Our stay here was perfect! The location is perfect, within walking distance of everything. They are quick to get cabs if you need one. The staff are helpful, knowledgeable, and very nice. Breakfast was excellent. The staff was able to help us with flight and car information and even saved us money on things around London. Room service was quick and yummy, even late. We arrived several hours before our check in but we're still able to check our luggage and do a post flight clean up with no trouble. I will stay here for every trip to London.

2 night stay over new years eve. Wow the bed was comfortable! I had seriously considered just staying in and sleeping. Fantastic staff with lovely manners. Breakfast included which was nothing special, but was more than satisfied with what was on offer. Did notice a large number of children during breakfast service. Great location to some of the main tourist spots. Overall was extremely satisfied with the hotel and will definitely go back next time.
The only downside during my stay was with the way the windows of some of the rooms face inside the building towards other rooms. I was unfortunately able to witness a couple a few floors below in the adjacent section with their curtains open....

Couldn't be better positioned with views of Westminster landmarks. Exemplary service from the friendly staff. Stayed with 2 children. We and they enjoyed the way the smart studio room was split so we could have our own spaces. We all enjoyed delicious room service and the breakfast!

Location within view of Big Ben and lovely buffet breakfast. My room had an interior window so view not great in all the rooms. Dinner was very tasty. Room was adequate for an overnight stay.

Had a fabulous 2 nights here as part of a friend's birthday celebrations. Lovely people at check in gave us an upgrade to a 1 bedroom suite with one of the best views in Central London. Highly recommended!

Great location.
Attended a work’s event, 1500 people. Meal was great given the number of people being catered for.
Room lighting was dark but bed very comfy.
Could do with a few more people behind the bar as service was slow. Enjoyable breakfast. Staff courteous.
Would stay again.

One of my favourite hotels in terms of location, rooms, views and pool. Shame it isn't pet friendly also the cafe also has limited options. The food and customer service is good and the room service is quick.

We went here after our wedding, the room was nice and the location undoubtedly was great. Little disappointed with the staff though as we’d booked swimming and this wasn’t booked properly, we were asked the same questions multiple times which showed they were not listening which was a shame. Not sure we’ll be back again here.

Incredible hotel and so pretty at Christmas. We checked in quickly and were told about their changes due to covid (room cleaned every 3 days, book slot in swimming pool, etc..).
The bed was comfy and we had a good nights sleep due to the black-out curtains and how quiet it was. Great that you could connect your phone to the tv and stream YouTube or Netflix on there. Only negative was that there was no bedside socket to charge your phone.
We didn't get the chance to enjoy the spa which had just reopened but definitely will next time. The bar was great, we were there 2 out of 3 nights as we always got a seat, it was table service and the staff were SO helpful and friendly!
Will definitely be returning as the service was great, the convenience of online check-in, rooms were spacious and very clean and of course the location was ideal.

Stayed for two nights during the middle of the week.
Location is spot on for many famous landmarks and very easy to find, get to parliament, head across Westminster Bridge and it's smack bang in front of you.
My room was great, it faced and internal atrium but didn't feel like that.
Bed was super comfy, I normally have rubbish sleep the first couple of nights in a hotel but with this bed I had two perfect sleeps.
Rooms are well equipped, I could even cast Netflix from my phone to the TV using the hotel super fast WiFi, I thought that was pretty neat.
Breakfast was very good, great selection and all well cooked.
I'll be booking again .
S. D.
Good experience. The hotel was busy. Convenient location. Room upgrade was available for a small cost which was much appreciated. Would book again.
R. F.
For the price I'd say it's great.
Just things we noticed:
The plugs by your bed didn't seem to be UK plug sockets??? No idea why personally.
TV cast wasn't working for us at all,
The wardrobe has a big face on it.... It is weird and creepy that you have this huge face right next to your bed watching you while you sleep.... Would of preferred to just have some colour or such instead.
Went with the app check in and out etc, which was my first time doing and was a lil weird but nice you don't have to wait around etc.
Dunno what sorta views are around for people as it isn't that tall overall and other tall buildings are around, others being more expensive will give you that good city view of you're after that.

Very good Hotel to stay at. The locating is ideal for me being a Tourist and looking at everything London has to offer. Great service. The Chicken Burger i ordered by room Service was the best one i ever ate.
One Thing to critisize: the Lights are crazy. Until the last day we couldn't figure Out how to Turn a single Lamp on and Turn Off all at once.
E. T.
I is still staying and would like to commend the team that works at the hotel for being efficient and attentive to improve our stay. the staff is very well trained, just the hotel that needs a renovation in the rooms. Tks Antonia for feedback
B. D.
Absolutely Fantastic hotel, superb with children, excellent location, nice Atmosphere at bar to unwind after busy day exploring. It had a great choice for breakfast. Amazing views of Big Ben that children where in awe of.
Wonderful weekend in London will be back again to this hotel.

We stayed in a kingsize family room over the august bank holiday weekend. We liked the way the room was laid out and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was spacious too. The breakfast was amazing, a really good way to start the day and in the evening the cocktails were a delight too! All the staff were very friendly! Digital check in was a little complicated but the friendly and helpful reception staff made up for this. The location is superb and very close to the popular attractions. The lifts were clean and speedy and all other communal areas very clean too! We had a great stay and will return in the future.
L. M. D.
Here for an awards ceremony and was so impressed with this venue. Staff were so warm, friendly and helpful. Every mouthful of the perfect three course meal was delicious and the Waiting staff so well organised and coordinated that the beautiful meal was piping hot despite serving hundreds of guests.
C. B.
My second stay at this hotel and it surpassed itself. we booked a lovely studio king room for us and our two girls almost teenagers let me add. We had a lovely view of the London Eye. We were all wowed by it. The staff were so nice and friendly, always greeting us whenever someone passed by. We highly recommend the breakfast and in room facilities. Would def stay here again.
B. F.
stayed in a one bedroom suite with views of big Ben etc. room was perfect for a family of 4. staff could not be more helpful satisfied with breakfast and children loved the pool area
faultless thank you
tommee ohara

Great location. Digital check in and key is a great idea so you can go straight to your room when you arrive, we arrived a little earlier than the 3pm check in but they found us a room that was ready so we could go straight in. All staff really helpful & friendly. Really comfortable beds & great sized room, we had a family studio. Quiet in the rooms, we couldn't hear any other guests. Breakfast was fantastic, huge selection. Be aware you have to book a time slot to use the pool at the moment and you can't book it until you are at the hotel so it's not guaranteed that you will be able to use it. Unfortunately it was already fully booked for our stay. Overall excellent value for money in a great location to explore central London
S.
Lovely place. Pleasant and hardworking staff. Quite expensive though but worth the experience. Highly recommended
C. G.
Brilliant location
Fantastic room with amazing very over the Thames and Westminster
Breakfast was lovely not a massive choice but still very very nice.
Great staff
R. J.
The staff were super courteous, breakfast was actually great! Which isn't always the case. Will definitely stay again.
D. B.
The staff are very experienced in their jobs, they are all so very friendly, helpful. They make you feel very welcome and nothing is to much for them to help you with. Love the rooms...I did have an issue with one of them which was resolved very quickly via email. I recommend this hotel 100%.
U. F.
Perfect hotel!!! If I have to find anything negative, the water pressure in the shower is a little weak, but that's not a deal killer. Well worth the price.
C. S.
Absolutely fantastic stay, lovely hotel and we couldn't have asked for anything more. I booked a studio with a view of Big Ben and Westminster and it really made the trip that bit more special. Would definitely recommend it.
T. H.
Great location and the building is good, so is the price. Still the service level is poor, not because of the staff that is great overall. But.
Room cleaning every 3d day. They would need atleast 50% more people to run this hotel properly. Basic service is lacking on most levels. Like ordered room service and didn't get a fork. The bar does not have any snacks what so ever, plenty too drink though.
It could easy be a 5 rating but now it is a weak 4.
D. C.
if you are not staying at the hotel, the bar is a great place for a few cocktails. staff are polite, cater for table service and wear face masks
Z. M.
A mixed review, fantastic hotel, great location, but, we had some guests near our room causing problems, very very noisy, the hotel security visited them twice in the very early hours of the morning.
When we woke for breakfast we were welcomed to the smell of cannabis in the hall way, really really strong smell. I complained to front desk, he listened but didn't seem disturbed by it???
.we managed to find a swimming booking, thanks to the manager which was a bonus. Breakfast is fantastic.
J. P.
Had an excellent stay here, we had a London Eye view king suite which was really spacious and fantastic view. Bed was very comfortable but the pillows were not, very soft (basically sleeping on a towel would have been better) and despite requesting firm pillows we seemed to just be given more soft pillows.
The location of the hotel is fantastic, use Westminster station tho for the underground and not Waterloo. Some good hotels located around. Room service was fine.
Some of the technology is a bit wanting. Mobile check-in did not work, with the payment going through delayed and involved a 10 min wait while reception waited for it go come through. The streaming to TV worked perfectly on one of the TVs but awkward to set-up on the other. Overall would stay here again if in London
l. d.
A great base for sightseeing.
Lovely rooms and food and drink excellent. Great cocktails!
A.
Another brilliant stay here. Made use of the pool, sauna and steam room this time. Everything felt very safe. Plenty of social distancing in reception, bookable slots only for the pool. All the usual lovely touches and really super rooms. The staff are an absolute delight, lovely lady brought my room service, lovely lady checked me in, well you get the idea! Wouldn't stay anywhere else in London now. Thanks!
I. A.
Stayed in the King 🤴 Studio, very spacious for family and high specs/standards. Was a pleasant surprise to find a hidden Microwave. You pay extra for higher floor with great views of Westminster.
Staff are pleasant and do very well to deal with the heavy traffic. Swimming pool, Spa, restaurants and bar were top notch.
They are quite expensive but they're based bang in Central London Westminster next to Big Ben and London Eye.
Will check them out Again soon.

