C. K.This was such a gem to find and just perfect for what we needed. Ideally located close to the tube station and the venue we were visiting, and fantastic value for money, we had a large, private room with en-suite, fridge and kettle etc, work/desk space, sofa area and two twin beds. The room was clean and ready for our check in time at 12pm (earlier than most places).
We only stayed for one night and didn't use the communal kitchen or any facilities available outside of our room.
More space, better located, and cheaper than booking a hotel room.
J. L.Park Villa is a lovely hostel. The staff are very warm and friendly and the rooms are well laid out and have everything you need. I was in a private room for 2 weeks and it was a perfect home base while I searched for a flat and set myself up in London. If I had one complaint it would be the shower in my room tended to get clogged easily and I am not a fan of the single unit twist shower apparatus that was installed. Definitely a great hostel in a none tourist area of London. But also super easy to get anywhere from Park Villa.

p. j.Friendly place with helpful staff, good covid protocols. We had a private room, beds were really comfortable, room was clean and spacious with an en suite shower room. Recommend it if you need a short stay in the area, good value. Chilled out and quiet stay, no dramas.

A. V.I’m super happy with this hostel. The best hostel experience I’ve ever had. When I wanted to check-in, there was a technical issue and my room was fully booked (4-bed room). The management upgraded my booking to a private room without charging any extra money! They do their best to give you a great experience. Apart from that, the bed was very comfortable and clean. They clean the bathrooms regularly and there is always paper towel in the toilets. The breakfast is only 3 pound. You don’t need to wash you dishes! Just put them in the washing machine! The location is also very close to a tube station (Mile End – District line). Many shops and restaurants are around the hostel. In general, I do recommend this hostel. The lovely staff of the hostel make everything smooth.

Hostel is easy to reach on the central line and 5 mins walk from Mile End tube station, restaurants cafes and a CO-OP.
Some noise on the first night from drunk guests in the lobby, but it was resolved quickly.
Didn't use the kitchen but it looked very clean. Breakfast is £3 per day.

P.Not very covid safe, minimal mask enforcement/use, sometimes the kitchen is crowded by people staying at hostel and staff. Other than that it is perfect, space for bicycle parking good kitchen, nice beds, adequate storage good location.
I. L.stayed for almost 2 months. During my stay i made many new friends many of them were also staff and I was able to spend some time to know fellow guest and staff alike. Its a small place for a hostel so you might not get to socialize with as many people but your more likely to get to know people better here. This was my first hostel I've been to and to be honest I was not expecting much, but was happy to be wrong. the general crowd for guest are mostly considerate, and the facilities are more than adequate for me at least. The only issue is some rooms can get rather hot, I found room 1 to be kind of hot, fortunately for my stay this was not a big issue except one very hot day.
D. J.It's a nice, cosy hostel. Best part about this hostel is that beds are really comfortable, they have their own small cabinet that you can lock (it's small, so only phones and stuff can be locked), buy they have bigger ones too. Beds are covered with curtains, have their own lamps so that you van do your work there without disturbing.
They have a small get together area with a computer for general use and games and books. They have a kitchen and luggage room too.
Prices were reasonable.
Z. E.Great hostel for an amazing price. The beds were extremely comfortable (comfortable mattress topper, clean duvet) and the bathrooms were clean and neat. Other guests were nice and quiet as well. Breakfast is ok--just the standard toast + coffee, but for 3 GBP its a good option if you are trying to save some money.
Location is great as well--close to multiple tube lines and bus lines so it was a breeze to get around the entire city. The location also has grocery stores, a Starbucks, Nando's, and a cute boutique coffee shop as well. Highly recommend this hostel if looking for a cheap, quiet place to stay in Greater London.

C. Z.This place is probably the best hostel to stay in London. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and the old house is lovely. It's the many details that make a difference: Power adapters and padlocks to borrow for free, cute London-themed drawings on the walls, always available coffee and tea. The staff was very polite and helpful as well.
In general the atmosphere appeared to be rather calm and serene, the other guests tried their best to be as quiet as possible and to not disturb each other. I can and will definitely recommend this hostel.

A.The bed was really comfortable with a reading light, a socket, and a cabinet. under the bed there is a locker to put your luggage or stuff and they will give you a free bad lock if you ask about it. The staff were very friendly. The toilet and bathroom always clean. The location was not so good but it is acceptable. There is a lot of restaurants and coffee around the hostel such as KFC, Subway, Costa Caffee, Starbucks. Generally, I'm very satisfied to choose this hostel.
B. j.Loved every minute of my stay at Park Villa. The staff were very helpful and the other guests were friendly and respectful. Beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms had plenty of hot water and even complimentary soap! The hostel was nice and quiet in a quiet part of London as well. A great tranquil place to get away from the hustle and bustle of busy London. Nice and close to Mile End tube station which has great tube links to central London and all the places you could want to go. Plus very affordable!
M. W.An extremely friendly staff and a nice clean hostel. The rooms are kept in tip top shape and most importantly the beds are quite comfortable. The kitchenette is well equipped with burners, a microwave, a toaster, and a kettle. As well as dry storage and fridge space.
Just a short walk from the underground and a handful of bus stops. Shops right around the corner along with Mile End park.
I would happily stay here again.

