the lights, air Conditioning, and room curtains with the push of a button on both sides of our bed. Needs better WiFi. The room needs a clock. The blanket is way too heavy to sleep with, and should have a flat sheet under it. The A/C works great. I slept there for three nights. I will be staying there again for one night on Friday. One block from Victoria Train Station, and four blocks from Victoria Coach bus Station. Highly recommend taking the bus from all airports, great scenic ride and reasonably priced. Park Plaza is a ten minute walk to Buckingham Palace. The Colonnade Walk, with shops, nearby has the best exchange rate, it is located between Victoria Station and Victoria Coach. Great coffee across the street at Le Pain Quotidien, or Pret. There is also a large convenience store one block away with excellent coffee, breakfast food, bakery, and pre-made sandwiches like a 7-11 but nicer. It might be called Tesco. I just arrived back for another night and my new room, a suite, that is absolutely awesome, very spacious with two televisions, a couch and lovely new decor and new furniture gets 4.5 stars. The hotel seems to always have beautiful fresh flowers in their lobby, a very appreciated touch that does not go unnoticed.
T. M.
Only a short distance from Victoria station. We was presented with a couple of bottles of complimentary water and some truffles. Checked us in, stored our luggage, and text us as soon as our room is ready to be checked in. Highly recommend this hotel for location & standard.
A. M.
The bar tender needs to know more about drinks as he did not know basic drinks or their names. The toilets were unclean and not very hygienic restrooms. The hotel felt more like a three star and is only bolstered by their location.
D. N.
Great hotel nice staff , good neighborhood, close to Train to go everywhere.. rooms clean and updated... Great spot
J. B.
Excellent hotel, only downside was lack of face cloths.. Had on first day but then none but apart from that brilliant location.. Close to Buckingham Palace.. 6 min walk, tube on door step ideal.. Would recommend 👍

