The staff are great. Naomi deserves a special mention for her professional work ethic and making me feel as if I was at home.
The room I had was very spacious, it included a king size bed, large sofa, a wide desk with a huge TV, and a couple of miscellaneous pieces of furniture.
The breakfast was decent too. £14.95 for a buffet. A large array of cold options and also hot food (full English breakfast).

This will be our 3rd visit now. It’s a clean and pleasant and very well located Hotel that seems to be a bargain find for a last min London dash. We’ve only done the bed and breakfast option and it’s a standard if not mediocre buffet affair. In all, a little tired but value and decent size rooms.

A great place to stay. Great price for a well positioned hotel in London. The staff really do recognise people who return, and it's nice to be greeted by name! Just opposite Battersea Park which is a beautiful park. I love to run, and laps of this are well worth repeating. I'd have to dig deep to find any criticism of this place, and only snobs would worry about the fact that this morning, my mineral water in the fridge wasn't replaced...
A. G. F.
Great location, but don't expect any nice views.
Avoid rooms ending in 1 to 5 since they face the railway tracks, which are really noisy.
Fair breakfast and good rooms. Fancy lighting and window in the bathroom.
劉.
Modern building outlook, lived for 4 nights in November 2019, definitely nice place with warm people. The room was clean and comfortable. Not to mentioned they offer the good water- Hildon mineral water. Will recommend to my friends.

Nice location however spa facilities are closed for over a month now and I was not advised until arriving at the hotel, if I was aware I could of planned my trip better

Lovely place to stay! Rooms are spacious, clean, and the beds are huge! Iron and ironing board available on request and lovely breakfast in the morning. Staff were lovely♥️
M. H.
Clean hotel rooms with comfortable beds.
Petsana is in a convenient location right by the park where you can enjoy a stroll or a picnic.
The hotel staff are extremely helpful and friendly and catered to all our needs during our stay. The breakfast has a wide variety ranging from cold meats, to full cooked fry up, down to fruits and pastries.
Comfy beds, good shower and nice bath tub.
Parking is just next door and very secure, expect to pay ~£30 per 24hrs.
Dropping a star for the lack of iron and board in the room which should be in a 4* room.

Great location, good quality hotel rooms, excellent food and staff all made for a pleasant stay
J. R.
Lovely hotel with comfortable rooms and beds. Breakfast was plentiful and great quality with a wide choice available. Even numbered rooms look out over park whilst odd numbered have views of Battersea and the railway.

Me and my partner really enjoyed our stay. The room was big and bed was comfy. There was a shower and a bath in the bathroom which was unusual but a nice touch. There were stains (looked like makeup) on the sofa, wall and curtains but other than that the room was very clean. We had breakfast one morning which was nice, but I wouldn't say was quite worth the amount of money it cost. Unfortunately the spa and pool were not open during our stay due to covid so I can't comment on this.

Lovely room . I asked for an iron and they quickly got housekeeping on it . Breakfast lovely but the serving staff don't look happy at their work . Very nice stay .

Nice hotel, but definitely feeling tired in places. The reception staff were brilliant and really helpful.

Good 4star hotel. We had a family room. Plenty of space here. Decent WiFi and desk space meant doing some work in the room was fine too.
Friendly staff. Feels COVID safe. I liked the room being sealed after cleaning.
The soundproofing could be better. The front door, being near a lift, meant you could hear conversations outside quite easily.
The queen size bed was good, too soft for my personal preference, but my wife liked it.
Bathroom had separate bath and large shower which is good. Corded phone next to the toilet as well - essential these days 😂
The bar prices are a touch high - £5 for a bottle of becks blue. But I guess it is London and a hotel :)
If you have a car then you’ll need to park next door. It’s about £25 for the night.
All in all though, this is clean friendly good value and recommended hotel which I’d happily stay at again.

Fairly average looking hotel. Next to the power station building site, the railway line and the dog's home- luckily the double glazing was good. No Netflix, iplayer, Now or Amazon on the TV- a real shame. Good location when the power station project is finished. Also, we were asked to pay for the room we'd already paid for on Booking.com. After checking emails we called reception and we were refunded one transaction.
S. L.
I felt very safe as a solo traveller , breakfast options were plenty and the staff was very helpful. I fully recommend this hotel .
N. S.
Great location, reasonably priced for central London, very friendly staff. Drawbacks, carpark is a bit pricey, and the bar closes quite early.
a.
Amazingly cool room and bath, comfy beds and reasonably priced parking nearby.
No room service or dinner options.
D.
I guess covid has dealt a huge blow to this industry in general - no room service, no staff to help with luggage, kitchen closes very early, etc. The little staff on site were nice though.

I visited the Pestana on the 11th June. The staff were really nice, the breakfast was tasty too, I'd go again just for the pancakes.
However the hotel wasn't as nice as I had thought it would be especially for a 4 star hotel, it wasn't as luxurious as described.
It seems as though the room I stayed in may had been cleaned and sealed a while ago, but had not been cleaned before my arrival so it was quite dusty. I noticed when I turned the air conditioning on and had a mini coughing fit. There was dust in the corners and on top of the teacups, teabags and the little welcome biscuits.
I wouldn't have left a review at all but the biggest let down was that the pool, sauna, steam room and spa were closed for the duration if my stay. That was one of the main reasons that I booked the hotel.
I didn't receive any email communications to say that the spa would remain closed after May 17th so assumed it would be available during my stay, but this was not sent in the reminder emails.
When I asked the person on reception why this had not been communicated to me they proceeded to keep repeating that the price I paid would have been adjusted for that reason. I would have paid that bit more and stayed at another hotel with open spa facilities.