J. d. T.A very nice, well facilitated hostel with friendly staff and super comfy beds. Is very close to the mile end tube station. Each bed has its own lamp, plug outlet, locker by the bed and under the bed and there is also a computer, common area and laundry room. A great hostel!
C. D.Great hostel to stay at in London. Comfortable beds with privacy curtains, reading lamp, outlet and fold out laptop desk. 5 people to a room maximum with a small breakfast included. Croissants, toast, cereal, milk and juice, peanut butter, jam and butter. Small kitchen with microwave, hot plate, toaster and all essentials to cook your own small meal if you want to cook. Bear in mind this hostel does not have air conditioning. I stayed here twice the first time was great as the weather was cool the second time it was extremely hot and the windows in room 2 only opened about 3 inches so the heat was unbearable. Keep the weather in mind when staying here. About a 5 minute walk to the closest tube station (mile end). There are also a few places to eat within walking distance.

Not to far from the hostel down Grove road there is a great fish and chips spot. Cool wall art at the reception of the hostel. The rooms are a bit smaller than your regular hostel but cozy and comfy nevertheless.

The kitchen is a little small but the continental breakfast was £3 and for that price was very good. I'd stay here again for the friendly atmosphere, good quality rooms and great location.

J.Park villa is an excellent place, very clean and quiet, the location is unbeatable, close to the park, underground station and central London, well-lit and ventilated rooms, with everything you need for a short or long stay, well-equipped kitchen, cozy spaces and the best of all are the people who work there, very dedicated and warm, they made me feel at home, and were very efficient solving problems and adapting quickly, without major complications....For me that is very important, especially if you travel alone, I really appreciated the good energy and would definitely return without thinking.

V. G.I've used hostels for many years. This is a gem. It's as if the person who designed the place has ironed out all the glitches which take the shine off hostel stays. Bunks are far more generously-sized than the norm and the bedding is super luxurious pure cotton. Oodles of showers and loos. Security is first-rate, with both a generous under-bed lockable space and a by-the-bed lockable cabinet which doubles as an over-bed tablet/laptop table, complete with charger. Kitchen is always clean. Freebies such as milk, juice, tea and espresso machine coffee set the welcoming tone. The location is terrific: bus stop is immediately outside the hostel, Mile End station just a few minutes' walk away. Heaps going on in the area: Victoria Park is gorgeous (voted one of the UK's top 10 favourite parks, and with a foodie's dream of a market every Sunday. Then there's Regent's canal with the scenic walk, lined prow to stern with houseboats. Lively Hackney, home to the Hackney Empire and London Fields Lido (50m outdoor heated pool, beloved of David Walliams no less) are just a short bus ride away, or if you're feeling like a stroll, you can do it in 20 mins. As for the staff at Park Villa..... Perfect. Perfect. Perfect.
M. G.They got very nice and helpful staff. It is the best hostel I've been to so far and they've raised the bar pretty high. It is very clean and nice place to be in. It has some cool and educational artworks painted on walls and ceilings. Kitchen is well equipped and breakfasts are worth extra few pounds. Everything there, is well organized and thought through. For example little things like soap dispensers and paper towels in bathrooms, or free socket adapters and padlocks for safe cabinets. WiFi is free, nice and fast. There is free Netflix on TV in the cosy lounge area. Hostel is located close to lovely park, subway station and mini market. It's definitely a place I want to visit again.

Sub is not far from the place, just 3-4 minutes walking, and also there's a bus station, it's a nice area with a new grocery stores and cafes and restaurants. Wi-Fi ia good, there was always a warm and hot water if you want, kitchen is fully equipped, there are always kitchen utensils available. You also have a personal space, no one will bother you if you just hang the curtains on your bed. Rooms are quite, there's no parties, and all guys and girls working there are super nice, friendly and always ready to help!

L.This hostel is a gem in London and has rightly been awarded best hostel in England. Quiet, comfortable, all around good deal.
Come here to stay near the city center without breaking the bank. Staff, rooms and facilities are great. Improvement is possible surrounding breakfast, but that's a minor gripe.
- Staff is fantastic. Any request is taken seriously with a "can do, will do attitude"
- Wi-Fi is super fast (plenty to steam video at 1080p) so watching Netflix in bed before sleep is possible.
- Rooms are comfy, and curtains around bunk beds make it feel you really have your own little cocoon, and quality pillows and mattresses help significantly.
- Rooms are quiet, and this is no party hostel, so night rest is uninterrupted.
- Every bed has its own wall plug in a locker (to charge your phone and store your valuables), which is locked with a padlock that you can loan for free from reception. Additionally, under the beds you can lock away a carry-on or backpack (another padlock)
- Facilities are roomy and clean.
- Common room tricked out with a shared PC and Smart TV with netflix.