Attended a business conference here last month and the venue is nicely situated close to Victoria Station. They had this awesome Photo Booth by a company called Paparazzi VIP... not sure if it is part fo the hotel or not but great fun.
Conveniently located with many restaurants closeby also. Staff are friendly and the interior inside is well kept. I didnt manage to stay in the rooms but will note this for future visits.
T.
I've been there on a workshop, everything was really nice: food was really great, the rooms were clean and spacious. Very nice experience. 3 min walking to Victoria station.
R. W.
Nice hotel with friendly staff. Really good location, 5 minutes walk from Victoria Station. Room was spacious with comfy bed, tea and coffee provided in room too which was nice. Would stay here again.
b.
This is a very nice hotel right in the heart of the Theatre District. It was also a convenient walk to several London sights like the Tate Britain, Westminster Abbey, Parliament, etc.
J. D.
Conference venue was great. The food served on the day was varied and good. More selection for plant based diet would be great.
S. A.
Great location close to all main attractions. Great staff very friendly. I wasnt in my room much, always out and about but when i was, it was to sleep and shower so it was perfect!!!
O. J.
Nice hotel with big rooms and bathrooms. I had both a shower and bathtub in mine 😊 Easy access to the hotel just next to Viktoria station.
Can recommend this hotel
G. H.
Came here for a conference. Quick simple access without any hold up from the hotel. The conferencing suites were spacious, well maintained and comfortable. Breakfast and lunch were catered to a high standard.
A. G.
The room was nice but had to many unfixed problems. Toilet didn't flush. Lights didn't work all the time. Power flickers. Tooooo cold in our room. Needs a heater not just Ac.
R. L.
Got there at 11pm having booked a double room but ended up in the Goldielocks room with 3 bed! The room was large but the vets were not. So I was disappointed with not getting what I booked. I guess that's what you get for checking in late. Not much to say others wise as I slept and left.
T. M.
Very convenient location if you have a limited time to wonder around London. The restaurant for The Park Plaza Hotel it is a haven of interesting and varied tapaz-style titbits and more filling main courses. Everyone went out of their way to help. My next trip to London I will stay there.
m. m.
I recently attended a conference at the Park Plaza Victoria. The location is ideal as it is only a 2 minute walk from Victoria tube and rail station.
The conference facilities with regards to technology where first class both visual and audio.
The conference refreshments where well timed, very well laid out and of high quality.
N. S.
Only stayed one night. Reception were polite and efficient. Well appointed rooms furnished to a high standard. Only problem was rooms were hot even on the lowest temperature setting.
P. V.
Usually a great hotel, but this time the room wasn't properly cleaned from the visitors before (many hairs on the bathroom floor everywhere) and room service also took the flannels with them, but forgot to add fresh ones.
D. C.
Nice hotel. Great staff. Only complaint is the air conditioning. Set it. Go to sleep. Wake up hot in the middle of the night after the air conditioning turns off at some point. Hope you can fall back asleep.
G. W.
Pribably not av5 star hotel (probably 4) but we had a 5 star experience. Clean, neat, tidy & helpful staff. Restaurant is run by separate co. but they offered pretty good meal.
N. A.
Excellent hotel, helpful staff especially Omar from the front desk provided all the assistance and information. The hotel close to Victoria subway,Train station and bus stations. I love it and recommend it.
S. W.
Easy check in. Spacious, clean, comfortable rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of hot water and good water pressure. Great location to explore the city.
A. P.
Excellent rooms, stayed for 10 days. 2 minutes walking to Victoria station. Restaurant near by all over, shops in Victoria station too. Gym was amazing, open till late at night.
L. M.
Great hotel for a great price. We stayed in an executive suite and throughly enjoyed our stay. From the room to the service to the location. Everything was excellent! Good for business or leisure travel.
A. C.
Quality chain hotel. Good sized rooms, quality bathrooms and beds, facilities very pleasant, location very convenient. The "free" wifi is mediocre though - I would expect any decent hotel to give high quality broadband for free these days - not £10 a day! This is the 21st century...
C. I.
Amenities well above average. Excellent breakfast, very clean and fantastic location. The underground station is a few minutes away. However if one has the time it's worth the walk to Piccadilly or & the Trafalgar Square, Charing Cross street, Oxford str. and Soho, or head to NW towards the Hyde Park or to SE, to the Big Been, etc.
D. G.
Lovely restaurant and bar, really relaxed and good staff. Rooms were good, nothing special.
S. B.
Very good place and very good location. Large, nice, comfortable room and good breakfest what is so rear in London for this price. Good dining places outside, just in few min.walking distance. Great place to stay.
h. c.
Good hotel, it's in keeping with the rest of the Raddison brand. Expensive to stay in, but then that's London for you! Just stayed the night, ate out for dinner, and there is a nice cafe opposite we had breakfast in. Rooms were large, unlike some of the older hotels in london.
W. K.
Great location almost next door to the Apollo and a good weatherspoons. 5min walk to Victoria Palace. Good clean room, nice bar and friendly staff.
B. R.
Nice ambience and good place to grab a quick bite and have a meeting in the lobby coffee shop. Surprisingly, you can get quite a bit done despite the people milling about and all other kinds of ambient noise.
Y. J.
Loved it - the location, atmosphere, price & cleaness. The hotel looked recently renovated. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but enough & tasty.
J. O.
Just had an Away Day event at the hotel. The staff were extremely helpful. Nothing was too much for them. The staff were very polite and professional.
S. S.
Fabulous hotel where Service is very good and sincere. Rooms are also of high quality.
Food in its Italian restaurant was also superb both for dinner and breakfast.
B. D.
Park Plaza is truly right next to Victoria station, which is where the Gatwick Express arrives. Very convenient, and the nice features for a traveler don't stop there. Park Plaza has international power plugs in all of the rooms, a great touch. It also has a very well-stocked free gym, a lacking feature in many European hotels. The rooms won't blow you away, and there's no high-quality restaurant, but the location and traveler-friendly aspects make it a very solid hotel. I'll be returning.
l. h.
Good location, helpful reception. I gave this low rate is due to following reasons. First, the corridor carpet smells moldy and funny. second, the feather-down pillow is becoming flat, and it seems like those I want to throw alway if it was mine. The quilt is the the same problem. Third, I stayed there for 7 nights, after their replenishment of the room, they did not replenish everything, always lacking of this or that. Since I stayed in Hilton first, the one close to the Southwark, that experience is a strong contrast with this.
M. H.
Comfortable bed in a clean room - fancy control panels for lights, blinds and air con. Breakfast was okay, maid just ignored Do Not Disturb sign, but hey I was just watching YouTube.
B. S.
Great hotel situated next to Victoria station. Good food, good service. Pricier than most but definitely worth it.
R. A. C.
Great hotel for anybody visiting London for thw first time. Near to many facilities, especially the train stations. Easy to walk around and get good food as well. Highly recommended.
R. B.
Very nice hotel with a great bar. Fantastic selection of beers and very close to the tube station.
M. V.
The Park Plaza a a lovely hotel to stay at in the centre of London. Located near Victoria station it is nicely situated. The hotel is very comfortable. As a consequence you will need to pay for the privilege.
B. S. S. B.
I use the Park Plaza Victoria many times as a social hangout because I like the bar area and the service is good. My steel drum band has also performed in the function suite downstairs for some corporate parties. Overall, this is a good choice of hotel as it has a very central location with a main line station around the corner and a new shopping centre nearby.