We have been a couple of times and it just gets better.
Lovely staff and rooms.
K. S.
A nice clean hotel. The rooms are lovely. Well worth a stay.
A. S.
Hotel is ok, clean, decent breakfast but location is not ideal for tube travel as the nearest station is around a 15 min walk away.
F. H. (.
I stayed in this Hotel for about a week. The rooms where very nice and clean and the breakfest buffet was excellent. If i ever travel to london again i would stay here any time.

We spent our wedding nights here in Pestana Chelsea London last October 2020 and had our wedding reception there too since it is 5mins away from our wedding ceremony venue.
Everything was absolutely pleasant 🥰 - our room had roses in bed & congratulatory chocolates + free champagne bottle. The best experience was with the hotel staff - everyone from the reception, lounge & breakfast seemed aware that we are the couple who’s getting married. We could not be more grateful that everything went well. Hotel is clean, staff were professional and accommodating in all our requests. We intend to go back here every year and definitely recommend Pestana Hotels to our friends and families 💖 Kudos to the staff! 👏👏
S. D.
Hotel is lovely. Reception staff pleasant and helpful. The room was a good size with a nice big bed. Shower was powerful and the bathroom clean. Spa was a little run down in the corners but overall not bad. Steam room sauna and a small pool were good.
The only down was when asking for an iron it took 40 minutes to arrive. I called back during this time to ask again. When the iron arrived the bottom was dirty and blackened my shirt. Just as I was about to call and ask for another iron, the door knocked with another iron! As I had asked twice, they were bringing two! Overall, wasn't a major issue and we were only a few minutes late for dinner.
Not quite a five star but a good hotel and nice stay

My husband and I stayed at this hotel on our wedding night. They didn't go out of their way to make the evening more memorable. Also breakfast the next morning was very slow, I was eating my food whilst my husband was waiting for his breakfast.
T. M.
It was good though the TV was not working. However we were offered complimentary drink vouchers which we couldn't use as you can only use them at specified times
R. D.
The room was big and had a bath and shower and sofa Down side the tv was small the beds were two singles separate instead of 1 large bed and the pool was closed
J. C.
Very nice hotel. Very pleasant room, clean and quiet with controllable air con. Breakfast was very busy ,I did go at a popular time I guess (8.30) but I got a table ok. Pretty typical buffet breakfast usual range of stuff. Bus stop not far but a 20 min walk to sloan square underground. I liked the hotel overall.
A. B.
Hard to fully review a hotel at the moment but this property is pretty solid. Nice rooms, good location and staff (other than the bar staff) were friendly and helpful.
S. B.
Modern, clean and spacious rooms with ample storage and room safes. Reception seemed dim and unwelcoming and the bar wasn't open for us to have our complimentary preseco but room service redeemed the situation. Handy for local bus routes and about a ten minute stroll from mainline rail although check the stations are open for any Sunday service! Battersea Brewery is about 5 minutes away as is our recommend curry House, The Cinnamon Kitchen.
M. B.
Beautiful hotel, we loved our stay. It's location was great just a few steps to bus stop that took us all over, and the market shop was very handy. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool and spa area really made our holiday relaxing. Our room was clean and well cared for by housekeeping.
S. H.
Parts of the hotel could definitely do with revamp. The staff friendly and helpful
R. I.
This is a very nice hotel. Stayed here after our works Christmas party. The room was very nice as is the bar area. Breakfast was good too and it was great to use the pool and steam room. Our bash was just across Battersea Park and so the location was great. A definite yes from me and would stay again.
S. o.
Very nice as always. Great location and very nice staff.
k. W.
Room was amazing, the hotel was lovely and clean. What let it down for me was the breakfast. After being seated we where offered tea or coffee, our coffee was forgotten. We where never told what was available to order, people had toast and omelets. The actual hot breakfast buffet was cold and so was the toast when we finally worked out we had to order the toast. A little let down in the morning really.
M. H.
Good hotel. View is limited to train track. But otherwise staff are pleasant. Food quality is quite good. Selection of food available for breakfast is wide. Late night room service menu is decent. Location is good for Battersea power station and park but lacks decent transport links to the rest of London without a cab or bus.
M. S.
Excellent stay to be fair. Superb breakfast,loved the fruits selection;
The room was sparkling clean, spatious and had a nice view...massage superb aswell, many thanks (so sorry I cannot remember her name, she is preciouss really).
Only bad thing was the 24hr room service. Our pizza wasn't fully cooked so not very tasty...
K. H.
Superb hotel with friendly staff. Lovely breakfast and good dinner. A small, but nice gym and a great pool. Very nice room, a bit stiff bed, but makes up for it with a big bathtub. Had a great stay! Close to public transport.
E. A.
I have stayed here many time since this hotel opened. The staff are very helpful and friendly, many of them remember me from previous visits. Good rooms and bathrooms. Wonderful breakfast and a relaxed evening service of quality food. We will be back again soon. Thank you all.
A. M.
Clean and beautiful room. The pool and spa facilities are stunning... but the gym is a let-down. It's a bedroom, with the bed removed 🤣 . Dumbbells go up to 10kg which is quite inadequate really. Holiday Inn realised long ago guests want up to 30kg. There's a cute high-end 'corner shop' 20 yards away too should you need M&Ms.
L. E.
Lovely room, it is very spacious and clean. Furnished with a large bed and sofa. Bath and shower. However the room lacked basic necessities like an ironing board and needs to be requested. I had an issue where I was informed that they 'do not have any spare. The issue was resolved within an hour but only after some chasing, leaving a sour taste on the stay and me late for work. The hotel has a gym & spa, the gym itself it small and lacking in equipment and weights (10kg max). The location of the hotel is rather poor as it is a distance away from any major underground route and requires a walk to get to anything in a station but the stop is not too far. There is also a garden park directly next to the hotel which is great on a sunny day.
D. W.
I was in London for business and was booked in by the company as it was the most reasonably priced for my two night stop. The hotel itself is very well presented, the room extremely comfortable and staff wonderfully helpful. I unfortunately only ended up stopping for one night so did not get chance to use the spa and gym however was told they are excellent from another guest. The food in the restaurant was excellent yet reasonably priced, my only criticism is the menu was slightly limited. The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to help. Very happy with the stay and particularly the service from the staff.
F. R.
Hotel is beautiful but a bit on the pricey side. Rooms are great looking with little features such as a waterfall shower, blue lights and a couch.
Room service takes forever and the food is not that great. Overall a pleasant stay but I wouldn’t eat there.
D. R.
Rooms have ample space and are very clean, with all the usual features. Bathrooms unusually have a separate shower unit as well as a full size bath.
Facilities include a gym of floor 2 and a spa on floor -1. The gym is small but has tv, water machine, toilet & shower, with 2 treadmills, cycle, rower & set of free weights 1-10kg. Spa includes small swimming pool, sauna, steam room and relaxation area. Spa and gym are both included in room price.
Restaurant was good and although menu is quite limited, the portions are bigger than you normally get in a hotel, so well worth the money.
Breakfast included waiter served orange juice and toast, so no need to queue at a toasting machine or drinks dispenser. With ample selection of continental offerings, fry up and fruits & yoghurt etc.
Only downside is there’s no underground station near to the hotel, so getting there will involve a hike or taxi from the nearest station.
A lot more on offer than most hotels, with a reasonable room price, so well worth 5 stars.