My wife booked us this hotel as a surprise for our anniversary, she opted for a room with the London eye view. The view does not disappoint! And the room itself has everything you'd expect and more, very very impressed with it all and would recommend to all
J. W.
Had a night up in London and the hotel room was perfect for our stay. Our daughter was in the living room and us in the bedroom. Black out blinds, bath and separate shower; just disappointed that we didn't get to use the pool. Great location! Definitely recommend!
S. M.
Fantastic hotel with outstanding customer service!
Amazing location with fantastic facilities and amazing views from the room!
Muriel and all the staff made us feel welcome from the minute we arrived. Muriel was polite, professional, knowledgeable and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend!
P. S.
I visited the hotel during the Halloween weekend of 2021. I must say the hotel is amazing as it is family-friendly. The staff cares about the well-being of their guests. I want to express my gratitude to Hassan from the reception team as he helped us to get a nice room on the 11th floor with an amazing view of the centre of London. We are visiting the hotel again in the future. Thank you very much for your service and care.
C. F.
Brilliant location with the best views of Westminster Bridge. A great sushi bar, very welcoming staff, beautiful decor. The rooms were exquisite too.
l.
What a fantastic hotel. Friendly staff and a great place with outstanding facilities. The food is exceptional with breakfasts for everyone taste
P. J.
The hotel rooms and staff are very clean and tidy. Staff friendly but I do think £43 for breakfast for two is disgusting price when it's only a buffet breakfast. Which is definitely not worth that amount of money. Which is a shame because I would come back to hotel but I would not recommend the breakfast. I would expect to pay that price for a evening meal or lunch.
P. G.
Excellent the staff are very helpful and welcoming it's well placed with all the sightseeing attractions within easy access either by bus or on foot
R. A.
Great location. All things considered not too bad if you're looking for a nice view from London Eye and easy links to everything. Food could definitely be better though, unimpressed.
G. A.
Great hotel but let down by the some staff. We booked for my daughters 11th birthday as she had always wanted to go to London. We told three members of staff at different times it was her birthday. Not one of them did any kind of gesture. She was so disappointed as she was told they would make a little fuss from the first staff member we told. Not that we were looking for anything major just a little happy birthday would of made her day and she would of felt special. This was a dream trip for her and everything was great part from that.
F. L.
Classy hotel. Great views! Breakfast til 11am. Central to Tourist areas and attractions.
E. C.
stayed there few nights with kids. Nice hotel, good breakfast and good beds. Having to book pool and spa to use was a bit pain. great location. all main attractions are within walking distance.
S. I.
Beautiful hotel and excellent location. Thank you Aylin for looking after us at check in.
We had a wonderful stay celebrating our anniversary & made all the more special with a fabulous room with a view of the London Eye 🎡 & some complimentary bubbles 🥂🍾👫🏼.
The hotel was clean and all staff were extremely helpful. A fabulous base to explore London from.
N. S.
A 5 star experience awaits on Westminster bridge. Great location, a spacious lobby and dining rooms with fine rooms and an excellent bar. Staff very helpful.
H. A.
The hotel is chic and mordern. The rooms are great. Dark lightning. The spa and pool are ok. Didn't like the breakfast. Choice is small.
The Sushi and French Brasserie restaurants are great.
Bar is the best. Busy and happening. Live Jazz music on some days.
Local is exceptional.
Concierge parking is available but expensive.
B. R.
Visited for an awards dinner. Staff were friendly and effective. Ambiance was good. Facilities were great.
M. O.
Didn't stay but hotel looked good. Staff were friendly and was easy to find. Would definitely consider if needed a hotel in the area
G. J.
Great London location about a 7 minute walk from Waterloo station. Great place to stay if you don't mind spending a little extra.
Very friendly staff.
Large well laid out rooms. The absence of biscuits on arrival was noted. King-size bed is very comfy. Pull out sofabed was OK, although my 9 year old missed his own bed.
Breakfast is very good if you opt for it. Lots of choice hot and cold with inlets and fried eggs made to order. My only complaint here is that the smell of the cooking really seemed to cling to our clothes. Room service (pizza and lamb roan josh) was also very good.
Prior to our stay we were offered a lot of options to customise our stay including early check in.
The digital service is not bad although take care with it to avoid disappointment as there is a lack of "user error checking". Eg. It is not clever enough to prevent you from booking a swimming pool slot during restricted times if you have kids with you.
Overall, a very positive experience and we would stay again.
f. q.
Good quality service and hotel. Receptionist got our room wrong first time but it happens, surprised that they don't have any usb charging slots at all and no sockets near the bed. Maybe need to work on some refurbishment to update the rooms
S. L.
Bruno who at the time was doing the mid shift was AMAZING! He helped me with parking and he was extremely attentive (if you wanted him to be nothing over baring) he waited on me hand and foot(nothing to crazy). The manager at the time was a sweet Italian woman I believe her name started with a P this review should have been wrote in nov,2020. The staff were super sweet it was pooring down rain and each of them walked us out in an umbrella and then allowed us to use theirs. The manager even set up a paid by hour taxi for us to see London quicker and my driving is very scary as I'm from the states. so I would highly suggest to everyone visiting London to stay here. I just hope I can get a good deal still and come visit.
S. G.
Beautiful hotel to stay at. The hotel is beautiful decor, nice & clean and great attractions on their door step. Loved every minute there....will go there again 😁😇
N. S.
Love the decor of this hotel, went there today for a client meeting and love the vibe of this hotel. Its situated close to London eye so perfect place for meetings and stay while you can enjoy the view from its windows.
N. M.
It's really easy to get to Waterloo station, the room was surprisingly big, it's a good choice if you're looking for a quick stay with a convenient location. Can't really complain. It's definitely a step above your Hiltons, Premier inns and Holiday Inns in terms of aesthetic, but it definitely fits into the same standard (i.e. price range and service) as them. Didn't have much contact with staff as I was only there for one day, but the few times I did interact with them it was pleasant. Oh! It was very clean too. Unfortunately the shower wasn't very powerful, maybe it was just my room... Ultimately though, I would recommend.
Edit: I've made a grave error. After some careful consideration I think I rated it too low. I’ve updated the score to reflect this. At the time I was quite annoyed about the shower thing, so I gave it an overall 3⭐️, but it should’ve been a 4⭐️.
Z. A.
Beautiful hotel but check in make no sense they ask you check in online but then you have to wait in long queue to get they key and when they said you will get online pin to get in your room.
Room could have been little more clean.
Staff were lovely, our view was big Ben amazing.
If you can afford book a room with view it's amazing.
Best rooms what I experienced are 367, 1518 you always can look online for best view rooms.
Gave 4 star because of check in and room cleaning.
L. S.
We recently stayed for two nights at the Park Plaza. We had a twin inward facing room.
The good
- The room was clean and modern
- Our floor was quiet
- The location was superb – right by Waterloo, Westminster, The London Eye and Southbank
- The hotel allowed us to check-in at 10:30 am – over 4 hours earlier than advertised
The bad
- The shower was not particularly powerful, I’d expect better, especially for a modern hotel at this price range
- The TV, did not allow me to connect my own phone or pc either wirelessly or via HDMI. We got a person to come and he managed to fix it for a bit but then it stopped working again. I’m not sure why the hotel limited a perfectly good TV Samsung smart TV in this manner. I’m paying enough for the room not to have to put up with such draconian hobbling of technology. This is the first room I’ve stayed at that had a smart TV, but did not allow for such connection.
So overall our stay was good, but definitely has room for improvement.
A. A.
I like the scenery and my beef steak, but the gravy is the worst gravy I ever had..its runny and it's expensive for what it is.KFC gravy is better than their gravy.
L. R.
Well situated Hotel. Great food and amenities. Good price. Highly recommend
P. M.
Stunning Hotel, friendly helpful staff and stunning rooms with views over Big Ben and London. Will definitely be staying again.
E. D.
We loved our stay here. The staff were very helpful and we had an amazing view definitely enhancing our stay in London. Never heard a sound while we slept and the bed were so comfy!!
P. D.
Fabulous 5 night stay. Staff are amazing. Fantastic location. Breakfast could be better. Overall, a great experience.

The Stay Is Nice Amazing View Really Good Location I Recommend Park Plaza Westminster Bridge Because Have Amazing Pasta And Scottish Beef Burger

Great value for money, well presented rooms, very clean, had all the facilities. Staff were very friendly. Overall great value for money.

A few minutes walk from London eye and Westminster, this hotel is located at the heart of London.
You can either book a room with a view on the Parliament and London eye, or cheaper rooms with internal view.
Breakfast is located in a huge ballroom and contains a good selection of food, fruits, and beverages.
Their restaurant is a bit pricey but offers a good selection of cocktails, desserts, and meals.
Check in is slow and room service is not great (they mixed our orders with another room and didn’t even apologise).
The shower pressure is low and water temperature is not consistent.
They offer a birthday surprise package which includes a bottle of Prosecco, cake, and ballons.
All in all, it’s worth the price for the excellent location and service.

Great hotel! I slept so well there. You can also not here anyone else and there are amazing views of London
A. B.
Always nice to come back! The hotel is super clean and all of the rooms are big in comparison to other hotels in London. The only thing is that it takes them a long time to pick up the phone when you call from the room and also there is one guy that is too posh for his job and don't give you a great service. Overall i recommend this hotel!
R. W.
Been here a few times. Once for a business meeting at the restaurant. Nice ambiance and the food was excellent, though at around £15+ for a main course it is not cheap. Service was attentive and friendly. Espresso, made with Illy coffee beans, is much better than on a previous visit. On the whole very nice.
P. W.
Hotel is lovely very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious too. My only complaint was the restaurant staff and front desk were less than welcoming and at points quite rude. The security at the front door were lovely and welcomed us everytime we walked back in
L. W.
This time it was really disaster and very unorganized during breakfast time. I always like to book Park Plaza and I was disappointed as dinning hall, there was no clean table whenever we came for breakfast and it was too full. It felt like we were at boarding school having to go thru long ques for breakfast. Sometimes things were finished anx not refilled on time. Bedrooms were not cleaned on time as we requested. An excellent service I received ws from one receptionist when we came to check in, She was good even when we had a problem with our booking but she was very helpful.
K. C.
This hotel is in a great location for exploring London. It is close to Waterloo station and the underground station and walking distance to the Southbank. We stayed for 3 nights, the hotel is extremely quiet at night so had great nights sleep. Rooms are a good size and very clean. Good selection of food at breakfast. Staff are friendly and helpful. Only downside is that the rooms can be quite dark and no mirror to sit in front of to dry your hair and put your makeup on only a shaving mirror in the bathroom with electric lighting. I have been to two of the Park Plaza hotels in London and they both have the same mirror issue! I will probably not return unfortunately due to this.
M. T.
Convenient location. Well maintained rooms. Friendly staff. Good amenities.
E. T.
Had a lovely meal here for the awards night. Staff worked really hard, we're professional and unobtrusive, great night.
e. k.
It was such a great hotel . we were greeted by a lovely worker named kalob kept us entertained with his stories and offered my mum whine before our departure !!
D. K.
Great location, really nice hotel, perfect to explore all of London, right on the Southbank so perfect for the London eye and all that the Southbank offers. Great views of Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament too.
M. W.
Rainbow logistics & Solutions stays here for 2 nights
Everything was ik de neighborhood.. Friendly staff and a beautiful place to stay.. i will recommended
T.
We have stayed here numerous times now and have NEVER felt disappointed. This is easy to access, have fantastic views from the suite rooms, and is always perfectly clean, tidy and well kept. The breakfast offerings are amazing, and this location is easy access for pretty much all things in London. Close to the London Eye, close to eateries, close to tube stations, loads of taxis if public transport isn’t for you !
S. M.
Fabulous hotel well worthy of its 4star status. Would highly recommend and only 10 minutes walk to Parliament,London Eye etc.
W. D.
Great hotel, fantastic bar, brilliant food!
S. R.
I went to have a cup of coffee at Illy coffee shop, located inside the hotel.Very warm welcoming of the Concierge at the entrance and very well done job to the Baristas Stanimir and Anselme.Really friendly and positive!
G. B.
Great location for walking along river, rooms OK for short stay or overnight, pretty basic but more than you'll need, ten min walk from waterloo, head towards westminster bridge and walk along Thames, loads of places to eat and drink and great views
H. W.
OH MY GOODNESS! Amazing place to stay, not only do the views from London getter better the high you get. They have 12 floors! Abd it's just so beautiful inside. They have a restaurant, they have a spa, swimming pool. Big Ben is right across the road, along with the London Eye! In the evening it's all lit up. With street food along the bridge. And personal ride in taxi bikes. Must go!. Rooms vary in price although it's a bit pricey its definitely worth going to stay there. Cant wait to go again.
α. ά.
Upon arrival, the lady on check-in (unsure of a name) seemed quite arrogant and unwelcoming. We booked the hotel in advance via booking.com but that caused uproar and ended up totalling 10 minutes standing at check in, wasting time.
After the hassle at check-in, the room we were greeted with was clean and had everything you needed in it. However, I’m unsure of why all twin superior rooms only have interior views of a wall?
This aside, the menu is far too pricey for what you get. I mean £17.50 for fish and chips?!
The pool was nice to unwind in, but again the staff on the desk just seemed arrogant.
Overall, I would return, but upon the basis that the points above are amended.
And for anyone planning to go, do it because the grounds itself are beautiful.
A. S.
Fantastic view looking up thames, very clean and airey room the bed was so comfortable. Nice large bathroom with bath and separate shower. Unfortunately the toilet kept packing up and the sink obversally had a blockage as took so long to drain after use.
Really enjoyed the ambience of hotel staff where very friendly and accommadating.
Ordered extra,s for room and never turned up even asking twice where it was. Still awaiting refund.
Breakfast I would forget buffet service cold and not of good quality. Every day had ask for something eg side plates, bowls, cutlery
The food was a bit miss mach like they had a supply issue on what they had to serve up.
House keeping in the reastraunt area really could be better window ledges inside where filthy and windows and staff clearing tables and wiping down didn't move items that where on table just wiped around them and really would of thought that this hotel would have been better.
N. S.
Luxury hotel very clean and neat. Had good time. Recommended.
w. p.
Lovely place , nice view it is very close to the thamisa river , Westminster Bridge, big bang, just on the heart of London.
S. J.
Loved staying here perfect intro to Europe from the states. Friendliest staff I’ve ever come across especially with maneuvering the COVID paperwork 🙏🏼❤️
M. V.
The team delivered a memorable service and outstanding food. The view was amazing and hygiene was maintained at a high standard
c. d.
View was great. Unfortunately my son's bed was not made up and was broken. Had to complain twice before rectified
J.
Nice hotel, paid for an overpriced room as was not able to use facilities.
Booked for partners Birthday, was very disappointed that the spa facilities was closed, even though it suggested otherwise on the website, then the pool was booked all day so we didn’t get to use any of the facilities my whole reason why I booked this hotel.
I paid for the celebration package, was also disappointed with this, the cake was ok but there was no where which stated what was in it, and the card was more like a welcome card and can not believe it came with the package.
Overall I was disappointed, lovely room but as I wasn’t able to use anything else I felt I could have booked nicer room in another hotel.