They really delight their customer !
I really feel like home 🏡
Thanks to the amazing receptionists / Staff / Barista.
You really made my stay In London unforgettable !
Thanks 😊 🙏🏽

Very clean and very friendly. Lovely spacious rooms. Good location
A. P.
It was very modern. I went for a QS World University Tour and it was very good. However, the room we were in wasn't quite big enough and it was quite crowded.
A. B.
We stayed here recently on the 4th floor at the start of the month. The Park Plaza, like it's other counterparts around the world, is a comfortable hotel with a "reasonable" price (keeping in mind this is London, a city well known for inflated hotel prices for what you get).
Although the hotel would appear to be better suited to business travelers, the area around the hotel is full of nice restaurants and Victoria Station itself is conveniently connected on the tube and bus network to anywhere tourists would want to go. The tube station itself is not even two minutes walk away.
In an odd repeat of an experience with the Park Plaza Eindhoven, the room was again extremely dry, and although this is a hotel where you can at least open the window, even with it open and the air-conditioning off the room remained terribly arid. In true London form, the hotel staff brushed it off as merely being "winter" - however other hotels are capable of maintaining at least a small degree of humidity in their rooms.
Despite this, we found the staff friendly enough and otherwise willing to help.
For business travelers, the hotel does offer free WiFi in the room which is great if you have a laptop, however as the WiFi requires you to leave a browser pop-up open it is absolutely not tablet or smart-phone friendly.
Don't bother getting breakfast in the hotel - there's plenty of choice literally across the road from the lobby.
Stayed November 2012, traveled as a couple
C. N.
Nice room, extremely well situated for London Victoria station. Fitness centre available. Only negatives are the noise from the lifts ( 9th floor room) and unable to get showed hot enough
P. H.
The venue was large and pleasant. Even though we were underground the place was light and bright. The food and refreshments were fantastic. The service was brilliant would recommend
S. M.
Great hotel. Stayed their twice before. Would love to go back. Can be expensive if you want to pay on departure- cheaper if you pay in advance but that's not always possible.
J. C.
Great stay, nice rooms, spa was relaxing. Location is perfect if you want to be near sightseeing. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Would stay here again.
L. G.
Very nice hotel, we were upgraded to an executive room for free which was a nice little birthday gift. Rooms were very clean, staff was polite and breakfast was really nice.
S. H.
Room was very clean and beautifully decorated with some hi tech gadgets for the room controls ! All staff very lovely and attentive .... thoroughly enjoyed my stay there x
R. j. R.
The hotel itself was very modern, the ops risk awards venue was as expected. Dinner was good. However the hotel stood out of place with the older buildings around the area. Good experience.
A. P.
We had a free room upgrade, and the room that we had was amazing for the price. 🙂 Breakfast was good, public areas really pleasing, staff brilliant. Keep smiling 🙂
R. H.
Attended a conference. Pretty standard conference facilities. Medium size venue. Audio visual average. Food pretty good. Toilet doors need new handles!
S. A.
Great location to the underground and a very easy walk to Buckingham palace. Everyone that worked there are so friendly and the room was very nice. Thanks for a great vacation