Absolutely stunning hotel on the other side of the Thames but still in the Chelsea borough. The spa is small but clean. The people are friendly, only minor was the pizza we have ordered was raw on the bottom. Apart of this the rooms are amazing with shower and bath tub. The queen master bed and the view from level 11 top

I had a 1 night stay booked in this hotel. The check-in consumed some time, as the system was down. However, I was given a free drink coupon to use at the bar until the team set up the system. About 30-45 mins later, I was called for a check-in. The rooms were tidy, huge, warm and cosy enough to have a restful night. I had a room with the bathroom view from the bedroom, I found that pretty interesting. It was very thoughtful to have a bathrobe, a couple of cookies and shower cap (which is not so common in other hotels). The staff was accommodating and gave us a warm welcome with a good smile always. Don't miss the king size breakfast with varied options in the menu. Breakfast was filling, plenty of drinks, nuts and other options to choose from. The service was impeccable. You can also make use of the Swimming Pool, GYM and SPA. There's a bar and the hotel restaurant, should you need any food or drinks during your stay. I would highly recommend this place for any type of traveller.

This is my 2nd stay in this hotel.
I like it .a bit distanced from the crowed but still central
The rooms are spacious and clean.
The spa becomes miserable. No one to clean it. No enough space to sit.
The breakfast is just ok.
The staff are helpfull