LIKE A BREATH OF FRESH AIR!!!
After our stay back in June we thought we would try another trip here. From the moment we entered the staff were outstanding. Checked in smoothly and efficiently by Jasper and the presidential suite all ready as requested. Chris the duty manager was waiting to welcome us and ask told us that he will take care of us this time which was a really nice touch. Stay was superb we really enjoyed ourselves and will be coming back again. To top everything else we got a nice visit from Ben Bigg another one of the managers who looked after us last time. Thank you guys especially Ben Chris and Natacha this is exactly how a hotel of this calibre should look after it's guests. Top class
A. J.
It was a great place to stay
I would stay there again
Great food
Great service
And lots of things to do and see
S. O.
Superb hotel. Very comfortable bed. Bar was excellent, great staff. Great location. Reasonably priced for our visit.
a. a.
The staff are patient and easy going with a really wonderful attention to detail. Our checkin, Hassan was attentive and offered us an upgrade to the room with the big Ben view. this is really worth it. the room itself was really well equipped, tea, microwave, two TVs - so the kids and the adults could watch there own things.
Breakfast was well organised and about right, a shame there wasn't much choice but I blame the covid restrictions.
When it rained on our second day, getting umbrellas from the concierge was a really nice facility.
The spa and swimming was completely overbooked, but we managed to get a space on the last day. This is brilliant foe the kids and fun for all- just bring your trunks!
overall this is a wonderfully placed hotel with lots to offer at a very reasonable price. Really enjoyed our two noght stay with late check out on the last day! Brilliant would come again!
K. M.
Super location, excellent rooms. Currently excellent value! breakfast is a bit of a letdown but a tip is: if you want a poached egg just ask for one! Location and smart areas are a big bonus compared to elsewhere - you can walk to south bank in minutes or soho/leceister square in 15 mins with great views across the bridge
C. M.
Great experience
Friendly staff
Room big,quite and clean
Location brilliant for attractions
Great views

Great experience for London traveling.

Hotel lovely. Great location. Service fantastic. Food is good but not great, hence the 4 stars instead of 5.

One of the best hotel in London, especially for a family. 2nd time, I booked in, cheaper, smarter than any places in London.
Rooms are very clean, staff are very Friendly, views from the rooms are stunning and it's just next to Parliament and to the London Eye.
One thing is missing that, there is no car park for the hotel, so you have it park the car somewhere before come to hotel as you are even not allow to park next to the hotel.
S. M.
We've bpoked to go back!!! Loved it. Value for money. Felt really plush and very welcome and the facilities we're great! Go swimming its really nice. Breakfast was great too. Friendly and very helpful staff. The room was amazing!
G. B.
Beautiful hotel breakfast was good as well but I didn't like the way it was set out apart from that beautiful hotel lovely staff will definitely come again
T. H.
The room was not ready for us, no toiletries, no tea, coffee, milk nor soya despite receiving confirmation this would be in the room.
To be fair the front desk did explain that booking through a third party could mean they don't receive the request.
I wouldn't recommend paying for breakfast if breakfast is your thing. But will do if you need a bite in the morning.
The views are exceptional.
We would recommend and go back again 100%.
Thank you.

Amazing hotel located in the heart of London. Beautiful views and you can often meet many celebrities here. I love it and highly recommend it. Exceptionally good customer service

During lockdown Crown Plaza gave me the best weekend of my life. Really needed the break and had a great weekend with my partner. Absolutely gorgeous hotel with lovely rooms, great decor and location. Definitely coming back.

Great hotel and location. Restaurant/bar downstairs is excellent after a long day of exploring. Staff was really nice when we were there. Would stay again!

A very good hotel in related to attractions. I was on the 11th floor, quiet room , peaceful at night , interesting views.
Everything clean, modern, etc.
I recommend hotel for visit London.

Stayed here from Sunday till Wednesday it was a amazing hotel great location walking distance from mostly everything loved it will be back again
M. J.
Brilliant hotel... had a few minor issues with our room and they upgraded us free of charge to a suite ... thanks so much.
P. X.
A most enjoyable stay once again, I can honestly say that I was more productive in a comfortable hotel suite than I am normally in the office. All Covid Secure measures are in place to make you feel safe, the staff (although not that many of them) were excellent; room service spot on, food delicious. I can't wait for the restrictions to lift so we can enjoy the facilities once again and the splendid hospitality this hotel has to offer.
For those of you wanting a centrally located, clean, affordable yet luxurious stay in the centre of London this is a must - if you can afford that little extra to make it special the terrace suites on the 13th & 15th floor are delightful.
C. S.
Our suite is bigger than the flat we used to live in! Facilities are unbelievable.
A. J. M.
Perfect location to see main tourist spots in London. Despite the current situation of the pandemic affecting many of the hotel's facilities, the staff were attentive and managed to accomodate all our needs. We were upgraded to a room with a better view for free and received a complementary 1-hour late checkout. Good breakfast and felt thoroughly safe during our stay.
C. W.
Lovely suite . Staff very helpful. Breakfast was nice and good choices. Nice to see the restaurant manager helping his staff and mucking in. Cocktails were lovely 🤗
M. K.
Food was lovely, views amazing, just a little dated in the suite, carpets have seen better days, parts of the wooden decking on the balcony bends when walked on and not been weeded for a while, but could be Covid related. Would use again
L. D.
Just had 1nights here. Lovely clean hotel. Also the location is perfect for site seeing. Lovely view from our hotel room too. Nice and peaceful Shame covid has the spa closed and also pool otherwise it would have topped the whole experience. Also breakfast in bed was great. Would definitely return and recommend.
Me and my fiancé really enjoyed ourselves can’t wait to come back and stay again. We also looking forward for the spa
Thanks again

Great hotel
Lovely breakfast
Great view of Westminster and the Thames
Great position
A. H.
Brilliant hotel with great staff and amenities within walking distance of many tourist hot spots.

Truly excellent family orientated hotel.
We'll hopefully return very soon!

My stay was great apart from the fact that some things were miscommunicated. I was told parking was paid for and not a first come first served basis. I got to the premises only to realise this. A member of staff introduced me to a parking lot unfortunately that was full. I called back the hotel only for another staff tontell me that, there's nothing he could do. He was very RUDE!. Fortunately another staff MANU was so helpful. He offloaded our car and directed me to the nearest carpark.
Another incidentwas when my door was knocked asking how i was going to pay for my breakfast when in actual fact, i paid as part of the booking. The lady took the food downstairs uncovered and brought it back again just to confirm what i told her. I mean how? Apart from this, the hotel is nice, the rooms are beautiful and view is breathtaking!
H. S.
I love park plaza Westminster because we are literally bang on city centre , the london eye is literally around the corner . Plus there is parking around the corner for £15 24 hours ! plus the staff member gave me an upgrade upon arrival - not just because of that I’m giving them five stars because the room was clean and spacious the view was nice- plenty of tea and coffee and toiletries . They were also offering free variety of sweets upon arrival which was a nice touch . It’s just such a shame the pool was closed cuz of covid . Oh well! Great value for price !
T. L.
stayed here for two weeks which included new years day and the view of the fireworks off of the london eye was amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. The room had a great view of the london eye
M. A.
Just had 3 nights here. Lovely clean hotel. Also the location is perfect for site seeing. Lovely view from our hotel room too. Shame covid has the spa closed and also pool otherwise it would have topped the whole experience. Also breakfast in bed was great. Would definitely return and recommend.

Lovely room. Very luxury hotel. Location is fantastic. However breakfast is a bit disappointed. 5 star overall though.
N. D.
Nice hotel, a little overpriced but in central position London so expected!
N. F.
Would have given 5 stars but due to COVID-19 there are amenities that are closed, the swimming pool, the gym and the sauna. The hotel though is really nice and spacious with friendly staff and a good atmosphere. Our room is very nice and quite spacious with a really nice bathroom/ toilet area. Very large bed as well. Overall very nice hotel, ideally located for London's sights and tourism and reasonably priced.
S. M.
It looks awesome only a short hop over the brige and your in the West end awesome place 💎💎💎💎💎💎💍💍💍💘💘💘

Lovely hotel. Great views of London. Fantastic central location. The Park Plaza Westminster Bridge Hotel’s location in Central London makes it an ideal choice for exploring the rich heritage in central London. Big Ben/ Elizabeth Tower, Parliament Square with all its historical statues, Parliament building, Waterloo station, and so much more are within walking distance. The buffet breakfast at the Park Plaza hotel is a must-have.
D. H.
Stylish design clean modern very conveniently situated for many attractions..

Nice hotel, good value for money
T. H.
View was great from the suite, and location is excellent. Service at the front desk was non existent, couldn't get an answer on the phone and failed to make up the sofa bed before arrival.
A. J.
Lovely hotel. Didn't have any issues at all. Great location as well. Buffet breakfast is definitely worth it

Nice room. Lovely bathroom and bed so comfy and big.

Very pricy for what it was. Rooms same as much cheaper hotels

A great hotel in the heart of Westminster, comfortable rooms and family friendly. Highly recommended.