So good

Good value, good mattress, good breakfast. What else. No mini bar which is a bit of a pain otherwise would have been 5 stars.
E. L.
Excellent hotel in excellent location. Cozy rooms, very good breakfast and friendly staff. Quite expensive, but luxury is.
k. W.
I stayed in other Park Plaza Hotels in London but this one is so far the best. Is smaller but very cosy, the atmosphere is fantastic and the service is excellent 👌
A. A.
Very nice staff. Cold in spring, but otherwise really nice room. Glitchy lights/AC remote controls. Terrible sound isolation. Overall would expect more given the price.
C. J. B.
I visited for a BSI forum. The hotel, staff, food, drinks, facilities and all rooms were fantastic and very well laid out. My only negative would be the car park. It is in the basement and trying to drive a 4x4 into the lift was very difficult.
A. K.
Great hotel - very comfortable rooms, good service and tasty food. I had few conference there and stayed for a couple of night and was always very happy.
K. S.
Stayed in another, smaller place before, so I didn't realize that rooms in this area would be so big. This place is beautiful and the breakfast buffet is delicious!
J. J.
Good venue for events, great food and good facilities.
Mens toilets have locks that don't feel like they'll hold. Would expect better for from a place such as this.
T. L.
Wonderful hotel. Great breakfast. The rooms are really nice. Great location, close to both underground and a diversity of buses!
C. S.
Loved it. Had a squirrel eat a nut from my hand :) unreal... He took it from my fingers very softly, adorable. This park is gorgeous. Green, so green, just like England lol. Wonderful.
H. S.
Went there for a conference. Within walkable distance to Victoria station and underground. Food was very good. The only thing I was missing was power supply for laptops in the meeting rooms
M. H.
Lovely hotel and customer service. One downside -despite having controls to enable you to do so, the heating is centrally controlled so you don't have any option of room temperature.
N. H.
Came here for an event. Free wifi, on site parking - dont bother as you can park nearby for cheaper. The hotel is nice, staff are polite and the restaurant bar was good. Staff were very friendly there.
S. C. M.
Everyone was very helpful and so friendly. The room was what was expected and very comfortable
and clean. It was a lovely stay.
H. A. T.
Again !!! we did have another hotel booked but relented.
We had some issues before (only minor) but we were going to try elsewhere but the solution that was offered was brilliant so we are and back and happy
S. P.
Visited for a conference, did not stay. Hotel seemed pleasant and staff were friendly. Conference facilities and food were fairly good.

Was in a suite. Black mold in the shower, sink was clogged. Otherwise the room was supreme. Breakfast was great, good selection of items.
A. A.
Only used conference facilities but these were good. Catering was good, too. Accommodation was over our budget so cannot comment on these.

Best Hotel in Victoria. Fab Staff. Lovely restaurant Tozi
Highly recommend
T. C.
Clean cosy rooms, nice service and good breakfast. A bit problematic WiFi access with a low bandwidth. Hallways are a bit dark and seem to be a bit to hot there. Bit noisy air conditioning.
N. M.
Good event spaces. Excellent catering. Conference rooms a little on the cold side. Interesting choice of carpet pattern!
B. H.
It’s fine but I wouldn’t stay here again personally. Hotel is tired and there are several other Park Plazas nearby that are better than this one. It is however well located.
J. H.
Nice hotel in a good location for the station. Was attending an event so can't comment on much more but the event space is big, food was good and staff all friendly
D. W.
Very nice hotel, located in the heart of London. The service was excellent as well as the room. The food was expensive and the portions where small.
C. R.
Nice hotel, only downside was the air-condition didn't seem to work anywhere in the building and the gym being nice but too small.
P. O.
I was there for an event an it was very nice. All the staff was very nice and always answered with a smile whenever I asked them anything. Everything was clean and in good shape.
J. R.
Definitely our place when staying in London. Friendly staff. Stylish clean hotel and amazing service. Breakfast is worth getting up early for!
T. C.
They do Italian tapas which is like small Italian dishes. To start with I had a piadina in London, I was delighted!
I also had "tortelli in brodo", not easy to find in London and paccheri with ragú, a pizza with anduja and as desert a chocolate crostata. Everything was delicious the environment is ver y nice and the staff friendly. I loved it. I had a single expressio and half a bottle of wine.
We spent 33£ each. Try it!
J. R.
Convinient location next to station and walking distance from my HQ... But room wasn't representative of the cost charge... I'm room TV didn't work... Asked maintenance to fix twice seems like the set-top box TV solution is outdated.. Housekeeping wasn't very good, didn't clean the bathroom well, didn't replace drinking water in the fridge, unused glasses were dirty and kept dirty for three days I was there.. Rooms are a bit tired looking... Image I had versus actual experience I must say was disappointing...
T. A.