Great hotel. Fabulous location. Very friendly staff and very clean. Bedroom was comfortable and the bathroom nice. Great view over Battersea Dog's Home! Difficult to get a seat in the lounge due to a large conference. Breakfast nice, hot and plentiful. Great selection of bars and restaurants behind the hotel and under the old Battersea power station. Would definitely stay here again.
C. B.
Very nice staff delicious lunch and drinks and room is immaculate
J. N.
Brilliant, clean and comfortable hotel, feels more welcoming than direct competitors. Pool and spa are a huge bonus, breakfast is excellent and evening meal / room service rates are reasonable for London. Looking forward to my next visit. One downside is that public transport links are poor, there's no underground stations in the immediate vicinity.
A. B. (.
Great location. Conveniently located off Queenstown Road with many buses serving the area and right in front of the beautiful Battersea Park. Very comfortable and clean room, but the staff make this such a perfect place to stay.
Room rate is in line or competitive compared to what is on offer in the area. I hope I will have the chance to try the restaurant next time, and I will make sure to report on that.
For now, well-done everyone! And of course, I recommend it.
D. M.
My home away from home, have spent a lot of time here. Great friendly service; staff are always willing to help and if you are there offten take the time and effort to remember the food and drink you like. Good little pool and spa service on offer too. Rooms are always clean and tidy and are a good size. 😉
K. J.
From the moment of arrival to the moment of departure, Pestana Chelsea Hotel provides excellent comfort and service. The room was clean and bright with a lovely shower and fluffy pillows. The complementary facilities were beautiful. The staff were as helpful and friendly as could be - even allowing me to take an extra croissant from breakfast to eat on the coach home. Would recommend highly!!
S. G.
The staff was wonderful! We stayed in a one bedroom suite and it was quite lavish. The bed was a bit too firm, but the other furniture was great. I will definitely stay at this chain again in the future.
A. M.
The spa is extremely lacking. It is a pool for all ages with the ambient lighting and a few loungers. There is not enough lounging area to accommodate the amount of people that attend the spa. Definitely the worst spa I have been to. The breakfast buffet is good. Friendly and dining staff.
Spa - 1/5
Hotel 4-5
A. B.
Rooms are great. Service can be slow and not much choice in the restaurant. There is more food choices in the bar which makes no sense. The spa and pool are amazing and very relaxing. But overall a lovely hotel to stay in.
T. C.
I loved it as it was a treat and a special one too. Very clean place and excellent friendly service from all they staff so top marks to them. Compliments to the chef on the evening of 30th of July 2017. I must say if your stay comes with a free bottle of prosecco you won't be disappointed it was a very good bottle absolutely refreshing! The food was delicious. As for the Spa area it is a very relaxing area even though it is small They have a small pool, steam room and sauna which are really well kept and quite clean. There is a water machine available and refreshing teas upon request. Overall it was an excellent overnight stay.
B. G.
Splendid night in a spacious and comfortable room. The staff were very helpful throughout the whole stay. Be advised that the spa is very small. You find a pool to paddle about it, a steam room and a rather pokey sauna. We were there at around 4/5 on a Saturday and it wasn't all that busy.
M. A.
Used the spa facility with a friend. Enjoyed every moment of it. The only problem is the one changing area for both sex in which the lockers are located. Which means people have to queue behind waiting. Staff are very professional and welcoming. Spa is very clean.
S. P.
Neat and tidy rooms and friendly staff.
J. A.
Great staff, very helpful and friendly. Restaurant was also very good, quiet but excellent food and service. Room was very comfortable and clean. Car park next door was very convenient. Sauna, steam room and swimming pool were very welcome. Only missed 5 stars because of relatively poor public transport links. Highly recommended.
L. K.
Lovely hotel- room was spacious, beds comfortable, bar area was nice and staff and service were great at all times. Fantastic location if attending an event at Battersea Park.
W. M.
We went there with my whole family – parents, grandparents and children. The kids loved the pool area a lot, which is not a surprise. My parents liked the steam rooms the most, and me and my husband became fans of the saunas. We all were pleased with this particular family vacation of ours. Many thanks to the friendly staff.
V. L.
Very nice and stylish hotel! The rooms are modern and clean. A little bit far from public transport but still well located in London. The quality of the food and drinks is ok but still better than many other places in the UK. The personnel is very kind and helpful.
J. C.
Nicely done out. Lovely room. But breakfast experience had a lot too be desired; this ruined the stay for us. The Spa is also nicely done out but it is purely focused on hotel guests who have their rooms to get changed in and stuff; there are no facilities at the spa, so be aware those who use it after they have checked out...
S. A.
I was pleasantly surprised. I would stay here again. You won’t get very many smiling faces at from the hotel staff, but the service was good. The English breakfast I could do without. It was over priced and not to many options to suit my taste buds. There is a spa inside and a bar near the entrance that serves light bites. The hotel is in a great location. We were able to get to Buckingham Palace by cab in 10-15 minutes or less. The London Eye is close as well. If you don’t want to cab it, there is always Uber it the buses near by. At check out I did have to spend a few minutes correcting some billing errors, but the quickly corrected them and I was on my way.
M. D.
I would like to say thank you very much to staff. They had to deal with us for some time.
As my bf was a regular guest in Pestana, i used to stay with him. We had great fun and lots of memories. The service could improve a little bit- they keep saying that we can’t post anything to the room, I understand, because we didn’t pay the guarantee but for regular guests most of hotels make an exemption. Another thing is check-in. That was long time ago we stayed at the Pestana so hopefully it improved.
Advantages: THE BEST ROOM SERVICE PIZZA I HAVE EVER HAD. Well done. Being a pizza connoisseur (ahhahah) I loved that pizza!
Overall, I would like to say thank you very much for having us.
P.s. The picture shows our tent full of mud in a room. We had to put it up to let it dry. Big thanks to the person who had to clean the room afterwards. SORRY X
M. M.
I booked this hotel to celebrate my 12th wedding anniversary. From the time we arrived at the Pestana Chelsea Bridge Hotel we were welcomed very well and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed overnight and decided to have an meal in the lovely restaurant in the hotel. We could not fault it. The food was all lovely. (Well done Chef!) The staff could not do enough for us and I would like to that the guy who served us during our meal. He was from Italy and he advised us on wine selection and even though he was busy he made sure he had time to answer any questions we had. I hope you have a good future whatever you do. Will be going back again!! There are birthdays coming up!!
S. D.
Great facilities. Comfortable beds. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely spa with a small swimming pool, steam room and sauna. Breakfast is self served buffet, which is ok, but for the price I'd expect a traditional served breakfast with choice of egg.
H. A.
The hotel is very good. Location excellent. Prices aren't cheap, but you don't expect it to be cheap for such a hotel in such a location.
The rooms are clean and facilities are good. There is a swimming pool and spa in the basement. Didn't use them but it looks good.
Some staff at the reception are good, some are just robotic. The elderly African gentleman at the reception in the morning is a role model.
The worst are the restaurant staff. The restaurateur manager, a young East European lady was really curt when she welcomed me. It was as if she was reading the words of a script in a stern matronly tone to a naughty school kid. But her pleasantries were all out to the white couple and two white ladies that came before and after me.
I was decently dressed, as a business traveller I generally always am. I was polite and formal. The only reason I can then attribute her behaviour to is my skin colour. Maybe she likes only white people.
The rest of restaurant staff were all robotic. No one came to ask me what I wanted. I wasn't served coffee or tea. While others around me were getting juice, drinks and bread served, the worst service was reserved for the non whites in the restaurant. There was a Chinese girl in a table next to me. She was asking every staff to get served.
The hotel management would do well to look into this. Either train their staff about service or change them.
K. M.
Clean hotel. They have a swimming pool downstairs. Nice restaurant. Excellent customer service. Been there few times, never disappoints. Food is tasty and 5 star.
Y. S.
Friendly small hotel right by Chelsea Bridge and next door to Battersea. Room was clean functional and pleasing to the eye. Reception area rather like sitting in the middle of a busy thoroughfare, nowhere quiet to sit and talk, several noisy people shouting across our group.
We chose to eat In the bar. Very disappointing. I had the burger which was pretty horrid and overcooked. My friend had an average pizza 🍕. Breakfast in the restaurant was better so I reckon if that had been open it would have been a better bet for dinner.
M. S.
We love this hotel, the staff are so caring and courteous, especially in the breakfast restaurant.
Our room is spacious, bright and clean.
All of my special requests were met.
I recommend for its location too.
M. 1.
Firstly staff were very polite and welcoming. The room was nice and clean and smelt lovely. The whole experience including the spa and breakfast service was good.
T. M.
We have stayed ***y times and have always been happy with the service and comfort in this hotel. The rooms where very Morden and clean. In the morning breakfast was generous, hot and satisfying. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend if you want to not be in the centre.
A. S.
Most uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept on. Like lying on a slab of marble. Lucky the coffee was good. Such a shame as everything else was great- nice big room, spotlessly clean, great view, good service and good breakfast.
D. H.
We stayed only two days. Nice, clean and spacious room. Breakfast was decent. We were disappointed that kids were allowed in the pool only in certain hours. No slippers in the room.
S. W.
The location of the hotel is great, it is on the south side of Chelsea Bridge next to Battersea Power Station and Battersea Park. The hotel was central and walkable to Sloane Square, a favorite for great food and shopping.
I was exhausted from my flight, when I arrived the room wasn't ready. My suggestion, don't book a flight that arrives before 2 pm. The morning reception workers were not as friendly as the afternoon/evening reception workers. The morning reception workers were a bit snobby, seemed to be put out with questions.
The room was clean and comfortable. I did eat the breakfast buffet in the mornings. The food was excellent, along with the service. The evening menu was expensive and limited choices for dinner. The service wasn't as good as the morning staff. The dinner selections were average at best, as well as very expensive for what you got. I stayed at the hotel for seven nights, definitely will stay there on my next trip.
L. E.
Lovely room, lovely staff and a decent breakfast for a reasonable price.
Also a great location near to the battersea power station.
C. V.
It's a great hotel to stay at. The room aren't spectacular, but the beds are quite comfortable and the bathroom is big. The included breakfat buffet is amazing; lots of options and the quality of the food is fantastic.
T. M.
It's the people who work for the Pestana Chelsea Bridge Hotel which make this hotel so special. Rooms always clean. Rooms are comfortable but proximity to the railway for those with a room on the back disturbs sleep somewhat. The staff was friendly and helpful. Upon arriving we where welcomed with smiles and our check-in ran smoothly.
R. O.
The hotel is modern with great facilities. The front has views over Battersea park, while my room I the back overlooked the railway and the power station. The rooms are nice and quiet with double glazing and then a separate pane and the air conditioning works really well.
J. M.
Average hotel. Bar staff could use some manners. Here's a tip: listen to your customers when they are ordering food so you don't make a fool of yourself and have to ask them to repeat everything again. When taking payment, don't slam your customer's credit card on the bar. Hand it back nicely and say 'thank you'.