Lovely hotel, helpful staff, beautiful food and an all round fantastic experience. Loved the location with in walking distance from everything and some great views
V. L.
The hotel is just a 5 min walk from Westminster station, so that is a very big plus.
Also as we are living in a covid 19 environment, loved the safety and precautions taken by the hotel.
Appreciated too the room upgrade for my birthday...
The Afternoon Tea on my last day was a fitting end to my 3 nights stay.
So all in all I had a wonderful stay..
S. D.
Such a beautiful location. Lovely staff. Room was absolutely spotless, large and well facilitated

Lovely comfortable and easy to access hotel
M. M.
It was lovely, the place was great however my £50 deposit still hasn’t been paid back, and it’s been almost a year. Sent emails and tried calling but they have not responded
r. s.
We love the fact that it's close to most of the attractions in London! The staff members were very accommodating and the room that we stayed in have enough space for our family of four.. This was our first time to have stayed in a hotel since covid lockdown and I must say that the safety measures were good. I just didn't have any hotel to compare it to so I couldn't rate it higher. But will definitely go back soon!
K. H.
Came to London for a 1 night stay. Lovely Hotel, beautiful room, friendly & welcoming staff. Will be back soon.
L. V.
Absolutely delightful stay in this hotel , staff so friendly And helpful . Warm welcome as we arrived and perfect service during our stay . Room very clean and tidy . Bed=fantastic !!! We can not complain one bit about the stay . We definitely will be back .
Thank you so much to all staff for looking after us .
R. W.
Lovely hotel. Just staying one night. But for four star I would have expected a better room as it was dirty and tired. For our 25th wedding anniversary and my wife's birthday they gave us a dusty bottle of screw top redwine and a few sweets. The light on the wardrobe fell onto my arm and when we asked we couldn't even have breakfast in bed. The buffet system really didn't work. It was to crowded and in order to get a drink, you had to go to the service area at the rear of the restaurant whilst people were trying to get served. This hotel was not for us. I believe that they need to Rethink they arrangements for breakfast and forget about asking for toast. Few waiters.
K. C.
Stayed at this hotel by default ,we had previously booked its Sister Hotel ,Park Plaza London Riverbank but unfortunately due to Covid Pandemic this was still closed so were moved to the Westminster bridge hotel just across the river. It was a great hotel ,we were given a suite with amazing views of the River ,Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament . The room was spotless ,really comfy and well equipped . Even though the rooms now get cleaned after two nights, we were left top ups of everything . All of staff were relaxed, happy and friendly ,esp the receptionist who checked us in and he mentioned he normally works at our original hotel and was sad it was closed . The only small issue was with the breakfast ,there was a great choice ,however again because of coronovirus everything had to be served to us by a member of staff ,so had to wait in a queue for everything and this resulted in our hot food being slightly cold .
H. H.
I recently stayed here with my husband and one-year-old daughter (8-11 Dec). It's one of the nicest hotels I think we've ever stayed it. Great central location, and wonderful views. Staff were very helpful and friendly. As we had booked breakfast as part of our stay, we had the option of having it delivered straight to our room every morning, at no extra cost (I've attached a picture as well). The room was spacious and clean, with plenty of room for our little one to run around! Even though we had a problem with the shower head on the last day, and mentioned it to them as we were checking out, they were very apologetic. We will definitely be coming back next time we're in town!
P. B.
Very smart room and comfortable accommodation. Beds are comfortable and modern clean bathroom.
Easy walk to South Bank where there lots going on.
W. P.
The fact that you overlook Big Ben and The London Eye makes this a five star. It would be a 4 because of the prices but it has a great view so just expect it to be pricey.
Also the rooms were insanely good (especially in the front). In some rooms you could face the Thames and everything was really good.
Lastly, the food. I love a traditional English breakfast. The Blood Pies (don’t be intimidated by the name) are really awesome and all the food is just so good. Especially the dinners and lunches which are too good
to explain everything. Since I live in USA I never have a simple English breakfast. Five stars.
K. M.
Great room, service and the hotel is stunning. Breakfast was amazing and the views are awesome
R. S.
Room was lovely and clean. the location was great so close to many landmarks
J. S.
Good location, staff friendly, found the lighting in the rooms very dark. No power points by the bed to charge mobile, they were on the dressing table other side of room. I was here for an awards evening for 1 night, the breakfast was plentiful and very good! Drinks are expensive £18 for a gin n tonic £24 for 2 small glasses of wine plus they charge a £1 for table service. Check out was quick and taxi's are booked by concierge who was so happy and helpful! I personally wouldn't stay in this hotel again as the rooms are expensive £253 a night, thankfully I wasn't paying. I come to London a lot and to be fair they are cheaper hotels in just as good locations. Nowhere is far with the wonderful underground system.
M. T.
We couldn't have been treated any better. Totally blown away with the room and the service.
Thanks.

Absolutely the best hotel in Central London!! I used up my points for staying in the hotel and as a platinum member, I was upgraded with Duplex Suite overlooking the river and London Eye. There is a dedicated lane for Radisson Platinum member, check in very smooth and I met Vanessa (receptionist) whom is very friendly and attentive to my requests. Bravo for that!
Platinum members entitled for free breakfast for two and I opted to have it in room. Room service is fast and very reliable. Concierge guys are really helpful :) Location is fantastic and easy access to taxi and trains. Housekeeping is very reliable and fast.
Definitely recommended! and I will stay again in Park Plaza Westminster whenever I visit London.
A. F.
I had a very comfortable 1 night stay here Fri-Sat. From the moment you walk in staff
And security ensure you’re wearing a mask for everyone’s safety. This location is quite big so check in took quite a while even with over 5 desk open we waited a long time to check in. Also huge downfall was the the spa facilities weren’t open. I’m aware of covid however other hotels are still accommodating in this area. I loved that they gave us the option to have breakfast in the restaurant or in the room for the same price (of course we went for breakfast in bed) & they were very helpful if we were short of anything ie: toothbrush etc. Upon leaving the following afternoon (12pm) checkout couldn’t have been smoother and literally took 30 seconds, such a shame check in was very slow.
K. L.
Excellent service from checking in, to checking out.
Suite was good size for myself and my two children.
Exceptional location with view of Houses of Parliament just in front of building.
Executive lounge was quiet, well stocked and well served.
Would thoroughly recommend.
J. L.
Our stay was ok. Housekeeping never left us enough towels though--they only gave us one washcloth for our entire week stay. They also didn't replace the used glasses in our room at times and forgot to give us a bath mat on one of the days they cleaned. Plus, they charged us for beverages in the room that were never opened. Overall, it was a great location, but I would've liked more attention to detail for the rate we were paying.
M. C.
A fantastic hotel very well positioned for most of the attraction in London and a very competitive price
A. N.
Stunning hotel! Fab location, staff were excellent and very attentive. Even got a complimentary bottle of champagne as it was our anniversary - very nice touch. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. Spa (arranged a back massage for my wife) was sublime! Excellent stay. Will definitely go back.
K.
Amazing view, nice hotel. Very bad service!!
L. O.
Its OK, room is a lovely size and looks good. There are a couple of things I don't like. Sock over smoke detector rips in headboard just looks scrubby. Breakfast is really poor. First sent to conference room then sent back to bar. Had better stays in the Premier Inn.
T.
Great hotel very very clean service of a high standard. Peace and quiet. However, breakfast must be corrected with tasty and healthy products. I recommend the hotel and will return for sure.
D. J.
Great hotel well set out .
The only thing I thought was bad was the price of breakfast £21.50 each is a bit much 🙁
N. A.
I've been staying here through the pandemic as a key worker for the NHS I have to say how amazing the staff are. The hotel is very modern and the rooms are very big with great views of the city. The food is amazing, the pastry chefs are on this year's Bake Off the Professionals and they make amazing desserts every night. I have met Dominico who was one of the duo on the show he is really nice in person and was happy that I've been eating every dessert that gets put out on an evening 😂
l. m.
For such a large hotel it has a very personable feel. We had a coffee in the illy coffee shop, terrific coffee and great views. Our room had a really useful lounge area. We ate at the Japanese restaurant it was delicious and enjoyed some cocktails. Would certainly return
A. H.
We had a Great stay. Room was clean and we had an amazing view, the staff including door staff was all extremely friendly and welcoming. It was our first time and we will be back next month can’t wait. Thank you park plaza
C. H.
Lovely hotel, but huge and easy to get lost. Staff friendly and helpful although didn't always know exactly where events were being ran within the hotel. Room was stunning. Bed was comfy. Large bath room with bath and shower with robes. Nice toiletries. Large TV with lots of channels and good selection of pay per view options. Option to cast from own device too. WiFi seemed good for what I needed; which to be fair was only really email. I was a bit disappointed to be on the inside of the hotel so my view wasn't great but my friends who were placed in outside wall rooms had great views. Nice selection of breakfast items but bear in mind 1000 rooms in the hotel, if you leave it late there's a queue for breakfast. Thankfully I was up early and therefore walked straight in.
j. l.
I've been living in this hotel since the beginning of April, as I am supporting the nhs response to covid 19 and have not been able to return home due to family members shielding. It has been difficult at times to be away from family, but the staff in the hotel have been absolutely amazing and made my time here much easier than it otherwise might have been. The reception staff, cleaning staff, concierges, restaurant staff always have a smile and a kind word. The room I am staying in is filled with light which makes it much easier to return to after a challenging shift. Thank you to all of the hardworking staff for making my stay and my time away from my family that much more bearable.
A. C.
Nicely situated.
Nice Bedroom. Maybe the service cleaning room must be changed, maybe due to a COVID time period, room was only made one time Had to ask for shower gel and towel. Just Don't eat there. Expensif and bad but there are a lot of nice place too eat in London. But go there for sleep one Great Hotel .
S. F. G.
Nice Grand hotel of course. Very well maintained. Clean. Every night I was there, there was big event going on, so must be a popular hotel as I slept there. Hotel room was nice, the upgrades room was a studio with a sleeping couch. Instant hot chocolate was I liked very much and upon request I got extra, so very that I'm all happy about. Facilities are excellent ! High expectations were met.
I just was very disappointed about that I wasn't allowed to go to the executive lounge as one of your employees told me when I agreed to the upgrade, paid for it also.. Later again when an employee confirmed I can go there when he saw me walking out of a room on the 12th floor and asked for a better view to make a nice picture. But when I got to the reception, they told me it costed another 50 Pound (per night?!) !
C. K.
Great place. We enjoyed our holidays with family. Great breakfast, nice bathroom, nice studios, quiet (you don't hear any neighbours because of noise reduction). If I could change anything, it's the mattress for the kids , this was no good for their back!
It's very nice arriving to the hotel, you best take Westminster station tube, then the nice walk on the bridge and there you are. Well organized reception, very friendly.
M. B.
Hotel: beautiful - decor is absolutely lovely and clean. Nice views.
Service: excellent - Staff were very welcoming, polite and warm.
Food: Terrible - ordered a chicken Caesar salad however the chicken was over cooked and dry. You only get like 4 small slices of chicken. The chicken is an additional price which is a rip off but that’s my opinion.
Breakfast is pretty basic. Best thing was the croissants.
Drinks: okay - They don’t have Hennessy or Disaronno so I was a bit disappointed as it was my birthday but oh well we can’t get everything we want during a pandemic lol
M. R.
Beautiful hotel with perfect location. Professional and attentive staff. Lovely, spacious rooms. Spa and fitness area. Breakfast buffet is pretty standard, but the bar area is great. Highly recommended!
K. I.
Good hotel and nice are to hang out
R.
Attended a conference here. Well maintained nice hotel in heart of London, near to iconic landmarks like London eye & big Ben. Staff are polite and helpful. Toilets were clean and well maintained. Conference rooms were large, modern and well maintained. Food seems to be okay, only minor point is there were less seating area for attendees in the lunch time. Other than that had a great time.
S. C.
My 2nd stay here in the last 3 years, a lovely clean modern hotel right opposite the Houses of Parliament and Big Ben. It has a quite straight view from your room..
Great views, clean, good amenities and a comfortable bed. Lovely bath and high end toiletries. I took a dip in the pool and used the steam, really nice relaxing end to the day. The breakfasts are amazing. photos are few view from our room and inner suffer of hotel . You can enjoy a beautiful day here just go for it .
D. D.
An amazing hotel with a fantastic team of staff especially the concierge. Had a 2 bedroom suite which was spacious with very comfortable beds. You do need to book into the pool & spa area as they only allow 20 guests at a time to use it which is not many for such a big hotel.
A. O.
I have never had an experience like this in my entire life.
A couple of weeks prior to booking my stay I had a horrible experience in another hotel where the room looked nothing like any of the pictures online and the overall service was terrible. I explained this all to the most incredible & helpful lady on the reception desk (Her name was Nora) and I asked to see the room that I was going to book. She then showed me the room which was absolutely exquisite (One Bedroom Suite).
Afterwards she asked if it was for a special occasion and I explained it was for my boy friends 22nd birthday. We spoke for a while and she helped me with so much. She then offered me a complimentary late checkout and gave me a discount on the executive lounge and gave me a view of the river and Big Ben for no extra charge.
It then came to the day of my boy friends birthday and we went up to our suite and it was absolutely flawless, they went the extra effort of giving us the most delicious cake along with balloons and even making a cake out of towels on the table. We then walked into the bedroom and there were rose petals all over the bed with two swans made out of towels.
The staff were incredible and once I save up and have the money I will definitely be returning.
I would like to say the most massive thank you to Nora who gave the most exceptional service and who made my boy friend have the most amazing birthday ever after having such a difficult 2019. I cannot fault her or any of the staff in the hotel and I would 100% recommend as the service is impeccable.
Thank you Nora! We really can’t thank you enough.
A. A.
Update: the hotel have since got into contact and resolved the issue.
The service from the staff is shocking. I have never ever seen such an unorganized and unprofessional staff even in the most budget of hotels. The hotel has no consideration of guests with infant children. Customer consideration is atrocious. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. Update: the hotel have since got into contact and resolved the issue.
A. S. J.
The best advantage of this hotel is obviously the prime location it is located at overlooking the Big Ben and close to shopping area. West Minister tube station 🚉 is quite close and London Eye few hundred meters away.
Rooms do not have proper amenities like coffee capsules and problems with cleaning. There is some smell in the corridors which for 5 star hotel is below par.
The staff at the reception could have been more polite. So 3 stars
M. A.
Very nice hotel located near Westminister Bridge. Modern in every way - no great British charm here but very efficient. The location is perfect for walking to many attractions and is easy to get to by the tubes or the train at Waterloo Station. The front desk staff was welcoming, friendly and efficient. We stayed three days and didn't have any issues. Suggestion - book the room with breakfast included.
B. P.
Excellent hotel, staff was on top of it. Food service was decently priced, I was expecting a lot higher. Room was large, we had the king bed with living room split. Very good location, central to just about everything to see enough walking around, and a couple undergrounds nearby. Also, some cabs line up outside if preferred, which for family of 4 made sense for us a couple times.
N. T.
A bit worn out. Carpets grubby etc. Good location though.
n. s.
Perfect location with amazing views from the room. Staff in restaurants is very professional. Nice atmosphere at Brasserie Joel, I've been served by Konrad, he took care of us very well.
Visit in the spa was so relaxing, is worth to go there!
P. M.
This hotel is conveniently located and has great views in most rooms. I have stayed twice for business and appreciated all in house facilities, staff friendliness, and the overall design of the hotel. Try to get an outside facing room if you can!
R. F.
We'd actually booked into the Park Plaza Riverbank, but for some reason which was never really made clear we were moved to the Westminster Bridge. To be honest I'm glad we were as the location was better and I doubt we'd have got as nice a room at the original hotel.
Check-in was pretty quick and painless and luckily they knew we were coming. Our room was on the 9th floor and was more of a min-suite than just a bedroom, with a small living-room area , bathroom and bedroom. Very impressive it was too, with (if you craned your head a bit) views of the Houses of Parliament and the Thames, a large TV with Sky Sports and Cinema channels and even a microwave.
Even with Covid restrictions our towels were replaced regularly and service overall was pretty good. The price was good too, again possibly due to Covid, and if we could get the same room at the same price again we'd definitely do so. An excellent hotel and a great base for spending a few days in London.
S. S.
There's a ton of construction on the roads around here but the hotel is beautiful. We got put into a handicapped accessible room instead of a regular room. It has some issues. Automatic door broken, toilet doesn't flush, tiny window that can barely see any of the lobby. But the staff is super friendly and we are only here one night. Very pleased with our stay.
L. M.
High quality hotel, friendly & competent staff, good Covid measures, decent sized room (huge main bed, plus kids slept on comfortable enough sofa bed). Good breakfast. We were lucky - very good nightly rate considering great location & hotel. Plenty of places to eat nearby...I recommend Southbank Mediterranean Trioca. Plus really close for London Eye, Big Ben, bus tours, boat tours all a very short walk away.
(The only small improvement I can suggest for the hotel is better quality toilet paper in the rooms).
R. T.
Our stay here was great. Had a great view from our window (had to upgrade for it). Our room was cozy and clean. The closet space was small for 2 people, but the concierge staff was able to find us a really nice place to eat for our 10 wedding anniversary. That alone is why I gave this place 5 stars. The hotel is so close to other tourist destinations as well.
J. M.
Very nice hotel staff always happy to help 🙏🏼 nice bar and swimming pool. follow my TikTok @Joes.travels for more reviews 👌
M. T.
I enjoyed my stay here. The room was nice and modern. The location, well it is perfect!! Walk right out the front door and your first view is of one of the most iconic sights of London, Big Ben and Parliament. Just a few steps and you are right there on the Thames in historic London! And, their buffet breakfast has food for any type of appetite! You will love it here!
L. F.
Comfortable and clean room. Staff were friendly but in severe shortage at breakfast.
Would I stay here again? NO
M. S.
The hotel was finished to a high standard with a decent fitness room, cafe and bar. The staff were friendly and helpful largely.
I had to move room which the hotel sorted relatively quickly and apologised. The one thing I was disappointed with was a simple request for a piece of fruit prior to a gym session in the morning could not be facilitated as I had not filled in a form to facilitate it. Such a simple request when payment for the room and breakfast (at a high price) does not seem unreasonable. A table at breakfast had a lot of fruit thereon.
The hotel location is fantastic as are some of the views. Some refinement over service would mean a higher score. For me with high prices comes a responsibility to deliver for the customer.
A. B.
The hotel is stunning but the service is not at high standards. I have attended a conference here and the glasses during the conference weren't properly cleaned. They had lipstick staines and residues. One of my colleagues has an issue with the key for her room. The food was adequate...
P. B. A.
Fantastic stay this weekend at the park plaza. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The room was spotless and had all of the amenities we required and more. I made a special request to the hotel as this was a celebration and they honoured this for me which was greatly appreciated. I will highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again. Thank you to everyone at the park plaza.