The room is very clean, warm, safe. The bathroom was divided only by us 5. The bathroom was cleaned every day.
Adpatadores lent to the chips, provided bath towels for each.
The breakfast was good, croissants, orange juice, coffee, toast, jam, butter.
Transportation near the hostel, bus nrº 25 and also underground mile end, red line named central.
If you visit London again, I go back to this hostel for sure. I recommend to everyone!

I stayed in a mixed dormitory for 8 people.
Transportation is very close from Milestone Station, and there is a stop right in front of the hostel, so it was easy to get around.
The accommodation environment is much more pleasant and quiet than expected, with individual curtains and lighting installed for each bed,
I was able to stay very comfortably with a charging outlet.
The staff are friendly and they use the shower
There were no other difficulties.
This is my 3rd visit to the UK and I would definitely recommend this place if I come again next time, or if someone of my acquaintances is looking for accommodation in the UK.

8인실 혼성도미토리에서 묵었습니다.
교통은 마일스톤역에서 굉장히 가깝고, 숙소 바로 앞에 정류장이 있어 편하게 이동하며 다닐 수 있었습니다.
숙소 환경은 생각보다 굉장히 쾌적하고 조용하고 침대마다 설치된 개별커튼과 조명등,
충전 콘센트 등으로 아주 편하게 묵을 수 있었습니다.
직원분들도 친절하시고 샤워시설 사용하는데도
별 다른 어려움 없었습니다.
제가 영국은 3번째 방문인데 다음에도 오게 된다면, 아니면 지인 중 누군가 영국에서 묵을 숙소를 찾는다면 단연 이 곳을 추천드리고 싶습니다.^^

Los encargados del hotel nos atendieron en todo lo que necesitamos y nos ayudaron siempre que hizo falta, además de ser unas personas encantadoras. Niestety trzy gwiazdki gdyż po hostelu reklamującym się jako najlepszym w Anglii spodziewałem się, powiem szczerze, luksusu. Obsługa nienajgorsza choć mało pomocna w np. poleceniu lokali kulinarnych. Na brak łazienek nie można narzekać w tym jedna w pokoju wieloosobowym, w którym nocowałem. W pokoju trzy piętrowe łóżka dla obydwu płci, w którym panował zaduch. Czystość 4/5. Była to moja pierwsza i ostatnia przygoda z hostelami- moja ocena jest tylko moją własną, prywatną oceną. Pozdrawiam

The friendly staff was immediately made available from the moment of booking we reserve a big 8-bedded room divided into two rooms (Room 7 to which they added a bed) with bathroom inside the room. All brand new and very clean: with wooden floor. The hostel has a full kitchen with induction hobs, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, two refrigerators. Siamo stati in questo ostello lo scorso week end: eravamo 4 mamme con 4 figlie di 10 anni. Lo staff gentilissimo si è subito reso disponibile sin dal momento della prenotazione riservandoci una grande camera a 8 letti divisa in due stanze (camera da 7 a cui hanno aggiunto un letto) con bagno all'interno della camera. All'arrivo ti fanno trovare degli asciugamani morbidi e profumati.
Tutto nuovissimo e pulitissimo: con pavimento di legno. L'ostello è dotato di una cucina completa di piastre a induzione, bollitore, tostapane, lavastoviglie, due frigoriferi. Per la prima colazione, inclusa nel prezzo, vengono messi a disposizione: caffè, latte, tè, succhi, pane, uova, marmellata, burro di arachidi, burro, miele, brioches. Affidata agli ospiti la preparazione. L'ostello ha anche una sala relax con TV e giochi e una lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice. E' posto al confine tra la zona 1 e 2, vicinissimo alla fermata Metrò Mile End (credo 300 mt), dove passa tra le altre la linea rossa (central line). Molto tranquilla la zona dove ci sono supermercati e ristoranti. Lo consiglio a tutti, anche alle famiglie con figli, considerato che chiedendo possono riservare una stanza ad uso esclusivo pagando per gli eventuali letti che non occupi. Credo che anche in tal caso sia più conveniente di un hotel.
Superlativo lo staff che fa servizio di sorveglianza 24h su 24 ed è pronto con consigli e servizi di prenotazione on line. Ottimo il collegamento wireless con rete velocissima. Concludendo non saprei trovare un aspetto da migliorare.