Hotel was good clean friendly had good time and no upsets weather was also brilliant

My boyfriend gave me a gift certificate to this spa centre for my birthday and only now I found the time to visit it. I’ve never been to a spa before and was more than impressed. Well, I have nothing to compare it with as far as facilities but the staff was really friendly. I had a relaxing massage and the lady that did it was very careful while doing it. I told her to be gentle since this was the first massage I ever had.
A. B.
Beautiful hotel with stunning rooms. I'd most certainly stay here again. Very friendly staff and very close to nice restaurants, shops & opposite the tube station.
Friendly professional staff who were very attentive.
k.
Very good hotel. Super breakfast buffet, great restaurant and bar. Indoor swimming pool, sauna and small gym. Kind and helpful staff. Room was big and had shower, bath and toilet.
A. A.
Excellent rooms which are very spacious (stayed for 3 days in a 3 person room). Literally next to the Battersea Park. Not in the centre of the tourist attraction but still close to everything you need.
Cons: The sofa bed was not comfortable and the bathroom had a window with the curtains on the outside, which was very odd.
Otherwise it was a very pleasant stay.
R. M.
Nice hotel, good sized rooms. Bar didn't k ow how to make basic cocktails like a Tom Collins. Breakfast was average, room service was over priced, claimed the "card machine was broken and I had to pay with cash" then I said I didn't have cash and suddenly the card machine appeared!
N. J.
Stayed here quite often. Very well appointed rooms, the gym is an added bonus. 20 min walk to Victoria, right opposite the park. Excellent hotel. Friendly staff
J. S.
Stayed here for our wedding anniversary.
Excellent customer service, spacious and cosy room.
Very tasty food and relaxing and enjoyable spa facilities.
Would definitely stay again.
M. D. H.
Very nice building. It took me a while to find it. The postcode took me behind the building which wasnt very helpful as the road at the end was blocked off aswell. A sign on the main road would have been helpful and saved me some time rather than having to call the client and get directions. Even after I got to the front, finding the actual building was even tougher and I was not able to use the intercom to enter through the car park. Signage throughout definitely needs to improve. But it was a very nice place.