Very cosy and wonderful scene.

Lovely facilities
Lovely breakfast
Spa was great had a wonderful massage and facial by Tara. Who was really welcoming and made me really comfortable. Best massage I've had in a long time. Definitely would go back to see her again
J.
Booked a night here in order to use the Mandara spa facilities. The massages were fantastic by Rhiannon along with the delicious selection of fruit, nuts, cookies and teas that were in the relaxation area. Also enjoyed using the exclusive lounge area where more food was waiting already prepared for us to help ourselves. The hotel itself is large with restaurants, a bar area and live music with plenty of seating area. Also very good for sight seeing, within easy walk of the London eye and surrounding area.

The hotel is beautiful. Breakfast was lovely and the spa and pool are free. The only reason I'm giving 4 star review was because a fire alarm went off around 3am at night which meant all of us spent an hour trying to get out of the hotel only to be told to go back to our rooms because everything was fine. This was very difficult with all the people around. I didn't sleep well that night. It didn't help that the alarm went off twice.

Overall, I had a great stay in this hotel.
Location: it's as centric as you can get.
Service: Wonderful, and with a smile.
Room: We upgraded the room to the big ben view for 50 pounds. A great deal.
Comfy bed, great shower. The hotel felt new even tough the smell of the carpets in the halls was very strong.
The only downside was the breakfast. A poor selection that fits a 2-3 star hotel and ridiculous waiting time that resulted in eating at their breakfast bunker downstairs. I litterly paid an extra 2.5 pounds for a waffle. I would recommend skipping breakfast and go eat something outside.

We stayed at the Park Plaza as part of a deal with theatre tickets included. We had a lovely studio room which was given as an upgrade by the receptionist, Noelle when we checked in. The room was spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfy. There was a great view of the city. Breakfast, which we ate in our room was nice, on time, but could have been a little warmer. We would stay here again when we are in London
H. S.
Location and view had me convince to stay here. I stayed in the suite with London Eye view and gotta say the view wasn’t what I was expecting. Even tho you can see the London eye the view was too closed to enjoyed and after 5 minutes I didn’t look again.
The room wasn’t bad even tho the deco could have been more neutral. The room didn’t feel premium tho. And the room service definitely proved it. It felt like I was eating in an American fast food joint. The pizza was the worst.
I had to wait in line for the receptionist for about 15 minutes but they were very professional when my turn was up.
Breakfast was ok.
So after two night here I didn’t felt it was worth the money.

The staff were very helpful and the hotel, although very large, was comfortable, well appointed, clean and relaxing. Its location enabled easy access to sights, within walking and public transport facilities. …

One of our favourite hotels for a weekend in London. Have stayed here 4 times and have never been disappointed. The studio rooms are perfect for a family with two separate areas. Nice comfy beds and superb amenities. Lots of restaurant and bar options, pool and gym. The location is very convenient with views over Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament.

The hotel is in a great location very close to Waterloo station, the London Eye, and just across the bridge from Parliament.
Check in was a bit slow with 3 staff at the desk and 1 at the rewards desk helping people with issues. The check-in counter is so big that no one knows which line to be in until another staff moved us all to one line. We wanted to use the pool, but booking a time was difficult when the counter was always busy. Other than that, everything was great!
The room was very spacious and clean overall. The leather on the headboard was peeling off a bit, but no issues with anything else. Comfortable bed, pillows, linens. Had a desk with a charging station with international outlets (UK, Europe, NA, etc). There was a balcony in the room too. We just had to call the front desk to send someone up to unlock it for us (& leave the key).
There are a few restaurants and a bar in the hotel including an Illy cafe and many places to eat a short walk away. For breakfast, there's a Gail's Bakery about 3 min away. I'd definitely stay here again.
M. Y.
Overall very clean and quiet. Attention to detail could use some work. This is what the tub looked like when we returned after the first day, the drain stopper was detached with the pointy end facing up. It stayed the same way for the reminder of our 6 night stays. Since we use the standing shower, we didn't report this.
H. ا.
Good location if you want to see the wheel and BIG Ben covered with scaffolding. Decent breakfast. Would recommend going to Tesco’s or Sainsbury’s to get your snacks or drink. Local shop think they are in Mayfair with there prices. Room are not that big but decent enough size.
F.
Very fancy hotel. Perfectly placed for central London and attractions, just a few minutes walk to Westminster right into the heart of town. Very well managed and organised, however a little too micromanaged meaning staff were very strict in their routines and it would have been a little nicer to see some of their personalities shining through. Room was excellent. Bar was great with wide variety of drink options. Little on the expensive side, but then again it was central London so to be expected. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Initial post was in error. This hotel is awesome. Great place to stay. Perfect location, staff was incredible and room were spacious with great balcony. Great sushi restaurant at the hotel and the hop on hop off bus stops just a block away. Pool hours could be a little longer but we were so busy never had time. Pay the extra for the 2nd floor access great snacks and drinks.
D.
Fantastic hotel and location. Excellent room view. Excellent service, staff and amenities. I love the decor and the plethora of bars, restaurants and coffee spots.
Be careful, there are lots of pick pocket shady folks hanging on the Big Ben side of the bridge. Most carry 2 phones or pretend they talk on the phone. Do not carry valuable jewelry or items in touristy London.