Very nice hotel. 4 star that feels like a 5 star. The breakfast is very well done. Nice modern pool and spa. Rooms look modern and great interiors.
Recommend staying here without a doubt
S.
Nice hotel rooms but window in the toilet to the room...weird if you're chilling with a friend who's staying there
J. S.
Great breakfast! Friendly staff and nice rooms. We faced the train tracks which was rather dull but that's really the only con. No ironing board in the room but available on request.
J. G.
Was a very nice hotel. Enjoyed some time in the spa which was lovely, but it is on the small side. The room and en suite were very nice. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
T. M.
We booked this hotel for my birthday even though we only live ten minutes away; however it's nice to be away for the night. The tube is about 10 minute walk with little legs. A hotel room with an exercise bike in it-so unexpected. The lady in the Spa was lovely.
N. M.
Stayed here a few times and I really like it. Not as flash as other hotels but a little jem just at Battersea power station and a short walk to Westminster Abbey/Parliament and Knightsbridge through Sloane street. Very comfortable and modern hotel.
R. D.
Great rooms, service. Had good stays each time I’ve come here. Great breakfast too. Very friendly staff
T. M.
The Pestana is a great hotel to stay for business. The breakfast is not amazing but it has the basics. Great location, 10 minute walk and you are in Sloane Square. My request for a quiet room facing the park was granted, and our room was on the 10th floor.
R. O.
The rooms were perfectly fine. The front desk was a bit slow at check in. Strange situation at the bar where they take your credit card and put it behind the bar until you're finished. Maybe this is a London thing, not sure but wasn't comfortable with it.
B. Y. B.
I stayed for one night for a social event. Clean, well located, friendly staff and everything you'd expect for a hotel of this calibre, really. Breakfast was great - recommended for a break in London, though expensive at peak times - treat yourself!
J. R.
Stayed overnight for an event at Battersea Evolution, so from that point location excellent. Not so good for offer places though as quite a walk from train/tube stations. Hotel rooms clean and spacious, few minor repairs needed though. Only provide basic instant coffee and tea, not even decaf or fruit tea, with 4 UHT milk jiggers (yuk!) perhaps to persuade to buy coffee from bar? Good selection at breakfast though, with plenty of fresh coffee supplied.
M. G.
Great hotel but not having a train or tube nearby made traveling challenging. If you are not able to walk then this place is not for you. The service, rooms, and spa were excellent.
J. Q.
Lovely room on the 8th floor, very clean and well equipped. Our booking included breakfast, but what was and was not included was not clearly explained by the restaurant staff on the first morning. Reception staff extremely helpful.
S. G.
Room was nice and large, good size bath room.... Not much coffee available in room. Had breakfast in the morning, it was okay buffet style... Food didn't have much heat to it.
J. O.
Breakfast was amazing. The room was nice but we were let down by the heating system and a slamming door. Maintenance did fix the heating but did nothing about the slamming door
D. C.
As always Mr Pestana delivers a great hotel experience. Unfortunately the weather isn't as nice as his hotels in Madeira, but the rest is exact as you would expect from his chain. Oh and they serve Coral!
S. S.
Great hotel opposite Battersea Park
New Dogs Home
10 minute walk to King's Road
Walk is easier as the traffic is busy & you walk past Taxis & Ubers that left before you.
T. M.
Beautiful hotel set in the heart of Chelsea. A fantastic hotel with great staff in a great location for the city. Located around 10 min walk from Sloane Sq Tube station and acroos the road from Battersea park. Top tip: 137 bus stops over the road and goes all the way to Oxford Street or any bus will go to Sloane Square Station.
B. B.
Great hotel, I really recommend. Fantastic service, professional staff, delicious breakfast. I enjoyed my stay in Pestana very much.
N. N.
Excellent service. If you need an adapter, just ask it at the reception :) nice rooms. Unfortunately didn’t have time to try the spa.
L. L.
Have only visited for a Christmas party (well, two now) but found it well-presented and organised, with spotless facilities and very polite staff, who were always on hand to help people with enquiries.
Only sticking point for smokers is that the hotel entrance is overlooked by residential buildings, so smokers of an evening are only allowed outside in small groups and are reminded (politely but constantly) to keep the noise down by the staff, so as not to wake up the neighbours. Entirely reasonable given the location and I'm not a smoker so not taking off a star. But one to be aware of if you like a loud conversation with your cigarette during a drinking session or don't want to take turns going outside.
A. B.
Slow service that don't seep equipped or trained to deal with the amount of rooms they have. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Rooms were clean and as expected.
T. M.
Stayed at the Pestana Chelsea Bridge Hotel has a secure car park next to the hotel. The room was really really nice. Booked the room via website and the price we paid was well worth the stay. The location was a bit far away from touristic sites and there was a lot of construction work going on nearby.
R. C.
Upmarket hotel, with fairly upmarket prices to match - though one of my colleagues did get a decent 'weekend deal'. Well stocked bar, but expect 'upper London prices' for a round. Quite a way from the nearest tube station, but still a good place for a few days away
a. s.
Visited hotel in order to see Chelsea flower show. Excellent location, parking right next door, staff friendly and efficient, deluxe room comfortable and spacious, food and service excellent. Can't fault it, would definitely stay there again .
A. K.
One of my favourite hotels in London. The rooms are modern, clean and spacious and the location is close enough to the centre to not be too out of the way, but not right in the middle of the hussle and bussle.
R. H.
Lovely relaxing place to stay, great food and everyone is very friendly and helpful. Location could be a bit more central but only a few minutes walk from the station so no too much of a drawback. Would recommend.
S. P. O. D.
Wonderful hotel, also great for events. As a local photography company, we've photographed a lots of clients here and they have all been extremely happy with the staff and atmosphere. Highly recommend.
K. B.
Very comfy beds. Pool was a little small. Room was fully equipped - but had a large window between bathroom and bedroom that was a little strange.
C. M.
Food generally good, I would visit often if it were not for just the poor lighting in the bar and restaurant, leaves it fresh very cold/ depressing. A few candles on the tables, well placed spotlights would make the world of difference!
M. C.
Nice hotel good shower super comfy bed. Bit of a strange link window between bathroom and room but it did have a blind so not super wierd overall I enjoyed my stay here
C. B.
Great location just off Chelsea Bridge and Battersea Park. Good size room with plenty of space. Clean. Spa and pool looked lovely. Staff friendly and extremely helpful. Perfect for business or leisure.
L. T.
This is a great hotel on the south side of Chelsea Bridge next to Battersea Power Station and Battersea Park. The hotel is very clean and plush as you would expect from a four star London hotel. We had a great view of Battersea Park and South West London in the distance.
The room was really quiet and the bed was very comfortable. There was tea and coffee making facilities and a TV with an on demand Film service. The bathroom had a large shower and bath included, however the window between the bedroom and bathroom was a little weird for me and my partner! There was a blind to pull down so was fine.
We didn't eat at the hotel, as we had arrange to go into central London for dinner/breakfast. The nearest tube stations where a little walk, closest being Sloan Square (District/Circle Line) a 20 min walk or Vauxhall (Victoria Line) which is about 30 min walk.
Taxis where available from reception if you needed them. Underground Parking was also available if you decided to drive in.
Overall my partner and I had a great time and would definitely visit again.
O. M.
Staff are friendly and attentive, it has potential to be a very nice hotel if a bit more thought is put in. Lots of nice places to eat and drink in the nearby power station development.
P. C.
Very nice and clean hotel.
Next to a beautiful park
The main negative is that there is a window in the bathroom facing the bed. For couples maybe it is fine but for business trips it is not the best.
I. C.
Very nice hotel. Staff were very nice and helpful. Room and spa were both lovely. Highly recommended!
I. B.
A good hotel not too far away from Centre which always has good rates. Uses Groupon quite a lot to promote with god's discounted rates. Spa and pool a bonus.
S. D.
Really nice luxury place with very large rooms, modern bathroom with blue lights to get a cosy atmosphere, comfy beds and if you are lucky enough, splendid park view. Few minutes from a bus stop taking you to oxford street, hyde park or victoria station. Great continental or british breakfast. Free access to gymnasium and spa included with the room. Good service, but you have to speak english to be understood !
J. J.
Stayed in the Pestana a few times for business events at Battersea Evolution, Battersea Park. I have always found the reception and staff very welcoming. The rooms are large and comfortable. Breakfast and the bar area very good and accommodating. One slight niggle is the distance to the nearest tube, but there are taxis everywhere to make this easier.
N. S.
Hotel is nice but reception staff ruined my opinion abouth this hotel. Three times had asking about recipe, left three times note about my copmany name for the bill, nad did not got it, never! There are also other details to tell about it.
D. B.
Love this place. Luxury jewel just on the outskirts with easy access to Victoria. Pool and spa, lovely breakfast. What's not to like.
a. m.
Huge rooms, very comfortable, you can get really reasonable rates here at times too. London hotels can be a mixed bag but I found the Pestana Chelsea Bridge really good value. Check out the pool and sauna whilst there!
S. R.
Modern rooms, larger than you typically find in London; great value! And a great location if you're not afraid of a 3-stop bus ride from the Tube.
M. S.
Room nice and tidy . Everything worked reception friendly and efficient. Close to Chelsea and Battersea park. Good breakfast in the morning may well be back if staying in that area again
S. S.
Great Welcome. Comfortable and well furbished rooms plus very pleasant and polite staff have made this an enjoyable stay.
K. W.
Fine hotel with good staff and nice spa. Really decent breakfast. Situated close to Battersea park which is beautiful but the rest of the area is not the most fun, better to cross to bridge.
S. M.
Impressive service, great hotel. Super nice and clean. Was pleasantly surprised really. Would stay here again
P. S.
Great hotel with friendly staff. Food is good and our toddler loved it too. Nice walks in the park across the road too.
G. M.
Paid just over 100 GBP on lastminute as a secret hotel ("chelsea bridge pearl"), and for that money it is a fanstastically good hotel. Modern, really nicely finished, decently sized rooms, comfy beds, awesome rain shower. I also loved the view from my room, but I'm a sucker for Battersea Power Station, so it's very much a matter of personal taste. And while it's *right* beside the very busy train tracks running into Victoria Station, the glazing and soundproofing meant you would never know.
L. D.
Great location and great food. Not a lot of experience with this hotel but the newly refurbished venue compares very well with others from America.
M. S.
Loved it. Great hotel, clean, friendly staff in good location to restaurants and bars. Really enjoyed our stay.
Y. E.
Descent and clean rooms, breakfast is very basic and has minimal variety and no fresh juices!
C. D. R.
Top notch. Great spa pool and fat female moles in artificial light to Marvel at I would go again simply to be served coffee by the beautiful coffee serving wench
m. h.
Great hotel in the beautiful surroundings. Large rooms with great comfort. Helpful staff.
G. T.
Nice rooms, nice hotel. I stayed here for a work event although was bothered by internal post and prank calls to my room.
For that reason, I wouldn't stay here again.
f. k.
This is such a nice hotel. It has a good in everything. The food is good, the service is also good, the wiew too.
J. F.
Clean, quiet room... Amazing breakfast with options to suit everyone ...the staff were great ...we had a lovely stay...
a. T.
Clean quiet and well located to a growing community. Very cool new restaurant snlocated nearby in the Battersea power generating station. Water transit hub has also just located here which allows you to take the Thames River boats to your next destination via a picturesque path. Also, pretty impressive redevelopment to see taking place on England's largest brick building and next door to Battersea park. I enjoy this location and will return. Pics are of the fancy redevelopment work nearby. Noise is not an issue but something you should definitely take a walk by...like wow people.
P.
Went there for a business meeting and the staff were amazing. Very professional and up market. The staff made the hotel special for my stay. Im looking forward to coming back!
f. A.
hotel was just ok they had no room service
P.
Nice hotel, great bar. Try their gigsn and tonic range. Plus right next to battersea park so great for a walk after eating in their restaurant, access is pretty easy too. Has an outside area too.
S. B.
Just Ok. Bar food quite nice. Bed very uncomfortable and lots of train noise in room. In roin biscuits were soft. No rush back.
L.
Just one word: Pure awesomeness. The food, especially the dinner is excellent. The room is also pretty nice. See you next year!
P. Q.
Reasonably convenient for exploring London but a clean, modern hotel on the edge of what was Battersea Power Station. There is a lot of development in this part of the city. Battersea Park is opposite. Rooms are well appointed and well maintained.
A. O.
Comfortable Hotel very friendly and central to all places in London. The atmosphere very good. Close to River Thames very good in the summer I should think.
A. M.
Very beautiful, clean and elegant place. The SPA is absolutely wonderful. The service is amazing and everybody are very kind. I didn't want to leave the place! I gonna come back for sure
R. D.
Great location. Lovely rooms, great atmosphere and a very warm welcome from staff very part of the day.
H. Z.
Great hotel. Really clean. Great staff. Nice little spa as well
a. l.
Very cosy and comfortable hotel, with helpful staff and at a good location, near the Battersea station. Would definitely come back, if I had the chance.
n. h.
Hotel easy to find from Victoria Station and is a good 20 minute walk. Staff are friendly. I was disappointed with the bar food service it was slow.
M. V.
Loved the hotel and the location! The only unfortunate thing was that they do not allow kids at the hotel pool after certain hours... my 5 yo was disappointed...
J. D.
It's a lovely hotel just a 15 min walk from Victoria. Rooms are spacious and clean.
E. O.
Lovely location. The staff were very polite and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
P. D.
Great rooms, price was very reasonable as were hotel bar prices.
A. J.
Wow ....what an amazing hotel . staff are so friendly and welcoming ... Rooms out this world ....breakfast amazing ..safe to say I loved this hotel
S. J.
Amazing Hotel and customer service by staff very understanding and professional
I booked a room and was cancelled later by the agency who messed up my booking the hotel was very understanding of this situation and upgraded me to a 1 bed suite 1202 5* Room
Only downfall of this hotel is the security man he is very rude and comes across unprofessional 0*
M. M.
Very nice hotel with good rooms. Great location with buses stopping A 2 minute walk away.
A. L.
Lovely hotel, staff are friendly and helpful. Glass bathroom mirror which proves pointless and if not sharing with a partner, off-putting.
O. A.
The best hotel in london. Could the management correct the postal code of the address because i ordered some stuff once and the correct postal code is SW8 4AE
I. T.
5 stars from me for this 5 star Hotel. Faultless customer service. First class maintained rooms. Brilliant hotel.
M. B.
Loved the friendliness of the staff, the room, breakfast. Spa was great but no jacuzzi.
A. k.
All round brilliant stay. Great location, lovely room, amazing spa and fantastic staff
C. D.
Fantastic location just across from the park. Great spa. Shame its only for guests or I'd be here regularly.
H. S.
Stayed in a suite here the night before our wedding, and it was stunning. Also given a free cocktail each by the bar staff! ❤
L. O.
Excellent with proximity to Battersea Park, Chelsea Bridge, Sloane Square ans Chelsea. With close proximity to the xity centre, it is an ideal place to stay if yiu are visiting vthe city. You can easily walk to several landmarks in London
M. N. A.
Brilliant room's very proffesional
G. S.
Great hotel, close to Battersea Park. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Love the fish & chips in the lobby bar!
B. S.
Great rooms, but they let themselves down with the restaurant food! All else is great :)
J. G.