We loved our stay at park plaza, from being greeted outside on arrival to leaving after 2 days, picking up our bags late at night from concierge. The room was lovely, clean, modern and well decorated, with ample furniture for our needs, the beds very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was immaculate with the best toiletries and lovely soft towels. The pool and spa area are great but slippers are not supplied for all, this was the only downside to our stay. We had the 3 course meal costing £25. Salmon for starter there was far too much! I couldn't even eat half of it but it was delicious, the the steak oh my it was by far the best steak I ever ate! Finished off with creme brulee. Well worth the money. And best of all the hotel is situated right in ghe middle of London with Big Ben out front and London eye behind. Thanks to all staff for a great stay. Alison and Amber.

We took a Junior Suite which was very good for the family. The 7 & 4 year old happily shared the sofa bed. The bathroom is between the living area and the bedroom so the grown ups can still enjoy the evening after the kids have gone to bed. Great location and helpful staff.
A. P.
Great hospitality. Wonderful staff. Lovely rooms. Great views
H. V.
Great location, clean and very helpful staff especially Chris who made our stay special.
S. H.
Lovely hotel, rooms were clean and tidy and staff were friendly. Breakfast was a help yourself option of full English or continental and was good quality (eat as much as you want). Great location in Westminster for tourists
S. D.
Very nice hotel, modern, right outside all the tourist attractions. The view out the room was the only let down as it was facing right outside the next building and because of it their was limited light in the room and you could practically see into the opposite buildings windows.
A. L.
Excellent location, good rooms and breakfast reasonably satisfactory.
L. P.
Location is perfect for sightseeing. Service is excellent. My only criticism is internal rooms and the breakfast rooms are very dark and need more light.
D. D.
Have been coming to London for work monthly and this is my hotel of choice. Not only is the location perfect for where I need to be, but the hotel itself has a great atmosphere. I am always greeted with a smile. The beds are comfortable and rooms clean. Food is meh, but I find that to be true of all London hotels I have stayed in (plenty of better options in the city). Overall recommend this place.
S. S. (.
No major issues with the hotel. Good spa facilities and good rooms. Clean and spacious. Great location too.
Did have some trainees on the check in desk who got confused and asked us for our passports to check in... We were staying for a weekend from Southampton and we're UK residents so this was a weird question to ask as we obviously (like most of the population) dont carry our passports on local trips.

Classy Hotel!
Good location!
Very spacious and clean!
Would consider again
D. J.
We stayed in the suites on the 13th floor recently for 3 days. Everything was good, clean and comfortable. Our very first day though we ordered 2 chicken sandwiches from room service and it made both my son and I sick. I managed to get past it but his stomach has not been well for over a week now. So I don’t recommend the food there.
m.
Greatly situated hotel, from where you can reach many tourist attractions, by foot or, in example, taking the city bus. A lot of shops and dining places around. Hotel has tasty food (only coffee choice is to discuss). Great staff, very helpful. Cozy hotel rooms, the only minus is that many of the cheaper ones has windows to the inside of the hotel. First time I saw such solution. Beds are comfty. Bathrooms offering bath tub or shower. Two levels of conference rooms, for smaller and bigger audience. Fast check out was really fast. Cautious security and helpful business center, where you can purchase the adapter to your European (continental) charger if you forget to take one with you :) one available in the room. Overall, it's a very nice place to stay while visiting London for leisure or if you want to organize a business meeting.
D. H.
Great hotel nice rooms
D. S.
Met here for a business breakfast, the buffet options are good. I had to ask a couple of times to get some coffee, and nobody gave me egg options.
Admittedly it was busy but there was no sense of a personal service. I'd expect more of such a hotel.
Overall though, its a nice place.
Y. V.
Great facilities, inspiring decor and friendly service. My 'studio' room had plenty of space and all the right amenities.
Really pleased with this hotel and I will certainly be coming back. Highly recommended!
J. M.
Great place to meet and party, easily accessible to all areas of London
C. L.
Location is EVERYTHING. You are in walking distance to landmarks, shopping, clubs, pubs and restaurants. This made enjoying London so much easier not having to worry about transportation. Staff at the hotel were amazing. They came right up to my room within minutes when I couldn't figure out my TV. The bar and restaurant inside the hotel are posh and decently priced. We used the pool after 8pm (no children after 8pm yay!) and it was a nice chilled out vibe. Love how the pool is illuminated. I'd definitely come again.
J. H.
Great one night stay - highlights being attentive staff and good dining experience in the Brasserie. However, it’s so disappointing that a company of this size in the hospitality industry can not get with the sustainability agenda. Single use plastic bottles in rooms, single use plastic cups in the pool area, products containing palm oil without any mention of being from a certified source. Come on Radisson - be a leader, not a latecomer to this issue!
J. “. J. C.
We had a good stay, would recommend the three bedded rooms.
A. N.
Fantastic hotel with amazing service. Great views over London. Couldn't have been looked after any better. Rooms have everything you need - even a birthday cake waiting for my daughter when we arrived. Service is impeccable. Perfectly situated in the centre of London easy access to tube station but within walking distance of many attractions. Will definitely book in again on our next trip.
K. J.
This hotel is lovely. It's beautiful from the outside as well as the inside. The staff is so friendly and helpful as well. Our room is lovely and well worth the price, with a beautiful view of the London Eye and Thames through the windows. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff has been attentive to any requests we have made. There is also a spa, which we have yet to try, and multiple restaurants and a coffee shop right inside or by the hotel. I definitely recommend this to anyone wishing for a lovely hotel experience in London.
P.
Stayed at this hotel many times before. At the moment facilities are Covid limited so its not as good as usual, but they are doing well within the limits, similar to other hotels.
Let down by a rude security guard at the entrance. If the hotel really needs to check proof of booking at the entrance as well as at reception, they shouldnt subcontract the job to some unemployed nightclub bouncer.

Great location
Very corporate. Attention to guests individuality was lacking. Spent 30 minutes out of hours to Phillip one's call centre and still did not get my query …
H. S. H. (.
Right in the middle of it. Close to Big Ben, Westminster tube station and London eye. This is a fresh and upscale hotel. Spotless room, two restaurants and a bar. Breakfast is fine, nothing spectacular.
Really a nice hotel centrally located.
One small thing that does not impose a problem but is a nuisance. The room has a high tech dimmer box which let you set the mood of the room. When you turn the room lights off, the power outlet next the bed where any sane person would charge their phone is left without power.
N. G.
The room service was friendly and the location was the nicest in England. At the end of the street by the river, Big Ben, and the house of parliament. Was given a huge room with room service, assess to restaurants with views, mini fridge, huge bed, loads of amenities. Really affordable. Worth the money and more. The room was fantastic, fun place to be for visitors. Made a missed flight's day not so bad.

Amazing hotel! Perfect location. It is so close to central and I was looking at Big Ben through my room. The staff are great. Especially the Concierge service who recommended me the nicest restaurants I've ever been to and great places that you would never find on a tourist map. They provided me with all the tickets for shows, attractions, marvellous seats at a football match and also arranged my car to the airport. On the down side, the hotel is quite dark inside and I'm not a fan of the in-facing rooms so changed my room facing outside and I was blown away. It was spectacular. The spa, gym and swimming pool are beautiful and so relaxing. Throughout my stay the staff really took care of us. I felt special and time and time again they remembered my name. I would highly recommended this hotel to anyone. It's not as expensive as I thought and I will definitely continue returning back to this hotel
吳.
Excellent location, the room is clean and comfortable as it should be. There’s security check after 11pm for entering the building, which is a nice thing. Would recommend staying here if you don’t mind the price. The reason I am giving a four-star is because of this bizarre piece of art next to my bed... it’s a little creepy when you turn the lights off..
L. G.
Excellent hotel, really lovely staf! This hotel has been supportive to NHS and staff from Guy's & St. Thomas' Hospital. Definitely I would recommend them
C. a.
Stayed here before, was lovely and still is. Great location, great service (free room upgrade!). Rooms are lovely and modern - very nicely done. TVs are a bit old and clunky but good enough. Breakfast was tasty and fast but seating was a bit cramped (we were sat on low comfy chairs - not easy to eat from) as the hotel was full. I'd advise using the valet parking that is based at the hotel (but different company who runs it) if you need to drive - £45 for 24hrs right from the door. 4 stars not 5 as there was a sewage smell on the reception floor - perhaps the water feature with stagnant water? Overall, would recommend.
f.
Location is great but the food and check in time could be greatly improved.
Would like to compliment the trainee, Rachael, that was assisting around the counter area on 06 Dec night (around 7pm). Had some query and needed assistance on my current booking (already checked in) and had approached her. She was friendly and provided prompt help.

Location, location, location. We came from Canada and spent 5 days with them, fantastic staff, (although one lady in guest services argued with me that I didn’t have a sofa bed in our room when I asked to have it made up, I did and eventually someone came and made it) View was grand and it was so quick and easy to get onto the underground.
Concierge desk very helpful, helped to book tickets to events.
A. K.
Stayed here for a night in April 2018. Good location, beside Waterloo Station and over the bridge from Westminster underground. Spacious room and generally quite stylish decor all around hotel. We didn't try the pool or gym - the pool has to be booked in advance, the gym is open around the clock. Breakfast was good and operated smoothly - no waiting in spite of a very high turnover of guests. I'd probably stay here again - it's near everything and not outrageously expensive :)

Beautiful Hotel, service is great in the middle of the vibrant City

I must commend this hotel and staff for the way they treated us, Salome who's in charge of the dining room, the breakfast was rich and the dining room was clean and aesthetic. Most especially Noelle the receptionist who was so gracious, kind and always smiling, she brought such light to our stay.
We will return for sure in our next trip to london.
k. a.
The room was nice and they cleaned the bathroom nicely everyday. However, they don't offer complimentary late checkout and would charge full price 10£/hour for an extra 30 minutes. Also, the staff is ok. Some are nice but some are really not, depending on who you talk to.
E. L.
My family of 4 stayed at this hotel for 4 days. The room was quite spacious, and the location of the hotel made it easy to travel to the London Parliament and Big Ben. However, my room's two beds were only twin size, which meant only 2 of my family members would fit in a bed. There was a couch bed inside the room, but it was EXTREMELY uncomfortable. It gave my parents a hard time to enjoy their sleep, which made me feel guilty because they wanted me and my sister to sleep on the beds. During busy room service times, there were times the staff forgot about my order. I don't normally order room service, so the delay did not bother me. I would simply like to state my experience to whoever consistency likes to order room service. Besides these few problems, my overall experience with the hotel was good; it is quite a nice hotel to pick for your trips to London!
A. A.
Really beautiful hotel and the room is so big. My concern would be with the hygiene since our room was a bit dirty in terms of dust or the shower was not clean properly.
B. M.
Very clean, staff we're brilliant and very accommodating, lovely room, punctual room service, have booked again for February, will never stay anywhere else in london from now on.
M. T.
Fantastic stay this Christmas at the park plaza. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, Oliver was very friendly, The room was spotless and had all of the amenities we required and more. I will highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again. Thank you to everyone at the park plaza.
J. N.
Our visit started out on the wrong foot as the room wasn't ready until late afternoon after we requested an early check-in. When we finally got into the room (junior suite), it was huge and had a great view of Parliament and Big Ben. The staff was very attentive, room service was prompt and the food was good. The location was great and in walking distance to may attractions. My only complaint about the hotel is the light switches in the room. We stayed three nights and it seemed like the switches did something different every time you pushed them. Other than that stupid complaint, I would highly recommend this property.
S. H.
Very nice modern hotel with a great range of bars resteruant and facilities. I was here for a conference and found the meeting rooms well light comfortable and well equipped. Staff extremely helpful and friendly and many transport links right on the doorstep. Reception is very impressive.
S. I.
Very modern hotel in a very central and convenient location. We stayed here for three nights last weekend to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday. Our room was immaculately clean and comfortable, with flawless housekeeping every day. The hotel's facilities were spot-on and we particularly enjoyed the bar area with old-fashioned table service and the live music each night, which was excellent and a real bonus. My only slight disappointment was that I did mention on my booking that we were there to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday and had asked if it would be possible to have a room with a nice view, but nothing was mentioned at check-in and no upgrades or treats were forthcoming. That would have been a nice gesture, but I guess for a hotel of this size we were just small fish in a very big pond! Despite that, we would definitely stay there again on our next visit to London.
C. F.
Staff were nice however the carpet was crawling with silverfish insects so couldn't leave even shoes on the floor. Disappointing considering its not a cheap hotel.
P. S.
Beautiful hotel. went to a wedding here. it was amazing. Pleasant Hotel staff, nice rooms. modern decor. The only downside Madhus did the food, which was way overpriced for what the guests received and was horrible. But the hotel and banqueting venue are amazing.
D. P.
We stayed at the Park Plaza Wesminster Bridge location for 5 days. The hotel itself is kinda fancy. At least for myself and my wife, we kinda felt like it was nicer than what we would normally stay in. However because of this we felt out of place. The staff was nice, but we constantly were getting "Looks" as we walked in from outside. It was that "You don't belong here" look. There was also a ton of conferences, so we kept walking in and out to people that were super dressed up in tux and suits and they always congregated by the front door. So we awkwardly had to push though these "Fancy Guest" to get to our room.
P. R.
Second time here with the family and another great stay. Rooms have a quality finish, clean and spacious for the four of us. Location is hard to beat - perfect for the attractions around Westminster, London eye etc. plus plenty of 20 minute action packed walks to some of the big sights. Family rooms we've had are 1 King bed and 1 double sofa bed with a clever room design that makes it as good as two separate bedrooms - TV, desk etc on each side. Breakfast worth the extra. Staff very attentive and courteous.
A. B.
1bedroom suite didn't have a bedroom door, and was too cramped with 2 adults and 2 children. Great location. Nice pool (small by North American standards). Staff seemed annoyed when we asked for 2 more towels in our room - we indicated 2 children on the reservation so why would asking for more towels annoy the front desk staff?
W. G.
We upgraded to a suite,15 fl. View is great, outdoor terrace, large rooms, 3 TVs, service throughout hotel, I think exceptional. And all speak English! Great food.short distance to nearly all Gov offices and sights . A walk to the local pubs worth it!
R. S.
Some amazing rooms with great views. Would recommend
J. C.
A large hotel venue, a bit complicated to navigate initially. However staff are very polite, helpful, and professional. My room was very impressive, clean, and well stocked. Concierge service were also very helpful and polite.
L. R.
Absolutely amazing fantastic feiendly staff my son did not want to leave as you can tell in the photo
W. B.
The room was nice but the description of the view was not quite what we got.
The housekeeping staff entered the room at 9 am to ask when we were leaving. Not quite professional and we we mentioned it to the front desk, they seemed indifferent.
Breakfast was meh. Runny eggs always kills it. Plus, you're herded downstairs to a large overcrowded ball room with bratty ass kids putting their grubby paws in places they should not.
The location is convenient to the sites.
The spa area is nice and the massage was very relaxing.
H. F.
Style-wise, brilliant. But the room we are in kind of smells strange, we got a smaller bed than we booked (plus a view on the opposite side of the building than the res said), and we had to request sheets for the hide-a-bed twice. I’m sure if we had paid for a better room it may be different, but I can only review what we experience.
I. W.
This hotel is incredible!! Very helpful staff at check in, lovely comfortable bed, great air conditioning, Elemis shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom (which had a bath AND a shower), amazing breakfast with a great view of Big Ben and Westmister, and in easy walking distance from London Waterloo. I felt very lucky that my boyfriend and I were there for our second anniversary.
D. B.
Excellent hotel.
Reasonably priced with a good buffet breakfast, very friendly staff and a short wall from the northern line.
Not as central as some London hotels but well served by rail links and the location was reflected in the price.
G. H.
Excellent Hotel Near Westminster Bridge. The hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious and very nice. The staff is super friendly. The breakfast (while a bit pricey) is very good. The bar restaurant they have is also really good and priced fair. They offer a great going green offer for hotel guests and is totally worth it and I wish more hotels would do this. The only downside is that even with 8 elevators it still took 5 minutes to get up to our room because waiting for an elevator took so long. Overall though we would definitely return to this hotel and we highly recommend it.
R. P. N.
I was impressed by the architecture and view in the executive suites. The musician hired though was too loud for the business meeting I was trying to have. It was an intrusion. Some live music is good, but keep the volume low
K. D.
I do like this hotel. The location is excellent being at the end of Westminster bridge and 5 min walk from Waterloo Station. The gym is quite well kitted out. Breakfast has a generous choice. The rooms vary, but are to a high specification.
P. B.
This is an excellent hotel in central London. Considering the location, rooms are very reasonably-priced here. Modern decor, decent-sized rooms, great breakfast, nice bar and an excellent location for major sights in London. Easy to walk to a tube station for access to everywhere you want to go. I've stayed here for both business and pleasure and would recommend it for both.

My fav Hotel really enjoyed my long weekend here beautiful rooms good value and great customer service

Such an
Amazing experience. The venue was very accommodating. It was our 10th anniversary and they were kind enough to offer a complimentary bottle of Prosecco and upgrade. Such an amazing stay with beautiful views.

Brilliant location, lovely looking hotel inside and out, friendly staff and a great buffet breakfast. As it was my birthday the hotel upgraded us free of charge to a suite and put a birthday cake and card in room was so impressed
and put a birthday cake and card in room so impressed

Great location and views. Very functional if you plan to go to nearby attractions like London Eye, Sea life Aquarium etc. But very pricey. Also, I chose them specially to get a view of Big Ben from my room. They only have studios facing the bridge, so it's expensive. Unfortunately, when I visited Big Ben was under repair, still the views, specially at night from the bed are breathtaking. Worth the money in terms of views and location.
Services, specially concierge are very slow, even though it was Novemeber, not a peak time. I got delayed to airport by 1.5 hours due to their delay in bringing my bags downstairs. That was disappointing.
But, in room experience and facilities, plus 5he views are worth the money. Definitely a must try, once.
M. S.
Nice big room. Breakfast is good. Room service is prompt menu can be better but what they have right now accounts for different type/age of guests. Overall stay is pleasant .

Great location. Walking distance from the eye of London and big Ben. 7 min walking from underground station. Rooms were very clean and beds very comfortable. Reception were not very friendly. The housekeeper was knocking on doors waking people up around 8 am asking them if they will be checking out that day. This was really bad and weird. Breakfast poor and very busy
R. G.
Absolutely loved this hotel it's very stunning and elegant. My suite was so comfortable and stylish and had a very sexy feel to it. The spa was amazing the aroma down there was so relaxing. Cannot wait to go back! Fantastic place to stay well worth the money
G. I.
Disappointed. An excellent hotel , let down by its staffing. Service wasn't poor, just slow and on occasion tedious. Not helped by the number of staff who's first language isn't English, who also struggle with accents. Worth paying the extra for executive lounge. Iconic view rooms come at a premium but do have excellent views of the cityscape. A few minor changes would easily allow me to give 5 star rating.
M. W.
Very nice room. Good shower. Nice towels. Comfortable bed. Possible to have the room very dark without any red lights or other problems to disturb your sleep
m.
Stayed here for one night in room 625 for a company event. The room had been booked weeks before, so no problems finding my booking. There was a bit of a queue for checking in, which continued to grow while I waited. I hope this is not normal at the Park Plaza. However, someone had the sense to open up a new check-in desk to help with the backlog, but other than that I had no real problems checking in.
Oddly I was allocated a disabled persons room. The door used a card system and on the door, it clearly states the the door opens automatically. I waited a few seconds for it to do so. Nada. I just ended up opening it the old school way.
Inside the room is immaculate and very spacious. A king sized bed, a desk to work on and a small sofa. There were what looked like network points, although I didn't try it out. I did however use the Wifi, which is not password protected. I'm a software engineer, so this kind of thing annoys me.
The bathroom was spacious with an almost full length mirror. All the usual toiletries were available including, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. The bath towel was lovely, soft and fluffy. Both the rom and bathroom and different lighting modes, from full on to dimmed. I usually appreciate the dimmed mode. Especially in the morning so I'm not being blinded by bright lights.
I had a really fantastic nights sleep. The bed was nice just the way I prefer, medium to firm with great soft pillows. There were two sets of curtains which no doubt helped my sleep. It was near pitch black with the lights off and curtains closed.
I came down for breakfast at 8am and was efficiently shown to a table and breakfast procedure was explained as I was being seated, including the different food options, which I thought was a very thoughtful.
Finally, check-out went much smoother than check-in despite there also being a long queue. This time reception staff went round the queues, asked a question or two to ascertain if a quick check out was possible.
Some of my comments are more nit-picking than anything else. Overall, I had an excellent one night stay. The staff were excellent, from reception to bar staff, breakfast staff and security.
R. B.
Rooms are modern but very dark. The doors are extremely heavy and a chair in our room was extensively damaged. I had requested a travel cot for our room and discussed at check in but we did not have one in the room. Great location and extremely helpful staff members.
D. B.
Stayed here any times , always been excellent.
A. U. K.
Great location, just across the House of Parliament and Big Ben. Waterloo station & London Eye only a few blocks away. Superb service and cleanliness. Attentive and professional staff. Very good breakfast with extra options menu. Stayed for 3 nights, will definitely come back. Highly recommend it.Nice

The hotel itself is lovely and the room was superb however the service left a little to be desired. During busy periods guests are limited to 30 minutes in the pool and are required to book ahead. This is not ideal when you can't use the pool until the early evening upon first check in, despite contacting the spa immediately. Not only that but they also accept visitors from outside, if they too have booked. I feel that during busy periods that this should be restricted somewhat. If the hotel included this information prior to arrival it would be helpful.
The location is great for the Southbank however it can be a lot of walking if you want to visit anything on the other side of the Thames.
J. S.
Stayed for two nights as part of a bus tour of Europe. Very convenient to the main touristy spots in London. The breakfast was very good and the service was quite attentive. Didn't get to try the pool but everything was first rate. The rooms were clean and didn't have to wait a long time for an elevator.

Great location. Staff upgraded us for free as honeymoon gift with view of London Eye and Big Ben. Helpful staff and very clean rooms. Breakfast served to the room was varied and looked and tasted fresh. Would most definitely come back.