R. P.
Beautiful hotel, great facilities, professional friendly staff, great location right opposite Battersea Park.. Would definitely return. Thank you
D. M.
Nice hotel. The bed was nice. The bathroom was very large as well. Had a tub and shower.
J. J.
Good place nice service and a fantastic room only reason it's 4 stars is the parking that's a major problem
A. P.
Bar is decent, kitchen is mediocre - would go as far as to say that the burget was one of the worst I have ever tasted.
B. K.
We enjoyed to stay here for the week-end.
Nice swiming pool
Good service
Amazing restaurant
I recommand this place
F. W.
It's okay. Very expensive. RIP off drinks as expected. Wasn't much help with the gluten free options
M. S.

I. K.
A very good hotel. Nice staff and nice rooms. Amazing location. Prices standard for London.
W. P.
Really wonderful hotel. Good value for money, helpful, friendly staff, lovely spa.
D. P.
Not exactly what we were expecting. A bit dated in terms of modern amenities, especially for international travelers, but it was clean and the staff was friendly.
N.
Everything was great ! Food, services and really nice rooms
<3 Beds..
Sauna, swimming pool !
J. Q.
Great hotel. Comfortable rooms. The only niggle is it is not near a tube station.
N.
Very good hotel have stayed four times ,very good location ,food is marvellous, will be staying again.
C. P.
I stayed 3 days over there, I can say that it is a good standing hotel, large, well furbished room and indeed a very quiet
You can enjoy the spa with a nice swimming pool, an good restaurant with reasonnable price
The bar & reception staffs are very nice
The only (& serious issue) is the internet connection, $30/5days and usable for only one device.. in the bar/reception area you have to ask an access code which give you half an hour connection ..
Exept that, it is a very good quality price hotel 15 minutes walk from sloane square
I will definitly go back there
Zachary