Good venue/location. Clean and tidy. We stayed for two nights and they did not replenish tea/coffee and milk supplies!

Stayed here for a night in April 2018. Good location, beside Waterloo Station and over the bridge from Westminster underground. Spacious room and generally quite stylish decor all around hotel. We didn't try the pool or gym - the pool …

Big queues to check in and staff in no hurry at all

Lovely place to stay for a night or more, next to Westminster Palace and close to Waterloo, plenty to visit around. Nice and large rooms, excellent saunas, dry and wet, tasty food at the restaurant. Will comeback sometime!

A large hotel venue, a bit complicated to navigate initially. However staff are very polite, helpful, and professional. My room was very impressive, clean, and well stocked. Concierge service were also very helpful and polite.

A beautiful stunning hotel in the heart of London. Thank you for the fantastic stay we had. For the champagne left in the bedroom for my birthday and the lovely birthday card! Also for the stunning view we had at breakfast!! Kind and helpful staff.

Beautiful view and location, service was impeccable.

We stayed here for 3 nights in 2011 and it was excellent! Our room was an accessible one (which we did not specifically request but it was very good none the less) and had an excellent view out over the lobby area towards the Houses of Parliament. Overall we were really impressed and would definitely stay again.

Pleased with our room and the service received. Upon check-in, we had the pleasure of being served by Diana - she was amazing!
Only drawback was that the bedsheets smelt strange when we entered the room.
Great location, great food and spa.
Would recommend.

I stayed in this very busy hotel for 5 nights & had a very good experience
However, the check in experience wasn’t as good as I expected as I had to wait for almost half an hour to get to the check in counter, plus I had an issue with the room as soon as I checked in, the guest relations team were very helpful and got it sort it out for me, special thanks to Samantha for all her efforts to contain my anger 😃
Samantha upgraded me to a studio room which was very specious and the bed was very comfortable, the toilet was really good with lots of toiletries from ELEMIS 😍
The breakfast wasn’t included in my booking so I ordered it through the room service and every time I placed my order the food arrived in no time, the staff in the resturant were super responsive and the food got to my room very quickly.
Overall, I had a very good stay and due to its location being in the heart of Westminster’s main attractions and the tube stations I will recommend it to all my friends and family.

My husband and I with our two kids stayed in the twin studio room on the 12th floor. The view from our room was simply beautiful as it faced directly the westminster bridge and River Thames! Walks on the southbank, london eye, bus tours, sealife aquarium and so much more right outside the hotel!! The food we ordered in room service was fresh and delicious. We are already planning another trip!

I loved my visit to the hotel the beds were comfy we had a fridge and a microwave in the room and even English plugs, Europe plugs, Chinese plugs and MP3 plugs all in 1 long line. The breakfast was nice, one day we were on the lobby floor the next we were on -1 and they were both exactly the same breakfast loved the hot chocolate. Loved my 1st time at the hotel and the second evening I had tea there and I had chickaletta nuggets
(chicken nuggets) I love the hotel

It was generally very good. The service was friendly and we're very informative. The rooms were amazing, although the cables for chargers looked dangerous. We didn't have a very nice view, but that's not important. Overall, it was a decent stay.

A modern and well located hotel. Nevertheless, if you are unclucky as I was you might get a pretty dark room with windows heading to a wall of interior - claustrophobic. Obviously you can pay extra 25 or 50 pounds per day for a room with a view (yes, it's extra paid!). Breakfast was mediocre.
Generally speaking I didn't have a good time there and I didn't have chance rest properly. I believe the hotel it's better for company events rather than for a casual stay.

Beautiful lovely hotel had fantastic views x staff were out of this world couldn't do enough for you. Cocktails were a little bit pricey but didn't stop us. Staff speak all languages so good for all visitors from anywhere in the world. Central location so can get anywhere in london easily. Rooms were amazing. Can't wait to return.

Stayed here on Saturday for a work's night and I thought the hotel was very nice and modern. At 3:45 the fire alarm sounded for a second time telling us to exit asap, on doing so there was mass panic and no staff helping us. It was soon to become a false alarm much to all of us not very happy that early in the morning. The breakfast was nice. I just hope they get there evacuation procedure fine tuned.

Lovely hotel and rooms. Shame all the facilities were closed on our visit. So didn't get to experience everything in full.

Affordable luxury at amazing location
Rooms are clean spaxious modern and well thought out. The spa is just a dream and with 4 restaurants it's really a gem. This hotel always makes a wow impression and never fails to impress. A real gem in a city saturated with mediocre hotels. The Westminster Park Plaza stands out for all the right reasons. Ps they are wonderful in catering to children also. They present then with kiddie vouchers, a backpack crayons and welcome pack. Attention detail is superb. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is due to the delay in in room dining.. But overall a fab hotel.

Incredible views. We had a beautiful room with a big, comfy bed. Great service from the staff. Amazing exec lounge in the huge atrium looking right over the bridge to Elizabeth tower. Food was good too!

Location is perfect. London eye facing rooms are slightly more expensive. Breakfast is overpriced and average. Rooms are good and clean. Room service menu is very highly priced. Better off walking down the street and getting much cheaper food.

Attended beauty events 4 times here and was absolutely impressed with the staff of this venue!! Extremely helpful and approachable. The resort is always glamorous, always a pleasure to spend time here. Thank you

Great location, two restaurants on site and a cafe. Drop one star because on the the day of checking out the maid service knocked on our door at 9am (check out is at 12) also the bathrobes are heavily use; the one that I used the belt was almost completely ripped. Overall we had a great time here.

Rooms are lovely, especially if you get one with a good view. I did however find the whole hotel abit dark inside, not alot of natural light. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast buffet had a pretty good selection. They were abit slow with restocking the cooked breakfast buffet. All in all not bad experience.

Really lovely hotel and good location

I stayed in this hotel just for one night but I really liked it. The location is great, almost in front of the Big Ben, the room big and clean. The atmosphere very cosy and nice. I will definitely come back if I will need a room in the centre of London.

Lovely place to stay for a night or more, next to Westminster Palace and close to Waterloo, plenty to visit around. Nice and large rooms, excellent saunas, dry and wet, tasty food at the restaurant. Will comeback sometime!

This hotel is great! The atmosphere both internal and external are magnificent and the service too. Stanmir (house keeping), Manu (helps with luggage), Hassan (luggage), Catarino (helps with luggage)and Marcel (security) were all really helpful in particular, and all the staff are well-mannered, attentive and are friendly. The hotel has good food, the pastry selection is great, with a large quantity. The spa area is great, with a relatively large swimming pool, sauna, gym and spa. The hotel is in a great location; the London Eye is a 5-10 minute walk away and the hotel is surrounded by restaurants and other places like London Dungeon.
I highly recommend this hotel

Excellent location, quick Check- in, room with interior views but it was fine. Easy access to the underground and all the historical places. We had a nice evening in Brasserie Joel and some cocktail at primo. Live music in the back of the back with a good singer. we will repeat for sure

Great hotel. We had a suite, so there was plenty of space and it overlooked Parliament. Can't really say what normal rooms are like but I'm sure they'll be clean. It's the second time we've stayed here and cleanliness hasn't been an issue either time.
We had breakfast in the room to avoid the queues which was overall good. I do think the juice was from concentrate, which was a shame. Also the bacon was a bit hard but still tasty. Good quality sausages.
All staff we spoke to were so friendly.
The location is excellent. 5 mins walk from two undergrounds - Westminster and Waterloo. A few convenience stores and cafés in the area and the London Eye is just a one minute walk. Definitely worth staying.

Location was amazing, staff were very friendly, breakfast was good and the room was overall very good.
The plug socket by the bed was bent and couldn't be used, the shower water …

Fabulous place to stay and close to everything

Very convenient and well-equipped for large events.

Location was great, staff lovely but the room was dark and the decor (giant woman with a wedding veil and flowers on the main doors in the bedroom) was pretty bizarre. Worst thing was the lighting - small LEDs that you can no way put make up on using and in the reg rooms, windows didn't look outside, but to other dark rooms. Best was the shower - good pressure.

The room is spacious and has 2 LCD TV . My Wife and I can watch different channels . Staff is polite and friendly. We have a good experience staying at the hotel . The location is central and near to 2 stations . Waterloo and Westminster …

Fine enough. The hotel shows much better than the what we experienced in our 7 day stay.
It’s absolutely a wonderful location, close to Waterloo station, across the bridge from the Houses of Parliament, less than 2 min away from the London Eye, and soho is only a 15 min walk.
With that being said there were lots of broken things in our room, and generally there’s starting to be significant wear on chairs and such.
The spa is defiantly a 2 star spa. The pool area looks great in pictures but the amenities and staff do not reflect anything higher. The seat cushions are all deflated and worn, which is odd as such a relatively low cost to replace why not replace them and provide a better experience.
Overall this property reflects more of 3.5 star resort and not a 4 star.
I think next time we’d just book at the Marriott across the street.
A.
Good hotel with perfect location, quite busy hotel with many family guests.
Rooms are big with all the needed amenities
Cleaning was not on the level you expect from a 4 star hotel, very dusty spot light fixtures and ac filter not cleaned for months
Bathtub was also broken but the rest was OK
Will probably not stay here again thou

The location is great, and is very close to some very popular local attractions. Tourist buses are nearby. The hotel has a very nice pool, and a treatment spa. The room service team is efficient and always pleasant. The meals are fresh and varied, and creative options are available via the customer selecting from various ingredient choices. The rooms are clean and bright and the bathrooms are spotless. My suite view on level twelve was directly to the London Eye. The business centre and concierge teams are both very helpful and knowledgeable. The atrium/entrance is bright and welcoming and opens to various bar and meal outlets. My favourite was most definitely INCI - the Japanese food outlet. The food is fantastic! The cocktails are wonderful. And the desserts, very unique. I do feel the reception desk area requires quite a bit of improvement (by hotel management themselves). And better and more organised processes could be creatively found that efficiently directed customers to the right person/area via much better triaging processes. The mini-bar prices are - like most hotels - high and over-priced, and i suspect more profit from happier customers would be the outcome, if they were not. The customer service team is very helpful and they will readily act to help when approached. Claudia and Marton from the front desk team and customer service areas respectively, are outstanding. They both have my thanks for the very kind help they provided when needed - quickly, kindly, and fully. This is a great place to stay overall and my experience with the Raddisson chain in London (I've already stayed at five there, alone) and Australia, is always very good.

The rooms are big with good interiors and well positioned cot, reading table and toilet location. Furnishing are neat and clean. Staff is cooperative and kind . Restaurant is well located with good food and menu is end less. Menu for vegetarians can be updated further with few more options.

This is the 2nd time we have visited and its was just as good as the 1st time when we hot upgraded to the 1 bedroom suite.
The room was lovely as always a lovely view of big Ben and a surprise when we got to the room as it was my 40th. Balloons, cake, cheese and biscuits, flowers and sprinkles

Fantastically located hotel for a very reasonable price. Only stayed the one night but was a great stay, with friendly staff and an incredibly easy check-in/out. We had an internal view into the lobby, which was great. Didn't get a chance to go down to breakfast but was offered and good selection. Architecture within the rooms themselves was very stylish and 'chic'!

Not only were the rooms absolutely fabulous, the staff was top notch as well. When our tour company messed up our pick-up for the airport, it was the night manager who made us feel comfortable during our stay and finally got us straightened out. Good hotels run a dime a dozen in London, but service and staff is what truly garnered a 5 star review.
